Went here for gender affirming care. They were gentle, compassionate, and informative. True angels work here- I am genuinely unsure of what I may have done if this service was unavailable. Cheap despite being out of pocket, surprisingly quick and reassuringly comprehensive. I will recommend them to any other trans people I know struggling to start their transition.

Scheduled a pap smear, said it was too soon since my last(3 years) Just got seen by another gyno and sure enough it came back abnormal and now I’m getting screened for cancer. If you actually care about your health, don’t go here. It almost cost me my life.

I had to get my nexplanon out and was very anxious, but since the beginning the staff made me feel safe. Everything was very quick which Im thankful for, I was in the exam room for like 10 min, it took them 5 minutes to get my nexplanon out and it wasnt as bad as I thought id be.

Don’t go here. My vehicle was stolen as I was being checked inside. A patient of THEIR OWN decided to take my keys outside of the building and drove off in my car. My keys were in the bathroom and they watched him on camera go inside the bathroom and take my keys. I did indeed file a police report but they are hiding behind the hippa law and won’t release any of that information to the police which is beyond crazy. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Please go to the location in Edmond

Everyone is super nice and friendly , I Am able to go here for my depo shot. They are fast and the process is easy.

Everyone was so nice! Meg inserted my implant for me and she was soooo sweet! She made me feel so comfortable the whole time.

Do not go to this location if you want to take your Neplanon out!!! I usually go to the Edmond location but they didnt have any appointments available so I came to this 23rd one. The provider was okay, seemed a bit rushed. We talked about so many things while she tried to take my implant out. There was nothing left to talk about! I asked her if she was close to being done and she said Im trying my best! What? Needless to say, Im very bruised and it took a lot of time.

Thank you for helping me. We are so fortunate to have services like this in our state still, especially when that can change at anytime.Everyone here was kind to me, especially the ultrasound tech who I unfortunately cant remember the name of. Setting up an appointment was very easy. They made a few calls to me the days prior to confirm and go over important papers that they also emailed me a copy of. They warned me during those calls that I would probably be waiting all day. It got very busy in there but it was well worth my time. I was surprised it wasnt more busy to be honest but I was out in a few hours.

Great for gender-affirming care. Uses the informed consent model, unlike other places that make the transition process difficult to achieve. Been relying on them for almost 2 years and this is the happiest Ive been in my life.

The receptionist was incredibly kind, nurse was friendly and helpful, wait time was a bit much (a little over an hour), doctor was not very friendly or helpful. I felt as if she was in a rush and did not particularly care about me/my visit. I am anxious about doctors visits and slightly soft spoken. She talked over me and didnt even wait for me to finish answering all exam questions before moving on to something else. Nonchalantly told me I was pregnant (not my reason for visit, scared me witless) and then was like oh well maybe you are not, we will do a test and then she never even clarified if I was actually pregnant or not? Then she said I needed a medication but was unclear if she would actually write me a prescription or not, and barley explained what it was for. Seemed annoyed by my questions and barley left room for me to ask any. Did not feel the care and compassion PP allegedly stands for from her. To top it all off they referred me to see a different doctor and then did got give me any of the information I needed to make the appointment. Oh, and you cannot call them and talk to real person if you have questions, you get a robot, which does redirect to a person eventually, but its someone at a different office who cant answer your questions.

I went for my appointment there, the wait was super long and there wasn’t even another customer there, then for some reason they call me and say they need to be to come back because “there wasn’t enough urine”. I FILLED the cup to the rim! I know that for an entire fact! I felt as though they mixed mine with someone else’s because when I put my urine in the silver slot, there was someone else’s there that had very little urine in it. So I just knew they had mixed up the two, which I’m not sure how that would be possible given we put our sticky tag on the cups. I won’t ever go to this Planned Parenthood again, I’ll only stick to the Edmond location. I even told them I am making my follow up appointment to do the urine somewhere else. I am very serious about my health and l’m not sure how they handle things there.

Made an appointment through the website. Paid 15$ to Uber there only to be told there was no appointment in the system. Even when I showed her my confirmation text and everything. I told the lady I was having a lot of pain and she didn’t have anything available today even though I made an appointment. Just zero empathy not helpful and made me feel like she didn’t believe me. I won’t be going back to this place. Rude and not helpful or kind

I went to get my first Nexplanon and was very nervous. The receptionists were quick and and very kind. They allowed my partner to wait with me. When they were ready, a nurse took my back and she was kind and efficient.

Nisha made me feel comfortable and we had great conversation the whole time and I loved her spirit. She truly made it a enjoyable experience to come to planned parenthood and very professional :) the ladies at the front are also very sweet.

Always affordable, always reliable, I always feel safe to be myself and ask questions without being judged, the staff and doctors are nice and make me feel cared for.

Well for one, I made my appointment 2 weeks ago! These people hounded me for days in texts asking to confirm my appointment and I confirmed it. Tell me why I got canceled on the day of my appointment with no explanation, not a SINGLE phone call, nothing! I have to request off work for things like this and I DO NOT appreciate getting canceled on last minute with no notice, it’s incredibly inconsiderate. I will not book with PP again. Super rude.

Every encounter I have had at Planned Parenthood has been wonderful. I was always greeted with a warm smile and friendly voice. The nurses, Doctors, and staff are all fantastic, I could not have felt more comfortable and safe here. I appreciate you all for helping make what can be otherwise a scary, and dark time in a womans life, a time of comfort and support. They really do put your health and wellbeing first, I am very happy to have paid out of pocket in full, luckily being able to do so, because I know that money is supporting an amazing place with amazing staff members. I will continue to make donations towards Planned Parenthood in the future. They are not the monsters Pro Life folks make them out to be. Thank you all for showing compassion and strength during tough times, women like me really need you, and appreciate you a whole lot! They will not pressure you to make ANY decisions. They want you to be confident with your choice, and assist you in any way possible, including emotionally. They helped my heavy heart a lot.Now I want to point out something I noticed in a few negative reviews. The wait times, especially for your first visit upon intake. It can be a couple of hours, I KNOW it stinks but bring books, phone charger bank, or a crossword puzzle, they are WORTH the wait. I promise they aren’t just slacking off, they assist the needs of many girls and women, and they do it fully, with exceptional bedside manners. Once you are called in its much quicker and you don’t wait much at all, promise! When I went back for my follow up I was called in in less than 15 minutes! Its just the initial appointment that can take longer, bring entertainment!

Like others have said, the receptionist is very unprofessional. She wasnt outright rude to me, but she wasnt helpful either. I went in a week ago just needing a refill on my birth control and they were out of it. The girl told me they would send a prescription for me and even named my pharmacy without me telling her. Well, of course no prescription was sent. I called the next day (Saturday) and left a message. Its a week later and several unanswered calls later, I still have no birth control. The voice mail system says for prescriptions, to have your pharmacy fax a request, however I was never advised to do that. Why does the pharmacy need to fax a request when PP is going to send the prescription for me? How come the phone is never answered? Do they only call back new patients for appointments? Ive been in there a few times and its never been busy, so why cant the phone be answered or messages returned? Im extremely unhappy and only went to PP when I had no insurance. I will be going elsewhere. I wish it was possible to give negative stars or none at all.

Not sure why the reviews are so low, this was my first time going in for a wellness exam and the staff, nurses, and doctor were all friendly, respectful, and helpful. Will definitely come back for future needs!

Made an appt several weeks in advance, confirmed insurance ahead of time over the phone. Took time off work to come to the appointment. When I arrived at my appointment I was informed that they couldnt see me as their normal provider was on vacation this week and their substitute provider did not work with blue cross blue shield insurance. I was not called ahead of time and was in no way compensated for my time. I wasted time off from work because their office couldnt care enough to take five minutes to check on their appointments for the next day. My appointment was on a Friday, meaning theyve had this problem throughout the week and knew it would be a problem today but didnt do anything about it. I will not be coming back here and I would not recommend them unless you have enough extra time to have appointments cancelled on you when you show up.I love what Planned Parenthood stands for, I wish their staff was a better representation of their organization.

Do not go here!! The staff are rude and unprofessional, they will dismiss you!! They will lie to you!!! I was explicitly told my visit would not cost anything, and then they sent me a bill months later! $150 for them to do absolutely nothing! If you want a good doctor you can trust GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The Hispanic lady at the front was rude , I don’t know her name … , but every nurse and even the young lady who did the ultra sound and weighted me was the sweetest people ! They made me feel very comfortable and during the process of everything, the did too, I do recommend coming here!

The staff were very nice and explained everything well, and they didnt make me feel wrong for not being able to talk like a lot of other places do

I’ve come here for about a year now, and every time it’s just to get my depo shot. Every time i make an appointment online. Every time i come in I have to wait 45 minutes to over an hour past my appointment time before I even make it back to an exam room, and then I have to wait another 30 minutes just to get a shot. Don’t offer appointment times if you can’t honor them. This is the last time i’ll be coming here for my shot, I am so annoyed.

Always very helpful and patient with my questions and indecision. They were willing to work out a solution to my unique needs in regards to birth control time and budget.They accept my insurance so I went from having to pay about 200 to nothing. (Bcbs)My only issue is the thin, middle aged blonde woman at reception who always seems very short and aggitated.

Staff is friendly but wait time and service was bad. Had a 450pm appt for a medication refill. Showed up at 440pm and wasnt seen by the doctor till 630pm only to be told they didnt have the medication. I let the receptionist and intake nurse know what i was there for, it would have been nice to be told they didnt have the medication instead of having me sit around for almost 2 hours for nothing.

I was a bit worried due to the reviews but this place is amazing the nurses and staff were incredibly nice and I was in and out of that place within 39 mins with getting my bc implant removed.

Planned Parenthood is a fantastic community of well educated individuals who make you feel at ease and at home. They help ease your mind with many tools and a variety of options which are 100% your choice. Dr. Yap and the many staff have my up most respect and gratitude.

Great service when I first attended. However, I’ve been trying to contact them ALL week through calls and emails and receive no answer nor a reply. I literally just need them to send out the lab request but if they don’t respond to my calls how am I gonna get that request out??

Called to make an appointment, after having a live chat the night before with a representative who told me my best option was a paraguard iud, for emergency contraception, because the morning after pill wont be very effective at my bmi. The receptionist ignored my request for an appointment, and told me the pill is twenty bucks. I told her I was told the pill may not work with me being overweight, and she just replied with, well its better than nothing. I only called this clinic because the one in midwest city is closed on mondays, but honestly Id rather take my chances and wait until tomorrow for them to open. Im not in a mood to deal with negative people.

Came here for some routine testing. I fainted after my blood was taken and they were so kind and accommodating while I recovered. This is definitely a safe space. It was pretty expensive without insurance, though.

Way easier and faster to get into than an appointment with a gynecologist. They took me in next day and I had a very positive experience! Friendly and fun staff and very helpful and informative.

Good service & great information /education.Contrary to what some have said, PPOK does NOT pressure anyone to terminate - or continue - their pregnancy. They provide information only. In my experience they provide good care, by kind & knowledgeable staff.Dont believe the the propaganda spewed by the zealots. In my opinion, they are the dangerous ones, not those at Planned Parenthood.

I been coming here for years and never had a problem with any of staff till now. The lady at the front desk is very rude. This is not the first time I have been there and she have had an attitude for whatever reason but for now on im going to another planned parenthood.

Called a few times and person over the phone wasn’t very friendly or helpful. They also were booked weeks out but couldn’t tell me when the next open spot was and when I asked other questions about finances it was like I was pulling teeth for information.

Demitrie was rude and disrespectful hateful. She made my entire experience there awful. She made a mistake with my payment and got angry at me for it. Would never recommend to anyone unless you want to feel like trash or free condoms.

I’ve been trying to call to make an appointment for the past 2 days! The entire time they have been open during those days and have been on hold for hours at a time not even speaking to a human! Have yet to speak to a human! Can’t even book the appointment online either! It tells me to call at a certain point!

Didn’t bother to tell me they don’t accept my insurance when I called and scheduled the appointment drove 40 minutes. Got there for them to tell me so and that it be one 160 when I have no other options not the best at being there for the people

THEY ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL 2018 - A bit of a wait even with an appointment. The staff is helpful and kind but they are understaffed. Dont plan on having your phonecall answered. Its easier to just go up there than call.

What is the point of having an appointment if you are not going to be seen within 30 - 45 minutes??? Calling for follow up is a joke, no one answers the phone and if they do they only suggest appointments online. So why was I told to call during my last appointment? Im done, going back to Integris.

Terrible service. No follow up call as promised. I can never reach the clinic only the appointment line who can send a note to the clinic who never calls me back. Waiting 16 days for a prescription to be called in it’s just ridiculous.

I used to work in the medical field. These people need to be investigated for HIPPA violations, as well as malpractice. These “doctors” should have their medical licenses revoked. STAY AWAY

Iv been going to planned parent to get my birth control for almost a year never had a problem with the women at the front desk they have a new women now extremely rude shes blonde she has an attitude for no reason this is the second time Iv had problems with her.

Wouldnt rate this any stars or suggest anyone go here. Theyre are closed for renovations or whatever, so this website is inaccurate. Wasted time,gas and bringing my daughter out in the heat just to get there and they are not open!!! The post on the door says their other locations are open but not on the day that I needed to be seen. This is completely ridiculous and they need to get their business together.

Horrible , was sent to Walgreens for my birth control and i still have it in my drawer because I have to wait until my next period to get it injected . They dont answer or call back !!! wouldnt recommend to anybody !

Had to make a special trip because they would not call me back by three days later. They are only open until 2:00 on Saturdays, not the online posting which says 5:00. Made the trip for nothing.

I had an appointment this morning I get there and they tell me they cant take my health insurance when they could have told me this when I called to confirm my appointment I called them directly not the 800 number and they acted like since I am 40 it was an inconvenience I will never go back rude people

I’m not around the area and I needed services urgently and I received them but I still keep getting billed something that was supposed to be paid for by them. The staff is horrible at following up and keeping things professional.

So I made an appointment and they decide not to tell me over the phone they can’t take my insurance and decided to tell me on the day of my appointment.

I’ve literally been waiting here for 3 hours! They talked to me for a second then put me in another room to wait!!! They are closing at 4 and I’m still here at 4!!! What the hell?

They are not doing walk in appointments even though there is nothing online stating otherwise.

Why would they make me make an appointment then make me wait over 2 hours?

I went to the HPV appointment and everything was fine, but at the time they should refer me to continue my treatment, they had not done so. I received results from an ultrasound and when they asked for them they called them normal and in what I received you mentioned more things.Im prone to cancer and they dont pass the reference. I have to do a colposcopy and its been weeks now and they dont hear me, Im having pain and the same thing...Ill go to another doctor.
