Quick Urgent Care-Moore

I had to get stitches yesterday for a bad cut on my thumb. They did not make me wait a long time. The staff were sympathetic and caring. At first the doctor thought he could glue it, but when he realized the cut was larger and deeper than he thought, he and the staff quickly reconfigured for stitches. The doctor was as gentle as one could be while having to poke needles through my thumb, and the nurse or nurse aid did a good job keeping the blood drips contained and dressed my bandage well after. The staff gave me water and juice and checked on me until the color returned to my face after the procedure.

Love this urgent care! They are fast but thorough, and always friendly. Ive been here for illness, and minor injuries, and they are always so nice. They do tests so they dont just guess and give you things that wont help you feel better or get well. I also like that I can schedule a visit online, or walk in if I dont have advanced notice that I need to go. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to do that.

My entire family has been here a few times over the years and every single time has been a great experience. They always do very well with my son who has non-verbal autism. I always recommend this clinic to my friends who have kids with developmental disabilities. I was in today for myself and the visit was quick and seamless. They really listen to your concerns.

I have never had a bad experience with this facility! I received better care and results with my health than I received from the hospital that I went to the night before. I would recommend them 100%The staff is wonderful!! Thank you for making me feel better 💕

I went in and saw Chelsea, PA, and she was excellent. I was there for a sensitive subject and she made me feel relaxed and thoroughly discussed my options. I left with understanding of and comfortable with my treatment plan.

I became ill late Friday morning; of course, my primary doctor closes Fridays. I was able to schedule a 4 pm appointment. The receptionist ensured all information was accurate. A nurse performed temperature -pulse rate- blood pressure- medications- conditions for each medicine-allergies-reason for this visit analyses. I was treated with genuine concern and professional conduct. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and verified information using questions that required background and factual discourse. The diagnosis was as I had expected, a sinus infection, determined after negative results to COVID and influenza tests. I went home, a one mile drive, and upon entry I received a text message from my pharmacy that a script had been received and it was being filled. Thank you for the services provided.

I went for a covid test. I was able to make an appointment and complete all paperwork online. The way the appointment went was fast and efficient and the Dr called with the results about 10 minutes after I got home. The Dr and nurse were friendly and explained the process well and listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend.

I just really enjoy how helpful and friendly everyone is there. The last two times Ive gone I was helped right away and informed very well of what the steps of recovery would be and medications. I also feel as though, as a patient, I am heard and seen.so thank you!

The entire staff was extraordinary. Everyone was kind and professional. The facility itself was very clean and comfortable. I was in a lot of pain and was so thankful to have a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor take care of me. The doctors at Quick Urgent Care saved my life. I walked into the clinic thinking I had the flu. Turns out I had walking pneumonia. The doctor listened to my symptoms, ordered an x-ray showed me the results and insisted I go to the ER to get admitted to the hospital. The doctor even called me the next day to make sure I was in the hospital and was following up with me to see how I was feeling.

The worker that checked my wife in was very gracious and kind— however, my wife, who is clearly exhibiting signs of COVID, Flu, etc. then got back to the Doctor’s medical examination room after testing for a few things and threw their hands up in the air, saying they do not know what it is. My wife has clear symptoms of something like the flu and all other things that could be deemed VIRAL, then proceeded to prescribe her an ANTIBIOTIC that she is very allergic to (which is on her medical chart, and she has been to this place before that has her info) while saying to not use it now, but maybe in a couple of days. Then the doctor said it could even be appendicitis and to “keep an eye out,” then sent her on her way with a “good luck.” Also, when did these clinics stop doing any blood work? $40 copay and a nausea shot for a “we don’t know good luck” is not sitting well.Update: they cared more about this review than the patient. Can post link to their voicemail.Another update: I asked my wife if the above information I wrote was accurate and she said “yes.” And yes, the receptionist was very kind. No, I wasn’t in the room, but she did report your misgiving on trying to give her medication she’s allergic to that’s on her chart. I find it interesting this clinic cared more for a disappointing review than the actual patient. Please the receptionist know she’s awesome.

They were very helpful. My son has bad anxiety but knew he needed to get swabbed.. So the nurse was kind and swabbed doggy first, he took that a little better.. thank you for always being so kind and helpful! 🫶🏻

Im from Kansas and had an allergic reaction on my Birthday! They took my out of state insurance and got me in as soon as I could get there. Gave me a steroid shot and directions to the pharmacy to got my meds! These ladies are a life saver! And I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Quick Urgent Care OKC!

Quick Urgent Care is the most efficient clinic I have ever visited …including my Primary Care Physician. In a Post Covid World of complete ineptitude and a shortage of health care workers across the industry .. this place shines. Love it… please save yourself the stress and visit them.. everyone is on Point. I just saw Doctor Iftekhar today and I already feel better as promised.

If you are ever in need of Urgent care of any kind. This is one of the most thorough and caring team you could ever meet. You can schedule your visit online or just walk in. You can even stay in your car if your symptoms are those that can easily infect another person. The nurse will come out with an appropriate test and they will call you with results as well as send a prescription in to your pharmacy and give you care instructions. This SO convenient and truly appreciated. Thank you all for the terrific services you provide!

I had been sick as a dog for days, and don’t have health insurance, so had been putting off going, was calling around all the urgent cares and found this place and not only were they affordable, all of the employees from reception to nurse to doctor, were all incredibly kind and professional and quick.

Ive had to come into Quick Urgent Care a couple of times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. Every person I have encountered has gone out of there to be nice and make sure I was taken care of. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Dr. Istacar is amazing! My asthmatic mom was needing help with bronchitis and breathing. He was able to help her and get her breathing. He is also very caring.

Doctor Sandhu, is awesome. Very attentive and doesn’t discount what you have to say. He has taken the time to analyze several different possibilities of my sickness in case it’s not just one thing and done. He was very nice with me and my kids that have gone in to see him.

I had a great experience with Quick Urgent Care. I flew in from out of state at night and had to find an urgent care immediately. They answered my call right away and took me in shortly after I got there. The front desk was super helpful and patient with me and helped calm me down when I was worried about my symptoms. The doctor/PA/assistant were professional and friendly and got me the care I needed quickly. I am glad I found them!

I had scheduled a virtual visit for 10:30 and I was sent a text that someone would call me right back no one ever did so if your looking for a virtual visit I wouldnt mess with it because they will totally ignore you I needed help and was ignored thank you quick care I guess thats what they mean quick to ignore you

I came in at 7am because I was in so much neck pain. I didnt wait but maybe 15 minutes including checking in. I got back quickly. The Dr came in to see me shortly after. I needed x-rays and that was also quick and easy. The whole staff was friendly and patient. I came to this urgent care because I read all positive reviews. They were all correct and Im glad I did. I appreciated the whole experience.

All of the care team was nice and helpful. My wait time was minimal and was answered all question efficiently. I wish the window to the front desk wasn’t too dark or hidden, I did hop in due to an injured leg but I am almost sure that if my husband would have ran in and asked them for a wheelchair they would have assisted right away.

Brought in my sick teenager, video call over the phone due to being possibly contagious. Which I get and 100% ok with. After getting tested, missed my call (phone was on silent, my fault), I called to get the results. Talked to a nurse, and then transferred me to the doctor. The doctor kept talking over me, interrupting me and then proceeded to ask ME if HE should prescribe something. That is what I’m here for - your professional opinion and medical advice. Very unprofessional and was quick to hang up.

I think I leave reviews about how great this place is every single time my son and I come here there are no incompetent doctors everyone is extremely smart everyone is extremely efficient everybody knows what to do if you go for what urgent Care can actually do for you and I mean its the quickest place its the theyre really quick like they say quick urgent Care and its like super easy you can schedule online you can schedule my phone or you can just walk in theyre open all freaking day all day like until late late and they have you know a way to do x-rays there and they have injections and stuff if you have like really bad infection or whatever they can do quite a bit but I think the best thing about this place is their ability to like follow up with you so if something is still not right or you know something needs to be adjusted they are more than willing to help you in that way if you need testing done they do it from your car if you end up having like covid or the flu then theyll do your visit by video chat you can also just do a video chat visit you can just do testing like its basically Burger King have it your way except its quality medical Care and I love them theyve helped me so many times and my son. Oh and they have hazmat suits if you’re toxic.

Amazing. Great systems in place to make visits efficient. They do have a great bedside manners quality about them as well. I love that they do testing in our car so we don’t have to expose ourselves to other things inside.

This urgent care got me in first thing in the morning when I woke up with severe body aches. The online scheduling was simple & easy and I was taken back not even 2 minutes after sitting down. Got my positive flu result, prescription and doctors note all within 30 minutes. The PA was very friendly and emphatic when I was crying from pain. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Seeking urgent Care from quick urgent Care was seamless and easy. I found them on a Google search, and I went online and I filled out their web page its just like maybe three or four pages of information you can take a photo of the front and back of your insurance and your ID cards and upload them to the site. I went and got tested for strep covid and the flu and you can do a visit where they come out to your car to do your swabs so youre not exposed or exposing others, and then they call you via telemed the discuss your results. Its absolutely brilliant!Today is Tuesday February 27th, 2024This time I was being seen for lower back pain that started after I did a deadlift on saturday. And although they cant refer you for MRIs or to other physicians like a specialty doctor; they can take an x-ray just to get a general idea of how it looks, but more importantly they can give you a steroid shot and give you some prescriptions to help you through the pain. I saw a nurse Lisa and Isabel was my medical assistant they were both wonderful! Also the reception desk was very friendly as well. I will definitely continue to use them..

Your biggest fear is always that someone will not give your parents the correct care and possibly treat them badly. Searching for a urgent care that had good reviews we came across the Quick Urgent Care-Moore. Reading the reviews I urged my mother to take my dad as all of the reviews were so positive and talked about the great care they received. Nervous but the next morning they made their way and received nothing but kindness. Getting a call from my mom raving about the amazing care that my dad received from not only Dr. Sandhu but the nurse and front staff. As a child this is all you could ask for and am so grateful they took the time to hear my parents and listen to my dads needs in order to find a solution!!

I love this particular doctor I saw when I see him for a problem. He always knows how to lighten the mood when you dont feel well. The staff are always very respectful and nice. Thats why I always use this particular urgent care.

The PA and her staff that assisted me were A++. I didnt feel rushed at all and the staff listened to my concerns. The first staff member I met was patient enough to assist me with getting my insurance card from my app to the new electronic intake paperwork required for all new patients.

I am always so well taken care of and rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be called back. These guys offer IVs. Diagnosed migrainers, they have all you need for migraine cocktail IV and are SO much faster than the infusion centers etc we are usually referred to. 💜 thanks Doc Sandhu for always providing exceptional care.

Very nice and helpful. Was registered, seen, and treated within 30 minutes. As soon as I left I got a message from the pharmacy that my rx was ready to be picked up. Never had a visit anywhere that was only 40 minutes total from the time of arrival to the time time I was handed my medications at the pharmacy. Will be back when someone needs care for sure.

Iftikhar was great with my daughter. She was sick and scared. He was incredibly kind and patient with her. This is the urgent care I always go to and will continue going to.

Unlike another urgent care I went to, these guys take patients right up until closing . I was turned away from another clinic two hours before close. The intake was easy and all on my phone. The staff was friendly, and I was in and out in 30 minutes for some stitches on my finger. Very happy. I was prepared for my clumsy injury to have wasted hours of my day waiting, but these guys were SO FAST. I will absolutely go back, because I’m clumsy, but mostly because the staff was great, and the whole experience was easy.

I really appreciate the help, especially when Im working so much and dont have the time to come in for an appointment: the tele-visit was so convenient and quick! Thank you! Everyone at the office was very professional and kind. I was seen very quickly, especially for a Saturday morning at a walk-in clinic. The individual at the front desk was very helpful, the medical assistant was professional, and the physicians assistant, who saw me give me excellent advice and prescribing medication that was helpful.

Its nice to have a secondary set of medical professionals that I trust with my families health for weekends, holidays, after hours and for colds and quick fixes ! So much faster and cleaner than an ED visit !

Great provider. Went in today after feeling like s:*** for a week. provider was not afraid to treat. LOVED IT! Gave me a shot, in-house treatment, and plenty of medicine. I actually began to feel better immediately. I can not tell you how many times I have been to other places and have been sent home with water. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My husband and I had to make a quick and unexpected visit to the urgent care this early Saturday. After searching for one of the best in our area, Quick Urgent Care pulled up immediately. Despite the circumstances behind our visit, our experience was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. We greatly appreciated the comforting and knowledgeable staff. I took my toddler here early on a Monday morning after he developed a croopy cough overnight. The first and only two places I looked were a Pediatric Urgent Care we’d been to before in The Village (didn’t open until noon) and the Quick Urgent Care 122nd St location because I’ve had such a great experience there before. Registration was still very easy, and my kid was seen and diagnosed quickly. The PA and staff were all very friendly. Before this visit, I had previously visited this location three times in the span of 6 months during flu season. Staff was friendly and helpful. Registration was super easy. Dr. Iftikhar was very friendly and put me at ease both times I visited in person (other time was a flu test administered from my car and results in less than 30 minutes). This is where I sent my husband to get tested for the flu before I went the last time. I highly recommend Quick Urgent Care if you find yourself in need of an urgent care visit.

I had to stop here on a cross country road trip due to an asthma attack. The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so caring and quick and made sure I was feeling better before I got back in the road. I wish I had this team back home!

My son broke his foot playing baseball at Buck Thomas park. We drove there and had an x ray almost immediately and results within 5 minutes. It was the fastest and best service we’ve ever had at an urgent car or doctor.

My husband and I were in okc for the night, 2 hours from home, his eye started swelling and needed to be seen. I looked up urgent care and we went to Quick Urgent Care. We didnt arrive until 750, they close at 8. The girl working the desk was kind and caring and didnt care that they were about to close. Lisa was the nurse practitioner and she amazing. We had no clue about a pharmacy so they looked up a Walgreens and gave me the address! We would definitely go back!!

Gave me a $200 “PCR” covid test that my insurance isn’t paying for without giving me the option of a regular rapid test, despite having told them I’d been sick longer than a week with two negative home covid tests. Also made me sit in the car for a “telehealth” visit (super fun when you have a fever in August), rather than letting me come in to be seen. Nurse came out to my car for $200 test. Total visit: &486 and never actually saw a doctor or received an actual exam. Won’t be back.

Everyone here is so kind. My daughter is miserably sick and they did everything in their power to put a smile on her face. Very enjoyable experience, especially under the circumstances. We were in and out quickly with thorough care.

Nurse was super nice! I love this place always in and out super fast although the dr did not give me a clear diagnosis as to what was going on w my child and wrote a prescription for eye drops I guessed it was pink eye. We did not receive a form with diagnosis and treatment plan upon leaving other than knowing we have medication to treat whatever’s going on. Front desk is always great and the nurse we had was truly OUTSTANDING and made our whole experience great. The female dr just needs to work on briefing parents and making sure we are confident in caring for our children the correct way.

This clinic is open great hours, 7am till 8pm, every day of the week. Every person that works in the clinic have been nothing but friendly and kind. I have never had to wait very long to be seen. I highly recommend Quick Urgent Care in Moore.

Quick Urgent Care is amazing. Theyre close to my house, so everytime my daughter or I get sick we go. Weve also gone for injuries a few times as well. They have never failed to help us. The best urgent care in OKC metro! Anytime I am feeling sick, i.e. COVID, Flu, they test me in my car and call me with results in 15 mins. Best staff, and I would highly recommend them!

Quick Urgent Care was very fast and very accommodating. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind, even helped me with an issue with my insurance. After checking in I didnt wait but 5 minutes until the nurse brought me back, after she ran through her checks it wasnt even another 5 minutes before the doctor came in to see me. My visit was under 30 minutes and I felt I was diagnosed and treated effectively. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone.

I wasn’t able to go in to they came to me. So caring & sweett!!!Once again I needed to use quick urgent care in OKC due to a pinched nerve in my shoulder. I highly recommend Quick Urgent Care Moore facility. The online appointment process was very easy and quick. The doctor and staff was very professional and so caring. The parking lot was filled to capacity but the wait was minimal and my appointment was right on schedule. The staff has a very organized system and Quick means quick! Went ahead and updated to 5 stars since they were very prompt on addressing my concerns. Received an email with requested info within 1 hour of review.Fast and everyone was friendly. I did not receive any paperwork about my visit. I.E. diagnosis, plan of care/what medicine was sent in. Maybe when provider finalizes paperwork it will be sent by email?

First time going here, very nice staff. I had no wait time, very happy with my visit. Clinic was clean and nice looking all around. I was very impressed with my visit here. The Dr. the PA and the Nurses and the front office were all very nice and very helpful...The Dr. and PA were both very kind caring compassionate genuinely concerned about you and willing to do whatever it took to get you treated and on your way. Best urgent care I’ve been to.They have you do a virtual visit in your car, a rapid covid test, and then see the provider in-person if the result is negative.Everyone was extremely pleasant in their communications. The guy who did the swab test was so personable and kind, and the doctor was thorough and informative.

Had to go in late to the Moore location due to Work and the staff was extremely pleasant. The MA America and the PA that helped me were absolutely incredible and profoundly empathetic. I work in healthcare too in a different area - bedside manner and empathy is extremely important for me. Go to this urgent care YOU will NOT be disappointed. They stayed late for me and the MA/PA never made me feel rushed. They stayed over time with me and helped me thoroughly. They also think outside of the box which is a rare find. Absolutely referring patients and friends from now on to them. The medical staff is fantastic!

I went for my first visit at Quick Urgent Care to have my wrist evaluated after a biking injury. I was seen by Meredith who alleviated any concerns I had about fractures or longer-term soft tissue damage. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and compassionate, making she her I didnt have any unanswered questions! Her evaluation impressed me and left me feeling confident about how to treat my injury. Nurse Sarah (IIRC, sorry!) was also excellent! She was super friendly, a great listener, and took extra care while working up my x-rays. Hopefully, I wont have another biking injury, but if I do, I know where Ill go :)

Really liked Quick Urgent Care in Moore, wasnt busy at all. Very friendly, courteous people there. Was in and out in about 1/2 hr. To 45 minutes later.

They listen well, very patient centered. I didn’t feel like the doctor was trying to rush me out. But at the same time everything was quick and efficient.

I am so grateful for the staff at the Moore location. Kelly went above and beyond to help me and the Dr . Sandhu was one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. I only wish this clinic was more than an urgent care one and one that I could use for my primary medical care. Thank you for the great care and all you do.

We received the most amazing care from this clinic! Val and Mahsa went above and beyond! We absolutely loved the provider as well-he was wonderful with my daughter. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Healthcare is so difficult during this time, and this is one place you can come to feel valued vs feeling like a burden.

This has been one of the best doctors visit experience I had. I had severe neck strain/shoulder pain and I couldnt even move my neck a bit for last two days before I went to see the doctor at this clinic. They took care of my problem in no time and I was feeling better within four to five hours of the visit.1. The staff was very friendly.2. Doctor and nurses were very patient and helpful.3. The clinic was very clean and nice looking.4. The doctor didnt have me wait for an hour or so in his clinic, and sawme within 5 minutes of my arrival at the clinic. (On my visit to someother doctors, they had me wait for more than an hour after my arrivalat the hospital).5. There checkup prices are not bad at all.6. Doctor kept checking on me about my health, via cellphone, until I wasfully fit.I would recommend anyone to go to this clinic.

Everyone at this clinic was awesome and so nice. They were also super quick, I had to get three stitches and was in and out in under 45 mins. Even with things done quickly, everything was done efficiently and the doctor placed a high priority on things being sterile and as painless as possible. Will definitely come here again if needed!

They open earlier than all the other Urgent Care offices in the area. The facility was clean. They got my daughter in and out very quickly and the Dr was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Still getting bills from JANUARY that are covered by my insurance. I get rude comments from staff when I call, and each time it is something in their system messing up the charge offs and it STILL has not been resolved.Complete and total incompetence. Never going there again.

I appreciate the doctor’s skill in getting a tough IV started. He was compassionate and caring, which is appreciated when you’re not feeling well.

This is a really great place to go to!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had to go with my 4 month old baby and they helped me out with her when they needed my weight and when the dr needed to check me. I especially liked the Dr. , he was very polite. He explained my diagnosis and he made sure he prescribed me medicine that’s safe for breastfeeding. He isn’t like some who just come in and out. He explained what he was doing and what I should do and what I’ll be taking and so on. I didn’t feel like he was in a rush to come in and out. I would highly recommend this place. I would be going back when I need to.

I visited Quick Urgent Care today, and I’m so glad I did! We were visiting from out of town. The receptionist was kind and quick. The provider was also very kind and very knowledgeable. My total visit time was less that 30 minutes including the new patient paperwork process! I will definitely use them again for any issues while visiting the OKC area!

I am a Veteran and used Quick Urgent Care because it is in the VA’s contracted network. I had no problems being seen and the dr was wonderful. However, the staff was supposed to call and activate my urgent care benefits and did not, so I was not able to pick up my prescriptions. Once I was made aware, I called them back and asked them to call and activate my benefits. They flat out refused and said they would not. I had to call the VA Contractor Optum and explain the situation to them. Then Optum had to call Quick Urgent Care back and inform them of their duties with Veterans and what was needed to be done. The fact that the staff said they would not, not that they could not was really upsetting.UPDATE: I changed my star review from 1 to 4 stars. Dr. Sandhu reached out to me, along with another staff member, and ensured me that their team has been made aware of the changes for processing Veterans. I had to do a follow up visit today and the process was smooth and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking an interest in you patients!!

They did an amazing job with my son. He needed 6 sutures. The urgent care was really clean. The staff and front desk were so nice and inviting. I will come here for all my urgent care needs for my family.

Great place to go in a pinch! I always book online before heading in and havent had issues with waiting too long. CVS hadnt received my prescription yet and told me to call them and check. They were very helpful in getting it sorted out and called back to keep me updated! Almost dont want to leave a great review so they dont get too busy for me :-)

I was able to make an immediate appointment for a rapid test. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I was able to do all of my paperwork online, and the the intake with the nurse and PA were done via phone/video call. Then my whole family just drove through the parking lot for our tests. Easy peasy...and now we can have peace of mind while visiting our older family members for Christmas!

I always come here when I need anything at all! I’ve brought my 4 year old here as well. The doctors & nurses are very knowledgeable & helpful. They always send me home feeling better & with a solution. All of the staff takes care of their patients & in a very timely manner.

Went to dentist for infected tooth and just needed antibiotics and they tried to send me to an oral surgeon and wouldn’t give me antibiotics so I went her and was seen quickly and left with what I needed Lisa was great

We arrived 15 minutes before closing to get help for my daughter’s symptoms. The receptionist was so kind, even though we were arriving so late. We completed registration on my phone in the car, and within 15 minutes, we did a telemed visit with the dr, they had swabbed for Covid, flu and strep, and we were headed home! The doctor called 20 minutes later with results and a plan. Awesome care!

This just happens to be right outside our neighborhood so that’s why we chose to go here, but I’m so glad we did because the entire staff is amazing! We feel so cared for each time. Our wait times have never been longer than 15 minutes. The doctor treated us like he’s known us forever. I highly recommend.

I went to Quick Urgent Care toward closing time on a Saturday. They were quick to see me and every person I dealt with extremely cordial.Sunday afternoon, I received a call to see how I felt! The PA, John Anglin, was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all my concerns about medication and upcoming tests I have scheduled. Great bedside manner I haven’t experienced in years.

I’ve come here several times over the last few years and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are always caring and prompt. Two things almost impossible to find. I recommend this urgent care to everyone.

If I can edit this review later I will to include the PA’s name who saw me today. The bedside manner is incredible and I will continue to use this urgent care when in need because of that. I felt really embarrassed over the anxiety I was having towards an unfamiliar skin rash on my arm that popped up today, but the nurse and especially the PA helped ease my worries and didn’t make me feel judged or belittled. I’m grateful for the experience I had here today. Thank you for your medical expertise and your sincere compassion. It really makes this place one of a kind.

When I needed help I didn’t get a recorder. I got a live person!! My husband needed a COVID test. They were super!! He had his results within the hour. Very professional and friendly too! We got to stay in our car for the test which was a BIG plus!! We definitely recommend Quick Urgent Care!

We started going here about a year ago after some bad experiences at another urgent care. They have been wonderful. The staff has always been pleasant. They get you in and out fairly quick and back on your feet. Definitely recommend giving them a chance if you need medical care!!

Wonderful! They deserve 10 Stars!! I took my daughter here for possible pink eye (turned out it was just a reaction to seasonal allergies). When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who got us signed in. We didnt have to wait long to be brought back to the exam room by the nurse and she did a thorough but quick history since it was our first time there. The Dr came in and did an exam, she was very good with my daughter and helpful in understanding the diagnosis and treatment. She answered all my questions and let us know what to look for in case follow-up treatment might be necessary. All in all we were there for less than 45 minutes, might have even been 30 but we ended up chatting about where we just moved from and other things. I even got a call the next day from the Dr. to check and see how my daughter was doing. Very glad we found this office and would highly recommend them.

Look, the staff when you get there is nice. But the young lady who handles their billing is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Miss Kelly not only threatened me when I called to send my bill to collections, but also refused to give me an invoice. Sounds like a scam to me. If you cannot provide me with the bill, and date of service, it did not happen. I did not dispute the bill. I just wanted documents. Even though you get paid to do your job, you still find it in yourself to be crummy to other people. Disappointing.

I have been here a few times for my son, my boy friend, and myself. Each time we are able to be seen right away. We are literally in and out of there. The nurses and doctors are so nice to us! They are able to tell us what is wrong and get us treated asap. I love it there and I would recommend it to anyone!

I usually have a good experience but today I came to get an STD test and I explicitly informed them that I didnt want to have to pay for it and express hesitation and confusion about the process and about what information I would need to disclose and after repeatedly saying no that I did not want to have the test without knowing and that I was concerned and confused the provider escalated and chose to continue on and started touching me and going through normal routine check-up even though I said that I didnt want to do that. After I expressed confusion and concern again I looked at my partner to ask them if they were okay with me getting the test as they were paying for it, and then iftikhar started to back up and then explain to me why they were just trying to help and getting very defensive and then in a friendly but off-putting tone offered that I could go to the health department at the end for free. Weird. Wont be back. Felt like harassment.The Dr who i saw was named Sandhu iftikhar. Please be mindful

Not really sure how this place has 4.9 stars, I never saw the doctor, they never came in my room. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me but still sent me with antibiotics. I ended up having to go to the emergency room for help. They require masks for you to come in, which is fine, but if you are going to require your patients, I expect to see others masked up as well. They don’t care to help you, just take your money. Go somewhere else.
