Very, very impressed with the service here. I had a double ear infection, went in, and was seen by someone in less than 10 minutes. Here is why this visit was different: every other walk-in clinic I have been to, when they tell you they will send a prescription for you, usually I have to fight to get it sent to the right pharmacy and then normally wait a few hours to be able to pick it up. But with TruCare, she told me she was sending it right away, and she 100% did. No B.S. They are on top of things at this clinic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen.

My previous experiences with urgent care have not been the greatest. They were always understaffed, overworked, you were sitting there for hours upon hours on end, filling out tons of paperwork. You were rushed through your appointment, With almost no chance to ask the doctor any questions.So when I found an urgent care clinic where they took their time, got to know me, examined me and with wait times under 90 minutes, I was extremely happy.The staff were amazing! A shoutout to Keona. Keona was super friendly, helpful, asked about my appointment, and wished me well.Jennifer (Nurse Practitioner) was understanding, patient, and kind.I highly recommend this Urgent Care Clinic!

Office manager is very rude. My friend and I were laughing and she was being very rude proceeding to say “There’s ACTUAL sick people here and to quiet down.” Considering she didn’t even know my situation. Very unprofessional. How does laughing equate to not being sick? A simple please quiet down would have sufficed. Mind you, it’s not like she told us to be quiet multiple times or anything. She just kept going even after I apologized. I didn’t know it was illegal to laugh. My friend was just trying to brighten my mood due to the reason I was even there in the first place. Mind you after they told us to quiet down they started laughing? Very rude. However, the nice associate next to her was at least helpful, I wish I got her name. Won’t be coming here ever again though.

The front desk, doctor, and nurse were very friendly, kind, courteous, and sweet. They didnt rush the diagnosis and checked everything to make sure I was okay. I felt very welcomed and I left the building feeling much better. I cant thank them enough.

Came to TruCare today without an appt & Islande immediately greeted us as we walked thru the door with the most welcoming smile! She was upfront about the wait time ahead of us, which I really appreciated as we had two kids with us and could prep better! Sarah, the nurse, was also very welcoming and warm. She made the kids feel heard and validated their concerns! Jen, the doctor, then came in and greeted us with a smile! I cannot express in words how grateful I am for TruCare and all their help today! Awesome communication and the wait wasn’t even that long! Thank you TruCare staff for all that you do! 10/10 recommend this location for your medical needs!!!!

Best part of the visit was the Staff. They were all really nice and willing to answer any question we had. Fast. Hope I don’t have to go back but definitely will if I ever need to be seen

Islande is by far the best person in the world! (More to come on her)I came in today to get a chest xray for an upcoming surgery. The young lady in the front was by far very pleasant and had a great sense of humor.The xray tech, Teresa was extremely pleasant and patient with me. Im in a wheel chair and had to stand, which was very hard.Back to Islande... this girl is a hoot! I know that this is a professional medical practice but she made it very fun to be there. It was like the two of us grew up together and we saw each other after a brief absence. Thank you for the help getting my xray.Lastly the provider was very professional coming in to check my vitals and listen to my heart. She made sure that I had everything I needed for the pre op.You all work together very well. Thank you all.Stephen Terry Cleveland

Went in miserably sick and they didnt test me for anything, just said flu and rest and liquids with Tylenol. Wrote my vitals down on a napkin and didnt give me any paperwork at all except a receipt for payment. I just tested positive for Covid. They didnt even check. Never going back there.

LOVED my first experience here! Usually when I go to new clinics I have to do so much paperwork, but with this clinic I was so relieved that I only had a couple of pages to fill out and the staff is SO FRIENDLY! To be specific, the front desk Ms. Islande, Ms. Desiree, and provider Ms. Chrystal! They were so sweet to my little girl and made her feel so special when she wasn’t feeling her best and cheered her up with some stickers and lollipops ❤️ Thanks you guys for the top notch customer service and positive vibes ❤️

Keona Tutt and Jennifer Angel, the staff, and their lead all did an amazing job with assessing all my questions and concerns about my visit. Great teamwork.They were concise, detailed, and great at delivering the answers to the questions that were being asked as opposed to most other businesses in the area that keep their main focus to throw meds at you and move you along with minimal communication.I feel more of a personal experience going to Care centers like these then I do any other hospital especially the one right up the street from this clinic.Clean establishment. The staff is on point and attentive to you the moment you arrive up until the moment youre out the door.Will be recommending this one to all

This is truly one of the best urgent care centers Ive ever been to! The reception staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Plus, the Doctor was extremely patient with me, and SO knowledgeable....I wont go anywhere else!

Emergency services were needed. They greeted me with a wheelchair, expedited my registration and immediately saw me. Full exam, meds, MRI referral. After MRI report was in they explained everything in detail. The staff went way beyond their calling to assist during this terrible time. TRUE PROFESSIONALISM!!!Than you all for your service.

I never thought Id have a favorite urgent care... but I guess I do. Their front end staff really cares and you can tell theyre genuine. Even being sick they can still make me smile. The service is quick and efficient. I will choose go here over any other place.

The front office staff was beyond amazing and kind. Went in for a drug screening for my employer and the tech doing the screening talked to me as if I was 5. I was told by my employer to bring the medication that will show up in my urine and the tech refused to look at it and told me that’s my employee’s job to do. Then told me “No,No,No… Okay” all while shaking her head. I’m not 5 years old. Before doing to the drug screen I was told to put my belongs in the fire proof box, I advised my purse will not fit in the small box they have, she then told me with an attitude I take out my personal belongings and put that in the safe then, and told me to leave my purse on the floor besides the safe. She walked me to the bathroom, leaving the door wide open with my purse in the room, she gives me the cup, doesn’t give me the cap to screw on afterwards, then rudely told me to put it down on the table. This said person never once provided her name to me, you are supposed to be a medical professional, if you don’t like your job, I suggest doing something else!

The front desk ladies were amazing. They were so professional and fun. Going in not feeling well they were quick and very pleasant. Always had a smile on their faces. Thats what you want to see when you enter any place. My nurse was also very good.

If you are looking for a DOT or FAA Physical avoid this establishment at all costs. On Feb. 21 2024 I went to this location for a new DOT Physical.The office staff was fantastic.My problems started when I met Jennifer Angell APRN.She never introduced herself. The first thing she said was there is Protein in your Urinalysis and I need to see my Doctor about that. No other explanation. I didnt know if this would prevent me from getting my DOT Physical or not.She next told me I needed to wear glasses at all times when driving. Id already asked what my vision test results were and Jennifer said my uncorrected vision was 20/40 in my left, 20/40 right and 20/40 in both eyes. Jennifer filled out Form MCSA-5875 indicating the above uncorrected visual acuity. In addition on page 3 of the form she checked the box stating I meet standards wearing corrective lenses.I questioned that those two statements contradict themselves. She replied the DMV likes CDL drivers to have a little better than 20/40 vision. I responded that 20/40 vision is a passing value. She said I barely meet the 20/40 requirements and she has the discretion to require me to wear glasses. I countered that I passed the vision test and she did not have the discretion to require me to wear glasses.This did not go over very well with Jennifer. She became more abrasive, rude and combative. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me she ran the office and there was no one else I could talk to.I know when I have reached a road block and kept my mouth shut.On Feb. 26 2024 I passed the written test at the DMV. This visit also included another vision test. I passed with the exact same acuity.On the DMVs review of Form MCSA-5875 they could not understand the discrepancy. What a huge pain in the butt.Im a retired Airline pilot. I flew for a major airline since I was 28 years old and am very familiar with taking government required physicals.Jennifer has no business overseeing this type of work. Shes incompetent and needs to be replaced.Please avoid the mistake I made by placing my career in Trucare hands. Never again!

Very friendly and helpful. I had a muscle spasm in my back and suffered for 3 weeks. After my visit there I felt better the next day with the meds that were prescribed. I was in and out very quickly as well.

What an excellent facility. The staff are super helpful and extremely friendly. I was greeted with big smiles from everyone and they are wiling to help in any way. Both the reception area and the treatment rooms are super clean, well lit and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this office. I took my 2 year old son in today to get checked out and the staff was absolutely amazing. The two ladies at the front desk were so sweet and gave my little guy so much attention and truly made both of our days. The doctor took her time to listen to my concerns and empathized with me and was AMAZING with my son. Took my daughter to TruCare Urgent Care. Registered prior to arriving online. Didn’t have paperwork because I had. Arrived and greeted by the office staff. Was waiting patiently for the office person to finish w/ another person. Then another office staff I don’t think works up front greeted me making sure I was acknowledged which was above and beyond. I respect that cause I know some people get impatient not being acknowledged.Then vitals were taken the tech who did that explained everything to my 5 yr old daughter. Making her feel comfortable with her. Then Dr Smart came in and the same respect for the needs of my daughter again explaining everything to my daughter.I will definitely go back here for my families urgent care needs!

Front and back staff were all amazing. Dr. Smart (befitting name) was kind and understanding. I appreciate you all taking the time to treat my daughter with respect. She had a difficult time sometimes, and she left your practice in a positive mood, which was amazing. She doesnt particularly care for her new PCP since our insurance dropped MAB, and we could no longer go to the provider who took care of us for the 8 years we have lived in Brevard. So when she left your care and felt good about the visit, as a mom, I felt good. Thank you all.

My favorite urgent care, hands down! The staff is fantastic, from super friendly receptionists to attentive and caring nurses and physicians. I’ve always been in and out in less than 2 hours with everything taken care of.

I came in about a month ago for my DOT physical at the recommendation of one of my employees. Immediately I loved the staff and place. Went in again today for an allergic reaction with all different staff but seen the same doctor. Which they were all great. She quickly pinpointed it and got me taken care of. I try my hardest to not go to the docotors but this is my go-to and I will come continue recommending others.

WOW! At the clinic sitting in the waiting room and the doc comes out and makes a comment about my service dog and raised her voice. She then comes back requiring proof followed by asking why I’m here, followed by refusing treatment stating it is a private facility and she can refuse. Just WOW!!

The staff was polite and caring. No problems whatsoever. They took good care of me when I was unable to see my usual Primary Care Physician.

I called 3 urgent cares for tx of jaw pain. This was the only UC that answered the phone. Got seen same day. 5 star to all. Great treatment. Only the 2nd time in 62 years Ive ever been to a UC. Tylenol for pain, fine with me as a retired RN, all we saw was drug seekers in our ER/ clinics. Thank you TruCare for helping me, turned out a crown went bad & I had a root canal, & a replacement crown pending.

Scheduled online and was checked in immediately by Keona. While I waited roughly 10min in the waiting area, Keona was so welcoming, warm, and kind to have a conversation with me while I was feeling discomfort. The hospitality she gave is something I hadn’t felt much before going to other urgent care centers, so this will be my new go-to when needed in the future. After I was called back by a nurse, she was also very nice and I felt like I was listened to, which is something that I also don’t feel often from other centers. After giving samples and waiting in the room, Dr. Smart arrived and dove into the samples and was super knowledgeable on all of my questions. She also listened to all of my theories of my changing environmental variables (and symptoms) and how I thought it could possibly be affecting me. Everyone I have met today with how efficient this process was has made such an impact on my thoughts of the medical field and what it should truly feel like. This is a true gem and they are dependable in times of need. Thank you everyone today for your care, I appreciate it more than you know!

I was in alot of discomfort and the clerk was really great. I was quickly processed through administration and seen by the medic & Dr Smart. Everyone there I came across did a fantastic job. The actual pharmacy took longer than the Doctors visit. I feel so much better today. I would recommend Palm Bay Urgent Care and thank you.

The girl that assisted me with registration was very sweet and helpful. She showed much compassion when I told her I was in pain. The girl that brought me in, was very nice and so was the doctor. I was helped quickly and everyone was nice and professional, especially the girl at registration. I wish I had gotten her name, because she was great and I wanted to thank her personally, but she was busy, as I was leaving.

I came in after work with very bad pain on my stomach the NP jennifer was so helpful amazing on explaining exactly what was wrong with me and the front desk receptionist Kednatutt was very helpful as well on how to get my insurance pulled up on my phone explain to me about my copay thank you guys a million times!!!

You were all very professional and kind. I manage 2 practices myself and I appreciated being told that there was only 1 physician on staff so to please be patient. It was great that you communicate with your patients. Everyone had smiles on their faces and were very apologetic about waiting. Good customer service makes a huge difference.

The fact that the office was open promptly at 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday was a Gift. I was in so much pain and able to be seen by a doctor and staff that has such a great demeanor and good vibes. The wait time was short, and the physician attended to my chief complaint promptly and concisely.

I understand place like urgent care can be busy, but there is no way I should wait for 3 hours (1hr and 15 minutes in the waiting room, and 1hr and 45 minutes in the exam room) just for a doctor can give me an order for follow up lab that I have to go somewhere else to get drawn. This is just not acceptable. But thank you for doing what you do as Healthcare providers.

I’m visiting family from Japan and had to go in for some sinus issues and actually loved going to the doctor HAHA. It was so clean and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. While I was waiting to be called back, this man was horribly rude to Jaylin working at the front desk. She handled it was such grace and poise. People don’t deserve to be treated like that especially when they are there to help us. Thank you Jaylin for everything! You deserve all the praise 👏🏻

Had to go here for a drug test and it was cleaned to perfection. The staff was so amazingly friendly and professional. The seating is nice (big people friendly) and spread apart (also nice because of covid). The wait was long so you may want to make an appointment, but I didn’t mind because the service and establishment were nice.

I came in early one morning because my new rambunctious puppy bit my earlobe while playing and sliced it open. Although stitches are not normally done for dog bite, the Dr. agreed that it would need a stitch so that it didnt heal leaving a notch in my ear. I found the receptionist, nurse, and doctor to be friendly and kind. The doctor took time with me and explained my options regarding whether or not I should use lidocaine for the stitch, and after hearing the options, I agreed that it would be best to do the stitch without it. They gave me a sticker for being such a brave patient 😂 and now my ear has healed up perfectly.

I feel Dr. Smart was great with all 3 of my kids she took her time and treated them very well.Every time Ive came in staff is on point . From front desk islande to backStaff Wyatt and Sara I will not go to any other urgent care in the area.

I recently visited this facility for an urgent tear in my arm. I was very pleased with the attention I received from the paramedic, doctor and nurse who gave me a tetanus shot. They were professional and courteous. When they were finished treating me another doctor who might have been the owner checked in to see that everything was okay.The only negative comment I would make is that the front desk could be a little friendlier with the patients, a smile would go a long way. I would not hesitate to use this facility if the need arises.

The staff and provider were amazing and so kind to my toddler! He was nervous to go but quickly calmed down once he was offered stickers! Everyone was so gentle with him and put us both at ease.Thank you to the team for helping my little guy feel better!

Several years ago I had a bad experience at the reception desk when I asked to be seen for a very swollen hand. I was refused treatment because it was nearing closing time. I left, quite upset, with intentions of never going back. Very recently I was injured at work and instructed to be seen at Palm Bay Urgent Care. Obviously there is a whole new staff. The medical team have been extremely thorough and caring. It is now a very welcoming facility and I will definitely go back when I need medical care.

So Ive been coming here for years not because of the Great quality care because theres really never been any of that but recently Ive read that its gotten better and I really needed to be seen so I figured Id give it a shot. The receptionist was absolutely the most rudest medical professional I have ever dealt with. She didnt care that I needed help she didnt care that I have a whole record info there she didnt care that my insurance was already on file. Funny though went down the road no problem typing in my number to pull my insurance up like every place has my entire life. So if youre looking for an urgent care please do not go to this place go to medfast down the street they are absolutely amazing not just their professionalism but their quality of care. I just cant believe the the unprofessional encounter. Seriously the worst Ive ever received in my life and I will recommend nobody ever goes here after the encounter with that receptionist. She is the last person that ever needs to work in the medical field. Turning people away who are in dire need of help for absolutely no reason. Cant say it was a bad day from the other reviews Ive read about her.

In response to the gentleman claiming to have to sign consents blindly, and claims that the front desk staff grabbed his phone and was rude, I was in the waiting room and saw what really took place. He simply did not want to sign his name for consent so he became irate and very rude to the staff which I believe are fantastic. Also, no one grabbed his phone, she was showing him where to sign his name. So that was how that really went. I happened to see his review as I was preparing my own, and thought I should set it straight...

Incredible experience that I’d never expect to have at any medical office or facility. I came in today with a bump I wanted cut out, after diagnosis from the doctor he felt it was best not to cut on me however he would do it if I would like. We ultimately decided against it. He voluntarily offered me a refund to put towards a dermatologist visit. Eeslyn (apologize for incorrect spelling) at the front desk was such a pleasure checking in with at the front desk with her amazing personality, smile and attentiveness. I’d recommend Palm Bay urgent care for anybody looking for an honest doctors office.

I had some crazy infection on my knee. They were so very helpful and affordable. They may have saved me from a knee replacement by treating the infection so promptly and accurately. They went above and beyond what they should have to ensure my safety and recovery. Mindy, Lisa, and one other lady(Im sorry I forgot her name) were so helpful throughout the process. The doc was straight forward. Precise and was a real person. The best experience you can have if your body ever tried to kill you. I recommend this place for all of your ailments. I havent been to a doctor in 15 years. But if I ever have to go again. I will go here.. great great place. 🙋🙋

These guys rock. Everyone is so friendly, courteous, professional and quick. Its a joy to be there, for real. Not as much joy as NOT having to go urgent care but truly a joy bcz everyone is so uplifting and helpful and visits go quickly.

This urgent care took 5 days to send my prescription over to the pharmacy. After I called them repeatedly they continued to take forever sending my stuff over.

The worst experience 2 days in a row, the nurse couldnt read or hear blood pressure. The office manager is dismissive, also they do no believe in helping you, but themselves.

He takes the time to listen and evaluate/diagnose in a very efficient, timely manner....esp for an urgent care center.. I was very impressed and felt comfortable there.. Had to go here on my dang birthday because I put a box cutter through my hand getting my new fishing pole set up.Wait was a little long but expected and the doctor was great. I needed 7 stitches and the staff was super friendly. Hope I don’t have to use again but I hurt myself a lot so who knows haha

Whatever brunette doctor I saw with the clumpiest mascara on her green eyes was an absolute nightmare. Immediately body checked me. And told me everything wrong with me was my weight and then tried pushing the Mediterranean diet. I get it I’m fat. But trust me not everything wrong with me is due to my weight I’ve seen numerous doctors and my heart is not due to my weight. Told her to F off and walked out. Jokes on me for thinking fat people deserve actual health care

I had a great experience today! From beginning to end I was treated with the utmost courtesy and plenty of empathy. Everyone of the staff I engaged with made me feel welcome and comfortable! But I must RAVE about Nola Trossman!!! She took care of me and understood my pain and apprehension and spent alot of time on me to make sure I would be in the least pain! She is a ray of sunshine ! Thank you guys for awesome customer service and making me better!

I had been sick for almost a week and not getting any better, new to the area my husband took me here, got right in and paperwork wasn’t pages long, thought this is great! Well I asked if they have patients that use them as a primary care physician, they said no they only do urgent care. So they got me in pretty fast, since I wasn’t feeling good at all I was thankful. Well the Dr. came in and saw me said I had Bronchitis and she was going to write me a script for antibiotic & inhaler. I asked her if I could get a shot and she quickly told me NO that they are saving their shots for their flu patients. I have been a medical assistant since 1999 and have never given shots to patients that have the flu unless they needed something for nausea. You would have thought I asked her for narcotics. I had spent $99.00 and still had to go my doctor and be seen to get a steroid shot. I will never use this place again! I don’t like to report baldly on a business. But after much thought I feel that the public needs to know that their hard earned money should work for them and they get well!!!

We were there on Monday August 31st, Bianca, Ingrid and Dr Dziedzic are absolutely amazing. They took the time to listen and talk to us and not just rush in and out. Extremely professional and thorough and yet very down to earth and comfortable to talk to. Highly recommend going there.

Absolutely no complaints. Everyone we (my daughter & I) came into contact with was very professional & attentive. They talked & explained symptoms & any medication, that was going to be called in, to both my daughter & I so that we both understood.

Waited way too long for a drug test to be done. Then, the person that came in for a drug test after me was called to the back first. When I mentioned this to a staff member, I was told that it depends on whether one lady in front is working faster than the other. This is ridiculous and bad customer service. The charts/paperwork should be pulled or processed with a more organized system. This isn’t fair to the customers/patients.

Mr. Dave was great especially when my daughter wasnt feeling well. He was able to get her to smile and laugh when she didnt want to be there!! ARNP Pat was thorough and friendly and took her time, asking questions.The front ladies were super sweet and were very helpful. The staff here is amazing I definitely recommend this place. **Especially Mr. Dave, hes awesome!😁

Didn’t know where else to go until AFTER the fact. Came here on 12/29/21. I called until someone picked up (over a half hr of trying right when they opened at 9 am) and was able to confirm they offered the test with no appointment needed and I drove over. I walked into a very small, packed waiting area. I waited 5-10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the woman up front. Bad customer service considering you walk in and the front desk is in your face. So they know you walked in, they just don’t care. I come from customer service and how you treat people is everything, so maybe I had higher expectations but I felt as though she was not happy to help me or anyone else in that office. I got checked in and started my 1 1/2 hour wait. During that time, I witnessed many people walk in, not be acknowledged and walk back out. There was a guy who had been waiting when I first walked in who started to complain. He and the woman up front started going back and forth arguing. Turns out, she never finished his insurance, so he waited even longer and others were seen before him. Her response to the guy was he could go somewhere else. I continued to wait my turn as a lady a couple of chairs away from me, moved closer, faced me and started talking politics and prying for my vaccination status. She also explained she was there to be tested as well due to living with her son who tested positive. SHE. MOVED. CLOSER. She has now sat in at least 3 seats in this small, cramped office, is SICK and moving into others personal space!! I tried my absolute best to fake a short and simple conversation with her but I guess she couldn’t tell that I had a very sore throat and could barely get my words out, so she kept prying. It wasn’t until I flat out ignored her that she then moved (again) to the other side of the waiting room. I was just glad she was away from me and I could wait in sickness and peace. I finally got called back close to two hours later. The medical assistant who took my vitals, almost took my bp over my denim jacket and shirt, until I asked if I could remove the jacket. I have small arms and the bp cuff was very loose so I wasn’t going to get an accurate reading. Later on when she was done giving me the Covid swab, I waited for the doctor. When Dr. Dziedzic entered the room, I told him I was testing for Covid out of pure caution as family members we visited at Christmas were sick and now I was sick. Briefly describing my symptoms, among them, I mentioned the mucus turning colors gradually from yellow, to dark yellow to green. (Sign of infection) He laughed and said I had “every color of the rainbow” but said it in a condescending tone that I felt was invalidating of my symptoms. He then asked if I was vaccinated, I told him yes and he looked back at me and said “Oh well you won’t have to worry about getting Covid if you’re vaccinated.” I’m no expert by any means but I personally know people who have came down with Covid after receiving all doses of the vaccine. If that’s not enough, it’s being said everywhere you can still in fact get Covid after being fully vaccinated. Who and what information do we trust? When he started to listen to my lungs, I had the denim jacket back on. I asked him if I could remove it for him and he chuckled and said “I have an expensive stethoscope.” Having 7 years in the medical field where I worked various positions, this went against anything I’ve ever been told or taught. Maybe I was taught wrong or maybe Dr. D is THAT great but I felt very weird about it. The rapid test results were in and it was negative, although I did have a sinus infection. As he gathered my paperwork and we left the room, I told him thank you and “Thank you for being here.” (I know things are tough on us ALL right now, tensions are high, we’re all stressed and only wanted to show a little gratitude) … he didn’t say a word back to me and just LAUGHED! On top of that, no staff came out to clean anything the entire time. Will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE and will hopefully NEVER have to be seen here again. Now I know.

You guys, from the receptionist, to the nurse and the doctor were very friendly and professional. Though Im under the weather I feel nice to have gone to this urgent care office. You guys rock.

Terrible place. They make you register in a website that forces you to sign forms without actually providing them for reading (there’s no link to the documents). When I pointed this out to the receptionist, she grabbed my phone and attempted to sign it for me. I said I didn’t want to sign anything I hadn’t read. She then tried to give me a printed version of their HIPAA and convince me that this was all of them. I work in healthcare so I know which document is which and told her that this was only HIPAA. Then the other receptionist told me with a very bad attitude that I had to sign the boxes or leave the office. So I obviously left. I don’t know who used this place and blindly signs forms without reading them.EDIT (in response to the owner): For the purpose of audit readiness, your staff should be trained to guide the patients to the right documents rather than saying “sign or leave”. Furthermore, the standard in the industry is to link the e-signature box to the correct document AND version. Otherwise, you are open to provide an obsolete version on paper and having the patient sign something that is not what he’s reading.

They were gentle and sweet and took their time to listen. They made my little guy feel really comfortable. Great experience over all ….this will be my family’s go to place for sure.

Stopped in with no appointment to find out whether I had a simple cold or a sinus infection. Got in and out quick and painless with the answers I needed and some good conversation and entertainment from Dave and Patricia. Very professional welcoming environment, definitely not cold and sterile like some places feel. Would definitely return for future medical needs.

I give no stars but it won’t allow that!! This is one of the worst Urgent Cares in Brevard. The front office staff is at best discordant and lacking in professionalism. The “Clinical Director” or the woman claiming to be the Clinical Director was combative, rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in compassion and empathy. After a unwarranted confrontation from the “Clinical Director” that left the patient in tears the staff out right refused to provide the name of the individual claiming to be the Clinical Director or to get the actual Director of the urgent care to address the situation. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I would rather go to the hospital that botched my surgery causing my heart to stop than to go to this Urgent Care again. At least at the hospital even though a mistake was made (we’re all human and I’m still kicking) I was treated as a human being with respect, compassion, and great deal of professionalism something this Urgent Care greatly lacks. Please avoid this place like the Black Plague!!

Brought both my toddlers in for fever. Was seen quickly. NP listened to my concerns and ran every test I asked- no question about it. Got the diagnoses I was expecting. GREAT experience. Will return!

My Doctor is to far and to busy for emergency visits. I have used this clinic for years and have found them very good every time. A couple of times they knew I needed an emergency room and sent me there after they diagnosed my problem. I think this clinic is owned by emergency room doctors. They are great.

I was waiting with a family member to be seen and was present when this other patient with a service dog started being belligerent .She was yelling obscenities in a small waiting room with several kids present. The staff who looked like theyd been working non stop for a month did their best to appease her at first and stayed way calmer than I would have. Kudos this staff for not cowntowing to this self enititled woman. Holy Moses!

I walked. I’m not feeling well. I have bad allergies today. I can’t even walk straight because the pressure that’s in my ear. I walk in. They ask if I have insurance. I say yes. I can give you the group ID. The lazy lady upfront doesn’t want to do her job and look up to confirm it. So I recommend not going there obviously they won’t help you with you need URGENT CARE. NOTE I PREVIOUSLY BEEN THERE. THEY SHOULD HAVE ON FILE. BUT THEY DONT KEEP IT. THE LAST LADY AT A DOFFERENT PLACE THE LAST TIME I WAS SICK TOOK CARE OF ME WITH THE INSURANCE INFO. THIS PLACE IS LAZY

Everyone was very kind and empathetic from scheduling team to the PAs, to technicians who gave me shots. PA Lopreato listened to all my concerns and took extra time to make sure I get the right treatment and get all my answers. I feel much better after not having answers for 2 weeks. Thank you!

I am so impressed with this Urgent Care Facility! From the friendly and efficient staff, to the Dr. visit, I was welcomed. Dr. Timothy Hartwig was very attentive, listened to my issues. I even received a follow-up call. Dr. Hartwig reminded me of a time when Doctors cared about their patients instead of what insurance they have.

Clean, friendly, efficient thorough examination by the awesome PAOne minor issue for me, but could upset others. Wait time to be seen was 40 minutes past reserved time. I’m sure it was for a good reason.I prefer to go here for urgent care than one that is closer to my home.

Dr. Smart is a life saver, I dont have a spleen and I dont know where I would be with out her help and knowledge she is a true blessing . The staff is friendly also.

If I could rate this place a zero I definitely would. I go in for pressure built in my face, ears hurting and coughing. I get to the back wait 45 minutes for a Nurse practitioner to come in to check my ear and throat and say the cough will last two months and say they will give all these medications to help me hey better and all they gave me is cough medicine. Than they say no ear infection no this no that. You can go now. Seriously a day later I am leaving work to go to another urgent care where I’m told I have double ear infection and sinus infection. These folks here are definitely less educated and don’t care much about your health. Definitely let my insurance provider know they need to remove off their list to recommend to people. TRUST ME NEVER GO to this place.

I just want to say David is the best. He is a pro at what he does. Really cares about hos patients. He is very compassionate and understands what we are going thru. I have been coming here for years and i pray David stays here forever. Every doctors office should have a David. Thank you David for going so beyond and making me feel so much better.

I brought my some in for a COVID test after being exposed at school. The staff there seemed very out of it and stressed. I explained that as they were just non-stop with appointments and fatigued. I sign in, provide my insurance card and ID and complete all the paperwork. They insist you need your physical card which I had, but they turned several people away for this reason. Told them to go Nextdoor and use the printing service offered by another business. I wait an hour, a different woman calls me to the window and says your co-pay is $120 for each of you, a total of $240. This sounds absurd to me, my insurance clearly states there is no cp-pay but they insisted there is. I pay it, wait another hour and finally get in to out appointments. I contact my insurance company, explain this to them. They again confirmed I pay nothing. They paid the $120 payment for each of us, I pay nothing. This company was not only paid $240 by me the day of the appointment but my insurance company as well. Beware, this office will collect payment even when no payment is due.

Got here after being sent from Patrick AFB. The lady at the desk was about the rudest person I have ever met. There is a sign in the office that says “ everyone is stretched. Be kind to those who are here” Too bad she hasn’t read this sign . If you do bot like working with people especially those who do not feel well go work somewhere else . Can’t wait to see what kind of care I get when I go in the back if this is what’s it’s like up front . So far my experience is DO NOT COME HERE

I feel like it is my responsibility to post this. This clinic seriously missed diagnosed me and it almost costed me my life. I went in with bad abdominal pain. They told me I had a bug. I let the pain come and go for a week before I drove myself to emergency room. The pain had become to unbearable. I had pancreatitis and was hours away from leaving my wife and young children behind. I knew I didnt have a bug, and should not have listened to the doctor, but I thought I was wrong.Note to the owner look under Marc Walsh if you say you can’t find me. It did occur at your facility!

Friendly smiling staff. Very efficient, cleaned a toe wound, glued it together, tetanus shot, antibiotic shot, check in and check out in about an hour. Will return, hopefully not too soon though.

Front desk staff is the worst! Poor Communication skills by phone, long hold times. Clinic never open on time (although they are there they leave there patients locked out for 5-10 mins past there office hour start time) and front desk full time employees are super unprofessional and rude. On the other hand All MA, paramedic, nurses, PA, ARNP, and DO I saw there are kind, professional, prompt, for most part competent, and efficient. Really enjoyed Dr. D for workcomp issues as he understands the workcomp “system” much better than his other colleagues.

I called telling them I was having severe back pain but I wasn’t looking for medication just a note or something about lifting heavy loads for a few days and I just got a repeat answer of we don’t give out narcotics after I also repeatedly said I’m not looking for any sort of drugs. Thanks for the loop around.Also loving how they seem to only respond to good reviews.

Hours on door states they are open till 7pm. We arrived at 645pm, door was locked. The attendant could see us but ignored us until we knocked on door. She finally came and said we are closed. I said your hours indicate you close at 7pm. She snapped we take our last patient at 630 and locked door. Very rude. Would not go back there, its obvious she could care less.

Fast and cheap. Over 50% cheaper than some other urgent care places if youre uninsured and need a flu test. Handful of other people there, but I was seen fairly quickly

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Loprieto diagnosed my problem and his prescriptions are already working (cough and congestion). Short waiting time.

Horrible!!! Ive been in the medical field for many years and know poor treatment when I see it! The nurse practitioner Amy was very cold and literally rushed me out with a completely wrong diagnosis after NO exam......and all this of course after taking my $100. Will never go there again. Please dont make the same mistake that I did!

The ARNP was rude and condescending. Made a joke/snide remark about my age ! What does my age have to do with anything. I came to this urgent care to be helped because I don’t feel well and being a health care professional myself I know how a patient should be treated.. it’s a shame these types of people are in the healthcare profession. I will call ahead of time at all costs to this clinic and if that male ARNP is there I would never go and suggest anyone else shouldn’t either I am a nurse and I’m so glad I am nothing like him. Get a different profession!!!

All they do here is tell you that youre sick and to go home and take Tylenol. Not sure if they are even real doctors

Had a laceration emergency on a hand. Went in to get help..... they wouldnt even look at the issueThis office refuses to accept state issued insurances because that type of insurance is not in thier network........If thats the case THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE IS A DOCTORS OFFICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Rude office workers.

I paid $50.00 for a copay to walk back and see the doctor who in 5 minutes told me I wasn’t sick and walked out the door. I would recommend going somewhere else where they treat you better and don’t kill your pocket book. If your sick you’ll be seen and not told your not sick

If you dont mind busy wait times ( which is usually any business of the sort) the doctors and all reassure you of everything and are doing their best to service everybody. professional and to the point.

Worst customer service I have ever had. The receptionist hung up on me twice when I was trying to get info about rapid testing times. Called back a third time and she was short and rude with me yet again.

Completely agree with Bill Fisk. I came in to check on swollen parotid glands. Dr. Bell for the most part ignored the issue and kept talking about high blood pressure and told me very basic information I couldve found from a google search. I came here for swollen parotids, not high blood pressure, which Im aware of. The only thing they did for the parotids was order a blood test for mumps, which they sent a hefty bill for in addition to the hefty doctors visit bill...Negligent place. Even misspelled my last name and gender on the patient sheet.AVOID. This place is a joke.

This place is garbage! My wife had severe pink eye and the doctor refused to see her because she was pregnant! What kind of doctor refuses a patient because she is pregnant? Its not like she was going in with a pregnancy related issue. It was Christmas eve and her all doctors offices were closed. These people werent even professional about it!!

I went in with a problem with a foot, just a foot. Doctor refused to even look at it because my blood pressure was to high! Yes I have high blood pressure and have for years. I didnt go there for blood pressure I went there for a foot problem. I dont have the money to fix the blood pressure problem so could you take care of the foot.

Wonderful staff that you know have your best health in mind. The building is always clean and everyone is attentative. Never any stress when I come here!

Went to get treatment for a sinus infection. Doctor was thorough and facility clean. I felt like they actually cared about me!

This urgent care often uses untrained, un licensed X-ray techs. In fact right now they have no X-ray techs on their staff.. this can result In extra radiation to u as they often need to do re takes. If you go here and need an X-ray make sure you ask to see there Florida license before they do anything.

Dr Hartwig was amazing! He took time to notice my medical history and what was wrong with me! staff was very nice!

Do not ever make the mistake I and many others made by going there....do not go there...go to the hospital..this is not an urgent care its just called that to get ur money...they r nice for the first 15 minutes until they collect ur money....took my child there and that quack doctor or nurse practitioner Pat...took my money and did not even think to give my child a sick note for school.....where Im from in palm beach county ppl have class they dont treat u like u r there for free.....stay away from this place u will regret it....the first time I went there I heard another patient saying they r no good and I did not listen now Im in her shoes....find another urgent care do not go there.
