First Choice Immediate Care

I left one star previously due to a horrible experience but after the manager Dan reached out to me a couple of times with a sincere apology and offering to make things right I knew instantly that this company has high integrity and definitely has zero tolerance for any of their clients to be mistreated. Therefore Im updating with this new review five stars based on how Dan handled the situation with such professionalism and high integrity it says a lot about him his character and the essence of this company thank you so much Dan I greatly appreciate it. 🙏🏾

I am extremely disappointed and flabbergasted in the way that I was treated. Little did Miss Kelly know that most of my experience has been done in corporate offices, running businesses alongside of professional owners, and also working along side of attorneys with high credibility. I must say that the employee Jessica surprisingly was much more professional than her manager Kelly. When Kelly confronted me she was very condescending, rude , on professional and very demeaning. I was calm and kept a sense of professionalism the entire time and even Jeremy was on the other line to hear how she was talking to me. When I was trying to explain to her she immediately came out the office and interrupted me and Jessica speaking to each other. And Kelly immediately cut me off and said STOP, STOP , she said I heard everything you already said theres no need to repeat yourself and then she started to aggressively over talk me and then state her stance. I felt like I was being talked to as if I was 5 years old and not in a professional setting like an adult. As she was saying stop stop while I was trying to speak she even put her hand out in a stopping motion to cut me off. I felt belittled disrespected and talked down to and Ive never felt like this in a very long time and I plan on letting her superiors know and making a review this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional and if they allow Kelly to be the person facilitating business endeavors I truly believe that she is not the suitable person for that role. Then even when I was trying to explain to her she cut me off and said she doesnt care and she isnt trying to debate. I told her respectfully this isnt a debate Im simply communicating to you the fact that Jamaica reached out to somebody from this office and they gave her the information which led me here If it wasnt for that Then I wouldnt have been here under The impression that I can get my screening done. She then was not only insinuating but she was actually using accusatory language saying that first student screwed me over and its their fault and she doesnt want to debate it and her employees would never say that or tell us that information. Then when the truth comes to the light after she starts speaking to Jamaica also with a rude and condescending tone she didnt realizes that one of her employees did in fact misinform us and instead of having some kind of integrity Kelly walked in the back of the office she didnt acknowledge or apologize to me for how she was being and at that point I asked Jessica for her and Kellys name and then Kelly walked back into the office and just snatched a business card and handed it to me without saying anything in a robotic way and I took the business card and walked out. I believe that there should be some accountability in regards to how Kelly handled this in a very disrespectful unprofessional and condescending way and this not only makes her look bad but it makes the people in the business in the company that she is representing look extremely horrible and unprofessional I am totally appalled and highly disappointed. Remember its not what is always being said but how it is being said that truly has an impact. But in this situation Kelly not only was saying things using accusatory language and being rude it was her energy and the way she was saying it and what she was saying The entire situation was extremely messy unprofessional and downright unacceptable! Never ever will come again. I regret that i chose this place for my DOT exam. I have checked my vision at DMW and got my CLP without restriction but their test which is on the wall(not electronic), the corridor without enough light shows that my vision is bad.In addition, not attentive personnel made my document incorrect.Clp holder/cdl applicant NO option chosen.Because of this i had to come back from PA

Every aspect of my experience with First Choice Immediate Care embodied excellence. I needed a last minute EKG stat for upcoming surgical procedures same day with a fast turnaround and they facilitated this need when another imaging clinic could not.In particular, staff members Angela, Jessica, and Tara were top notch in terms of courtesy, professionalism, and competence. I definitely would recommend this center to anyone seeking out any of the services and procedures they provide.

The place was clean quick and easy the receptionist and provider were incredibly sweet and understanding

First Choice Immediate Care took care of me immediately without an appointment, provided the best care possible, treated me with kindness and made me feel at ease. I definitely recommend everyone to visit the clinic.

Went in 1/9/2024 had a noon appointment. Me and 1 other guy were the only patients. How did I know? Cause when I was called back there wasnt anyone else in there. Alls I wanted was a simpe Covid test. Got vitals done no issue. Then they stuck me in an office for 90 minutes and nobody checked on me. RUDE! Walked out and still wasnt noticed. I must be invisible! Never going back!

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I must say. I made an appointment for 11:00 am; decided to leave at 1:45pm without seeing anyone. Was left in a waiting room for a longtime. Thought that there must be a lot of patients out there waiting but no one was in the office when I left. Was wondering why!!! Could it be that my issue was not life threatening? There must be a reason! It was a huge disappointment.

I went in to get a physical and drug test for my new job and the receptionist Angela was a little overwhelmed due to having a full house but she kept smiling and was very polite and helpful i then met another staff and she was polite and nice the staff here is wonderful they make you feel welcome and comfortable so you really don’t even mind the wait

Never called back. Need to stop by to make appointment. Very bad attitude - “that is not my problem “ when I have question. Why I need to be there? Because that is the place my company works with.

I have been there twice when the urgent care facilities affiliated with my primary car doc were unable to see me and I have been very happy with the care and services I have received. I will be utilizing them again.

I just came to this facility for the first time because I just moved to Naperville, so I took a chance and just googled a place to go to for my chest pain and I was in and out very quickly with an EKG, a chest x-ray, and an overall exam for my condition. The receptionist was extremely nice, so was the M.A and the doctor. I wish I had their names because they deserve to be recognized for their great work, and I also forgot to mention the x-ray staff who was wonderful as well. I couldnt believe how quick it was, the x-ray and the ekg came back within 10 minutes. And I was on my way out. Thank you so much to all of the staff! And a special thanks to the Doctor Who took the time to actually listen to me and it literally made my day feel a lot better.

Came here for a work physical, the staff knew what paperwork I needed. I didn’t even have to bring anything with me other than my ID/drivers License. I was in an out in about an hour and a half.

This place is exactly how an immediate care clinic should be. I had an earring back stuck in my piercing hole that needed to be taken out. Lindsay Ogle, NP saw me. She is seriously the best! She is so kind and patient. She saved me a trip to a specialist. I am very grateful for clinicians like her!

Need lot of improvements...My family member was prescribed medication by their provided. But when I called the pharmacy they are saying they need an approval from provider. So I really dont know what that mean.When we called the First Choice Office, and the answers we got are not satisfactory and not at all helpful.I would say avoid this facility, there are better options available.

Please do not go there if you have work related injury! The worst experience I ever have! The Nurse Practitioner let me return to work with restriction that I can only use one hand. The line of work I do requires 2 hands!!!!!! I explained it to her so many times she doesn’t get it at all. I cried out of frustrations. You come to work to best of your ability then got injured & treated like that??? I ended up getting a second opinion to My PCP (the real Doctor) who are so caring & very sympathetic. NEVER AGAIN going to that immediate care EVER!

The worst place in the world, guys who need to make an pre employment authorization drug test, don’t set up with them, you will be sitting here forever till they call you, awfully slow service in the world; reefer warehouses much faster !!!!

I came down with the horrid flu/cold on a Monday, and finally cried uncle on Wednesday because it was turning into bronchitis very fast and I needed to keep on top of it. Since my family doc is closed on Wednesdays, my husband recommended 1st Choice. I called and made a same day appointment. Got in very fast, the NP listened to my story and agreed that I needed drugs to help. Since Im diabetic and needed a sugar-free cough syrup, she took the time to research it, filled out all my scripts and we were on our way to the pharmacist in 20 minutes. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a urgent care facility. Trust me, make 1st Choice your go-to place. We will.

Had a horrible experience here. I won’t go into detail but because of the incompetence of the NP, I had to contact 2 other primary care physicians who explained to me that she was completely wrong about her diagnosis. I called her back explained to her that I spoke with DOT and 2 other primaries, but because of her arrogance and the fact she said she had adminstered 500 (lol) of the same tests that she knows what she is talking about. When you deal with a person in the medical profession who is too caught up in being right about something that has been explained to a patient by 2 different primary care physicians and the DOT but she feels because she knows more than the department that sets the standards, you have a problem. I don’t know who owns this clinic but my advice is to sit your NP down and teach her how to be humble and understand that being a medical professional means that learning never stops. You can always learn more from other doctors, that’s what makes the medical profession so outstanding. I have never met a bad doctor or NP until I went here. I HIGHLY don’t recommend this clinic for any DOT physicals, I had to spend half my day correcting her mistake which she so arrogantly said she will stand by, even as I told her that THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SAID SHE WAS WRONG!! Please take my advice any company or administrator DO NOT SEND YOUR EMPLOYEES HERE, you WILL REGRET IT!!

Due to the new lady at the front desk, I had a bad experience at this clinic. However, I have been called a few times by the manager in order to resolve the issue I had. Other than that, I can say I am satisfied with the service provided.

Pointless to go here. So they tell me I have the flu. Ok well I agree thats why I came. I came here to get some medicine to help me cope with symptoms. Maybe a $10-20 promethazine. Instant no. Gave me zofran and they wanted almost $100 for it. What happened to the days the dr was there to make you feel better?

This office refused to submit the whole bill to my insurance company. The EOB of my insurance company indicates that my responsibility is $0. But I was charged an extra $90. This part was not sent to the insurance. This office refused to do that.
