I went to Dr. Scott because she was referred to me by a few friends. I had a health concern and was due for my annual exam. First, I was quoted a price on the phone. Then when confirming, I was quoted another price, higher than the first. When I arrived, they had me pay up front, cash pay, and this price was even higher! When I questioned it, she said it must be because of your age.The doctor is kind. I told her my concerns, she did a thorough exam. Nothing different than I’ve ever had and I am in my 50’s. She ordered a standard test. Fast forward to a few weeks later, the testing place told me to have the doctor order a more complete test based on my symptoms. I called the Dr, talked to Jenna, the nurse. She said since the Dr didn’t make a note about my symptom in the file that I needed to come in for another exam! What? After getting nowhere with Jenna, I told her to please ask the doctor to call me when she returns from vacation. Jenna said the doctor doesn’t do that. I had to come in for another exam! I am done! This office is run like a business. Not for me. I had to tell my niece to cancel her appt. Very disappointed with the way I was treated.

Not to be rude to the person below but it’s pretty standard to have to pay a co pay or sometimes even in full plus they are technically a business so I’m not sure where you think you were at when walked into the office.I’ve actually been going to Kim since I was 15 years old and I am now 37 so I can pretty well tell you in the entire lifetime of going to her…I have never had a better doctor or a better staff to help support me through the ups and downs of overall being a woman.I actually was only on this page because I was booking my next appointment and saw one star review, which definitely was disappointing as anybody I’ve ever known that has gone to her in my own family, and obviously personally within myself has never had anything but great experiences, across-the-board from everyone of her team members in the office. ☺️

I have been a patient of Dr Scott since I moved from Tampa in 2012, she has been amazing listening to my concerns and very caring. When she moved to Murfreesboro I stayed her old practice with a new doctor in Franklin for 2 years, because it was near my house… that was a big mistake on my part and went back to her. She is totally worth the drive! I absolutely recommend her!

Been a patient of Dr Scott for several yrs now. She is never anything but genuinely sweet/caring. She listens & has time for her patients. Puts you at ease immediately. Not sure you will find anyone sweeter in this field. Highly recommend.

Dr. Scott is great but however, her billing staff is not. Dr. Scott is covered under my insurance under one tax ID number but they billed my insurance company under a different tax ID number, my insurance company wont pay because that tax ID number is considered out of network. My insurance company even called their office and talked to billing, they say they cant change the tax ID they use to bill so now Im stuck paying an $800 bill that my insurance would cover if her billing staff would bill them with the correct tax ID number. Not happy and will never go back.

Ive seen Dr Scott for about 20 years now, first when she was in Franklin, and now again in Murfreesboro. She has been my doctor through some serious health scares, and Ill admit, I did not handle them well, but she helped me through. If you are looking for a doctor who has a lot of experience and knows her stuff, consider her as your doctor. I hope she stays in practice for a long time to come, I know Ill need her through times ahead.

Ive been a patient of hers for about 10 years. Shes very professional and takes her time to answer any questions. If Im having complications she always tries to get me in quickly. I first saw her in Franklin location and now I drive 1 hour away because I only trust her. Shes a wonderful doctor

Dr Scott is fabulous! She is so thorough & personable. I’m a nurse & I would recommend her to anyone.
