The staff is very friendly & welcoming. I got there early for my appointment, & they were happy to get me in right away which was wonderful. Dr. Siddiqui is excellent in every way. He answered all of my questions & made me feel comfortable.

After attempting an over-the-counter ear solution with no success, I scheduled an appointment to have my ears cleaned at Broadway Family Clinic (I thought that the clinic used the water device coupled with a cleaning solution). However, upon my arrival, I learned that they too used only a solution. So, that was disappointing. I now have to again schedule an appointment with a facility that truly uses the correct and viable equipment to get the job done. Yet, other previous appointments with Broadway Family Clinic have been superb! Great Doctors and others staff.

Staff warm and welcoming. Wait time to see the doctor was excellent. Doctor took the time to explain everything. Doctors assistant was thorough and set me at ease. Lab technician was great, professional. The entire experience was excellent.

Wonderful experience!We went to see Dr. Siddiqi early in the morning for my mom, Fouzia Farooqi. It was our first time there, and I have to say, we were very impressed! The staff was incredibly welcoming right from the start. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and efficient. She took care of our insurance and ID quickly and made everything really easy.Dr. Siddiqi himself was fantastic. He was very helpful and put my mom at ease. He even helped her fill out some forms, which she really appreciated. Hes very knowledgeable and has a great attitude - very courteous and pleasant to deal with.The clinic itself is in a great location on Broadway too. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience! Me and my family have been going here for two years now and the staff has always been competent and kind. Dr Muzaffar and Dr Sidiqqi both listen intently to any concerns and try their best to treat us. If you request an appointment they can give you an appointment on the same day. They dont just prescribe medicine they really want to help and heal their patients, they really want to fix the problem. Dr Muzaffar is very nice and polite as well.

I thought long and hard about posting a review on this page because I don’t like to bad mouth people or their facilities but every time I think about how much money I spent here it really disturbs me. I found this office on google being new to Texas and the neighborhood looking for a family doctor so I started going here. Went in with my health concerns and was introduced to a glp 1 medication(Tirzepatide) which I never heard but I thought to try it before studying it, which I no love it (glad I was introduced to it). However, what I was not happy about is this office is over priced with no privacy, I think the front desk are really nice but can keep people information private. The prices they charge for Tirzepatide. It’s ridiculous and a copay every time you see Dr. Mazuffar just for her to spend 5 minutes in the room with you and the first 5 with her intern This office is very convient same day appointments if needed but we need doctors that want to invest in you as your finances invest in their establishment. The good I did get is greatly appreciated but my review is to enlighten people there are places with much reasonable prices and you’ll be heard and understood and not taken advantage of financially.

I was extremely impressed by the level of medical knowledge and experience, as well for personal attention and real human connection that was shown toward me and my wife.I can really say that Doctor Kashif Siddiqui MD and Doctor Sumera Muzaffar MD are by far the best General Practitioners I met in my rather expansive experience. I must mention the exceptional skill of the Phlebotomist.

Dr Muzaffar is not going to rush when she is in the room with you, she is going to always listen to your concerns and answer honestly. I want to say she saved my life. She pushed me and pushed me to get a colonopsy and I kept refusing saying I am ok I dont need one. I saw she wasnt going to stop insisting so I did the colonopsy and the pylops was pre cancerous. The GI Dr said he was able to remove them and had I not had a colonopsy we would be having a different conversation. She is truly a Jewel with excellent bedside manners.

My visit to the PCP office was a positive one. The staff was courteous, very professional, and efficient. Dr Muzaffar was exceptional. I left feeling confident in the care I received. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and caring primary care provider.

So Far So Good as I am Trying to TRUST Doctors Again!I was referred to Broadway Family Clinic by another doctor and to see Dr. Siddiqui. The office staff was nice and I was taken back quickly. Expressed my health concerns with the doctor and we have a plan of action to determine what the issues may be. I love he had a lab and I did not have to go off-site to get blood work done. Seems like he is very busy because my 2 week follow up appointment was going to be 4 weeks but we got me scheduled with in 2 weeks. That almost broke it for me.Hoping all my other future appointments are as good as this

I was looking for a new PCP and decided to give Broadway Clinic a try. I loved it! The staff was nice and the Dr was very thorough on explaining everything.

I am very displeased with the service I have received from Broadway Family. I was referred to a specialist due to results of a lab test and in order for me to be able to be seen by this specialist my insurance requires a referral authorization form. I have spent almost a month now constantly calling the doctors office to get the paperwork processed and get status updates but I keep getting the run around and have been told the proper people are being emailed on the issue but nothing is getting done. The specialist team has even contacted broad way family and nothing is being done. I may possibly have an autoimmune disease and need to see this specialist as soon as possible to have this situation dealt with and it is extremely frustrating that Broadway Family is not treating this matter as something important. I’ve never had issues with care but this situation has me considering taking my business elsewhere.

I was very surprised by reading the reviews as my experience here with Dr. Muzaffar was not so great. I came in for a physical and gave them paperwork that I needed filled out. It has been more than two weeks now and it is still not ready or they just haven’t called me. Even after she told me it would be ready the next Monday. It’s been more than two Mondays. It seems like she only prioritizes “immigration” paper work. I did go pick up the paperwork they normally provide for results and almost everything checked out I do not recall her checking. There were questions answered that I wasn’t even asked. I feel like she doesn’t care about my health or needs. Do not recommend unless you’re going in for an “immigration physical.”She also prescribed me some pills that I didn’t know about until the pharmacy notified me that they were ready.

They are excellent, caring and personable doctors and were blessed to have them in the our areaMy wife and I have been a patient of Dr. Siddiqui and am so glad that hes opening a clinic nearby so I dont have to travel far anymore. Ive found him to be a knowledgeable and experienced Doctor with excellent bedside manner. Dr. Siddiqui has been my doctor for the past year. I am grateful for his care . He listens and he is thorough with my health history . I use this clinic for all my COVID testing needs. They were especially organized and prompt when testing and I had to have a confirmation for travel. Staff is very professional and friendly.

Before we arrived, we asked if they accepted our insurance and thet confirmed. After a couple of weeks of the visit, they send a payment letter asking for a copayment because they are part of the network. Also, they need to improve service ASAP. (Drs are 👌🏽)

It’s been over a decade, I didn’t meet a good doctor. Dr. Muzaffar does care about her patients. I know that for the times I have to wait while she is taking care of other patients.Ok I’ll will speak for myself. So far my experience with her is just fine. I see qualities in her that I don’t see in most doctors nowadays.Many times I noticed Dr. Muzaffar is truly engaged when she is talking care of me. She doesn’t rush me. She takes her time to ask me questions and explain me the root of my problem. And how she will help me. She is so welcoming.Just be polite and the visit will go smoothly.

I love Dr Muzaffar in regards to how thorough she is, but the wait time is utterly disrespectful. I changed practices due to 45-1hr wait times. We all have busy schedules, and having someone wait for a prolonged period of time without informing them of anything is unacceptable. It’s happened to me on every visit I’ve had. No thank you!

This is my first time going there. I chose them because of good reviews. But I was left in the room for about half an hour before I go ahead and get myself noticed…they said they are sorry and thought i was to see the other doctor. I guess they probably feel a-bit embarrassed as well since i am a new patient and somehow they forget about me sitting in the room and waiting…i decide to stay with them for now and see how it goes.Update: the doc called me during weekend to discuss my blood work and apologized again for what happened. I indeed appreciate that and change my review from 3 to 5.

The attention and care that I received here was outstanding. I’m very happy with the doctor and medical staff. They listened to everything and asked me a lot of questions. Most other places make me feel rushed and are quick to just prescribe medication without finding out what the problem really is.

Maybe if they worried less about their google reviews and more about seeing people in a timely and respectful manner then it would be a better practice. As is, it’s not worth it for family medicine when you can go practically anywhere. And the scammy insurance practices are well and alive at this place too.

Residing in Rosharon, I often find myself driving a 20-minute distance, bypassing numerous other clinics, whenever health concerns arise or I fall ill. Both Dr Siddicki and Dr Muzzaffar have attended to me, and I cannot adequately convey my appreciation for their utmost professionalism and care. From my past experiences, Ive scheduled appointments or simply walked in at the last minute, and Ive always received consistent attention. The remainder of the staff also excel at making me feel at ease, particularly during instances where Im anxious or scared, for instance, at the sight of needles. After 14 days of self treating sore throat, cold, cough, i went here to see Dr Muzaffar. She very patiently listened to all my concerns. I was able to get an immediate appointment at Broadway Family Clinic in Pearland, Texas and finally connected with a PCP again. Although its only been a few weeks, Dr. Siddiqui has provided high quality (timely, patient-centered, efficient, effective, safe, equitable) care and has been responsive to my individual needs as a patient!Update: Drs. I think Dr. Sumera is a good doctor but i have concerns.We went in because my husband s glucose level from the previous day was 394. We received a call that we needed to urgently see the PC.Dr.Sumera was very concerned about his overall condition and wants all mind of bloodwork. However, she did not check his glucose levels then.Once we got home, i checked his levels and they were 455.Since we went in for high glucose levels you would think they would have checked them in the office.

So refreshing to find an all around great doctors office. When I called to make my first appointment, the receptionist verified my insurance and scheduled my appointment in less than three minutes. She got me in the next day. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived around 8:25 am. The nurse called me back around 8:30 am. The doctor was phenomenal. He explained to me in detail what was going on with my eye. The nurse explained to me all the services their clinic offer. I was out of there by 9am. I will be back for my well woman exam. I came here with abdominal pain in my stomach and severe diarrhea. The doctor actually took the time to help me and take care of me. I was at a different clinic and the other doctor didn’t even come near me. The doctor here took the time and looked over my case of what was wrong and she told me that I had a severe case of salmonella poisoning and my case was severe to we’re I had fluid in the lungs and I was badly dehydrated because I couldn’t drink to much water because I was very sick. She gave me 2 medications and a shot at the doctors, she also wrote me 3 medications to help. She told me that the other doctor that wrote me up the other prescriptions didn’t work and that he should have done better to help me.I felt like she helped me and she came near me to feel my stomach and that’s how she figured it out.I give this place 5 stars for what they did to help me. I am no longer in pain and finally able to eat again.

Was seen by kashif siddiqui- he was very kind and thorough- he addressed all my concerns and was very fast about implementing treatment plans. He was also sensitive about how comfortable I felt and gave the option of a female dr in the office for more personal matters- I appreciated that. The staff was very kind and helpful. I think I found my PCP!

Been to this office all this week and never opens at 8am like stated online and on the doors. Why say yall are open at a certain time and yall are not. Who ever is in charge of opening the office y’all need to do a better job or just change the times wasting peoples times by saying y’all are open at a certain time. Won’t ever be back here again.

Dr. Siddiqui was willing to see me as an emergency patient. Staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor was extremely nice, professional, and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. The well-equipped facility, caring staff, friendly can-do attitudes, and smiles was a warm welcome. *UPDATED*Increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Dr. Siddiqui, the medical director, called me personally to talk to me about my experience at the clinic. He was very apologetic and thankful for bringing the issues I encountered to his attention, and he says that b/c of my feedback, they have changed some policies and will focus on further educating their staff alongside improving overall communications. I am glad he reached out; he seemed very concerned and genuinely wants the best for his patients. I can certainly respect anyone who can acknowledge any shortcomings and focus on improving his practice for the benefit of his patients. He did not ask me to change my review or update my rating, which I appreciate. I am doing this of my own free will b/c I believe that sometimes mistakes happen; the most important thing is that we learn from them. I may end up giving Broadway Family Clinic another chance once all the procedural changes have taken effect.-------------------------------------------------------------------I already have a routine PCP (male), but was looking for another female PCP to do my annual plus well womans exam. Saw the awesome reviews from this place and decided to give it a shot, since it is much closer to my home. Unfortunately, I just had the worst experience here, on multiple occasions....First visit - after I saw the Dr., I was told I could leave. They did not know I was supposed to get my annual labs drawn before they tried to usher me out the door. Upon asking them dont I need to get my blood drawn? they were unaware that I had any labs ordered. After checking, they informed me that I do indeed have labs pending, but that the phlebotomist had gone to lunch already...2nd visit - So I had to come back an hour later to get my blood drawn. Results took 4 days to come back, which was fine - I dont mind waiting. The most important lab I needed was my platelets, since it has been chronically low and I am trending it. The Dr. told me they could not result a platelet count b/c they were all clumped together (due to them being too low). Now I have had multiple blood draws every year, and never have I not been able to get a platelet count. If they are clumped together, that usually means it was not mixed well enough during collection, or not sent to the lab in a timely manner or mishandled in the lab (I am a nurse). Also, I was waiting for my urine culture results - which I was then informed it was mistakenly never sent out in the first place....3rd visit - went back to get a repeat CBC blood draw b/c I really need a platelet result, and to give them yet another urine sample. This time the urine culture was sent. Called me a few days later saying that they could not get a platelet count AGAIN due to the same clumping issue!!I immediately called up my Hematologist and he ordered a CBC to be drawn at the hospital I work at. Went in, got my blood drawn, and 2 hours later my platelets RESULTED WITH NO ISSUES....!!TLDR - needless to say I will not be returning to this facility. Ive had too many bad experiences in terms of staff not communicating with each other and procedural errors to warrant another chance. Next time I will just pay the extra money to go to an OB-gyn for my well womans exam, and stick with my current PCP.

I had my yearly wellness appointment with Dr. Siddiqui. He along with his staff are amazing. Theyre very personable, easy to talk to as well as being very thorough. Was looking for a walk-in clinic because my daughter was sick and her usual doctor doesnt have that option. Dr. Siddiqui was able to take us in after taking a COVID test. Both he and the staff were very pleasant. The clinic was also bright and clean.

Absolutely amazing Doctors, I highly recommend them. They care so much about their patients and they are very thorough. They were also incredibly patient with me when I needed them to fill out paperwork to give to the military (EFMP dependant medical paperwork). I felt awful almost calling them everyday, but they were incredibly and got everything done so quickly!

I have recently elected to change primary care doctors. In the past I went to Kelsey-Seybold. The opportunity with Kelsey-Seybold it takes weeks to be able to see my actual doctor. When an illness pops up I have to see another doctor at Kelsey. When looking for another doctor I came across Dr Muzaffar. She is very thorough takes all the time as needed with her exam and Im very pleased with the future care that she will be providing to me. Very professional. The good news is they take walk-ins so if I come down with a cold or something pops up I can come in at any time. I feel very comfortable in electing Dr muzaffar as my primary.

I have known and worked with Dr Siddiqui for over 6 years, now. I have never known him to be anything but an extremely contentious doctor who truly cares for his patients. His work is expeditious and appropriate. I would happily let him care for any of my family.
