As a donor with Donor Nexus, I can honestly say I think they are probably one of the best agencies in the industry. Everyone is extremely kind and caring. Leslie was always attentive to explaining the process of being a donor and answering any questions I had. I feel supported and their attitude towards me remained caring and considerate throughout the entire process and not just up until paperwork was signed. They extend the same compassion to their intended parents as well. I appreciate the constant text messages/ check-ups. I’ve had a great experience donating and am extremely grateful.

I have been a donor with donor nexus for 3 egg retrievals and I couldn’t be happier. I work a full time job and I feel that the team at donor nexus was really willing to work around my wonky schedule. That was very very important to me and I also really liked that I was able to always have a person to reach out to through the whole process. You really feel taken care of. I’d like to leave a positive review for Miranda and the rest of the team at donornexus, and would strongly suggest you join this company’s program(s) if you find a suitable egg donor here.I started my process by reviewing egg donors across 80+ agencies (no joke), and ultimately the egg donor I found was on four different agencies. This gave me the unusual experience of contacting and having to compare all four agencies for the same egg donor. When all four agencies mentioned that the egg donor had signed an exclusivity agreement, that was my first sign that this industry is really the wild Wild West and very unregulated (in short, a lot of scammers). Although the egg would ultimately be the same in the end and donornexus wasn’t the cheapest agency, I went with them anyway, as I was sure the other companies weren’t as reliable and would just ‘hit and run’ after an egg donor match, leaving you to deal with an egg donor who you can’t reach or contact. Donornexus was better in this regard as the communication was ample, negotiation was clear and experienced (a lot has to be negotiated with the egg donor in her potential requests), and the contract detailed and abided by. I paid what I needed to according to the contract, and there were no hidden fees, and I was able to get a refund from the escrow on any unused services with no hassle at all.A second benefit of donornexus is that their database generally has higher quality donors, and a larger selection of Asian donors since they have global recruitment, rather than the same egg donors that keep showing up on every website.Overall, after having literally browsed 80+ agencies and dealt with about ten of them (including the surrogate agencies), im pretty sure donor nexus is among the top three for both egg donor quality and overall service/professionalism/ethics; being at the intersection of these two easily puts them at the very very top. Another factor to consider is that based on my research, I don’t think they are the largest or most famous company, which is a plus as they don’t operate in a factory production line style or become too busy to pick up your call.You can easily verify this information by yourself by reading only the negative reviews of all the companies, of which donor nexus has noticeably fewer.In short, most of this industry (the agencies and sometimes even the egg donor) are just scammers. Since there are easily thousands of problems that could occur on the way to childbirth, exercise extreme caution and lower your expectations for how smooth or fast the whole process will be.Being with Miranda was the most secure choice among the industry, in my opinion, and if I had gone with another agency, I would not have gotten as far in the childbirth process that I did. The egg donor agency is just the start of the process (you still have to deal with the ivf clinic, surrogate and agency, hospital, all of whom are just preying on desperate intended parents at every chance).Donornexus’ fees are on the higher end, but it’s well worth it in every way, due to their extra attention and security in every step. If you take any short cuts or make poor choices along the way, it’s very easy to have a mishap and have to start everything again (time and money).This review seems to have a very moderate tone, but it really is a positive one for Miranda. I’ve been in this process for so long already and it’s really tiring and causes endless headaches, so don’t make it worse for yourself by hiring a flashy but bad agency to deal with your egg donor. My husband and I decided against having a child due to donor nexus having terrible embryo choices. We checked every race and gender. We felt the risk was way worse than the reward. Many of the parents of the embryos were carriers of serious illnesses or just horrible family genetics. The one we had picked was a carrier of cystic fibrosis and spinal muscular atrophy. So we say heck no!!! Some had no health info at all. We were too scared to proceed with what they had to offer. Yikes!! Not to mention $2,500 was not refundable. Miranda Stomp claimed it is for administration fees. Even though donor nexus did nothing for us. Ultimately the health background or lack there of is the reason why we had to say no to a family we wanted so, so much. I had to rate this as one star in order to post. Otherwise I wouldn’t give it a star at all. Hope I can at least warn others. Please do your research.

My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for the last 2yrs and we were advised that in order to have a successful pregnancy we would need to utilize donor eggs due to my pre-mature ovarian failure. Needless to say that’s a hard pill to swallow let alone going through the emotional rollercoaster of IVF.A little back ground as we had gone through a different clinic and different egg bank and had purchased 12 donor eggs at another egg bank and spent over $30K and unfortunately, we were unsuccessful at the initial fertility clinic we were at so we decided to get a second opinion.The clinic we are getting treated at now has multiple egg banks that we could choose from and we ended up going with Donor Nexus. I am truly grateful for the team and staff at Donor Nexus. Not only was the staff very helpful but the donor profiles were very detailed, and easy to review.The process from start to finish was very smooth and easy. When my husband and I picked the donor we were interested in, and the staff was extremely helpful on all the questions and concerns we had. They handled everything when it came to getting in touch with our clinic, shipping the donor eggs, and they had everything set up so that we didn’t have to worry about this process. This was very important to us as anyone who’s going through IVF can understand and appreciate any help and support in anyway possible.We did end up buying a cohort of 6 donor eggs and after our clinic fertilized all 6 we ended up having 3 make it to blastocyst. From there we also had all 3 embryos PGT-A tested which all came back normal! We were beyond thrilled with this news as our clinic advised that we should only expect 1 good embryo from the 6 donor eggs and we ended up with 3. We truly feel blessed with the outcome we had here.I would I definitely recommend going through Donor Nexus for donor eggs as our experience was easy, smooth, and quick. The one thing we did notice is that the donor eggs here were a bit more than the average egg bank. At first I was concerned about spending double the amount here but Donor Nexus stands by their donors on having good quality eggs to offer and I look at it as you get what you pay for.If anyone reading this is looking to purchase donor eggs you should definitely consider Donor Nexus.

Based on our experience we do NOT recommend Donor Nexus to hopeful parents.The individuals at Donor Nexus started off friendly but their tone changed drastically when we asked questions and began to advocate for ourselves with the support of a great OB and nurses. Of course they are incredible to the donors, without them they have nothing to market in this very lucrative industry. We felt very much like we were dealing with salespeople who are not interested in helping create families--- because that is a process that requires excellent communication skills and an actual desire to work with people who have different stories and different needs.Will definitely update with more info and details but its important to share ASAP.

New to this process I had a lot of questions and wanted to understand the different programs that donor nexus offered. I had a horrible experience with a different agency and I am grateful my clinic recommended donor nexus. The agency took the time to explain my options and answer all my questions!!!!!!! I was very pleased with the response time and the willingness to help and explain the paperwork and process.I was also very pleased with the number of donors available on the database! They have 44 girls available with frozen eggs.

Im writing this review after my first cycle with Donor Nexus. I felt heard, informed, and cared-for during the entire experience. My agent, Lauren, is truly outstanding, and was able to give me personal advice and guidance. I felt like I could reach out at any time. As a first time donor, I had a ton of questions and I felt a lot of uncertainty, but Lauren and Donor Nexus made me feel confident and supported through multiple challenges.

Ive gone through two egg donation cycles with Donor Nexus. Each time they have made me feel comfortable and informed about the whole process. The staff takes the time to answer all your questions, coordinate with your schedule, and ensure that you receive proper instruction on how and when to do your injections so that you feel comfortable. As someone who has donated her eggs 6 times, 3 times with them, 3 times with another agency, I can promise you that it is smooth sailing. Miranda is always so kind and making sure I am on top of my appointments, meds and the process is fairly easy. I just am grateful I am able to help future parents and though I know some go through lots of emotions while donating, Donor Nexus is right there every step of the way, so are the doctors and nurses they work with. I will always say yes when they reach out because they’ve made it seamless and worth my time!

I just completed my first egg donation cycle with the help of Donor Nexus. I was assigned Lauren as my coordinator, and although I didn’t meet her in person, she made me feel comfortable with the process by always answering my million and one questions, and making sure I was okay with everything. I would highly recommend this company.

We had the WORSE experience with Nexus. We purchased 16 frozen eggs from them, among those 55% degenerated instantly during the thawing process (our Clinic’s average loss during this process is 5%). Our reproductive endocrinologist suspected an issues during the freezing process or transportation. Nexus stated that there was no issues during transportation or egg quality however they were NEVER able to provide documentation to support this. They were also NOT able to provide any type of refund for the eggs we lost because we signed their contract that protects them for every single thing that could go wrong even when if the mistake is on THEIR end! After the egg purchase, the communication became really poor. After many emails and phone calls, they finally told us that they may offer a discount to buy more eggs and to compensate for the eggs we loss during the thawing process. THE EGGS WE LOST NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO BE EVEN FERTILISED!Once we reached out to them to ask for the price, they told us that 8 eggs would cost 40.000 USD when we initially paid 52.000 USD for 16 eggs!!!! When we replied to them asking WHY their price increased significantly, THEY NEVER REPLIED. Really? that’s how you are doing business and treating you’re clients?! I have to say, this is the worse thing that ever happened to us. They crushed our dream to have children from the same donor. We are still at the beginning of the process and have not started our first cycle yet but no matter the outcome I want to make sure that other patients do not make the same mistake and trust Nexus blindly. If you want to work with them, I recommend hiring a lawyer to review the contract and also be prepared to be disappointed, mistreated and ignored.Needless to say, we will find another egg donor bank and we recommend very hopeful parent to do the same.
