I was given awesome care, right from the start. The office staff are friendly, and everyone helps everyone. My visit with Morgan was very informative and she has great “bedside” manor. This doctor and her practice is an absolute GEM!!!! Never in my life have I ever felt heard or valued by a doctor. I don’t usually agree with western medicine but this was an entirely different experience that left me feeling excited and grateful to have been connected with. Dr.Chinn heard me and spent hours w me … in my first consultation!!! What doctor does that!?!? I thought about that office and staff and experience the entire rest of the day and actually felt hopeful at her recommendations for my overall health. Which again I usually never trust doctors. I love this doctor!!

Morgan Milagrosa has been my go-to person for all of my health related needs. She works side by side with my other practitioners to offer me a caring, holistic, and therapeutic experience, like a primary care MD would but so much better. Shes advocated for me receiving the exact kind of care I need because she has spent so much undivided time *really listening* to me...hearing my explicitly (and implicitly) communicated needs. I trust her with my life and thank her and her team for all they have done for me (and my family) over the years. Could not recommend her and Dr. Chinns office enough.

I recently had a great experience with Morgan!After seeing many (other) doctors for perimenopause symptoms and being told I was “too young” or that my symptoms weren’t real, Morgan spent over an hour with me listening to my symptoms, discussing the science and history, and reviewing treatment options.It was so refreshing to be given the space and time to have a dialog about my health concerns. I gave this practice the highest rating when I first began attending, and the last 2 years have not changed my mind at all. If anything, they have only reinforced that I chose the right practice and doctor, Dr. Melissa Chinn. At every appointment I am warmly greeted and wait in a bougie lobby, but not an intimidating one, one that is very woman forward and empowering. I look forward to each appointment with Dr. Chinn because she is just a nice to person to around. She is completely down to earth, humble, and funny, but shes also a crazy genius. From the beginning, she provided me with my ancestral information which unraveled a lot of questions Ive had about the body I live in today. She encouraged me to pursue some testing which revealed an allergy to opioids, good thing since I had surgery shortly thereafter. Dr. Chinn treats me like I am the only patient she has - at least thats what it feels like. And the result of this relationship, is that we have worked together to develop a care plan that is suited to my own special needs and health concerns. It is this approach that has endeared Dr. Chinn to me. I feel a personal connection, with a safe person in a safe place, with whom I can discuss literally anything on my mind, that is bothering me, and/or related to my ongoing and future health goals, and I receive treatment accordingly.

As always, I leave my appointment with Morghan feeling so empowered and so understood. She always asks all the right questions and always has solutions. She is so knowledgeable and intelligent. I love her so much.

I appreciated many things about this business. The scheduling team made a big effort to make an appointment for me that fit when I was hard to get a hold of. It was amazing. Nice clinic, very individual attention in the lobby, good explanations of the programs and clear billing info. Dr. Chinn is amazing and spent a lot of time with me discussing issues, and was personable and educated on current research relevant to my situation.

Morghan gets 10 stars! She always listens, knows what questions to ask, and explains what is happening with my body clearly. She gives me the pros and cons of every option and works with me to keep costs down. The reason for the 4 stars is because I had difficulty with one staff member prior to my appointment. I spoke with Morghan about it and she apologized and said she would speak with them. Again a 10!

Dr. Chinn spent a lot of time with me on my first visit. I appreciated that and felt like she was very helpful. Just know they dont take insurance, which they told me when I booked and you will need to put down $100 deposit. This is NOT the total fee. My only point of confusion was the total amount when checking out for the first appointment, which is $400. Customer service was great and I liked the facility as well, paying homage to female badasses.

As a new patient, my experience is limited but has been amazing. Everyone is kind and the space is welcoming. Women and folx with akin interior set ups and issues are the primary focus, and the medical knowledge, experience, ideals and behaviors reflect that. It feels good and smart for me to utilize these beautifully beneficial offerings and efforts. I already feel better. Highly recommend.

Recently I experienced a symptom that all the reference materials suggest “go to the gynecologist right away and get it checked.” The Medicare doctors were less than helpful with prompt scheduling and it was suggested that I “was too old”, and could not be checked. Luckily I am fully aware that Dr Melissa Chinn is a board certified gynecologist. It was easy to schedule in right away. Dr Chinn has such a calming manner and immediately relieved my anxiety. Comprehensive tests and kindness!

This was the BEST doctor appointment that I have ever had. It started from the moment I walked in and was greeted by a lovely front office person. She was friendly, kind and helpful. It continued with the office person who did my intake, and carried into the actual appointment. Afterwards, I finished up with another kind and informative front office person. From start to finish this was grade A professional care!I felt really heard. Dr Chinn sat for a lengthy period of time, discussed my health history, my current issues, offered solutions, gave me factual advise and suggested, for my particular case, that we do one thing at a time. This was recommended so that if something works or doesn’t work, we will know exactly what to change. I just loved my entire experience with this doctor, staff and practice. When I first found Dr. Chinn I was a tad doubtful that all of these amazing reviews could be true. I have been seen by her for a few months now and can truly say she is the most compassionate, knowledgeable and attentive provider I’ve ever had. The front desk has been great at getting me forms to submit to insurance for reimbursement too, which has been a blessing. These are special people and this is wonderful clinic.

When I first walked into the office, I knew I was in a special place. Bright and inviting, a variety of product displays, free drinks and little snacks, fun coffee table books, and artwork highlighting amazing women lined the walls. I instantly felt good. Then I met Morgan for a scar laser treatment. As we talked she suggested I talk to my doctor about getting off insulin (Type II Diabetic on insulin for 10 years) and trying Mounjaro. Well, a year later my blood sugar is normal, Im off insulin, Ive lost 50 lbs, and I feel great! She made a huge difference in my health, and Im incredibly grateful.Then I made an appointment with Dr. Chinn. Shes amazing. Its that simple. Shes gentle and kind and compassionate and efficient. She listens and she really cares - like a human being! Its unlike any doctors visit Ive ever experienced in my life, and Ive had pleasant doctors, but Dr. Chinn is also trailblazing a path of excellent patient care by addressing womens health from a holistic viewpoint. From the front desk to the provider you are seeing, everyone is relaxed, fun, low key, and knowledgeable. It always feels like they personally know you and know details about you, they take their time and they make going to gynecologist genuinely enjoyable. The little details like fuzzy blanket, warm wet cloth, er chinns humor….it all adds up and makes a huge difference!

I appreciate the humanness that Morghan expresses when treating things that others have felt were to complicated to bother with. Not only has she improved the quality of my life, Im certain shes been responsible for saving it on a few occasions. Chinn GYN has raised the bar for women’s health so far up it was almost hard to believe. From the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave, you are completely cared for, acknowledged and respected. HIGHLY recommended If you’re looking for an excellent patiet-centered care. I had a tough procedure done at their office and Dr. Chinn and her assistant, Sarah, provided me with the best care possible. They listen to you carefully to set goals based on your needs. Dr. Chinn is vary transparent with her treatment and explains every single steps you should know. Their staff are very nice and welcoming. They also offer Care Credit financial program which is an absolute saver. I would definitely go back for other services.

Hands down the best medical attention I have ever received!! I went to see Dr. Chinn for some issues I had been dealing with silently for a over a year. Not only did she address my concerns with care and understanding, she made sure that her treatment plan wasnt a cookie-cutter answer to get the next patient through the door. It was a great experience to feel like a person and not just another patient.The moment you walk through the door you will be greeted by amazing staff members who feel just as passionate about your health as the providers you will see at Chinn GYN. Having an invisible illness is exhausting mentally as well as physically. It’s insanely hard to find a provider who won’t dismiss you for it being “all in your head”. So, with all of the madness going on in the world, I knew I needed to take a moment to post a quick, albeit well deserved shout out and review of Chinn GYN LLC, following a recent evaluation with my teenage daughter. We were there to have her seen for concerns with her skin; a bit more beyond normal teenage hormonal skin problems, and life shattering for someone her age. I had only just been evaluated the week prior for my own list of woman-ills, but I will save those praises for another day.From start to finish, our visit was incredible! From the quick acknowledgements, and warm welcomes from the ladies as we walked in and were checked in; Thank You! Lexx, Taylor and Sarah!!We had her appointment with Morghan Milagrosa- (totally fantastic BTW) and I sat in wonder as she spoke DIRECTLY WITH my kid, my growing, learning, young lady. I am pushing everyday so that my daughter learns the importance of advocating for herself. Morghan made that so easy for her! She was having a not as normal, terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day of breakouts and flareups, but Morghan didnt diminish her take on her experience and her reality. I so appreciated that! I have rarely seen my kiddo open up to many adults, no less, adults in positions for her to perceive as an authority. And a medical professional!?! Morghan made both of so comfortable and educated us together to boot! No looks of embarrassment or alarm when I hijacked her appointment for a few minutes to briefly talk about my own appointment! Wow! Had a conversation with my kiddo about how she would feel having her first real womans appointment here, and she says she wouldnt be afraid! Whoda thunk it!!From the posh and comfy setting, to taking advantage of using the red room, on top of a professional yet welcoming staff, I appreciate the stellar level of care, time and attention that we have received thus far.First impressions mean a lot! I look forward to building a healthy relationship that supports both my and my daughters unique womens healthcare needs and wants. Wasnt a short review, but I am sure you get why this is a 5 star rating for sure!

I feel heard! She takes the time to listen and diagnose accurately. I have been to several doctors in the past who have misdiagnosed me. They refuse to look deeper. Dr. Chinn has looked deeper in a shorter amount of visits than any of my other doctors! She values each and everyone of her patients. I went in with a list of questions and she took the time to answer, in detail, all of my questions. She is absolutely Heaven sent at a time I was ready to give up on everything.

I walked in and immediately fell in love with Dr chinns practice. The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming, had I not been there for a gyn visit I would have thought it was a spa. The amount of inspiration and empowerment in the decor alone was , well, powerful! Sarah and Dr chinn were phenomenal! I sat with the doctor for almost 20 minutes going over history and concerns without feeling the pressure of running out of time. Everything I shared mattered and that made me feel even more comfortable. Dr chinn worked with me on how we should proceed and we decided together. That is a big deal to me. The biggest draw back is, they are not contracted directly with insurance although they do participate in 3rd party billing to insurance. I have insurance and I have the ability to see other providers. Dr chinn and her staff are worth out of pocket pay! They have options to pay instead of all a t the end of the visit that day. However, not being directly contracted with insurance isnt 100% bad. If they were to be, appointments would be rushed and not as in depth as they actually are. Ive never been excited about a gyn doctor and now I am. Its an amazing feeling!!!

All my questions are answered and Ive learned so much since coming here, not just about myself, but about the health industry and the care of women. Eye opener! This was the best environment for a first time gynecologist appointment. They were super friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I went to pick up my prescription on Saturday afternoon but there was a problem with it, and needed to contact the doctor. Of course the pharmacy did not contact me to let me know before I got there so on Monday I called the office. The office is closed until after Christmas, so I just left a message thinking oh well guess I wait a week. I then remembered I have another number...I called the number thinking it was an answering service, when they said Dr. Chinn, then I realized wait it is actually Dr. Chinn! lol Dr. Chinn answers the phone at the airport, fixes my problem in minutes and I picked up my prescription yesterday afternoon. Please dont waste your time going here!! First off they dont answer phone calls so automatically once the call hangs up they have there system send you a link to your txt messages so you can book it yourself. Yes they do ask for insurance info there BUT once you check im they tell you they dont bill insurance. You have to pay out of pocket!! $350 to $450 after your first visit!!! Then after that its $250 to $350 depending! I had no idea because they dont tell you this online! It was a huge slap in the face! I was in shock. I couldnt pay that so obviously i had to cancel right there and then! Well cancelation is $100! I was so upset!! What kind of clinic does this to women who need help with there health and want answers!! It seems like all they want is money! Because unfortunatly all money details they leave out and it really doesnt help when they dont answer phone call!!

I would recommend Morghan to anyone in need of compassionate and skilled medical care. Her dedication to patient care is truly commendable.

You will not find better service than the women here. We moved to a different state but still kept Morghan as the primary care doctor because we know we will never find that same level of service in the world. I give the highest possible recommendation for Chinn Gyn!

Are you sick of being rushed thru your doctor appointments, and not really ever getting real help? Try out this awesome clinic, you will have all your questions asked , no rushing thru to get the next person in, the doctor listened for over an hour and actually took an interest in helping with what I need. I have never felt more comfortable and I have extreme anxiety and didnt have any of that here. Every woman needs a doctor that cares specializes in the females unique health concerns, as we age we have all sorts of things we need help with, I feel this is the place to go and get the best healthcare you can.
