Clinica Hispana Odessa

My mother went at the beginning of February with a cough that shes been having for a few months already. They took a little blood and charged $290 then they also sent me to get some X-rays for her lungs, after checking a couple of weeks later to ask about the results they said they had not received them. So then she called the Xray lab where they made the X-ray verifying that they had sent the result over a week ago. In the mean time the doctor prescribed her Benzonatate 200mg and she asked if this was going to take away the cough and the doctor reply maybe not but take it anyway . Once she called them to check about the lung results and saying that the lab had sent them already they finally said oh yeah we have them come by the clinic the doctor literally just read the results to my mother in medical terms without explaining what was really going on in her lungs. Did not provide a solution nor anything helpful as to what steps she should take next. Poor service, they should not be treating people.

Most reviews complain about needing to get medication through a vaccine, but honestly it is the fastest way to get better. Be patient if you do not speak Spanish, they are super helpful and worth the wait price wise and medically.

Terrible service, we sent our 20-year-old son for a nuisance, they wanted to charge him 500 dlls for a study (and they did not want to say what type of study) and also they wanted to give him an injection!!! when my wife asked my son to speak to the doctor, he didnt want to talk to her... we told him to get out and not let himself put anything in... be careful with those pseudo-doctors because they know that people in Odessa they earn well and just want to steal your money!!!

Best clinic in Odessa. Very nice treatment and everything super fast. I am glad I decided to go here. If you are looking for doctors that dedicate time and attention to their patients this is the place.

Excellent medical clinic. Get a lot of medical check ups at a very good price. No medical insurance are accepted but what you pay is a lot less then what youll pay anywhere else. They are Cuban doctors and staff, mainly speak Spanish but theyre good at what they do. Very friendly, curtious and attentive.

This place was a joke , didnt even see a dr. , left there with the same symptoms and was told had a bacteria infection. Meds didnt help still the same way for 4 days, went to a real clinic and was hospitalized for dehydration and the bacteria infection. Hospital said i was given the wrong meds. Lucky I came in

People there are totally fraud. People working there aren’t doctors only nurses. And they’re lost in the world !They have no idea what they doing.Plus they don’t understand how even write an address in English.They always sent your info to the wrong pharmacyHorrible !!!

I didnt even see a female doctor! She was an assistant! I went because of the reviews here and because the price of the consultation is super affordable $25 when they see me they tell me we are going to give you 2 injections that will help you a lot they didnt even bother to tell me the price to see if I had the money. I charged $75 and $65 for the other one that did absolutely nothing to me! The one he injected me with is a grocers and to top it all off it left me super hurt and sore in my buttock! They gave me an excuse and I asked them for a letter stating that I can work but not in the kitchen while I recover and they told me that they do not have permission to do that... I mean, please DO NOT go here... go to a real clinic 0000000% recommendation

They supposedly gave me a blood and urine test and treated me for two weeks and I ended up in the hospital with a urinary tract infection. I think they just charged me for the tests and didnt do them.

I was needing medical attention and thank God I found this clinic where I didnt even have to make an appointment and they treated me in no time. The bottom line was that everyone was very kind and the medical attention was very good. The next day I was fine and was able to return to work.
