Extremely friendly staff, super informative and concerned Doctor along with nurses! I’ve used this Immediate Care Clinic for a while for their attentiveness to whatever concerns I have related to my health. I never have anything bad to say and always recommend this location over any other to anyone I know! Super fast and friendly environment with caring and friendly individuals! Came in for a bug bite and you could see the concerning look and recognize quality questions being asked to assure they can help you to their maximum potential. Thank you Immediate Care located on S May Ave, you guys ROCK!

I had an excellent experience on my D.O.T physical exam at this location. I highly recommend it to my fellow truck drivers, where you can get most medical needs.

I was in and out really fast..!!. It only felt like forever because I had to use the bathroom really bad !! The lady at the front desk was fast and courteous, so was the tech that helped me with my pre employment drug test.

An outstanding practice. The staff is extremely helpful, from the front desk to assistant, and Dr. Jared is fantastic! They listened to my concerns, shared them and treated. I will definitely use them again!

Stupidly overpriced, these people are basically scammers.I went there Nov 2023, and 6 months later I received a bill for $200. The statement said the total cost of the visit was $350. All I did was go to get a refill prescription for an inhaler. My insurance already paid them $150.I called them on the phone, they said a cost of a basic doctors visit to get a refill for a prescription would be like $129. Thats all I did when I was there.So how the hell has my insurance paid them $150, and theyre asking me for another $200, for a service that costs $129???I went to Budget Medical and paid like $70 out of pocket for a visit. They didnt even take my insurance I just paid cash. This place is a ripoff and Im never setting foot in there again.Youre seriously asking me to pay nearly triple the price of a competitor in town, AFTER my insurance has already paid you what should have been the entire cost of my bill???This is the kind of stuff people get dragged into court over!!!EDIT: RESPONSE TO OWNERI AM JUST MORE MAD NOW. YOUR REPS CALLED IN AND HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME EVERYTHING WAS BILLED CORRECTLY. NOBODY AT YOUR CLINIC EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I WENT THERE THAT ALL OF THE PRICES ARE JACKED UP IF YOU USE INSURANCE. This place is overrun by nurses. If you need care see a physician. Waited 2 hours for a DOT examse despite having an appointment. Reschedule 3 time. Seems like the nurse is the only one here.Nurses are nurses - they have gone thru nursing school. See a physician, that that has been to actual med school & has over 17000 hous of Medical raining under their belt.See a doc, save a life. See an NP, pay the price.You/your insurance will be charged but you infact you se seeing a NURSE. NPs are nurses, not physicians.ALWAYS ask for a Physician who has actually gone to medical school. Never trust a nurse who plays doctor w your heath.

I really like this place for immediate medical needs. They work as fast as they can to get you in & out. Ive always had wonderful service from them. Thank you immediate care !

I wish I could give zero stars. This facility charges you 129 just to see the doctor, which is absolutely insane. And pretty much charges you for anything they can. Misled me on the phone when I asked about pricing. This is a for profit clinic and they don’t care about the patients. Scum

Advertises for DOT physicals actually booked an appointment with appointments available all day. Arrive for appointment only to be told the is no DOT physician. Waste of time and gas. Will never do business at this location or any other

Our family has come here multiple times- the level of quality and professionalism has always been great. This is our go-to urgent care even though there are a couple of closer ones. We were in just last week for my son & received the same great care as always.

Staff was nice. Check in was easy. Went in due to illness lasting over a week. They did not test but asked appropriate questions. Prescriptions were sent within minutes to the pharmacy. Clean facility, efficient, and total time was less than a regular Dr office.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Things move a a steady pace as well.

10 out of 10! This place was wonderful. The lady in the front was a doll and so helpful. They got my son back quickly, and were so good with him! Every single person there was great, his treatment was spot on, and they made sure he got a sucker and stickers before he left too. We will definitely be using Immediate Care for all of our familys urgent health care needs.

Went in for a rapid covid test as a walk in waited maybe 3 minutes before I got tested. Very thorough in questions. And was able to get my results very quickly. Thanks to all the staff and Dr. very helpful.

I have been an Immediate Care patient for many, many years and Im sorry to say I will NEVER go back after my most recent experience. They used to be great and I recommended them highly, but the quality of both the medical care and customer service provided has rapidly declined. I went in for two visits, three days apart because my illness only progressed after the first visit and the medication I was prescribed did nothing to help. I was charged an additional $50 copay because I was a few hours outside of Immediate Cares follow-up window, but I was feeling miserable and desperate help, so I forked it over. During both visits, I was seen by just nurse practitioners and not actual doctors, and my condition continued to worsen. I eventually went to the OU Medical clinic nearby, was seen by an actual MD and not just a NP, and finally began to improve.However, the Immediate Care nightmare has only gotten worse. Not only did they erroneously double charge me for my second visits copay for a total of $150 in three days, but when I went to the clinic to get this resolved, I was given the business card of their patient care advocate who never answered my phone calls or returned my voicemails. To make matters worse, I received two emails informing me that I had scheduled two more payments with Immediate care for an additional $130. I did not authorize them to charge my card, so Im guessing it was in the fine print somewhere and they werent upfront about it. I visited their patient portal to attempt splitting up or delaying the payment until my next paycheck to lessen the blow since I was already out so much money, but there was no option, except to call their customer support - and you can imagine how that went. I tried calling their patient care advocate again, received no response, and then called their parent company of Carbon Health only to be on hold for more than an hour. Per the recordings instructions, I emailed Carbon Health and have received nothing even though its well past the 48 hour window of when I should have received a response.Immediate Care and Carbon Health do not care about their patients, period. I have never had such a stressful and frustrating experience with a medical clinic before. I will never, ever return to Immediate Care. Avoid at all costs.

I really like the staff here. They seem like they listen and have the ability to ask the right questions better than other doctors Ive been to. I give these guys five stars every time I come see them

The people were super friendly and approachable! It did not take long for me to be seen and get results. They were awesome. I would recommend this place if you need urgent care.

Its ok I come for sever cough to get antibiotics and I dont have any symptoms of vivid oxygen level 99 and no fever but I did home covid test its came negative. I dont want to do another covid testing but doctor say he wont prescribe antibiotics if I dont do covid test again . Kind of against my willing and unfair. Other than that all ok. 1 to 10 Ill give 3.

I scheduled an appointment online, and it was very easy to get in. Even though they apologized for being short-staffed and that it might take them a while, they were excellent. I still got out within a normal amount of time and on my way to the pharmacy to get my medication!

I have been coming to this location for quite a few years now and I respect their proffassionism and detail test and openes, which put me at ease.

Front desk personnel was super nice and friendly. Dr. Robert Todd was exceptional. He took his time to listen to my concerns. I felt like he was my family doctor even though I only see him for the first time at an urgent care facility. I went there on a Friday afternoon, so my lab work wont come back until Saturday or Sunday. Dr. Todd gave me a phone # to call him on Sunday to go over my lab results, instead of telling me to wait until Monday. That tells me hes a caring doctor. I was extremely happy with the service I received. I definitely recommend this facility.

Ive been to this clinic about three times now. Each time theyve been super kind and are eager to help me. When going to an urgent care, youre always afraid that theyre just going to prescribe you something and rush you out the door, but this clinic takes the time to find out whats wrong with me.

Just went on for a pre-employment drug test. It went well and the nurse, Courtney, was very nice.I do use this location for my needs upon occasion and have always gotten great care and service.

They got me in very quick and correctly diagnosed me!!! I can not ask for anything more than that

This is a really good place to come when you can not get an appointment with your pcp or need to be seen during hours your pcp is closed. The staff is very nice and friendly and they always figure what we need to get treated as soon as possible. You are normally in and out of there quickly and don’t have to be there for hours like at other places. This is our definite go to urgent care clinic!

This is our go to place if we ever have a problem. The place is clean, the care providers are great! Professional and kind. We never have to wait too long. Keep up the good work! 🖤

Don’t let Brooks treat your babies. I’m out of state with my toddler who became sick and had a minor toe injury. The nurse practitioner Brooks has either never worked with small children or she just doesn’t like children. My toddler was sick and she came at him in a frighting way, did not explain what she was doing and then asked me to forcefully hold down my child. I asked her to just show him what your going to do, ie check his ears, by pretending to do it to me. This works like a charm and removes the fear of a stranger poking and prodding. He is still distraught from the interaction. Also she acted like we were a bother to her on this very slow Saturday.You have a choice in where you or your child receives urgent care, go somewhere else. The receptionist and nurse were both very very kind and understood how to interact with children.

Waited an hour to see the doctor, but that was okay (we didn’t check in online & more serious patients were appropriately seen first). Both the doctor and nurse were great with my chatty 7 year old. We left with 2 prescriptions and we hope our little patient is feeling better soon. I appreciated that the orders were sent to the pharmacy electronically and ready for pickup by the time we got there.

Had one person in front of me at the window for check-in and literally waited at least 20 minutes before anyone came to the window. Also wish while setting an appointment on line for drug testing you could actually pick a time for an appointment instead of just the day. Two people came in after me that actually had appointments and went before me. Total time there was about 1 and a half hours.

I made an appointment online (recommend 10/10) and I was out in 25 minutes. They were very friendly and listened to me when I said what I thought it was! Not many doctors will listen to their patients opinions of what is wrong but they did!

From the first step I made in the building, from intake to discharge, I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly, kind, and compassionate. The PA (AC) was very understanding and she listened. Not to mention I paid out of pocket and their prices were very reasonable. Thanks for all that you all do!

This place sucks! Only needed a drug screen. I made an appointment, but apparently, walk-ins are more priority. Ill find a different location next time! Count on it!!

My experience here was so good! They were prompt, friendly and treated me with care and in a timely manner. I felt comfortable and will definitely trust them in the future.

Online check in was quick, easy and accurate. I walked in and was seen right away without a wait. Nursing staff was efficient and friendly and then quickly we saw the physician. Physician was very personable. Son needed an x-ray, which was done very quickly and we were able to see the films immediately. For what we had done - the fact we were in and out in less than an hour is truly remarkable. Thank goodness for a place that understands quality customer service should also apply to healthcare!

This was a really great experience from start to finish. The new patient paperwork is well organized, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the the office seemed clean and orderly. The medical staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable. They ensured that I was well taken care of. There is even a way to fill out new patient information online.

The wait was long to be seen, 1 hour but, the girl at the front desk was honest about the wait time and offered me an appointment for later. Once back in triage, things moved quickly and efficiently. The nurses and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. My problem was handled correctly and the staff were very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

The office on Southwest 104th and May was absolutely fantastic. The two gentlemen that ran the office were great points of contact and great doctor and nursing assistant. They took care of my wife and I in a matter of minutes. And actually enjoy the visit with all of the staff I highly recommend them. Not to mention it was a far better experience then going to my primary doctor good work and way to go!

The staff at this Immediate Care were great and very caring. They swabbed me for the flu and the test took a while to complete. During that time the doctor came in twice to check on me and see if there was anything she could get me while waiting on the results. I tested positive for the flu and she quickly wrote out a prescription and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this office and I will definitely use them in the future.

First...very prompt and friendly. They are efficient and very professional. I have been to them 4 times and have been pleased each time. They are great about giving you something in the visit with the doctor to start making you feel better immediately and not have to wait to get to the pharmacy. I love em. We took our son here on a weekend and had a great experience. We were in and out quickly. The office was quiet and everyone was friendly. Very helpful and I was amazed how quickly we were finished. Will definitely use this office for any future needs!

Ive been to this place a few times now and on both occasions I received the utmost respect courtesy and care from the Dr and the PA! My first visit I had a terrible Pain and the PA ran tests and talked to me and he was nice so cool and down to earth. My second visit there was a female Doctor who saw me for pain. She was very nice to me and really helped me get better. The nurses and front desk staff were great and nice to me!

Staff was really friendly. The Doctor made me feel comfortable and at ease with what I was going through. The process was quick and worry free. If you’re looking for something easy going while also making sure your needs are met, this is the place to go to.

Ive been there multiple times, and am always pleased with the service. All of the staff is very professional and friendly. My daughter had to have a strep and flu screen (which she was not happy about). The nurse was extremely kind and patient with us, taking all the time that was needed. In the past, my daughter had had a very bad experience with the strep swab at a different clinic, and now it terrifies her to have it done. The nurse was definitely more patient with her than I was! Excellent service all around.

This clinic has great practictoners, they get to their patients quickly depending on how full the waiting room is, their check in/ check out is efficient. They explain their findings, listen to the patient input regarding medications,and are through in their follow up instructions. I’ve used them for years and never once had a bad experience.

We live in Chickasha and all of our urgent cares were closed, my granddaughter was sick so I made an online 4:00pm appointment with them. We got there at 3:00pm and they werent busy so we got right in. They were all super nice and we were back in Chickasha at 4:30 picking up medicine. I would definitely recommend them.

It was great. Walked in, registered, walked out, they called me about 25 minutes later as I waited in my vehicle. Went in. Did the triage, showed me to a room. Was walking out the door 10 minutes later. No muss, no fuss.Couldnt have been faster or easier. Thanks to everyone who works at the west moore location. I appreciate your efforts!

After being turned away at 3 other urgent cares because it was too close to closing time, I arrived at Immediate Care about 15 minutes before they closed. They graciously agreed to see my daughter even though they all knew that would mean they wouldnt get to leave right on time. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and willingness to help us.

I dont get sick very often but when I do I come to immediate care at this location. First of all the young lady at the desk is very sweet and helpful which makes it very nice when your not feeling well, then the nurse who spoke with me and helped me with my symptoms was just so very living and kind and then the doctor was very helpful,kind and considerate while diagnosing my illness and didnt mind that I asked questions. The waiting room is so very clean also. Thank you for taking such very good care of your customers..

Immediate Care Urgent Care has been our go to for family care because we are able to get in quickly and be seen on the same day. Our Primary Care office always has a two to three week wait time and Immediate Care always gets us in the same day. It’s a very clean facility, the staff and doctors are very friendly and thorough, and you can register online ahead of time for your appointment. The wait is not long like our primary care, that has been known to be an hour and a half to two hour wait. Thanks Immediate Care for meeting our family’s needs when we have sick kiddos!!

This facility and staff are amazing; super quick! My son and I were in and out for our Covid-19 test in 20-25 minutes. The young lady to did our swab was very “calming”. I would recommend this facility unreservedly.

BEST URGENT CARE!!!This urgent care blows away the competition. The front desk staff are outstanding as well as the providers. Dr. Todd is fantastic. I got tired of dealing with the RUDE staff and providers at my pediatrician’s office and now bring my entire family here for emergencies. I’ll never go back to just kids pediatrics. My son choked on a grape and they were wonderful to us and Dr. Todd called to check up on us 3 times and when we had to go back three days later they were even better. If you are on the fence, please go. The wait is never long and they are very thorough.

Made my appointment online. Got there and filled out the few small pieces of paper that were needed and was immediately called back. That is HUGE to me because I hate waiting. Doctor and PRN were wonderful. Never made me feel rushed. Listened to all my babble about my burned hand and then took care of my injury. Great conversation. Very kind and considerate. Glad I chose them!

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this clinic. The nurse and doctor were very helpful and knew how to deal with sick children (3yrs and 20 mo). I am new to OKC and do not have a PCP yet, but I wish I could take my children here. Ive never seen a cleaner place or felt more comfortable taking my children to see a doctor. The doctor came in within a minute of waiting in the exam room and quickly assessed my daughters health, made a diagnosis, and sent a prescription with professionalism. He greeted us with a handshake before the examination.

They are all super sweet and helpful! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The wait time was not long at all and I got there at 7pm. The young lady who did my X rays and vitals was very nice and well educated. The Dr. Answered all my questions and made me laugh even though I broke my leg. Could not say one bad thing about this place!

This was my second trip to Immediate Care.... they were once again fast, friendly with caring front end and backend staff and providers. Clean environment, patient board to kept you in formed of your own wait time. Detail receptionist she picked up that my address being off by one digit- typed in wrong on my last visit. Great job me being in the medical billing world shes a keeper.... I would recommend Immediate Care!!

I was the first patient of the day, but they got me in quickly. Everyone was very courteous and I believe genuinely wanted to help me. The doctor made sure I had everything I needed to get to feeling better quickly. I truly appreciated the outstanding care I received!

I had a phenomenal experience at the West Moore location, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed with warm smiles, from getting lab work down to my chest X-ray, everything was handled with care and genuine compassion, I highly recommend coming here. It was clean, and well organized. I left with a smile, I’m so impressed with the staff at West Moore, and I’m going to recommend all my family and friends!

Very unprofessional stuff, we did a drug test screening at this location and it took 3 weeks to get the results!!! , they sent the recipients without the affidafid letter, when we asked them to send it again they didnt move a finger and we lost a driver who was waiting for them . If you dont want to get stuck over there for 3 weeks, do not go over there or send yor driver to them.

They have a new policy that requires keeping your credit card information on file for automatic billing purposes. The receptionist politely informed me that the credit card was not stored for future billing purposes and proceeded to hand me a form to sign. The form very clearly stated that the credit card information will be stored on file in their system. I provided my insurance card as well as a benefits statement showing my copay. She stated that she had to discuss with someone and she came back stating that she would be going against policy but would allow it this one time only but for future visits, they will need to keep my personal credit card on file! She acted annoyed at this point, so I left. Essentially, I was told that I will not be seen in the future without the information. Other urgent care facilities also utilize this automatic billing but give you the option to decline and pay copayment and paper billing. I have always preferred this Immediate Care but will no longer utilizes their services.

I am very satisfied with my visit at Immediate Care. Not feeling well I decided to stop in to see what was going on. Within an hour I found out that I had the flu. The service was speedy and accurate. I had a prescription for tamiflu and was on my way to feeling much better. Thank you for the great service!

I checked in and filled out minimal paperwork. They had a screen which showed what each person in lines approximate wait time was. The wait times were accurate. The Dr who saw me, Jeorge, heard me out and was attentive. The technician who took my vitals was professional. I end up needing to see a doctor here a few times a year and I have not had a negative experience.

I went there today with flu like symptoms and I was attended at the window with kindness. I was called in and the nurse who first evaluated me was very kind and efficient. However, when I was sent to an examination room the physician/nurse practitioner (not sure, he didn’t have a name tag) had awful bedside manner. Made me feel as if it were my fault I was ill and that I was wasting his time. He seemed to be in a rush and he commanded me very rudely to open my mouth and to breathe during his brief examination. On top of that, I felt discriminated for being Hispanic when he asked me very rudely if I had insurance. Which obviously I did because they ask for it straight away when you come in. This man needs to learn how to treat people with the respect and dignity every human person deserves, especially in this line of work.

I waited over an 1 hour 1/2 while there was 13 people that went before me. And I get it some of them made appointments but there was 7 that were after me and I didn’t get to go. All she had to say if you were first you get to go next. I was before those seven people that didn’t have an appointment. I hade to leave and go to the hospital. O get this 5 of the 7 were signing new forms too. And they were not nice to me at all. Found out I needed steroids for this rash because it was getting worse by the minute and they didn’t care if I was wanting to scratch it or I was itchy. At least saint Anthony’s hospital is nicer. And she said I would get refunded and they haven’t even tried to do that. I wasn’t even seen there what so ever. Just sitting in the waiting room going crazy trying not to itch while it was spreading up my arms. So they better give me a refund or I will write to there corporate next. And I have proof in my account that they have not even tried once to take it off. I have a picture. It was right before I wrote all of this. I will be calling you in the morning.

Awesome staff! Very friendly and I got seen quickly even though I came on a busy day. Staff very kind and patient with all my questions and concerns including cost and billing (took my regular insurance copay). Encouraged me to call or come back with any further questions/ concerns). Office admin was knowledgeable and pleasant during check in and check out processing. Nursing staff and doctor were efficient, thorough & friendly during exam. Not too many places you can get this quality of service! I would definitely visit them again should the need arise!

I woke up super sick. Went to this little spot. Checked in by a super sweet lady. Triage was quick and she was thorough and kind. PA Charles was incredible!! I have other health issues that needed some care while treating a cold. He worked for 40 minutes to check with pharmacists on interactions for other meds. If you need someone that cares, and a facility that is built to take care of folks... go here!

Dr. Todd and whole team were just great. I had originally came for my little one, but I had to come back for myself and both times we were in and out with prescriptions in hand. Thank you all again!

Walked in and was seen within 35 minutes. Thought my little 3 year old had the flu and didnt want to take him to Just Kids Pediatrics because they are just absolutely awful.. The staff was friendly, caring, and informative. Took flu swab and received results back pronto. No giggling in halls like most urgent care I have taken my children to. We left right at 5 and the place was cram packed! Convenient location and nice CLEAN facility! Will be using this place in the future if needed.

My son and I rushed to immediate Care of Oklahoma on South May under the assumption that his ankle was broken! The staff there didnt hesitate to come to the car to look at his ankle before he had to be carried inside. They were very friendly and professional. They all stayed after hours, just to make sure he received the best care they could give him. We would like to thank the staff for treating us like family!

The word Immediate is working harder then the employees. Just a drug screening took over 2 hrs , and when asked why . They said our system is down. Now we got 6 people in the waiting room and no one is moving ! This is absolutely absurd.. id definitely never recommend anyone spend there afternoon there . Nothing to drink , stuff room. Horrible attitude and atmosphere, plus the admission prices are outrageous.

Called ahead to be sure they had the capability of repairing a laceration. Was told yes so drove my child over. After filling out paperwork, the receptionist said she wasn’t sure the provider would agree to repair the laceration. Rather than having the provider come out and actually assess the wound himself, the receptionist decided it was “pretty deep,” went to the back and returned saying he wouldn’t repair it because my child was “too young” (she’s 2) and it was too near her eye. This wound could have been easily repaired with Dermabond. At a minimum, a QUALIFIED medical professional should have SEEN her and made the assessment before refusing to treat. Triage protocol (and possibly the provider’s ability to care for simple lacerations) needs to be reassessed here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I was hoping I wouldnt have to write a review because I hate being negative about a business, but after leaving a voice message for the executive director for the entire company almost FOUR WEEKS AGO and still no return call, I guess this is what I had to do. The customer service at this location is embarrassing. The way they treated my family would be considered neglect and then never returning a phone call to address this is just disrespectful. After working in healthcare as long as I have, I would never treat anyone or their family like this place did. Save your money folks and go somewhere else.

The doctors and the front desk employees were wonderful. However the online experience was not as great. I filled out all the paperwork yesterday for my appointment today and none of it has been transferred. I hope the lady that was having to retake the information wasnt too upset at my irritation at the situation it definitely was not at her she was wonderful.

I will never come here again. I made an appointment online and showed up 30 minutes early to make sure I could be seen as quickly as possible. Well, I waited for over an hour and a half. I went to the desk and advised that I wanted my credit card refunded and I didnt get an apology. Nothing. If youre feeling crummy and dont feel like spending hours waiting to be seen do NOT come to this urgent care.

Friendly, efficient and clean. Short wait. Both the nurse (sorry, didnt catch his name) and Dr. Todd were kind and caring. They did not talk down to me and treated me like a personI will go back. My previous urgent care has not gotten better with age. ICO has up to date technology.

I use this clinic any time I am sick or my son is sick. Nurse Mika is always super friendly and makes sure we are taken care of, her bed-side manner is so great! With online check in we rarely have to wait to be seen. This is such a great clinic!

Provider I met with was exceedingly kind, I was referred to ER, and ended up needing an appendectomy. I’ve been to this location previously and had kind providers and nursing staff at that time as well.Back again and was treated with kindness and respect. Staff was efficient and professional.

Fast, convenient and the friendliest staff ever. They even accepted my insurance. I did have a larger co- pay than I normally have but it much more convenient than an ER room. I would recommend their care to any and everyone.5 star for sure.

I took my 5 year old in because the kids clinic was too packed. I was in and out within about 30-40 mins (including filling out new patient paperwork). The staff was great with him and he got the care he needed. Great place!

If you need blood taken or that scares you, DONT GO HERE! I have been here twice that the nurse tried multiple times to take my blood with no success. Anywhere else that tries, never has a problem! Also, they never called me about my test results! I had to call multiple times per day for 3 days and call the imaging center for them to send them AGAIN, and then call them back again to finally get my results! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!

Violation if HIPPA? I made a appointment online. I had wait 10 min to check in because no-one was at the front desk. We had to yell is anyone here. They asked me what I was coming in for. I already told them when I made my online appointment. I say abdominal pain then she says a UTI. Oh a diagnosis in the waiting room. They will embarrass you and violate HIPPA. I ended up leaving. Get out of the medical field and Go pick up a broom.

This Clinic is the vey best immediate care facility in our area. The staff and doctors are excellent. When my husband had Covid, before we knew what Covid was, we went to this clinic for a flu test thinking that’s what it was. The doctor thought it was flu too and tested but my husband tested negative. The doctor said it was the worst upper respiratory virus he had seen to date, and prescribed a Z pack, steroids, and an inhaler. These are the exact things that doctors later prescribed for Covid. So thankful the doctor knew what to do.My husband and I both went in recently for a PCR test to attend an event. We needed a negative test within 72 hrs of our event. The doctor was worried that the backlog of PCR tests at the regular lab, picked up that evening, would cause us to miss our event so he sent them to Norman Regional Hospital immediately with a stat order. Got the test back in 24 hours so we had no worries about attending our event.They go above and beyond for you at this clinic. The Doctors are very good and genuinely treat you as a long time patient.Highly recommend! Will go nowhere else for immediate care.

Today my husband (Zafar Umar ) went in to Westmoore location for ear wax removal. Wait time was ok , nurse and PA were polite but they only cleaned one ear and sent him home , did not even tell him that he still has wax impacted in right ear. When he got home he was still complaining that hearing is still not good . At home I irrigated his ears and was able to remove the wax . My concern was that they should notify the patient that he still has wax in the right ear . He had written instructions to irrigate his ears but verbally he was not notified .

First visit and was very pleased! Everyone was so nice and the Doctor was very observant. The one medicine I was ordered was to much so the pharmacy faxed the Dr for a substitution and the Dr faxed right back with a cheaper med that I could afford! I cant say enough about how pleased I was. I would recommend this place to anyone! And, lastly the Dr LISTENED!! Again Id give 10 stars if I could :)

They were very kind starting with the front desk . I made an appointment online and didnt have any problems getting in or waiting very long . The office was very clean and so were the patients rooms. The nurses and the PA are very kind and so was a receptionist at front. I would recommend using their facility.

They were SO quick! They got my sick son in and out in 20 mins! My daughter went to see them on a different day and she was in and out within 30 mins! Thank God for Immediate Care! I remember the days waiting in the ER 2-3 hours just to be seen. Only to be seen by the doctor after another hour wait and on top of that another hour to be discharged with Rx. Im so glad immediate care is here!

Every time I have had to come here, I have been in and out very quickly!! The nurses are very nice and the doctors are always willing to chat about what is wrong and give options before giving their recommendations. Very conservative on antibiotic usage! Would highly recommend this urgent care!

I went there for a mandatory new hire drug screening. There was a longer than usual wait time, almost 20mins, compared to facilities that only specialize in labs. After the patients in front of me were seen I was in and out. The hours are great and the location is perfect.

I never leave reviews but felt it necessary for this. Every time I come here we’ve spent easily over an hour and a half here. I need to note this is even with no one in the waiting room. The staff is always friendly but it’s not like they spend an unusual amount of time with you. They just don’t seem to ever be mindful of people’s time.

I recently visit this office due to having a broken wrist. I was racially discriminated against by provider and also told my wrist wasn’t broken. I did to go to the ER to be properly treated. My X-ray at the ER confirmed that my wrist was broken. I attempt to contact the manager who has refused to return my calls. Please save yourself any further complications and seek services from a competent provider.

I arrived at there after I had rolled my ankle pretty bad, and the nurse (Connie) was swift to get me into the basics before the doctor. I had x-rays, which was fine, took really no more than 5, 6mins tops for my knee and ankle. After, the doctor was in a min later maybe 2, and was great. He gave me the run down like every doctor should about compression, icing, and elevation. In and out maybe 25mins. Couldn’t of received a better job. Oh, and if it’s busy just expect to wait. Plain and simple.

I hate when my kids are sick and I also hate sitting in the hospital for 6 hours for a cough. I visited immediate care and the name spoke for itself. My son had strep and we arrived and we’re taken back 5 minutes after check in and the entire visit was 25 minutes. This gonna be my first choice for medical assistance 😊

I had originally gone to a different urgent care facility. The employee at that pediatric office on sw 89th was extremely rude and thats why I decided to go to Immediate Care on sw 119th and May.They were friendly as soon as walked in. My wait time was very short. The doctor took his time checking my son and was great at answering all my questions. The facility was clean and staff was helpful. I am very pleased with their service..but their service end there... the doctor called me two days later to follow up and see how my son was doing. That is what I call going above and beyond!!I will refer this office to family and friends. Thank you for your help!

Over the years I have had a few primary care providers but Immediate Care has always provided consistent professional care for my family and me. From illness, injury and even preventative care, these folks have taken great care of us. You should give them an opportunity to show you how well they can take care of you.

From out of state, fastest and easiest urgent care I have been to. Staff and nurse were great and the Dr. was amazing.

I recently moved to OKC & do not have a primary doctor within 13 hours. I decided to go here based on Google Reviews. My co-pay was only $30 with my insurance. I spent 30mins total here, mostly filling out paperwork. The doctor saw me right away & the staff was very kind! I recommend this place to any new residents who dont know where to go!

Wow! I have honestly never had such a fantastic medical experience in my life. Dr. Todd has excellent bedside manner.I was traveling through OKC and was having a medical emergency that required a mild medical procedure. He performed it flawlessly.If I was a resident here, I would be a regular patient and make him my PCP.Thank you very much, Dr. Todd and amazing staff. You all are the real MVPs.

Fast response. Waited 10 minutes in my car and ~15 minutes in exam room and had my results. They said their accuracy rate was in upper 90’s which sounds great to me but I have no way to verify that

This clinic’s Doctors and the supporting staff are great & so personable! Dr Robert Todd always listens to your issue and prescribes the best medication/antibiotic for your specific issue and explains why he chose that medication. He just doesn’t prescibe a medicine and leaves the room like other Drs do when you visit them.Honestly, I enjoy the fact that the clinic staff is available daily anytime before 8 pm and you don’t have to suffer waiting a week or two to see your general practicitioner.I highly recommend this location!

Good nice team but the wait is way too long. I would understand if they were busy but it was just me and one another person. Over an hour in and I’m still in the room waiting for the provider.

Lives up to their name... Immediate Care. In and out in 40 minutes. Nurse Practitioner on duty was very knowledgeable about broad spectrum antibiotics and coverage for certain species commonly associated with otitis media. Great experience.

Being a healthcare practitioner myself, I tend to be critical of the practice and process of medicine at other facilities, especially when a loved one is in need of medical care.That being said, Immediate Care Urgent Care impressed me from the very beginning and continued to do so throughout the entire visit. We were checked-in and called back in less than 10 min on a Friday at 6 PM. I was shocked when the treating physician was the person to bring us to the exam room and check us in, as this duty is nearly always performed a medical assistant or LPN in this setting. The physician even performed the vital signs, which I have never experienced before in this setting or any other outpatient setting; though, this made the sequence and process of the visit much more efficient and timely. The physician made a rapid, accurate diagnosis, while also maintaining a very down-to-earth, genuine, and friendly demeanor.As a fellow healthcare practitioner, I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of urgent, non-emergent medical attention.

Nurse and Dr. Was nice and understanding and did well. In and out quickly as possible. Honest. Only one complaint. The paper work I got for on symptoms made it seem less than what the actual pain is. And that papper was for my job. So many my job say oh you big baby.

Extremely courteous check in staff. Got right in. Very kind nurse and the physician on call, Dr. Nelson. Felt very welcomed. Will definitely go back when the occasion arises. Very impressed.

Ive had to stop in many times here, as Im currently without a PCP. They are always quick and courteous, quick to listen to the patient and quick to find a solution/remedy/medical plan. I highly recommend this location for a typical illness or an emergent one, as Ive experienced them with both.

I had the worst experience at this clinic with Dr. Simpson. I saw Dr. Simpson for severe shoulder and arm pain. I never asked for pain medication during this visit I only asked Dr. Simpson what I could do to help my shoulder to quit hurting quicker. She gave me a shot of steroids and told me to put ice on it and rest it. She diagnosed me with a sprain. She then proceeded to accuse me of abusing narcotic pain medication. She had printed out a copy of a narcotic report which reflected the amount of pain medication I had been prescribed in the past year. This year alone I had shoulder surgery with complications and was diagnosed with a severe GI disease that put me in and out of the hospital. She never allowed me to explain myself and laughed in my face when I told her that two of the medications on the report were my dogs she literally laughed at me! Apparently the pharmacist reports any medications given to your pets on your narcotic reports I know this because I called my pharmacist. My family and I will not be returning to this clinic and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone for anything. There service has never been good even when I went in for the flu and my GI Problems.

My personal go to place for non emergency care.Everytime I go here for myself not my family I always as if I receive the best care possible.The staff is always super nice and they always answer any questions with 100% clarity.I definitely recommend this place!

My son had a bicycle accident in the early evening requiring professional wound care on his chin. We were able to make it in and out in under an hour. Dr. Penwell was fantastic and was able to repair the damage done with no stitches. If we ever need quick, professional, friendly medical care again, well be going to Immediate Care of Oklahoma.

All staff was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were not excessive and cash pay prices were comparable to that of other clinics in the area.

They were quick , kind, and listened, then acted. Tx was good.

I used to come here all of time. I came today just for a blood test no big deal. Or it shouldn’t be anyway. The head medical assistant couldn’t even get a drop of blood and this has NEVER happened to me in my life. I’m an easy stick. I was a phlebotomist and know how to do it as well. The lady also checked my pulse after the alcohol wipe which is a no no. No one else was there to take it and so they tried to give me a rx to get it done, which would have been okay if I hadn’t paid double to get the test tonight. I can literally just go to my primary dr tomorrow. What a waste of time.

Terrible. Online says walkin. Call to get more info. No one answer. Voice recorder says accepts Walkins all day. Finally walk in, no one at front desk available. Big women finally comes with a plate of food looks annoyed. Ask what i need. I tell her im a walkin, with my concern. (While other patients are behind me) Says they are booked and to schedule an appointment online.

Close to home, and I was in ,and out in about 15 minutes , much better than the 1 hour, to 2 hour wait at other places , and the DOT physical is cheaper than cvs...

Really quick, friendly, and clean. In and out! With my prescription faxed straight to the pharmacy. Hate to be sick or my kiddos to be sick but this clinic made it 100% better. Will continue to go here.

Not a long wait. Secretary was nice. Doctor came in- without even looking at my daughter- said my daughter had chicken pox. Shes unvaccinated. So that was his go to. Started asking me if i knew anyone who lives with polio. What upset me the most is he didnt care about looking at my daughter, he wanted to lecture me about vaccines. This was around July. My daughter didnt have bumps all over her body, only on her legs and private area, and on her hands. Well its August now and she is losing her nails. Turns out its just Hand Foot Mouth. 😕 Thanks, useless doc. I appreciate it

We have been to this clinic many times. This visit I was seen by Jeffrey Todd APRN. He was very professional and quick to attend to my medical needs. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

My first few experiences at IC were pretty good but my last one was just sort of a nightmare. I went in with a bad cough and fever that had been going on for about a week. They took a chest x-ray and did a blood test. The x-ray according to IC was clear, I apparently had no fever but the blood test indicated an infection was somewhere. They apparently couldnt help any further and sent me to the ER. At the ER they observed my symptoms and took another x-ray. The ER ended up confirming my fever, that I had pneumonia, prescribed a zpak and sent me on my way. Started feeling better in a few days. IC even called me the next day telling me my x-ray was clear. Obviously it wasnt. It took 8 hrs and 10 times my normal office deductible to finally get treated. I chose IC because its usually fast, cost effective and I get the care I need. That obviously didnt happen this time. Im avoiding this headache and wont be back here again.Im still getting billed for something I didnt even get treated for (at this location) months later. So frustrating...

The medical staff operated with efficiency, kindness and knowledge regarding my situation. When another medical situation, such as this one, arises I will use this clinic. Thank you for extending grace to me during an extremely difficult time.

I went in for health advice and consultation following a brief accident. Aside from a racist comment he made during my visit, Roy Slootheer was highly unprofessional and demeaning when answering questions. This review does not reflect the rest of the staff at this Urgent Care facility, but I do not recommend this practitioner.

Very friendly staff.Professional and kind, went in because i could not keep my food down.the doctor gave me anti nauseous medication . called my prescription in .was out with in 30 minutes.

The nurse was incredibly rude with terrible bedside manner and would not listen to my wife when asked about her symptoms and what her story was. The Nurse Practitioner on the other hand was very kind and helpful and patient.

Love this place. Everyone was so nice including the front desk. That in itself is miraculous. The nurse was very pleasant and the doctor took his time and explained everything very thoroughly.

Lawd Jesus. I showed up at 4:10 pm excited to see the parking lot and waiting room empty. I knew my pre employment drug screen would be a quick and simple process. Well the joke was on me as I waited 45 minutes for no apparent reason. The gal at the front desk was really nice and kept assuring me they havent forgotten about me. On the plus side, Halloween wars was playing on the TV in the waiting room and I got to see how to make a killer spooky cupcake.

I went to another urgent care before this one & it had ZERO time for us. At Westmoore they took us right in. The Dr. Was very good.

I sat in the waiting room for well over an hour. Once I got back they didnt really try to determine anything was wrong. They gave me three different medications and said got to an Ear Nose and Throat if they didnt work. Its was a ridiculous excuse for a doctors visit.

Just had my first encounter with Immediate Care and have to say hands down the best I’ve been to yet. I maybe had to wait 10 minutes

Had a fall and bounced my head on the asphalt. They saw me and recommended I go to the ER but they did not charge me for the visit. The doctor also asked me to call him the next day and tell him what they did and how I am feeling.

Georgia was really great with my kids. She did a great job and recommend this place. It was very quick visit got in and got out to get these babies thier meds!

First saw PA on 7/24 for bitten or stung by insect that happened on 7/19. Advised to take benadryl and use benadryl cream.Today, 7/27, I went back because rash is larger and has made my eye feel swollen. I was given a steroid shot. It hurt of course but worse was I put my hand back to pull up my pants when I got blood all over my hand. When I told the nurse she said its because I take a blood thinner & she put a bandaid on it & wiped off my hand. After I got home I went to the restroom & blood was all over my pants & even my shorts. The very small bandaid she used was very small round one & had bled through!!!! Wonder if the shot worked since sooo much blood came out. That nurse needs to have more training.!!!!!

The doctors and staff are so very kind at this place. They take those time with you and show you they care about your welfare. The office is very clean and I love that they are open 7 days a week!

Will deny service if you don’t pay right away. Or pay a bill from 4 years ago that you were unaware of having. All about money. Pathetic. Won’t go there again and won’t pay that bill either now. Would have. But being pregnant and being denied. Not happening now.

I checked in to this Immediate care on S May and payed for an STD blood draw (I don’t have Insurance) and during the visit the staff were very nice. Except for the lady drawing my blood. A couple of days later I called to ask for results and the staffed informed me that the blood draw had “issues” and a redraw would need to take place. So I asked for a refund and was hung up on

I haven’t been to the doctors in a while and the way they treated me was so nice especially since I wasn’t feeling so good dr Todd was so friendly and nice and made me feel better talked thru everything with me and was in and out quickly staff was really sweet as well and I thank this place a lot of making me feel better !!!
