I’ve been going here for about two months now I absolutely love it. My Doctor is Mrs Debra. She is very attentive and extremely informative. I went in for weightless medication instead of prescribing me for the most expensive shot. She found a even better option and WAY CHEAPERShe always tries to find ways for my insurance to cover cost. I absolutely adore her.I’ve sent so many people their way because I’ve never received medical care. That’s even comparable to here. Thank you guys so much!

I wish I could give Affordable Care Clinics six stars because they definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. After my consultation and bloodwork, there was a medication I needed that no local pharmacies were able to stock and deliver. Affordable Care Clinics went right to work and found a pharmacy in FL who does provide this medication. Not only was Affordable Care Clinics able to procure it for me, they were able to get it for a very reasonable price thats literally half of what these other online clinics are prescribing it for. The icing on the cake was the staff. Erin Goss, the specialist I saw was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of great information and thoroughly answered all of my questions providing peace of mind. Each of them were very friendly, prompt and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Affordable Care Clinics Malabar and am very grateful to live in close proximity of them for my needs.

The clinic provides many health services, in addition to Aesthetics services.Angel is your go to for Aesthetics. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She provides the best feedback and suggestion for treatments, and explains everything in detail so you feel comfortable with the procedure. I can’t say enough about Angel and her professionalism. She is amazing!

YOU ARE A $ TO THEM AND THEY HAVE PLENTY OF PATIENTS LEADING TO WHY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE. THERES A MILLION JANE’S AND JONS….. PATIENTS ARE JUST MONEY SIGNS TO THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.Used this place for almost 2 years. Paid 150 a month every month. I was waiting for a call back on price to see if I could make the appointment…. Left plenty of time to get an answer. Finally they call me 10 mins after my appointment time and ask if I’m coming… I let them know I never heard back on price. They say I can come and they will give me the price I had been paying. Drive all the way there in traffic hours. Get there at 4:40 and they tell me they can’t see me ( to refill a needed prescription that would take 5 minutes) cause it took too long to get there. This is after they didn’t get back to me in a timely manner ….. knowing they are now telling me I can come, already after my appointment time. Basically I would have been on time if they had just called me back and told me the info I was waiting for in a timely manner. Honestly it’s bad business like this that makes me never use a place again. They took thousands of my money and the only appointment I was ever late for ( their own fault) they refuse to see me. This shows me they do not care about their patients. They don’t respect the people that keep them in business and they do not care if they waste your time or money. They obviously are making to much money if this is what they do to patients.

When I came in to become an established patient, with Dr. Deb Marino, the front desk ladies were amazing. I’ve seen Deb at least twice now and she was very professional and informative. She took the time to really hear me out and ask questions, making me feel comfortable and secure with her. Anne was my first nurse, then the next visit was Kristen. Both friendly, and kind. WOW! This place is wonderful! I moved to the area, recently - and needed a prescription renewed - no doctor, no insurance. I called and set up an appointment for the next day. There was no wait, the lobby area was not crowded with people. Everyone there was friendly they were very kind, as I was already nervous and a bit embarrassed about not having coverage. They even searched around to find a pharmacy close to me, with really great pricing on my meds! I highly recommend them, and will be back!

Malabar Affordable Care Clinic is the best doctors office; the customer service is awesome, especially Deborah Mario, ANRP; shes a good liaison. For years, Ive been suffering from some health issues. I visit several different doctors offices. I told them I complained, but they just looked at me as if I were strange, and nobody did anything. But when I started to visit the Malabar Affordable Clinic, things started changing for me, especially when I started seeing Debbie. I started telling her about the pain and discomfort I was having. She understood what I was saying, and I am so grateful for her.

Just wanted to share my experience with affordable care clinic 🤍 that the staff is super cool. Doesnt feel like the snobby uptight vibe you usually would get from other doctors offices. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr.Thomas (the doctor said to call him Mike) is such an awesome Dr. I love how personable the whole experience was and it was nice & clean. This place is great! They were very friendly and the doctors were very informative. My first visit I saw a man and he was the sweetest and explained in detail my issue. After doing a follow-up with blood work, I saw a female provider and she was equally sweet and also informative. She broke down my results and gave it to me in laymans terms. The nurses or MAs were nice and full of smiles and the front desk and me laughing and smiling until I left. Definitely recommend this doctors office to anyone.

Kathy and Gina whom are the receptionists in the front are always there for anything I need. Although I may frustrate them at times, theyve never once held it against me. Extremely patient and professionalism is outstanding! Kathy is a Hoot!My Nurse: Anne always listens, has never judged, and will make sure all my needs are met.Dr. Ragsdale; is always so attentive and honestly wants his patients to receive the best care, and to get better. He will go above and beyond for his patients.Dr. Patel, works around any need that cant be solved with insurance and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to whom is genuinely in his office to seek Real treatment. Has gone above his job to make sure Im well taken care of. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has had a past experience that wasnt so well, elsewhere. Ive never had to worry about my medicine, my mental health or financial issues being judged.Thank you to EVERYONE, this shows the representation most offices dont abide by. About 2 months ago my doctor passed away,I see (or was seeing) him monthly so I was panicked & extremely worried I wouldnt be able to find a doctor that would give the same level of care & understanding.I was thrilled when I found Affordable Care Clinic on Malabar Rd, as it was closer to my home & they assured me that I would receive the same treatment I had already been (& always received) from my previous doctor. My first time there (Sept 27) was great. People were nice, understanding, & seemed to care. I received same medication from them that I had always received (& had been taking for YEARS) from previousLong story short............I just spoke to Dr Patel & OMG he really does care about his patients!!! I had a problem & he fixed it quickly & efficiently!!!Great service!And I will be recommending to anyone needing a clinic!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Deborah Marino, ARNP. I couldn’t find a good Doctors office in years because whenever I would get sick they always say they can’t take you or fit you in. When I’m sick I need medical attention that moment not 2 weeks from that day. Here at Affordable Care Clinics they take me the min I call if I’m sick . And Deborah Marino is AMAZING !!!!! Her bedside manner is beyond kind. Shes so clean and put together. Truly a lovely woman. She listens to me without rushing through and brushing me off . She truly cares about me. She makes me feel so comfortable talking to her without being forceful on what she thinks I need . We discuss what I feel comfortable doing and what is best for my health. I actually got a follow up call to see how I was feeling after 2 days from Nurse Annie, another fantastic woman here. Everyone is so sweet and make you feel like your their number 1 concern. The Office is clean and you don’t wait 3 hours to be seen. I’m beyond happy . I highly highly recommend this office and Deborah Marino . She’s simply the best !!!

My children and I have been here a few times for various reasons. The office has always been extremely helpful and nice! I appreciate the Nurses, NP’s and Dr’s that have listened to each of us and helped us. It’s very affordable too. We have always been able to get an appointment fast! Been coming here almost 2 years now and I can say absolutely nothing bad about them!! The doctors.. no favorites because theyre all just so awesome! I drove about a half hour on Friday January 6th to get a prescription renewed and then drove a little further to have that prescription filled they said it wasnt in their system yet try again tomorrow even though usually its supposed to be instant which tells me the people at this Clinic just took my money and didnt do what they were supposed to do online. So I traveled again the half hour north to Palm Bay to get the prescription filled waited in line for a while just to be told the doctor still did not update my information. It has been a pretty time consuming experience and I still have to come back here again to the doctor Monday to get this prescription straightened out hopefully theres some kind of compensation for gas and time.In response to your reply the clinic said that you did not contact them or speak with them. There will be no free delivery bc they dont deliver at all. And that you still have not updated any system so I can get the prescription. In more censored words they said you are just giving me the run around and telling me what I want to hear.

I wish i would have read the negative reviews before i came to this office. Like someone else said, the only reason they got 1 star was because all the front staff were very polite and caring. The doctor however was not! The Doctor was so snobby to me she couldnt understand the errors in the paperwork from a crooked old doctor who had it in for me even though i had paperwork proving otherwise! The front staff were amazing, it was clean and neat and they were polite. Everything was great until i met Patricia Goode. From the second she walked in she was speaking down to me like shes a better person than me. She needs to retire because she is from a age long ago where they treated patients like dirt i guess cause that was her bedside manner. She called me a liar and i even had copies from the pharmacy and i saw my chart while i was standing there after our visit & it even said the right number!! The fact of the matter is she doesnt like my choice in medicine and lost a great patient because she wouldnt even let me explain or speak at all for that matter. I dont know why they get good reviews, shes SO mean and they cost more than other places and she doesnt even give you time to talk; shes rude and mean. I wouldnt go there if i was bleeding to death and they were the only place available. I suppose i would lose a leg 1st, thats how low she made me feel! How poorly she treated me!! I cannot believe it, she need to retire. Its not the 50s anymore, we dont chain smoke, guzzle martinis and swallow handfuls of killer pills anymore. The times have changed but she is stuck in the past i suppose....

Came to the clinic with my wife while she was having a procedure. I was amazed at how well we were treated, how knowledgeable the staff was, and how clean the environment was. I felt they had her best interest in mind in every decision they made. We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them! Thank you Erin Voss for taking such good care of my wife!!!

EDIT: I just received a call from Dr. Patel clearing up a miscommunication on my prescription refill on the pharmacist’s end, as well as an update on my bloodwork. I must commend his efforts in contacting me not only during a Sunday (off hours of their clinic) but also during Father’s Day! Thank you very much, Dr. Patel!Had a good experience during my appointment. Everyone seemed friendly and informative enough. But now, I sincerely can’t help but wonder at their level of competence.I had a blood test taken during my appointment and was told that they’d call me when the results came, but was never called, never received any messages, nothing. The only notification I received that the blood test ever went through was a bill from the blood testing center a month later. When I called them inquiring about my results, they said I had to make an appointment, and that it would’ve been a free one if I had made it during the same month as my previous appointment. But they never told me they had my results, so how was I supposed to know?ALSO, after WEEKS of trying to get them to refill a prescription, they FINALLY said they got everything they needed to refill it. I was told that they sent my prescription out and it should be ready for pick up. I just called my pharmacy, and they just told me THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. I’ve never been so frustrated with a clinic like this before!

My experience at the Palm Bay/Malabar location has been exceptional. Dr. Patel is kind, funny and very knowledgeable. The office staff, nurse practitioners, and aides were very professional and helpful. I felt cared for and important each time I was in the office. Its so important to feel that youre in good hands when youre seeking healthcare and that is what I received everytime Ive been there. I will continue to always go to this clinic and I highly recommend it!

English is my second language. The doctor didnt give me a second to talk. I can feel that she looked down on me. And I already wrote my symptom on the paper, everyone came into room ask me again and again. They dont prepare for their patient.And I even dont want to talk about medical service.You get 25 dollars for putting stethoscope on my back several times and said I am fine? Where do I get dizziness if I am fine? Its not affordable at all. Good work aint cheap, cheap work aint good. Google knows better than the doctor. I think the reviews are forged.

Simply put, do not use this clinic if you value your health care. There are by far better options. Erin Goss treated me with respect and dignity for the short time I was in her care, however after her departure, the doctor and staff intentionally interfered in my ongoing care. This is the type of doctor and practice that perpetuate stigma and ensures our health care system continues to fail to meet the needs of addicts. I give this doctor a failing grade in upholding his Hippocratic Oath.Follow up to owner reply: I stand by my review and my feedback has nothing to do with narcotic prescriptions or their regulation. You hide behind this to protect your actions.

Went here with high hopes of getting good service based on the reviews. Upon arriving we waited alone for a good few minutes, once the receptionist finally came in, she asked us what we needed. I told her and it seemed we were an inconvenience. She first asked us if we were supposed to be at the chiropractor next door. No. Then she asked to see insurance (BCBS), took it back to verify they accept it, which I checked before even going. Then she came back and stated they couldnt see my daughter because she is under 18, and referred us to the chiropractor...?Apparently there are now 18 and up only clinics. Needless to say, I wont be going here again.

I love the staff and medical professionals at this clinic. They are both professional and knowledgeable and most importantly, they care about me and my health. I feel like they are a part of my family. Erin Goss ARNP is a fantastic practitioner. I literally trust her with my life and she and the rest of the staff at Afordable Healthcare Clinic have improved my health and have provided real solutions to my health issues. I am extremely happy that they are my Primary Care Providers!

Had the best experience for an affordable price w/o insurance the nurse practitioner could have definitely charged me more than the price of $89 for just a check up since she did so much more, overall a great walk in facility for the price and service. Will definitely come back!

I called and asked if this clinic treated narcolepsy before making an appointment. I am new to the area and looking for a primary physician. When I got there the staff was nice but they do not treat narcolepsy. Also the most expensive doctor visit i have ever had. I asked for a recommendation of who in the area may treat narcolepsy and was given no suggestions.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Patel. He has successfully weaned me off 8 pain medications.He is kind and listens and really wants to help.I’m so very grateful I found him ❤️ I highly recommend him!!

I obviously had an urgent medical issue that required to be seen by health professionals. Not only were they were able to get me in immediately, they handled my situation with compassion as well as professionalism. Being fairly new to the area, it is nice to finally find a doctors office that offers exceptional care along with kindness.

There isn’t a quarter star rating available. Dr Ragsdale is the worst. He doesn’t concentrate on the issue of pain management. He wanders into his political views rather than medicine. In a world that seems to be on such opposite sides, he would rather insult than treat. Was not scheduled to see Dr Ragsdale, because of past experience. Dr Patel, seemed to have other plans. If you have any self respect, Do Not Come Here.

I have been looking for a good medical team with a competent and friendly office staff. I thought it was impossible to find until I found Aff. Care Clinic Palm Bay. I have every confidence in them and they all make it so comfortable that its not stressful to go to an appt. Anything I have needed for a,surgery I will be having soon aand they have been on top of anything I have needed. Thankfully Ive found my primary care home...finally.

Kristen A. is very kind! so is everyone there! Dr. Ragsdale is so friendly. I’m probably the pickiest hardest person to deal with and everyone is always kind and patient with me. I like that Dr. Ragsdale talks to me and does not rush me. I feel like a person and not just a number, and that’s a very huge thing!

Paid full price 89.00 filled out paperwork, brought my own lab work, nurse practioner said it was missing kidney info and I would be charged for them doing labs, I needed EKG, then found out it was not working, bottom line they are running a line of bull on people, not friendly at all, I got a refund and receptionist said it wasnt me, I said you work here, will not return

I only gave this place a one star cause the staff was nice, but the doctor was really rude she didnt listen to my concerns and didnt give me a cure for my symptoms the worst doctor ever she was so rude never will go back.I believe her name was Dr Pat horrible horrible treatment I highly do not recommend!
