Complete Womens Care Center - Pearland

I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, because THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ADDRESS. I called when I realized THEIR mistake. Receptionist said ok, no problem, when I told them I would be 15 minutes late. Drove to correct address and was told I was past the grace period. They would have to ask if doctor could still see me. This was your office’s fault, not mine! Don’t waste your time here. If they’re that careless with their actual location, just imagine how careless they might be with your information.

My review seems to fall into place with a lot of other people’s reviews! Billing department has handled things terribly. I was quoted thousands of dollars and had to make a lot of phone calls to get my insurance set up correctly where all my appointments were actually 100% covered by my insurance.I have paid partial already and now when trying to get a hold of the billing department for the refund I was promised, no one is answering me. Make sure to do your own research because I could’ve lost a lot more money simply due to a billing error on their end!My favorite thing about this clinic was my ultrasound tech. She was the sweetest!I also enjoyed my time with Dr. Gibson and her NP.Things at this clinic can feel rushed despite long wait times before your appointment. Overall, after switching offices, I would say you could definitely find more empathetic and patient staff. Especially as a first time mom with a lot of fear, anxiety, and questions.

I cannot recommend this facility enough and I’m so grateful to be a patient. My experiences for the last several years have always been positive and it wasn’t until I became an OB patient that I realized truly how wonderful this center is. All my fears, concerns and questions have been answered in a supportive, friendly, and timely manner. From mental to physical well-being, I feel cared for and listed to. I wish all medical offices and practices were just like this.

I love my doctors here but scheduling is always an issue and I often have to wait 45 minutes in the lobby to even be called for my appointments. If you have a job that you are fitting these schedules into your day, expect to set aside at least 2 hours of your day. Very inconvenient.

Very unprofessional. I get a call and email regarding coming in for the glucose test. I was told I didnt need to have an appointment. So I get there and they tell me I have to go somewhere else because theyre closing early or I have to come back another day even though I took off from work to do this since its going to take like 3+ hours. I have been fasting, no water or food a lot. How can they have a pregnant person fasting over 12+ hours. This is just ridiculous!!!!

I was recommended by a friend for this clinic and I love the staff in this location Deonne Clark is amazing ! I love her she eases me and it’s always a pleasant when I have an appointment with herDr. Gibson as well - I have been seen by her and she is very pleasant to be with as well!Thank you

This review is NOT of the NP or Dr. Kandace. This review is of the billing department and process. I have been incorrectly charged for services received. I went for a glucose test and follow up. Wound up being charged $900 for a bill with incorrect coding. I am being charged with a code that says “4-6 visits” my insurance rightfully denied the claim for improper coding. I am also due a refund of my “OB financial” I paid close to $400 for a delivery I never had with this office. When I called about this issue I was told they “would look into it”. Never given a refund instead I was sent the incorrect bill!I was referred out of this practice bc I had severe complications. Delivered through a different practice for high risk pregnancy.I have already called 3xs about the incorrect bill and was told “it takes 45 days to review billing errors.” I’m very upset and considering reporting this business/filing a complaint re this situation to the BBB, the Texas Medical Board, and Texas Health and Human Services. My insurance has already called them as well and gave them the same information “wait 45 days”. I just want my money back and to stop being sent incorrect bills. It is not that hard to look back at my patient records and amend the bill. I’m sure this is something that could be rectified rather quickly if someone cared to fix it.

My wife was a patient here during her maternity. We had a few issues at this location, but the main one was the billing coordinator. If youre not reading the whole review, just be aware not to trust any bills that their billing coordinator provides to you. Long story short, a $2,000+ bill ended up being less than $300.Here is my review:Providers: The providers were okay. The NP that took care of my wife seemed passionate about caring for her patients, although she was not the most informed provider. She told my wife postpartum that it was okay if she drank and that it took more than just one drink to affect breastmilk, basically encouraging her to drink. Only an uninformed provider would suggest alcohol consumption to their patient. Numerous studies have demonstrated that any amount of alcohol can be harmful, especially for a lactating mother. The doctor was not passionate and we felt just like another number during our visits with her.Front desk staff: They were nice and helpful with scheduling appointments but would not pick up the phone. On three different occasions, after trying to call them multiple times, we ended up having to drive to the clinic for what we needed because they would not pick up the phone.Ultrasound: The ultrasound tech (Nhu) was great. She was friendly, informative, and made us feel at ease.Billing: This was the worst part of our experience. We had an issue with the estimate that the billing coordinator (Taylor) had provided to us about 6 months before the delivery. I called my insurance, and they told me that the estimate was incorrect. When I brought it up to Taylor, she basically threatened to cancel our patient/clinic relationship. Here is what she said: ...Refusing to pay will result in terminating the Doctor and patient relationship and processing a transfer of care from our facility.... I then requested to talk to her supervisor, Terri, who fixed the issue over the phone. The initial bill that Taylor sent us was estimated over $2,000, and Terri allowed us to push that back to closer to the delivery date and redo the estimate. Once we got closer, Taylor recalculated the costs and provided a bill for over $1,000. We again questioned it and talked to Terri, and our bill was consequently reduced to less than $300. Taylor proved to me be an incompetent billing coordinator and simply incapable of performing her job. Had we not questioned her bills, we would have had to spend over $2,000, hoping to get a portion of it back in 6 months.Amenities: The clinic offers ample parking and the convenience of an in-house phlebotomist, which we found helpful for lab tests.Overall, if you live in Pearland and are okay with being treated like a number, being provided mediocre services, and have the time to review and fight their bills, this would be a good clinic; otherwise, I suggest looking for another clinic.

I absolutely love Complete Women’s Care Center and the specialized attention you get! Even for a scary procedure, I felt comfortable and taken care of.Dr. Jessica Ohlemacher is genuinely concerned for her patients and it shows! I am so grateful doctors like her existThe gorgeous welcoming decor is a plus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No one answers the phone, I went with dr. Clark . As soon as I came into the room, she said we were in a hurry, & that we was gonna “make this quick” even tho I was 100% on time. Can’t reach anyone.

The staff and medical teams here are amazing! The waiting room makes you feel comfortable and like you are visiting family. I love the atmosphere and care provided.

I have excellent insurance and am employed by a top 100 company. I say this because I should not be denied the opportunity to have any testing because my Doctor at this place will not do all that paperwork because it’s not needed. After being denied a mammogram because “your to young” “to much paperwork “during my yearly examination I found a lump 4 months later. I switched from this terrible place that supposedly cares for women and my new Doctor sent me for a mammogram and turns out I’m not to young for stage 2B breast cancer after all. At 36 years old ! My cancer was so progressive that had I had that mammogram when I requested it from Dr Laurel Spence , I would have had better options. The aggressive cancer would have probably been diagnosed at stage 0 or 1 but no my youth and the paperwork remember! I have now had a double mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation along with 2 other surgeries. I say all of this now because I’m stronger and not weighed down by sadness. Having been a patient for 7 years at Women’s , I now see the lack of care I had been receiving. Find anywhere else to go other than with this group. A pretty office is not all you need from Doctors.

Thank you.Unfortunately waiting time for an appointment is a bit long. 1 month for ultrasound and examination :( 2,5 weeks for a regular check.But because everyone is so helpful I go with this 💜

Dwayne is my husband. I am Leslie. The Pearland office is clean and nicely kept. Lovely, soothing upon entry. Back office clean and organized. The MA/Nurse greeting and starting process very kind. Dr. O was listened to my concerns and suggested more testing. I felt confident in the service I received. Will absolutely recommend to friends and family!!

I have not had ONE bad experience here EVER. The staff is personable and professional. I really appreciate how the nurses and my doctor advocate for me to be an informed patient. I always receive quick responses from the patient portal and feel like the staff here actually cares about helping me.If you aren’t receiving this level of care from your doctor, you should leave them and come here. So beyond thankful that I did!

I want to thank Dr. Lauren Gibson for the care I received. I was told I would benefit from a partial hysterectomy plus see about having a bladder sling/repair done at the same time. Her referral to CWCC/ Pelvic Restorative in the Medical Center to Dr. Hillaraire Fischer was on point.In a matter of about a month and a half I was scheduled for surgery at Texas Women’s Hospital. Both Dr.s worked as a team in surgery to complete what needed to be done. Only an overnight stay and my care in the hospital was great. I am post op 2 weeks and doing great!!! I can now urinate normally, no urgency, no leaks when I cough laugh or sneeze. My fibroids are gone. I would recommend these 2 Dr.s greatly if you are thinking of these procedures. Thanks to them both!!!

I saw Dr. Joye and she is amazing! I saw Dr. Oh as well and she is just as amazing. The unltrasound tech Nhu is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. From when I stepped in to when I leave I felt welcomed and got comfortable with my visit. Unfortunately, I had to move at 20 weeks. I really wish I could’ve taken them with me. Thank you all so much for your wonderful care!

Highly recommend Dr. Lash and Laurel Spence both are great. They both make sure I felt comfortable during my appointments and always ask me if I have any concerns. The staff is awesome and nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I need to reschedule if they don’t answer I leave a voicemail and they call me back the same day and if I have any questions or concern they call right away and answer all my questions. My appointments are always so easy and I never have a wait time longer then 15 mins. Ultrasound tech is awesome she’s one of my favorite staff personnel. Definitely will use them again for future OB appointments. I’m glad that they’re affiliated with Texas Women’s Hospital. Y’all are doing a great job!

I have come to this practice for 3 years to have my wellness check-up with Dr Ohlemacher. This year I have been having troubles and really need a check-up. They refused due to me having Medicare. I sAsked to pay myself and that was refused to. They couldn’t even give me a straight answer. To refuse this service which can prevent cancer is terrible and irresponsible.

Dr. Joye was great!! She listened, was very attentive and gentle. Definitely changed my outlook on physicians as an adult. Lab tech was good, check out was a breeze I didnt ask her for her name but she was very pleasant.

I can go on and on about how much I love Mrs. Laurel Spence! She is amazing in every way and I am so blessed to have her in my life! She puts all my nerves to ease and remembers the little things that matter the most! She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend everyone making an appointment with her! You arent just some patient to her..she treats you with genuine care and thats very rare to find! Complete Womens Care Center wouldnt be the same without her... she is the absolute best and I look forward to seeing her again monthly! Thank you Mrs. Laurel Spence for exceeding my expectations and reassuring me I am in the best care! You are a great asset to this facility!

I thoroughly enjoy visiting this office. The decor is fabulous. The staff are friendly. The wait is short and reasonable both in the lobby and exam room. Dr. Ohlemacher is a delight to converse with. She is knowledgeable and helpful. She was personable and gave me my time to talk without me feeling rushed. She remembered everything I was going through a year ago and gave me the perfect answer to my questions. I actually left in a better mood and was comforted about my issues that were daunting me. I highly recommend booking your appointments with them.

I saw Dr Olemacher for 11 years. My daughter currently sees dr. Joy. When they started they were all about patient care that’s why I loved going to complete woman’s care. Any doctor you would see if Dr Olemacher wants in was also wonderful. As the got bigger personal care wasn’t as good. From the front desk to the doctors. It was to the point where I would dread calling there. I had surgery and Dr Olemacher was different not a warm as she always was. My daughter wants to switch she just turned 18 and has to advocate for herself. They be little her when she brings up an issue she’s having with the nurses. Dr go slob is horrible and was very ugly to my daughter. It’s just not what it used to be. I moved thank god so I don’t go there anymore. My daughter does we are looking for a new doctor.

I have been a patient of CWCC for over 18 years. I absolutely love the staff, the climate and the availability. I’ve referred several friends and family over the years who all love CWCC just as much. The staff is very welcoming and genuinely care about you, not just as a patient, but holistically. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially when you’re going through troubling times, the atmosphere is homing and loving. I also love that in all the years I’ve been a patient, I’ve never really had to wait. The staff is very punctual about helping you and the doctors make you feel like you’re the only person in the building with how they care and are attentive to your needs.

Love love love this office! Everyone is so pleasant & understanding. From the beginning to end of your appointment. The office is beautiful & well kept. Everything is so clean & organized. The providers I see are PA Laurel Spence & Dr. O. I absolutely love them & the relationships I’ve built with them. I don’t have any babies yet, but when I do...I know that I & my baby will be in the best hands possible.

If I could only rate my doc I would give her 5 starts but this is the hardest place to schedule an appointment for. You cant schedule online and they have you on hold for 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. I tried the option to have then call back and they took over 24 hours to give me a call back. Good thing I only have to see my obgyn once a year.

Dr Joye is amazing. Ive never had a gynecologist to just remember everything about what Ive told her about myself. Attentive and makes you feel well cared for. Pays attention to my needs. Best doctor hands down!

Ive been to the clinic twice. Both times, Ive been in and out quickly. It hasnt been too quickly that the doctor doesnt spend time with me. She does. They just run an effecient office. All of the staff are friendly and seem happy in their jobs. Dr. Joye is awesome!

LOVE my experience here! Dr. Joye is wonderful and delivered our son in January. So thankful that I found this office after a previous experience with another OB that wasnt great. I recommend them to all of my girlfriends/momma friends!

UPDATE: I had my both my children with CWCC. My first baby was breech and Dr. Gibson did a successful ECV. The odds were slim since it was my first baby and I am small framed, but the procedure was smooth and I was extremely happy with the outcome. For my second child, the biggest issue I had with CWCC was communication. There were many emails/calls I didnt receive. Both my NP and doctor were out my last appointment before delivery. And, overall, communication issues caused gaps in my care.After I expressed concerns with the office manager, she did rectify the situation as best she could after the fact. I truly appreciated that as I was really upset with my experience, and she did do her best calm down an angry mama bear.

I absolutely love Dr. Gibson. If it was just her I would rate 5 stars. My biggest issue is setting an appointment or calling with questions or concerns. THEY NEVER ANSWER the phone. It is very discouraging and makes you want to go to another Doctors office that values your time and actually answers the phone and take your appointment. Making an appointment is such a hassle. I’ve called for over a week, left messages and nothing. It’s really disappointing. Again, Dr. Gibson is amazing but office staff or whomever is over the appointments make Complete Womens Care look bad and I hate that for Dr. Gibson because she’s actually pretty awesome. I hope you all can correct this in the future. It is very bad for business.

Front staff was nice. Dr. Gibson was not very nice with her unnecessary comments she made to me. Felt like my concerns were dismissed. Will not be back.

I was very nervous and apprehensive about having a biopsy, however Dr. Joy was very caring and gentle. She talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. I am very pleased with her and would recommend her to anyone that is having issues. She is easy to talk to and very good at explaining what is going on and what needs to be done.

Beautiful office, makes you feel welcomed. Dr. Joye is so sweet and nice and took the time to talk to me and not make it feel like I was just another patient she needed to get through. I highly recommend.

I had an IUD insertion here. Deonna Clark did an amazing job and was so sweet. It was the best experience I could’ve asked for. The office staff is also always extremely friendly and helpful, from scheduling to intake to payment. Highly recommend over any office.

My experience every time I go is great! I dont wait very long in the exam room and the office is very clean and comforting. Dr. Gibson is great as well she takes her time in explaining things to me. I am so happy with this clinic. I am moving farther away from Pearland which is where Dr Gibson is at, but I will still make the drive to see her. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a welcoming, patient, and clean OBGYN office. I hope they open more locations soon. Keep up the great work!

Great place to go for pregnancy care. Only part is they dont accept Medicare designed for low income pregnant women who love them and need people like them the most.

I love the care I get at CWCC, its the best. The problem is I have called seven times over the past 2 weeks trying to reschedule my appointment because the portal online is not working. Ive been hung up, on its gone quiet, Ive been on hold, and it was completely closed on a weekday per an automated message. I really hope something is wrong with the phones, as I have not made contact with anyone. Im frustrated.

I had the most wonderful experience doing a Telemedicine visit. I was VERY nervous about it initially and ended up feeling like I was in the room right next to the doctor. She took her time explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. This is the best practice I’ve had the pleasure to be a patient of!!

CWCC has been such a blessing to me. Dr. O and Laurel are awesome. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in easing my anxiety about doctors visits. Have seen them for 3 pregnancies. we The office and other staff are great!

Marlena is always nice and prompt. She always has a smile on her face which makes it very comfortable when you come into the office. Laurel is awesome as well. I love how she is quick to answer any questions and you can tell how empathetic she is to your situation. I love this office and the workers who make this experience so pleasant.

Dr Laurel and dr Jessica are the best. They were amazing through my entire pregnancy and postpartum care.I always feel that they care about me and what I want. they take the time to know my family nd I love that.The nurses are so sweet and helpful. They are also very accommodation when I bring my daughters to my visits. Marlena is the best at what she does. She always keeps me informed on my financial responsibly and appointments.She is sweet and comforting. The entire staff feels like family to me.i would not go anywhere else.

Just found the best gynecologist ever - Dr. Beilan Zhou! She was super sweet, super nice, very positive! The receptionists were very sweet, the nurses very nice; the lab worker who helped me was amazing - I hate getting my blood drawn and she made the experience very smooth and quick and the almost painless! The facility is very inviting, and each doctors office is cutely decorated! Im so happy I have found this place and Ill never to anywhere else but here! Thank you guys!

The exceptional staff, considerate and kind nurses, and the thoughtful, compassionate doctors who take time to listen and ask questions in this office are supurb. The ambiance is very calming and soothing. Ive been a patient for 8 years, and I cannot speak more highly of it.

After my former obgyn horrible experience. Im so glad I found Complete Womens Care even tho I have to drive 1hr away its seriously worth it! The facility is great you dont have to pay for parking which is always a plus and inside the clinic is is so clean and organized. Makes you feel at home. Its also very spacious! The decor is phenomenal and so modern! When I walked in I automatically knew I was going to like it here. They have awesome photography on the walls also! The best part is that I had such an awesome experience here!! The staff members are soo friendly especially the front desk ladies! I had Dr. Beilan Zhou and she is seriously the BEST OB-GYN out there! She is soo patient and will actually take her time and talk to you and explain everything, never in a rush! Ive never met a doctor that was so friendly like Dr. Zhou! Shes seriously the sweetest! She greets you with a hug and leaves with a hug, made me feel like family, Love her shes the best! I had Deonna Clark also and she is soo funny and upbeat and has an awesome personality! You will always leave this facility with a smile no lie! I highly recommend this obgyn care and my AWESOME Doctor I had! You wont be disappointed!

The staff has been great for the most part. There is this nurse I have seen the last couple of times because I wasnt feeling well and my doctor wasnt available. Her name is DEONNA CLARK. She spoke to me like if I should know what to expect since I have kids already. This pregnancy has been very different from the others and since I was told I was at risk of preterm labor anything concerns me. She seemed annoyed, I hope I never have to be seen by her again.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The staff is really nice in-house, but I always have an extremely hard time with communication once I leave the clinic.Long story short: Every time I visit this clinic, they send the wrong prescription to the pharmacy, and do not communicate about the clerical issue, leaving me (the patient) to go back and forth with the pharmacy to get it straightened out, delaying treatment. Im glad I discovered these issues BEFORE deciding to use them as my pregnancy OB because I cannot imagine dealing with the stress / lack of professionalism from the staff while being wildly hormonal.These issues are in addition to general scheduling / waiting issues this clinic has. Be prepared to schedule 2+ weeks out. You will wait an hour+ in the waiting room to see a doctor for 5 minutes.The first time I visited was to get a long-term birth control option. My OB and I had some disagreement over which option was best for me, but ultimately I was adamant, and we went with an IUD. The window you can have it inserted is quite small - only a few days out of every month - and based on your cycle. It took 4 months for me to finally have it put in due to mix-ups with the pharmacy. TWICE the wrong birth control came in, or was ordered. I had to personally call the pharmacy and change the order TWICE. When I called up to the facility, the nurse would say, well we already received the other device - why dont you just go with that one? Are you kidding me? Finally, after 3 months, the pharmacy confirms the correct device is in, and I call to schedule an appointment, however the clinic has no availability for me in the next two weeks (remember that window is only a few days?), so I have to wait an additional month to finally get birth control.A few years later, I give them a try again. Went in for a few simple issues - bloodwork, tests, etc. I had been having an issue for over a month, and was becoming increasingly frustrated with it - hence, why I elected to go to a doctor. OB said treatment is very simple, and she is going to place a prescription for a pill at a local pharmacy. It should be ready by the end of the day. Great. My appointment was around 2-3pm.I call the pharmacy at 6pm - they never received a prescription.I leave a message for the clinic - because no live person answers the phone when you call - they have to call you back. No one ever calls back.The pharmacy texts me at 10:00am the next day to confirm the order for a $900 prescription. I call the pharmacy and they say an order for an IUD was placed (which I already have and has nothing to do with my original issue). What? I cancel the order and leave another message with the clinic. No one calls back.The pharmacy calls 2 hours later to confirm theyve filled the new prescription - STILL THE WRONG ONE. I leave a message with the clinic. No one calls back.I call the pharmacy an hour later - no new prescription. The clinic will be closing in a few hours. I call the clinic, and leave a message stating that if no one is going to call me back, I will be going to the clinic at 3:00pm to get this straightened out because a simple 2 minute phone call would have avoided all the stress, time, and wasted energy on both sides. It is such a simple prescription. I have said in messages multiple times what its supposed to be. The OB works in the office and can confirm. Why is this such a headache? No one calls me back.The pharmacy finally confirms - 24 hours after my original clinic appointment - that they have received and filled the correct prescription.If you discuss one treatment option with a patient, that is the treatment option they should receive. Nurses and Doctors do NOT get to decide once the patient leaves what they SHOULD get instead without discussing with the patient and obtaining consent. Its unprofessional, and unethical. I have called the clinic to address the issues with communication, and no one ever calls me back. Ill never be returning here, and I will advise everyone I know to steer clear.

As a first time patient I can say I loved it. Everyone was nice and polite from the beginning. I didn’t have to wait a long period of time to be seen as I had at previous locations. This was quick and to the point. The doctor was wonderful as well. I would totally recommend them!

There seems to be an issue with calling to have a prescription with the main office. I have to dial 9 to get connected to a receptionist. Maybe get this sorted out? We dont usually answer the phones, isnt a great response from a medical office, just saying.

The staff is extremely generous, loving, and caring. I feel loved and appreciated from the time I come in until I leave. Everyone is AWESOME! I love the way Dr. Mason cares about my well being. Marlena is such a sweetheart as well as the front desk receptionist Becky. Pearland you make it easy to love you!

Mrs. Clark was very welcoming, very positive, and made me feel relaxed the entire time. I was left with no questions unanswered and am looking forward to a fantastic few months ahead, with exceptional staff. Awesome friendly care, and best OB practice I have ever been to!

While the environment is inviting, and the staff is very pleasant, my experience was frustrating. I had a concern so made an appointment. They wouldnt do a Well Woman check until they had looked at the issue. At the first appointment, where I expected to be examined, I was asked the same questions by three people. The second of whom apologized about the first as they thought I was there for a WW exam (I had shared some very personal information). Then I saw the Dr. Same questions and scheduled an ultrasound for a week later, with a WW right after for insurance purposes. Their words.A week later I had my ultrasound, and then was told I did not have a WW scheduled.With that confusion, two co-pays for one exam, and the ridiculous amount of paperwork on both visits, even after printing and completing their online forms in advance, I am of the opinion that this practice has been choked by their own bureaucracy. It did not instill confidence.10/10/16 update: I did receive a phone call and email from the Dr., apologizing for my experience, with a kind offer to make it right. While that was a wonderful gesture, and demonstrated the Dr.s kind nature that I did experience on my first visit, it was not her fault, and I am still unsure about the practice itself.

Its not common for me to write reviews, but I had to about CWCC. The staff at this location are beyond the best! I was recommended by a few friends to go to CWCC after a bad experience with another OB/GYN. Changing doctors was the best choice I made! I see Dr. Ohlemacher and Laurel Spence and I love them both dearly! These ladies have been AMAZING to me over the last few months. When I first met these wonderful ladies they made me feel very comfortable about speaking to them. I can tell they like to build a trusting relationship with their patients, and really get to know them. I’m pretty sure I have found my life long doctors, and my daughters’ future ob! Weileen greeted me upon arrival with warmth and friendliness. My physician was wonderful. She made me very comfortable and addressed all my needs. My nurse, Lyane, was very caring and addressed my concerns. Marlena greeted me at the exit station and was very warm. She made sure to see to my future care and follow up. I had a great visit.

I started going to this practice years ago and Dr Olenmacher was wonderful, she is the reason I kept going back. If my only interactions had been with her I would have happily given 5 stars.Last year though I started noticing some symptoms so I contacted the clinic and was set up with Cara Miller for televisits. After blood work she diagnosed me with Hirsutism. Thankfully my insurance changed and I ended up going to a different obgyn who correctly diagnosed me with thyroid cancer. Very different diagnoses, same symptoms though. Incredibly scary that this could happen, even after I questioned her diagnosis.

Dr. Mason is amazing! She moved to the Woodway location and I still drive the 30 minutes to keep seeing her. She answers all questions, takes time with patients, and makes sure you are taken care of. I cant say enough good things about her. The staff is wonderful as well!

Dr. Ohlemacher was very nice and made me feel comfortable during one of my procedures. All the staff is very helpful from the front desk to the nursing staff, they are all great!The waiting room is cozy and inviting, and the waiting time from the waiting room to a patient room is about 5-10 min, the bad thing is that once you are in a room the wait time to see the doc varies from 5 min to 50 min since there are patients in other rooms waiting to be seen too!What i did not like was that I had a previous surgery and no matter how much I tell her that I still hurt somehow she checks me and says nothing is wrong, she actually did a pelvic exam checked my 2 ovaries and said they were fine, problem with that is that I only have 1 and when i told her that, she said it was my intestines then, this made me feel really uncomfortable because now I dont feel like shes taking the time to really examine my body.So overall If you have a relatively healthy pregnancy, she will take care of you just fine, but if you have complicated questions or concerns she wont ask you more to try to help you figure it out or calm your concerns.Also the PA actually gave me cream for a yeast infection, and It was actually a UTII just feel like they dont ask enough questions (the nurses actually asked most of the questions last time I went) to try to determine your condition and sometimes you go in and you just dont remember every symptom your having/or you might not even recognize the symptoms !!Very Frustrating !

Everyone was on point and very kin and courteous. Laurel was good at making me feel relaxed and comfortable and gave me the impression she was sincere in her question instead of doing it on remote. And holly was welcoming and friendly. Everyone made my visit today very nice when it is an exam no one looks forward to.

The BEST Obgyn place Ive been to in my life! Dr. Joye is the absolute BEST Doctor! She definitely listens to everything you have to say and gives the best service. Highly recommend!!!

I am new to this area and I was unsure of what OBGYN practice to go to. After speaking with a few of my fellow co-workers this office had the best results. I was able to go online and do research on every physician right from the offices great website. It gave me the opportunity to see exactly how they look, meet their families, and also learn about their experience and background. Judging from my first visit I believe I made the right choice!!!

It’s always a pleasure to come to see Dr. Ohlemacher! She greets her patients with a hug and sits down to chat like old girlfriends! I never feel rushed and I feel like she always addresses all of my concerns. Will definitely continue to recommend Complete Women’s Care Center to everyone I know looking for an OB/GYN!

Dr Lindsay Silas is a very caring Dr. She made me very comfortable. I was very nervous about the procedure even though it was my second c-section. I really appreciate her and hopes she takes my next delivery .

One of the best experiences at a well women annual exam. I was able to get an appointment for the same day which was awesome! I got there a little bit early to fill out paper work and I was called in at my appointment time. Dr. O was great !

Front counter lady who sits on the left is so rude. I was asking a question about my appointment and she mumbled “I wish you...” and didn’t finish and then I asked “you wished I’d what?? “ and she didn’t say anything. It was as if I was an inconvenience and I’ve been going here since I was a teen.. drs are great, nurses are great, the ultrasound tech was great, but that really was so rude and not okay. She is the face of the office so she needs to act like it. Also they seem to be behind today and I can’t see my dr they lady said until after the new year so it’s pretty inconvenient. Hopefully it’s just today is a bad day but I’m going to my second appointment and I’m really hoping this is better There was more to this but that was the cherry on top for me!

I love everything about CWC. The ambiance when you walk in amazing. All of the staff are nice and helpful. Communication is a 5. They respond to everything in a timely matter. My daughter sees Dr Gibson & she’s so nice & down to earth. I myself see Dr Olamecher & I just love her. She’s funny, informative, & down to earth. Sandra is the best also.

My experience with the Dr. Mason (and the other doctors that I met briefly) was always very pleasant, easy going, and informational. I always felt comfortable asking any questions and Dr. Mason always gave me the plenty of time and explaination to help me understand. The office atmosphere is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The office team, nurses, and doctors have always been very courteous, nice, and kind to both me, my 2.5 year old daughter, and anyone I saw come in or out of the office. They are spoiling their patients--in a good way! Their patience and kindness is not found in all doctors offices so this is definately a differentiator and I always looked forward to coming in. Just finished my annual visit. Completely disappointed with the front desk staff. Rude was my first impression. No greeting until they are done talking. Asked for my I insurance card, then couldn’t wait for me to get it then asked me again within a few seconds. I asked for a copy of what I signed. She told me I can have the originals after she scan them. When I’m done with my exam and asked for the document, she told the other staff she’ve already shredded them. If I need all of the papers I would have to get them from shredder because they don’t scan all the paper just the selected ones.The one I check out with was not friendly either. Didn’t seem like she was doing anything but told me to wait. Couldn’t be bother with question. Told me I can fill out a survey then didn’t tell me how.I had really good experience with CWCC before. But today is no where near satisfied. I didn’t sign up for a experience of rudeness. Gave two stars because the doctor was good.

Dr. Deonna Clark was very friendly and caring. She made me feel very comfortable. I came in for a well woman exam and Dr. Clark was exceptional. She explained and help me understand things I wasnt aware of. She also gave me a different perspective to look at to help me with my battle of smoking. Dr. Deonna is Awesome!!

Really disappointed experience so far. My wife had appointment and she called several times to reschedule it, but no one picked up the phone and she had to go in person to just reschedule the appointment!!We are in 2020 and Pandemic resurge and we still bring patients in person for somthing that can be dealt simply over the phone and the excuse from the front desk is the facility upgrading the system. Answering the phone is nothing to do with upgrading Mam!!Morever, lab work was done few weeks ago and we still couldnt reach the provider or recieved any notice from them about the results.

My name is Elizabeth my obgyn is Dr. Lash and shes the BEST obgyn doctor I have ever had. Very attentive and listens to my concerns. Very knowledgeable and requests any procedures that need to be done to be safe and sure. Highly recommend her. I completely trust her work.

Absolutely amazing group of staff, nurses and doctors. Every visit I have had here from pregnancy and well woman’s to visits for an issue have been pleasant. Everyone takes their time to make sure you are comfortable and any questions are answered fully. Highly recommend.

Very good! This was my first time here. My appointment was at 2:15 and I was checking out at 2:45. Dr. Mason was great and very personable. Will definitely be coming back for further appointments. Staff was great and the office is very clean!

Fun staff, fast, informative and Dr. Mason is sweet, caring and knowledgeable!! She kept my sister safe and delivered my healthy beautiful nephew because she identified preeclampsia early. Cannot say enough great things!!

I had trouble with WW exams before but Dr. Zhou did everything to make me feel at ease. She answered all of my questions and was so sweet. Phenomenal Dr. who took the time to get to know me and what I needed to feel comfortable. Kind of makes me sad that I’ll only see her once a year! ;) love this place and so glad I found it!

My nurse Mrs. Laurel was very attentive, caring, and friendly. Loved my 1st experience into pregnancy with her. She explained with lots of detail and showed that she really cared about me.

I had an appointment today. A new patient appointment. I left 20 minutes early, got a babysitter for my 1 year old, put the address in my GPS, and started my 50 minute drive to Complete Women’s Care in Pearland. I get to the address, and it’s a vacant lot in Houston - the GPS autocorrected to the Houston address, my fault. I call an operator, was assured that I’d make it, and started toward the new address (about 25 minutes more). I had left 20 minutes early, so it was ok. The address I was given was wrong again, but only 5 away from the office. Finally, I make it to the office, and as I’m walking in, I get a call and told they won’t be seeing me, as it was 1 minute past their 15 minute grace period. Was told I was the doctor’s last appointment. I asked if I could still be seen, and they turned me down again and asked me to reschedule. I’m standing outside of the office with all my paperwork, and I get turned down so the doctor could call it an early day. I am so disappointed. I could better understand being turned away if I were still driving or there were appointments after me, but I was standing outside of the office. I hope the doctor’s day was made because she certainly ruined mine.

Nancy is one of the best nurses that I have experienced in years. I’m truly blessed!

I was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Zhou at 1:30. I was asked to fill out the requisite paperwork and show up 30 minutes early, which I did. Upon arrival, there was a note on the locked front door which said the office was closed until 2 PM, after my appointment time. There was no one to answer the phones. Unfortunately, a new employee had made a scheduling error with the appointment. Everyone was very apologetic once I did get into the office, and I was the first person in to see the physician. Dr. Zhou was very helpful and receptive to my questions. I highly recommend seeing her! I know this incident was an honest mistake, so don’t let it keep you from going to this clinic! After the fact, CWCC called me multiple times to get in touch and apologize about the situation. Later in the week they sent the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever seen to my house with a sweet note thanking me for my patience. CWCC went above and beyond what anyone would expect a clinic to do in this situation. Thank you so much!

The entire experience was wonderful! Everyone here seems to really care about the patients and are very friendly. The best experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Laurel, Ryan and the entire office staff are great!

I love the staff at womens in pearland. They are very personable and make you feel loved. Dr. Ohlemacher and the receptionist Marlena are 2 of the main reasons we wanted to continue with are care at womens. Marlena is the best at making you feel loved and welcomed! My best friend referred me to Dr Ohlemacher. I could not be more thankful. The Center and the Staff are off the charts amazing. After a hysterectomy a couple of weeks ago, the Doctor and nurses call to check on me. Have had some minor Complications. When I call ...they are on it! I would definitely recommend Complete Womens Care Center!

Everyone in the Pearland office was wonderful. The energy from each individual was so positive and I felt very informed and comfortable. The PA, Laurel Spence, was especially knowledgeable and kind and I plan to recommend both her and the office to friends and family. Wonderful practice.

Great doctor! I appreciate Dr. O seeing me while Dr. Jurney was away. She explained everything well, super sweet and helpful. If you are like me, you hate these yearly exams - not the case here. She was fantastic.

I love my Doctor, Beilan Zhou at the Pearland location.She is very attentive and sweet. I appreciate that she took the time to come and deliver my baby at the Texas Womens Hospital on her day off. I will forever be grateful for this.

First visit was fine. I waited 45 to an hour for a doctor, then it took around 20 mins to remove my Nexplanon implant. I understood both situations and they were very nice and apologized for my wait.Second visit was not as good. I came in for some pain and burning. Very serious to me and interrupting my daily life. The nurse or Ned assistant was very nice and asked great questions to help figure out what was wrong. I asked for a PAP to figure out if I am carrying HPV. I also asked for a swab STD test because I like concrete proof. Doctor refused to do a PAP just like my first visit because Im not 21. (I turn 21 in a month, it seemed like they didnt want to bc it was too much work.) I have a friend who has had one at 19?? And I had a legitimate reason to ask, because my boyfriend is a carrier of HPV and I was a bit worried. Doctor comes in and is very sweet. She only asked like 1 or 2 questions and refused the PAP which annoyed me but whatever. Did the swab test and took ONE glance under the gown to asses the issue. After LESS THAN 2 minutes in the room she diagnoses me by saying IT LOOKS LIKE YEAST. Doesnt even say it is for sure and doesnt even actually do an examination which was (in my opinion) crucial to what I came in for. So I basically came in, spent $20 on NOTHING. (Which could have been put towards bills which I critically need.) she gave me an expensive cream to use which I didnt have the money to fill. Then when results come back it says... What do you know... NO YEAST. ha! I was very upset and the issue still persists. Dont know what to do and I feel like crying over this rush of a visit I got. It was early morning and I understand they have a lot of patients but maybe think about longer appt times so each patient gets the time they deserve. I will ask for a new doctor this time. I dont want to say who it was but I hope she tries to put more effort into her patients from here on. I feel cheated by CWC because everyone else seems to have had a wonderful experience.

Beautiful office, inviting staff. It was nice talking to physician in her office first before going into examination room. Dr. Gibson is very easy to talk to and was gentle during a her exam.

Dr. Olemacher did a lousy job choosing her staff. Sherry constantly talks over you without giving you a chance to ask questions. Jenae is just completely incompetent and rude. Because of Dr. Olemachers incompetent staff and buggy scheduling system, it completely ruined my week! If this keeps up I will have to report her to the Attorney Generals office for inappropriate behavior of her staff.

Honestly, this is the best doctor experience I have ever had especially at an obgyn. I left my other obgyn because she was a bit rude ans would not take the time to answer my questions. My experience here was the complete opposite, I, Im so glad I made the change :) Dr Mason is great!

I have been a patient of the CWCC for over ten years. When an office was opened in Pearland, I initially hesitated, as Dr. Hardwick-Smith had delivered my son nearly 10 years ago, however, when I met and was greeted by Dr. Ohlemacher, I fell in love all over again. It is heartwarming feeling to be treated as a friend as opposed to a chart number. In the fast pace life we live in, it simply amazes me how calm, respectful, and genuine Dr. Ohlemacher is at every visit.

The visit was very good Deonna was informative. She allowed a dialogue between she and I instead of just telling what she is going to do and be done. She educated me on the meds that I take and how they really should be taken. Her bedside manner is comforting.

Nothing wrong with this clinic only down side is trying to schedule a appointment. Noone ever answers are they that busy,is there noone working the phones,or they just decide not to answer. Its annoying trying to call and schedule.

The medical staff is great, but the scheduling staff is always rude and hardly helpful at all. Every time I have called in for help they act like it’s an inconvenience.

I got flat tire and came late 15 minutes late, I was trying call them but never got answer. I came from Baytown and they rescheduled me. I know it was my fault but why they let me wait more than 20 minutes before and we can’t.

First time here and everyone was wonderful. Here for well woman exam but doctor took the time to answer additional questions I had. Check out was great too.

Get a new scheduling coordinator! This one is more concerned about how you are going to pay instead of helping you with your illness.
