DLO Council Crossing Patient Service Center

Took my daughter here for blood work. We waited approximately 7 minutes after checking in on the kiosk and then was called back. Sherry was who worked with us and she was phenomenal. My daughter is terrified of needles and Sherry was very kind and comforting. She has wonderful beside manner.

The labs supposed to open at 8:00 am, but each time I arrive to draw blood, theyre closed, consistently opening late. Picture fasting, waiting outside the lab door for staff who arrive late and with a dismissive attitude. Not only were they tardy, but they also took their time calling patients. Im urging my doctor to avoid sending my labs here in the future.

I had a great experience today at the DLO COUNCIL CROSSING location. Sheri took care of me and was professional, friendly and highly skilled. The blood draw was painless! Thank you, Sheri!

Really, my review of the company is a 3 but my review of the kind person working all alone is a 5. Her name was Cat and she was great! The waiting room was full, it was almost closing time, and she was the lone person working in the whole place. DLO needs to staff appropriately! This worker shouldnt have had to stay 30min after closing to get everyone taken care of. But she stayed upbeat and kind the whole time! 5stars for Cat. 3stars for DLO.

I am a nurse that drops off labs occasionally to this place and there is an older white woman there who is so rude and mean. I try to smile and say thank you to her and she’s just so unpleasant towards me. It’s happened multiple times and it’s makes no sense as to why she’s like this towards me.I even see in the comments below people are talking about the same woman. DLO should speak with her and confront her about her rude demeanor.

There should never just be one employee working. I came here earlier in the day and left because it was taking so long. Came back about an hour later, waiting room still full, and still just one employee working. There aren’t enough seats for everyone and people kept coming in. They need more help.

I read the negative reviews but chose to go ahead and use this location because of convenience. When I arrived I was 6th in line and my waiting time was 15 minutes before being called back to a room. I was greeted by a young technician who was friendly and courteous. After completing my paperwork I was out of there within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this DLO lab.

Ive been here twice. First time a nice, young woman was super helpful and kind. The second time, an older, hateful, rude, angry woman was there. Id say she helped us but she didnt. We ended up leaving. Do I really want my 11 year old to have blood work done when the person is mad at you for just walking in??! I guess she doesnt want to be there. One of the rudest person Ive seen. Highly dont suggest unless its not that older woman. Beware. She has long hair and wears it on top of her head.

Wait time is always horrible.... Never enough staff the screen says 30 minutes and Ive been here 2 hours

After reading several bad reviews of this location I didnt want to come to this specific DLO. However it is the closest to my house and I decided to go here anyway. I was first in line at 2:30. I was out the door within 5 minutes. Both ladies working there today were professional and friendly. While nobody likes taking a drug test for work or having blood drawn I felt this place was clean, fast and professional. 10/10 service

I dont know why they bother with reviews. I dont know of any place else you can get a lab draw done or I would try it. This place is slow as hell. Next time I will try to make an appointment and see if that goes any smoother. I finally gave up after an hour if waiting and drove to the yukon location. At least in Yukon I can get Hawaiian brothers after lol

I have been to this DLO location. It is cleand and the Tech is very skilled. My post is in response to the individual posting about not having her mask.1. Pandemic2. OKC mandatory mandate3. Grown women4. Medical facility5. Ask a child if you should wear your mask in public6. Was the staff responsible for telling you that shirts, panties, bra, pants, and footwear are required?

I brought my 2 year-old here and the gentleman who drew her blood was very skilled, professional and caring. She left smiling! It’s a very clean office and I love the convenient location.

Not enough seats or room in the waiting area

I parked on the other end of the hospital cause I never been, went ahead and walked. This is for a drug test for work and I ended up forgetting my mask. I got to the office and they refused to let me in and refused to let me have a mask. I had to walk back to the other end of the hospital then back to the office with a bladder full because they never told me it was a blood test this is not ok. The emergency office people are friendly though

The gentleman who helped us seemed very skilled and he was able to get a draw on the first try on my squirmy 10 month old. Service was prompt and friendly!

Cat was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable getting my bloodwork done!

The gentleman that works here is fantastic; friendly and does a great job. However I have never waited less then 20 minutes to get in with or without an appointment.

Took my 3 hour glucose test here and the girls who work here were so amazingly nice and made everything super easy !

Waiting for an hour still not called. Only one tech on site. There were only 5 people ahead of me. This is not good for those that need early labs.

I have been to numerous DOL’s by far this is the most slowest, unorganized one I’ve been to so far.

PAINFULLY slow. Sill standing in lobby with a drop off for 20 minutes!

Ridiculous wait just to drop off a specimen for my mom.
