I was very pleased with everything and everyone, even the website. I loved the ease of being able to book ahead online. Walked in to the clinic and was greeted and helped right away, the front desk staff mentioned they were running behind 2 hours, it ended up being less than 1 hour, I know these places are so busy, so I was fine waiting. I received text updates stating where I was in line, and when I was up next. Once I was taken back the MA was professional and once I saw the PA she was professional and very knowledgeable on the full body rash I was there for. She wasn’t pushy with medications I didn’t feel comfortable with. Overall 5/5 and I will definitely come back if needed in the future. Thanks so much, and keep up the great work. Appt 9/29/24.
NextCare urgent care is the best urgent care I have used in town. I have been going there for years and two of my kids have been seen there and every visit has been very accurate and professional. Cost is fantastic for the level of experience and accuracy you receive. Yes, I mention accuracy a lot because NextCare has corrected a couple of ridiculous misdiagnosis’s from other urgent cares most notably an issue when my daughter had a concerning shortness of breath issue. I have 4 kids and doctors offices book far out these days so I am thankful to have this as a viable alternative. No matter where I live in Omaha, it’s worth the drive. Thanks guys!
I had a pleasant experience with the staff but unfortunately they failed at treating my illness. I presented with sore throat, cough and congestion and the only tests they did on me was for Strep. The test came back negative so the doctor told me I had a virus. Three days later I was still very sick, so decided to go to different urgent care. They were able to run a more thorough throat swab and turns out it was bacterial! But I didn’t get those results for another 2 days so I finally was able to start antibiotics 5 days after my initial visit! I’m not sure if this locations only has strep tests, or why that was the only test they did, but I would choose somewhere else if you have similar symptoms to me!
Hours say they close at 8pm online. Also states they close at 8pm on the door. I tried to come here at 7pm and the doors were locked. I was disappointed but relieved there was another urgent care nearby that took care of me. Please update your hours!
Pete provided excellent care. His front office staff are another story. They could not read my insurance correctly and demanded I pay 80% more than I owed. I explained to them my deductible didn’t apply to urgent care visits and got my insurance on the phone to confirm to them what I explained. Instead of saying sorry, she told me the next time I was in she’d be charging me the full amount regardless of what my insurance carrier said. Obviously there won’t be a next time. I’m sick and feel awful and had to spend 20 minutes arguing with them over their attempt at inaccurate billing. Never been treated so rudely at a medical office in my life!!!
The staff was really nice but the appointment was a waste of my co-pay. He said he didn’t know what was wrong and offered to do a urine test that MIGHT show something. He told me to go to the ER if it got worse. I just felt he didn’t spend enough time with me to try and figure it out!
Great service. I was able to schedule, complete enrollment and provide documentation all online. My child was seen and treated I a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to others.
The staff was wonderful and friendly. My son had ear pain and we were nervous about a long wait on a holiday. However, I was in and out very quickly and efficiently!!
Had been dealing with a brutal cold and was having difficulty breathing. I was concerned about getting an appointment on a holiday, but through the online scheduling portal I was able to get an appointment within two hours. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. I received treatment and had meds waiting for me at my pharmacy. Fantastic team here!
Temperature was taken and was inaccurate after expressing concern to provider taken again and sure enough my child had a fever. No vitals were obtained on my sick child! My kiddo was acting extremely tired and nearing lethargy. Only assessing my child’s ears and palpated child’s abdomen to tell me they couldn’t tell if it was soft etc because my child was upset. I expressed concerns about wet diapers and being dry and provided said yeah maybe you should call your pcp we don’t deal with peds a lot..YOU ADVERTISE PEDIATRIC CARE ON YOUR WEBSITE. I ultimately had to take my child to the ER. I will never return and will be telling everyone I know not to go either. Don’t advertise pediatric care and have providers who don’t know what they are doing. And make sure your providers actually assess their dang patient! I’m going to receive an insane bill for a provider who basically looked in my child’s ears. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
Provider was great. Receptionist was admit that we pay $165 today. Can’t afford that. She kept pushing me to pay and being very rude. Won’t be coming back.
We just had a horrible experience at this Papillion location with the office manager. My family has used this Papillion urgent care for a decade and will never be back. The officer manager was rude, yelled at my wife, incorrectly demanded full payment without checking with insurance, and was a complete scum bag of a human.My wife ended up calling our insurance because the manager was too lazy to do her job and confirm she was wrong. After our insurance confirmed with her that full payment was not due, she became more aggressive and wouldn’t admit she was incorrect. Instead, she kept threatening my wife until finally complying with the insurance directions of an amount due.When you go to an urgent care because you aren’t feeling well, the last thing you expect is to be yelled at and disrespected by a a clueless office manager who is inept at her job.Where do they find these people? How a respectable business places a person like this in a customer facing role is beyond comprehension.Steer clear of this location. Better off googling symptoms and treating at home.
I highly recommend this place. The whole family is coming here for odds and ends emergencies and I finally made a visit and I have no complaints. The wait wasn’t very long and they were compassion about my care and situation.
Checking in before appointment online made the day of quick and easy. Doctor and nurse were nice and efficient, getting me in and out quickly. Very little wait time!

Service was fine. Absolutely horrible billing experience. My secondary insurance has yet to receive a bill from them much like another commenter stated. I shouldve read the negative reviews first. Do not recommend.
I followed my doctor here from a previous clinic She was working at. Shes super amazing. She listens to all my needs and concerns. Staff is always friendly and pretty fast. I really really trust this place and the care that I receive not just for myself but for my children as well.
Went in for knee pain. They were very quick to get me taken care of from the front desk to the physicians. Great people!!
I was super hopeful as we had been here before, but just a few hours after them telling me my infant was okay I had to rush him to the ER to be admitted!! I’m shocked that they sent me home telling me nothing was wrong and then he spent days at children’s hospital!
Staff was friendly but I did not feel heard in regards to the provider. Within 24 hours after my urgent care visit, I was at the ER with my daughter and they confirmed she had multiple things going that needed to be treated.
All three people i interacted with were absolutely wonderful, very professional, listened to me. Im a retired RN, know good care when I see it.

The staff was great. The nurse and the P.A. were both friendly and very professional. I also want to complement the receptionist. He was very helpful in getting me checked in and was very caring with the other patients about their questions and concerns. I don’t see a lot of that these days. My wife and I both complemented him.

The P.A. was excellent, but they have an issue covering the front desk. I had an appt and there was someone in line ahead of me, but no one came to the front desk. The lady in front of me waited 5 to 10 minutes for any staff member to show up and finally pulled her cell phone and called. You could hear it ringing but no one answered. Finally someone came to the front desk. One other note: On a follow up visit during business hours they locked the front door. (The open flashing sign was on). It was very confusing. Finally a patient unlocked the door and said to come in. So in summary it was a poor experience waiting for someone to help, but good medical care.
Easy appointment making online; got in as scheduled; Dr. Pete was able to diagnose and prescribe - left feeling much better!
I took my son in for an acute asthma attack. They originally told me it was going to be an hour. My son was unfortunately really not feeling well & when l went back in & explained this to JJ, he came out to my car (in short sleeves in the freezing cold) to talk to him & assess his condition. JJ ended up taking us straight back. All of the staff were extremely helpful & accommodating. I had to take my son in to his asthma Dr the following morning for additional treatment, but the staff helped him to the best of their ability. I greatly appreciate all that the staff did in taking care of my son. A+ service!
Ive gone here a few times. My first time was great. The doctor answered my questions, listened to me, and figured out what was wrong right away. However, every time after that Ive gotten a doctor who has been dismissive and gets upset when I ask questions. I also paid for one of their plans where you pay a fee every time you come in and, while its still a big chunk of change, it was more affordable for me atm due to my situation.Per my plan details, everything done should have been covered under the fee I paid. Within a few weeks of my last visit, I got an email from LabCorp stating my bill is late and it looks like they charged me for an out of office test. We never did an out of office test.. I started getting harassing calls 3-4 times a day from collection agencies and threatening collection letters stating that if I dont pay, theyll report it on my credit. Within ONE MONTH of the visit I was receiving delinquent bill emails and letters.I had asked the receptionist before I left the office during that visit if I owed anything else and she said everything was all good, I did not owe anything. I had even asked her about billing BEFORE the visit, because I had received bills from my previous visits stating the visit fee was still due, even though I already paid it in office. She said I should not be receiving any bills for that fee and she even called and confirmed that my account was all good before I even paid for that visit. You have to pay the fee before a doctor will even see you.Ive tried calling several different numbers for months to get this taken care of and I have not been able to talk to a single human, (*until today), and there is no way to call the actual location. I either get put on hold forever or an automated system tells me theyre closed and where to pay my bill instead of taking me to a representative, even when theyre open. I cant go into the place, because I moved an hour away.*The only way I was finally able to get through to someone was by using the doctor line and not a customer line, but they transferred me to billing...and I still got placed on an eternal hold. I called Labcorp, but all they can do is put in a claim to dispute it with NextCare, but I would probably have to dispute it with NextCare directly either way. HOW CAN I DISPUTE OR EVEN FIGURE OUT BILLING WHEN NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE??TLDR: easy to set up an appointment online, but will not answer the phone for anything; doctors do not listen and get angry when you ask questions: have plans you can purchase to make bills easier, however their billing always gets screwed up and you end up losing out on money and get a ding on your credit; absolute scam, do not go here unless its your last option.Edit: bill has now been sent to collections. I tried calling again several times after this review to both nectcare and labcorp, but either the line drops or the agent hangs up on you the second you say you would like to dispute a charge. Review put in to BBB.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I filled out some paperwork Saying I was allergic to claritin. The nurse that took care of me whn I went in was very sweet but I told her I was allergic to claritin and she wrote it down. The Doctor was good, but his instructions were to go home and take CLARITIN!!? Did he even read my chart?

Great experience. It was my son’s first time getting stitches and I was 600 miles away! His provider was so nice. My son felt very comfortable with her and said he didn’t feel anything! We would definitely recommend them!
Super busy for a reason! They are so kind and helpful. My mom doesnt take kindly to doctors but she trusts them and their advice.
Doctors and nurses were very kind, but the receptionist that we felt with was extremely rude and treated us like we had the plague. The other receptionist sitting next to her said nothing to us at all and didnt even make any sort of eye contact to us. There has been multiple from my work that have had to go in for possible exposure and it was a similar story about her all around. Very disappointed.
Staff were quick, efficient, and caring. Melissa at the front desk was particularly kind and welcoming for me being a first-thing-in-the-morning walk in.Wait time was reasonable, and once I got in to see the doctor it was very quick and addressed the issue.
Got us right in. Friendly, compassionate, responsive, and efficient. Diagnosed my daughter within ten minutes and we were able to pick up the medicine prescribed on the way home.

We always have a great experience at Nextcare Papillion. Yesterday, my son needed to be seen right away per daycare, they got us in right away without an appointment and he got the medication he needed. Everybody is always very friendly and helpful.

My daughter wound up with strep throat on Christmas, made an appt on the 26th and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Got antibiotics and hopefully will be feeling better quickly. Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎄 ☺️

I looked at the information for this place online to find that it is the highest rated urgent care in the area. From the Google search page I was able to link to the website and make an appointment online. It wasnt a pressing issue so I gave myself a four-hour window until the appointment. That didnt matter apparently because when I got there I still had to wait over 30 minutes before it was called back to be seen. The examination itself was quick and I spoke with two friendly staff members. I was checked in by a nurse and then later seen by the PA. After my visit they called with some test results and they asked me to call them back. I call them back twice each time it ring several times without an answer and my call was transferred to a call center out-of-state. Call center simply tried to transfer me back to the site only diamond ring with no answer or to have somebody disconnect when they tried to put me on hold to get somebody else to help me. There have been no follow-up phone calls from them since. Overall the staff members on site to see you are professional men seem to do a good job. Its the communication and the processes before and after your appointment that seem lacking.
The staff was very nice and understanding. The nurse was so nice to me and helped me so much. The doctor was amazing as well. They took my concerns serious meanwhile the on base doctors didnt care at all about me. Recommend them 100%.

Hard to find, the outside sign wasnt lit up, it was dark, and I thought Google was taking me to the pet urgent care nearby! But glad to have gone there, very friendly people , didnt wait more than 20 minutes to be seen, and thorough explanation from the on-care person (cant recall her title).

Very organized and expeditious! I highly recommend making an appointment if possible. Lots were available same-day, and it saved the guess work of wondering if half my day would be devoted to something that could take 15 minutes.
The review is only for the billing part of this business. They do not file an actual claim with insurance before trying to collect payment. Beware of their billing tactics!!! I had to get my insurance involved and they had to actually call them to ask them to file a claim, because they were unwilling to do so when I asked them. Will not be back!

All of the staff are absolutely wonderful here. We have used this urgent care multiple times now, and they get us in and out with ease. I love the text feature about where we are at in the line so we know when to come in as well. This was super helpful. I would definitely recommend.
This place is way over priced. After they tried to deny me service because I called at 7 and they closed at 8. They were to busy . On arrival at 15 minutes later Noone was even there. Then they charged me a crazy price for a nausea shot and a simple steriod shot. 500 dollars for 15 minutes. Dr told me to hang tight on antibiotics and if I wasnt better to call next day. No problem getting some called in. Called all day Saturday and no call backs and no antibiotics. Was told they were short staffed. K there was 2 people just hanging out in front. 3 in the back. When I was there. Just like they were to busy at 7 to take anymore patients. Place is a joke. I had to come out of pocket at a new place for this kind of care. Nice job!!! Stay away from this place.
I love Dr. Chrissy. I followed her to next care from her previous practice and I promise you that you will not be disappointed. She doesn’t just put a Band-Aid on issues but she challenged you to look at the root cause of problems and dig deep for answers. She is compassionate beyond expectation and she literally has been my saving grace over the past six years. I’m so grateful to have her as my primary care doctor and I would encourage you to consider using the clinic for all of your needs

Im retired Air Force and am normally seen at the Offutt Air Force Base Medical Clinic but they, like every other business are short staffed and I would have to be seen next month so I use Urgent Care when I want to be seen for a same day appointment. I normally give the benefit of the doubt and rate my reviews 5 stars but I just cant do it this time. I went there with an Ear Ache orEar infection. They couldnt see in my ears very well due to small Ear canals so they flushed them out with water. The only problem was they used cold water instead of warm water. The cold water on my ear canals caused me to get a headache, dizziness, cold sweats and nausea. I think its the first time I ever left a Doctors office feeling worse than when I went in. It doesnt make sense to me why anyone would use cool water for a task like this. I havent decided if Ill ever go back to this Urgent Care location again.
Everyones amazing. I really like being able to book in advance, it eases the process and i know i have a time slot. I also really appreciate the time and care that they give me. They take tricare and I can book the night before if I feel ill and need to be seen. I do really like this location as each time I have had a wonderful experience, either for me or my kids.

This place has gone to complete hell. My daughter cut her hand, and after waiting 2 hours to get seen (no issue with that) the “Dr” or “PA” didn’t numb the correct part of her hand, and after starting, Left the room to send an email. This place needs to screen their “professionals” better

Nurse was very thorough and personable with a genuine care for people. Doctor was very thorough on my diagnosis and what I needed prescribed in my situation. Had a great experience. However, they called back afterwards after assuring me theyd only call if they found something abnormal. I have called back a number of times and have never been able to speak to a human, just elevator music. So fingers crossed nothing abnormal I guess?
We needed to get our son in to see a doctor quickly on the weekend for a respiratory illness. We were able to get an appointment within a few hours and get him treated. We will definitely use NextCare Urgent Care the next time one of us is sick. We are so grateful!!!
I was in severe back pain from a sports related injury and went to urgent care in hopes to get some relief. I was apprehensive because I figured it would be busy and understaffed, but I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen and everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. It was a much better experience than what I was originally thinking.
They were very fast & their system was amazing & easy to use. I was a first time patient & was able to make an appointment online, along with fill out all the paperwork needed before my appointment. It took me three minutes & I was able to just check in and be seen. Highly recommend!
Speedy service and reliable care. The automated check in process was efficient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Doctor Who saw my son, was attentive and a great communicator. I would recommend this place over other urgent cares in the area.

So Ive been here so many times and they are always busy like dont have the time or the doctors dont have a clue what urgent care is. I will never go to this one again they suck at seeing people. We seriously wait on their time to see us this is crazy how they conduct business
The front staff and RN was great. The Dr probably ok only spent probably 5 minutes looking at me. I guess I have a sinus infection, he never said. Checked my ears, looked at throat and listen to my lungs. Then he said will give you medicine and walked out the door.
The doctor’s are great and extremely knowledgeable. My huge complaint is the front desk staff. A month ago we were turned away at 5pm because they were no longer accepting walk-ins and they didn’t close until 8pm.Tonight my son was superbly seen and treated for a double ear infection. The prescription was sent to the Walgreens a mile away. I waited at the pharmacy for well over an hour for the prescription. Finally the pharmacist told me that they had not received the prescription. The pharmacist tried several times calling the Urgent Care and no one ever answered. I also tried calling and I was also put into an automated call waiting line. I then drove to the Urgent Care……still in the call cue. I walked inside with phone in hand and in the call cue still. Not a single customer was in the lobby and the 2 receptionists were quietly surfing the internet with no ringing phones. One of the receptionists was quick to tell me that they do not answer the phone if they’re with a customer or on the the phone. I intentionally looked around the lobby after she said that and I said I’m in your call cue right now and no one is answering. She rolled her eyes and continued surfing the internet. The other pleasant receptionist went to the back to check on the prescription order. She came back and said they imputed it again. She said she’d talk to her manager about the issue because their phones had not rang. My son’s appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm (I scheduled it via the phone at 8am) and I did not get home until 7:15pm……still in my work close after working a 10 hrs shift.
Everyone was so friendly and kind, was a nice relief for a tired mom and a sick kid to see smiling faces and caring staff.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSEWas told I could come and get helped but the lady at the desk said it is appointment only and didnt care about the fact I got injured at work and needed help. How long was the wait? 3 and a half hours. Lady at the front desk was very rude and clearly didnt give a * about me as a patient. Unprofessional, go anywhere else but here.UPDATE: Since they decided to reply, here is my response.The treatment was fine, as any medical institution should be. I also have to say, the doctor who helped me tried guilt tripping me into changing my review, saying that they work hard all day and bla bla, well... The issue wasnt with the doctors inside, she like everyone else were very professional. The problem was, when you have a horrible receptionist in the front, thats the face of your business. Doesnt matter how pretty a house is in the inside having a rotten entrance will make several people walk away and not even bother to look whats inside.

Great physician and nursing staff got my diagnosed and a prescription with no problem. However the problem is actually getting to the health staff. The lady at the front desk rite when you walk in is a bit nasty. She lied to me and said they only took appointments and had me go home and call to make an appointment. It was an emergency my ear was pounding and my headache was a bit serious. On top of that she didnt think I would pay for the services so had me bring her cash money then sent me back out to the car for another 2 hours and 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. Finally my wife called and got another staff member and got me squared away. I dont know maybe she has a family member that owns the place so she can just choose who gets to see the medical staff that day.

Typical urgent care, but service was very good and the facility was nice and clean. For a weekend it wasn’t busy but I waited about 75 minutes, not terrible for an urgent care by any means, especially mid day on a weekend. And they take Tricare. I’d go back as needed for me or my family.
I live in Omaha but still come to NextCare Urgent Care when I need to be seen quickly. I have never had a bad experience here.

Great place, friendly , Dr & Nurse where amazing!
They were fantastic!! Very on top of it, they also did not make me wait very long at all. The doctor went straight to the point and did not mess around. I received a few shots for my migraine and nausea and that FINALLY helped after 4 days of vomiting and not being able to eat or drink anything. I will continue to go there for anything else I may need down the road! And they accept Medicaid.
The best urgent care Ive been to. The staff was wonderful. I came in with shortness of breath, they got me seen right away.For the first time in my life I felt like I had a doctor who was actually listening to me. She didnt rush me out the door and blame anxiety. She did a xray and breathing treatment. And is getting me scheduled for more test. She is the best doctor Ive ever seen. This location changed from Papillion Urgent Care to what is now NextCare Urgent Care... And they still get 5 stars from me!Its a lovely, clean facility; makes you feel confident in the place when you first walk in the door.The receptionist when I went in yesterday was EXTREMELY friendly and cheerful (and she sounded the same when I heard her greet / chat with other customers).The medical staff were also wonderful; pleasant, professional, and juuuust the right amount of good-natured humor from the doctor about my insect-inflicted injury.After a brief discussion about the appropriate medication to prescribe, I was back out the door.Surprisingly, theyre in-network for me! So if you have United Healthcare, I have good news.I have used several different urgent care centers in the area over the last few years, and this one remains my favorite, even after the name change, haha.-Original review for Papillion Urgent Care from 6 years ago (2016), for posteritys sake:This was my first time visiting an urgent care center of any kind. Im temporarily uninsured and wasnt sure what to do about needing immediate medical care. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when I called to ask questions. The visit was hassle-free (just need to fill out the usual sort of informational form and show them my ID), the doctor and staff were a delight, and I walked out feeling much less stressed than when I walked in.The whole thing only cost me $90! (I repeat: I am uninsured; this is much less than I was expecting to need to pay someone for medical care.)9 out of 10; would recommend to a friend! :DI say 9 while still officially giving them 5 stars because they apparently forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy, then when the lady there called to ask about it we waited and it still didnt come. Eventually she called again and just got the info over the phone. It only took about 10 extra minutes out of my day, so it wasnt that big of a deal.
Visited the clinic today. All the staff, from the receptionist to the nursing and medical staff were very helpful and considerate. They were all attentive and made sure that my pain won’t aggravate. Hopefully the new management would help me relieve my issue. Would definitely recommend this place.
Ive been to 72nd & Giles 3 times, and each time was a fast, effective one! All of the people there are friendly and helpful!
Easy to get an appointment staff were concerned and caring
The doctors are amazing but the owners of this branch should reevaluate their office staff. They are atrocious.I have been to this clinic numerous times over the past several years and I have had great care by the medical staff. The office people, however, are rude and unprofessional. After my experience today, I will never be back.I brought my daughter in, with what turned out to be influenza, and before she could even check in, the office manager stated that I had an unpaid co-pay from over a year ago. I have been to this clinic at least four times in the last year, including a visit last Monday, with no debt. In fact, I was advised last Monday that my account actually had a credit due to a change in their terms.Since this clinic requires payment prior to service AND the fact that I always pay my co-pay, I knew there was a mistake. Long story short, I pulled up my bank statement to show that I had, in fact, paid last year. She wouldnt even look at it. She refused to accept it and we left. With the info she provided, I called the collections company. I was informed that a statement should have been adequate to resolve the issue. Regardless, we went to a different urgent care and my daughter was seen without any problem.If you expect professionalism or common sense at the front desk, go somewhere else.
PA was not helpful or listened to my concerns for my daughter.
The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. Outside of the long wait time they do an excellent job. Additionally I would have had to wait three weeks to see my doctor. So the long wait is a very minor thing.
They made it so convenient and I was in and out. Dr. Chad was awesome and all the staff was great!! I hate being sick but I’ll go here again if I need them!
Thank you Urgent Care of Papillion for being there for me when my family doctor was not available to see me and was referred to the ER. I was recommended by a family friend to go urgent care instead, mind you I have never been to one, and was hesitant on the outcome of my visit. I was dealing with a cough that had been lingering for over a month and was to the point that when it started I would get light headed and dizzy.As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk lady whose name I do not recall, but was very kind and helpful. The front desk lady (again I’m sorry I don’t know your name) after greeting me asked the standard questions as soon as I started to cough I began to feel light headed and she came around to help sit asked if I wanted a bottle water and as a courtesy a mask along with it.It was shortly after that I was seen by a doctor who was very professional, thorough and to the point. I was told the cause of the cough and what was to come next. My encounter with the doctor and her staff was meaningful and above all expectations I had when arriving there. I take pride in customer service and thank you Urgent Care of Papillion for not making feel like a transaction but someone of value. I highly recommend your clinic and thankful for the amount of money you were able to save me in the long run! Thank you again! I will recommend all family and friends!
You go to the urgent care … they have you set an appt. because they are so busy … you come back in a little over an hour, at your scheduled time, then you wait some more… Just make an appt online before you go or go to the ER if it is “urgent”. Also went back to get clinical notes which were reported incorrectly. What a waste of time and money at this armature place.
Very nice front desk receptionist!! Nurse who took me to exam room was very good listener and helpful with understanding my reason for my visit today in a caring way. Mary, PA took good time to listen to my concern s and preformed a thorough exam and explained her exam results completely. Mary is very kind and caring. Top rating for the clinic visit
Impressed is an understatement!When you think of an Urgent Care facility…you think of long waits, dirty rooms and rude staff…That is not the case at Urgent Care of Papillion.I want to say “Thank you to the entire staff for the excellent care!” Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in, each staff member presented themselves in a positive and professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. You all did a thorough job, and although I felt lousy at the time, it was apparent you all worked well together. A special thanks to the Dr. Crane for taking extra time to methodically and accurately diagnose the problem.

This place is hands down the best urgent care in town! They are so fast and efficient at getting me in and out so I can go about my day while still being thorough and taking the time to listen to my issue. I felt like the doctor cared about me and legitamely wanted to make sure I got to feeling well again. From the moment I walked through the door I was taken care of. A few weeks ago, I came in for a sinus infection. The PA was generally decent, and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic, and I went on my way.Five days later, I still had some congestion and such, especially in my lungs, and I was concerned about how well the antibiotic was working. They did call in a prescription for an inhaler and a cough medicine, but told me to call back after the antibiotic was done.I called back after the antibiotic was done, and said I didnt feel completely over it. At that point, the staff dismissed my concerns completely, and said, Oh, just give it a few days and take OTC meds, and call us for an evaluation if you dont feel better.My friends who are doctors and nurses tell me that stopping an antibiotic before the infection is completely gone, is a BAD IDEA. Yet, this is what this clinic essentially forced me to do, when they very easily could have called in a prescription for another weeks worth or so, to make good and sure I was over it.As things are, the symptoms have returned. I called and said so, and instead of calling in another script, the clinic staff told me to come back in for an evaluation. To me, that means they want me to reward them for dismissing my concerns and for failing to assist me properly, by paying them for another visit.As the saying goes -- Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Accordingly, Ive made an appointment elsewhere, and my one regret is that I still owe this clinic money for not assisting me properly. Im saying all this, in hopes that I can prevent others from having the same problem.
The wait was quite long so definitely check in before you get there. The staff and providers were very professional and caring. The facility looked clean and well maintained.
So far not impressed at all. Could overhear front desk staff speaking about providers and contents of their lockers…. I’ve had to call back 3 separate times in order to just get my lab results to only be told they have to relay the information and call me back…Would not suggest this location from my experience sadly.
Made an appointment online and was seen within 5 minutes! Front Staff was very friendly. All the medical staff was great and very friendly as well. I highly recommend this place if you need urgent care!!

I’ve come here a few times to see Dr. Chrissy and she was great. She’s attentive, polite, caring, and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, I can’t in good conscious continue to come here due to Monica’s incompetency and Dr. Crane’s unprofessionalism towards my husband. I watched and listened to my husband deal with Monica over several interactions that spanned over the course of almost 2 weeks. In that time, Monica promised my husband she’d call him back, but never did (more than once), she promised to get his prescription filled (never did until my husband reached out via phone and email multiple times), Monica finally filled his prescription and guess what? It was incorrect! My husband even stated in his email what he needed, and she still managed to get it wrong. The worst part was that she never apologized, she never accepted any responsibility, and she had the audacity to shift the blame onto everything and everyone else except herself. How about you show a little humility? My husband and I are extremely understanding and polite people. We say please and thank you; we give others the benefit of the doubt, and we don’t immediately turn things into a bigger deal until we feel like we’re being stepped all over. Monica is a complete mess and I’m surprised she can get anything done. She didn’t seem to even care when my husband told her that the prescription she filled was incorrect, and that her mistake was about to cost us over $120 that we would NOT be able to get a refund for. The last time my husband spoke to her, he asked if it was Monica he was speaking to and she ignored the question and moved on to something else. Lol. I’m assuming she didn’t want my husband to know it was her, the person who has made mistake after mistake after mistake. Monica eventually turned the phone over to Dr. Crane and that was a whole other mess. Just like Monica, he couldn’t show a little humility and own up to the fact that some of his staff (Monica) didn’t deliver on what they said they would. Instead, he decided to dangle a carrot in front of my husband in attempt to get him to shut up, “Hey, do you want the asthma medication or not?!” Don’t get me wrong, I get times are tough, everyone is short staffed, and everyone is allowed to have a bad day, but how about a little professionalism? My husband was nothing but polite the entire time and when he called out Monica and Dr. Crane on their short comings he was somehow made out to be the bad guy. All my husband wanted was to be able to breathe and get the correct medication that Monica promised repeatedly she would get over to him. It never happened, and instead Dr. Crane ended the conversation with, “I don’t think this relationship is going to work out.” What an unpleasant man.
I showed up on a Sunday morning when they opened. I was one of 3 people to be seen and they got me in and out within 45 mins, including new patient paperwork, diagnosis, a shot and prescription called in. Everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend.Update, having another medical problem while being in the area for work I of course came back to this office. Once again every staff member including the receptionist was very kind and professional. I dont understand the negative reviews at all.I wish this office was back in my home town in Illinois.

This was my first time visiting Urgent care at this location & wow I must say that the staff was amazing and very friendly. The physician that I saw was Trish Gall. I really appreciated that she took the time to answer all my questions regarding the prescriptions she was going to call in for me. She also had some pretty great recommendations about OTC meds. Usually with Urgent care or other acute care facilities you dont get much time with the physicians but I felt that Trishs bed side manner was great & would definitely come back to this location if needed.
My child was sent home from camp, assumed to be carrying pink eye. I was actually recommended this Urgent Care, by a co worker, while I was scrambling out of the office to pick up my kiddo. I called the facility on my way, and was greeted by Dan, who reassured me I wouldnt have a long wait in the lobby, once I arrived. He was very helpful and engaging.Once we saw the physician, she immediately determined my child actually had a cut on her iris, with a simple fluorescein eye stain test. She then quickly typed up the paperwork to permit my child back into camp, as she wasnt carrying anything contagious. Then she instantly sent over the request for our prescription, to the pharmacy of my choosing. She was warm and friendly, yet extremely efficient.Overall, the staff created a trouble-free and almost effortless experience for us. I was a little hesitant to write this review, in fear of them gaining huge popularity and having to walk into an overly occupied waiting area, the next time my child is up to her shenanigans.Thanks to the staff!
Pete was great! Calm, approachable and sweet to my 5 year old son. He even let him look in his ears, which is usually a struggle.
I am so appreciative of how I was not treated like I had a disease and was allowed to stay in the waiting room and that it wasn’t all about “Covid.” Thank you for LISTENING to my symptoms and concerns and not assuming it was Covid. I was treated so well and in a very timely manner. Thank you!
Terrible experience, will NOT be returning. The front desk lady was very rude and even rolled her eyes at me. As I was telling her my reason for the visit, she interrupted to demand that I put a mask on and make my payment upfront; BEFORE I even started filling out anything about myself and why I was in an urgent care. Then the lady who called me back to the doctor was yet another wonderful employee of this fine establishment.Dr Trish herself was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and involved with the reasoning for my visit. She knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently. Honestly, she was the only good part of the whole experience.Then I had the pleasure of checking out with the same front desk lady. I asked her why my insurance covered for the breathing treatment but not the visit itself. She had no answer for me and told me to send a copy of my insurance card to UrgentCare to receive a refund later, because she “couldn’t find my coverage in the system” ..She also did NOT fax over any information to my doctors or even insurance company, like I asked her to.Instead of sending in a copy of my insurance card I went back in on another day for a refund. Surprised that they didn’t charge me as soon as I walked in, I presented my insurance card to a different rude receptionist that gave me a card to Billing which obviously was no help either. She told me I wouldn’t receive a refund since the date of the initial visit was 4 days before my coverage started. But she couldn’t explain why I was charged for the visit and not the treatments.My patient login doesn’t even have anything saved in it about the visit, insurance, billing, or medications. Never going back again! I’ll save my money and a headache
I got the best treatment. Everyone was so empathetic and nice. I also found a new PCP at my visit. I’ve never been so pleased with your facility. I will recommend you to everyone I know. I had a wonderful experience there.
The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I went in without insurance and had to pay walk in fee asked them to not do to much because I couldnt afford anymore cash and the doctor did just that. Diagnosed and treated with no extra cash being spent. Thank you so much
Writing this from the clean, family- friendly waiting room as I wait for the nurse to come back to make sure I didnt have a reaction to the antibiotic shot they gave me. Long story short, I had a MRSA infection on my finger that I had seen a different provider for early in the week. It had only gotten worse and was painful. I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in, finger number within another 10 and the issue was adressed. He changed my antibiotic and provided a shot to get me started on clearing the infection up. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and I never felt rushed despite the fact that the waiting room was rather full. I felt like a real patient here and not just a number and I appreciate the time each person took to make sure I understood how to best care for the issue moving forward. Thank you!
The nurse and the owner are both unbelievably disrespectful. I had the nurse tell me I don’t need a drs note because I work from home then tell me with my symptoms I probably just had a virus so I’ll feel bad for about 10 days but it’s fine. I call to talk to them again and the owner was so disrespectful, and hung up on me. Before someone wonders, no I did not cus at her or yell at her. She bluntly said “i dont like what you’re saying”
I rarely write reviews except for exceptional service, or terrible service! Everyone at this office was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful! I had a visit to a different doctor that treated me incorrectly and caused me significantly more pain - the staff at Urgent Care of Papillion was able to take care of me and treat my problem in short time with tons of knowledge and patience! If I am in need of additional urgent care, Ill wont hesitate to visit this facility, and I will certainly be recommending to anyone in need.
I have a husband and a granddaughter that are both accident prone. So glad and thankful for this office. Been going up there for about 3yrs. Quick visits with 8yr old grand daughter for ear infections, sore throats and coughs. Minor scrapes and bruises. The husband on the other hand, his visits consist of, sinus infection, flu symptoms, 3 visits for stitches, and sprained wrist. When a place is good and can give you the care you need, you always keep going back. The two doctors we see are Pete and Trish. Staff is great, exam is always thoral. They always give you the time to answer all questions, never a hurry up, get your treatment and get out kind of a place. :-) Great people, Great place to go when you need to be seen and cant get to your own doctor. :-)

My son had an injury at a wrestling tournament, I showed up 12 minutes before closing and they turned us away. They also asked me if I had a reservation !! Who makes reservation for an urgent care , I’m not there for dinner. It was Sunday 2/5/23 at 4:48pm when we showed up.
They were very professional and it didnt take as long as theyd predicted, so Im very appreciative of how easy it was to get seen and treated. Thank you!
Urgent Care of Papillion has a really great facility. I really loved the drinks and tissues they provided for me while I was waiting. It added a nice touch. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and so was the physician. The physician was not only friendly but he was very knowledgeable as well. Overall I had a great experience at Urgent Care of Papillion.
I live near them and have been going ever since they opened. Just wanted to say they are so great!! The doctors there are so helpful especially Dr. Pete, and make sure that you are taken care of. The waiting area is so nice, and Ive never had to wait long to be seen. (which is very rare for doctor visits) Great place over all!
Chrissy and Pete are simply amazing. I often times choose them over my primary care physician because of the convenience and the fact that they are both so personable and caring. I highly recommend them!!!🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
We have been into this Urgent Care alot lately, we have always been treated and taken care of wonderfully! We have seen 3 drs there, all were excellent! Trish, Emma and Dr. Pete have all helped my family out tremendously over the last few months. Never once did they make me feel unheard or crazy, they listened and took care of it.
Very timely service in regards to making an appointment and checking in. Front desk was courteous and helpful. My COVID test was quick, efficient, and was followed up with explanation, guidance for recovery, and genuine concern.

Disappointing that this is no longer a walk-in urgent care clinic. Wanted to get my son seen this morning. Drove there, went in, saw a near empty waiting room, and was then told they couldn’t see my son. The receptionist said, “We’re a walk-in clinic but we’ve been really busy, so you’ll need to make an appointment for later this afternoon.” Um, that means you’re not really a walk-in clinic. She then suggested trying another clinic. Wow. The office has changed from an inviting spa-like place in the beginning, to an impersonal medical office now.
First timer at this Urgent Care. Pac I got listened to my concerns about my tooth pain. She was kind understanding Prescribed me antibiotic an something for my pain med and reccomended me to see a dentist urgently. I was please and I am pain free. Thanks you guys. Also the receptionist was very lovely and pleasant.
If I could give it no stars, I would. The receptionist was rude and snarky with me. The the vet that took one look at my cat was very calloused and snatched my hurt and upset cat off the counter by her scruff because she didnt want to take her time and help my cat. She also has terrible bedside manners to the animals and their family. Plus, I was charged for services I did not receive. I will never take my pet there again and I would recommend anyone else stay away. Horrible place!
I absolutely love this place! When I can’t get into my doctors office, I can always get in at Urgent Care!The staff there is always so nice and accommodating, the doctors never seem like they are in a hurry, and take the time to hear your concerns. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!
NextCare Urgent care is always such a pleasant experience (not the norm for urgent care!) highly recommend and love that we can make an appointment.
I had a really great experience at this urgent care! They treated me well and I was satisfied with my visit. Bonus that I had to go in on Memorial Day and they had walk-ins and I didn’t have to make an appointment.
The PA was very nice and thorough, but I had to wait at the desk a while before anyone even came out. I actually called from their lobby. And it took them almost 3 hours to call in a prescription, and that was after I called to find out what happen and was told Oops, we kinda dropped the ball on that one. Not what you want to hear as a parent bringing in an infant to a medical facility.
Seriously so friendly, the PA listened and was so nice and open with me about everything! Staff was super welcoming and honestly all around friendly environment! Best experience I have had in an Urgent care by far!

I went in dealing with my anxiety for weeks on end and the PA I seen Trisha came in the room and was the most helpful person Ive dealt with since my high anxiety started weeks ago. She was very caring and I could ask for any one better! She made me feel hopefully for the first time in a while
We came in to get stitches for our 2 yr old daughter who split her forehead open. Everyone here was so helpful and caring, not only to our little girl with distracting questions and a much needed lollipop, but also to mom who was quite shaken up. This was my first time visiting. I went here because it was convenient being right up the street from my house. I found the staff was very friendly. The attending physician Trisha Gall was wonderful she had me in and out and on my way to pick up my prescriptions. I was cured within a couple days. I will certainly be back for any future ailments.

I had an emergency and needed to take my dog to the vet. Im from out of town and my GPS led me to the general area. When I walked in the receptionist asked me Is that your service dog? I said No. She replied Okay, are you looking for Urgent Pet Care ? I said No. I realized I was in the wrong location and told her that. She said You must be looking for Urgent Pet Care, thats what I asked you! She spoke in the most demeaning and rude tone. I couldn’t imagine being a patient here if this is how a stranger is greeted! It turns out I needed to be at Papillion Animal Hospital which is in the same Plaza. I recommend staying away!

Papillion urgent care is amazing!My daughter has had a cold for about a week. School needed a copy of a negative Covid test to allow back into class.Filled out intake forms online, was checked in by Danielle over the phone. Everything was processed quickly. Was called by the nurse and she let us know we could head in and too which room. Nurse (sorry I can not recall her name) was very friendly. Wonderful bedside manner to help distract from the nasal swab quick symptom questions. She mentioned it would be about 15 minutes before we had results. P.A. Svoboda came in a few mins later quick exam and survey, again personable, friendly. Result came back with the paperwork the school needed. Quick, efficient, friendly!
Chrissy and Pete are great. They’ve been there for a long time and are so good with even the littles. Quick service and very personable. Great for primary care as well as urgent care.

I felt the girl that was in the room doing my COVID test and taking my vitals could have been a lot friendlier and more warm than her personality was to me And they should introduce themselves when you walk in the room I know that from past experience and my daughter that is a nurse other than that it was a good experience
We were in town for a softball tournament and my daughter injured her thumb during a game. We came in on a Sunday around 9:30. It only took 5 minutes to be called back to be seen and 15 minutes total for the x-rays and consult which was awesome!
Everyone here was very helpful and nice. Even with covid going on the wait wasnt long at all. The waiting room was well taken care of and clean. It was definitely a pleasant visit even with the reason I was there. I will be using this location going forward.

Horrible billing department! Ive left numerous voicemails and never get a call back from their billing department located in Missouri. They even told me during my initial call that since it was at the beginning of the month they were too busy to look into my inquiry and I should call back after one week. Really? Is this how you conduct business? I wont return here for medical services. I plan to walk into this practice to get my bill figured out because they obviously dont care to help their patients with inaccurate coding and billing over the phone. Go someplace else thats local, and not an urgent care chain based out of Missouri!
I had called prior to going to make sure I didnt need an appointment. I was seen in less than 30 minutes of checking in. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and listened to what I had to say. If needed Ill definitely visit again. Thanks for your help!
My last experience with these guys was fair so I figured this one would be too but not so lucky. I was informed unless I had an appointment they are not able to see me today and to go down the street to midland and get there early to avoid the same issue as they are having here. Midland opens at noon. These guys didnt even care what I needed seen for and there is no one in the parking lot 😒
I have noticed you either love this place or hate it. I used to love it even after they misdiagnosed my son 2 years ago. I gave them another chance until today. I will never go here again. Didnt even make it to see the doctor. The front desk lady was mean and made me feel like an idiot. We left and took our kids to a different urgent care.

My first time being seen at Urgent care.The provider I saw asked if I was anxious but I was just in a lot of pain from a ear infection and also the fact that I had never been seen at a urgent care before. I was apprehensive about being seen there instead of by my regular provider.Thankfully he took good care of me and gave me meds to treat my ear infection. My ear drum did burst 3 days later. I still have hearing loss in that ear but Im sure the antibiotics he got me started on helped the infection from being much worse. The nurse and front desk person where extremely nice and prompt. Thank you for helping me during a painful experience.
Whole staff that was working on Sunday over Labor Day weekend was amazing. Got me in and out quickly.

We took our duaghter in there yesterday there receptionest was very rude she refused to put us in contact with management we had been coming here for years . Also due to a 174.00 bill that our family had when one of our children had when in the care of another parent they refused to see our duaghter all of our Bills have been paid since the first visit they even saw him a week prior. Needless to say it was very unprofessional. This place does not put healthcare first espeacialy with children I reccomend you find any other place to take your loved one

Took my daughter in yesterday and it took me 40 mins to get in and I was out with in 5 mins and all they told me was it was a virus going around and of course I took her in to her pediatric Dr and she tested positive for RSV and ear infections both ears & they didnt seem like they care about my daughter didnt even bother to tested her for anything!
I really love this place and even comfortable with taking my small son for ear infections, colds, etc. They are very fast and efficient. Ive even received phone calls from the doctors a couple of days after a visit to make sure my son was doing ok. Great, great care.

Had staples removed from previous visit, discussed other related injury that was not noticed earlier, got an xray on site, reviewed options, and set an MRI.Dr Pete was very professional, very speedy for a emergency clinic, and polite people. Couldnt ask for more!
