Quick Urgent Care-OKC

This is the second time I visited the Quick Urgent Care I was greeted with a pleasant smile and greetings. The building is very clean and organized.I met with the doctors PA quickly. She is friendly and professional. They did some testing in-house and sent the cultures out and were very prompt in calling me with the results.I would recommend anyone needing help to use this quick Urgent Care location.

Service was extremely Quick, front staff were helpful and friendly.Everyone were very nice and introduced themselves on first name basis including the clinician Lisa which made you feel like family and calm.Lisa listened politely to my explanations and answered all my concerns which made it reassuring especially when in a sick mood and scared.Thank you for your remarkable service.

Worst customer service ever! I came in for some testing and I did not want to say my personal information out loud in front of others for my own personal reasons and the receptionist proceeded to give me funny looks and have a rude attitude! I asked for a manager and the manager didn’t address the customer service or anything. She then gave me a paper . I start filling out the information and she then proceeded to tell to sit down , you can fill the information out sitting down! I feel like the customer service and energy was so wack!! I’ve worked customer service my entire life and if it’s my decision to not give my person information out then that should be respected! And the way you talk to people and the energy and facial expressions was not it! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Wasn’t even there long and felt like I should be giving my money and time to someone that actually wants to help me! Don’t waste your time!

I was very pleased with the care that everyone had given me during my visit with Urgent Care. The only thing that was lacking was the receptionist should have had at least a small smile on her face since she is the first person that people see when they come in and especially if theyre not feeling well. During my checkout, there was still not a smile. But everyone else showed exceptional care and concern for me.

Great Urgent Care, might be a little far from where we live. But theres no waiting here, this is my 2nd time here taking my two daughters and theyre always good and compassionate to their patients.

The attentiveness and for certain the promptness of services rendered to me by all from the receptionist to the attending nurse to the nurse practitioner was exceptional. I was listed to by all. Everyone that helped was very knowledgeable. I was never hurried. My diagnosis was on point.Thank You 🙏🏾8/01/2024Thanks for being kind and attentive to my needs. The breathing treatment, my shot, along with my prescriptions have me on the road to recovery. I was able to pickup my medications and get home to bed. My coughing has subsided tremendously. This is the second time in the past year that I’ve had to go to urgent care for stomach issues. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I feel I’m gonna need to go to urgent care, I’m coming here. I highly recommend it.

The best urgent care in the north okc area . Got me in quickly , all the staff were a good working team from initial call to new patient set up , vitals an seeing the doctor. Its rare communication an timing is so smooth . The doctor was very informative to resolving my issue and what to do asfollow through. Took my child in gave a second chance only to have to leave and go to a real.doctor and find the has a double ear infection and sinus infection. Again completely rude receptionist and no actual medical care. Then after leaving the called and actually terminated us as patients because they cant do there job and we left said we would go somewhere else so much for second chances. Bad bad place dont go if you actually want help or good care.

I dont go to doctors very often, and mostly because I dont feel like they listen. I know they know more than I do, but it doesnt give me confidence when I dont feel herd. But Lisa made me feel very listened to and I will be back and if I have another incident you guys are awesome the front desk staff was also very friendly and thorough which I appreciate very much. Front desk was very helpful. The nurse was very polite did a great job checking my vitals. The PA Hannah will listen to you and whatever syptoms you are dealing with..Shes helped me twice. Shes good. No complaints.

QUICK is a good name for your urgent care. I cant believe how fast I was in and out of there. I did give yall a shout out on my radio show this morning about how fast I was in and out of there, and how efficient and helpful everybody was.

The staff were friendly and quick. The PA Rebecca was knowledgeable and great with a very scared and not very cooperative patient. As a mother, I am glad I trusted my instincts and came to Quick Urgent Care.

My daughter just had a Telehealth appointment - and I was in the room with her. The receptionist called without a proper greeting (no hello, my name is X and Im with X) and said I need to collect a $50 co-pay. My daughter paid and the receptionist hung up. No thank you, no goodbye....just hung the phone up. My daughter told her Walgreens on 23rd and May for her pharmacy and put that in the paperwork required to be filled out.....they sent the RX to CVS - who doesnt accept her insurance. The receptionist was horrible and seeing as how this was our first experience with Quick Urgent Care, it will also be our last. We went with them based on their reviews on Yelp/Google......and we were totally misled.

We have always been able to get in quickly and treated great by the staff!! Definitely recommend Quick Urgent Care!

I love this location! I know it can been tiring seeing so many patients, so it means the world when the entire staff greets you with kindness and a smile. Also the young doctor was refreshing and extremely knowledgeable!

The ( Doctor) had excellent bedside manner. She was informative, efficient, and cordial. However, the two front gals were very dismissive accompanied by attitudes( starting on the phone). While on the phone I asked what to bring, such as I.D. & insurance card ect.. She replied sharply and hung up abruptly. My thoughts were maybe shes having a bad day, or is incredibly busy.Wrong, walking to the reception area she hardly acknowledged me.... Same thing with checkout.. This isnt a bad day, its a bad vibe.

Terrible! If you’re sick and your condition hasn’t improved and you let them know , they treat u as if they do not care , sending me back to work telling u it’s policy when policy does not state when a patient’s condition has worsen to do that , first time service is all they are good for.

So earlier this month, April 2023, me and my fiancé both stopped in after she hurt her back and I was feeling ill. Our major concern was that her insurance has lapsed so finding a place that wasn’t crazy expensive was tough; however we decided to swing by here based on several reviews. And wow I can’t say enough, the staff was amazing, easy to work with super friendly and knowledgeable. In the past she has felt uncomfortable going to any urgent cares or doctors when not having insurance due to places being rude about the idea that she didn’t have any, but not here. They were up front about the price for the visit and gave us other options to help ease her discomfort along with how much each treatment would cost. They then let us make the best decision based on our needs and financial comfort. I told them in the office that I had never been into urgent care that was so friendly and I mean that. Now I hope I don’t have to go back to any urgent care anytime soon however if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to come right back here! Just do yourself the favor and mark this place down if your ever sick and don’t have a primary care or a primary care that isn’t booked out for a month in advance. A++

Everyone is amazing- quick in and out! That NEVER happens at an Urgent Care in Flu season. Providers, nurses, and front staff is beyond helpful. Best Urgent care around.

I had an appt today and from the time I called to ask if they could see me the same day was excellent customer service. The gentlemen who answer the phone to send me the link ti schedule appt, to the young lady receptionist who checked me in, to the PROVIDER, she was so pleasant and caring. Her advise really eased a lot of my concerns, I am praying as I am searching for a new I desire a provider like her. This health care facility staff is outstanding! Glad to find an urgent care close by again since FirstMed is no longer open . Friendly front desk staff. Easy to schedule an appointment and check-in online. I liked Hannah, the PA. Very thorough and professional!

Im from MA. I fell while I was in another state. I came in to be seen today, was seen within 15/20 minutes that included being checked in. Very friendly staff, phenomenal patient care. Definitely recommend.

Quick Care lives up to their name. They were friendly and professional from the phone call all the way until discharge. My husband needed a special seating accommodation and they addressed his needquickly. They showed us that quality patient care still exists with some medical professionals. This place is amazing! Got me in and out within 20 minutes with the correct diagnosis. I have the flu and after a bad experience with a different clinic they really helped me. I felt like the staff genuinely cared for my wellbeing.

This is a very friendly place. They greet you as you walk in the door and make you feel welcome. The doctor seemed to know exactly what she was doing. And I felt very relieved about that. I would definitely refer family and friends to this place

Great service! Got in fast and got out fast. Doctor and staff was super nice and helpful with what I needed, and even noticed a huge earwax buildup (not the reason for visit) and cleaned them out for me! First time a doctor went out of their way! Medicare friendly too!

Dr. Meredith and the receptionist were quick, gentle, and efficient. Along with great bedside manner and even a first time ever follow up call from the doctor herself, I wouldnt suggest another location to go. If they did primary practice, I wouldve jumped to sign up for Dr. Meredith as my new PCP. Ive had ear infections ongoing for years and they are the first ones to clean my ears for me and really listen to my issue and concerns. 10/10 recommend.Thank you all!

They were pretty Quick on time and getting me back there. The nurse practitioner and nurse were amazing and polite with what we thought would be best for me . Loved the atmosphere and they were very helpful and patient with me !

Took my daughter here because I believed she had Thrush. Saw a physician very quickly which was nice, but she sat with us for less than 5 minutes, ran no test and ultimately misdiagnosed my child. She prescribed a cream that I used on my daughter that literally burned her skin off and she has been at OU Medical getting treatment for the last 3 days with no timetable of going home due to the level of pain she is in. What she actually had was a staph infection and now is hooked up to an IV being fed a high dose pain medication to treat the burns from the prescribed cream.Now I have to sit here with her feeling terrible because of the additional and unnecessary pain she is experiencing due to this visit. wish I could leave zero stars.** Update ** their idea of being concerned was to text asking about our experience, they basically sent a survey. As someone who works in customer service thats a pretty lousy response considering what happened, coincides with the service received.

My husband and I have both been here. PA Sandhu is great and really knows how to address sinus infections. It’s been hard since COVID to get adequate treatment for them since most people just want to do virtual visits. The first time I went back in December they did have me do a virtual appointment, but this time they said I could do a regular one. This place is also convenient and open better hours than the last urgent care place I would go. I’ve gone twice, definitely quick if you go when they open. I got there at around 710 and was out by 750.

I was in OKC for a business meeting and started to feel ill. I was very concerned since I knew no medical professionals in the area and didn’t think I could get on a flight feeling as I did. Meredith had an amazing bedside manner. She was very reassuring as she examined me, and she quickly determined that my issue was minor and easily resolved. Plus, my wait time to be seen was very short. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Was seen very quickly. They are probably the best price point I have found for people without insurance. They were nothing but kind and were detailed oriented when it came to patient care and price. 100% would refer to anyone.

We were so impressed with this clinic and it’s people! My wife and I were needing Covid tests quickly out of concern that we had exposed a family member who is compromised. The staff responded very quickly and took care of us! So friendly and understanding! Even coming out to our vehicle to help us! If we could give more stars we would! Special shout out to Merideth!

Amazing visit. Took my 4 year old for an ear ache and wow. The receptionist was super sweet and the doctor was so nice and great with my daughter. Definitely will be back to this urgent care.

Quick Urgent Care was a quick, easy experience! They got me in right away, when another urgent care was an hour and a half wait. Because of high flu/COVID rates, they had me quickly register online, then the nurse first called me in my car to go over meds and medical history, then the Provider called me briefly before coming on out to my car to look at my throat and do my strep test (in my case, a sore throat and exposure to strep were my only concerns). My test came back quickly, and my Rx was sent right over! I would recommend this urgent care any day!

I would give them a zero if I could. Dont go here, horrible horrible horrible crooks!! Guess they have to find a way to pay for the new clinic on 122.....You did not do anything to contact me but of course you need to try to make it look like you did for reviews.

The staff were great. Actually listened to what was going on and what has worked for me before. But after my visit, they started blowing up my phone. 5 texts that day. 1 begging for a good review since theyre a new business, then 4 begging for a rating 1-10. I replied STOP to the first number after the 4th text in less than 2 hours, but then I got the same message from a different number. I replied STOP to that one as well as blocking both numbers from my phone. I work nights and was trying to sleep, but instead was having to deal with repeated texts.

I’ve visited this place about 3 times in the last few months for a variety of reasons. The staff is so nice, always quick, and so helpful. They go above and beyond in making sure all my questions are answered and so helpful. I’ve recommended them to multiple people.

Great experience, took my son for a fracture finger and they took care of him really well, plus they did a follow call to confirm diagnostic after an x-rays comparison and to make sure my son understood instructions. Good experience.

I made an appointment and they called me right on time. They staff were kind and worked quickly.

Didn’t open on time and told me to wait in the car until 7:15am when it says they open at 7. Was told to go to my car for a telehealth appointment. They swabbed me for strep, Covid and flu but when those came back negative I was told to just take something over the counter. I was really sick and wheezing. Got diagnosed with bronchitis at another clinic and they gave me medicine.

It wasnt at all like the others that I have experienced you know (take a number, rush rush, NEXT). It was like Ok lets get acquainted and get you BETTER.
