Midlands Family Urgent Care

I had an excellent experience at urgent care this morning. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and kind from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was not only knowledgeable but also patient and compassionate, making what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. I truly appreciate the prompt and efficient care I received. Thank you to all the staff for your dedication and hard work – it doesn’t go unnoticed!

They medical staff does a great job. They great you with a smile, get you checked in and seen in a timely manner. Everything is fully explained and I was asked if I understood everything. Its no fun being sick but the medical staff here know how to make you feel better.

All of the staff was amazing!! I was in pain, and they made me laugh, which helped take my mind off the pain. They were so helpful, and I was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend anyone to go there for their health issues!! Such an awesome team!! Thanks again so much for your help and brightening my day!!!!

My provider was super sweet and caring. You dont get that much these days.The nurse who took my blood did an excellent job, no pain whatsoever. He was also very nice.Excellent care here. Easy to get in and preregistration.

DO NOT GO TO THID URGENT CARE. The billing from this place has been a nightmare. I went in because I had trouble breathing and left with no sort of diagnosis. I was then sent a bill of $216.53 which I expected. I paid that balance and that was the only balance that showed on my account. 6 months later I get another bill saying I still owed them a balance of $183.50 and they would be sending it to collections. This came with no notice. Keep in mind I also do have insurance too so this is the cost after insurance. The $183.50 was never on my account balance when I originally paid off the first charge. I tried calling the billing department and was sent to voicemail twice and was promised a call back within 48-72 hours. I didn’t receive a call until 5 days later which I missed. I tried calling back within 5 minutes and was once again sent to voicemail. The woman that called me immediately responded to my email with bank statements proving I had paid them but would not answer a phone call to discuss billing. This has been an absolute nightmare and I ended up paying them almost $400 for a 10 minute check up. DO NOT COME HERE

I will not go back here. The service was nice and everyone was helpful. Except that I had an allergic reaction to something and I ran all my meds by the dr several times. She said I had contact dermatitis, prescribed me a steroid. The next day my skin got worse. I mean BAD. Upon doing my own research I realized the antibiotic that i mentioned several times as a concern, I was in fact, allergic to. it took me sometime to research it different ways but the antibiotic I was taking can cause a delayed severe allergic reaction and potentially death. I continued to take the antibiotic after I left this urgent care because the dr said it wouldn’t be the antibiotic since I’ve been taking it for a week already. Well she was wrong and had I not figured it out I would have kept taking it and I could have seriously died. I took it 4 more times after I left urgent care as it called to take it 3 times a day till the bottle was gone. I’m really upset that it got overlooked. I remember she went and googled my birth control she definitely should have looked more into the antibiotic. Thank God I stopped taking it in time before something bad happened because I have two young boys and a family that needs me. Please do better!

I came in with a head splitting migraine, and the doctor was very accommodating. Turned down the lights and brought a lamp in. Staff was very kind as well. Had some laughs, and definitely lifted my spirits. Everyone was very friendly and efficient!

I took myself and my son here on a Saturday in May. The thought of this visit still bothers me so I’m finally writing a review.My toddler son and I had terrible cold like symptoms and he was having trouble breathing. We saw Jennifer Leonard. She did the basic “check ear, nose and throat” to my toddler and said he had an ear infection. Told me that my symptoms were allergies. She was in the room for no more than 5 minutes, ran no tests. Just prescribed an antibiotic for the ear and was going to send us on our way. I asked about the antibiotics as my entire family is allergic to that specific kind. She made me feel foolish for questioning her, said that “isn’t how it works” and just because myself and family members are allergic doesn’t mean my son would be. So I said okay and went on my way.When we got home, I gave him one dose and within a couple hours he developed hives on his lower half. I called the nurses line for our doctor’s office. She said not to give him any more and to make an appointment with my pediatrician asap. We went to the pediatrician on Monday (still feeling terrible). The Dr. said he didn’t see any sign of an ear infection and ordered a Covid, flu and RSV test. RSV test was positive. We were given the correct treatment, (an antibiotic I asked Dr. Leonard about that I’ve had success with in the past but she refused to listen and/or care).Also important to note: I had an 8 week old baby (that Dr. Leonard knew about) that contracted the RSV as well and needed to be seen at Children’s ER later that week. Baby would have likely contracted the RSV regardless, but had we known about it sooner, I feel we could have taken extra precautions.So all that to say, it was pointless to go to Midlands Urgent Care and my family ended up needing more doctors appointments because of it. Not sure if it was ignorance, incompetence or laziness, but I won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend the clinic to anyone.Rockbrook is a much better urgent care. Unfortunately for me, this one was just open an hour earlier.

If you are a Veteran, Tricare users, or have CHAMPVA insurance do not go here. Weve had repeated issues with billing when we have two separate forms of insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield and CHAMPVA). Moreover, weve gotten a collections notice for a bill that we never received.Weve gone to many clinics throughout the Papillion, Omaha metro and this is the only one to bill us over $400 multiple times claiming they do not take two forms of our insurance. Nothing against the providers, they are great, but its not worth a $500 bill for a sniffle.If you are a Vet, on Tricare, or Champva, avoid otherwise expect a billing nightmare.

We always appreciate Nayeli’s bright smile when we come through the door. She is pleasant, thoughtful and patient. Today we also saw Jena, who was lovely. She did such a great job with our little guy Kai. And also Kay-Lynn, she was wonderful too!

Staff were amazing! Took their time to address my sons ear infection and to make sure I did not have any other concerns. Very polite, professional, and respectful.

The nurse practitioner was so nice! Loved her and she said I could call her if I dont see improvement. Definitely felt taken care of by her!

Your nurse practitioner is amazing! The wait was longer than I expected, especially having done all the registration online. But other than that, all great. Well be back!

Very fast, I was in and out in about 20min of my scheduled appt time. No one wants to sit in an urgent care clinic for 30min or longer when squeezing in an appt between work and other appts. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. Will return if needed.

First time there. Very personable, made my son smile and explained things really well for a five year old to understand. Didnt just shrug off our concerns. Got us in and out at a reasonable time! Will return again.

Billing nightmare… while we received quick and professional care at this location, I have been playing phone tag for the last 6 weeks about an over payment since they use a 3rd party company to collect online payment and “forgot “ to post payment to my account. Last attempt to get a hold of them was last week and I have not received any form of communication back.

The Dr and nurse on staff on 6-30-2024 were absolutely amazing! Very caring and compassionate. They deserve to be recognized for their incredible care!

Seems to be super expensive for what it is. The attached photo is what you should expect for going here for a cold and strep test. Close to 1000 bucks (billed to insurance) for a visit that lasted well under 1 hour. First photo is the visit second is the lab for strep test.Update: I contacted the company to dispute the charges and was told that after further mgmt review they thought the 1000 dollar bill for the visit was fair even though I was told that without insurance.....the bill would be a flat rate $300. My employer is submitting a formal complaint through our insurance company for this provider. I was told that many of these providers disguise themselves as Walk-in Urgent Care facilities and then bill as if you went to the emergency room/hospital so they can charge more. I was told our insurance company will be looking into it.

I took my 8 month old grandson here on Wednesday because he was sick. The staff were very kind and easy to deal with. I have had many unpleasant experiences taking my grand kids to the doctor or urgent care and this was by far the best. Thank you guys for making things easy. Also, we were in and out in 1/2 hour and there were a handful of people there prior to us arriving.Thank you midlands urgent care for the great experience!

Has been our go-to for quick visits when ill. Have always been treated great by staff and have had any concerns taken seriously.

We were very happy with the personal touches that helped my kid with their arm xray. I had multiple kids with me and the staff was eager to help with them also.

Everyone was AMAZING! Very caring and kind. 100/10 highly recommend. Thank you for taking such great care of my toe!

This place is everything wrong with Healthcare in this country. Pay thousands per year to insure your family and when you face an unexpected financial hardship you cant even have your baby seen. Profit over people at its finest.

The wait was short, the staff was so friendly, and both the nurse and doctor were great with my very chatty 5 year old!

Electronic registration in the office went well and should be in their system for next time I use their services. Staff was courteous and helpful and PA did a nice job with diagnosis and treatment.

This is my go-to urgent care clinic. They are always friendly and the wait is never long when I go. They have an efficient way to register and check in. More importantly the care and service they provide is great.

Got in promptly after registration on line. Registration took a bit, but then registration always does. I would go back and recommend.

Would not recommend. Attending staff lied about taking vitals. Vitals were not taken until we were about to leave. Vitals were not taken the right way. No physical exam of the body was done. Left with the feeling of malpractice. The swab that was done, was done the wrong way which resulted in a false result. Ended up going to the ER and was reassured the test was conducted incorrectly and that Urgent Care staff, did not conduct the vitals the right way. Usually, I don’t care to write bad reviews. But, my dad passed away from mal practice and to see it happen again, right before my eyes, activated a traumatic response. You are caring for someone’s health and well being and if you do it wrong it has consequences. Please be more mindful of what you’re doing.

I would give it a no star if I could! I don’t like to leave bad comments but sometimes you just have to. I walk in and the receptionist was rude sounding like she was a snob. I went in for my toe to be looked at and of course no X-ray technician .. but when I called to see if they took my insurance I did explain to them what was going on but never cared to tell me they had no X-Ray technician on site. Just go somewhere else stay away from this place. I went another a long time ago was well I got turned away. They are never busy anyway and they should just close down. Currently found a new urgent care to be seen after being seen here for 4 years. Macy is an awesome provider and I am sad to have to change but the brunette and islander female receptionist are awful and should not be in health care. Came in with my 4 kids all having strep. The website was down to fill out any paperwork and they made me sit there for 45 mins without checking me in or helping me with the website being crashed.(I have been seen there for 4 years as well as my 4 kids) they have to have some type of info on us. they were then extremely rude and smart mouthed resulting me in leaving. While I was sitting there they did nothing but gossip as well. I guess the brunette is in nursing school talking about classes and girls in her class, she was very snobby when talking to her. The islander nationality girl was super rude to me about the website being down and just seemed like she didnt want to do her job. now going to Next care they said they have had 4or 5 people switch from midlands because of the receptionists.

Exceptional experience. Brought my 86-year old mother who cut her finger requiring 3 stitches. The surgeon on staff ensured my mom was comfortable and explained everything as she helped my mom. The nurse and front desk staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions.

Appreciate how quickly we were seen and how our concerns were listened to and everything was explained thoroughly.

My doctor today was one of the best I have ever had. Totally professional, and extremely knowledgeable.My questions were answered in understandable terms, and I feel quite confident in her diagnosis.

We visit this location more than we use our PCP as its closer to our home. We trust and feel comfortable with David ☺️ He is great with my kids and knowledgeable for my needs. He wasnt there on our last visit and we definitely felt his absence. He makes this location great!

The day I went there they were super short staffed and only one guy was there. But he was GREAT! He was friendly, funny, patient, kind and super helpful. I didnt feel rushed at all. And he got me and the other patients in and out quickly.

Our 4 year old son had severe ear pain. We made a trip here to check it out. We had to wait about 45 minutes to get in on a Monday morning. Once we were seen by the nurse practitioner she quickly diagnosed the situation and we were on our way. Overall a good experience.

My first time going here. They have amazing staff had to go in was literally 3/4 mins before closed. Wasnt even sure if they could help me but they called to see what they could do and gave me options. They fit me in even though it was after their closing time. Staff was very kind, courteous, and amazing. I cant thank them enough for their help.

I love this location and visit here more often than I do my regular doctor. Staff is always kind, compassionate, and wonderful. My questions are always answered completely and they go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels comfortable and heard!

Katrina is the receptionist (nurse) who is checking patients in. She is super rude and acts as though she is bothered just to be able to help someone. She makes excuses about what is going on in her personal life and is short with patients.When I walked in, there was one person ahead of me. I waited almost an hour to be seen…at an URGENT CARE.I asked multiple times how much longer and she just kept telling me “there is nothing I can do. We are short staffed.”

The name says it all for how we were treated like family and were out of the clinic quickly. My son couldnt get into his normal doctor, or any of the other team members, so we decided to go to Midlands Family Urgent Care due to a fever and very sore throat. All staff that we dealt with, from Kay-Lynn greeting us at reception, to David doing vitals and swabbing my son, to Kris who focused on the best care plan for my son by helping suggest a care plan like it was for one of her own children. I highly recommend all of the courteous and professional staff at Midlands Family Urgent Care.

This urgent care facility was recommended to our family, and all I can say was it did not disappoint! We just moved to Omaha so it was such a relief to find an excellent urgent care so quickly for any future needs. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. They went beyond our expectations and really went the extra mile to ensure that my medical issue was well taken care of. Thank you Midlands :)

Why do you have check in when Im never the spot you say, I arrive 10 minutes early, check in online. And always have to wait way longer than told. As I appreciate online check in, it needs to be more accurate- driving 20 minutes to wait another hr plus is ridiculous.

I’m so grateful to have this Urgent Care by our house. We have been here many times in the past two years. They have the kindest staff who always is extremely thorough. I highly recommend this urgent care and am beyond grateful for all the hard working staff, especially in these difficult times. A special thanks to Brooke for being so sweet to my daughter and I our last visit. 🥰

Only urgent care I go to. Usually in and out fairly quick, the staff are friendly and the facility is clean. Now they have online registering so if they are busy you can spend most of your wait at home.Note that I am leaving this review for the Millard location

We went here on a Saturday morning. The staff was very attentive. The front desk staff saw to us right away and the check-in was easy. The wait wasn’t bad either, considering it was the weekend and into cold and flu season. While we were waiting, the staff kept us updated on the Nurse Practitioner’s status and our estimated wait time. The Nurse Practitioners were both very friendly, answered all our questions, and communicated our results with our Family Doctor. The cost was reasonable as well.

The two receptionists Katrina and the other woman (foreign) behaved very inappropriately. Literally disgusting how unprofessional they are. All because you did not want to do blood work. Not sure why this hasn’t been delt with seeing as though others in the reviews experience some sort of unprofessional behavior from the same receptionists. It seems as if their job is too complicated for them to handle:(

Took my 5 year old in and I was so impressed with the RN and how he handled the strep test making sure my daughter was comfortable and not anxious! The nurse practitioner was thorough and kind and I could not be more pleased with our experience.

We used to love this Urgent Care. However, after todays visit we will NEVER be back! The receptionist was playing heavy metal music in the lobby that contained words not appropriate for my 8 & 6 year olds, then the doctor told me I could give my 6 year old who doesn’t even weigh 60 lbs zrytic, Benadryl, and Delsym for his cough. I go to pick up his script and the pharmacist informs me urgent care has his DOB wrong. So we get that fixed and I head back to Urgent Care as no one was picking up the phone when I called. I explain to the receptionist that his DOB was entered wrong and asked her to correct it before it goes to insurance. She says “okay” and goes back to her computer. I asked her “do you remember his DOB” and she just looked at me with a blank look. So I tell her again, she writes it down and shoves the paper in my face and says “is this correct”? Not professional at all! Will NEVER go back!!

Got in quickly same day within half an hour staff was welcoming, quick and efficient

Super-friendly Staff, Competent ServiceAfter cutting my thumb one morning recently, it quickly became apparent that I needed immediate attention. My doctors office couldnt get me in, so I contacted Midlands Family Urgent Care hoping they could take a look at it.Kay-lynn made the check-in a breeze. Brooke, the med assistant, was absolutely wonderful. Her calm voice and gentle care eased my anxiety, and her wealth of knowledge and experience gave me the sense that I came to the right place. After thoroughly cleaning the wound, she handed things off to Macy, who skillfully stitched my thumb. She made sure the area was numbed so I didnt feel any pain. And in just a few minutes, the bleeding had stopped and I was on my way home.I had a couple of concerns during the week after, and Brooke answered my calls and eased my worries. The return visit 10 days later to remove the stitches went even faster, with Mccolley, Brooke and Amber getting me in and out in no time.Every single person I met there was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Midlands Family Urgent care if you find yourself needing immediate attention for a health concern when you dont need to go to the hospital for emergency care.

Both times I have been here I have made an appointment, which was suggested to me when I called. Both tines I was told at my appointment time there would be 45 minute wait. Whats the point of an appointment if I still have to wait?

Jen, David and Kris were super kid friendly and had us in and out in under 30 mins! They were all super sweet and asked my 5 year old how he felt and what was hurting! Best urgent care we have visited in 4 years!

Kelly greeted us warmly at the reception desk and made check in a breeze. Ed was very friendly and professional and explained everything thoroughly. He was very reassuring and gentle doing the tests. Amy was very thorough in her assessment and made us feel cared for and relaxed. Excellent staff and care!

Kay-Lynn was personable and friendly upon our arrival.David was nice and asked the right questions based on my illness to get a better diagnosis for the PA.Macy made the correct diagnosis and prescribed the right scripts to make me feel better after a few days. This is the second time I’ve been to this urgent care. Both times I have had great service! They are friendly, thorough and efficient.

We took my daughter in on a Saturday morning and were the only patient in line. After filling out the forms we got a room immediately and waited about 2 minutes to see the provider. He did a thorough check-up and gave a quick solution, then took maybe 5 minutes to check that the medication was good for a toddler and put the prescription in.The ladies at the front desk and the PA who saw my daughter were all courteous and professional. We will definitely be using this clinic again if we need urgent care services.Another positive, they are right across the street from an ER, in case you need more care than they can offer. So you can start with the cheaper care option and quickly upgrade if necessary.

Walked in the clinic and was greeted by a man who checked me. He was very professional along with the technician that took me straight back I didnt even have time to take a seat everyone was very happy lots of smiles from the time I walked in until I left. They have amazing staff and moved quickly without making you feel rushed , or like you didnt get to ask all your questions. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very kind and informative. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

We are new to Papillion and of course my kiddo would spike a high fever overnight. I was easily able to schedule an early morning appointment online, and all of the staff, including the owner, were very kind and welcoming right away. The nurse that took care of my son did an absolutely wonderful job speaking directly to him and engaging him, even though he was not feeling well my son felt very comfortable there. The provider listened to all of our concerns, was very friendly and helpful, and not only provided great care but also patient instructions. The prescription was Sent in quickly, and already my child is feeling better!

If you like waiting over an hour in the lobby after checking in to be seen, this is your place.

The exam was great! The bill was not and they didn’t want to change or admit they’re wrong! I had 5 tests done of the same fashion each bill was different amount, the service identical! How can the same test be $100 difference from another? Please check your billing!!2 days after I posted my review the owner of midlands reached out to me. I respect those who care about their work and seek excellence in their service. All my complaints have been resolved.If needed I will use their services again as I said the doctors are excellent.

Two weeks ago my partner and I took our 8 month old baby to get checked up for his 103 degree fever that wasnt breaking. We had gotten there at about 6:55pm which meant we had a solid hour before closing time which is 8pm. As soon as we walked in, they said they couldnt help us and told us that since their last appointment didnt show up they were closing up early within a few minutes so they could go home. They were more concerned about clocking out rather than helping our son. At the least they could have directed us to a different location or gave us some sort of medical advice. I have respect for any one who works in medical, however this location was absolutely rude and had zero patient care. If I ever need urgent care for myself or my child again, Ill be sure to never return to this location. What an absolute disappointment.

I didnt have an appointment and went to the Midlands Family Urgent Care in Papillion. The facility was very clean and everyone had a positive attitude. I was greeted by Jenny and Rachel immediately upon entering the office. Jenny listened to my concerns, explained the process to me and had me complete the necessary paperwork. Rachel also made sure she understood my concerns then proceeded with providing outstanding medical attention. I was very impressed with the level of professional service throughout my visit. Later in the evening Rachel followed up with a phone call to personally check up on me. I cant remember having a medical professional call me after an appointment checking up on me. Because of the service received, I will make this my primary Urgent Care facility moving forward although there are other Urgent Care places closer to my home.

Kris, Jen, and David were phenomenal at getting us in, listening to our concerns, and providing every opportunity for the most comprehensive evaluation. We love the Midlands Family Urgent Care!

Each time I’ve been here the people at the front desk come off very rude. Came in today and a guy named David was at the front desk from the Omaha location and he was amazing. Very friendly and helpful to my surprise! Also the doctor (Jacquie) and nurse we saw today were great.

From the minute we walked in the door ( shortly before closing) until we left (after their scheduled closing time) I felt very well cared for. The team showed genuine concern for me and really took the time to diagnose and treat my condition. Even though it was late, no one rushed my care to leave on time!

Whole team was great. Smooth check-in for sports physical. NP Jenna was extremely personable and took care of us very well. Thanks!

I have had continuous problems with billing. I have been emailing/calling the billing department multiple times since March, stating that my insurance has paid for my bill, so please stop sending mail about them. I either get no response or they say can I give you a call back and I never get one! My bills got sent to collections and took a huge toll on my credit score. When I worked here I had a couple bills and employees are not supposed to pay for services, billing refused to void my bills and would never get back to me, to the point the owner had to call them to get them to listen!

I had a very professional experience with the staff at this facility the past two weeks. I send my thanks out to the provider Macy. And her assistants Mr. David and Ms. McColluey. I recommend this facility to anyone in a time of need an professional care. They go well above and beyond with all there efforts in health care. Thank you kindly again for your help and support.

Hands down the most efficient & caring Urgent Care in town. Staff is obviously well oriented and they work great together. The provider explained the illness, why my husband was having the symptoms he was having, things to try at home (which actually did work), and explained why the RX he was prescribing would help. Ive never had someone take the time to actually explain all of this to us, other than at my PCP office. Understanding all the above made a huge difference for us. Continue doing what you all do best !!

I took a Covid test at 6:15 and was told I would get a call back within an hour with my results. I called back in at 8 AM and was told my results were not ready.I then called around 3:20 asking if my results were ready I was told they couldn’t find that I had done a test. Then someone took over the phone and seemed very hostile.Saying I was told during my visit that my test was negative. I explained a nurse came in and took my vitals and then After I had my nose swabbed and was allowed to go. As I walked out the door I asked the receptionist if there was anything else needed from me. She let me know there wasn’t and then I would receive a call within the hour. I also let them know that my boyfriendHad a very good experience a few weeks ago and they offered him an email with a negative test result. She did not offer me an email with the results. The staff was very friendly except whoever I spoke with last. I also wish I would’ve got my test results sooner and got an email.Now I am kind of not sure if I should trust just hearing it over the phone. Seems there are a few reviews like this so maybe they are just upset with these kind of calls.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I went here for a very uncomfortable medical issue and their hours were posted to be 12-6 on Sunday, and the sign on their door confirmed the same. I waited for an hour for them to open to no avail and eventually ended up going elsewhere. I can understand if maybe due to Halloween weekend the hours are different but a sign on the door would’ve been nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. My 4 year old came down with Croup Sunday morning. Obviously his pediatrician wasn’t open so I was forced to take him to an urgent care near us. Midland refused to see him. What urgent care refuses to see a wheezing 4 year old?! I will never choose this place again or refer anyone else. On top of this, a couple months ago my husband had a kidney stone and they turned us away at that time as well. What exactly they do at this “urgent care” I really don’t know. Just don’t even waste your time. Go to CHI priority care on 96th and Giles! They welcomed us with open arms and didn’t even make me wait to bring my son in. They were amazing at CHI priority care! If you’re looking for an urgent care that will actually care and treat you then CHI is where you should go.

Staff is wonderful. However, be sure to keep copies of your EOB and receipts. They have tried to double bill me more than once. Even after showing proof that I paid, they sent my account to collections. Absolutely horrible experience.Update: heard from owner promptly about this issue after posting this review. He is resolving the billing issue. *However, weeks later Im still getting calls and bills from the collection agency and have yet hear anything back from the owner again.

Prompt service, listened to my needs and got me worked up quickly. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable.

My son had a sliver removed from his foot. I was thinking this would be an easy procedure. They numbed his foot with two shots and billed it as surgical meaning insurance didnt cover it which cost me $350 out of pocket. Insurance did cover about $200, but the total bill of $550 for a 15 minute visit was grossly excessive.

This is the best Urgent care in the area bar none! They really care about you and your family and take time with you to ensure all of your needs are met. They offer a variety of services you wouldnt normally get at other Urgent care facilities, such as on site X-Ray machines, etc. Thank you all so much for being so caring!

I came in to have some blood work done before a procedure I was having. I only waited for 5 mins in the lobby before they took me back to the room! I hadn’t used an urgent care before so I wasn’t sure wat to expect! I was really impressed with how friendly and professional the staff was. The office and rooms were really nice and modern too. I will definitely come back!

Loved the team working today! They were fast, efficient, and thorough - able to get us in and seen almost immediately and back on our way in very little time at all. Little Miss isnt feeling well today and definitely NOT herself in the least! They took excellent care of her and were very attentive to all of her symptoms and multiple ailments. Poor girl is running a fever and had quite a long list of aches and pains all over and throughout multiple body systems. We are back home and she is resting now. Thank you for taking such great care of my little girl and helping reassure this concerned mamma!

Awesome! That was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. The PA was better than most doctors I’ve seen. She genuinely cared about how I was feeling and making me feel better as quick as possible. Will definitely go there again when needed!

Not impressed at all to say the least. Set up an appointment to come in to have a test done was told it would get done on Monday afternoon at 1 o’clock. Once we got in they change their policy after they made our appointment after my daughter is sitting on the table and let me know sorry our policy changed. It’s completely unfair to sit there and not honor the appointment you had set up and change your policy midstream. Will absolutely never use this place and highly recommend others not to as well.

Highly recommend! Had the unfortunate experience of seeing them 10 days apart, and bother times they were friendly, efficient and VERY helpful! And for military retirees the price cant be cant be beat! Best care Ive had had in a while!

Everyone was nice and efficient. There wasnt a long wait in the waiting room and I didnt have to wait forever to be seen once taken back to a patient room.This was my first time there, they got my information in the system, got me back into a room, listened to my concerns, tested me for strep and sent me on my way with a prescription. I was out of there half an hour later!

We walked right in from our trip out of state to be added to the list for COVID-19 tests and had a pretty thorough pre-cert. We were added for next day. A doctor checked us over and we had no symptoms. We were able to get both the rapid and PRC tests. Rapid results were negative and fast. Next day, they called and texted us the negative results of the PCR. We found them to be fast, efficient, and very friendly!I highly recommend Midlands Family Urgent Care!

Ladies at the front are nice but Ill never go back. Decided to go in because Ive been having issues with pain in my neck for a couple weeks. Was never even seen. I was told by the front end that, shell maybe give you a muscle relaxer and tell you to put ice on it and send you home! Im not paying God knows how much for a visit to give me a temporary band aid and send me home with no idea what the problem is!! Complete waste of time!!

Had a great experience. Made an appointment online and was in and out in about 30 minutes for an ear infection. The NP was really sweet and the nurse and front desk staff were kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Don’t recommend bringing your young ones here. Decided to take our 1yo to get tested for possible COVID because a couple workers at his daycare tested positive about 10 days ago. He had no symptoms between those days besides the usual drippy nose. The site clearly says Rapid and PCR testing is available, no appointment and you could “simply walk-in.” When we got there, the two older ladies up front gave my boys mother an attitude and told her we had to make an appointment and the soonest they could do it is Wednesday. I’m only leaving a review because of the attitude they projected. Every parent is trying to make sure there kid is all right, you know? If the website says testing is available, and you tell me it’s not, I think you have to change the details on the website.

I would like to give a sincere thank you to Midlands Family Urgent Care in Papillion. They were knowledgeable, engaging, compassionate and professional with quick feedback on COVID / strep testing. It did not feel like we were in an Urgent care setting. Thank you for your service!

No patients in the building when we arrived at 6:30. Posted hours said they were open until 8:00. Parking lot was empty. Went inside and they told us they could not see us because they were to busy with other patients and would be able to see us before closing.Have never had a positive experience at this location. Third time the charm? Nope three strikes you are out

They are getting the one star so I can leave this review. It’s 6:49 in the evening they close at 8 and we were turned away because they were slow all day and they were closing early. I’m sorry an urgent care is just that people come when the need to: they should not turn people away during normal business hours for any reason especially because they were slow and closing early. Will never use this facility again

I didnt believe that a place could be as good as the reviews! But they are amazing. Im completely blown away by the level of service!! Hubby got into poison oak and had a severe allergic reaction to it. Stubborn as he is, I had to force him to go somewhere. I googled a bunch of places and read the reviews and I have to say the 4.8 should be 5 stars!! You dont care about billing issues when your looking for someone to care for you promptly and effectively!!

I was new to this location and was still able to get in very quickly. They are a different kind of urgent care. Staff was very friendly & kind, made me feel like I mattered. Nathan Vanwinkle was who saw me & he knew exactly what was wrong with just a few details and was able to help me get exactly what I needed to start recovering. I would reccomend going here if you cannot see your own doctor.

This used to be my favorite place to come. Today my 7 year old daughter got went home from school for running a fever of 102.0 I tried to bring her here to be seen since it is the closest to my house. They turned her away because apparently testing people who think they might have covid is more important then my 7 year old actually being sick. Good luck to you when you have turned everyone away for temporary people. At this point your more of a testing center not and urgent care. And believe me when I say I won’t be back neither will my kids neither will other family members you have turned away. I’m positive I’m not the only one who feels this way.

The staff at Midlands Family Urgent Care in Papillion are very knowledgable and quick to attend to your needs. After visiting their location I was surprised to learn of all the other services they offer! From Occupational Health services, Sports Physicals and same day Labs they provide so much more than I would have imagined. I will be using Midlands Family Urgent Care going forward for myself, my family and my business.

I have had great experiences there dr Mooney is amazing but who ever Brandi is I don’t remember her last name but she is very rude!! She doesn’t dress the problems your having and she talks smack about the other pa’s there. Also if she is there don’t take your children because she is overall rude to kids

Went here with a finger injury. Pinch point popped my finger open needed stitches. They took a look at it and sent me across the street to there ER. ER doctor said they should have taken care of it, nothing that is out of thier ability. Now I got a nice big ER bill!

Great service especially when it comes to young children. I never have a problem here and the Kris and David were especially kind to my two year old. Would recommend!

My mom broke her foot at around 5 pm on a Sunday, so we rushed her here without calling to make an appointment. They were beyond kind, answered all our questions, and didnt rush us even though it was close to closing time. Would come here again without hesitation.

This place is fantastic in every way. They are very efficient and get you back to be seen promptly. They always do a thorough review of your symptoms and address your needs. They are friendly and fast.

Website is misleading. Says walk-in COVID testing. That’s a lie.**Update** Spoke with owner, super fast response back about review. He addressed the issue. Initial encounter was poor at clinic, but his service recovery was appreciated.

Not for pediatric care. We had a horrible experience and the provider didnt bother to do a rapid flu screen for an obviously VERY sick child, with several flu-like symptoms, and instead did a long term PCR panel that came back way too late for positive Influenza A, that they were unable to treat because onset was too long between the test and results. Moreover, the noncustodial parent took the child in and Midlands Urgent Care would not discuss the visit with the Primary parent, including treatment, assessment or results without the attending parents consent or a court order. We will stick to Childrens in the future, even if it means a little further drive.

This has to be the best urgent care in this area, you can make an appointment on line and there was no wait at all.

Very professional staff here. This was the best urgent Care that Ive ever gone to. The wait was a little long but overall, I have no complaints.

Went here for a Covid test was told Covid testing is free, two weeks later I’m sent a bill for $238 for an “office visit”. It was never explained that there was an office visit fee. 10/10 would not recommend for Covid testing.

Everyone was super nice. Quick to diagnose and send me home with some stuff that should hopefully help me get better. I have already recommended this Urgent Care to others and I will definitely be back.

Will not go into specifics because there is just too much to complain about but our first time visiting the Midlands Urgent Care Papillion location was horrible and we will not be back and would not recommend this location to anyone.

My wife went there for a sinus headache, she received CT scan and a IV ,3 months later a bill for 19,571, I recommend you do not go there , you could have a operation for that much, imagine one hour and a bill of $19,571

Please make sure you guys see how much they charge before going here. Got charged almost 300 doller for just a stomach check with no x-rays or nothing crazy just with the docs hands.. also my insurance got charged. Wont be going there again.

Went in tonite at 6:00. Sign on the door says they are open til 7 and online says 8. Was turned away because they weren’t seeing anybody else for the last hour. The girl was rude. What a joke this place is. 🙄

I appreciate that I was given time to share my concerns, but also told of various actions I could do at home. What I could do besides just taking medicine.

Went here for rapid CovID testing as their website indicated no appointment required. Appointment is required and they suggested going to their Millard office to schedule an Appointment.

We were given full attention and the staff was extremely professional and courteous. We will definitely use this urgent care every time.

The only PA there that’s a female is extremely impersonable PA RENEKE. She doesn’t listen to the patients and when you do tell her what’s wrong with you instead of trying to fix the problem she directs you to a different place EVERYTIME. I’ve been to her twice and she’s done this. Terrible terrible terrible she deserves three
