NextCare Urgent Care Pearland

I wish I could get zero stars, but you have to put a star. I went there because I was in a lot of pain. I wanted it to be seen quickly instead of going to the hospital. This was my first time going to a place like this, and I didnt know what to expect. I was told they do not have the equipment for an X ray machine or an ultrasound. She just touched me and I screamed, because, again. I was in pain.i was told immediately that I needed to go to the hospital. I feel They only took my money for the copay.I will never go there again

The staff were all super friendly and nice especially the young lady at the front desk . The wait time wasn’t too bad. I was in there maybe a total of an hour and half. I had to subtract a star because when I had to call back I was on hold for over 20 minutes so I wish there was a better way they could deal with incoming calls a little more quickly.

When I first walked to the front desk 9/14 in PM. The lady was very rude, rolled her eyes at me and don’t let me say anything other than my name and then told me to go sit down. I noticed the lady had AirPods in her ears. Even when she asked for my payment, I didn’t get a thank you or they will be with you shortly… nothing. I waited about 45 minutes to be seen. No updates from the lady at the front, she was too busy talking on phone and laughing. The nurse assistant even went up to her and was talking about patient information(hipaa violation). When I was finally taken back my BP was high and the assistant said it was normal there. I work in the medical field so I know better. But still that wasn’t addressed at all. The lady wanted to argue with me about it. That’s not MY normal.The NP was nice and helpful. That’s probably the only nice thing I have to say about this place.Now I remember exactly why I never go here.

Worst experience ever. Just left this place and the nurse and doctor were so rude. Brought my one year old to get checked due to stomach pains and doctor was talking to us like we were stupid. She gave up on him because he was crying and looked at us like are you gonna do something to calm him down with such an attitude and said “well he keeps moving and crying I can’t do anything sorry “ repeatedly which is why we were here in the first place. She honestly made things worse and was so helpless. DONT come here. Very unprofessional especially coming from a “doctor”

Came in with a friend who was experiencing severe neck pain from sleeping wrong. Front desk lady was nice and we waited 15 minutes before we were called to the back. I believe her name was Erline and she immediately knew what the issue was after my friend explained what happened. She provided the proper treatment and the pain meds were ready as soon as we left at CVS.

Went in for my Son and got in and out with no problem. Young lady at the front desk was real nice and helpful for explaining information on questions I had. The Dr was also very respectful and nice as well. I went in on Aug 3rd 2024.

Was able to book appointment and complete paperwork online. Almost no wait after checking in and paying. Nurse Practitioner on staff was kind, professional and caring. Next day after diagnosis and prescriptions I am on the mend. Will be using NextCare as my primary care alternative from now on.

The receptionist at the front, Brianna, was really helpful and polite. It was a quick and easy check in and helped me with some questions I had also. I appreciate her being so patient with me.

My ex husband came here looking for help as he was gasping for air and the lady was more worried about insurance and money before helping him and was extremely rude and careless!! He ended going to HCA down the road and they didn’t even hesitate as they saw his face, one eye drooped and could barely breathe. They brought him straight back and started working on him with zero hesitation. He was on the verge of a heart attack. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care when you clearly could see someone needed help! I do not recommend this place!

Came in last night, check in with Jennifer was smooth and easy. Mariana pulled us back, shot the X-rays within 20 minutes we got the report back. NP Ebele saw us , took care of my son’s arm. Everything from start to finish was under an hour visit. Thank you staff for taking care of us!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The doctor is amazing. He is fun and makes you very comfortable. My daughter had some ear pain. We went in and he made us both laugh about it. Great experience.

First off let me say the Staff and provider were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was seen quickly. The issue that caused mec to give 1 stars was medical standards relating to sterile procedure.I went to the Pearland office with an infection in the cuticle bed of my finger. My finger was swolem, feverish, throbbimg and turning purple with a visible pus build up just under the skin. After check in I was seated in a room with a tray set up with gauze and other items to start work on my finger...I thought. When Dr. Alex came in he was wearing gloves which I did not think about until after I left. When he begin to get the gauze together i noticed blood on the lid of the container the gauze was in that sat on the tray my hamd rested on.I informed the dr there was blood on the lid, he removed the lid out of the way to another counter. He then went to pick up some gauze when I noticed blood on the gauze. I said doc theres blood on that gauze, he said oh, lets get rid of all this stuff. He cleaned it up but left the blue cotton pad the contaminated items were on on tje tray. He steralized my finger with the brown fluid they prep with before survery. I was shook and was about to say never mind and bolt before the dr. proceeded to bust the pus pocket on my finger. He did it painlessly and I commended him on itHowever, it was like having your purse snatched. You stand there processing what just happeded? Why didnt I stop him? This was so wrong. Why didnt I say more? Why was I so friendly? I feel stupid for not doing more, but dont judge me. Some experiences are so surreal you dont process them until after the fact. The fact I was placed in a contimated room with a dr. that came into the room in gloves and touched contamimated items but didnt change gloves to work on an already infected finger had me like a deer in the headlights.So many of us tend to move with caution when pushing against people dealing with our food and medical care in fear of what they can do. For those considering going there thinking, this may have been an isolated incident, I doubt it. It hit so many issues that are basic sterilization and hygiene rules for medical practices, I dont think this was the first time. They were too comfortable with it.Many like me are passive aggressive about situations like this. We clutch our pearls about what happened, yet dont want to get anyome in trouble. However, what if my hand becomes dangerously infected by a pathogen left behind from the person whos blood was on the top and gauze transfered by the drs gloves will I care about staffs feelings or getting anyone in trouble then?Do better than I did, dont judge and say what you would do if they do it to you, just dont go! Call your insurance provider and find other medical providers.I work for the county in the benefits department. The same department that approved this provider as a vendor. I will be voicing these concerns with the proper authorities. Nice people, but nice wont keep me healthy.

The white nurse with the short brown hair, HORRIBLE. Rude, condescending, and antagonistic. This is the second time I dealt with her. Having to repeat yourself multiple times and every time they get the information wrong is frustrating for any person. Hobart, she doesn’t need to be working anywhere near healthcare. Would never recommend anyone to go here nor will I return

I recently visited this urgent care facility with my son, who had dropped a bowling ball on his thumb. Concerned about a possible fracture, I called ahead and was assured they could see him and take X-rays. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was nice and checked us in smoothly. I did have to pay a little over $200 due to my deductible not being met yet.After the X-ray was taken, we were left waiting in the room for two hours before anyone reviewed it. During this wait time another women came in looked at my sons thumb and said he would get an x-ray, I informed her that part was already done. She asked if I had given any pain meds and I explained no we came here right away. She then told me I should have given him medicine and I was surprised she didn’t understand I loaded him and sought help right away. Also she didn’t know we were in there waiting for results and next steps. This was a strange interaction and I’m upset with myself for not walking out at that point.About 1.5 hours in, we were given ibuprofen (remember I was lectured about how I should have given pain meds to my son yet it took them over an hour to do it) and told it wouldn’t be much longer, but it was another 30 minutes before anyone came in to confirm a fracture and start putting on a splint. When I asked questions about my sons condition and treatment, I was told someone else would be in shortly.Another staff member eventually came in, handed me the same information as the previous person, and confirmed the fracture but offered no additional guidance. They simply instructed us to see an orthopedic specialist. No referral was provided, and my questions went unanswered. Mind you I called before coming here to see if anyone was able to help if the thumb was broken and was told yes. Clearly that was not accurate information. I would have went somewhere else but chose this place cause I was told they have a doctor that can help and an x-ray machine.I am extremely disappointed with this experience. If they couldnt provide adequate care or answer my questions, they should have informed me when I called. I feel like I paid a significant amount of money just to be told there was a break and that they couldn’t help us further. This lack of communication and assistance is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this facility. I have now found a location where an ortho pedic doctor is and will have to pay another $200 to be seen. If this place was upfront when I called I would have saved the $200 or upfront when I walked in with my son. I know it’s what the insurance required but the point is i would have not paid that if they were honest about not being able to provide comprehensive care.

We had a great experience. The front desk receptionist Brianna was extremely helpful and made the process move faster. Would definitely recommend.

Nurse Practitioner was unfriendly and inattentive. Nurse practitioner did not let me finish speaking, just rushed me out.Area was unclean, no Lysol to spray in common areas or restroom.Asked for water and they could not provide me with water for my dehydration.Won’t recommend to family and friends.

The check-in was easy as we were the only ones in there; however, the staff was the rudest, most inconsiderate team Ive ever experienced. The CHILD had a nail go through the bottom of his foot and the nurse wanted him to stand unassisted on a scale in the event of medications needed. (None were administered) THEN she had the audacity to ask why the wood hadnt been cleaned, AFTER I told her we came straight to urgent care. Besides the first step in wound care is to stop the bleeding, which is what was being done. We were at urgent care with 15 minutes of the accident taking place.Some bedside manner needs to be taught and some compassion instilled, especially in a trauma environment when treating an 11 yr old who was worried youd have to amputate the foot!!!The nurse and front office definitely need some retraining. On the other the doctor was very pleasant and we were grateful for her treatment.

Wonderful staff!! They are so warm and welcoming! We were seen very quickly and out within 30 minutes. Couldnt be happier.

Nice and comfy, great service and the doctor diagnosed my condition and explained everything in detail. NextCare is my preferred choice for Urgent Care!

While the staff was nice and very friendly. It took eight days for them to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Had to call several times. But it got done

Dr. Davis was great and the staff were friendly. Love that they are open late and not crowded.

One of the best patient care experience I’ve had! I came in with a laceration and they tended to me very quickly. The MD on staff was very sweet. Overall great care 😁

I was stung by a wasp and didnt know I am allergic. I broke out in extremely itchy welts all over, but got really worried when I started feeling tightness in my chest. I got in to Nextcare right away. They observed for a while and took good care of me. Im putting them on speed dial.

All of the staff was very friendly. The receptionist was so helpful and nice. The NP who saw me was great at explaining things and provided very good information for how to treat my symptoms. I was in and out in less than an hour.

My daughter had breathing issues and her pcp was closed. It was so hard to find an Urgent Care that would take her Medicaid. This office was so great and I appreciate them 😊

We were in and out really quickly for a last minute school physical! The staff and physician were both so nice and friendly and PATIENT!

Dr. Omar is wonderful! Great bedside manner understandable and very nice! He did a great job stitching my hand me up. There wasn’t a long wait time and you came book your appointment, and do you paperwork online.

NEVER come to this facility. They will take your money and then tell you that you need to go to pearland er for something they can doIn their office. Unfortunately no one knows the time of when a minor emergency is gonna happen that’s why we count on places like this to be able to help us but because they wanna go home so bad they push us off to the next facility. Very unprofessional ..AFTER taking your payment! Please don’t let this happen to you! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!**UPDATE: The office managers (Emiliana and Derrick) are in the process of refunding my money but it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund but I will give it a little bit longer and hope that it comes like they say it will.

I was very impressed with the service that I received yesterday at Nextcare I will definitely come back when needed and I will recommended them to my friends and family. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The young lady at the front desk to the Physician in the back were exceptionally patient, kind, and willing to take care of my son. I strongly recommend this office.

Friendly service from the girl who checked me in and Laurel in the back office! Both of them were super sweet and welcoming. I’d give 5 stars but the NP I saw kept giving me an attitude after I’d ask her a question about what was going on.

Had a fantastic experience one of the Best. The front desk person Brianna was very prompt, professional and answered all my questions. The process was quick and informative.

Used the Pearland location for a last minute sports physical for my son. Checked in online at 5:15, appoint was at 5:40 and was back home by 6:05! Friendly and professional staff. Clean facilities

Unfortunately it was a long wait, we made an appointment, got there 15mins early, for paperwork, normal process, then in about 10 mins we were called, went inside, did the BP, weight, height, then... sent us to the room, and waited for a long time, an hour, I even went back to the front and ask how much more time do we have to wait, then told me we are next... we couldve just came and did made an appointment we have to wait that long anyway, and it was not busy by the way... well the good part was, the lady at the front desk was nice 🙂

The staff was amazing, caring and prompt. I originally went to another urgent care up the street but they told me it would be an hour with two people sitting in the waiting room! They had absolutely no shame in saying that as if she wanted to turn me away. But at Next Level, they were on time with no delays and they actually had other patients ahead of me. I would definitely recommend this location!

It was two people in the waiting room including me. Took us both an hour to get back. I literally saw the doctor for 30 seconds and she said go to the hospital. I stated my symptoms at check in. They shouldve said they wouldnt be able to treat me instead of taking my copay and billing my insurance.

Went in to have ingrown toenail fixedThey referred me to a Podiatrist !! My toe is hurting and it takes a month to get an appointment as a new patientSo I went to Next Level Medical and it was taken care ofI wouldn’t go back to a regular Urgent Carean ingrown toenail is above their level

I made an appointment this evening for a bad cold and congestion. Not the most friendly receptionist, but that was not the problem. After 15 minutes of waiting, she told me since I hadn’t met my insurance deductible, the charge was $183. Are you seriousl?!?!? What is the point in having insurance? I was expecting a co-pay maybe $35or $50. I left, of course. Almost $200 is unacceptable and robbery taking advantage of someone needing medical care. I am outraged! And still sick!

I will be filing a complaint with the ethics board regarding the FNP that was on duty. Fraudulently adding notes and trying to cover it up to get me to sign off on things that did not occur during the visit.

Consistently have had good experiences at this Urgent Care. Able to schedule an appointment and be seen within 20 minutes of scheduled time. Process was smooth and online tools were helpful.

Receptionist was very friendly and patient. I waited probably 30 mins to get seen. However, the medical assistant Michelle (blonde older lady) was not welcoming at all. She made a weird joke to give me a hard time & didn’t even ask me about my complaints or frustrations. The NP, Ashley, was very gentle and sweet. She is the reason why I gave 3 stars and not 1. She took the time to explain things to me and go over it every single one of my symptoms. I had a sore throat and flu symptoms and then I hear Michelle in the background say “she didn’t say anything about a sore throat”, but Ashley took the time to ask me about it and prescribe meds.

Took my father in for blood pressure concerns 7:00 in the evening. The staff was prompt, courteous, professional. The Dr. was phenomenal in taking time and explaining what the situation was, how to address it and next steps.

Horrible Urget Care. Everything automated cant even create a an account to access records online. Phone support is useless.

Went fine, nurse quick and polite, PA I felt could have been a little more compassionate but she was quick!

This nextcare is terrible I have been here twice within 3 weeks for the same reason, paid to be seen twice and left without an adequate prescription of more than a one time dose of fluconazole on both occasions due to refusal of the nurse practitioner to treat me for a simple recurring yeast infection that I am not able to followup with my routine gynecologist for another 2 months d/t doctor availability. The nurse practitioner was rude, did not provide a thorough assessment, and could have been more flexible given my one symptom.

Better experience this time around. X-rays taken here & was able to get a splinter for my son’s hand. Over all it was fast & good. The only thing I didn’t know was, we did X-rays and didn’t find any broken bones & referred out to a specialist. I was told by could easily have a crack but these bones heal on their own, so I’m grateful for the concern but I’ve been experienced in fractures & no need to go further unless you want to ditch out $400 on appt. Been down this road, so I’m going to let it heal.

Great experience over all! Front office staff was nice and informative. NP Sanchez was amazing! She correctly diagnosed me and gave me the appropriate medications. Back office staff took all my medical history and listen to all my concerns, the MA was very nice! My visit was great! Will be coming back for my future visits! I’m on the road to recovery. Person at the front desk was not friendly at all. The doctor was nice. It went quick once I got called back, but waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes despite having an appointment. Nurse didnt take all vitals, but recorded my temp as normal despite me having a fever. Doctor was in the room for 2 minutes total.

Great service It was in and out. Staff was friendly, the doctor was awesome. She was very caring and made sure I was well taking care of. I was very pleased .

We go here all the time bc it’s so close to us. They’re fantastic. We make appts ahead of time on the app so that’s really helpful too. The doctor took her time today to talk to my son about his ear infection and even came out to my car when we were leaving to tell me to get his medicine flavored bc it’s not very good. Wonderful group of people and a very great place!

The receptionist was an angel! The PA on the other hand was bothered that I asked to be Covid tested after being around someone with Covid.She also refused to do a precautionary flu test because it’s not typical flu season! I explained I’m around my grandchildren and just want to double check. Her continued argument was that I’ve had symptoms for 2 to 3 weeks. However, I explained that the symptoms went away for several days and then came back. This young physicians assistant has an ego and control issues! if I am willing to pay out of pocket so that there’s no insurance issue with extra testing then what is the issue? I highly recommend choosing a facility that is more customer service oriented. There are urgent care centers on every corner! Go somewhere else.

I walked in and was checked in within 5 minutes. In the room to see the doctor in 5 minutes. Everyone I met was nice. NP Sanchez was thorough with her examination. Gave me the test that I needed and sent me on my way. I can say that they did more than the ER and my own primary care doctor. Lets say that I wont hesitate to go back here if I need too.

We were treated with no wait and everything went very smooth. All of my daughters needs were addressed promptly.

Walked in and very courteous to a new patient. No appointment but assisted in room within 10 minutes. Very thorough & high regard for diligence by all staff regardless where they were: Emiliana Dominguez - very welcoming, super organized clinic manager. Very friendly & thorough nurse Michelle - RN, & lastly PA-C Omar Samee was diligent, thorough and efficient in seeing me and prescribing the treatment which helped me immediately. Highly recommend NextCare when one cannot get into their regular doctor due to days of wait time. Excellent care. Thank you so much. God bless.

For the most part it’s like every other doctor office except for the staff. They require a mask but it’s not the most important thing. I felt like I was dealing with family, and family that I actually like, not the bad relatives. The lady checking you in was very kind and helpful the same way Grandma would be. She really seems to enjoy working there. The rest of the staff was kind and caring as well. The folks on staff for my visit deserve some credit.

I made an appointment for 11 am on a Saturday due to an infection in my finger. I showed up at 10:45. I wasn’t taken back into the room until closer to 11:30. Then after that we had to wait another 10-15 minutes to see the NP. She was in the room for two minutes before sending me out. Then we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the discharge paperwork. I spent more time waiting than being seen

I had poison ivy the shot 💉 pills 💊 and cream are working.. I should be healing ❤️‍🩹 very soon ..

If I could rate -0 I would. Initially I came to this urgent Care because of an ear ache after work thinking great finally I would get some type of relief. Nope! The staff that works here are very inexperienced when it comes to caring for individuals in pain. Not only did they prescribe over the counter medications but forgot to actually send the prescription. I went to 2 different pharmacies to try and figure out where they sent it to and could not reach them because I left at 9 and the had closed. I called the next day after spending another night in pain for Brianna the receptionist to ask me is that all you need because if another customer walks in I would need to attend to them lol I would not be calling the next morning if you alls services were efficient which is what I paid my money for. Finally, I made it back to the pharmacy for the fourth time for them to tell me we only received a prescription for 1 medication. They prescribed 3 smh. NextCare Urgent Care is not the place to come if you are truly in pain.

Saw me at the appointed time which shouldn’t be a big deal but considering how long I’ve waited other places it really is. Treated me with courtesy and professionalism. Shout out to the lady who took my vitals, she was especially kind.

My educated observation and experience during the long unnecessary wait. This place is LITERALLY equivalent to going to your pharmacy and getting advice from your pharmacist and leaving with OTC meds. ( review nothing to do with pain meds btw) Dont waste your time and money. They recommended a revisit in a week. Why for more money. This is not a Primary Care Provider this is Urgent Care. $350 just to consult with a doctor. For something your pharmacist would have done more knowledgeable for free.

Best possible place and Team when youre under the weather and feeling like you need a hospital bed. I am not the best person when I dont feel well and the patience, kindness extended was everything I needed to be taken care of in an expedited manner in order to get me home with medication to get rest to start restoring my body to get back to work. The follow up the same day as well as days after are just what I needed to know the genuine care and concern expressed at my arrival. I will return if ever in need again and will not hesitate to recommend.

After a fall onto the sidewalk while walking my dogs, I felt my hand needed to be evaluated to rule out fractures.I was able to make an appointment online within the hour easily.I received excellent care from the PA and the staff there were so patient ,friendly and caring!Best experience with an urgent care ever!This will be my go to place from now on!Thank you for your service!

Not great as an urgent care but as for a small clinic if youre going in for something simple its decent. Wouldnt go here for anything major. The service provided to me was alright and considering from check in to discharge was an hour its not too terrible. I have to wait for lab results and will review back if necessary to see how things turn out.

The wait today was very long, maybe the longest Ive ever waited. Other patients made appointments and we did not have one. So we were skipped a couple of times. Omar was very gentle and patient with my 6 year old.

I dnt know why I came there. 7.13.2023 I came in for an abcess I paid waited went to the back and was told they couldnt treat me. I went back to the front and got a refund and went to urgent care. Today I received a bill for $120 for what! What for telling me you cant treat me she didnt check blood pressure urine nothing I simply sat down and now im being charged for sitting there and being told you couldnt see me. Yall got the right one. I already emailed you and I will be there when you open dont play with me you not gone send me a incorrect bill and think its okay and that Id actually accept this. Nope I shall see you soon!

I am from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and had an abscess drained there. I was told that it had to be attended to in a few days but I was going to Houston and my sister-in-law made me an appointment at Nextcare. I made 4 visits in two weeks and they were great and helpful. Abellie (spelling?) was great and got the abscess drained and showed my wife how to tend to me since we were going back home. I want to thank Nextcare and their staff for their attention they gave me.Kurt Welsch

Fast , effective and knowledgeable! I was checked right in as a walking and seen rather quickly!

Very much liked the online check-in option. Office was clean and all staff we encountered were polite. My son needed an X-ray which they had available. Wait wasn’t too long. I would feel comfortable returning back here when needed.

There is a bit of a wait for the initial check-in, but once u get to the back they go fairly quickly. Dr. Omar Samee was very thorough, gentle, and handled my 4yo with care. I was very pleased with the staff overall. I felt like they cared about what was going on with my son and not just doing their job. Thank you

I had an awful experience here with my toddler. Made an appointment online when I could not get in to any other urgent care, and ended up waiting an hour 1/2 anyway to be seen for maybe 3 minutes by the PA. My daughter had symptoms of croup and all he did was listen to her breathing, tell us to try OTC allergy meds and a humidifier and send us on our way. I’m happy to pay for medical care, but this was not that. He did not test her for anything or even take her vitals. On top of the lacking bedside manner, the place is visibly dirty. Would not ever return.

Quick and easy to get into. Quickly confirmed the flu, but did have to wait a day for the prescription as it was never called into the pharmacy. When I called asking about it, I received the call center. They were polite and able to send my request to the clinic.

Do not come here unless you want to wait for hours. Came in for simple Son’s high school physical. I had an appointment but it was useless as I was treated as a walk-in.Checked in online as told by our text message and waited in the car as posted on the door, due to cocos. The phone say there was 3 people ahead of me which is okay.After waiting for 30 minutes in the car, I came inside and reception say I was supposed to check in at the front desk after checking in online! Arghh. How are we to know that? She put us back at the end of in the waiting list with no apologize and with an attitude.We didn’t get seen by a PA after 1.5 hours waiting! Horrible service. I get it, places get busy but at least let me know it’s going to be at least an hour wait so I could have reschedule.Receptionist hides behind the window, with the window paper covering her face, trying to avoid human eye contact as much as possible.The PA was nice and performed the Physical thoroughly and professionally. But the horrible waiting experience outweighs the PA.I was told the paperwork will be sent out immediately after being seen by the PA. After waiting for another 10-15min in the waiting area, I asked the receptionist how much longer? She say she doesn’t know and can’t give me a time. I left the place and came back to got the physical paperwork the next day. Didn’t feel like waiting another hour.

Fast, pleasant and excellent service in all areas from the doctors to the front desk and the medical assistants. I love coming here so much that I dont go see my primary care doctor anymore. I would recommend going to a Nextcare Urgent care facility to everyone! You will not be dissatisfied... 🤕🤒🤧🧑‍⚕️👍💪😁

The people working there are very caring and thorough. I was a walk in and was seen in less than 30 minutes which was great The DR/PA was very knowledgeable and thorough. They have an membership plan there for people without insurance that is so so reasonable and you cancel at any time after first 3 months which is paid up front along with your visit for the day total $161 then after 3 months its only $39 a month and visit $39. When was the last time you only paid that for an office visit? Im SO THANKFUL they really care about patients and offer that program. Highly recommend.

Fast pleasant service. I needed a quick xray to check a previously dislocated finger and after advice for care. They were able to get me the information I needed without a lot of time lost.

Never had worse customer service in my life. Went in for a simple DOT physical and Physician assistant requested a document from my primary care provider in regards to an ongoing treatment Ive received for over 4 years now. He advised he will sign off on my certificate once Ive returned the document. I return a few days later with the document only to be informed the physician who did my physical only works a couple days a week and I have to bring the document back when he is there. The problem is, NOBODY can tell me exactly WHEN he will be there!! Apparently they dont have a schedule like the other 99.9%of the world. Then Im told to try calling before I arrive to see if hes there. Ok...fair enough. The first time I call I wait on hold for over 45minutes and nobody ever answered after numerous attempts. I tried again yesterday and once again...on hold nearly 30 minutes but this time I get an answer but get disconnected before I finish saying hello.This place is unprofessional and impossible to conduct business with. My issue remains unresolved and they already got my money but I assure you theyll never get another dime from me.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you can.Its not worth the hassle if they cant even answer a phone call.Oh...I didnt mention the 2 and a half hours it took just to do a routine physical. Unacceptable.....

This urgent care is my favorite because the staff is so friendly and cares about patient satisfaction. Omar, the physician assistant is very knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone. Its my go to when I need urgent care.

These professionals were kind and competent. The front office staff member was polite and smiling, even though I know she would rather have been at home with her family. I liked registering on the app. The nurse and nurse practitioner were caring and thorough. Next Level Urgent Care is my go to!

Went in for 9am on February 14, 2023Trying to get rid of a cough I’ve had for about two weeks.I’ve been here and never was I not allowed to bring my spouse to the back with me. Sanchez a lady doctor who was there that day did not allow me to bring my spouse with me to the back. To much control and I will never come back.

Very kind, warm and professionally people working here. I took my son around 7:45pm with the flu and the staff was great. I highly recommend this place, just bring patiences because everyone’s feeling it and they’re doing the best they can to help us all out. Thanks NCUCPealand!

I normally do not write reviews online but after my experience at this urgent care I felt compelled to do so. Let’s start of with the wait. Even if you make an appointment the wait is extremely long. I accompanied my mother who had a fall and ended up having a fracture. It took a long time for her to get her pain medication or better yet the PA to evaluate her. The staff seemed to not care that she was in pain. The PA that saw her was rude and didn’t seem to care. I felt like he only came to work to do is job not because he actually cares about patients. I asked him a simple question about what type of fracture he had a major attitude when answering my question and didn’t fully answer the question. The PA needs to learn bedside manner before he continues to see patients. The medical assistant that attended to us I can tell she was new. Which I don’t have a problem with because I understand we all need to learn. But when I asked her a question she answered “ I don’t know”. And even at discharge I said I would like to read my moms papers before I sign and she said “ you have to sign “ in a loud voice. That is common people skills I believe we should have. Lastly, the pain medication He prescribed was equivalent to a low dose of ibuprofen. I told the PA to add something else this will not help for a fracture. His response “ I will try to add something”. And guess what ? He never did ! I have been trying to get a hold of the urgent care for over a day no one picks up ! Please I will not send my worst enemy to this location! I feel like it was a waste If you can try another urgent care maybe you will have a better experience . Read all the negative reviews we all had similar places at this atrocious urgent care!

I went here for pain in my ears and dizziness. I had a 2pm appointment and waited till 315 to be seen. When I finally got a room I could hear the doctor yelling at a patient and then he walked out the room to complain to the receptionist about the patient. When he finally came to my room he barely spent a minute in the room. I told him why I was there and he quickly looked in my ears and said you are fine. I asked him what do I do if I get dizzy again and he said just take a ibuprofen. He quickly left the room and charged me $200 for not addressing the problem. The next day I went to a real doctor and was prescribed meds for a double ear infection. Worst experience. Do not recommend.

I would have given negative stars if I could. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. We went there on two different occasions just to do Covid tests. They made me, my mom and my 89 year old grandma wait over 1.5 - 2 hours each while the staff were just giggling, chit chatting and wasting their time in the front and the back of the office. There was absolutely no wait today when my mom and my grandma was there but they still took so much time to do a basic nose swab. My mom kept reminding them that they had an appointment and they got there earlier and that my grandma is so old that she can’t wait and sit for a long time but they just didn’t care. It was an absolute negligence on their part. I went there two days ago to do my Covid test and had taken an appointment but they kept sending other people who just walked in after me while completely ignoring that I checked in before some. When I asked them about it, they just said oh sorry we didn’t know you had an appointment even though I checked in using the appointment link. I would not recommend anyone or would ever go back there again. It is a big mess out there.

Extremely upset with the medication provided for my daughter and the fact the doctor wouldn’t prescribe something else

I have always been reluctant to use urgent care facilities. Today was my first experience and I have nothing but great things to say. The facility was very clean. The office staff was friendly, helpful and caring. The Doctor was very nice. He listened to my problem examined me diagnosed me and ordered treatment. I really liked this Dr. if he was in private practice I would definitely see him.

Friendly staff, however this place was twice as expensive deductible wise as other urgent cares that I have visited recently. I only tried this one out over the others since it was slightly closer. Ill have to pass on this place the next time since the Memorial Hermann in Friendswood is half the price on the deductible with comparable staff. Another point that is important to a customer is answering the phone. I called three separate times before my appointment (calls spaced out about an hour apart each) and left a voicemail and never got an answer or a call back. I rounded my true rating of this place of 3.5 stars to 4 since they were pretty friendly for the most part.

Pearland Location / 2795 E Broadway #101 77581I attempted to have my son seen here & one thing I do not have patience for is BAD customer service.My son & I walked in at around 7:40pm on October 6, 2022…. I walked up to the window & said hello, no response 😳 a seemingly young hispanic lady with gold highlights & very dramatic eyelash extensions was sitting on the phone starting at her computer. Never mind the fact that you didn’t greet me or my son, never mind the fact that I greeted you 1st as a PATIENT should NEVER have to, and never mind the fact that your rude behind didn’t speak back….but let’s mind the fact that you never looked up to even acknowledge the fact that there were HUMANS standing in front of you at an urgent care. I don’t know if it is poor choice hires, or a lack of training, or both, but people are sick & don’t need the drama of an attitude because you hate your job. My advice, train your people better, or keep those people in the back, she’s lucky it was my son who was sick & not me. I walked out because I needed to catch another urgent care before closing & I didn’t have time, but I wouldn’t have been as concerned about catching another one if it was me and I would’ve made time to read her in person in front of that entire lobby. Screen & hire better…. These good doctors lose patients behind sorry employees.

Love this urgent care! My family’s visits there are usually pretty quick, and that’s a major plus. Faster than going all the way to my general practitioner. Nice and clean inside. I’ve had different providers treat me there, but my favorite is Omar Samee, PA-C. He took my respiratory infection seriously. I was extremely sick, and he gave me multiple medicines to get it under control. I was very grateful for the excellent treatment. I highly recommend NextCare.

Great service. Very thorough and felt heard. The only thing that I would change is the length of time of the visit. It took about 2 hours and 40 min from walking in to walking out. But PA was great, nurse was great and resolved my medical issue I went in for.

We went to this facility 2 months ago for covid testing. The wait time (in the car) and time in the office was a little over 2 hours. We recently went again for another test. We waited for a hour and a half and were told there were 2 patients in front of us. We checked in with them every 45 minutes and were told that we were next. After 5 hours of waiting in the car and still had not even received our test, we were told sick patients received care first and they couldnt tell us how much longer we would have to wait. Since we have 2 small children who were tired and hungry, we decided to leave. They said they would be sure to note that we opted to leave. Ridiculous.

The dr and nurse were great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to be seen for minor emergencies. However, before my visit I checked the website to make sure they took my insurance, when I arrived the receptionist asked me to fill out online paperwork. When I was already finished with the paperwork and waiting for the dr she informed me I was Oon with my BCBS plan. So I would have to pay $120 and then probably get a bill. It seems more clarification needs to be provided for the ppl in need. Had I known it wasn’t in network I would have searched for a different clinic

I have gone twice within the past few months. One for an unbearable ear ache and earlier this week with an insane migraine like no other Ive experienced.I had to review because not only was the wait time beyond good, but the staff are incredibly nice.. like genuinely nice! From the girl who checked me in, and the nurse who gave the shot, etc.. just genuinely kind people! I cannot begin to say how much that means to me. Especially having a migraine this last time. I was a mess and they were very understanding and helpful. If they read this, thank you both.. I dont know your names, but youre both appreciated!Now the doctor who saw me (again, not sure of his name.. but he saw me both times after 6PM) was the same. He listened, he cared, he helped! Great attitude and thats so rare nowadays, believe it or not.. youd be surprised how hard it truly is to find people in ANY field who CARE about their job! Thank you!!Due to lay offs in the engineering field, we had lost our insurance until January.. I do have a primary doctor but I definitely would still use this clinic in a heartbeat! Honestly my husband and I both agree that we wish this was our primary, even though it is an urgent care..Long story short.. I highly, highly recommend coming here.

My mom Rebekah, wasnt feeling very well. So I took her there. They got here in pretty quick. Found out the problem, and sent a prescription to our pharmacy. The whole process from going in to her coming out and getting her medication took about an hour and 45 min or so. Waiting on the prescription to be ready, took longer then it did for her to be seen by Dr.

The Doctor is incredibly rude. I would not recommend coming here. When I walked in I asked for a rapid Covid test and the receptionist told me yes I could have it done. When I get to the back the dr tells me no she didn’t tell me that bc she’s not allowed to say that and proceeds to argue with me when he was not even present at the time I walked in. I was not expecting him to be so rude and condescending to a patient. I get that he can determine what test to use but his attitude is uncalled for. As you can see a lot of the reviews are talking about how rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful the staff is here. I’m personally speaking on the Dr himself.

I scheduled online when my 18 year old woke up at 1pm with a very high fever. He was seen immediately when we got there and all testing and expenses were communicated clearly from beginning to end. All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for giving me peace of mind.

I saw Omar Samee, PAC who’s beside manner was non existent and did not listen to none of my concerns. The wait time was long after seeing the physician assistant. I honestly think he forgot about me. After an hour of waiting for him another doctor heard me in the room and said I could leave. I went in for an allergy infection based on history and symptoms and the (pa) was only focused on me having Covid. The Covid results were negative. He ordered over the counter (otc) allergy meds that I was already taking and I didn’t need a Dr prescription for. He seem to have a bad attitude of disregarding anything I said, forgot I was there, and then rushed me at the end while I was trying to discuss medications. What a waste of my time and money going there. I definitely will not go there again and anyone who cares about their health shouldn’t go there either. Based on physician assistant Omar Samee I would stay away.

Brought my son in 30 min before closing over a holiday. We we greeted with kindness and compassion. There was no wait, and we were in and out in 30 minutes. They called the prescription in for us, and I was able to get my son home to bed quickly. Thank you!

I was impressed with the quick service. It was my first time using this facility. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly, cordial and most important business like (Professional). From the time I met Brenda at the front desk; to Laura (The nurse); to Darden (The Provider as he was described who took my sample for the Covid-19 test). They were professional.

All around good experience. Receptionist was nice, the nurse was nice, and the doctor was very thorough, nice, and did an awesome job swabbing my nose for Covid test, didn’t feel nothing but a tickle compared to other test I took. Great job NextCare!

I had an appointment at 2pm for a rapid Covid test and was in the waiting room for over an hour to be assisted. What’s the use of an appointment if I am not viewed at the time I was scheduled. The doctors were sweet and gentle; however, they told me my results would be ready in about 20 minutes and I was not told my results until over 2 hours later, in which I had to call for. The waiting period and the time waited for the test results are not rapid as it’s in the name.

Made appointment online on a Sunday afternoon and was seen promptly upon arrival. Very courteous staff and doctor. Facility very clean, booking online was a breeze. Total time spent there was under 30 minutes with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Highly recommend!

I love coming here when I cant get my kids to their Doctor. Omar is always welcoming and he has great bedside manner. All of the providers are nice and professional. I brought my 9 month baby girl here with a bad cough. The staff and Dr.Omar wonderful its great how he asked lots of questions and really took his time with her. I really liked it was fast and you dont have to wait.

The worst place I have ever gone to. I went yesterday because I had very bad hives around my abdomen area. I was very itchy and getting worse. I have seen my doctor his name is Omar Samee, he said what I have is hormone change because I got delivered my baby a week ago and that’s normal and it will go away by itself and he recommended I take allergy medication and acid reflux. Those medications didn’t work at all otherwise the hives the next day spread around more around my body and I never stopped scratching them. I and my husband told him the only thing that will work for me was corticosteroids but he said no you dont need these. Today I had to go to another urgent care because I can’t hold anymore and they gave me corticosteroids without telling them anything, just they have done the right.

An infected tooth (upper right molar) became overwhelmingly painful around 4AM on a Saturday morning. I needed relief. I had noticed their sign over the last few months and when my internet search brought them up, I decided to give them a try. I arrived early and was the only one in the waiting area. Spacious, clean and orderly facility. The receptionist was not overly friendly but efficient. After filling out my forms, my wait seemed a bit long, considering I appeared the only patient they had. The med assistant was warn an d friendly while getting my stats and info. The Dr. arrived. He took his time and was thorough in his to examination and evaluation. I would use this facility again.

Brought my kids here for their Flu vaccines.Jessica was very nice and got us checked in fast. Laurel gave the shots that were almost painless. The best part, we were in and out all in under 20 minutes! Thank you NextCare.

My daughter and I took the COVID-19 test, it was very easy going. The doctor was so nice to make sure I was comfortable. Everything was done from your car. I’m going back there for my annual blood work, to have all my Specimens done for my doctor.

My GP is not available right now, and I had a need to visit a doctor. My daughter-in-law suggested your facility, but I put it off as long as I could. I was charmed by the staff there, especially the Medical Assistant. I felt that we were friends right away. The physician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose my problem very quickly and prescribe meds. I will not be at all reluctant to visit your facility when the need arises again.

Dr. Canio is very kind & he had a great bed side manner. My husband said he genuinely felt like Dr.Canio cared & took time to listen to all of his concerns. If Dr.Canio had his own practice we would definitely go see him as our primary Dr.

Went in without an appointment, gave my info, was told that those coming before me with an appointment take priority which is understandable. Waited in the room and they called me in after one person who had an appointment then gave me the covid test in about a minutes time or two. Easy peasy. I read other reviews and cant attest that they dont answer the phone, may be some rude people working there or for other more pressing issues they may not be the best I cant discredit that. But for something quick and simple testing for covid flu like symptoms whatever anything in that vain seems great. Nobody was particularly rude either so I cant complain.

PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE.Medical care is horrible. My son was hurting bad. He was screaming of pain. They gave me antibiotics. My son kept pointing at his ear and crying. They said there is nothing wrong with his ear. They have me antibiotics, and no pain medication, when I went to the pharmacy- no medication. I was furious. He was hurting so bad. I spent more money on over the counter medication again. I called twice and they said they were going to send it and nothing, I got off from work today, and went to the pharmacy- still no medication. I called again, Kimberly stated the doctor didn’t complete the chart. I hope his children never have to go through the same thing my son did. Please please, don’t go here. I would hate for someone to go through the same thing. They don’t deserve any business. DONT GO! If I could get a 0 stars I would.

Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if you wait in your car and are ignored for 2hrs. Staff is rude and is no help, cannot even provide me an estimated time- then to top it off said they only test covid patients inside now. Real safe!

I wish I could give zero star. I took my wife with severe ear infection. The doctor kept my wife waiting for an hour without telling her he was busy. After an hour he told the nurse that he couldnt attend my wife fast enough. Is this how an urgent care works? We walked out of the clinic and it seemed the doctor didnt care. It was on June 5th and we went there at 6PM and waited past 7PM. It was a total shock and very frustrating.

Doctor was not very helpful. Had to come in for a work accident. Ive had to wait over an hour both times, even though I had an appointment. Front desk and nurse staff are nice.

I went to NextCare Urgent Care (2705 E Broadway St Suite 101, Pearland, TX 77581) yesterday, the staffs are rude and very aggressive. Namely, Veronica at the front desk and Michelle S from the back, they both acted like they owe the place, dont give a shxxt about who comes in, the less the better. Never go back ever!!!!

Nurse and PA I saw were nice; they never answer their phones. I had to call 6 times before they answered, then I was transferred to the nurse and she never answered. Also an issue with my medicine - I was handed physical scripts, yet when I went to get them filled (literally 1/2 mile from them), I was told my prescriptions were already sent to a different (unknown) pharmacy and were “in process” with my insurance, essentially locking my meds up. Still haven’t corrected the issue because THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

The facility is fine the receptionist is terrible. I took my kids for a TB test, the receptionist asked if they were my biological children when I asked why that mattered she said if I I wasnt their biological parent she would need to see my adoption paperwork or their birth certificates. The insurance card lists them that should be sufficient. Another staff came up just when I was about to get upset but I was ready to leave. My husband wanted to stay since we were there. My husband still likes the place I will not be back.

This place was very well run, timely, and I thought the care was very good. It’s just expensive, which I wasn’t expecting for an Urgent Care. But excellent care.

This is the only urgent care in the area that doesnt have a 5 to 7 hour wait time. Their appointment system is amazing and they actually see you within a few minutes of the appointment time.The dr is extremely patient and hears you out.Since we had COVID we been going to this urgent care for every appointment.

I haven’t been to this location but I can see this is not the place to go. It seems to be run very unprofessionally. I almost made the call to make an appointment but after reading all of this, I decided to go elsewhere. One thing I cannot stand is rude desk people and doctors that think they can bully patients around and make them feel stupid. Thanks to you folks who took the time to share your negative testimonies. If it were a handful of complaints I wouldn’t mind but there are too many complaints and they all seem to mirror one another

Got there at 9am when they opened, was greeted & given paperwork to fill out. Was seen by nurse & physician and out with rx’s already sent to the pharmacy in 30 minutes! (Door to door) Very good experience, very good staff! Will definitely go back if needed and highly recommend! Thank you NextCare!

If you call they dont answer. So I showed up because I have a fever and wanted to get a Covid test and the lady was really rude to me for not having an appointment ( appointment not required for Covid testing stated online ) , I told her no-one answered the phone she said because we are too busy. She didnt look busy she was playing on her cell when I walked In. Had no interest that I have a high fever and showed no sympathy or compassion for me.

Never go here unless you want to be yelled at by the head doctor. I walked in sick and running a fever and he said “okay so why are you here” in the rudest attitude. On the way out he slammed the door on me. The wait is also long. We had an appointment at 4 and didn’t even get in the back till 5:15.

Service was good but they would not offer to email the test results to you after getting a positive for covid testing. They said they wont do it because they receive a lot of requests like that so they want you to go pick up a paper with the results, that means going back again to the office after knowing you are positive to expose everybody that works there and all people that might come to the facility. Makes no sense.Personal did not provide any information on where to get the test results easily, answer to my request was... (You can come and pick them up). I will recommend to ask your employees to provide right information then.

Checked in at 5:36pm for a 6pm appointment to get a Covid pcr test for my daughter. Waited until 7pm to be called into the patient room. Doctor and nurse were awesome, very kind.

Dr Canio was fantastic. We didn’t feel rushed & he explained everything. Now the blonde lady at the front desk with the tattoo on her ring was obnoxious as could be, however that seems to be the norm at most doctors offices.

The staff was wonderful! I got in very quick and the doctor saw me quickly but took his time asking plenty of pertinent questions to make the right diagnosis! Would definitely recommend them and return again!

Do NOT I repeat DO NOT take your CHILDREN here. Dr Guadlquiver needs her license revoked. She ignored the signs that my daughter had a fever, cough and shortness of breath. Even when we gave her the run down of her medical record. DR Guadlquiver said she had only an upper respiratory infection with cough and congestion which was not the proper diagnosis. I had to call 911 and take my child to a small emergency room because my daughter couldnt breathe and was struggling to breath. Then and only then was when we found out she had pneumonia my daughter had a chest cray and showed she had pneumonia and for a child with medical condition and was born very sick. Pneumonia is very bad no matter what and can kill anyone but in my daughter case with out proper treatment could have resulted in my daughter death. If you care for you kids like I do DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE AND HAVE THIS DR SEE OR TREAT YOUR CHILD OR CHILDREN this could have lead to my child death if I wouldnt have called 911 or taken her to the small emergency room and gotten her a chest xray and a doctor actually listen to there patient parent.

Everyone was very kind and we got seen quickly. The Doctor was very kind and thorough when checking my son, he was very informative and gave me all of the information needed.

Waited a little long with an appointment but I expect that from almost anywhere. Everyone was very nice and professional and provided great care.

Front desk girl was not it rude for no reason I had to wait 25 mins for a dang DOCTORS EXCUSE!!!!!!!!! And when I first got in the clinic she rolled her eyes but the doctor cool I just had an issue with the receptionist seems like she hates her job cause everyone on the reviews had a problem with her too.

My first visit was for a skin abscess at 8:30p on a Saturday night. The receptionist was very friendly but did explain that the procedure was known to take a while and with it being 30mins til closing, the Dr may not be willing to see me. The Dr and other staff stayed over to take care of me. They were all so friendly and helpful. Dr Canio has the BEST bedside manner!!! Im so thankful that I found this office, staff and Dr Canio.Ive been back to the Pearland office about 6 times now, theyve always been clean, friendly, professional and had short wait times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I wish I could give a zero star review. This was the absolute worst clinic I’ve ever been to. They made me wait 2 hours past my scheduled time. Just for Dr Omar Samee to yell at me & argue with me because I wanted to take a different test than what he wanted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE.

Worst urgent care I have ever come across. The receptionists are all extremely rude and unhelpful. They are snobby and seem to enjoy watching you wait for hours to be seen. PA Omar is the absolute worst. He is confrontational, rude, and makes it abundantly obvious that he does not care about patients at all. He treats you as if your presence is a huge inconvenience to him and if you dare to ask a question or describe symptoms of your child that he is treating, he either ignores you completely or gives a short snappy rude response. I was forced to come here for a work related injury, but I would rather drive an extra hour to another location than be forced to be this PAs burden, again. The nurse is super cool. She is the ONLY good thing about this horrible place, but even her awesomeness is not enough to compensate for the foul treatment of everyone else.

I was very surprised with this place! I went to get a refill for an inhaler and the nurse and doctor went above and beyond! The dr talked to me about asthma management (I am new to having asthma and am waiting to see a different doctor), she gave me a breathing treatment, checked my oxygen and prescribed my some meds for the week and an inhaler! I also have pink eye and got that taken care of! I am very wary of these stand alone ER’s because the times I’ve gone for my son with a high fever or an ear infection they always say there’s nothing can do. But you’re an ER and you advertise that on your website! I Was there for a total of 45 mins, there were people in front of me but I made an appointment online, I think that helped some! I would recommend this place if you actually need medical care during the weekend(flu,asthma,eye injury, stuff that can’t wait) or can’t get to your actual dr in a timely manner. (I believe they close at 9 during the week, so no overnight care). It’s clean (I saw a lot of reviews that it was dirty) but it was...it has out dated furniture but who cares? The bathrooms and the patients rooms were clean!

My 8 year old needed a covid test. They were able to get us in same day. Doctor and staff were very helpful and the test was easier than expected for my son. Thank you.

Ive been here on two separate occasions and had a good experience both times. One visit was on a Saturday. There was a long wait because there were a lot of people before me, so that was as expected. My second visit was on a weekday evening and the wait was pretty short. I received the care I needed on both visits.

The website said they took my insurance but when I got there they did not. Customer service was ok. Doctor was quick and polite. Overall was a good urgent care. Ive been to worse.

Horrible service. Oriental lady at desk had horrible attitude, short, and snappy. Son was seen for common issue and needed antibiotics for an infection related to original visit told me i would have to come back in four days and follow up with original doctor i explained i couldnt wait 4 days he was in pain, she snapped back,then take him to emergency room if you cant wait. I walked out and will never step in there again. This was 5 year old in pain. Despicable.

For years ive taken my children to the one in Pasadena on Spencer and would recommend either place absolutely!..This location had the rapid covid 19 test and Pasadena will have that soon. As a healthcare worker i needed the test asap today not only for myself but my sons.Everything went through as needed .Im so very blessed for our negative test results .More than thankful today and always.Im so appreciative for the outcome and quality care ftom next care!

Came here because my son had an accident at school. Wait was going to be 45 min and i was told if my son needed x rays they could not be done at this site. Fine. I checked in..15 min later i get a text that i have been put on the waitlist...still 45 min wait. I ask for my ins card and DL back because by then the pediatric urgent care will be open and i say thank you twice...no response. I say it again and nothing. Front desk receptionist has no manners/social skills at all.

Dr. Canio is the best! I just left after having 22 staples removed by him that no other Dr. Would take out. The staples were in for to long but he made sure I was comfortable. Thanks to him and the wonderful staff there I am now on my next phase of recovery. 5 stars isnt enough. Thank you guys so much !

Very rude i wait for 2 hours to be told be hanged up by the very unprofessional Doctor or whoever she was. WASTE of time because they claim its a small urgent care. If you are thatcsmall you should not be wasting peoples time go get a covid test! And most definitely let your PAYING patient speak before you rudely hang up. BTW they never ever answer the number on file and I got proof of that.

Wife took my son in at 8 am didnt know of an urgent care with appts. didnt see him till 11 30 to test him for covid then no advice for us on medication to give my 1 yr old rushed her out smh 🤦 save your time go elsewhere

Called on the phone prior to going.. advised what symptoms were and advised I wanted a referral to imaging center for MRI.. was told they can write referrals.. got there, seen, asked about referral and was told they cant issue referrals.

Don’t go there if you don’t have insurance. They charged ridiculous price for self pay . I took my cousin there on Saturday, the receptionist told $265 per visit plus Xray cost. They saw her literally for 10 minutes took 2 Xrays but charge her over $700.00. The receptionist refuse to give us the itemized statement and record until we paid. You sure will surprise with their excessive cost.

Only thing preventing a 5 star rating was the wait time. Even with a confirmed appointment, the wait time was close to 1 hour. Otherwise, I found Dr. Omar to be very professional and thorough.

Very professional staff to include Clinic Manager, Ms Dominguez and Ms Ashley Sanchez, FNP. Highly recommend this location .

The only positive thing was the receptionist she was very nice, but they incorrectly diagnosed my son, they didn’t full examine him, didn’t take my concerns seriously, the Nurse just kept saying maybe it’s this and sent us on our way, end result, my son ended up in the hospital on oxygen.

The people here are extremely nice. The doctors are cute and know how to help you. If and when you feel sick and cant see your PCP as soon as you need to then I recommend coming here.

The staff and providers are always so thorough and wonderful. They always make me feel my concerns are validated and answer all my questions. The online scheduling is super easy if youve got time to plan ahead.

I scheduled to get a test done here. I scheduled it for 6:30pm and did it online at noon today 2/1/2021. I sent all my information and also the necessary documents. I get there and they tell me I couldn’t get tested because my insurance wasn’t accepted and I couldn’t pay out of pocket because I have insurance. They are horrible there! They should have contacted me way before me waiting all day to be rejected at check in. I do not recommend anyone going there. Horrible horrible service!

No one was friendly. The NP didn’t let me finish a single sentence. She didn’t even come all the way in the room, was in the doorway the entire time. I asked the NP for a liquid medication since my 11yo couldn’t swallow pills. She replied, “she’s a big girl” and left the room. They put my daughter’s last name wrong in the system and the pharmacy wouldn’t even release the Rx, which were pills. Total nightmare.

Went in to get my ear looked at. The girl behind the counter was so rude i wanted to slap her. Tried saying we dont see covid patients here. Um i dont have covid i have a ear infection .Extremely rude all around horrible place stay away

The attending Doctor answered all my questions. The staff was Great as well ! They all made me feel very comfortable !!!!

The staff is always so nice and professional. They hear your concerns and explain things thoroughly where you can understand. I always come here when I have an unexpected emergency.

I am so happy I came in to this urgent care. I was treated very well, everyone was very compassionate and professional. I am a health care profesional myself and the care I received was excellent. I will definitely come back and I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much NextCare.

Omar was friendly, kind, and took care of my Covid test (I sat in my car the whole time, after checking in with the front desk). Receptionist working when I went was also friendly and streamlined getting my DL and Insurance ID card to them. Thanks NextCare Pearland!

This place is terrible. The customer service is disrespectful and all they do is lie. I called for 4 weeks and was told multiple times to call back weeks at a time later, just to be told that I’d have to be seen again. They are obviously money grab because they know you’d have to pay those co-pays id never recommend this poor excuse of a urgent care go.

I went here for Non Covid symptoms and they just swabbed me for covid and sent me home. Once my results came back negative the dr didn’t even try assessing my concerns. This is not how you treat patients. Not everyone has covid. I have been a next care patient for years first time this happening.
