Even though there was no radiology staff available and I had to go to the hospital ER, the staff took excellent care of me.My blood pressure plummeted and the physician immediately raised my feet, but he did it with a calm demeanor so I wasnt scared.The staff were professional, efficient, attentive, and empathetic.

The staff at the Norman clinic went above and beyond to help me. They had to stay late and no one complained. They made sure I had everything that I needed. They really lived out Mercy values and I felt well taken care of.
The Dr was great, but the lady that checked my vitals did not take my temp and she put in the wrong O2 reading. The Dr checked my temp and redid my oxygen. That doesnt sit well with me. Plus when i try to login, it says my dob and last 4 of my ss doesnt match any records.
They got me in quick after I had just cut my finger severely. The staff and doctor who saw me were very kind and helpful in helping me understand how I needed to treat the cut. They even said I could come back in 4-5 days to have them check on the cut.
I have visited twice in the last couple of months when unable to get in with my primary care physician. I was seen by Dr. L’Hommedieu and couldn’t appreciate him more - he is thorough, personable and patient. He takes time to explain his diagnosis/thought process and his rationale behind any care or prescription he administers.This place is my new go-to when I need good care with short notice - thanks Dr. “Llama” ;-) and staff.
Reception staff and physician were very attentive. I received the best of care. With the prescribed meds, I was much better in 24 hours!

I had a very bad case of poison ivy and I was very far from home. I was so thankful that the clinic was open on the 4th of July to help me. All of the staff was very efficient and helpful. I am grateful for their help.
Sub par medical treatment. Took my two year old in, doctor ran 2 test and “didn’t want to aggravate him” he’s sick he’s already aggravated just get it over with. He looked in his ears and stated he didn’t have an ear infection. 2 days later we go to integris health and they tell us he has bronchitis and they have to clean the wax out of his ears to even see and stated the doctor at mercy me had no way to even see in there. He had a massive ear infection which can cause health if it gets to bad and he had it for 4 days. Don’t bring your children here like I said sub par treatment. Lazy doctors

Dr. J Lhommedieu has been my hero 3 times now. First it was with my kids and then with me. I wish he could be our primary care Doctor! He listens to everything you say and then fills you with knowledge on what is happening to your body. He told me he has 25 years of experience and it definitely shows. I will throw my 25$ co-pays happily to this Mercy Urgent Care to see Dr. Lhommedieu. The medical assistants are always so kind too. I think it really helps those ladies having such a great Doctor to work with. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. No one messes around in there, it’s constantly just hard work but with smiles on their faces still.
This Mercy clinic exceeded all of my expectations on a Saturday morning. I reserved a spot for 9:15 am, and I got in promptly. The doctor was caring and Josue Ed to me. I would recommend.

Sick toddlers requiring multiple swabs for the winter respiratory diseases are never fun, but the team here made it so much better. Sarah especially was so incredibly kind, compassionate and patient during the process. It’s evident that the people here care about people, and that is worth a great review.
We brought our son in just before closing time. The staff were very understanding and helpful. All of them stayed after closing to help our son. He is well now, thanks to Mercy.

Mercys GoHealth Urgent Cares doctor, nurses, med assistant, and staff in Norman are amazing, fast, professional, and caring. I used the internet to save my spot, and check in. They sent a text stating they were ready to see me. I was in the office, seen, and back out heading to the pharmacy in less then 15 minutes. I will continue to use Mercys GoHealth Urgent Care for immediate non- life saving needs.

Had a great first experience with my 6 year old on a Saturday. The nurses and doctor were very caring and great with swabbing to make it easier. So I came back with my 4 year old today thinking it would be a good experience and had the WORST experience. I ended up leaving before we saw the doctor. The nurse today was not gentle like the one on the weekend. She was the receptionist, then the nurse and started to swab my son before we even saw a doctor. She seemed on a power trip. She ignored my request for his ears to be checked before trying the swab again. She wanted me to hold him down to get him swabbed even knowing he had been fever free without meds for almost 12 hours. Sadly I will never be returning here and will never recommend this place to anyone.
I stepped on a nail and have no current records of tetanus shots. The clinic was super chill, the staff was calm but quick, and before long I was hobbling along on my way to the pharmacy.Wonderful experience.
I had the greatest experience here! I took my daughter to an immediate care and was turned away because we didn’t have an appointment. I went ahead and said, “well, I guess you’re not very immediate then.” We then we here after googling another place to go to. They were very efficient with their intake and had the most up to date processing I’ve her seen. We were in and out in less than an hour, which is amazing in the urgent care world. Very thorough. Will definitely be going back when we need to.
They said my insurance wasnt working even though the other urgent care took it just fine. They did a horrid job on my partner, didnt even test her for the flu (which I was positive for at the other urgent care) and then didnt even give me my ID back so i had to go back and get it. There wasnt even anyone else there so Im not sure how they overlooked that, i overlooked it because i was dizzy and really sick, not sure what their excuse is. The lady at the desk was kinda rude to the other desk lady and clearly neither can do their job so Im not sure why she was training her.
I had to take my son to mercy urgent care bc I had no idea what going on and we figured out what it was.. they were patient, understanding and very good with my son they also were super clean. We were in and out and I’m so happy with our experience while we were out of town visiting family. Thank you so much for everything you guys did!

I scheduled an appt online and only had to wait about 5 minutes. The lady that took me back was a little rude and didnt seem to want to be there, but the doctor came in about 5 minutes later, loved her. Super nice and helpful. The x-ray lady was fast as well. I will be going back, but hopefully not anytime soon. This location will be my new go-to if needed.

From our arrival, the ladies at the front desk were friendly, and helpful. Our provider was professional and knowledgeable. She never made us feel rushed. The facility looked new, and was very clean. We were seen and received treatment in a timely manner.

Excellent quick care. Walked in on a Sunday around noon. Was greeted with a friendly hello. Modern automated check in. As I was the only one there I did not have to wait but a minute or two to be seen by PA. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Already had my meds in their system information. Had to have a breathing treatment and a few scripts which they called in for me. The whole process took no more than 45 minutes. Hope never to have to use them again but will not stress if I do.
The staff here is awesome. I really appreciated the book ahead appointment. Very nice facility. I was in and out in an hour. I highly recommend them.

Nice employees but unprofessional in the way they handled my sons visit. Took him in for a fever and before the Nurse practitioner had even seen him the two ladies in the front were quick to say he needed to head to a hospital emergency room based off what they were seeing. The nurse practitioner eventually came in and was very helpful but the two ladies had already caused a lot of unnecessary stress with their comments. We decided to take our son to another urgent care clinic where he was tested and eventually diagnosed. Next time please do not be so quick to cause stress & anxiety by jumping the gun with unnecessary comments. Let the NP be the one to advise patients on what’s needed to be done.
I was really impressed by the overall process, from check-in to exam to discharge. The staff worked together seamlessly. They were thorough but didn’t waste time. I felt they were professional, committed to doing their job right, and that they were interested in me as a patient. Great experience!

I wasnt feeling well late Friday night and Mercy GoHealth was able to get an appt for me first thing Saturday morning. The staff was very helpful and was able to get me diagnosed with the proper medication. They even helped send my meds to a different pharmacy when I found out mine was closed for the day. Many thanks to my provider Michelle and the wonderful staff for helping me feel better and getting me seen. I highly recommend Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care in Norman.
EDIT 9/16/2020Sadly I have had to drop this review to one star. I have received MULTIPLE bills that I have already paid the amount for, I have opened MULTIPLE tickets and gotten no responses, my emails only get the auto response and then nothing happens, I try calling the billing questions phone number and nobody answers (today theyre in a meeting apparently) and I am sick of this. I do not want to pay a bill that I have already paid. I do not want to give more money to a company that cannot get their billing department sorted out properly. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again. I am very disappointed and angry about this billing issue.-----------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW:I love how happy they were! Even the lady at the desk, you could tell she was under the weather with a cold or something and she was just laughing and smiling and having a great time. I felt like everyone there really wanted to be there, they listened to everything I said and they took it all seriously and I appreciated that.Edit, 6 months later...I keep getting bills. The same bills. Different bills for the same things. I keep emailing the billing department asking them to help me, I get ticket numbers but never get help. I paid the initial bill in full, have a confirmation number, everything done right. Then I got the same exact bill a month later. Then a few months later I got a different bill, but with items from the first bill on it. I am just very confused. I have heard from other people that they also have issues when it comes to the billing department. I dont want my issues with the billing to detract from the AMAZING care I received at this location. I cannot stress how caring they were, how attentive they were, how I felt so valued and like they genuinely wanted me to feel better and healthy again. But these billing issues... they are stressing me out! I am leaving my review at 5 stars because my review is for this location. My issue is with the billing department in Missouri.
I think the providers are remarkable as well as the staff. A huge shoutout to Carol and Marie! I always feel comfortable when I go there. They go over everything with you and they do a follow up call to see how you are doing. They go the extra mile with your well being.I also like the fact that you can see everything on the screen that is pulled up in the room. All of your information is there as they go over everything with you.
The staff is wonderful. However, I was a cash pay patient and I was told that my visit would be $125 and I paid that before I was seen. I got a bill a month later for another $93. I have tried to call to discuss my bill with the billing department multiple times and I stay on hold for at least 45 mins and I never get to speak to anyone. I took my bill into the clinic and they couldnt even figure out why I was being charged the insurance price for a visit and not the cash pay amount. I have reached out via email and have not received a response. I dont recommend this place just due to the billing issues.I was told to email my information to the billing issue email address listed in the owners response. Each time I try to email my information, it says I have been blocked. There is no way for me to get in contact with anyone and every time I try to get someone in the phone, I cant.
Don’t go in for urgent care, check ups are fine, people are very nice, but no efficiency or second step care, only able to refer. If you know what’s wrong, don’t come here, go to a professional. And time in office is no where near 10-45 min, maybe for a covid test but nothing else. spent 1 hour and 45 min waiting for practioner, then another 20 for the mobile x-ray machine to be moved to my room. Not to sound too whiny, but just wanting people to know that efficiency isn’t the name of the game here.
Took my son in and the staff at check on was helpful and fast. The facility is very modern and clean! The provider we saw was very friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Plus you can fill out your paperwork online ahead of time.

I visited this Mercy-Go in January 2020. I received a bill in March 2020, and I paid it.Then I got another bill- for the same exact dollar amount- in April. I emailed [email protected] as the phone line kept me on hold for way too long. I did not get an email in response to this billing issue.In May I got a different bill, for a different visit, which I paid in full.In July I got a bill with an amount of $19.86 with a date for the visit in January. This amount was paid when I received a bill in March. I emailed and did not get a response.In August I got the same bill, and I emailed and did not get a response.It is now September, and I have received this same bill. I tried calling and got an auto-response that the office is closed for a meeting. I hope the meeting is about how theyre going to resolve this billing issue for me. So I emailed. I got the same auto response. So now I have I believe four different tickets open and NONE of them have been resolved.The care I received at this location was STELLAR. It was AMAZING. The staff were so caring and listened to everything going on and took such good care of me. But this billing is an absolute nightmare.
Appointment scheduled for 4:30, receive text at 1:30 asking me to come in early, gladly crawled my dying self out of bed and went. As always friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care. Got scripts and off to pharmacy I went. Another reason I won’t go anywhere else if I can’t get in my PCP office.
Tried to have my son seen and was turned away for not having his physical insurance card. I have worked in healthcare for a long time and have never heard of anything like that before. Just weird, never coming back for sure.
Just spoke with one of the providers at this location who was rude from the get go to both my sister-in-law and myself. She lead the conversation with, not being able to fax COVID results due to HIPAA vilations. Which is completely untrue. Then she tried informing me this is something they just dont do as it is, not their policy, which is a crock as well. I informed this woman I work in a clinic in my home state of Wisconsin and this is not true at all. She also tried informing me this is on my license. Sure, it might be, but this is not a HIPAA violation at all - there is such a thing as a fax cover sheet for a reason. She lastly informed me they wouldnt have the results in time and abruptly stopped the conversation and hung up on me. Which is extremely unprofessional on this so called provider.Maybe lead the conversation with, Im sorry we wont have the results in time, but you can try this clinic instead. You know, be a professional about it? Instead of being a rude woman? Dont advise trying out this clinic if youre out of state. Maybe this provider needs to get some more training on how to be professional on the phone. My clinic would never DREAM of being rude on the phone like this, so have a good day Oklahoma clinic. Thank you for your rude hospitality.

You cant plan when you get sick. Urgent means immediate attention. We have been waiting 3 1/2 hours and still havent been able to see anyone while we were told their were 4 ahead of my wife who is sick. Ask her to wait in the car while all others, which have been 14 and counting waited inside. Really disorganized or just lied to us.
Everyone was nice, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Smooth check in, brief the nurse, Dr came in ask a few question, prescribed meds, sent me on my way. Excellent experience.

My son visited the clinic in May. They were able to address his concern right there and then. At the time of his visit, he was charged $25 copay. The insurance determined that the patient responsibility should be $50. Instead of billing us, Mercy-GoHealth charged our credit card again for $50 and then sent us a statement for another $50. When I logged onto their website for view the statement, it says An unexpected error occurred. Please log out and try again. The number provided for the customer server is also incorrect. Perhaps we should try a different clinic if it is this much trouble to sort out an one-time visit.
They are great!! I always feel like Im treated as if I am a member of their family when I go to this location. The Dr (Im sorry, I cannot remember her name) is the same one Ive seen the last couple times Ive had to go and she is so sweet and caring.

Very disappointed in this location. I have had an appointment scheduled for over 2 days and when I showed up for my appointment this morning, there was a sign on the door saying that this location was going to be closed starting 1/5 (which was yesterday). Then the sign said that the next closest location is in Moore but nothing about what to do if you already had an appointment. Plus, there’s no way that Moore has any open appointments, I checked on their website and couldn’t schedule anything.I understand people are short staffed right now but why wouldn’t you call your existing appointments to let them know that the clinic will be closed and that they need to cancel your appointment. I live 45 mins away from this clinic so it would have saved me from driving and from having to take off work this morning. When I tried to call the location, all I got was a full mailbox. So frustrating.
Great staff! Doctor was knowledgeable and provided me with options. He answered all my questions which allowed me to go home with a plan of action.

Every single time my wife or myself need to see a doctor quickly, this location has been amazing. Courteous staff and great doctors who take the time to explain everything and will informatively answer questions. I have even called them on a few occasions and they referred me to a better location for a more specific medical need (like a broken finger). A+

Wonderful service! I checked in online for an appointment time which made for a quick and easy checkin. Loved that they are as paperless as possible. Didnt have to sit and fill out 20 sheets of paper before being seen. Staff was friendly and helpful. They took their time and answered all of my questions.
Everyone seemed nice when we (me and my wife) first walked in. My wife filled out the necessary paperwork and it was reviewed by the doctor. During the exam the doctor wanted to check her heart, so she ordered an EKG. During this time before they performed the test I her wife was asked to leave the room. My wife asked does she have to leave the room and the employees said, yes! They told me, they like having the patient see the EKG first and if they want to share that with anyone else afterwards they can. I would think that if a wife or husband had a questionable EKG, that they would want their significant other to know this info! I was absolutely livid at the fact, that I had to leave the room. No one even asked her what her preferences was, because she had told them that she didn’t want me to leave and they still told me I had to. Once we left, I had even questioned a higher authority who represents this facility on what the proper procedure for this is and I quote, “At Mercy GoHealth, we leave the decision of who the patient want to stay in the room during the EKG, up to the patient.” So, LGBTQ families DO NOT GO HERE! You will not be treated properly and you will be asked to leave the room while your loved one has an EKG done or any other test done!
