Up until Saturday I’ve had great service. Clear communication and confidence in this company’s ability to do my transfer seamlessly. All was well until I received a call that my embryo transfer for April was cancelled due to them not renewing their contract with their embryologist and lab. I had to stop my medication immediately. I’m also coming from out of town so had to cancel my flight and accommodations resulting in a huge monetary loss. It’s now Tuesday with no communication on what’s next so I feel as if I’m in limbo. The emotional set back this has caused my husband and I is devastating and I have no closure or answers. I’m disappointed that a company with this much recognition let a contract lapse and their business essentially halted until further notice. Please reach out to your patients whom this has affected so we can know next steps.

*Please see edit at the bottom.*I had very positive experiences here from 2020-2022. We went through a lot of testing, procedures, losses, and ultimately became pregnant on our own and had exceptional first trimester care through Nashville Center for Reproductive Health. A huge reason why we have a living baby is because of Dr. Dyer and his attention to detail.More recently, my experience has been the exact opposite. The old staff has been replaced by nurses who have no compassion or empathy for patients. Nurses who promise to call first thing, who do not. Nurses who seem to have no experience dealing with women who have experienced multiple miscarriages. Nurses who are unprofessional. Communication has gone downhill fast. For as much as patients pay for these services there are many more options to choose from in this area where you will be treated with respect and compassion.If a reason for your infertility is recurrent miscarriage I do not recommend this place, if you get pregnant on your own they will now do nothing to help you stay pregnant anymore. I guess they only care about you if you spent money on their procedures.After writing the office about my experience they have apologized multiple times and made it right. I appreciate knowing that they took the time to make a wrong situation right instead of just sweeping it under the rug. The fact that they listen to their patients and advocate for what was best speaks volumes.

This is difficult for me considering the sensitivity of the situation. I live in Pennsylvania and adopted three embryos from this facility. I traveled to Nashville to have one transferred, which later miscarried. The second one was recognized to be unusable during the thawing process. This was difficult because we literally had to pay THOUSANDS for these embryos, and to know that it was unusable..was crushing. I wish I would have known this before we started this process. These are potential tiny human lives, and they are treated like products. The last embryo is currently with the center. I just received an email saying that the clinic is closing. I looked it up and found numerous news articles from weeks ago! How am I just getting informed of this now!?!

THIS PLACE CLOSED ITS DOORS WITH OUT ANY WORD TO PATIENTS!So unbelievably pissed off at this dr office. like others, my husband had an appt on Tuesday this week and we got a text message Monday night canceling it with no option for reschedule. So i was calling for 2 days straight as well as sending messages inside the patient portal and no answer. How do you just close on all your patients hopes and dreams with out some sort of reach out like hey we are closing, but you can go to this office for your continued care now we all have to start over on what is already a VERY emotional situation already. If any one is starting a class action lawsuit, let us all know !

I really wish I could give this a good review. We had an overall positive experience during our time using this clinic. The staff were mainly great. Unfortunately after our embryo transfer the IVF coordinator was extremely careless and didn’t inform us of an VERY important dosage change to one of my medications. And brushed me off like I was over reacting when I was upset about their lack of communication or effort to inform us. They made no efforts to rectify the situation at all. I 100% believe if we were informed in a timely manner we wouldn’t have had a failed cycle and we’ll never be using them again. I would hate for anyone else to spend THOUSANDS of dollars and this happen to them as well.

Really wish I could leave a good review. What started out great in a troublesome journey turned horrible when the office abruptly closed with no notice to patients. Patients found out via news article from a news station and NOT the practice. I was suppose to start iui end of April but now having to find another location. I’ve paid out my money to just to have to start the process over which means paying more money to another facility. Will never recommend CFH to anybody. We can’t even get a response from the doctor on why it’s closed. Trying to get medical records, embryos, etc is a nightmare. Would recommend to stay away.

Dr. Dyre is truly remand hands down the best specialist I have ever had. He makes every appointment worth it and has our best interest at heart. Navigating fertility is not for the week but Dr. Dyre explains everything so well and I love his personal approach to care.

Second Review:Just wanted to inform you that I am planning to take legal action. After I left my review, someone from the embryologist team contacted me stating that they would conduct a retest for free. The results showed that the embryo was viable for transfer, and I was offered a discount to pay for the transfer. I spent more than two weeks taking medication to prepare my body for the transfer. However, I later received a call from my IVF coach, who informed me that they would not be able to perform the transfer as the embryologist was not available. I am still struggling to come to terms with what happened.To begin with, this place is horrible! I spent about $18,000 USD for nothing. The lack of communication here is astonishing. I had an egg retrival and was then advised to try a fresh transfer, however this did not work. Two embryos survived, so I paid for testing, and I was informed one wasnt good and the other would be retested for free. After two months, I still havent heard from them. These folks are only interested in making money; they dont care about the patients. Dr Vasquez and his staff is absolutely amazing. He cares so much for us and our pregnancy. This is the best Dr in Nashville. So kind and cares for his patients like they are family. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate him and his team. Wonderful kind people.

We have been coming here for a year, and we highly recommend this clinic.For new patients, it may be helpful to note that while some of their less-vital exam room equipment (like weight scales, headlamps, etc) look a little older or consumer-level, DONT let that scare you away--we found later that when it comes to all the important tech for fertility processes, they are very advanced and have tip-top equipment/tech.Dr. Dyer has been phenomenal and helped us to quickly detect and fix an issue we had that was getting in the way of our success (another well-known clinic in the area had missed this). Another great thing about Dr. Dyer is that he will explain things in a really clear way, is very approachable with questions and generally brings a very positive/upbeat energy with him (which is so welcomed and needed for this kind of work)! His nurse Ashley is approachable/friendly and already knows our name when she runs into us (even though she is newer to us/the clinic).Although I have only interacted once with Dr. Vasquez so far, he has been very kind and caring in this interaction, and had great communication.Sophia (ultrasound) is caring and makes you feel very comfortable.Lauren M who handles financial counseling has been easy to reach and helpful.The Lab Tech whos always working onsite is wonderful. He is very kind and positive to interact with.There is a billing team that is offsite but reachable by phone that is VERY personable for a billing department and helped me a lot when Cigna had a billing error.Overall, from interactions with the front desk to Yolanda saving the day for me several times, it is really clear that everyone in this clinic genuinely cares about you.Last of all---but some of the most important people we have interacted with at the clinic are:1) Amanda, our coordinator and also2)Nicole, who heads up the coordination dept. and also does many other very valuable processes at the clinic (I will run into her regularly in different capacities at the clinic during IUIs and many of my tests and appointments).They are both truly phenomenal and friendly, patient and caring. I feel it is important to note that no matter where you go, an IUI process has MANY last-minute surprises built-in/guaranteed (for example, you JUST start menstruating with one hour before the clinic closes for the weekend and you need to schedule your baseline appointment, OR, your bloodwork comes in at 3:30pm and it indicates that you need to pick up a prescription and start meds that night). It is so important to have someone like Amanda who really stays on top of these things to make sure you have what you need for the cycle, and she also gives excellent guidance. Amanda and Nicole have gone above and beyond to look out for us. We are very grateful to them.We are thankful that we found this clinic.

On my first appointment I knew this facility was different than the ones I’ve been to before. They actually care about you and are very knowledgeable on what they are doing. Everyone who works there is very friendly. Best Dr.office I’ve ever been to and highly recommend.

Only getting a 2 because the actual clinicians you come face to face with are great. The coordination/scheduling/center is a joke. The first time I donated, I was nice enough to let A LOT slide. This 2nd time I was asked if I would donate again. I agreed under the condition that my time be respected (since I actually have a job that I can’t be late for) the same way I respect the center’s time by driving 2 hours & being on time to every appointment, even when it was simply taking 1 vile of blood. And yes I made this very clear multiple times. I was ensured more than once that of course it would be ,that they rarely run behind. Well you can guess what didn’t happen. Every single appointment I sat in that tiny waiting room no less than 45 minutes after my scheduled time, and believe me I know I wasn’t the only one. The pharmacy doesn’t ever send you everything you need and then they essentially gaslight you saying “well we ordered it.”Dr Dyer was the most unprofessional and vulgar doctor I have ever come across. Aside from him cursing & calling me a kid multiple times, he asked me why my husband didn’t want to put a baby in me (exact words)(since I’m donating). He also said “we’re going to treat you like a cat in heat.”The compensation is not nearly appropriate enough given the hoops the donors have to jump through, ESPECIALLY since the center is funded by tax dollars. I hope the people who will receive my donation are treated much better than I was.If you are interested in donating, look into a different avenue if you would like your time respected.

The Center for Reproductive Health is a wonderful clinic for anyone struggling with fertility. They are a “patient first”clinic and they believe everyone deserves a chance at starting a family. They will work with you financially to make your goals possible. All of the clinic staff is kind and understanding. Some of the best patient care I have ever received and they are so knowledgeable; they will do everything they can to figure out what your fertility challenge is. They are outstanding and I would recommend them over and over again.

Very professional and personable experience. I didn’t feel like just a“Number”. Great job explaining everything step by step and making me feel extremely comfortable with everything. Highly recommend them.

So far everything about our journey has been great, we have our first IUI next week and everyone has been so kind and informative of everything that is going on every step of the way from explaining all the testing and then following up with quick and thorough understanding of our results. Amanda has been so so so great and overall the whole team has made me and my husband feel so comfortable in such a vulnerable subject. Thank you to the whole team we hope to have a healthy baby someday soon.

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Vasquez his for about a yr. We did several iuis only to be told by the doctor and the finance office that her eggs wasnt a very good quality and that if she did get pregnant ( she called it a spontaneous pregnancy ) she would miscarry.. well my daughter decided to do the adopt an embryo program in Louisville ky and ended up pregnant with twin girls. They are 3 yrs old now. As of Today my daughter delivered a healthy baby boy. Her baby boy is with her eggs and her husbands sperm. They wasnt even trying to get pregnant. She found out around Fathers Day that shes pregnant and was scared to death that she was going to lose this baby daily!! All because of the diagnosis They said there was no way she would ever have a baby of her own. She could adopt but she would never have a DNA pregnancy.she now has a baby boy 100% her DNA and her husbands. Both mom and baby boy are doing excellent!!

Very kind staff. They were extremely informative. The procedure that I had done was way less painful than that of the other three times at a different facility. I cant wait to find out the results in a few weeks.

I have just recently started going here and have had an amazing experience so far. Dr. Vasquez and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They have been very informative through the process. Dr. Vasquez was very nice and explained everything in detail so that I could understand This has been an anxious experience but Im looking forward to having the comfort and support from an amazing staff through this journey.

I am so grateful to have worked with such a kind and dedicated team of professionals. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, ultrasound tech to doctors were incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and invested in my care. Their lab is in-house which makes a world of a difference. Having underwent a second cycle with CRH (first was with Nashville Fertility Center) I can appreciate the difference between exemplary service and awful service. My first cycle with NFC was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Their lab is outsourced and has awful reviews - I understand why now. I felt like an insignificant commodity. A cog in a wheel. No humanity. My experience at CRH was COMPLETELY different and such a breath of fresh air. CRH, Dr. Vasquez, Jess Baker, Angel, and the rest of the team treated me and my husband like family. I cannot recommend CRH more emphatically and wish I would have found them the first go around. They helped make my dream come true and I’m now the proud momma of a beautiful, healthy, baby boy. Thank you CRH!

Wouldnt recommend if you are of African descent. Paid 5k to be told by student Dr that I wasn’t a good candidate, even after their ultrasound tech told me I shouldn’t have any issues & showed me numerous follicles from stims, the next clinic we went to after reviewing my chart why didn’t they move forward with my ok results. Never saw the head doctor. Recommended DE but was told there aren’t many aa donors. Was there at appt time but made to wait til well after closing to speak to anybody. Long story short its all about what’s going to make them look good and not about the patients journey.

The clinic made me and my husband feel very comfortable. I had been so anxious about my fertility issues for so long, but all of the staff was very comforting and supportive. I, also, had to do quite a few appointments by myself due to needs of the Army and my husband being away. They always made sure that I had someone there to lean on. The doctors and nurses were very thorough in their explanations of procedures and results, as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with reproductive health issues.

We have been using the Center for Reproductive Health for the last year, but only started treatment within the last few months, preparing for a frozen embryo transfer. Our transfer took place today and the process, as well as the care leading up to has been nothing but amazing. Dr. Vasquez and his team have been so great to work with and have went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant and one that we will never forget. Now we wait for our pregnancy test and pray our little embaby gets cozy and does as it should…but no matter what the outcome, I would 100% recommend this facility for couples/individuals needing assistance with helping make their dreams of growing their family come true.

I’ve always received fast, friendly and informative service. The staff was so helpful with my MANY questions and were always prompt responding to emails. They also went above and beyond concerning my medications. I had my own private zoom call with a nurse and she walked me through each medication. I felt so at ease with every step.I highly recommend!

I’m active duty & got seen here after reoccurring miscarriages. Everything was straight to the point, no wait for appointments, & they quickly identified my fertility issues & prescribed me medications that have now lead me to finally stay pregnant without miscarrying. You can call them regarding any concerns & they will schedule to see you ASAP, most places won’t even bother to see you if it’s not life threatening but this clinic always makes you feel heard. If I never got a referral here I probably would have kept TTC & failing, so I’m grateful for this clinic. I will definitely be bringing my baby girl back to this clinic once she’s born to thank them for this miracle.

We are a family who had a completely normal first pregnancy with a healthy baby born in 2016, but when we decided to try for a second baby, we experienced multiple losses. It was suggested that we try going to see Dr. Vasquez. I did a little research and really loved what I’d found. Our first appointment was thorough with a plan for how we were going to figure out what was going on. Along the way, everyone was great, from the receptionist, to the phlebotomist, to the ultrasound tech, to the nurse. We discovered multiple issues that we were completely unaware of beforehand. (Our three year old is a total miracle that only can be explained by God.) Because of what was found, Dr. Vasquez was able to guide us on our choices moving forward. A few months later, we were fortunate enough to get pregnant, and everyone at The Center for Reproductive Health was so excited with us. They kept a really close eye on the baby and me, which I so appreciated, and each appointment I was remembered and treated with kindness. I was not just another patient walking through the door. Dr. Vasquez really takes the time to explain to you what is going on, and he shows that he truly cares about helping find out the source of the problem and finding ways to be successful. I would recommend The Center for Reproductive Health to anyone who is facing fertility issues of any kind. I am thankful beyond words for them walking beside me through this pregnancy, and look forward to sharing great news with them when our little one arrives.

My experience with Dr. Vasquez for my 2nd appointment was pleasant. My nurse, Rachel was very sweet and courteous. She was tentative to my care and preparing me for my procedure. The lab draw personnel were nice as well. I felt comfortable during the entire process from the start to the end of the procedure. Dr. Vasquez talked with me during the procedure and explained all pertinent information involving my anatomy and let me view the ultrasound screen and pointed out exactly what he was seeing during the ultrasound. He answered all my questions and concerns in its entirety. The facility is very clean and organized. I am quite pleased with care that I received. I highly recommend Dr. Vasquez!

Dr. Vasquez (a true medical gem) & his entire team at the center for reproductive health are amazing…my experience here has been nothing short of phenomenal, from the lovely PA Jess (who my husband & i lovingly refer to as Dr Jess) to the Ultrasound techs, lab, front desk reps, scheduler, embryologists, the individuals that assist with surgery prep, my IVF coordinator that is so responsive & encouraging, & more. Literally everyone i have come in contact with, i have not had one negative experience since i prayed & decided this is the facility i would trust with going through the IVF process with to try to get our miracle baby. My transfer was yesterday…im hopeful but regardless of the results, i have no doubt in my mind that they have done their part impeccably…the rest is letting go & trusting for Gods will to be done. Here, you will not feel like another patient, you will feel like you have your own special team routing for you!

We chose Dr. Vasquez after researching embryo adoption. We looked at several clinics and chose to drive 5+ hours just for this clinic. He and his staff were amazing throughout the entire process. We never had any trouble and they always responded quickly. I’m surprised by some of these reviews because they are so different from our experience. We have a beautiful baby boy who will be 1 next month thanks to them and their clinic. They still check in with us and we consider them friends.

Dr. Vasquez with me is very direct. He likes for me to understand everything within a womans human body and reproductive system before even discussing my own issues and steps to remedy them. In my experience meeting him at my initial appointment he didn’t want to overwhelm me with large medical terms and incorporated pictures for visual ideas during his explanation. He gave me his full attention and I didn’t feel rushed nor did I leave with unanswered questions. We discussed my first treatment plan and I was excited to work with him. Neither of us knew I was pregnant at the time so when my blood work came back 24-48 hours later he immediately recommended and prescribed me preventive medicine so that I would have a better chance at carry to term. I’ve had many miscarriages before being referred to Dr. Vasquez. So far the medicine has worked I’ve had two successful ultrasounds and have been well taken care of. I’ve never been this far along in my pregnancy. I am grateful for Dr. Vasquez.

I wish I had found CRH earlier. They not only have a very good donor embryo database, but also a fast and simple adoption procedure, and very professional yet kind people working there.I was about to give up my search (for two years) when contacting CRH. But EVERY time I ask any question, Shalistar answers my email promptly and professionally with such kindness. Within 2 weeks I found the ONE, signed all the documents and it is ready to be shipped out. Within 2 months I am pregnant with it.I am in Florida working with a local fertility clinic for the transfer. Shalistar not only ensures the process on CRH’s side, she also follows up with my local clinic to make sure the receiving is ready. Unfortunately my local clinic is just like many other fertility clinics, sticking to their stupid outdated procedure, another client is just another number, no sympathy to help. Jayme actually stand up and called out their unethical practice, which completely woke me up. I finally decided to change to another clinic(CRH’s partner clinic, another wonderful one) , where I did a successful transfer just in time.I am one of those families in this journey: pills, needles, time, money, miscarriage, sleepless nights, tears, desperately reaching for that little person who is fading away, etc. These CRH ladies are angels that God sent to help me to continue. This is how much your work means to people like me.

UPDATE 2: I did eventually get everything I needed. The office contacted me shortly afterward. We are likely going to use them if my wife and I decide to go this route.UPDATE: My wife and I have been calling the office twice a day leaving messages with the billing department since Monday (3 days straight). We cannot get a return call after leaving voicemails. We spoke to the emergency service after hours operator, and they really cant help either. This is a shame. The doctor and staff were very friendly, but if we cant even get a call back on a small amount of money, its really tough to trust them with a larger amount of money that wed be in the wind on. We just need the explanation of charges to submit to our Flex spending account. No luck. Not a good sign.ORIGINAL: The doctor was fantastic. It is expensive, and in our case, insurance does not cover any of the procedures. But, everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, informative, and overall, it was a great experience. This is the doctor well use when we go that route.

We traveled from Illinois to Tennessee for our visit and never saw the doctor, he was too busy with other patients. We did receive follow up testing prescriptions which we scheduled and returned ASAP. Never heard back from them. All of this was self pay. Travel and follow up tests- thousands for nothing. Never have been disappointed in anything before. We were told a high success rate and had excellent communication BEFORE arrival then they dropped off. All of our hopes were up. Absolutely sad experience and hope no one else falls for it. Look elsewhere.

I have been under the care of Dr Vasquez for a little of a year know. After getting pregnant twice and miscarrying twice, Dr Vasquez found out my problem. Now I am the furthest Ive ever made it in any pregnancy, about to start my second trimester, and still doing great. Dr Vasquez and his staff have always been courteous to me and my husband. I feel that he truly cares about each and every one of his patients. Every appointment Ive every had with him, he took his time and made sure I understood everything he was saying. Hes never rushed us out of his office. Any time Ive called during off duty hours I speak with him directly and hes always patient. His staff is very friendly and I know each one them by name. Ive read some of the previous reviews and while I was reading the negative ones, I thought to myself, maybe the poster has the wrong clinic. In my experience, Dr Vasquez and his team has never been anything less than amazing to me and I 100 percent appreciate them and everything theyve done for me.

Dr. Vasquez and his staff provide care for their patients as if they were members of their own family. Dr. Vasquez goes above and beyond the scope of what is expected of a doctor taking his time with you and not rushing through your appointment. He genuinely cares about each patient and gives personal attention to you and whatever your specific situation may be. He and his staff will call you with results after hours if need be. You simply cannot be in better hands than with Dr. Vasquez and his team.

These two stars are for Dr. Vasquez himself and Erica the secretary who always smiled and memorizes who you are very fast, also the new andrologist as she was very kind. I am not a reviewer and I dont go around writing reviews about everything I eat or do or see so know that I felt compelled as this is an important thing for any couple to be going through. Dr. Vasquez is kind, patient, explains in detail without being patronizing and he spends as much time answering your questions as you need. However, they have an entirely new staff and all their billing and quoting is done out of house. Needless to say the office end of everything is chaotic and not functional at times. They currently owe me 1700$ for a procedure I paid for in advance and then my insurance covered. I have shown them the documentation and talked to billing countless times and the office manager is straight up ghosting me and putting me off. During something that requires this much trust, I am appalled at how Ive been treated by the office manager. If you care only about the doctor and dont mind if you have to call a lot , deal with extensions that dont work or no one ever answers, overpay for services and not get refunded, then go here. If efficiency and efficacy are your goals and you dont mind a little colder more clinical environment, then go to Nashville Fertility Center. I hate that I have to write this as I have nothing but good feelings about Dr Vasquez as a person

Dr. Vasquez and his staff have done nothing short of displaying professionalism and compassion in all they have done for us. They have went above and beyond in communicating my treatment and care and have gone out of there way in many instances to ensure treatment precision. I am so grateful to be their patient.

They are unbelievable in the care they provided my husband and I. Im very sad that the next appointment will be my last for we will be going to OB after next week but on an exciting note we are pregnant after two years of trying. This place cares so much for each and every patient and every patients unique needs. Our Dr. Was Dr Vazquez and she is one of the most outstanding women in her practice. The receptionist (Erica) and the ultrasound Technician all became like family. They really do go above and beyond to help families and if you are looking for help with infertility I highly recommend this place ❤️❤️

Dr.Dyers and Dr.Vasquez are absolutely amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Because of them, I have a 2 year old son and am planning on trying for one more. They go above and beyond to help you in any way that they can.

My IUI experience here was amazing. I went through the initial testing and one session of IUI and I got my baby girl. With the help of hormones. My pregnancy plan worked for me and I’ll be ready to try again soon!

ABSOLUTELY the BEST fertility clinic I could possibly ask for! They are gentle, caring, and knowledgeable. Our journey has just begun, but I have a good feeling I will conceive our miracle baby next year!!!

My wife and I have known Dr. Vasquez and his team for two years. They are an exceptional group of people and all are very professional and knowledgeable in their practice. All our questions have been answered thoroughly and made easy to understand. We are very happy to have come to them since now we have been blessed and expecting twins. Dr.Vasquez is an amazing doctor that strives to help out his patients. He doesn’t care about making money off his patients , just about helping them achieve their goal in reproduction . The staff at the center were all amazing and friendly every time we had an appointment.

Do NOT go to this clinic. The clinic is a joke. My fiancé and I went to this clinic in hopes to find out if we could get pregnant or if we had to explore IVF. We were told that we could not get pregnant on our own and they immediately tried to push IVF. However, a few weeks later we found out that we were pregnant. Then the problems started. The clinic began to incorrectly code services and charge us for services we did not receive. My fiancé is certified in medical coding and works in the medical industry. When we called the clinic and provided all documentation and receipts, they advised they were going to fix the issue. Now they billed the insurance and the insurance wants us to pay them for said services. The clinic is now telling us that they cannot find the fault. We are still trying to get a hold of someone from management to fix this issue but is having no luck. If you are in hopes of becoming a patient, please look elsewhere. They will offer the most expensive options first with little to no hope of the procedures working. I know that medicine is sometimes difficult but to bluntly tell the patient they can’t get pregnant and to offer IVF immediately shouldn’t be the case.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love how Dr. Vasquez explained everything to me, so that I can understand fully. I just had my iui done and I’m currently in my tww. I’m praying for good news! Dr. Vasquez, Erica (the receptionist), Andrea (the nurse coordinator), Tiffany (the ultrasound tech) and the phlebotomists are all WONDERFUL human beings! So caring each step of the way. I appreciated how they waited for my body to mature a follicle even though I was a little behind schedule. They waited to make sure that they can give me the best chance, rather than just telling what I wanted to hear and making me take the trigger shot, when my body wasn’t ready. I love how at the beginning of the process they got baseline labs and ultrasound and test, to see what my body was doing before starting any treatment and then while I was going through my treatment they monitored me very closely. God bless this facility with all the wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff that help make miracles come true for people. I pray that I can send them a picture of my little baby so that they can place on the wall.

The care is exceptional. Going through IVF is hard enough, so to have a team that is kind, patient and warm is extremely reassuring. I highly recommend CFRH!

If you live around Hunstville Alabama don’t waste your time with Dr Davenport and go directly to Nashville with Dr Vasquez. We got terrible experience with Dr Davenport . I was completely uncomfortable and he had no empathy to listen to me. I drove more than 2 hours to Nashville to see Dr Vasquez and it was worth the trip. Me and my husband were treated with respect and compassion. They listened to us and provided solutions to our problems. We got some medical tests and advice directly from Mrs Parker and Dr. Vasquez. I definitely will drive any time no matter what. They went beyond expectations in customer service and treatment. Thank you very much to all staff.

Every aspect of my visit and procedure was explained to me and every person, from reception to Dr.Vasquez, was kind and made me feel like I was the only person in there. When you’re already dealing with an unknown or tough situation, it helps to have people slow down and take their time with you. And that’s what I’ve found with the staff at Center for Reproductive Health.

I dont like to give bad reviews...but I would never recommend this clinic based on my personal experience. My records were transferred from NFC to Dr. Vasquez but Im pretty sure that he did NOT even review my history. I was asked to have a HSG to see if my tubes were open, the records indicated that I didnt have any tubes due to surgery. I wasnt told when to begin taking my progesterone... Nonetheless, I had my transfer and I didnt get pregnant. Im not upset that the DE didnt stick... I felt like trash after the pregnancy test, when I was told in order for Dr. Vasquesz to tell me that I wasnt pregnant and answer any questions I had to pay $150 fee. I just spent over $11,000 and when Im at the lowest point in my life they just kicked dirt on me.I want my money back... I totally feel like they dont care about the patient just the money!! (Except for Erica who worked at the front desk, I love her)

I would read your contract carefully as you will not be made whole if the embryos you choose do not survive the thaw. My understanding is that it is rare for embryos not to survive the thaw. Unfortunately, 1 of my 2 did not survive and I was left with no other chances to try again even though I paid for 2. I was also left with no explanation for why the genetically normal embryo did not survive. This has made me question their embryology practices and whether they are up to date. I would be wary of this clinic for this reason. 1 star was given because everyone I talked to was nice. Unfortunately, the fact that they cant guarantee or offer a replacement for embryos that dont survive makes me wonder if that happens often.

The office staff seemed nice, but their billing department is horrible. They over charged me over a thousand dollars and will not return phone calls. Every time I try to reach their billing department Im told the person is not in that day and she has yet to return any of my messages. It has now been over 4 mths with no resolution and will now have to engage an attorney. Having to go through this process is not only difficult but costly, I shouldnt have to worry about a provider holding funds that do not belong to them. I certainly wouldnt trust them with managing IVF if they cant manage their own billing.

Very disappointed that we just wasted a year and a half on a doctor that doesnt care. ONLY reason for 2 stars is the ultra sound tech!! She is the ONLY person in that office that is pleasant. Our first visit, our nurse was AMAZING, then we found out she left the office at our next appointment. Ever since then, the turn around with staff members has been HORRIBLE. I dont think Ive ever seen the same person more than a handful of times, besides the ultra sound tech, before they are gone again. This inevitably leads to no one giving a hoot about the patients. After completing a mock cycle in January and having to deal with Andrea (The RN) and her treating me like I was a total idiot when explaining how to do the hormone injections, then belittling me on the phone when I called and asked if I could do the last 2 injections in my thigh (cause I couldnt reach the upper back alone & my hubs was gone for work) we called it quits with this office. I dont know why Miss Andrea would become a nurse if she doesnt care about her patients. Do the patients to this office a favor and get a better attitude or find a new profession! We (the patients) have ENOUGH going on in our lives, we dont need someone treating us like we are stupid on top of it all.And for the doctor.....I just dont know. He seems extremely unorganized and flustered. His office is a mess and waiting for him to talk to you, or while sitting in his office, he takes FOR-EVER. We have had multiple 4-5 hour appointments. After the 3rd or 4th times of hearing we want to make sure we get this right the first time, because you can go online and leave a bad review or say something on social media, then everyone sees it and people get the wrong idea....Now it all makes sense! Dr V is more interested in making sure his business LOOKS good before seeing success in his patients.During our last appointment, I brought to his attention our intention on moving forward with embryo adoption and he just stared at me like a deer in head lights then asked Have we previously discussed that? I dont remember that. Nope....We did the research on our own because it was NEVER brought to our attention that was an option. Well, I am no doctor but seeing my labs, my ultra sounds, that my eggs are literally dying and that the heavy doses of hormones are literally doing NOTHING to my ovaries...WHY is another IUI or IVF needed? WHY are we going to spend the THOUSANDS of dollars on an procedure that we know has a high failure prediction for me? During that appointment, he just pushed and pushed for another IUI or IVF and finally I said, no, we are not interested, can we move forward with testing for an embryo adoption? Is there something we can do to see if I can even CARRY a child? Its pretty black and white that my eggs are not viable, but can I carry a child? That was when we did the mock cycle and had the issue with Andrea.Since leaving this office, I have started to see another doctor in Nashville. In doing so, I needed my medical records sent over. I sent a request for medical records and a signed release to Missy then waited 2+ weeks. Finally I called and they said Oh, you never got them because she doesnt work here anymore! We will just send them to your email or we can mail them. I asked if they needed another release form done, since the original was stuck in Missys email that was not able to be accessed. Their response was No we dont need it. We can just send them. Ok....so how do you know I am 1-who I say I am? and 2-How can you honestly send someones PERSONAL MEDICAL RECORDS without proper Auth??? Sounds like a GIANT HIPPA violation to me!! Watch out Dr V, you could be shut down for mistakes like that!Do yourself a favor and save yourself thousands of dollars and see another doctor. We totally understand the point that Dr V is the only doc in the Middle TN area that takes Tri-Care but with the money youll spend in his office, you could save and see an out of pocket doctor that has their office in order and actually cares about their patients!!

Everyone at the office is amazingly personable. They knew me by name on my second visit. I had wonderful care during my appointments and procedures. My only critique is that communication with the office was a little delayed sometimes but thats it. Would highly recommend to everyone who is considering going to this Drs office

The Center provides excellent service and knows you by name. It’s great to know that someone sees and hears you and is genuinely invested in your story.

We had our first appt with Dr Vasquez and we felt good at the end of it. He was very personable and took the time to go over our next steps which involves the initial testing. Our only complaint is the office seems a bit slow. Our appt was at 1:30 but we waited over an hour to be called back, then we were stuck waiting for close to another hour to be seen. We didnt leave our appt until 4:45! This is an inconvenience since we have a 1 hour drive to the office. Hopefully the follow up appts wont take so much time out of our day because we cant afford to miss a full day of work for each appt.

The wait time to see Dr Vazquez is atrocious. I realize he is very thorough which is fine but if his schedule is that crazy tell patients UP FRONT!! As a NEW patient I waited in the lobby for 1 hr. Then 2 hrs to see the doctor. I spoke with everyone but Dr Vasquez because I had to leave. I LITERALLY WALKED PAST THE STAFF NO ONE SPOKE TO ME OR ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR EVEN CHECKED ON ME.I came back for a second appt.It took the front desk 20 minutes to find my payment and I had to get interrogated about the payment amount before someobe found it. When I FINALLY got speak with Dr. Vazquez it was a 2 hr conversation about politics, and surveys. When the conversation was FINALLY over. I thought i was going to run out of there. He wrote me a prescription for Lupron. Then 5 days after my appointment i recieve an email telling me he no long accepts my insurance! When i responded asking is it just him or the entire practice (because I was ORGINALLY referred to Dr whitmore) I NEVER recieved a response back. This whole experience was a terrible waste of my time & Money.I made it a point to tell the 3 other women at my office to cancel their appointments with this clinic because that is just unacceptable. Oh and dont respond saying you cant find a record of my visit or that you saw me because clearly Im not listed under my real name 🙄

Loved the staff my experience was more than amazing they gave me hope again few months later I found out about my bundle of joy and it’s been the best thing to ever happen to me I THANK THESE GUYS SOO MUCH ESPECIALLY OUR NURSE WHO WE HAD AN HONOR TO MEET WITH

Although we’re still in our fertility journey. I love the whole team. They are kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone :) They treat you like family.

Pros:-The nurses seem very nice, and are diligent in their checklists.-The lobby is tidy.-The hospitals bathrooms are clean.-Dr Vasquez is very approachable.-The battery of lab tests are VERY thoroughCons:-prescribes non formulary name brand prenatal vitamins-they waste a ton of paper for every patient.- It is impossible to get a call back to schedule an appt/follow up-lab work can only be done at their office at 8-8:30 am weekdays... because they dont trust the accuracy of other labs-their lab results indicated I had an autoimmune disorder another specialists lab work clearly did not indicate. So, take their lab work quality with a grain of salt.-The receptionist NEVER answers the phone after 10am.- I requested a copy of my records, in person, the day of my follow up and they said only the receptionist could retrieve the blank request form from the filing cabinet... They then emailed a poor photocopy my PCM could barely read a week later.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The staff is kind, and the doctors are knowledgeable. They have been helpful in better documenting and addressing our situation than we had previously experienced at other places. They are thorough in testing and stay up to date with their approach to have the best chance at finding detailed answers for issues. It helps give hope in difficult situations.

Both Dr Dyer and Dr Vasquez called to check up on me personally when there was a complication. They were attentive and answered all of my questions and were quick to make a plan to preserve my pregnancy. This place is incredible and the Drs are interested in patient care over pay days.

Was sadly disappointed in this place. I chose it as it seemed to be an advanced clinic and hopefully would help me achieve my dreams. The first visit started out okay despite a long wait and listening to the staff joke around with each other (which is fine except this was the whole time and at the end when I was supposed to make another appointment they were to busy having fun to notice me waiting...and waiting).The biggest disappointment was when they realized Id be paying in cash and asked to leave off anything not truly necessary. I know the costs as Ive researched what I needed to do heavily and had the resources however I guess not having the ability to get endless funds from me wasnt acceptable and their demeanor changed considerably. Enough that I rethought my second appointment and cancelled it.

Nothing but mistakes on their end leaving us both feeling even more hopeless than we did prior to seeking help with them! Do yourself and your wife a favor and find somewhere else to help you!

We just started our journey with the Center for Reproductive Health. The doctor and staff have been so helpful answering all of our questions and spending time with us to make sure we are informed and comfortable regarding our options. The respond very quickly and have been so nice.

CFRH in Nashville gave my husband and myself a wonderful first experience! The doctor and his staff are so kind and caring. They make you feel very comfortable in a difficult time to walk through with infertility.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I just started my treatments at the center, but so far, the customer service has truly been amazing.

My wife and I met with Dr. Vasquez last year to talk about our options for getting pregnant. On our consultation he explained the different steps that the eggs had to go to in order to be healthy enough to be inseminated. He made sure to test that my wifes eggs were healthy through the entire process. Little did we know that she had a hormonal imbalance that would make it near impossible for her to get pregnant through artificial insemination (which was our original plan). Dr. Vasquez was very forward about the options and the success rate for each one in our particular case. He wanted us to make the most informed decision possible so we would not have to waste our money on a process that would probably not work. We ended up doing IVF to have the best possible chance. The process was rough on my wife (which in turn made my life rough) but the entire staff made it easier. If we had questions they were answered. If we had concerns they were addressed. In the end we had two eggs transferred and both took. We now have two beautiful and healthy babies (a girl and a boy). Although the pregnancy was rough for my wife (she had several hemmorages) Dr. Vasquez and his staff were there for us the entire time. They did several ultrasounds to make sure the hemmorages were not affecting our little ones. They answered the phone anytime we needed them and never once made us feel like we were crazy or needy (even though we were at times). IVF is a hard process to go through but having the entire staff behind you helping you through it makes it so much easier. Having the honesty from Dr. Vasquez was another perk even if it wasnt what we wanted to hear. There isnt a single negative comment I can make about them. By the end of the process we considered them family because we wouldnt have ours without them. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone needing some assistance in having children.

Doctor Vasquez was helpful and kind; very thorough and knowledgeable. He could empathize with our situation, had a great philosophy on the doctor/patient relationship and spent much more time than scheduled to help us.

Went to Center for Reproducitive Health for fertility testing and to discuss egg freezing. As a single woman I was made to feel uncomfortable with continued questions (in paperwork, by the front desk, and the nurse) about my spouse and how long I’ve been trying to conceive, eventhough my paperwork and appointment was clear of my reason for the appointment. After waiting for nearly 3 hours the Dr was ready to see me. I think his intentions were good, but I walked away feeling disappointed and not getting what I was looking for. Save your self respect and your time. Don’t go here.

Failed to call back several times as promised. Doc was more concerned with asking for “good reviews” than our treatment. Charged us $150 extra for a “phone consultation” only to ramble for an hour about the IVF process in Europe and other irrelevant information. With financing / billing... good lord. Received at least three different quotes, all of which were less than what they tried to charge us following a visit. Sleezy and completely shady. All of this only for them to “mis time” our IVF hormone protocol causing us to abandon the process. Oh but then they recommended we try IUI, for an additional cost, which also did not work. FIND A DIFFERENT CLINIC.

Staff was very professional and not judgemental. Dr. Vasquez was very professional and took his time with us as patients was very thorough in his explanations. This is a wonderful place to have to go through a hard journey.

Dr. Vasquez is amazing! I went to Nashville Fertility for 4 years. While there, I experienced multiple negative cycles, 2 miscarriages, and many unanswered questions. The doctors at Nashville Fertility said my miscarriages are a case of bad luck and that sometimes these things just happen. I decided to switch to Center for Reproductive Health, where Dr. Vasquez immediately had me undergo tests that resulted in the findings of 2 genetic mutations that cause miscarriage and failure of embryos to implant. Dr. Vasquez completely customized my care plan specifically for my personal situation. I was able to get pregnant with twins on the very first cycle! Center for Reproductive Health creates care plans for each patient based on their individual needs, instead of using a standard care plan. I could not be happier with this facility and will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

I was glad after 10 years to finally have some answers. The staff is awesome but however was highly disappointed in the follow up with Dr Vasquez after a failed IUI. Waited for over an hour just to see him ( I live a hour and 20 minutes away) and by that time the office was closed and we talked with him another hour just to have no answers as to why it could have failed. It was a total waste of time seeing as how he cared to talk about other world problems and not mine. It was not relevant what so ever. I get the fact that it’s hard to pin point what exactly happened but I’d atleast expect a possibility so we can change the course of action for IUI #2. When the nurse called me that the IUI failed she seemed way more informative as to what it could have been and what we can maybe tweak than Vasquez did during the follow up. Fast forward a couple of months and going through IUI #2 we found out that it did not work for a second time. I refuse to make a follow up with Vasquez seeing as how much of a waist of time it is. I’m assuming that he thinks that all of us with Tricare and are military are made of money but in reality I maxed out my credit card to do both IUIs and paid for medications out of pocket. I recently received a bill from March for a $100+. It is obviously now August. Everything has been paid for for quite sometime now but then again I guess the $761 x2 wasn’t enough to satisfy this man. I can only hope he is driving some expensive car and living the high life in some mansion somewhere because we are all paying for it. If your reading this review do yourself a favor that I was to oblivious to make myself. Go somewhere else. Go to a different state if you have to. Don’t waist your time and your resources on a practice that has failed and taken advantage of individuals more often than they should.

A lot of information to intake when going through treatments. Dr. Velazquez explain everything and even over explained some things to help me understand to make sure Im comfortable before proceeding. He was so kind and so helpful very informative Im so beyond excited to start the process.

Dr. Jaime and his staff are absolutely wonderful! He is very thorough. Dr. Jaime is more concerned about resolution than your money. This is the place you want for your fertility concerns.

I love this place. Everyone…literally everyone has been amazing. I went to nashville fertility clinic before I came here and they were awful. However this is not the case here….they are helpful…they explain everything and are patient when you ask question. Just can’t say enough about how much I love this place!

We went to dr Vasquez in early 2014. I had gone through two fertility drs that kept saying everything was well and they didnt know what was going on pretty much. Dr Vásquez found that I had some hormonal imbanalces and I was on a treatment. I got pregnant first round of treatment with triplets. I now have to beautiful little boys and a little girl. My husband and I couldnt be happier.

They have a great staff that is very professional and caring! They will go the extra mile if necessary!. Very informative they give in depth responses to questions and or concerns! If they dont know they will find out!!

I went to Dr.Vasquez for fertility help. Did one IUI with them, it was unsuccessful, paid for another IUI however was unable to conduct the IUI due to military obiligations. I asked for a refund in May 15, 2018 for the IUI, today is July 13th, 2018 and I have still not received my refund. I have emailed and call over 15 times, received one email in June stating the refund would be mailed. To this day I have not received it nor have I gotten a email or phone call back with a status of my of refund.

So, my bigger takeaway, aside from the kindness and intelligence of the staff, was that I felt treated like family.I appreciate the candidness and empathy everyone extends. We are about half way through this process and my wife and I are pleased.

We love The Center for Reproductive Health. The staff are friendly and helpful and weve never had any issues during our many visits to the office. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Vasquez gave us lots of information and a plan. His staff was very pleasant to us and tried to give us all we needed and have helped us get scheduled since we are three hours away.

I personally don’t recommend this place. I’ve been in several times for appointments just to be told so much useless information. On top of that I waited hours to be seen and also they don’t work together to know and understand each persons specific needs it seems because I always get calls about other people being seen at the office but I never get the right calls about my specific case. I don’t know what they have going on in that office but they are extremely in organized!

Friendly staff. They work with you in every possible way to include calls after hours for urgent matters.Also, very professional. They have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in their team.

I have been losted for years and when I found Dr. V I can’t explain the relief of not having to worry anymore cause they care just as much as I do for having a baby! They test and give you so much information and they are so so kind and they help so much with everything!!

I have been going here for the last couple of months. Everyone is very professional and, makes you feel comfortable. When you call and leave a voicemail it is always answered very quickly. They have been able to help answer any questions I might have.

They take their CORE values serious and are definitely focused on you, the patient, and you’re needs. It’s not about the money, and if it is they have so many resources available to help you through it all.
