Once you get past the lazy and rude receptionist the Drs and Nurses are great. Dr. Fields gave me options in my care. Kept me informed on what to expect. Monica is wonderful. She always returns my calls promptly and tends to any requests or concerns I have. She follows up promptly as well. Very good Communication. Dr. Nightengale. My fave doctor of all my doctors. Shes always so cheerful and also gives me plenty of options and explains all the details, timelines and procedures or medications. My surgery went very well and also made herself available for questions or concerns post op before going home. Ive enjoyed all my experiences there. Even my shot in the butt every 3 months by Monica. Lol. Great staff. Need friendlier reception tho for sure.

Was seen for pregnancy at this location and Linsey price was extremely rude disrespectful no understanding and just down right disrespectful because I missed a few appointments due to car trouble u have the odasity to talk to me any kinda way …. Not ok she needs to be fired for being u professional

Worst service not friendly most of the time they are but they really not also they dont ever know anything when you ask questions they never know nothing so why work knowing nothing! Also they take for ever in appointments they charge too much money and dont even do their job right! I hate variety cares worst place ever rather go somewhere else!!!!

Call to reschedule appointment, puts me on hold for 11 minutes to come and say “well there’s nothing available, if you can’t make it then just cancel and then you’re going to have to wait until something else opens up” what?? Well WHEN WILL THAT BE? “Idk, just cancel” is this place serious? Guess I’m looking for a new doctor.

RUN!!! This place will waste your time, My Dr. Retired at the beginning of the year & was referred to these guys for my next appointment literally made a month prior, I had the conformation email send to me the day before the appointment then had them cancel on me morning of!!!I had to take a day off to make this appointment thats money out of my pocket, then Im told I can do a virtual appointment for the following Monday, the appointment time passes & I call to see what the deal is & Im informed that my appointment was canceled again. Maybe its time to hire someone new before these lazy Dr.s Run this place to the ground

Worst service ever, was told it would take 48 hours to get test results back from them on a uti and I am going on 96 hours with no results. I have called numerous times and plan to continue to call until someone will tell me anything. Save your time, effort, and money and just go somewhere else.

Dr. Fields and her nurse were the best. Very professional and got back to me fast with my daughters lab results. Dr. Fields explained everything well and made sure we understood what was going on with my daughter. A true gem.

I came in for a pap and with concerns about symptoms that I’ve been experiencing, and also health issues that run in the family. Although my concerns were answered, I don’t feel they were genuinely taken into consideration. I got blew off by the typical “don’t worry it’s normal” even though it’s not, and my pap came back abnormal.

The doctor (Yolanda) made it obvious shes in it for the money. Every time I had lab work done they messed it up 3 times for each test. Pretty sure she was trying to milk my insurance for money. And she argued with me about something I didnt even say. Rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back.

Alllll they talked about was my weight. From the lady checking me in, all the way to the doctor. I didn’t even get any answers on what I came for. She said and I quote “I’m not sure, most likely it’s your weight”. When it was something a urine sample probably could’ve answered! It was a female problem. Yet all the focus was to my weight. Never going to this clinic again.

If I can give them a zero I will. I got a bill for service I did NOT receive. I call many times to speak with someone about the bill and kept getting the run around. They refuse to admit their fault and said that I still need to pay the bill.

Today was my first time visit staff was really nice provided a face mask for my daughter and I . We were out of them quick and I was able to get more things check then what I Originally came in for.

Sign says Family Care, but upon walk in it is a gynecology and pediatric specialist. And yes, I called the number to verify that they take uninsured patients.Why they would think an older male needs gynecological care, I dont know. But being on the road, having to use a taxi service to get to the clinic, then ANOTHER taxi service to go to a different one is a waste of my time and my money.Having firsthand knowledge of the medical field (former EMT), I say its pretty safe to say that urgent care clinics make enough money to keep their advertising current. Do so in the future so that other sick patients do not have to go through this aggravation.

Worst experience I’ve had at a clinic!!!..how do u get discriminated at a low end clinic they wouldn’t let me go in with my wife and baby because “supposedly” only one person can go in to the room but then they let 2-3 ppl in with everybody else that was going in!!. Definitely changing clinic!!!

Worst service ever.Less knowledge about everything.They confused me last 2 visits.The administration doesn’t have enough knowledge about their service.First time I did appointment with Dr Nightingle.They cancel my appointment without give me any notice.Now they charged a lot without inform us.It’s totally unexpected.

If your Hispanic by all means go there. They will see you over a white person on a heartbeatI had bronchitis they told me I couldnt be seen for 1 month. Had to pay $200 to urgent care. Turns out I was really sick.

They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I would not have additional costs.Front desk, nurse, and PA were all helpful and super friendly.

I did not like the attitude of Dr. Fields at all.She looked so irritated and had a bad attitude.Unprofessional!

Variety care on Nw 10th is ridiculous and unprofessional. I will NEVER come back to this location and I’ll be sure to let my friends and family know ‼️‼️

My go to variety care. I’ve always been attended nicely and respectfully 👍🏼

They are great to my 1 in a half year old and gives him everything he needs.

I am pregnant and they sent me home with high blood pressure. I still dont understand why they sent me to this clinic. It is terrible. I would like to return to my doctor, Lisa Hays.
