I had such a wonderful experience with Brandi! I have white coat syndrome and veins that are difficult. The atmosphere in her room and her welcoming and kind demeanor put me at ease. Thank you for taking time to meet my needs. I’ll choose this DLO from now on.

Kenya is THE BEST at drawing blood. I have difficult veins, normally have to get stuck multiple times, and I cry. But not with her. She has drawn my blood twice now and I will for sure be going back specifically for her.

I went today to get labs done, and Brittany was the tech who did the draw, and let me just say 10/10! Amazing. She helped calm my nerves, and was so patient with me

Had appt with liver center then told by Dr. Tippin to go to lab real quick. We signed in at 1:49 not seen till 2:32. Ridiculous.

Lab tech brittnaie Corona did an AMAZING job! Didnt even feel a thing and was so nice!

Terrible. They were supposed to be open almost an hour ago and my appointment has passed and nobody has showed up to even open the office. When I called they took 10 minutes to even get ahold of a supervisor and the only solution was they’ll try to get somebody over here to open up.

Missed the draw on a sitting still 10 month old. Bruised him for 2 weeks. Dont take your kids here.

Only 1 person is doing anything. So considering, I got in and out pretty fast.
