We have dealt with Ovation Fertility for the past five years. They have been wonderful from the beginning. Everyone that we have dealt with will spend unlimited amount of time going over any questions or concerns and makes you feel comfortable and at ease throughout each process. There was clarity on the pricing and no surprise charges. We highly recommend this wonderful office/team.

I had a great experience going through the egg retrieval/freezing process. The staff is very friendly and helped to explain any questions I had throughout the process. Before I started this process I was a bit nervous, but after meeting with the team they reassured me and made me more confident with going through the process. Would highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN MONEY.Avoid using this lab if at all possible. We had to use this lab for our first IVF doctor and it was a nightmare.Im so glad our new doctor has her own lab onsite so I can stop paying these people. The monthly charge was soul-sucking. Not because of the money, but because of their lack of caring, compassion, or respect for me and my wife as patients. All they care about is your money and their actions demonstrate this. Going through IVF is a highly emotional process and this lab treats you like youre nothing more than an ATM.They nickel and dime you for everything, raise their prices often, arent transparent about fees, and even charge you if you want to transfer your specimen to another lab.And to be completely clear, they dont charge you to actually ship your property to another lab -- they charge you a $250 administration fee so you can come and pick it up and transfer it yourself.Heres a pro tip: when freezing embryos or sperm they offer you two options: onsite for $100/month or offside for $50/month.What they dont tell you, and our doctor later revealed, is that regardless of which option you pick they store your sample onsite for the first 12 months. So, save yourself $600 for the first year and pick the offsite option and you can just call and switch it to onsite later. This is just another example of how they try to squeeze every single dollar out of you. Avoid this lab at all costs if you can because not only do they treat you with a fundamental lack of respect, but they charge you more than any other lab for the privilege of treating you like dirt.

I am a cancer survivor and had my eggs and embryos stored with this company. Over two years ago they tried to change the billing structure and wanted me to pay in a lump sum instead of payments. They were also wanting to increase my rate. After many conversations with lower level management who would were unable to accommodate my request I posted a review outlining my experience. I immediately received a phone call from upper management who asked me to take down my review and change it. They offered me free storage for two years because they felt they had been at fault. I originally paid $375 for storage when my eggs were initially harvested. Now they are asking me to pay $750 which is twice as much and in a lump sum. They have storage available for $500 which I am willing to pay for because they will allow payments. However if I do that I am forced to sign a contract which will allow them to transport my eggs and releases them of liability. They are taking advantage of people with cancer and fertility issues because of the sensitive nature. These eggs and embryos are our future children and they think they can bully you into paying their higher fees and signing their agreements. I am saddened with the lack of compassion this company shows given the nature of the medical sector they are in. I have spent countless hours stressing about this and I am very concerned for my eggs and embryos. Even after telling them I was willing to pay the $500 storage in payments as long as they didn’t move my eggs that was not good enough for them. They actually responded and threatened me with a collection agency. As a cancer survivor I continue to have medical expenses and I just want to be able to store my eggs in a safe manner without feeling like they are being held hostage and having the fees continue to rise. I hope they can adopt better ethical practices but for now I continue to be disappointed. I will post an update if there is any change.

I wish I could give this a 0; their customer service was awful! When I called I was transfer 3 times, until I was disconnected. I tried to email them and it went not where. If you use this lab, hope you don’t have any questions.

An incredible lab filled with bright and efficient people. Because of their persistence and knowledge my husband and I are proud parents. I recommend them to all of my friends going through fertility issues.

Extortionate billing practices, and they also killed my frozen eggs. Do not recommend.
