I do not recommend. I went for Botox and was immediately pushed their proprietary skincare regiment without anyone even understanding my skin or concerns. $500 and over a month later, there is no difference in my forehead (I still have the same creases that my previous injector handled with ease). When you arrive, there is no one at the front counter; you have to ring a bell. I wish I had listened to my gut and just left.

Ive gotta say, Andrea was just amazing! I went to her for some fillers before my friends bachelorette party, and let me tell you, she worked some real magic. The results were so natural but gave me that extra oomph and confidence boost that made the whole night unforgettable. Andrea was so friendly and really listened to what I wanted - just a subtle plump to make my lips pop. And thats exactly what she delivered! I was glowing all night long thanks to her amazing work. Seriously, if you want lip fillers that look incredible but still natural, Andrea is your gal!

Worst experience receiving botox at this location. A week after receiving the injections realized I could no longer smile, and I have a hard time opening my mouth. I called and was told that the injections could have migrated and they told me there is nothing they could do and I have to wait for it to dissolve.Upon further investigation by a more experienced injector (at a different medspa) I was told the injections were placed into the wrong muscle.This all happened right before a family reunion.I strongly encourage researching in depth before getting injected at a new medspa. I had these injections many times and never had any issues until I came here.Not to mention, the appointment took over an hour to get injected. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I even saw the injector.The people working at this location were welcoming, but I didn’t feel like my injector had much experience with the locations I needed. Looking back I wish this was taken more seriously now understanding how impactful a mistake like this can be.Really disappointed and will not be returning. Strongly encourage anyone reading this to make sure you see someone who knows what they are doing. Seeing your face botched is a really hard thing to go through.

This place is the biggest scam and I will not be returning. The whole package for 440$ was not explained properly and it’s also a joke. How this place does injections is not of the norm. They will NOT inject your forehead first. If I’m going to get injections I do not want any movement at all.When I went back 2 weeks later for the Botox l Andrea stated in the first appointment that the Botox for my forehead is covered and I would not have to pay anything.Well that was NOT the case!Went back for 8 units of Botox which I’m used to getting 34 units (is it constituted differently here?) Who knows? The little blonde girl stated they don’t inject more than 8 units for woman in the forehead. Okay. Well that’s news to me because any other place does! I ended up having to pay 70 more dollars for Botox to last not even a MONTH because my forehead has SO much movement in it still! 8 units did nothing!I am NOT happy. Spending OVER 500$ for injections to not even last a month and a half is UNREAL!The whole environment is sketchy as ever. There’s no one up front, you have to ring a bell when you arrive. It’s just NOT your typical med office whatsoever.

This place is wonderful from the time you walk in until you leave the service is amazing. The prices are great but the quality is the highest. I highly recommend them for all your needs. I saw Lacey and Andrea both for Botox and skin care products and they are wonderful.

*WARNING, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE*I booked my apt online, and confirmed that they accept Alle gift cards, once I got there they told me they dont accept them, after waiting for a while the PA came in to do my assessment, and when I told her I only wanted my 11 lines done, she refused to do it without also doing 15 units around my eyes too which I dont want, she wouldnt do the service unless I did the amount of units she wanted, she said its not her practice and that the Dr makes her do it like that. This place should not even be in business, I read so many negative reviews about this place and ignored them cause the price of botox was so low and now I know why. So if youre on the fence about this place, just go ahead and pay more for a place you can use Alle and have a say about how many units go into your own face.

Ive always been afraid of pain. Lacey made laser hair removal surprisingly comfortable. She used a cooling device during treatment. Im already seeing less hair growth.

I have been regularly getting Botox for the past four years and decided to go to Allure due to the low intro price of $8/unit. The fact that there were no reviews on the actual location I went to on Google should’ve been a sign.The MA was nice that checked me in and then a PA came in. She said ok, I want you to hold up that mirror, and look at your face. Do you look sad? Angry? Mad? Tired? Just started listing adjectives and I was like yes I look tired. She said so what we do here is we can give you a little eyebrow lift to make you look more awake. I said, “I’d just like to get units in my forehead and under my eyes, as this is what I always do.”She responded Botox in a forehead makes your brow look lower, which is why you look tired. I said, no it’s genetic. She talked to me 8x about lifting my eyebrows, I said I really just want to freeze my forehead. She replied, we would never do that on our first visit but could for the new patient follow up in 2 weeks. What a joke. 33 units in the 11’s where I don’t have wrinkles is SUCH a waste.The room itself was pretty bland looking, there was a book sitting on the chair so I could see their “success stories.”Needless to say I said I wasn’t interested, and best of luck. There is clearly a plan here for Allure to get people in and stuck paying for a much more significant service than what they planned for. They probably prey on people that haven’t had medical injectables yet.

BAIT & SWITCH SCAM!!!... RUN AWAY!!!...Wasted 2 hours of my life today on an $8 per unit botox bait and switch appointment SCAM where they refused to render services to your forehead area unless you FIRST purchase a minimum of 55 units of botox for $440 and have the botox applied to your eye area FIRST even if you do not NEED or WANT the eye areas done and then come back in 2 weeks to purchase another 55 unit minimum of botox again at $440 to have your forehead done... I have had botox done for over 4+ years to my forehead and brow areas ONLY with 21 units as recommended by botox specialists and got excellent results from several medical centers in this state and other states and though they may have recommended or suggested a certain botox application method or number of botox units to purchase I was NEVER placed in a position where I was FORCED to apply botox to an area of my face that I did NOT need or desire or to purchase a specific number of botox units that I did NOT need nor require and REFUSED botox services because I did not agree or comply with with their suggested application methods and recommended unit purchases... This was a very disappointing total and utter waste of my valuable time and a very DECEPTIVE and FLAGRANT case of bait and switch advertising of which I will be reporting to all government and online scam reporting sites and warning others to stay far away from this company...

This has been an extremely disappointing experience at this medical spa. I regret to say that my interaction with Dr. Charles Mok has been unsatisfactory and has left me feeling misled. I have getting Botox for 12 years. During my consultation, I clearly expressed my desire for a specific treatment regarding a deep wrinkle line on my forehead. I regularly get my Botox treatment in Vegas. Dr. Mok assured me that his suggested procedure would address the issue, even offering a complimentary touch-up if needed if it wasn’t a success. However, after two weeks and attempting the suggested treatment, the promised results were not achieved. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with resistance from Dr. Mok and an attempt to charge me for additional services. This discrepancy between the promised outcome and the reality of the situation is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of upholding promises and delivering on commitments. Unfortunately, this experience cost me $880 for my first treatment, but it was a lesson learnt. I didnt even want the follow up touch up treatment after even if it was free and walked out. This type of “service and deception” eroded my trust in the professionalism and integrity of this establishment. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless I really hated them.

I can’t say enough about the ladies here. Lacey, Andrea, Holly and Liza. They were so patient with me because I was so nervous. All my questions were answered and I could not be more pleased with my results and the whole process.Special shout out to the medical assistant who numbed me for my procedure she did a great job.

I was very skeptical of receiving a botox treatment but the staff put me at ease and when it was over my crows feet were gone and I was glad that I went to Allu re Medical to have the procedure done.
