Finding those who genuinely understand and foster a sense of safety can be a real challenge, especially during the ups and downs of the IVF journey. I’m holding my little boy in my hands as I write this. Thank you so much for all your help with conceiving this little boy. The staff was very informative, kind, and patient. And so were all the doctors. I’m so grateful to you all.

I have so much gratitude and love for the employees of Aspire, and for the Aspire clinic. They supported me for almost a year while I went through me and my wife’s IVF journey. It was the toughest thing I’ve done mentally and physically. I wasn’t sure I would ever be pregnant, or be able to carry, after suffering from infertility for nearly 10 years before coming to them. I graduated from the IVF clinic today, and I’m overwhelmed with happiness to have our miracle baby in my tummy! Aspire makes dreams come true!!!

The entire experience with Dr.Hoff was impeccable, she knows her specialty. She goes over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and I have hope. Which I didn’t have with the last Doctor I was seeing.The entire team is awesome from the front desk to back of the clinic.🥰🥰🥰

I wouldn’t recommend this place, I didn’t feel like they were here for us to see us succeed but rather more about the money, like immediately suggesting IVF. We ended up leaving and succeeded in our own, and with our new doctors they were surprised that this place wanted to move to IVF so quickly. I just never got a good feeling from this place and staff. I won’t go into the details of everything that happened but after speaking to our current doctors they were disappointed to hear how they handled one of our procedures.

Dr Mazen Abdullah is absolutely hands down the best doctor I have worked with. He kind and patiently listened to my concerns and made the treatment process seamless and worry free. To all the nurses Kasey Lindy and the beautiful lady at the front desk who always makes you feel welcome and is very friendly thank you. You guys are amazing. God bless .

Going to Aspire for about 3 months now, I’ve grown to love some of the people I come in contact with because they’re so sweet, supportive and welcoming. 3 people who are very consistent and genuinely kind and caring are Veronica, Kelsey and Kacey! They’ve honestly made this hectic and sometimes overwhelming process a lot more enjoyable.

Great team! I received care from Dr. Hoff. She thoroughly explained why IVF was the best option for my husband and I. And it worked! The process definitely takes a lot of patience and we asked plenty of questions throughout the process.

Having infertility issues is a hard journey to have to accept. But with Dr Hoff she made it easier and was always willing to answer every question and concern. The entire process from stimulation to transfer was clearly defined and she walked us through every step of the way. We are so happy we found her and we’re able to make our dreams of starting a family come true.

Can you say Mortified!!! I went to this office in Pearland as it is closer to my home for my cycle testing per Dr. Witz, OMG nurse/secretary sitting at the check in desk discussing patient information with patient about how she missed one of her medication and when her cycle started and why she had to wait another month. Other people 1 man 1 child sitting in waiting area hearing this secretary/nurse or whoever she was discussing confidential information come on now can you say HIPPA. This office has made me want to rethink about where it is that I want to go for treatment. Horrible service in Pearland, I am a Nurse and I was Mortified by this terrible experience I will never go to this office again. Retraining is definitely in order May 21, 2024

I can’t say this enough, but the team at Aspire HFI Pearland truly are the best! I received care from Dr. Abdallah and I felt he was very informative every step of the way. He really forefronts quality patient care and treatment. I am so grateful I was referred to his office and for the amazing team who helped me through a difficult fertility journey. I couldn’t imagine a more supportive clinic and doctor to go through this process with. Thank you so much Dr. Abdallah and the whole Aspire HFI team!

We started with Dr Williams and he was great, but honestly we are so glad we ended up with Dr Hoff! She has been so amazing and answers all of our questions and explains the answers well. She has amazing through the whole process and bedside manner is excellent.

The nurses Veronica and desilia are extremely rude and unprofessional people. I was told by Dr. Hoff to call in for my cycle if the 3rd day is on the weekend. Since it’s the holiday I called to explain I had stated to spot. They both started arguing with me and said it’s technically day 5 and we can’t get you in. I explained to them I was just following the instructions from the Dr. Hoff. Desilia hanged up on and when I called and spoke with Veronica she started arguing with me right away. I have seen them treat other patient like and misinforming them and not being helpful at all. I had given them the benefit of the doubt. But it is very clear they are abusive of their position.

I was extremely nervous when I started my IVF journey. We started with Dr. Williams whom I learned was retiring during our IVF cycle. I got frustrated worried about switching doctors in the middle of our cycle. Then I met Dr. Hoff who I immediately felt was a perfect match throughout our journey. Dr. Hoff, Isabel, and Rene have been absolutely amazing during our journey. I will forever be grateful to the staff here at Pearland. Our first IVF cycle was a success through them.

My spouse and I were tremendously pleased with our experience at Aspire HFI. Our numerous consultations with Dr. Abdallah were enlightening, as he meticulously clarified each step and patiently responded to our inquiries. His team was consistently wonderful during each of our visits. Our fertility journey at Aspire included a successful IVF. Once we decide to grow our family further, we will surely return to Aspire. We have immense trust and affection for both the clinic and Dr. Abdallah.

Since Day 1 Dr. Hoff & all the staff at HFI Katy have been so compassionate, caring & loving throughout our entire process. Every appointment all our questions were always answered and any concern was given 110% attention. I always felt comfortable and safe in the care of Dr. Hoff & all my nurses here at HFI Katy.

Dr. Heather Hoff and her care team are simply amazing. We are exceedingly delighted with their care and dedication thought the treatment process. Higley recoded.

My husband and I were so happy with Aspire HFI. We were originally referred to another fertility clinic but were unhappy with our experience there. Aspire was everything we had wanted and lacked in the first place. We met with Dr. Abdallah multiple times and he took great care to explain everything in detail and answer our questions. His staff was always so great each time we were there as well. We went through one IUI and one successful IVF while at Aspire. We will be back once ready to expand our family again - we completely trust and love Aspire and Dr. Abdallah!

My experience has been wonderful with Dr. Hoff and the clinic nurses. I have been taken care my the team wonderfully. I came in to the first apppointment nervous and the staff makes you feel very welcomed and taken care of. Any questions you have or concerns they will make sure to take care of. I am now 8 weeks pregnant and I couldnt be any more blessed my Dr. Hoff and the IVF team.

My husband and I came here with all the hope in the world. Never expected to have a doctor and staff that showed so much compassion in our lows and true happiness during our highs. We are so lucky to have been recommended such amazing people. I cannot say with words how grateful I am to Dr Hoff and the staff. They are just amazing.

They have the best care and the staff is always welcoming and don’t treat you like just a number.

I am so thankful for the Pearland office because the location is so convenient for me. Dr. Hoff is ALWAYS so positive and happy and told me from the very beginning that I WOULD BE PREGNANT once we were done with the in-vitro process. I love my nurses too! Rene and Ashley are always so amazing and helpful and Hailey always starts my visit off right, from the moment that I come through the office door. The whole infertility process has been awesome thanks to Dr. Hoff and the Pearland staff. I am so thankful and excited to say that because of them, my husband and I are now expecting a baby in early 2020! We are happy to have chosen the HFI Pearland location for our infertility needs.

She was amazing! She listened to my concerns and then got right to work on finding a solution.

The doctors and staff here are incredible; for as difficult and painful as this experience can be, they have surpassed any and every expectation. I cant say enough positive things about the people here; theyve been with us every step of the way during one of the most difficult times in our life and Ill be forever grateful for all of their constant support and positivity.

Everyone is very kind and efficient at the Katy location. They are all very knowledgeable and I felt taken care of at every step. The financial/insurance process is a little confusing.

The doctors Are very nice and also nurse Rena she takes her time explaining things to me I ask a lot of questions sometimes and a lot of nurses dont like answering questions they say just ask the Dr in dont know I ask her and she always have a answer for me and without getting aggravated I really appreciate her and the Doctors and nice lady at the front desk very helpful

Amazing first experience with Dr. Hoff. She was super helpful and informative. Answered all our questions and was very positive!

The staff and Doctor were all nice and ready to assist, they were patient and they took there time to make sure everything was ok.
