Very impressed with all of the kind staff. Everyone was nice and helpful. Dr. Kristen Kruse was AMAZING!! She provided me with other options than surgery and she actually LISTENED to my needs. We came up with a great plan for treatment. She took her time and listened. I will continue to use this office for my needs!!

This was my first visit. I was so nervous and not there for the most pleasant of reasons. But I was made to feel so safe and listened to. My nerves got the best of me and I had a breakdown, but was treated with such care and never made to feel like my feelings weren’t valid. I am so glad I ended up going, and so happy that I got to see Dr. Kruse and her nurse. They have definitely gained a new and lifelong patient.

Absolutely love Dr.Kruse! She listened and didnt try to push me for something I didnt want. She took the necessary steps to get me to my end goal. I will always recommend Dr. Kruse to anybody that asks for her type of services.

I love this doctor! She doesn’t treat me like I’m stupid just because I’m young and she educates us and answers all of my husbands concerns with no issue as well we couldn’t be happier with her❤️

So far Dr. Kruse has been great! She talks me through all her concerns and helps me understand my complications and medicines. I’m 36 weeks along, and would highly suggest her! She’s also a chiefs fan and likes to talk football with my husband while we’re in there (: we like her a lot!

Dr. Kruse is an excellent doctor! Took great care of me for the birth of my daughter. Kept me well informed at all times. Best healthcare hands down! Highly recommend!

Dr. Kersey has been a great practitioner. The only area that kind of makes me a little upset is not telling me what a three hour glucose test involves in missing work because I did not know I needed to fast but that appointment was not set up through Dr. Crewse.

Dr kruse has been such an amazing woman’s doctor, through my pregnancy and after she’s been helpful, knowledgeable, personable and extremely friendly. I wouldn’t see anyone else for my women’s visits

Editing bc I realized this is just for Dr Kruse haha I have had a few bumps with the lansing facility, mostly in my first pregnancy. but my doctor, Dr, Kruse, is phenomenal. I’m currently pregnant with my second child and I still chose them to go to just because of her. She’s very understanding, she’s very compassionate, and she is just the kindest doctor I’ve been seen by here. She’s made both of my pregnancies fear free, I love her!

Dr Kruse made me feel comfortable and she explained everything to me in detail I will always use her for my doctor.

A long wait in waiting room but after getting to examine room not long. She answered all my questions and gave suggestion what to do.

Dr Kruse was very friendly and easy to converse with concerning my situation. I fully trust her advise and suggestions.

Dr Kruse listen to my concerns about my care and was very informative with the procedure we decided to keep me healthy and well.

She’s always late, among other things. For most of my appointments, she is always at least an hour late. I would absolutely avoid being seen by her.

I’ve only seen Kristin twice now, but she is very friendly and helpful in answering any questions that I have.
