WOW - Where do I even begin? Sheryl and the entire team at Elite Fertility Solutions were amazing start to finish. Trying to find the best agency to work with to connect with an egg donor was an overwhelming search but we knew EFS was the best fit immediately. We appreciated being able to view profiles of donors from the very beginning without any pressure or commitment. We were impressed with the potential egg donors we saw. It was evident the vetting process was thorough. Sheryl and team know the recipe for success. One of the best parts about working with this agency is the responsiveness and communication. For anyone or families thinking about going through the IVF/surrogacy journey, its VERY overwhelming trying to manage all of the steps, people, etc. Elite Fertility definitely made this process much easier than it could have been with other agencies. Without going into specifics, we also ran into a few roadblocks along our embryo-creation journey, and Sheryl was an amazing partner. She instantly went into problem-solving mode and got everything straightened out in a matter of DAYS. My spouse and I are forever grateful to this agency. Sheryl Anderson helped me navigate a terrible time in my life. We were diagnosed as infertile and trying to understand egg donation for over-40 moms. It was scary, confusing, and clinical. Most of the people we talked to (before meeting Sheryl) rushed us, didnt have any help to offer, or wouldnt help without a ton of money up front. Sheryl talked to me as much as I needed, she offered her expertise as someone whos been doing this for a long time, and she made me feel like there were a lot of other people that wanted to help too. I cant more strongly recommend this donor agency. The staff and donor screening/presentation is spectacular and Sheryl, the founder and director is incredibly impressive with an extraordinary background and career that led to the creation of this agency. The website was intuitive and easy to navigate, and donor pictures and profiles were thorough. Most importantly, their superb communication, responsiveness, kindness and understanding made an emotionally difficult process much lighter and easier. I had the most confidence in their process from day 1 and it is evident how thorough and rigorous their process is for screening a spectacular cohort of well prepared donors. Their referral team including therapists and legal counsel were absolutely fantastic professionals who made the process seamless, stressfree, efficient and clear. I cant imagine this process being better anywhere else :)

My husband and I went through our own unsuccessful IVF cycle followed by an unsuccessful embryo adoption journey prior to partnering with Elite. Once we came to terms with beginning a whole new journey using donor eggs, we felt overwhelmed by the process and didn’t know where or how to start. From the start of this journey up until now, I have had the most comfortable experience with Elite Fertility Solutions. This agency has the best and most skilled assistants you could ask for! They are always there for you no matter what situation arises. Starting with the first phone call, to transitioning to the next steps of being an egg donor, everyone has been so sweet and caring!! Im lucky to have Sheryl and Christina help me with admissions. They definitely made the process a breeze, and have been nothing but kind, patient, and personable.

Speaking as a donor, my experience with EFS was AWFUL. They had me complete 40+ hours of prep work to match me with two couples, promising that my graduate course schedule--which I disclosed on Day 1 when I first contacted them and reminded them of throughout-- would not be a problem. 6 months later, they announced a new timeline with inflexibility. I have no control over my schools term dates. They then dropped me as a donor and didnt even pay the $1k they had said would be contributed if things didnt work out for some reason. The lead doctor, Sheryl Anderson, and her nurse Gyanni, here were incredibly unprofessional, condescending throughout the process.

Elite fertility solutions is amazing!! When I had questions or concerns about my procedures they were always there to help. Sheryl cares so much for her patients and I always felt like I could come to her about anything. I tried another donation agency and had an awful experience, they treated me like I was more of a burden. I was in so much pain from the procedure at the second agency, but never felt that with the doctors through elite fertility solutions. I got to choose my doctor I wanted to work with and they were accommodating to me when I needed it. They always tried to make sure I was comfortable and check in everyday after the surgery. I will always work with them when I need it!

Our experience with Elite Fertility Solutions was wonderful. Sheryl was incredibly helpful and quick with all of her responses. I called her several times with questions during the process and she was patient and informative every time. She was also very timely in her responses to my emails. The entire process was seamless. We were informed of every step along the way. I especially liked how thorough they were in the information they collected on their donors. It really gave us meaningful and important information so that we were certain we were choosing the right donor for us. We also felt like we had many options to choose from. We now have a handsome little 3 month old and we couldnt be happier!

As a two-time egg donor, Elite Fertility Solutions provided me a warm and unforgettable experience each time from start to finish.Every step of the way, the staff at EFS exuded professionalism, practiced transparency, and provided a warm personal touch that made me feel safe, heard, and taken care of.I especially appreciated the frequent check-ins from Sheryl throughout my medication cycles and even the days following the egg retrievals; she always made sure I was feeling okay and was comfortable.I would highly recommend EFS to anyone searching for an agency to meet their fertility needs.

Sheryl Anderson at Elite Fertility is second to none. She helped us tremendously and we feel indebted to her forever. Everything about our experience was excellent.

Unfortunately I feel obligated to write about my experience with this agency. Sheryl Anderson has made me so uncomfortable with donating through several high pressure texts. After expressing my interest in doing a cycle and clarifying my availability would not be open until early next year, she proceeded to try to move forward to “get it in” as she said before the year is over…. Even though I would not be available to donate until after January. She mentions the couple wouldn’t want to wait that long and blows my phone up with guilt trip texts about how “absolutely devastated” the parents will be. I simply inquired about compensation because the agency I WILL be donating with offered me a significant amount more… and she accused me of trying to start a “bidding war”. I am so sorry to the parents who chose me but I refuse to work with this agency and would advise any girls interested in donating to look elsewhere! There are so many other agencies who are kind, respectful, and willing to work with your schedule.

I became a donor for Elite Fertility Solutions a few years ago. Im very thankful to have donated with this agency! They were all so friendly and made each of my donations as comfortable as could be. I highly recommend going with this clinic. Dr. Anderson, Sheryl and the rest of their team are all great at what they do!

I had a really good experience with Elite Fertility Solutions, overall. Things, unfortunately, did not work out with our first chosen donor, as she ended up showing signs of some hormonal issues that did not qualify her as a good candidate for stimming. This was noones fault, just bad luck, and something we could have only found out by trying. We ended up choosing another donor and her cycle was amazing. We ended up with 32 frozen embroys, 12 of which we had pgs tested. Everything came back normal and we are so grateful and excited that we will finally be able to have a family. Sheryl and her staff were extremely helpful and responsive the whole way through!

I had a very positive experience working with this agency. Sheryl is quick to answer emails and calls. I thought she was direct and thorough. She made the process seamless and easy. I found their site easy to navigate with plenty of options and information. I’m very happy with my outcome and would recommend them with full confidence.

Everyone was very kind, except the psychologist, Ellen Miller. She was very unprofessional when talking about my past abuse. I can’t recommend this company.
