I have nothing but incredible things to say about Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care located in Pearland.Let’s begin with how swift the process was with getting my baby checked in after she sprung/sprang her ankle in school. One of the team members rolled out a wheelchair to further assist and we were happy and relieved. Everyone there was so amazingUpon waiting (which took less than 5-7 minutes) we were given a room and X-rays were taken.We were greeted by our assigned Nurse Practitioner Rukiya and WOW, what an incredible woman she is! Not only was she well informed about the matter and upheld professionalism, she also made us feel warm, and heard! Her level of comprehension and ability to empathize was so reassuring, thank you soooooo much again!! ♡

Im so thankful that I found GoHealth Urgent Clinic. I was greeted so professionally and my wait time was less than 15 minutes. My concerns were understood and I was able to articulate my ailment needs accurately. The staff and nursing staff was so compassionate, and I have a great deal of respect at every level of my care!

I was recently treated at this location for a sprung foot. The wait wasnt long at all and the staff was very attentive and nice. Dr. Ivy McKinney treated me and she explained everything in great detail. I definitely felt cared for and I appreciate everyones effort to get me back on my feet (literally). Thank you!

The provider on duty - Rukiya Middleton - was very considerate and did a great job explaining my diagnosis as well as the treatment. I was there as the result of a hard fall on a cemented pavement. My injuries required stitches bother under and over my upper lip. She was patient and comforting and I sincerely appreciated her care and concern. That was my first visit to this location and I would definitely recommend this faciyto others!

Was seen as a walk in. Quick and smooth registration process and we waited less than 10 minutes to be seen on a Sunday morning. Rukiya Middleton was nothing short of AMAZING! From start to finish she calmed every nerve while dealing with my son’s asthma. She listened intently and took everything I said and recommended the best course of action. I would solely recommend this location just based on the interaction I had with this particular provider.

Doesnt seem like they care about military veterans or their family.Went today with my daughter and was told they dont appect family VA medical even though their site shows they accept it and on the VA site it lists them as a registered and accepting provider.I will never give my business to any establishment that cant treat vets with respect. The internet makes it easy for everyone to look up anything. I showed them and they said I dont make the rules Shame on them

The staff were so nice and really listened to me. The Nurse Practitioner was so kind, patient, and spent a lot of time with me. She made me feel heard and respected. I would encourage anyone to go to your clinic.

An easily accessible and clean urgent care facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. You complete the check-in process at the kiosk by the entrance.There might be a bit of a wait, but overall, I was satisfied. Thank you!

This will be my “go to”, emergency clinic in Pearland, Tx. I went there on November 13, was seen within minutes, diagnosed and on my way home in record time. Everyone there was kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be my go to place should the need arise. Absolutely recommend giving them a try.

Even though I didn’t make an appointment online (I wish I had) the wait wasn’t too long, especially when compared with other places I’ve been in the past. Clean and professional. I was seen by Edith Napoleon, who explained my condition accurately and gave me written information as well.I came again for another issue; this time with an appointment. I was seen promptly; this time by Catherine. She was great, as well. She listened to my symptoms to make sure she understood, and explained things clearly. Since I had been sleep-deprived, I asked her to write down her instructions, which she did, very clearly. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

Worst experience i’ve ever had anywhere! Provider was very rude , literally laughed at my concerns , told me i had “allergies” and sent me home . Whole time I could hear the crackling coming from my lungs ! She gaslit me and said yea no your lungs sound fine that’s probably fromyour throat or something ?? like?? Walked by reception no one was there to check me out or give me an after visit summary . I was told “you can just leave” . Went to my PCP the next day and was prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup cause get this , there very much was crackling sounds coming from my left lung due to infection. Do better . If you hate your job so much get one somewhere else .

Very unhappy. I never have a copay they charged me $55. Had dog bites from braking up my two females. The primary what ever she was to me was not very educated on cleaning wombs. All they did was white them with alcohol whipes no flushing out thrombus so the bites won’t get infected. All she was mostly worried about is contacting animal control and asking if my dogs were healthy. No ointment just threw a little tape on and wrapped my hands . Called in some antibiotics and keep asking if my dogs are healthy. I should have jus went to chi saint lukes.. I will never go to urgent care again

100% recommend!! Nice nurses and the doctor is nice as well. This will be my preferred ER if I need emergency care again.

This place is terrible! There should be 0 stars! The NPs are there to just collect a check and dont care. I had been sick for almost 3 weeks with an infection and the NP Rakia refused to write me a prescription and even after calling the next day and telling her how Ive gotten worse, she told the front desk she would call me back and never did. I use to love this location before they became Memorial Hermann and brought in these terrible practitioners who shouldnt be practicing medicine. Just beware of wasting your time and money coming here for them to see you for nothing.

I only visited this particular Urgent Care because one, its very close to home, and two, I read the reviews before going. I must say, they lived up to their good reviews! I checked in at a kiosk when I walked in, took a seat, and the lady at the front desk helped me right away. Shortly after that, I was called back and from there, service was really quick and the services I received had me feeling better in no time. If I have to visit an Urgent care in the future, Ive found my place to go.

Amazing MD with over the top bedside manner even surprising me with a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing. Highly recommend

Had a knee injury last week and decided to get it checked out. Booked an early appointment at Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care Pearland last Saturday. Quick and easy process from finding the location to making the appointment. Minimal wait time at the facility. The staff was professional and they made me feel comfortable, even managed to make me laugh despite the pain. X-rays were taken promptly. Grateful for the excellent service at this nearby location.

Staff was so amazing and attentive. Clear with explanations. Quick work. And the nurse was such a blessing and so sweet. The Dr she made me understand everything before any thing done and was a sweetheart. Was there about 4 and a half hours having to have a painful procedure done. Very impressed. Would recommend.

Everything was seamless! The waiting, time, the doctor, staff... it was wonderful, thorough and I was in & out of there within an hour. Thank you!!

Wait time was short, office was clean and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going back to this location if needed. My son woke up sick for the 3rd day in a row and 45 minutes later we were being seen, very easy to reserve a appt online.

The provider was very welcoming and created a safe environment to voice our concerns. She addressed the issue and provided a care plan.

The staff was super courteous close to closing on New Years Day.. I appreciate the care given near closing... we came in with a BOBO and they handle it with speed and professionalism. The doctors bed side manner was outstanding with my six yr old.We had it xrayed to be on the sure side.

The n.p along with the medical assistant were very friendly and very informative about everything, I dont remember the guys names but the medical assistant was a tall Hispanic guy and the n.p was a African American guy, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful thank you very much!!!

Check in was easy.I checked in online and had an appointment 40 min later.There wasnt a long wait at this facility..I was in and out quickly.The receptionist was helpful and nice.The waiting room was comfortable and had a complimentary drinking area if anyone wanted tea or coffee.The nurse was super nice and listened well.The doctor I saw was great, very thorough and super nice as well.I felt really comfortable there.The facility was easy to find and super clean.I had no issues with parking. There was plenty of parking spaces.I had no issues what so ever.This is my go to place anytime I need to go to an urgent care from now on.

I walked in without an appointment it was a packed waiting room but i took my chances The way the staff communicated with me via phone call keeping me updated while i waited in my car for about 30 minutes then i got called in for my appointment time and to find an empty waiting room haha excellent staff communication and service i highly recommend this place i went in for an ear issue it was taken care off in less than 15 minutes got meds and felling much better thanks for this facility and the amazing staff 😊

Amazing experience. I was in a lot of pain, probably the worst pain I’ve been in my life, I know it wasn’t life threatening to the point I have to go to the emergency room, so I looked for a in network urgent care. And I am glad I found this place. Everyone from the desk clerk, medical assistants, and doctor were amazing. Everything went by smooth and relatively quick. Everyone was very efficient, professional, understanding and respectful. I hope I’m never in the need to go to an urgent care but if I ever am, I won’t hesitate to come back. Thank you to the team that took care of my needs! I appreciate everything you guys did, please keep up the good work, it does make a difference! Without your treatment I would’ve been in excruciating pain and I wouldn’t have the correct guidance for the next step in my treatment.

Excellent urgent care center with low wait time, courteous staff and providers, and patient-friendly online registration platform.

This is a great clinic if your sick they will really help you get well and Mrs Middleton is very nice and she seems to be genuinely concerned about your health

Went in with an upper respiratory infection. Process was good. Check in easy. Was seen twice on two separate occasions. Staff is professional and friendly gave me all the meds I needed to arrest the cough and infection. Recommend highly if you can’t see your primary care physician

Easy check in, fast service and clean waiting area. I was feeling really bad and I found this urgent care online. I went to the website and I was able to hold my spot online. I picked an appointment time. They had plenty of time slots available which made it convenient for me. The provider was friendly and helpful.

My provider was nice. And helpful and went over everything with me to maximize treatment and my visit.

Horrible. I was told it would be free to remove ONE stitch from my son eye to come back a week later. Come back told I had to pay another $180 before we could be seen. That’s garbage the front desk worker had a nasty attitude and rude.

I was able to hold a spot online and to be seen right away. I am very happy with the customer service.

I have used this Urgent care facility many times and they are the best in customer service from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in yesterday evening with mom. The receptionist was polite. She was informative in regards to my mom’s insurance coverage in letting me know what was covered. We didn’t have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Once called back the technician who assisted my mom was very patient. He even walked out with her to the car for assistance. The doctor was also polite, attentive and through in his exam checking for all possible causes of her problem. I will highly recommend this Urgent care facility.

I canceled my appointment. I needed bloodwork and CT scans for possible kidney issues. The clinic didn’t provide either one.

The receptionist was very nice. Leah, NP was very professional and was calm explaining to me about my situation also making suggestions on what I should do going forward. The office was clean also there is a TV Screen that shows your place in line.

Terrible service... refused to see or treat. Walked in before closing and they said they had already taken the last patients they were going to see. They told us they were not taking any more patients because they didnt want to accidentally stay past their closing time. If this is their approach.. the closing times should be modified to the last patient we will take times. Absurd.

I really Want to thank your staff and especially the nurse practitioner for encouraging me to go on the emergency room at the hospital. I was sooooo thoroughly examined and tested. I was Post hospital release of 2 weeks from another facility and MEMORIAL HERMAN did the most complete work up on me in many years. Thanks to the URGENT CARE STAFF FOR RECOGNIZING AND ENCOURAGING ME TO FOLL0W THROUGH. I APPRECIATE YOU. BLESSINGS.

The staff is friendly and professional. Fairly easy to schedule an appointment online.

Front desk was very helpful and flexible with helping me submit insurance information, helped me find workaround when I couldnt pull up certain things because my hand was bleeding/I didnt have physical card just digital. Nurse and doctor were very good and prompt in identifying injury, administering shot, pain number, and stitching, concise recommendations, answered questions, and were patient with me when I was stressed and had to take a call/text from a friend and family member.

Great customer service! Wait times are almost nonexistent. We arrived and waited less than 15 minutes. Provider was knowledgeable with a good bedside manner. Our entire visit which included stitches was about 2 hours and some minutes. I would highly recommend.

Where do I start? The customer service was a 3 out of 10 most the medical staff members were nice but, they weren’t very good at doing their job honestly. We went in because my family member had an upset stomach. So make sure when you come in let the lady up front know what you are there for because she will only point to the little screen so you can sign in and ask for payment and even that she did wrong. Once moved into the waiting room we were then asked the basic medical questions by the MA such as, what medication were they currently on, height, weight and what their BP was which we knew already. Then the PA came in just to tell us that they really can’t do anything there and that we would need to go to the ER. They charged us $180 TWICE just to tell us what we already knew. On top of that she told me next time I should ask the front desk receptionist if they do blood work before I go into a clinic. This was honestly the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to and I don’t recommend anyone having an upset stomach come here.Please train your staff members how to do their job properly, honor each patient that comes in, and please don’t double charge your patients. Give your patients a proper receipt after each visit or at the least diagnosis paperwork.

Had no issue with the care received. However, I implore you not to leave feedback for the new MH-GoHealth Urgent Care UNTIL you get your bill. In my case it came 2 months later. They charged my insurance $440 for the visit and a flu & COVID test. It would be a stretch to say the service I received was even worth $200, let alone $440! Even after insurance payment I owe close to $200. My family used Prime Urgent Care for over 10 years and were happy with the care and their costs. This place is NOT Prime Urgent Care! Unfortunately Memorial Herman feels compelled to buy up the urgent care competition and then immediately charge obscene amounts to patients. I plan to take my family’s urgent care needs someplace else.

I’m giving 5 ⭐ stars to this URGENT 🚨 care for many reasons. i will start with the receptionist who was courteous and helpful. Next would be the wait time, which wasn’t long at all considering I was a WALK-In. Then the nursing staff was polite and patient. Now to the treating Doctor. He was knowledgeable and caring. He made sure I had full knowledge of my diagnosis and as well as provided me with two injections to assist with the pain and swelling while I wait for my new prescriptions. He also placed a referral incase my condition hasn’t improved within a week. Thank you Prime Urgent Care-Pearland

It was easy to book an appointment through the online portal. The check-in process was straightforward and quick. There was little to no waiting period before seeing a provider. The co-pay was reasonable. The staff were also personable, nice, and professional.

I was seen on yesterday for sinus/allergies/congestion. My treating physician was Rukiya Middleton. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I was very pleased with my service.

Been using this urgent care since I moved here. They take such good care of my family and I. Very good customer service too. They really listen to you and take their time to evaluate. Highly recommend them to help with infants all the way to elderly. They have helped every member of my family.

Walked in and was greeted by the nicest person ever. I was in a lot of pain and the owner made me feel like a human. Not a sick person that she just wanted to get in & out. Place was much better when it was Prime Urgent Care (Only $100/visit then). Rating is only high because theyre inheriting Primes reviews. If you want to be charged $300 for a Full New Patient Assessment when none was done, then go here. Otherwise, there are plenty of options that are better and more cost effective.

I felt cared about and Dr. Cho was a great doctor. She listened to all of my concerns and complaints and she was very thorough with my treatment. Prime urgent care in Pearland is an excellent urgent care to go to.

Attending staff was very cordial/took their time to get to the root of the visit/over all LISTENED/attentive! I felt very comfortable and if I need to return for any unforeseen reason PRIME Urgent Care will be my first stop!Dr. Mohamad was phenomenal! I had such a wonderful experience at Prime Urgent Care. I was able to book an appointment within hours as a walk in. Everyone was so friendly especially Leah, my nurse practitioner. She was so caring and willing to take care of my medical needs. I did not have a long waiting time when I was placed in a room. I hate it in other places whenever they place you in a room and it is 45 minutes to an hour before you see the doctor. Within minutes the medical assistant was taking my vitals and shortly afterwards, Ms. Nurse Practitioner Leah came in to see me.

Prime urgent care lives up to its name. I set up an appointment online within an hour of arriving. Upon arrival, I checked in and was seen within minutes. The staff, the nurse, and PA were prompt thorough and caring. I now know where to go for any urgent needs, I felt so much better within an hour. Thank you, Team.

Getting a same day appointment was easy. The facility was not busy and seemed relatively clean. However, the provider who saw my daughter was condescending towards me and dismissive of my concerns. I was not provided any information re: what medication was administered and/or the tests that were performed. I really wanted to find an urgent care that I liked, but this was not it.

My doctor was on vacation and there was no one to see me so I went here. I was greeted with a friendly face and the sign in was electronic, which made it easy.I was seen almost immediately and was handled with excellent care. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both highly professional and well informed. I was extremely pleased with the care and attention I received. Highly recommend!!

Pretty quick and easy. I scheduled online. Walked right in and selected online check in and that I was there. I was seen within 10 minutes by the nurse. After a few vitals and questions he went to get the doctor. Probably waited another 10 to see her. She came right in to check me out and took time to discuss my injury, treatment options, and aftercare. Took a few minutes more for treatment injections then had me wait 10 minutes to ensure I didnt have any reactions and pain began to reside. All around it was convenient, clean, and staff was polite and knowledgeable. What more can you want from an Urgent Care?

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years for a reason. I’ve always received the best care every time despite who I see at that visit. I love that I can schedule an appt online and therefore can wait it out in the comfort of my own home and then only have to deal with a short wait when I arrive. They’re also fabulous with kids of all ages.

The nurse practitioner was so amazing. Gentle, emphatic, knowledgeable and she listened when I spoke. This was the second urgent care I went to in 3 days and I was extremely frustrated. I was in pain and nothing was working and felt like no one was listening to me. Gratefully, she took my concerns seriously and immediately treated me and gave me a course of action. So much relief. Highly recommended

Check in process was nice and smooth. I was able to see my place in line. After being taken to the back I got triaged and swabbed right away. NP was super nice and kind. Cover everything with me in detail. I was in and out in a short amount of time and few days later I am feeling 100 times bettter! Thank you!

Amazing experience. No insurance was not a problem, and the cost was the most reasonable I could find. No unnecessary charges, and I got meds I needed to get over this thing Ive been fighting for over a month. Everyone was wonderful, particularly the nurse and physician that were there Monday, 7/10 around noon. Both kind young men. Appreciate the service!

Be VERY wary of Memorial Hermann billing practices. The previous owner charged $100 for a visit. My daughter had a Telehealth visit under new management and we were charged $300 for a new patient in depth office visit. Since it was telehealth, she could not recieve a full head to toe assessment nor did we do an in depth patient history. The doctor looked at a spider bite on her arm and prescribed appropriate measures. It took 5 minutes. When I disagreed with their billing codes, I was told EVERY new patient is charged this the first time they are seen regardless of in person or telehealth. This is not a review on the practitioner, who was fine, but the very poor billing practices. This is the 2nd time I have experienced poor billing practices by Memorial Hermann. Great care but you will pay exorbitantly.

I was a walk-in. They saw me within 30 minutes. Had my UTI diagnosed within 10 minutes. Doctor was great! Wish she could be my PCP. Listened to me and did not rush. Would go back for sure.

Before being seen I was told my payment was $16 after my insurance was assessed. I paid and didn’t think to ask any questions. BIG MISTAKE.A month later they sent an additional bill of $170. When I called them to ask why, I was met with indifference and “ I don’t know why they told you $16, that’s not my problem”.If management is still the same as it was with Prime Urgent Care, stay away or know your benefits to a tee because no one is going to advocate for you here.Edit: Still no word from Memorial Hermann/Prime Urgent Care as of today.

My son in for a sports injury. I made my appointment the same day for seen right away and was very happy with the nurse and doctor. They were all very nice and definitely have private practice vibes. Thank you !

No follow up at all after visit, no info on who i was being referred to, no meds givin at the visit. ended up going to a different facility and found glucose at a high level and transferred to a hospital via ambulance. felt like it was a waste of a visit and copay. I figured being an urgent care it would have been a little better prepped more diag equipment etc. when I left, no paperwork. I was just told Im good to go. I dont leave bad reviews but I could have gotten much worse. if I didnt go elsewhere and get a more thorough look who knows what could have been. I recieved a phone call today from memorial to set up appointment but Ive already been accepted and admitted into a hospital 3 days .

My visit to the Pearland Prime Urgent Care was a positive experience for a person who felt really bad. I was a walk in on a busy Friday evening and my wait time was less than 15 minutes. I was seen, evaluated, given an injection with a 15 minute observation time and I was out of there with my prescription in hand. The next day I am feeling better. I will return if I need to.

I went into Prime Urgent Care in Pearland on Christmas Eve in a lot of pain. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated by Linda with kindness & professionalism. Alicia then greeted me, took me to the room and did all the preliminary items before NP Barbara Calloway came in to check me. All I can say is that everyone that I came in contact with at Prime Urgent Care was amazing. I feel that I got even better than 5 star treatment and highly recommend this facility! Went to prime urgent care on a whim as I still had my pregnancy Medicaid active and called before arriving and they informed they took it! It was very pleasant staff! Was in and out tested for Covid and flu and got my meds in quick! Will definitely go back as my PCP is way out in memorial city area.

This location has a great staff, very professional and really nice! I was able to make an appointment for my son and myself very easily online. We got there checked in, waited briefly and was seen together. Our visit was completed within a reasonable amount of time and the fact it was Labor Day! Great overall experience!

The front desk was ok, but not friendly (people who are sick come there, so it would be nice if we can see a smiling/ caring face). I didnt have to wait long and the nurse was helpful and friendly. She was listening and attended to my concerns. The Physician Assistant was straight to the point, spend about 5 minutes with me and covered my concerns. She even offered me a work slip.The place was clean and well kept.There is a lot of urgent cares in Pearland and so lots of choices now, but I like this place somehow.

I took my daughter to this urgent care after being referred here by someone in the area.It was not bad. I was not greeted when I walked in. No one gave any directives as to what I needed to do to check in. They continued with there conversation as if I wasnt there. We did not have to wait long. The MA was informative and nice. The only negative about the Dr. is he didnt make eye contact when talking to me. Other than that it was a decent experience. I probably wont go back as I was visiting from Georgia.

The nurse and staff were very efficient and compassionate. The Doctor was very thorough. We had a positive experience all around. Out of everyone Linda Rojas was the most helpful and went above and beyond when helping my father. I truly appreciate her generosity and willingness to do what she can to help the patients. Thank you Linda and Prime urgent care. Highly recommend!

Received great care yesterday from a wonderful team of kind people who listened to me and took the time to make sure I would feel better as soon as possible. This was after a visit to my GP as well as the hospital ER with no tangible answers or treatment! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

The staff was amazing. I hurt my ankle and had a hard time crutching in and the PA (sorry I forgot your name because your were amazing!) brought a wheelchair out to me in the parking lot. He was very kind and thoughtful and funny! Made the whole visit amazing. His patient care was too notch and I am extremely grateful

The facility was nice and clean. I was able to set my appointment online, which made my check in quick and easy. The PCP was very kind and efficient. My second visit this year and I will continue to come to the Pearland office. The front desk was also very kind and courteous.

First time using an urgent care clinic. Didn’t want to wait for Dr. Appt. They were not crowded, got me in an exam room with as little paperwork as possible. Receptionist was helpful all along the way. Nurses and assistant were Quick and professional. Doctor explained what the lab had found after only 20 minutes . I will definitely go back.

I’m a caregiver and I took 2 of my patients there and everyone so very helpful and on top of everything. The staff was very informative and knowledgeable. The doctor has called several times to check on them. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone, it’s a lot better than going to the emergency room.

This is the only place I bring my children when they have minor issues such earaches, fevers and the such. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The atmosphere keeps my children calm and relaxed instead of scared.Had a minor issue with setting up accounts but the in house manager helped me and was there to guide me in getting things straightened out.

Got assistance as soon as I walked to the counter, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and caring. They took me directly to a room and a nurse was there within minutes, a nurse practitioner was also there shortly after to take a look and let me know what my options were.Over all the service was outstanding and it seemed like they actually cared and me and my concerns and went out of their way to make me comfortable.10-29-2023-Had extreme pain in my right knee, filled out the forms through a text message that was sent. When I got there I only waited a couple minutes before a PA saw me, PA Lan was phenomenal and seemed to honestly care how I was doing/feeling. Will definitely continue to come here when needed.

They are the best! I cut my hand using a box cutter. They got to me quickly and seven stitches later I was on my way home. I’ve been there several times and they have always accurately diagnosed me. I highly recommend them.

I have been there multiple times and the wait times were minimal. The staff is always so nice. This last time I had 17 stitches in my head from the emergency room and they did a great job removing them for me. Such nice kind people.

Best urgent care/ health care facility I have ever been around. I am in the med field myself and this clinic went above and beyond to help my son with his needs. Everyone was very professional and attentive to my 8 year olds needs. From front desk, to the wonderful medical assistants taking my son vitals, and the MD who checked him out. They were all so helpful while in the clinic and afterwards with helping answer the pharmacist questions and adjusting prescriptions due to Backorders. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back. I like this place more than my own PCP 🤣

Everyone at Prime Urgent Care was extremely welcoming and friendly! The (Medical Assistant)guy with the salt and pepper shoulder length hair and Dr. Nguyen has great bedside manners! They both did an amazing job accommodating me and making me feel comfortable and cared for. Got my results within an hour. This was my first time visisting Prime. Wonderful medical staff!!

Wait time was longer than promised. But service was great and PA thorough and addressed my concerns. It would be ideal if they had a better process to streamline COVID positive patients to minimize exposures to others. I was told to come check in but I offered over the phone and to wait in my car given I was positive. Theres no formal process to screen for that and plenty of people waiting in area with unknown status.

Awesome experience. Every person I spoke to was very nice and had wonderful attitudes. Really made the atmosphere welcoming. I got there 30 minutes until closing which I honestly do not normally do but I had left 2 other urgent care clinics that turned me away a whole hour before closing; so this was it. The receptionist was upfront with prices (only $100 for self pay) and the nurses had me laughing which gave me comfort during my visit. The doctor came in and teased me about a shot and then wrote me a prescription, gave me some really good follow up information, and I was out feeling confident that i received the best service possible. Great job guys. I will be referring family and friends.

Great experience. The doctor was knowledgeable and was able to solve our problem. The clinic was in my PHCS network and took my insurance with no problem. I strongly recommend signing in online before showing up. We waited about an hour before we were seen, and getting in line online would have saved us time.

Professional care team and staff. Dr. Adan was personable and listened to my concerns. He offered immediate feedback with a manageable outpatient plan of care and followed up the next day to see my progress. Great bedside manner!

I’ve used them 3 times over the past few years and can say that their operations have improved since the first visit. Most recently, I received great care by a wonderful staff whose names I don’t recall. I’ve only been to one other urgent care facility in the area but their level of quality doesn’t come close to Prime.

I came in with a severe pain in my head and in my throat. The front desk lady was super nice to the Spanish couple that was before me when I approached she asked me to sign in with the keyboard in front of me I did so. Then she sent me a text where I was supposed to download my ID and insurance information. The facility does not have Wi-Fi so it was taking my first ID forever to download so I asked her, if she could just make a copy of my insurance and drivers license. She handed me paperwork (with attitude ) as if I was the first person ever to ask for their Wi-Fi information. I filled that out then called to the back I think he was a nurse, he look disheveled his clothes were wrinkled he took my basic information. Then checked my nose and looked at my throat. See if I had a virus. After all the test came back, I didnt have a virus. I met a gentleman who Im still not sure I was a doctor or a practitioner. He check me out and stated that I was presenting as if I had an ear infection but wasnt sure. Gave me prescription for amoxicillin and 800 mg of ibuprofen went home took the medicine woke up with even more severe headache ended up at the Methodist emergency room where I found out I didnt have a cold or ear infection so I didnt need to take the amoxicillin, I have lupus and explain that to your office when I got there. Now I am seeing a neurologist because what theyre finding is is that I was having a severe migraine. How do you prescribe medication if you dont know? I will never ever go back into that is facility again. Do me a favor and get Wi-Fi

Highest accolades to Ben, the PA/Doctor. Hes the most caring PA/Doctor Ive ever experienced. I had taken my son to 3 other Doctors but only Ben went the extra mile to figure out what was wrong. He showed so much care and concern for my son and even for me as a concerned parent. I highly recommend This urgent care Specifically because of Ben. He was excellent. His medical assistant was really Good too.

I called for an appointment. I was instructed to register online, which allowed me to check in remotely and wait from the comfort of my home while receiving real time updates and appointment reminders. Once I arrived, the wait time was minimal. Everything was smooth and efficient. Staff were friendly and professional. The gentleman who conducted my eye exam was quite a character with a comedic personality. They were prompt at replying to the pharmacy, which requested an authorization. The overall experience was exceptional.

I had a bad ankle injury, and I scheduled an appointment on line, checked in on line once l got to my appointment, my insurance had been verified. Every step was so easy. All the staff in this practice are professional, friendly and experienced. This is my go to Urgent Care Facility.

I had a good initial experience, but this time they wanted me to come back in to repeat a urine culture after I’d already done it and been on a random set of antibiotics for over 24 hours. They don’t have my initial sample anymore. The results wouldn’t be the same at this point since I’ve been on the course of antibiotics for over 48 hours.

Prime Pearland staff-Thank you for your attentive service to me when I visited your facility last week. I had an allergic reaction to hair dye and NP Leah was so kind, genuine and professional. It was an awesome experience and super fast service from the moment i stepped in the door. I was just there today with my Grandmother. She is visiting from Mexico and had a small accident that needed stitches. Took her to this office and they took her back to the rooms within 5 minutes. The nurses and Doctor were super nice and explained everything very well. The fronk desk lady was also very nice.

Went in as a walk-in, had to get a Rapid Covid Test with sss as me day results for a major surgical procedure on Monday Sept 26th. I maybe had to wait 10, 15 minutes max before taking to a room. My Nurse was Timothy & he was extremely professional and super nice!! Took my vitals and swabbed my nostrils and with 10-15 mins I had a paper copy of my negative results. I highly recommend Prime cause all the Staff were very professional, got u in & out on a timely manner and it’s all around a really nice environment!!!

Wonderful experience this week. Ive been coming here on a regular basis since its so hard to get to my PCP and the last visit was less than stellar. This time it went so well, the PA listened to all that I had to say then asked more questions then talked about what could be wrong. Im still on the meds so the problems havent gone away yet but I thought I should write a review to let folks know that this is a good place that may have some off days.

I was able to do a remote appointment for sinus infection symptoms during my lunch break at work. Very easy no hassles. My 3rd experience with this clinic. Very professional and efficient. Thanks Dr Nguyen!

It was a very good experi nice for me. Front desk person is so nice, friendly and always has a smile on her face, most appropriate for someone manning the front desk. I gave it a 4 cause the one who took history from me was just like there because she needs to. No connection with the patient. I understand she’s busy and has to rush. Maybe I’m just old school. The P.A. also took time in explaining to me. Overall experience was great.

Had a great and quick experience here at prime urgent care Pearland. I flew in from San Diego ca with what I was told back home was allergies. I was on allergy meds and I just kept getting worse. I lost my voice and had a horrible cough. Finally I decided to go to the nearest urgent care that took my insurance and man I’m so glad I did. I finally got the right medicine I needed! I got seen quickly all within 30 minutes I was in and out. Nurses were great! Front desk was great! Doctor was great! He knew right away what I needed and explained why it went from allergies to a bacterial infection. Took care of my problem so now the rest of my trip should be a bit more comfortable! Thanks prime urgent care. And thank you for being such a fast working urgent care! Last thing I needed was to be there for hours.

From the phone call to the end, the service was excellent. It was a little frustrating when I filled out the information on paper and the assistant asks questions that I explained I’m just the provider representative and the questions you are asking are the questions I answered to the best of knowledge on paper and not electronically during the initial check-in and she snapped with an attitude but she still took care of the patient with compassion. I clearly understand you are doing your job but also understand my position if I mentioned I am only the provider representative and not the caregiver and I wrote the information on paper, take a few minutes to get the document I filled out to answer the questions.

The entire staff was wonderful from the moment I walked into the office. I was feelings crappie and I said I was sorry from the very beginning if I seem rude. From the front office, nurse Tim and Dr. Aregbesola all treated me kindness and concern. I know that some believe its their job, but they are human beings and its not always easy. To show concerned when someone is sick n irritable. Wonderful staff

Pretty decent doctor was great! Receptionist gave me and my partner a mask and said we had to put one on but literally coughed the whole entire time without having a mask on themselves that to me was weird and gross but other than that great place just be careful

Not only have I been a patient here on several occasions, I have taken my children here, I have referred my mother-in-law here, and my sister-in-law took my nephew in for a broken toe. Between my children and myself, I have been in this facility at least a dozen times and EVERY single time I was given exceptional care. From the moment I walked into the clinic to the moment I walked out, everyone was courteous, prompt, caring, and most importantly - made us better. Given that I have been to this clinic a number of times, I have received care from most all of the staff and several different doctors. I appreciate seeing consistency in the staff - not only do I think that says a lot about a business, but especially since I havent always gotten the same doctor, seeing the same staff brings me peace of mind. Even with seeing different doctors, each doctor has been thorough and taken care of my reason for going in. They are great with my kids, too, which is a HUGE deal for me! Honestly, I am SHOCKED at the negative reviews on here. I understand you cant please everyone, all the time...but I have been extremely pleased with each of my visits. I cant help but wonder if some of the previous reviews are fictitious, simply because ALL my experiences have just been THAT good.

I made an appointment at 8 am today for 10:20 am. At 10:20 am I had yet to receive a link or directives on how the telemedicine appointment would be conducted. I called at 10:20 myself and was then instructed to make a payment over the phone bc I am self pay and I would receive a call back but was not told the time expectancy. I want from that time u too 11:33 where I was told they attempted to call me three times which makes no sense considering I had been sitting there with my phone rejecting other phone calls to ensure that I received theirs. Also I had yet to receive a receipt for my payment which was made at 10:20. From 11:33-11:40 there were several phone calls where I was placed on hold, told I would be transferred, placed back on hold, forgotten about on hold and finally beginning told to wait again for a call from the doctor. I waited 20 mins still no call. Also during the times of my multiple call backs I requested a receipt to be emailed and in that 20 min wait time it was still not received. I called and requested a refund. Overall the experience was irritating, frustrating and highly unprofessional.

My last experience 5/19/22 with this clinic was not a good one. I went to this clinic for a pcr covid test and after almost an hour of waiting, i was given a result for an antigen test, a wrong test. What a waste of time. Not sure if the nurse/MA who attended to me was new or not properly trained. I now have second thoughts of returning to this clinic. But i have to add that my visit on 4/8/22 was pristine - thanks to the staff who attended to me and my wife that day. That visit was a breeze. My opinion - their service is a hit or miss. Good luck.

Waste of time and money. I felt like a number close to end of shift. No order in the clinic and the Dr came in she pressed my stomach once and said we don’t have pain medications and we can do blood work to rule out infection but that’s additional charge because you don’t have insurance.First thing that let me know she didn’t read my chart I have insurance and I was not looking for pain medication I was looking for help with a abdomen pain. What about an X-Ray.No follow up on blood work , didn’t not receive any discharge paperwork. Had to call the next day to get my paperwork emailed. Definitely a jack in the box atmosphere.Reporting visit to my insurance company.

I came because of flu symptoms....cough, aches, fever....it didnt take to long to get me in to be treated about 40 min. OF COURSE they tested positive for COVID.THE TEST only takes about 15 min BUT they had me back in the room waiting for about 45 min or more before giving me my results...Now this would have been exceptable if they were extremely busy...NOT THE CASE, and I wouldnt have minded it as much if I was feeling well enough to be patient and wait....I was weak, dizzy, aching, fever and coughing....I had my wife to drive me there...I had to come out of the room and remind them I was there and did they have the results. There was one nurse there that had the right personality to comfort my wife and I after being ignored or forgotten about....and then they sent Mt prescription to the wrong CVS location after I had given them specifics on the location...and what they prescribed was unavailableINDUSTRY WIDEGO FIGURE......

Physician Assistant Leah was so professional and precise in her assessment and timely care. She knew exactly what to do and then proceeded to provide the care and medication I needed. I have been to this location several times. I have never gotten another bill from my insurance company after paying the copay here, even if they did lab work which is a plus. The staff is always nice, and all of my questions are answered, as well I receive the medical care I needed. Im usually in and out around an hour. The online get in line option is also very useful. Im glad this location is near my home.

I twisted my ankle about a day and a half before my visit. I had been traveling and couldn’t get my ankle seen to before I went to Prime Urgent Care. I went to their website and scheduled an appointment to ensure I’d be seen today. I got there early for my appointment, to be texted that I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes to be seen. Two people came in after me - neither of who was listed on the board as having an appointment before me - and were IMMEDIATELY taken back into an exam room. An hour after my appointment slot, I was taken into an exam room. I had to wait an additional half an hour to see the doctor; and then another half hour to forty-five minutes for an X-ray. The doctor was nice enough, as was everyone I dealt with (except the receptionist who seemed to have time for everything except the front desk), but the wait is absolutely horrid. I would absolutely not recommend this urgent care.

Visiting this location was the best decision I made after being informed my PCP was not available and the wait time was unknown because only one physician was in.When I arrived at PUC, I was checked in immediately and my co-pay was received. The display indicated my wait time would be up to 40 minutes. I am excited to say it was no more than 10 minutes after paperwork was completed!!!The Nurse and Doc were both welcoming and efficient in what they did to diagnose and address my illness!!!#happy

I was seen quickly, diagnosed, and treated with excellent care. Staff was really nice and Dr. Ben made sure to prescribe to my preferred pharmacy so that everything arrived while I was on the way home. Really awesome place!

First I’d like to say during this time of pandemic they were very careful with temperature checks as well as by only allowing a patient here and there at a time. It was clean, sanitation as available. I felt comfortable. The doctor treated my child and I’m happy that prime urgent care is local and convenient.

I am very thankful for Prime Urgent Care. I was at work when I found out my daughter tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to make an appointment the next day and get tested. They made the process so easy and everyone was so accommodating. They have a process that minimizes potential exposure to the patient and the health care professional. I took the test and within 24 hours I had results. This was important to me because the people at my office needed to know if they had possibly been exposed to someone that was infected by the virus. I strongly recommend Prime Urgent Care for your health care needs.

Staff is very friendly and caring.Great with kids!My PCP always has hours of waiting and appointments never available the same day, and here we are seen soon as we walk in most of the time. The longest wait I have had is maybe 10 minutes and ALWAYS expect to receive a follow up call after your visit just to see how the patient is feeling.Online appointments available as well .Overall great service, Worth stopping to rate!

My new treating Dr decided he no longer accepted my insurance, so I had to find a place I could get new heart med scripts fast. Staff was helpful while still being kind. Office was very clean. Did not have to wait forever to be seen by Dr. They even called my meds in so I could go straight from Dr office and pick them up. Awesome place from my experience.

Do not go to this place, if you are concerned, all about your health! The provider was less than knowledgeable he told me the NyQuil and DayQuil both contain ibuprofen when everyone knows that it is an acetaminophen base medication. I asked for some sort of something to help me with my body aches, and I was told I could go home and take some ibuprofen or I could go to the ER to get IV fluids. They were happy to take my hundred dollars but we’re less than willing to help me.

Other than a malfunction with the scheduling feature, my visit was not too bad. I did have to wait longer in the waiting room due to the malfunction but they were very apologetic and sincere. I had visited four days earlier with my son who had no trouble with checking in for his visit so when I was sick later in the week, I opted to do the same. They were very caring, informative, the place was clean and there was a television on to help with boredom! I recommend PUC if you find yourself in a situation where you need care and cannot get in to see your PCP.

First experience on Memorial Day was awesome! Front desk staff was awesome, PA was spot on, I received a call with my son’s positive PCR test results within 15 minutes, and Prescription was sent immediately. Definitely a 5-star experience for a worried mom.Cut to my 2nd experience on 6/1/22: office staff was still very lively and helpful. I waited a very long time in the room after my girdle were taken, despite being told there were few patients. The PA was not as thorough as the first, and I DID NOT receive a call with my test results. I checked my emails a few hours later and saw I was positive for Covid. I then got a text message on 6/2/22 claiming to be the urgent care stating that my test results were all negative….I responded to the text that this was not in alignment with the actual test results I received via email. No response.It’s 50/50 for me at this point. I’m hesitant to return.

This is the only Urgent Care I have trusted to care for me, my mother, hubby and kids in the last 7 years!!! I recommend this place anytime a friend is looking for urgent care! Hands down best Urgent Care in Pearland! Can’t wait for the Manvel location to open up this year!!!

We always have a good experience everytime we go to Prime Urgent Care in Pearland except for yesterday. I understand that closing time is always busy and everybodys tired. My only concern is patient safety, I was given a shot IM that caused so much pain in my leg and I almost pass out. Tha staff told me to stay for 10 minutes, I was expecting for them to checkback on me to see if I am doing better or if I have any reactions but to find out that they already left and we got locked inside. It was a horrible experience. So lucky that one of the staff saw us waving when she was going to her car because theres no way we can open the door inside. I did not even get aftercare instructions neither in my email. I hope this serves a lesson and wont happen to others.

I was very happy with my care while I was in the clinic and was cared for , however I don’t understand why I wasn’t given a copy of my X-ray on a CD. My orthopedic doctor wants a copy so he can view it, now I have to pay for X-ray again. I called the clinic and they explained that they don’t do that. No explanation. Now I have to pay extra for more X-rays.

My second experience with Prime Urgent Care - great clinical staff! A bit off putting to have the front desk clerk not wearing a mask while sitting behind a sign stating they make everyone wear a mask and then asking everyone who comes in not wearing a mask to put one on. Still, will definitely come back. Thank you Prime!!

I was seen in a reasonable amount of time, treated professionally, x-rayed, received my diagnosis, recommendations and prescriptions.My regular doctor couldn’t have done all that in the office and wasn’t able to see me until later on the next day, by which time I was already feeling better. Highly recommended for same-day care.

They took my son in as a walk-in after we did the only registration for a 11:00am appointment. The wait time was very short about 15 mins. We were in and out the staff was great.

Waited to see a dr for over 4 hours. The lady at the front desk felt the need to tell me they had some dog bites they had to handle but never asked me what my problem was. She never knew the severity of my own issue to determine my emergency. The customer service is terrible and they don’t see to care. Just want to sit up front and chat with each other. Not sure what to say about these medical facilities now but the service has clearly went down.

The service was very great! Everyone there was really nice, and they took good care of me. I loved the fact that the wait time wasnt long at all nor was the time spent in the room. The Dr was very caring and understanding. I felt have comfortable with what the dr did and have to say about my situation. The facility was also very clean.

My son hurt his finger during a football game one evening and we waited until the next morning to see how if it would be better. The next day he wanted to go to school but, afterwards he still had some swelling. He waited kind of late before he decided to let me know about. I found this urgent care through Google five minutes away from home. I did a walk in appointment about 45 minutes before closing time. They were so patient and kind. I never felt rushed while trying to fill out paperwork and console and sleepy toddler. The staff was amazing with my son. I would surely recommend their services.

Went in from work with very bad lower back pain. The staff was very courteous, quick, and thorough in checking every possibility. They were ready for me before I even finished the paperwork. I had an X-ray and the technician was just as sweet as the rest of the staff. Dr. Nick Nguyen was great, as was the whole staff. This will definitely be my go to clinic if I should have an emergency again.

I loved my experience and how professional everyone is in this office. My first time visiting any urgent care as my abdominal pain was unbearable. I arrived before 8am and they opened the door as soon as I walked up and were so friendly and welcoming. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks again ladies!!!

Easy online appt., not a bad wait time—we arrived for our appt and it was about 20min for us to be seen. The receptionist was nice, the xray tech great, np okay but the medical technician was not so good & prob needs to find another job. The medical tech was not friendly, no greeting upon walking into the exam room and just overall awful attitude. I rated it a 2 because I mainly wanted a xray for my son and since these images are actually reviewed by a radiologist I felt confident that it was a valid xray report., but Overall I did not get an feeling that these individuals (not xray tech) working were confident, and/or knowledgeable, about their job. They had zero enthusiasm about doing they job and for that reason I will not return.

This place is pretty trash but it gets the job done if you need to be seen quickly for something minor. They’re typically pretty quick if you check in online on a weekday but if it’s a weekend don’t even bother. You’re looking at a 3 hr wait. Receptionist is brain dead and just plays on her phone. Other than that it’s tolerable I guess

As a walk in from out of town and it being the day after Thanksgiving, I wasnt sure what to expect but I certainly anticipated a lengthy wait. Instead I was able to walk right in, was helped right away and seen by a physician shortly thereafter. Was able to get prescriptions filled and everything inside of 90 minutes. While no one wants to go to emergency care, this one is one Id be willimg to recommend.

I’ve been to Prime Urgent Care twice now and the medical care is excellent!! The first time was to get stitches on a weekend and more recently for the flu. Both times the care was complete, thorough, and not rushed. When I got the flu, the doctor took her time and didn’t just rush me out. Both times, the staff called me a couple of days later to see how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone and will come back here when I need a doctor.

Staff was kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable providers. I came in with flu symptoms recently and was evaluated, prescribed medications and out within 30 minutes. I brought my son in a few weeks ago. Different provider same exceptional care.

My husband and I came here after we landed from an international trip. We were both very sick and the staff was so professional and attentive, they genuinely cared about us and did everything to help us feel better to get home to Chicago.

This is the second time Ive been to this office and both times Ive been pleased. The receptionist was very nice and the nurses were as well. They took notes of all my symptoms and the doctor came in shortly after. It was quick and I got my diagnosis and a prescription to help me get better.

My visit was literally 30 minutes. I signed in for the waiting list online, and when I arrived I checked in and waited about 10 minutes. I did my copay was sent to a room, I was literally in and out and the staff was so nice!!

Very nice and well organized clinic. If you check in on line you get seen faster . I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to be seen by a physician right away . The staff was very nice . Thanks again to Dr. Adan Castro ! I feel much better

Awful customer service at this place. I followed their process detailed on their website and given to me over the phone to set up an appointment for a covid test. Got to my appointment 10 minutes early. Was not seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time. What is the point of the appointment?Also, before coming in, they would not advise me on the criteria to determine if they were going to do a rapid test or the other test that takes days to receive results. Once my appointment finally started, with two questions they told me that I could not do the rapid test. Why not just let me know this before I go through the appointment?I have since called other urgent care facilities in the area and they have been very upfront about what type of test will be performed BEFORE you even set up the appointment. I regret trying to do my covid test here. Very unprofessional service during my appointment too.I will not be back to Prime Urgent Care and hope this review steers more people away too.

The long wait time is the only complaint I have, even if you managed to get an appointment online my wait time was still 1.5 hours before I was in the exam room. Otherwise, Barbie was quick and attentive.

The officeStaff is always professional. I walked in minutes before closing and was not turned away. My daughters eye was swollen. She had an allergic reaction from a insect bite. Her eye was begining to close up. The doctor talked to me about her symptoms. Her prescription was sent to the pharmacy the same evening and she started her treatment to same night.

Worst experience ever, my nephew was pending to get his COVID results for a trip we were going on. Went in, paid for the test, they stated it would be back in 72 hours. Flew on Monday morning to leave for our trip, results still weren’t back, called the clinic expressed the urgency of the results, was screamed at on the phone. The clinic for some reason Only has one number, they were forwarding and denying all our calls. The lady proceeded to yell on the phone “guess what you and everyone else is waiting for COVID results and she hung up. The most unprofessional doctor and medical staff. We never got his test results back and we had to cancel our whole trip. Don’t waste your time with these people. Your wasting your money. If I could give it a negative star I would.

I went here today last minute for vaginal discomfort and i was the last patient to leave and didnt leave until 5:20 (they close at 5 on Saturdays) but the wait time when i got here was about 30 minutes. I expected a quick hour visit and was here about 2.5 hours....i sat in the room and waited and waited for a doctor and as Im sitting there waiting all the workers were sitting in the middle area talking and laughing and they were basically making fun of each other...i never got a direct diagnosis and he told me i had a possible yeast infection & prescribed me medicine for gonorrhea before my test results even came back...i probably will not be coming here again on short notice for serious matters such as this.

Does on the spot sports physicals, and walk ins. We got in and out in 25 minutes.

I went to the urgent care inn my insurance network to have my stitches removed. They refused to honor my insurance since I dodi not receive my stiches from them. I guess I was supposed to bleed out while waiting for them to open or somenthing. So I went to Prime Urgent. They took the time to become a member of my insurance network and removed my stitches with zero co-pay. These folks are extremely courteous and treat everyone like family. Keep up the great work.

They are close by and I’ve always found the staff and doctor(s) kind and personable, as well as able to do something to make me feel better! Had kind of a long wait on a Sunday afternoon, but overall a pleasant experience.

I made a visit to Prime Urgent Care on August 27, 2022 because my throat was sore and it was painful to swallow. The ladies up front were polite and got me checked-in fairly quickly even without having an appointment.Alicia took me to the back and was incredibly sweet and helpful. She explained everything she was doing and took the time to listen to all of my concerns.In the middle of her asking me questions, the doctor comes in and doesnt even look at the notes Alicia took. She asks me what the main problem is, takes a look inside of my mouth, and tells me shes going to put me on strong antibiotics and a steroid.At this point, I ask her, Do I have strep? She proceeds to tell me, You might have a peritonsillar abscess so theres no point of testing you for strep. The antibiotics will kill the infection and the steroids will help with the inflammation. If the lump on your neck gets bigger, you need to go to the emergency room. You should also schedule an appointment with an ENT.Yall... After taking the medicine she gave me, my symptoms got incredibly worse. I ended up making an appointment with a primary care physician who was able to get me a rush appointment with an ENT. I had acid reflux so bad that it reached my throat (LPRD) and my ears (ETD). The medicine the doctor at Prime prescribed me actually contributed to making my acid reflux worse.I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS URGENT CARE CENTER AND I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE COMING BACK.

I am almost in tears for the lack of empathy and care that I have received from this place. Came in because I’ve had partial hearing loss and have been feeling dizzy. I figured there would be a wait, but almost 2 hours and the only person I’ve seen is a nurse. She was kind btw. But I feel like I’ve completed wasted my time. They said they were busy, however, can you please update your patients and act like you care about their health as well as their time.

I was taken back quickly after I signed in. The nurse was professional throughout my visit. The PA asked about my previous experiences with my condition and examined me when she heard about my extensive pain. Ive been to other urgent care facilities and most are proficient, the staff at the Pearland facility were exceptional.

The NP Wendy was very condescending as well as the MA who was incredibly rude. I will not be going back here. I would recommend going to a different urgent care.

I called prior to coming in to make sure they had not closed. I was in a lot of pain. My wait time was minimal. Staff was very pleasant. Even though it was almost closing time, I felt like the doctor took her time with me. The doctor diagnosed me right away and prescribed me an injection that had me feeling better later that night. Will definitely use them in the future.

Great friendly fast. My only complaint was having a hard time understanding the doctor. His accent was so thick and he barely spoke English forward with the sentence structure we are used to. Its hard to trust a doctor you cant understand. I almost felt like the Board of directors said What the heck! Its only urgent care. Who cares if he speaks English I went along with his treatment because I suffer from chronic bronchitis ....and what he prescribed was almost exactly what I needed every year... ...he was just really hard to understand

Health care providers in this facility listen and understand with compassion your individual needs. They helped me with my severe pains of both arms during my visits. Thank you so much. You have given me detailed attention and care far better than the Neurologist visited today. It was disappointing encounter because he wasnt listenting that I need help to ease my pains. Keep up your caring attitudes towards all your urgent care patient. More power to you all.

I used Prime for the first time this morning for my Mom. I saw there were several good reviews, and since my Mom had just moved to Houston, she hadnt gotten a primary care doctor established yet. Prime staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with, and they got my Mom into an examination room quickly. Dr. Lan Nguyen was personable, very knowledgeable and actually seemed to care about my Mom. They took every precaution diagnosing her and prescribing her meds to make sure there were no interactions with her current prescriptions. I will definitely use Prime Urgent Care from now on, if it becomes necessary. Thank you!!!

I was having muscle spasms in my back n was looking for an urgent care to go to n chose this one out of others, why only God knows. Everyone were very PROFESSIONAL, very helpful n knowledgeable. The Assistant Chelsey n the Physician Lan Nguyen were extremely patient n very PROFESSIONAL as well. Welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to them all

If you are looking for a cost effective way to deal with a minor physical issue then I can highly recommend Prime Urgent Care in Pearland. My total cost for the visit and xray was $150. I hurt my foot and suspected a fracture. I arrived about 10am and there were about 6 people ahead of me so it took about an hour to get in. The place was very clean and orderly, and even with about a dozen people in the place it was not crowded. The staff was courteous and friendly. The PA who took my vitals was very patient (I was on crutches) and personable. The doctor (Dr. Mehra) was pleasant and efficient with her exam of my foot. I appreciated that she was gentle with her exam and did not cause me undue pain in assessing my injury.I really liked that this location had x-ray equipment - my whole reason for being there - and they had a great x-ray tech who did a fine job of setting me up and taking the images. They immediately were able to confirm I did have a foot fracture and I was able to view my x-ray images and the report online.So, two hours total and now I know my condition and have a list of instructions to follow as my foot slowly heals. I have no complains and only positive things to say about this encounter. I would not hesitate to use this clinic again in the future.

Went to this location today, waited 1.5 hours for a Covid test and saw no one. The “rude” female, I’m assuming the PA or NP, that I spoke with promptly asked me if I wanted to “reschedule” after I sat in the room waiting for 1.5 hours!!I will not be going back here for certain. Lots of other places to go to. I was seen at Neighbors for the same test. Quicker and more efficient!! Same day result!!

No wait time and the doctor took his time with me to explain my options. I had symptoms of the flu and strep throat. They have the ability to test for all of that. They also do X-rays and stitches etc. Im glad my friend recommended them!
