This place is a waste of money. I guess thats why they go under different google names. West Texas Fertility, Odessa Fertility, Elite Fertility, and Advance Fertility Check reviews on all. Advance Fertility is the most honest. My original review is on Advance Fertility 8mths ago. Since then we are still waiting on them to give us simple invoices so that we can submit our own claims to our insurance that covered 100% if they submitted certain documents, but we are still waiting which is causing us to miss deadlines and get claims denied because they wont submit office documents that we cannot recreate. We paid them up front so they dont care that we arent getting reimbursed for the thousands of dollars that we already paid them. They threw my wife right into surgery days after meeting her before even knowing if there was a reason to. A quick $1,500. They even went ahead with an IUI knowing that we did not meet the minimum requirements and our probability was extremely low,(we were not aware at this time) just to make another quick buck. When we questioned it they charged extra to simply ask why. Thats not even mentioning the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism that went on here, but this review would be ridiculously long. Dr Natalia and Dr. Malik are both heartless stingy, greedy people who are only in it for the money not because they actually care about helping people with fertility issues. Something so simple should not become a LAWSUIT. Has this happened before? Maybe thats why Dr. Malik has so many different names for his practice.🤔

Dr Malik and his staff are the absolute best! The process in itself is amazing. From the initial appointment Dr Malik and his entire staff are informative, caring & knowledgeable. It’s a truly a breath of fresh air for a physician to be so attentive and available. I wish I could give this place 100 stars, honestly.

Not a good experience for me.I was referred to Dr. Malik by my OBGYN. I wanted to do an HSG test to see of my tubes were blocked and my OBGYN doesnt provide those services.I booked a New Patient appointment. This cost around $250 with taxes and lab fees. They included a consultation with the doctor, an ultrasound, and lab work which I felt was a fair price.After meeting with the doctor, I felt a lot of pressure from the staff to schedule multiple expensive tests and appointments. I let them know I wasnt ready to take these steps at that time due to my work schedule for the next few months being in our peak session.I was just starting this process and wanted information on how the process worked so I know what financially this journey would look like for me.Right after I finished getting my labs drawn, I was told to sign a form for my lab work and Genetic Testing. I was told twice that they would call from the office to quote me on Genetic Testing prior to sending it in. A few days went by and I never got a phone call from the office. It gave me a sick feeling and right away I regretted signing the form. I called the office and they stated GenEx would be the company to call with pricing. Next thing I know Im getting a text message letting me know my lab work is complete and I need to pay my bill. The cost of Gentic testing was $349. I didnt agreed to this service and am so upset because I would have opted out of having it done had I have known.In addition to that unexpected expense, I received a bill from Insurance stating that my labs were partially denied. The office told me theyd be covered as its just standard lab work. So now I have a bill for $232 that I have to pay.Upon leaving the first appointment, I only booked 1 follow up appointment to go over lab results. When I checked the patient portal, I realized they had me booked in December for a test that I never signed up for.After my visit, I really feel like this business is shady and high pressure. Just from that first appointment Im already having to pay $831 when I simply was seeking information. I cant believe it. I dont plan on going back.

Made an appointment about a month in advance and got told it would be $275 for the visit. Called the day before to confirm the appointment and got told it would be $425 for the appointment. After the appointment, Im charged $715. Besides the unethical billing, we didnt wait too long and would have wanted to use them as our fertility doctors had we not had an issue with billing.

Dr. Nathalia is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Rizwan & Dr. Nathalia Schlabritz helped us throughout the process and walked us through every stage of pregnancy with the heart of a teacher. We highly recommend West Texas Odessa Fertility Center.

The staff is wonderful. It’s not always a happy moment coming into these appointments and they always made me feel so comfortable. Can’t recommend this clinic enough!

Dr Malik and Dr Natalia are the best at what they do. They helped us with our first round of Ivf and was successful. I can’t give these amazing people enough credit . Love the staff as well.

Mr Rizwan Malik is a very good responsible and well dedicated Dr I have ever meet in my Entire life ,infact I couldnt believe theres still a wonderful man like hin and am so glad I finally met one in my life time

Dr. Natalia has been especially helpful. She is very passionate about what she does and dedicates time an attention to her patients. This is much appreciated.Thank you for everything ❤️

No sleeve was utilized during ultrasound. That is a huge risk of infections occurring. We tried talking to the doctor about the concern, we were waived off as delusional and told the relationship is severed by the doctor himself

They were able to help us in our journey of getting pregnant. They have friendly staff & great services.

Very friendly staff, I enjoyed my time when I visited.
