Meica and the whole staff are absolutely amazing! Always helpful and kind. I have a 4 year old and they even make her feel comfortable. And did the under the mask for her! Amazing work. My go to location for help during a rough time!

I am puzzled as to how the staff control the spread of COVID-19 if there are no social distancing enforced outside and inside the test center.Understanding that with the recent spike due to the new variant, more people (with or without symptoms) are seeking tests.I thought the booking of time slot for test is a good idea until I arrived for my 8am appointment to see a line of people (with no safe distance between them), most of whom were walk-ins.Initially, when I asked two staff about the appointment I made, they simply say they dont know, that they are taking walk-ins, and that I should just join the line.I was uncomfortable waiting in line (not to mention the frigid cold) because of the close proximity to others who may already be infected.After insisting that the staff find out about the appointment, I was let into the lobby area where there were already seven others, not including staff members.I should acknowledge that getting tested was fast once the staff noted my registration, and the lady at the door and the lady administering the test were very friendly and polite.May I suggest that all the staff be informed of the process between people who reserved a time slot and those who are walk-ins. Create two lines with clear signage. The heaters placed outside was a good idea but the staff who set it up did not even turn them on.Last but not least, it has been almost 8 hours since my test and I have yet to get the Rapid Antigen Result. I tried calling multiple times after sending an email but the line before 4pm was busy.No one is answering the phone after 4pm, and theres no automated instructions about how to get the results I needed before my flight to another state and thereafter, to another country.

Got there early and there were a few people in front of me. It wasnt bad waiting outside, because they brought out propane heaters and had them set up for warmth. Was in and out in about 7 min. I only live a few minutes away, and by the time I got home I had my results. The staff was very efficient and professional. Definitely go, but get there early if you are a walk in!!

Extremely fast check in and fast testing. Someone greeted me and helped with check in and Mecia very polite and tested me quickly too.

It’s super simple to schedule an appointment and they get you in and out quickly. Mecia was the one that administered my test and she made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process.You also receive your results by email in a timely manner.

Mecia was a wonderful nurse she really made my 3 yr old feel comfortable getting her covid test. Honestly she did amazing giving my test also! The receptionist was also very kind and friendly she was also very helpful

Our experience with OKC COVID Testing Center was great! Very fast and efficient and Meica was very considerate while administering our tests. My mom has had previous bad experiences with COVID tests and was nervous, but Meica was very understanding and made her feel super comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

Mecia was gentle and just wonderful! She promised “tickle and no pain,” and she wasn’t kidding! Easiest sample collection I’ve ever had! And the whole staff was super friendly!

The first time I came to this location I was getting my 3 year tested as well as myself. When I entered the center there was a lot of people who were waiting to be tested, no where to sit, some with mask, some without. I understand the whole mask situation but I do feel as though when people enter the center mask should be required due to the fact that there are many people who could be positive with Covid exposing others. They are very sweet, attentive and gentle. My daughter was very comfortable while getting tested. I will say that space inside is very tight for several people to be without mask. The goal is to prevent exposure.

Amazing, I had to get a covid test for my 8 year old before he could go back to school. We walked in and walked out in 10 minutes and had results by the time we got home. The place was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

There were over 20 people waiting in a small room instead of their cars. There wasn’t even adequate space to be able to stand 6 feet apart. It’s hard to imagine I won’t get covid here if I didn’t already have it. They don’t respect appointments either. Some with appointment times 20 minutes after mine went in before me, even though they also arrived in person after me. Very frustrating to stand there for 50 mins with this all happening. If they had been honest about the wait time I wouldn’t have been as upset since I could have made the better decision for myself and left. I was told I was about to be called back on multiple occasions, and that was untrue.

Brought my 6 year old here who is deathly afraid of covid tests. Mysha did her test and was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She calmed her down better than I’ve ever seen anyone do it and was extremely patient and kind. I will come back here ANY time!

Place was amazing. This was the fastest test I have received and very professional from the staff. They are incredibly quick with the testing and the results. Will return and share this place for people to go to if they need a test. I got my results fast and they were clear with me the whole time.

My daughter has been waiting over 2 hours for rapid results. Line has been busy the entire time. Now the clinic is closed - she needs the results for work tonight. They said it would only be 30 minutes when she left……Update: the owner contacted us and is attempting to correct the situation; however, my daughter still does not have her results from her rapid test after 6.5 hours.

Measha and Farrah were absolutely fantastic. They kept my kids at ease, were friendly, fast, and efficient. We will use this location every time.

The MSA, Mecia was the best with testing my young son. First time he didn’t scream or kick. Very friendly and efficient.

Rebecca took care of me for my Rapid Antigen + PCR test and was a total sweetheart. Just like anyone else I was not looking forward to getting tested, but she made the experience as enjoyable as possible and even let me hold her hand during the test which was relief since I’m a bit of a cry baby for these things :’)

I was in and out quickly, which was good.However, my rating comes from my PCR test. I went in on January 26. I just got the results back today, February 12. You quoted 24-48 hours. Thats long gone.It came back so late, that I had time to get covid, get over it and had a little time to recover from some of the effects. Which happened, but I decided to get tested elsewhere where I actually get results on time.

Thank you, OKC Covid Testing Center! We walked in on New Years Day because we had stayed with family over Christmas for almost 2 weeks and all of them were now Covid +. OKC Covid Testing Center were short staffed but worked us in anyway. VERY friendly staff (thank you Cache!). We were tested and on our way in less than 15 minutes. Results were in our email when we got home! Definitely will go here for all Covid testing. They also did a PCR test and we will get those results in a couple of days. We had pre-registered online before going which speeds things up.

Update: I took a pcr test on 9/3. It is now 10/9 and I have still not received results after I called the lab and they said they would send them. I reported this business to BBB. This should be criminal leaving people in the dark like this. I actually ended up testing positive once I tested at another facility. Luckily, I was cautious and isolated even though my rapid test from this place was negative. If you want reliable service you may want to look elsewhere.Like a lot of people said, the staff is friendly but it’s been a week my son and I are waiting on PCR tests results. We are having to go somewhere else so we can resume our lives. Having to wait so long for the test really puts a hold on your life especially if you’re not positive.

This place got me in very fast and our rapid test results were sent 20 mins after we were tested. They were very kind and I would go back if it weren’t for the lab they send their PCR tests to.My daughter was tested on Saturday and it’s Tuesday at 7:20pm and we still don’t have those results. Most places can get you a PCR result in 24-48 hours. I called the lab and they said I’d have them by Thursday. So 5 days after she was tested. Sorry but putting life on hold for that long is pretty awful.If you want quick PCR results, I’d go somewhere else.

I received a rapid & PCR test Jan. 8th at the Edmond location of Oklahoma Covid Testing Center. I was told the rapid test would take 25 minutes to post to the portal. It took closer to an hour to receive a result. I was told the PCR test should take 1 to 5 days to post to the patient portal. Today is day 8 and still no results. I finally was able to get a hold of someone on Friday, Jan. 14th. They said the test was done running and should post to the portal later that day or the next day at the latest. They could not give results out over the phone, which I totally understand. At this time, the results still have not posted. This long of a delay on such an important medical test is irresponsible on the part of the company.The only reason Im not giving this review a 1 star is the staff at the testing center. The receptionist and the lady who performed the test were very professional and kind. They were doing a fantastic job of keeping the location clean between each patient. The on-site staff deserves a 5-star rating.

Dont come here for pcr tests, especially if you need results on a reasonable timeline. As soon as I saw the other reviews about it I went somewhere else, because I already had a bad feeling after calling - my results page didnt mention any pending pcr test or anything so I got worried they didnt do it. A week later and I got nothing from these people, and the lady on the phone was rude about it as well.

This was the first time using this lab— I have used Immy, OU med and CVS previously and since some of those don’t offer testing anymore and because they could get me in same day, I chose this location. I got tested Wednesday and am still waiting on results. I felt sick enough that when they told me it would take until Saturday at the latest, I said that was ok with that and been fairly patient.I called on Friday because I received an email saying that my appointment was complete, but there was no entry under result. They said that it would be processed by Saturday at the latest. I called just before the office closed on Saturday and they assured me that the lab was backed up, but that even though the office was closed the lab would still continue processing. It’s now Sunday evening, and there’s been no change.The testing process was easy and the staff was nice, but if it takes nearly a week for PCR results, at some point it won’t matter if they are positive… I was symptomatic and am waiting to return to work. I am not sure if this is an issue with all Oklahoma locations, but if you have any sort of time constraints, I would find a different lab if you’re not interested in paying for the rapid test.UPDATE: I went back the following Monday and was offered both the rapid and PCR test, so I felt much more comfortable returning to work Tuesday (after a bad, but confirmed, NOT COVID, cold!). They also printed my results from the previous PCR test for me while I was there. Again the staff was great, and the second time I went the results were processed much more quickly.

Staff was nice and helpful. Unable to get PCR results online. Received an email with results over a month after the test. Cant speak to the rapid test, but the PCR test seems unreliable at this center. Pretty disappointed.

Mysha did the test on me and it was quick and easy.Have had tests done at multiple sites and this was the most convenient, quickest, and easiest test I have taken.

This is the best and easiest Covid test I have ever had! Much better than any from my home state of California - specifically Culver City area!

Do not go here if you need a PCR COVID test! They advertise PCR test results in 24-72 hours. My husband and son were tested there on Saturday morning. It is now Thursday and we still do not have their results. We had to go have them tested somewhere else. At this point I do not even know if this place is legitimate.
