Dr. Badawi and his team did an amazing job with my kids. My three year old is not the biggest fan of the dentist due to a bad experience else where, but this team did not take long to gain her trust! Happy to say I finally found a dentist for my kids. 🙂

MyCHN Silverlake is THE best!! If you are looking for great customer service with a friendly and inviting atmosphere, this is it! We were seen at our scheduled time with no wait. Dr shortly followed and we were in an out in no time with ALL of questions /concerns answered . Dr Lahiri and staff 5 stars across the board!!

Great experience! all the ladies are very helpful, informative and polite! I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Gibson, very lovely lady. She answered all my questions and made sure i understood the whole process. Her nurse is very on point, and very friendly. Th front desk ladies were very nice and greeted me with a great smile .

My first visit has been awesome. This clinic is what you can call a 1 stop shop. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. They are all eager to assist in any way possible.

This place is amazing they are all attentive and very professional. I would like to give a shout out to my doctor Mrs. Gibson she is the best, and also the lovely assistants Anita and Rosalyn all informative and need pay raises. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

Dr Nishino was amazing for being my first visit and definitely coming back to him. Everyone was very friendly. I recommend to see him for your next visit.

Well where do I start. This place have made me so pleased. They are very thorough. They listen and don’t just assume. They are very thoughtful and patient with my children too while I was being seen. Plus this is a place where we all can get seen. I don’t have to go to many doctor appointments. Definitely recommend 10/10.

This place is amazing the front desk was very helpful. I was also given a same day appointment. Alexis assisted with me and she is always smiling. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The entire staff is wonderful. I always recommend CHN to my family and friends.

Provide great customer service . Very patient and understanding of your needs . They accommodate you financially and medically . Just explain and don’t be afraid to be honest . I’m definitely making this my primary care office .

I have used Sherrell Gibson before for pcos, and I thought she was a great dr then. I recently found out I am pregnant and I knew for a fact I wanted to see Sherrell. She is a great doctor, and the front desk ladies are the most helpful people. Even the pharmacy ladies are amazing. I 100% recommend this office!

Front desk, medical assistants, pharmacy, and Ms. Gibson are all wonderful. Mychn Silverlake will always make you feel welcomed and you are always greeted with smiles. Definitely recommend coming here!

My family loves this clinic. Dr. Lahiri is the best, very thorough with her exams and answers all of our questions clearly and patiently. Abril Hernández is the sweetest, very respectful of my kids, gentle and empathetic. She makes an effort to speak in spanish to us which is always a plus that you can talk with providers on your native language.

Just want to Thank you Stephanie from the crisis team helping my stepson who just got out of rehab! He so grateful that she took her time showed him how to work the portal for Mychn was able to get him in with mat provider and got a psych appointment right away. Especially before he ran out of medication. Special shout to Amanda and Kaeside thank you so on helping him get to his recovery ❤️❤️❤️

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about MYCHN. They have helped my son in more ways than I can even describe. He loves each and every one of the doctors/therapists that have worked with him. He looks forward to his weekly appointments with Mrs. Mary. He’s not an easy kid to give out his love, but she has all of his. I can’t wait to see even more progress with him to come!

Slow. inconsiderate. dirty. these are the words I would use to describe CHN overall, are usually go to CHN in Alvin. Alvin CHN is very professional, and courteous. I have been waiting over an hour and no Doctor has even come in the room. i’m apparent worrying that my daughter is seriously ill, and I am being made to feel like I don’t matter. This place is completely empty. I sat in the empty lobby and then they pulled me into the empty exam room. Where is the doctor? If there’s nobody else here, we should be priority.edit: i walked out without seeing the doctor after almost 2 hours there. my baby cant just keep waiting to eat. i am exclusively pumping and she already ate her only bottle in the lobby.

Just Got out this office and I’m so pleased with this location. Everyone is super helpful, patient and they take their time to listen to you. From the front desk to the nurses and Pharmacy, they are all Great at what they do :) Thank you all !

I had a leep procedure done at this location by Sherrell Gibson and she is the BEST person for me to have had it done by!! She was so reassuring, explained everything thoroughly, and is amazing at what she does. I’m so thankful for how caring her, Anita, and Rosalynn were before, throughout, and after my procedure! ❤️ an experience that would usually be tough to handle turned out to be reassuring and positive, and I hope everyone comes here for all their women’s health needs!

Amazing staff, from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out. I just want to say I had the pleasure of accompanying my sister for her first pre natal visit, and she as well as myself, loved the experience we had. From the front desk with their positive energy, to the nurse who assisted the most kind Ms. Gibson during the whole process. Very informative, kind, and supportive staff and professionals that are here, they have me telling everyone. To top it all off, the pharmacy staff were very helpful, and patient when it came to my sister getting what she needed. I am definitely glad I had to chance to visit, because I’m considering switching to this location for care.

The pharmacy was super helpful and friendly! They answered all the questions I had and were nice to chat with.

The office staff is sooo nice to me and my kids. They even put out more coloring things recently. Scheduling has been easy and they send text reminders. Our provider Melissa Negrete has been wonderful so far. There was also no waiting list when we first started coming a couple months ago. Thanks guys for being awesome!!!

EXTREMELY helpful! They really go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best care to the best of their ability. I was struggling with paperwork from another facility, which was no fault of their own. But they helped as much as possible and made a very stressful situation easier to manage. I really needed that and truly feel inspired when I see others stand up and be their best self and help others the way they do. I do not recall the receptionists name, but she is a spectacular human being. Keep up the loving work you do!!!! It makes a huge difference :)

My first visit and I absolutely love this clinic. From the front desk, to the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner! Even the medical student shadowing for the day! Great energy. Clean environment and it smelled so good!! I felt so comfortable and trusted these ladies with my health care!!

The front desk Ashley was very welcoming and sweet. She was able to answer any questions I had prior to my appointment. Esmeralda was very nice and sweet she was really good with my son.Sherrell answered all my questions and concerns she was very welcoming towards my baby even though he wasn’t feeling his best. My daughter visited My CHN Silverlake for the first time for an outpatient procedure. I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time experience. Ashley Estrada provided excellent customer service. Reginae, Eme and Sherrell Gibson provided phenomenal patient care. Sherrell not only gave exceptional patient care, but also a knowledgeable experience. She gave some great insight to proper women’s health and we are most grateful for it.

This is not my first time using CHN but it is my first time at this facility and my nurse, reggie, was so incredible. Talking to her was such a surreal experience and it was such an incredible conversation. Coming here did not feel stiff and cold like you may see at other drs offices or the hospital. and she really made my experience better ❤️

The pharmacy at Silverlake is awesome! Pharmacist Morgan McCoy has the best customer service skills. She managed to transfer my script speedily to a CHN pharmacy after a small hiccup and within the hour. Massive shout-out to Morgan!

Staff at this location we incredible! Compassionate and understanding. We were on vacation and headed home when an ear infection struck my daughter and the staff was great with her!
