Restore Health Urgent Care

I get very uncomfortable and awkward when dealing with new people when it comes to my medical and health stuff. The entire experience was awesome from being able to book an appt online and come in to a nice office where the entire staff was the nicest friendliest most comforting people. I left feeling comfortable and satisfied and happy. And it was a fast process no long waiting I was in and out with the medical attention I desperately needed on a Sunday morning and went straight to get my prescriptions. Conveniently theres a walgreens right across the street.

Heads up: If you make an Appointment and want to be seen at 10:30 make your appointment for 9:00am. No shade. Just a matter of fact. It will always take a minimum of one hour to be called back. They are balancing walk ins with appointments. There’s even a sign up notifying patrons of such.Provider APRN was good. Place clean. Reception good.

Stopped in for a concerning cough and was super impressed upon arrival by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and patient; I have a tendency to talk a lot. 😉The provider was also very knowledgeable, reassuring, patient thorough and kind.The entire visit, was quick and painless and I’m on my way to feeling better- I would definitely come back and I would highly recommend this urgent care.

My visit exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was very welcoming and addressed all of my concerns. Porsha completed my blood work and exams and helped calm my nerves. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Would not recommend. They refuse to answer their phones to give test results. I had my child rapid tested for strep with a negative result. I requested a regular 2 day lab test and was ensured I would get a call back with results. I did receive a message from my pharmacy saying my prescription was ready but cannot seem to get in contact with anyone at this office to see our actual diagnosis. They charge over $100 per person but dont deliver actual results. All three of us have strep but were told we do not. I would be more understanding if I didnt have physically go in to get my results. Ive called over 5 times over the past 5 days and continue to go to voicemail no matter which extension is chosen. There are plenty of other great walk in clinics in this town, do yourself a favor and go to any of the others.

The receptionist seemed flustered but was decent. The staff overall was nice but everything just seemed very rushed. The AC want working in the patient rooms, it was very warm. This didnt help along with having to wait almost two hours just to get the ball rolling. The other visits weve had didnt take this long at all.

This location use to have such a welcoming staff. The last two occasions have been less then welcoming. New staff it appears and they never smile and have missed diagnosed on both occasions. Do better!

I have been feeling terrible for a couple of days. Running a fever and really weak. I go to this place and they give me a covid test. It was negative. I had taken some Tylenol before going so my fever was inly 99. The doctor comes in and doesnt even look at me. She told me that I was at the beginning stages of something and to come back if it gets worse. She never laid a hand on me. Never looked in my throat.... Nothing. Ive never such a thing in my life. Tonight my fever is back up to 101. You think Im going back there.

Our experience was swift and good 😊 thanks for such great 😊 bedside manner in helping my daughter with her virus 🦠 head cold 🥶 and congestion. Being attentive to detail and understanding how your patient is feeling is a plus to great care thanks 🙏🏾 again 🌸🌼🌺

This is the first time I went to restore health and I love it. Its clean. The staff is kind and my favorite doctor. I found her. Her name is Toya alder I really felt like home. They were very kind and helpful I recommend this place for anyone. My son went here for a physical and he says he loves it. I give this place 20 stars

Woke up with what felt like a UTI didn’t want to wait to see my GYN so made an appointment with the urgent care.couldn’t believe how fast I got in!! Super sweet girls there . Love that the PA was a woman. I think her name was Amber?I felt it’s just better discussing these issues with a woman.  Got in got out quickly and on meds ! Highly recommend this place.

I made my appointment online (for the same day). Once scheduled, I uploaded my ID, as well as my insurance card, and answered a few questions. That save me from filling out a bunch of papers when I got there. When I arrived, the lady checked me in, and thanked me for registering online. She then took me back to the exam room, where I was greeted by the nurse, Gale. Gale was wonderful! She took my vitals, did my x-rays, and after I briefly saw the doctor (who is very pleasant as well), Gale gave me two shots for my hip pain. After waiting a few minutes to make sure I did not have any adverse reactions to the shots, I was able to go over to Publix, where they quickly filled my prescription (the doctors office sent it over). Today, I am feeling almost as good as new. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care clinic!! Well done, ladies! Thank you so much!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into Restore Health. The people were friendly and genuinely concerned about how I felt. I wasn’t feeling well and needed a test and some medical advice. The doctor got to the bottom of my problem and was very caring and explained everything well. I felt relieved and much better when I left, like a big weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you!!

This place wasted 3 days of my life by not giving me a DOT Physical because of a medication I have been taking for 10 yrs and have passed just as many DOT physicals in that same amount of time. I paid cash have to wait on a refund by check in mail. Came in today and waited just for them to tell me the provider wont sign off on the physical due to the medication even though its an allowable medication with the DOT...SMH. Came in last Tuesday waited for 2 hrs they needed note from my doctor about medication. Came back Friday with letter told me a few minutes for wait. Ended up waiting for over an hr for them to tell me they cant get ahold of the doctor that saw me on Tuesday so they can open her notes were sorry about that Mr.Edwards. Came in today for them to tell me Im just SOL. A phone call or email would have been appreciated. I know drivers that come here that are 75 plus years old on all kinds of meds and they go through no problem. Restore Health!!?? Restore my time??!! Bad business!!

Took me in a timely manner, went into X-ray and they x-rayed from my shoulder to my wrist. The PA was very nice easy to talk to and friendly. No fractures split and sling. All in a little over an hour. 😁

Made an appointment(same day awesome) for 11:24. Got there at 11:18. Didn’t get in room till 11:38. Listened to the staff argue with each other on how they were going to run things until 11:58 when the nurse came in. She took my pulse, BP, listened to my story and then said wow that sounds like the new Covid, came back tested me for Covid. Never told me my results, but the practitioner came in and said what’s going on with your sinus issues(never once did I say I had sinus issues-intermittent small headache, but not sinus). She said let’s test your urine for possible pregnancy. Just had my period and haven’t had sex with my husband in 3-4 weeks(my fault just feeling blah-sorry honey). Did that, negative. The result is maybe you just have a bug and if you don’t get better in a week come back.I won’t be coming back here. This is actually the second time I have been here. The first time they mixed up patient’s results and gave me someone else’s test results. Luckily, I caught it.

Everything was great, easy to make an appointment minimum wait times. I am having an issue and will think twice before coming back because I was seen on Friday and told I would have results back Saturday. On Friday I was told I was going to get a certain medication that was not sent in and Ive now been calling for over 4 days and have left three separate messages I cannot get an actual live person on the phone and no one has returned any of my calls.

I was very happy with my visit at the walk in clinic. Made my appointment online the previous day and the facility meet my appointment time upon arrival. Staff were friendly and attentive to my concerns. No complaints here!!!! Thumbs Up

As a healthcare professional, I am so disappointed right now in restore health, urgent care. When I went into my appointment on Wednesday, the staff was super friendly and very nice. The doctor Patricia was very friendly and thorough and showed great concern for my health issues. I was told to call back by Monday because they had to send out some lab results. I decided to call back Sunday and I left a message because no one was there and asked them to return my phone call. I have been sick enough to be concerned with the doctor telling me to go to the ER if I worsened because it could be sepsis, I recently had a deep tooth cleaning and believe that all of this was brought from bacteria from my mouth getting into my bloodstream. I was on for symptoms and signs that I would’ve had to go to the ER because sepsis is no joke it can be deadly. I was feeling better on Sunday, but had just started the antibiotics that they had given me and believe that I was having an allergic reaction with my face getting very red and my neck and my face was swelling up. I tried to contact the office from 340 to 4 o’clock Aware of the fact that they closed at four. It kept going to voicemail. I called back to back at least 20 times before finally leaving a very rude message letting them know that whoever was working the front desk that could not find time to answer my phone call, which was an urgent matter, knowing darn well that she was not answering the phone because she wanted to get out of there and her shift was over. Please don’t try to tell me any differently, I am aware of incompetent people that work jobs just for a paycheck and the care less about the public and just want to get in and out, make their money and could care less about the patient. That is exactly how I felt with this company. Now I am stuck taking Benadryl taking an ice cold bath to try to get the redness down and the swelling in my face realizing that I need an anabiotic to start first thing Monday morning to make sure that whatever this is that I have I can get rid of and I need an antibiotic and one that I’m not allergic to. Whoever was working that shift on Sunday from that time there is no way that you can’t tell me that not one person in that office shorthanded or not could pick up that phone or listen to messages before they left the office to make sure that all concerns were addressed with their patients before they walked out that door. This is total incompetence. What happened to good customer care and being there for the patient it’s quite obvious this company does not work that way and all they wanted to do was get out of that office so they could go celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Unacceptable. I will definitely not use you again for my healthcare needs as soon as I get my results back. Shame on whoever worked that desk on that day, if I were your boss, you would have no job. If you were in the situation, I’m sure you would not appreciate that. No one was there to help you. This company needs to hire people to care about their patients and treat them the way good healthcare providers do, shame on her

I had an accident with my small right toe and I went with a terrible pain, there were no X-rays but the doctor treated me, she sold my toe and took care of me very well.

As always, the Retore Health staff is amazing. They get you in and out quickly. They are always are respectful of your pharmacy choices snd give excellent discharge education. Restore Health is where we refer friends and family if urgent care is needed.

Waited an hour past appointment time. The Dr spent less than 5 minutes with me, and was 1 foot out the door while giving me a diagnosis. I couldnt even ask questions. This is the second time Ive had a bad experience in 3 visits. I dont care how convenient the location is, I will never return.

I had a great experience here and I felt that the wait time, even though I had an appointment was good. The check-in process was smooth and the nurse practitioner was attentive to my needs.

Everyone was very nice, however, I have a pretty serious rib injury and medications were supposed to be sent in. This was on Memorial Day and I realize that pharmacies were closed. So I call today and my pharmacy doesnt have the rxs. I called the urgent care and left a message and still no rxs. I am in a lot of pain. They should have a little more compassion for their patients. A phone call back to me would have been nice. I probably would have been better off just going to the ER.

Awesome staff . Loved the fact that they offered digital x-rays at that location was able to get my son scanned and less than an hr

They should advertise that they aren’t full service urgent care. They let me make an appointment, but would not see me. They won’t even look at an eye because they have no equipment. I think they are trying to build Primary Care Practice by snagging those that come in under the “urgent” banner. It might  be good as a Primary Care, but definitely NOT an urgent care! Wasted my time and I spent hours trying to get in elsewhere.

Ive used Restore Health Care numerous times and have always had a great experience. Easy to make appointments and hardly any wait time. Everyone from the from the front desk, the tech’s and the health care providers are top notch!

Very bad experience with this Urgent Care facility. I went there on Sunday afternoon with feelings of fever and chill, watery eyes, runny nose, dizziness and nausea. I was admitted on time but no one was interested to know about my prepared list of medications. I am diabetic and more (taking 9 pills per day). The physician did not introduce herself and not even answering my greetings. It seems she did not like to be there on Sunday afternoon!After a quick examination, a really quick examination, she said my symptoms are caused by allergy. I had allergy reaction before and I knew this feels different. I requested tests of flu and COVID. The nurse did them, and I was told the results are negative. She prescribed an inhaler, Zyrtec, and Tylenol. These meds combined with my own messed up my health very bad that night (blood sugar reading of

The visit and staff wasn’t even the overall issue. But they sure did not help. Went in on a Thursday at noon for sick testing myself and my daughter. I am currently 7m pregnant and my daughter is 5. Was told I would receive the results within a day. Waited all day Friday so some type of call or notification. Received nothing until Walgreens told me that a prescription was ready for my daughter. Tried called the office results line several times and even left a message for someone to explain something to me about what was going on. Received nothing for hours until I got ahold of someone at the front desk who only told me she has the results but does not know how to explain them to me the doctor will within a few minutes! Never got a call back. After countless attempts to call and again have someone explain something to me, I had to go into the office for the woman at the desk to go to the back and get the results and barely explain anything to me. The doctor on that day couldn’t even come out and talk to me. Mind you I am heavily pregnant and sick myself to where I can not speak and I’m crying because I need some type of answer. Left with barely any explanation of my daughter’s condition and a “we’re waiting on your results” for myself. It is now 2 full days later and I have no idea what is going on with myself and little knowledge of what is going on with my child! Please care more about your patients and do better. I’m not usually an easily upset person but with being as sick as I am and heavily pregnant with no answers makes me highly upset and concerned about my health and if it will effect my pregnancy. A simple phone call goes a long way!

This was by far the best Urgent Care experience of my life. From the moment I walked in the door, (which was in and of itself a pleasant experience because the Lobby was exceptionally clean and inviting) the staff made sure my visit and concerns were taken care of expeditiously, yet with a personal touch. I needed X-rays, which were performed in a highly professional manner. Within minutes I had the results, a fractured shoulder bone. Normally this would be disconcerting news, but I didnt have time to get too upset about it because in what seemed like a very short whirlwind of moments, I received two shots in the bum for pain, a referral form for an orthopedic surgeon, medications called in to my pharmacy under an expedite directive, and a sling for my arm which the medical assistant outfitted me in and made sure was adjusted perfectly for me. All of my questions were answered in clear concise terminology. The whole experience was rather magical. Absolutely 5 stars. If urgent care was an Olympic Event, Restore Health Management takes home the gold. Wow. Thank you!

Providers are usually great and can handle colds, minor illness and injuries but anything outside of this is not in their “wheelhouse”. The providers are very easy to work with and very accommodating especially if you have an appointment. The reception is less than desirable. Every single time you speak to them on the phone or at the front desk they are nasty, which is why I am only giving them three stars. They are rude even when THEY make the mistake. My husband was recently in there with our son and we are all regular patients. He confirmed 2x where the prescription should be sent and so did I when they called me to verify and it still went to the WRONG pharmacy! After calling back and getting voicemail 3 times I finally got in touch with an actual human in reception and she was rude acting like this was my fault! Seriously need training on good customer service as I prefer to take my business to place that not only has good providers but good listening skills and customer service with manners. 🙄

My experience here was absolutely horrific. A simple physical that turned into 2 hours of waiting. I will never come back to this location. The physical itself took them not even 5 min to do. Why have an appointment if others that came in after and walked in with nothing urgent were seen first.

Super friendly and professional staff. The wait was reasonable, and I felt that they took the time needed to confirm my needs. The doctors treatment decision was spot on, and it resulted in a whole lot less pain than when I limped in there.

We were on a Vacations Roadtrip in Palm Bay FL, our 1 year old baby got sick, even that our insurance (Ambetter Of NC) covered. We were peaceful because the price of everything was shown at the front lobby.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!Unless you want to get sent to the ER or get prescribed amoxicillin… 2 weeks later I’m sicker then when I went in there for. Apparently amoxicillin doesn’t fix everything. Dr Patricia panarese doesn’t know what she’s doing

Im a Vet who visited under the mission act. Made a 2 PM appointment online and filled out all the forms online. Showed up at 1:45 PM, 15 minutes prior to the appt. as directed in the instructions. At 2:12 PM I received a text that I had just checked in, nearly half an hour after I actually checked in at the front desk. I finally see the Nurse Practitioner at 3:30 PM. This was a simple visit only needing an Rx for vertigo due to pollen allergies.Suggestions:*If your going to make appointments keep them. That road goes both ways.*If appointments dont really matter, then dont make them. Work off of triage and FCFS.*If this is the level of service the US Taxpayers are paying for, they should just stop and put that money towards ERs in the VA clinics. Even the VA can keep their appointment times.*Various staff members mentioned how overworked they were and not had a lunch break or any break since they opened that morning. Hire more staff!

Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful . The nurse practitioner I saw was amazing very knowledgeable . I would highly recommend.

Everything went smooth. Front desk,nurse and Doctor were great, the only thing is they take too long to call you in.

As a health care professional who lives out of state i am incredibly disheartened by the medical care my family has received! The physician and staff should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of communication, and less than mediocre patient care that was provided to my family. Patients should have better access to their test results and be able to get answers. Communication regarding test results and the inability to get through to the office via phone call is absolutely unacceptable. Patients should not have to come to the office for their results after trying to call the office all day to find staff members ON THEIR PHONES while the phone is ringing without being answered! This is what happens when people who lack empathy become medical professionals for the money and forget that the point is to HELP PEOPLE. I will be contacting the office and filing a formal complaint to the risk management department. Holiday weekend or not, do better!

Very poor visit went for a possible fracture of my finger she never took x-rays threw medical tape on my fingers not even enough to hold together told me to keep them straight I used to go there before this new Dr started was better service time to find a better location

I had an amazing experience with both urgent care and primary care. Every single person there goes above and beyond to provide the best care and makes you feel comfortable. They treat you like family and really care about you and your health concerns. Patricia Panarese, APN and Samantha Byrne, APRN were so helpful, efficient, and caring. Samantha Byrne, APRN listens to your health concerns, answers your questions, and creates a plan for next steps. So grateful to have found a place like this!

All the staff was very nice. I made an appointment beforehand for my toddler so I didn’t have to wait very long. The nurse and doctor were excellent with my baby and got straight to the point. Would definitely go again. It’s refreshing to find a place where people seem to actually enjoy what they do.

I sat in the waiting area for 2plus hours no exaggeration and after all that. I already don’t feel good and this B… tells me she couldn’t confirm my insurance through Tricare after 2 HOURS… I have been going there for a couple years now and never had to pay a CoPay. And have only had trouble with this same lady, today she said, since she can’t confirm it you’ll have to pay $60. First of all if she had told me earlier I personally could have called with in the 2 hours to confirm I have Medicare & Tricare for life even though that’s their job. I am so angry! If she had told me ahead of time I would have called the insurance COMPANIES to prove to the Urgent Care I am covered. The fact that she took 2 hours to tell me that is what pissed me off. I SAT AND WATCHED HER YAPPING with her coworkers when she could have been working, That lady is so slow if it took that long to process paperwork THAT I FILLED OUT MOSTLY MYSELF ONLINE. I get there’s a few extra buttons to click after I finish my side but I’ve been there multiple times before and not had any problems with anyone else there but this lady. Don’t insult my intelligence, also they knew I was coming this morning since I scheduled the appointment yesterday and they could have gotten the paperwork done and verified earlier before my arrival. Or at least been prepared to ask me to verify my Insurance.

Would not recommend this place at all I mean at all go somewhere else I have been going there for over four years never a problem they have since change personnel and now it’s nothing but problems go somewhere else.

They are always great and attentive. I wish I would have been given something for my throat and autoimmune pain. Everytime Ive had covid Id had to go back to get meds sent. Im way worse now. The front office receptionist is a champ. There was a whole family giving her absolute hell for her following the law. She remained professional and greeted me with a smile as if nothing happened.

I scheduled an appointment and still waited a half hour past appointment time. Long wait for the doctor and then again for the nurse to come back with instructions

I had a 1 hour wait from being called in the back by Melanie, the nurse, before coming in to check my temperature or BP. She seemed to be in a bad mood, her temperament towards me was very passive aggressive and argumentative and she seemed angry and asked why I came back in, instead of calling, from being seen two days prior. I told her Id been calling all morning and left messages but was unable to reach them. She continued to argue so I tried to show her my phone, she stormed out rudely telling me I was the worst patient she had ever had. I dont know what I did wrong besides politely contradict her viewpoint on whether I called in or not, but Im deeply sorry if I offended her in some way. I was respectful to her (especially as she is so much older, as my elder), didnt have a rude/condescending tone, and even smiled and complimented her cute all pink from head to toes scrubs outfit, when she called me back.I left calmly, after Melanie cursed me out as she walked out of my room, because I could hear her loudly complaining and bad mouthing me outside, so I left asking another staff member I had interacted with the day or two before for records-- I tried to only speak to that other polite nurse I had spoken to in the days prior when I was there, another nurse who appeared to be Spanish decent but was very sweet, and Melanie kept interjecting pugnaciously almost as if trying to escalate the situation, and seeking a problem. I continued to ignore her. I could tell Melanie was going to lose her composure again, and my anxiety and PTSD seeing her tension and anger, was escalating to where I was very nervous and no longer felt safe and started having a panic attack, shaking. So I started to walk out, as I left, Melanie shouts after me. I hope you get the care you deserve, in a very haughty and condescending tone, Im sure others could hear in the waiting room as I left and they looked up at me. How embarrassing, and such a shame that this location is so convenient to my house, and has ALL wonderful staff office staff, providers, and nurses, but because of ONE horrible attitude, I will never feel comfortable coming into this place again without having a panic attack remembering everything she put me through, while sick with the flu, running a fever, and having body aches. We come to health providers to get better, and to have care, not to be verbally and mentally abused and neglected. I understand everyone has a bad day sometimes and thats okay, but dont abuse your patients over it. If youre having that bad of a day, please take a personal day, or have a stay cation. I understand these jobs are among the most difficult, because of the stress it places on staff and providers, and I think this is a heroic job that not all can do, it is very commendable to those who are angels in this industry, thank you for all you do. For those who are poisoning this industry. Be the change. Maybe its time to seek a career change? Whatever you do, please evaluate your life decisions, because you are in a job where you are the make or break for some people, and if you have that ugly of a personality and temperament, you are causing irreparable damage to those who need a touch of kindness, the most. Im shaking right now as I re-type all of this, just from the anxiety of this unrelenting situation. I am so glad I left rather than continue to let myself be abused. Friendly service from appointment scheduling to checking in to the nurse and finally the FNP. The only downside was the wait. My appointment was at 11:40 and I wasn’t seen until 1:15pm. It ran me really close with another appointment and one of my kiddos had a meltdown at the end because of the long waiting. Other than that-I had a great experience. I’d definitely return if I ever needed to do so.

Went in to confirm i had covid and hopefully get medication for it and I was told that they werent going to give me anything and sent me on my way that was it.

The staff is nice. I’ve been here a few times and only been upset by one nurse practitioner who said she didn’t see anything wrong but my results came back with Strep. However the last time I went, they told me I needed antibiotics and never sent them. It’s been days of calling and leaving messages to not hear anything back. Super frustrating because my issue hasn’t be resolved and this is the urgent care I normally like to go to.

I took my son here for a school physical and it was a nice clean environment. The staff was very friendly and thorough just for a physical. I can only imagine if he was sick, he would have most likely gotten excellent care. The waiting room was also very kid friendly, which is a plus. I would recommend this clinic!

Great experience. The last thing you want to do when sick is wait forever at the doctor’s office. I was in and out within 45 minutes. All of the staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns. I appreciate the practitioner being thorough and ruling out multiple things.

This place is an actual joke. My husband went there a few months ago because he had swelling in the lymph nodes in his groin area, they stated that he could possibly have had mono at some point, didn’t prescribe him antibiotics, simply told him to come back in 6 months to see if it had went down. He then went in today because he can barely swallow as his throat is severely sore and swollen, and they said that he tested negative for strep but he probably was on his last day of whatever it is. They said they sent in a prescription for medicated cough drops and the pharmacy would text him when the order was ready. After 4 hours I called and they said that they didn’t have anything sent in for him and that they don’t fill that because it is over the counter and not covered by insurance. Regardless if you have insurance or not, save your money.

Appointments available, quick check in and immediate help. Professional and very patient with medical issues. Good prices for Urgent Care center and great location. I have received good medical assistance and advice as well as recommend prescribed medication as needed.I recommend this medical center and will continue to use them for any health issues.. Great care after the wait. But impossible to get on the phone and they don’t react to messages. I’ve tried to call 3 times today about test results. Never got through. Sent them a message 5 hours ago and no response or even acknowledgement that they got it. But the docs and assistants are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Created friendly at the door. The nurses and Dr. were very attentive and kind. I love that when you go from the waiting room into the Examining room they have another TV and they’re playing what’s in the waiting room. It doesn’t make the wait seem so bad, Which wasn’t bad for an urgent care. My appointment was at 4 o’clock and I was back in the examining room by 430. The doctor was very thorough when I got to the pharmacy. my prescription was already there waiting for me.

What a wonderful medical facility! I came in on Sunday and was treated promptly and professionally. There was an unruly woman talking outside of my room to the people’ working. I don’t know how they kept their composure! Thanks to the ladies working on Sunday.

Super disappointed in this clinic! We have been using Restore Health since 2012 and it has gone downhill big time! Walk-in wait times were 30-40 minutes so we made an appointment. Even with the appointment we spent over two hours there. The nurse did not have the best bedside manners, busy or not, don’t treat patients like you could care less for them to be there. My son also lost some trust in healthcare providers due to the way she handled his treatment. The only pleasant person there, was the sweet new nurse who just started! The icing on the cake is they never called in his antibiotic to prevent infection for a wound on his foot!! What a joke! DO BETTER!

Lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional! Husband stepped outside to call insurance to get some answers that she needed (she could have called) and then she locked the door. Went to MED FAST off Malabar and the lady here was able to do what needed to be done in 5 minutes by calling the insurance company herself.Rude lady clearly didn’t want to do her job!

I had my DOT physical today. The staff was great. During cold and flu season pack a lunch, my visit was 3 hours long.

MY appointment was for 9:40am,was called back at 9:10am was seen right away I had ear wax,which they couldnt get out last week,but today the problem was solved the wax was taken out,can hear again.Thank you for fixing my problem, so I didnt have to go to a eye nose and throat doctor,or even the Ed.Thank you Restore Urgent CareI love that it is close by and covered by my insurance. I would use them again.

This is by far the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. The service is quick and easy. The staff is friendly and caring. I’ll continue to have them take care of my health needs. I’m disappointed that the nurse practitioner that I see is no longer there. It was abrupt and puzzling to me why my healthcare provider was no longer on staff. I was not given any explanation.

I have been here before without the best experience, but then last week I was treated by Nicholle Rothengass PA-C and it was a wonderful experience. She was professional, attentive, listened to my concerns and treated me with respect not just another whining patient. Thank you Nicholle for making my experience great and making me feel better!!

As a traveling RN this establishment has very professional staff, quick, service, and if self-pay very reasonable costs. The place is extremely clean, well kept and nicely decorated and spacious. Definitely will continue to use their services again when needed.

Seen promptly and the staff were great! Came in with both my kids complaining of ear pain after a lot of swimming. Staff spotted the ear infections quickly and even diagnosed a rash the kids were getting from sun screen. Got taken care of quickly and then went right next door to the pharmacy and got everything we needed! Thank you Restore Health!

Literally the worst care. Was quoted a 45 min wait and waited an hour. Got put in a room after my hour wait and I’ve been sitting in here for almost 30 mins without anyone coming in to even ask why I’m here or to even do vitals. If I were having an emergency no one would know. I can hear the staff laughing and joking and talking about their personal life but they are clearly too busy for patient care. When someone finally came in to take my vitals he didn’t even take my temp. Very dissatisfied with the nurse practitioner. 12 days post covid with a worsening cough, wheezing and shortness of breath and no concern for a covid pneumonia. No chest x-ray. No temperature. The NP offered me a medrol dose pack and some OTC meds. I was told to take OTC cough meds which I’ve tried everything OTC. I am a nurse practitioner at a local urgent care and this place is a disgrace to medicine. I only came here because I’ve been here in the past and loved the NP; which was not the case this time.

The staff were amazing!! Very helpful, friendly, and personable! Clean environment. I did make appt online, the wait time was longer than expected, but understand that its an urgent care and there are imergent situations that occur. Also, left my phone there by accident, they called my emergency contact to inform me, and waited after they closed until I could pick it up. GREAT SERVICE!

Very easy to make an appointment online and complete paperwork prior to arriving. Did not have to wait days to be seen. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. Was seen right away. Provider was thorough and recommended a cheaper pharmacy than the one I had selected. Will absolutely use them in the future.

We so rarely are able to get into our doctor, we used to rely a lot on this place. Our last couple visits had zero follow up and overcharged us. I’ve been arguing with them even after speaking with blue cross regarding our coverage. Excellent PA’s, terrible everything else.

I’m a USAF Veteran and was unable to get to the VA clinic. I saw Restore Health Urgent Care Clinic close to my home I thought I needed to go in. I was not expecting the Amazing Staff take such great concern and care when I arrived. I was called to a room Within 5 min wait. I spoke with the Nurse, received treatment and was on my way in 15min tops. One never knows what to expect but I was so completely overwhelmed at the attention to the care I received. I highly recommend this Urgent care clinic for any medical needs.The clinical Nurse is very sweet and her staff is extremely caring and helpful. I felt important and I felt I mattered to the staff. Super sweet ladies and very professional. If I could go there for all my medical needs I would however, I strongly suggest you visit this Awesome and Amazing staff for your urgent care needs. We have been to urgent care several times. My husband because he uses the V.A. system. We are in our later years. It is cold as are other medical buildings. The exam rooms are uncomfortable for the elderly. The service is great. Employees nice. Would recommend it for urgent care.

Wait time was a little crazy today with an appointment but thats never happened before so probably a one off. Very friendly and caring place!

The doctor was nice and precise also the MA was kind.

They were a little backed up but once I was called back and seen Nichole (?) everything went quick and smoothly. She was friendly and had a great attitude. She listened to all my symptoms and concerns and was able to get me the medication I needed clear up this sinus infection.

I have been going there since 5 years now, for treatment of my sciatica flare ups.It all started 5 years ago,me having one on a SUNDAY, coming out of nowhere and had to find a walk in clinic.Super nice, friendly and compassionate staff and knowledgeable doctors, clean and impeccable facility too.You are in good hands, and I highly recommend !

I came here today and had the best experience I have EVER had at a medical office. Originally I was getting a test for Covid… when it came back negative, the nurse practitioner actually prescribed me something to help me fight whatever was causing the symptoms. I felt so cared for, and they really went above and beyond in my opinion. Finding a Doctor who truly cares about your health is hard to come by…. I wish I found this place sooner! The medical office is so beautiful on the inside and the waiting rooms are very relaxing. The staff was so polite and professional. The sign in process and paperwork was easy and user friendly (I did it on my phone after they sent a text.. love it!) Most of all, Tracy and Trish and even the lady up front were all very compassionate, helpful, and kind. They truly listened and helped me feel better even before leaving the office! Thank you for being so great in a world full of corruption.

Ashley greeted me at the front desk with a smile and was very friendly. She answered all of my questions and joked with me a bit. Tracie brought me back to the room very quickly and was very professional and compassionate. Shortly after that Trish, the nurse practitioner came in and accessed me. She was thorough and I could tell I was in good hands. The whole experience was great. Ive never been to an urgent care where Ive been treated as well as at Restore. I will definitely return in the future.

Entire team was amazing. Very professional, very friendly. They take COVID precaution seriously so I scanned QR code to check in outside. I arrived about 15 minutes early, but this allowed me to properly complete paperwork. I was called a little early to come on in. It took about 1 minute at front desk then into exam room. Nurse was there in 2-3 minutes to talk and take vitals. Doctor was in very soon after that…perhaps another 2-3 minutes. I very much wish she was also a primary. Provides excellent medical care and advice.My advice if you are looking for urgent care this is the place to go! I have never seen a more friendly and professional team! This was my second visit and both visits were excellent.

This review is for the overworked staff . They are great people and work hard but under appreciated . Whomever runs this urgant care needs to wake up . Unfortunately seems medical care has become just another business . Your just a # so thet can make money .sad

I have visited this urgent care facility twice now since July 2022. The facility and staff are among the best that I have ever experienced. I had covid when I went in July and I thought I had it again when I went today, but I apparently had tonsillitis and no covid. I have seen Michelle and Moe both twice now on each visit, and they are both top notch in their professional, knowledge and patient care skills. They take their time and make sure they cover options that work for the patient. I would highly recommend them, even if theyre little out of the way. One really feels like they had a great experience there, with excellent results

Every time I walk in to this location, I’m always greeted with a kind welcome. They are fast, caring and I don’t feel like I’m treated as a number. The nurses are awesome and I love the Dr. She’s so wonderful. Her name is Trish. Honestly the sweetest and most personable woman. She genuinely cares and gets to know her patients. I recommend this place to anyone. I have the monthly membership and I’m so happy they have that option because I don’t have insurance and sometimes things happen.. it ends up saving a ton of money. I will never use another urgent care again. This place is the best!

I can say this is a very nice facility. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, the staff is as friendly as it gets, and the Doctor made me feel I was in capable hands. They got me in quick and everyone just made me feel welcome and comfortable. Could not ask for a better visit with the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in an Urgent Care facility. I would not hesitate to use them again and I HIGHLY recommend them!

They were good once we got in there. My only complaint is that if you make an appointment, it should give you some kinda precedence over walk-ins, but it doesn’t. You go behind any walk ins that came in before you. Other than that the service was quick once we got in there and the staff was very nice.

Excellent service. I had a bit of a wait, but I was a walk in, so kind of expected. The doctor (Gary) was fantastic. Stitched me up and provided options for care. Fast, personable, excellent care.Apparently they offer primary care services too. Highly recommend this place. Its updated, clean, and the people are great.

I left a review 6 years ago & it was 5 stars. I only use them in a pinch because it’s so close to home. Our primary is hard to get in with due to too many people moving to our area.The service here has become awful. The same insurance 6 years ago is no longer good for their service?!? I will not return to this facility. Please save yourself time & money. The urgent care next to Palm Bay Hospital is more convenient on hours, excepts all insurance, and cares about healing customers.

My friend recommended me to come here because we needed some tests done for school. Between the health department and other locations I compared prices from, theres were the lowest. I drove about 30 minutes to get there and I am so glad I did. The staff was probably the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. The two ladies at the front desk were very personable and kind. The nurse practitioner did a great job at giving me the shots I needed. I definitely dont enjoy shots, but she really made me feel comfortable. I wish I knew everyones name to put in this review, but I would recommend anyone to come here.

We were treated with courtesy upon first entering the facility. The receptionist was kind and helpful. She carefully explained how the VIP membership program works and patiently waited as we worked out the benefits versus our insurance.When we got into the examination room the MA and ARNP continued the good service. They actually seemed concerned and listened to my complaints. They offered practical treatments and made suggestions above and beyond what they needed to.I am pleasantly surprised to say this was one of the best doctors office visit I have had in years. Even though I have a Primary Care Physician, I would not hesitate to visit Restore again and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I didnt get brought back to a room until an hour after my appointment. The lady at the front desk was rude and not even polite to her coworkers.

Ask how long then said 30 min. 1 hour later got called. come inside to wait for another 1 hour and half. Yes you have to wait 2 time until the doctor will come and see you. The guy work upfront is lazy and love dodging question.

The entire staff here went above and beyond for my care, and I cannot express enough gratitude! I had an issue that two other walk-in clinics could not help me with. Not only did the nurses/rad tech, and receptionists find a solution to my problem, they did it quickly and with so much empathy, compassion, and humor even though it was near their closing time. Thank you so much for such wonderful care!

I really enjoy going to Restore Health--as much as one can enjoy going to the doctor, anyway. The staff is extremely personable and easy to talk to. They get done what they have to and get you out of there. However, they always have time to explain things and answer questions. I have my own doctors office, but sometimes I just have to hop up the street to Restore Health.

Nicholle and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic. Was somewhat busy and and had to wait, but honestly you wait everywhere. Nicholle took the time to listen to me and all my concerns. I did feel bad because other people were rude about waiting and didnt make things easy for them. Things happen and theres no use acting out of line, who does it help ???Anyway , I will go back in the future.

My experience is always good here. The staff is very kind and caring. I started going to them because my schedule is very limited and they take walk-ins. I love their new check-in system (great way to minimize covid exposure). Best customer service I’ve had in a while!

Usually things like this doesn’t bother me but, I had an appointment at 9 AM and did the online check-in 30 minutes went by and the nurse called me to the front desk and I had to give information that I already filled out online and had to continue to wait to be seen. Not only did I wait almost 2 hours to be seen, there were people who had checked in after me being seen first. All I needed was a covid test to go back to work. It’s really ridiculous I had to wait that long, they need either more people or a better system. Not everyone has the day to waste waiting at Urgent Care. Not coming here again.

The staff here were very nice and polite. It was quick and when they say walk-ins are available, you really dont wait long at all. I was impressed by how quickly I was in and out, even with having to fill out paperwork. The staff also held my child for me while I weighed myself and gave me advice about my health, which was a major help. If I needed to go back I would, and I do recommend that other people go there as well.

The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, competent and professional in their line of work and were quick to get me checked in and taken care of. The front desk girl is very welcoming with her warm and friendly personality with how she greets and treats the guests, and the provider was communicative and friendly as well. I will most certainly be coming back to this location from now on! I highly recommend this urgent care and their staff!

The wait took over an hour with 5 people ahead of us. We checked in at 5:58pm, our appointment time was 6:00pm and didn’t get seen til 7:20pm. The staff was very pleasant and patient with my children.

They are the most terrible urgent care I have ever encountered in my entire life. I got sick Sunday and tested positive for the flu at this office on Monday and they told me I was past the 48 hour mark which clearly is wrong and they wouldn’t send me a prescription. I also had an appointment that I called in for and was given an option for different times I chose 1130 me and my husband got there at 11:20 and had to wait almost 3 to be seen because they told me there was walkins that were priority. Well, what in the hell is the point of making an appointment if you’re putting a ton of people before appointments that makes zero sense so if you make an appointment be prepared to be waiting forever literally. I will never refer somebody here so when you get shut down, you know why.

Today I went to restore health urgent care for the second time and again I had an amazing experience. Not only is he staff friendly and compassionate but Melinda Cobb, the doctor on for the day, was exceptional. She listened and really cared and was extremely thorough. She really took the time to talk to me and treat me properly. I highly recommend this place for urgent care needs and hopefully soon they will have primary care as well. Its so hard to find good health care, I know because Im a nurse myself, but we are very lucky to have this place here in our town.

Took my son in on a holiday. We did the on line check in outside using the camera code. It was fast and easy. After we were called in we were greeted by the staff who were all happy and happy to see us. We were seen very quickly. The care givers all actually listened to me while I explained my sons medical history. They used that information to diagnose him. We received our prescriptions and were out the door in about 45 minutes. We will be using them again.

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had in Florida! The staff were so incredibly kind and apologetic about the wait. The nurse practitioner I saw was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. She even made sure to call me after I had left to tell me more info about my vitals. They actually care here and it shows. This is the urgent care I’ll continue to go to from now on.

I visited on a Saturday morning. I was immediately greeted and checked in. The paperwork and payment processing was fast and easy. I was taken back to the exam room within a few minutes. I had my vitals taken and the doctor appeared within a few minutes. My prescription was immediately sent to the pharmacy. The entire process was pleasant and quick. The office appears to be well kept and clean. I would recommend this office.

Once it was my turn to be seen I was in & out within 15 min. I did check in at 830 but due to covid they had you wait outside, which is the safest. It said my estimated time to be seen was 11, I was able to keep an eye on the live wait list & was also able to get some of my errands done which worked out perfectly. I was satisfied with my visit. It’s a busy Monday & they were doing a great job.

The waiting room is very spacious, so important when so many are sick! The folks at the front desk are friendly and fast, very fast. Soon after, a nurse called me in and she was very knowledgeable and caring. Soon after the P.A. came in and she was also very attentive and thorough. She also requested meds to my pharmacy and when I got there it was already. I’ve been coming here for a year and I don’t go anywhere else any more.

The his place is amazing!! Super kind and caring to my child, and so gentle. Fixed him up from his strep throat right away!!! 🩵. This will be my new go to clinic when the kids are sick

Carried my child in for allergy complications, the doctor stood at the door and said over the counter benadryl. She did not come inside to check my childs ears or throat even though I told her she had some breathing issues. Symptoms remain after Benadryl

This is by far the best urgent care my family has been too. Dr Hill is always pleasant and listens to all of our concerns. The wait is minimal and they communicate along the way making sure you know they didn’t forget about you. I even go to the primary office now.

Professional & friendly. Didnt feel rushed by doctor. He was very thorough. Learned a few new things from him today. Did the phone check-in separately with my toddler who came with his dad. They saw us together! Love that they do primary care as well. Were new in state and will be using this place as primary care, starting now.

Had a visit this morning and it went great! Nurses were super sweet, helpful and made me feel comfortable especially with everything going on. Doctor was beyond nice, and figured out what was going wrong with me almost immediately. Had such a great experience here, and will def go back if I have any other problems.

Overall it was a decent experience. The receiving staff and the medical assistant were extremely pleasant. But the PA or NP...not sure because she never introduced herself nor told me her title...just assumed I had Covid...I explained that I am an RN and that I had tested at work the day prior at occupational health and I tested again at home just before coming to my appointment and both times I tested negative. She was fully convinced I had Covid...I explained I had not lost my sense of smell or taste...she rebutted that that doesnt mean anything...I asked to be tested for flu and got the third degree as to why did I think I had the flu...she insisted on wanting to test me for Covid...I told her she could but if it was negative she was paying for it... especially since she had told me just before that test could be wrong....she was horrible! Very arrogant...besides her... everything else and everyone else were great....I may go back but only if another provider is available...

The medical assistant that triaged me, Monika was great! She was compassionate, thorough, and personable. The doctor I saw was also wonderful. The longest thing was the wait time to get in a room, however I went on New Year’s Day, so I expected to wait a while. Other than that, my visit my quick but no step was overlooked or missed, even when they got super busy. I would definitely recommend this urgent care!

I wasn’t there as a walk in with kidney stone pain, it happens to me every other year. They told me the wait was going to be about 1:30 to 2 hrs but I did no mind. My stones are small but “ boy they can be painful “. There is not much one can do to just let them out but if pain is taken care it’s much easier.Well enough about my pain, back to the staff. From the front desk to the nurses and the doctor were very pleasant, professional and showed concern about my situation.Thanks very much, worth the wait!

The professional treatment I received from this staff was Grade A. I was seen quickly by Patricia Hill and I felt she was attentive and showed empathy which goes a long way when you are suffering. She treated my needs and sent me to the wonderful pharmacist a few doors down who was just as great. I like this place and will return. Thanks guys for being great at what you do!

I was honestly surprise by how nice, and big that facility was when I walked in!Everyone was really professional and friendly! Most walk ins are dark and dirty and just you feel like you are getting second rate service. But not here! I was very happy with my experience :) as is my sister who takes my nephews there as well!! PA Cobb was a great provider, you could tell she was very knowledgeable and listened to what you needed. I didnt feel rushed either. I would recommend it to anyone!!

Wonderful staff. I was a walk-in for a DOT Physical. I was seen quickly, easy in easy out. The reception area is spacious and free coffee is available. The clinic rooms have a tv in them so youre not just sitting there. You have entertainment to keep your mind occupied. I was very happy with my experience and will continue using this clinic in the future.

All the staff are very kind, caring and professional. Tracy, my nurse was sympathetic to my needs. It is refreshing to have health care providers actually listen to their patients. The Nurse Practitioner was extremely knowledgeable and excellent teacher. She actually listened to me, and believed me. As a military veterans, we face challenges of unmet medical needs!!

I have had some poor experiences at other urgent cares but had a great experience here. The staff was very professional, the building was nice and clean and had televisions on HGTV in the lobby and exam rooms which was a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and caring and took time to hear my concerns. They even offered to get me a glass of water because I was feeling terrible. Its so nice to be treated so great when you are feeling bad. Will definitely be using this facility in the future.

My experience at Restore Health Urgent Care was excellent! The receptionist was very kind and considerate, as well as the nurse. The Physicians Assistant was also very friendly and gentle and thorough. She spent plenty of time with me and really listened to my concerns. I highly recommend the clinic!

I would highly recomend anyone to come here! They were so caring and compassionate; the front desk receptionist was pleasant and made the paperwork part as easy as possible all with a broad smile. They are terrible. Will never go back. Waited more then 2 hours for a physical with a appointment. Staff is terrible. Then they filled out the physical and signed it without even doing anything. Terrible doctor with a terrible attitude. Her name was Nicole. That place just needs to be shutdown.

I woke up at 7am and was able to schedule an appointment for 830am that same morning. I got there at 8am and by 815am a nurse/ doctor was taking my vitals. For someone who had strep throat seeing a physician was top on my list. Restore Health was good, local and fast more so than a Minute Clinic in my opinion. Not to mention, the pharmacy they used two doors down is very convenient and CHEAP, make sure you go there if you are in a budget.

Lovely location! Cheapest in town if you don’t have insurance. I was recently tested for Covid and the process was very smooth. I got there 15mins before my time and waited in my car after my virtual checkin. Waited for a few minutes and got in before my time. The staff was very friendly, patient and professional! Their communication was on point and informative. The test didn’t take long at all and the results for my rapid test came rapidly fast. Ohh and I was negative btw ;)

They have a large, nice and clean waiting room with TVs however I wasnt there long because I was seen within 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and professional and actually seemed to care how I felt. Everyone I encountered wished me well and said Merry Christmas on my way out. I highly recommend them and this is where Ill be going from now on.

Worst service ever. I wasted $140 dollars just so they tell me to go to the emergency care. They didnt even bother to refer me to a specialist where they have the equipment to find out why Im having discomfort. They think I can just throw money away like it grows from trees. That place is a scam.

Made an appointment for a COVID-19 antigen test for travel requirements. The entire staff, everyone we spoke to was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Tracy, who had performed the swab and the nurse practitioner went above and beyond to help help make sure we had the correct paperwork for our travel guidelines. Thank you very much again!

I was treated so nicely, I could cry. Tears of joy of course. I was able to become a member, which is optional, but it saves you money. I was seen very quickly and got my prescription filled quickly as well in the same plaza. The staff are in good spirits and they are very pleasant to work with. This is the only urgent care that I will be going to from now on.

Tried to bring my daughter into a doctors appointment Patricia H the doctor and Andrew the receptionist at this location refused to see my 8 year old daughter until we had billing sorted out. I had her fathers insurance information but without something on a piece a paper they would not accept her. I had Tricare and them on the phone and tricare verified she was covered but they continued to decline seeing her until they had something on a piece of paper and told me if another doctors will accept her take her there. I will never use this doctors office if this is how they treat little children that are sick never in 8 years of her life have I had a doctor refuse care.

I use to love this place. I’m a pretty understanding person and I know that everywhere is short staffed right now. However, I had made an appointment to get my eye checked and after an hour of waiting, way past my appointment time I was told that there would still be a longer wait Because there’s three ahead of me. So I asked for a refund since it looks like I wasn’t going to be seen anytime soon. I have contact them multiple times and still got no response about my refund. Just don’t even bother going here. Go somewhere else… preferably one that lets you pay AFTER your appointment and somewhere that values appointment times.

My experience from start to finish Exceptional. I walked in a half hour before closing and still greeted with genuine smiles.My nurse was very patient with me trying to answer questions through all coughing. My Doctor was very compassionate I wish she could be my primary physician.

I came to Restore Health because my regular physician was unavailable. I had a bad cat scratch that I wanted looked at. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, & reassuring. The front desk staff made it easy to check-in & find out what was wrong. Those who worked on me were very professional, told me everything they were doing, & was clear with instructions I needed to follow at home. A pleasant experience. I recommend them to anyone who needs medical attention.

Everyone was very pleasant. Gary knew just what the problem was and took care of it. The office was very clean and social distancing was followed. The wait was a little long but overall I was very pleased with my visit and will use the center when I need urgent care.

I found the staff to be personable, friendly, and competent. They are very thorough as well. They got me in right away. This was my third visit to Restore Health Urgent Care. The first two times I was there we tried something a little more conservative for my condition. I am happy to say that I signed up for their health plan and was pleased that my visit and treatment only cost me $10. It cost me $100 just to walk through the door at the other Urgent Care Center here in Palm Bay. I referred a friend of mine to them. She couldnt say enough good things about the care she received while there. For those of us without health insurance, their health plan is a great alternative. I give them 5 out 5 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care.

Restores Amber, Stephanie (EMT student), and Monika were absolutely 💯 awesome and beautiful. They took me in as their last patient treating me so kind as if I were their first! Im a nurse and I know quality care! I will definitely be coming here again! Love these girls! Stay safe

Took my son in as his PCM had no available times today. It was very clean and pretty (holiday decorations were up). The receptionist was very nice as were the the nurses. We were there about an hour total. Which is reasonable in my opinion as we were walk in about an hour after opening time. As of right now they are in Tricare Prime network (I always call to check as that can change quickly), which was a bonus. There was a small children’s table and TV on one side to entertain little ones and on the other side of the waiting room was another TV for the adults. Overall I’m very happy with the care my son got. Will return if the need comes up.Edit to add... went in for care myself today and was very happy with the care I received. Still very clean and everyone was very nice.

What a great place. From the time I walked into the front to immaculate facility to the polite reception I received from the staff person obtain my medical and personal identification. The doctors assistant and doctors were very courteous and very explanatory to what they were going to do. The doctor even told me what day they would be back at the location in case I was still experiencing discomfort or had any question. They prescribe a prescription that was sent over to my local pharmacy and I had no problems what so ever in picking it up. My wife has used this urgent care facility before and just raved about it and she was completely correct with what she had told me. Again, thank you so much for taking care of my needs today. Update: 3/28/23 I went to my primary care physician for a follow up one the 3/22/23 visit at this location. The primary care physician informed me the doctor I saw was actually a nurse and not a physician at all. Go figure. I dont know what my expectation was, but I didnt know I never saw a doctor at this prompt care facility.Update: 03/22/23. I dont know why I keep giving this place a try. Make an appointment, they check you in as a walk in. Arrived 15 minutes early for appt. Garbage app they dont even use called Solv is worthless. Says 1 ahead of you and so far they have called 4 in. Expect a 1 hour wait even if they arent busy. Took reception over 30 minutes after my arrival before he even verified my Veteran status. Filled out paperwork online with Id. Doesnt speed up anything. Veterans avoid. Too many other places you can go.They say and display signage saying they are part of the VA Urgent Care network. They cant even write a prescription that is covered under the VA Formulary. (So you, as a veteran, can expect to pay for the prescription yourself) Also, expect a 1-2 hour wait time.

I love the ease of on-line scheduling. I also love how thorough they are. Definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The lobby is very clean and spacious. You don’t feel like you’re sitting on top of all the other sick people. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Not sure how much quicker you get in by checking in online but the wait is usually less than an hour. The facility is very nice, like an upscale walk-in clinic.

The staff is always extremely nice and I have had great experiences with the Doctors. Especially the new one! She takes her time, is thorough and caring. The entire place is clean which is appreciated too. Highly recommend.

This is seriously the nicest clinic Ive been to. Ive worked in a number of hospitals. So I can truly rate this place. They have the best staff I was treated like a old friend from the time I walked in. I had just been in a car accident the entire staff was so gentle and kind. I am new to the area and in need of care on a Saturday. The assistant, Monica was super friendly and asked questions thoughtfully and demonstrated excellent professional questioning in a very personable manner. My prescriber and treatment professional, Melissa, was super knowledgeable and seamlessly diagnosed my condition and insured that questions were answered and my prescription was received by the pharmacy. Again, I am new to Florida and most ppl do not seem friendly in the area I am located, about 20 miles north. Here, in Palm Bay, the care was delivered in a simple and joyful manner without negating quality. Thank you so much.

The entire staff was wonderful. The doctors and nurses really listened to all my symptoms. The waiting area was clean and really nice. The rooms were also very clean. They truly seem to care how youre feeling which you dont typically see at an urgent care. I will be going here from now on.

The staff. (Chris?) who took the Covid test and the Nurse Practitioner (Tannis?) and Trish (from first visit) were absolutely wonderful! So kind and considerate, they had smiles on their faces even with all the stress they have to go through with so many needing testing right now. They are organized, very knowledgeable and they listened! I’m considering making them my Primary Care!

Dr Trish was informative and helpful. She took her time to explain everything to my son and I. The atmosphere is clean and inviting as well.

My son was sick with a very sore throat and 103 fever. He tested negative for COVID on a home test. I took him to urgent care after booking an appointment online on a Saturday. Other than a little difficulty getting insurance verified and waiting in the car for a half hour after appointment time the visit was smooth. The nurse and provider was very thorough in his assessment and tested him for covid strep & flu. He was positive for strep throat. I was VERY satisfied with his care. Nurse & provider had a Very good bedside manner. I will return for care in the future.

Restore Health Urgent Care is the BEST urgent care we have ever been to. Being new to town, I didnt know where to go, we didnt have local docs and I was unsure how our insurance would work. They took the time to research and answer all my insurance questions, The staff was friendly and informative about where and how to get prescriptions filled. Also, the location was very clean, relaxing and inviting. Those of us who had wait had options to take our mind off it. I highly recommend Restore to everyone!!

Love this clinic. There can be a small wait involved, but its because they take the time with each patient needed to ensure that they get to the bottom of what is happening and giving the best care possible to solve that problem. Id rather wait longer to get better quality care and I appreciate the emphasis on the patient versus trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible.

Fast and super friendly! Very convenient with being able to book an appointment online and check in through your phone. No need to go in till they’re ready for you. Was able to book appointment the same day and was in and out quick :) Amber was super sweet!

I have utilized Restore multiple times this year and love how efficient, yet personalized my care is. There are closer urgent cares in my area, but I drive 20 minutes because in the end, I am in and out quicker. They are one of the nicest and most professional offices I have visited.

I recently moved to the area from New York. I needed to refill my seizure meds and hadnt set up with a GP. Once I got to Restore, I signed in using top of the line electronic records (no paper!), sat down for maybe 5 minutes, was treated so nicely, then saw the doc and got my meds. I was completely done in 30 minutes AND got set up with a new primary!Wonderful people, wonderful care!

I presented to Restore Health for urgent care. The facility is up-to-date, clean and I was seen quickly. The staff from front of house to back was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Even if you have to drive from Melbourne this is the place to go. Recommend highly.

The entire staff was friendly and very caring. The facility was beautiful. The nurse and doctor were caring and took the time to explain the tests that were being done and thoroughly explained the medications prescribed. They sent the prescriptions electronically so the meds were waiting to be picked up. I will definitely recommend Restore Health Urgent Care to everyone.

Quick check in! My toddler wasn’t feeling well and We haven’t established primary care yet. They got him in quickly, had amazing bedside manor for a little one, and diagnosed him quickly. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind when we need to see a medical professional quickly!

Loved this place!! Nicole is wonderful and Gary Brown is the same as he always has been - in and out but very proficient but he takes the time to converse with you. The office is clean and calm. I went for a work physical and it was simple and very affordable. Thanks guys!!

Awesome experience. Have to check in with app which prevents contact with anyone. Got to sit in may car waiting for them to send me a text to come inside to get tested. Doctor was nice and got my results fast. Definitely will use again if needed and I recommend them to anyone.

I have been here twice and both times they were fantastic. I also have had hundreds of patients (Im a pharmacist) come to me after being here and Ive never once heard a complaint! They are definitely my go-to for urgent care!
