Elizabeth R. Laroche, MD

Dr. Laroche is not like other doctors. She really cares about her patients and listens carefully. Her kind and understanding manner helps people feel less worried and more certain about her. She also has a great team who are very skilled and professional, making every visit smooth and efficient. They work hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and respected. Dr. Laroche shows all the qualities of a great doctor: shes really good at what she does, she truly cares, and shes dedicated to her patients health. I highly recommend Dr. Laroche to anyone who wants excellent medical care.

Wonderful practice. I cannot say enough. The admin is very nice and efficient, the nurse was very friendly and thorough, and the NP Katie Rosenhagen was very professional as well as friendly. She answered all my questions fully.

I have seen Dr. LaRoche ever since she opened her practice at Murfreesboro Medical Clinic, followed her to Tullahoma for a few years and back to Murfreesboro. Love, love, love her and trust her totally. Always takes all the time in the world with her patient.

I have been seeing Dr. LaRoche for over 30 years. She was my OB for the birth of both of my children and i have continued to drive the hour to her office since then for my gynecological appointments. She is always so caring and concerned listening as long as i need her to address any questions or concerns! She never hesitates to call me and check on me after any procedures i have ever had by her or even if she has referred me to someone else. Sam her longtime nurse and Sheilah her longtime receptionist have always been professional and helpful as well. This is a great staff and i feel blessed to be taken care of by them!

I have been coming to this office since 2013 for my all my gynecological needs and they always exceed my expectations. They have a fantastic staff who are very knowledgeable and professional. They are also very accommodating, any scheduling conflicts I have had are a breeze. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Katie. I feel completely confident in her as my practitioner, and trust her care, opinions, and recommendations. Katie is also very personable and makes me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She remembers personal things about me as well as my medical history. I prefer to have rhetoric and a relationship with my obgyn, someone who can put my worries at ease, knows me and my body, and makes my entire visit effortless. If you are looking for the best experience for all your gynecological needs, look no further! Highly recommended!

The front office staff and nurse were extremely friendly. Nurse practitioner was great. Made things less uncomfortable. Had an issue with a procedure and the staff stayed over so I could go back into office. They were all very comforting and Dr. laroche explains everything in great detail. I did end up over paying for a visit. I emailed them and the staff got right back with me and said they would do a refund check as soon as it clears completely with insurance..

When I visited Dr. laRoches office, I had the pleasure of meeting with Katie Rosenhagen. She was such a sweet lady, very personable, willing to answer all questions I had and did not make me feel like I was being rushed out of the office. I used to see Dr. McGowan at the Womens Health Specialist and she always made me feel rushed, didnt want to spend time answering questions and their office staff and billing group were always messing up my appointments and bills. I am soooo glad I made the switch to Dr. LaRoches office. I see people complaining about the billing however, when I received my bill for $154.10, I immediately contacted the office and set up a payment arrangement. I never had any problems. Communication is so vital and solves many problems .😊

I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Laroches office. The staff was friendly and my doctor was so personable and caring. She took the time to listen to me regarding my questions and concerns, and explain what she needed to communicate. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have loved Dr. LaRoche and her nurse practitioner, Katie, for years! They are always very kind and listen to what you say your body is doing. They help you get to the root of any problems. I have felt very comfortable in their hands for 20 years!

I was ecstatic when I moved from Franklin and found Katie Rosenhagen at Dr. Laroches office. Ive typically had bad experiences and I actually liked her. At my appointment, I told her that we were trying to conceive and she didnt mention that they dont do OB. Theyre listed as an OBGYN. So, when I called to schedule my first prenatal visit I was told by the rude receptionist we dont do pregnancy. I wanted to ask what they think the OB stands for, but I refrained. She said a nurse would call me with recommendations. I received a call from the nurse, who instead of giving me recommendations harassed me about an appointment that I had cancelled. She even told me that I had an abnormal pap result and when I said no I didnt, it was normal and thats why I didnt want any procedures she corrected herself. She read off a list of doctors and hung up. For such a pretentious office, they seem to be out of the womens health business and only into the vaginal rejuvenation business as you can tell by pictures of Dr. LaRoches face, she seems to only care about plastic surgery. If I were them Id hire some competent staff that dont talk like backwoods, cigarette smoking idiots and if I were Katie, Id run for another practice. Would never recommend.

I had not met my deductible and had a polyp removed during my yearly, I received a bill for $200.00, I paid $50.00 the week I received the bill with the intent to pay the balance the following month after taking care of some other bills. Just two weeks after making the first payment, I received a call about my statement balance. It is unfortunate that this office prioritizes money over patient care, but they have made that clear. I informed the person that I would be paying again in another week on my payday as I always pay my bills. I have paid the lab fees, I have paid my primary doctor, I have paid for the biopsy - theirs is the ONLY office that has ever called to collect - and I am actively paying on the account. SHAMEFUL!

I moved from franklin looking for a new Gyno and was recommended Katie Rosenhagen. She is AMAZING. More doctors should be like her. She is patient (i talk a lot) she is understanding and really listens to what is going on to help find an answer. I have not seen dr Laroche but i would recommend Katie to anyone looking for Gyno needs. I was told by my friend before going that she does not do pregnancy which makes me sad that i will have to find another dr when my husband and i are ready to have children but i will be back to her once the pregnancy is over.

My first visit to see Dr.Laroche, I absolutely adore her. The staff is so friendly as well as Dr.Laroche. I was very pleased with her eagerness to teach me things before my visit and the knowledge obtained. I felt very informed and comfortable. I am looking forward to my next visit.

They are completely about money. I had overpaid on my copay wasnt made aware until a year later and then found a way to charge me a year later. I also feel like birth control was pushed to increase visits. Not a fan
