My wife and I love this clinic! Dr. Hiram is very warm and thorough, answering all our questions with multiple random concerns during our pregnancy. They always have appointments available day of, and we have never had to wait in the office when we get there. Thank you to 360 Immediate Care for being such a wonderful resource for the community!

“My experience at 360 Immediate Care was extremely disappointing and left me feeling taken advantage of. What should have been a simple urgent care visit turned into an unpleasant surprise of excessive fees”. The front desk lady charged me $75 dollars co pay while I should have pay $20 with BCBS PPO insurance. Than she was taking bunch of rapid tests and took my vitals with out washing her hands or putting on uniform. Than instead of a doctor the nurse practitioner showed up and told me that I have Covid and I am young and I should be fine and there is nothing she can do about it. I felt like all they care is making MONEY with a very minimal effort. There was also two young girls ( one with strep like symptoms) and the front girl turn them out because they have insurance but not the one they would charge whatever they want. With out any consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner or any guild she just sent them out from the office. Radiculus8/30/24:After conversation with the BCBS insurance they should not charge me $75 and they did not claim it on the paperwork / bill. After deduction they will get $442.91 and they told me to get my money back it will take 3-7 business days. They also made a nice PROPOSAL to me of $25 if I delete this review !!!! People’s health is worth more than $25 but you need to be mature enough to understand that!! I did attach an insurance bill for those who don’t believe. So sorry that you just start your business and already playing with it dirty. Be careful because you can loose your license as well if people start to report you.I will keep you up to date with everything.They returned $75 to my account

My experience at this clinic was beyond expectations. Walked in at 10:04 pm and they still took me in. Needed stitches. Nurse Practitioner here was very knowledgeable. In and out in 20 minutes.Highly recommend this place!Staff was very nice and respectful!

360 immediate care has been extremely accommodating and friendly!! If I could give 6 stars I would! Came in at 8:30pm and they were so so so helpful despite coming so late.

This place is very strange….They do not seem very HIPPA compliant, they don’t even run insurance benefits just charge $150 - $200 copay up front. How do they know that is FOR SURE what the insurance will charge? After reading the reviews, it seems like they say the same thing to every patient just to get some money.I’ve worked in healthcare for numerous years, checking insurance benefits online is ALWAYS done. The lady at the front desk doesn’t know what she was doing. She was texting all private information to her “manager”, not to mention sending pictures of photo IDs and insurance cards. Major red flag. This place seems like a scam.There are better urgent cares out there that don’t seem this shady.

360 Immediate Care exhibits unprofessional and unethical practices that compromise patient privacy and overcharge for services. Their exorbitant $100 copay fee, despite my insurance plans $20 copay, is an exploitative tactic to extract more money from patients. Even more concerning is their blatant disregard for patient confidentiality by displaying what appears to be sensitive medical information on a computer screen visible from the street. Once we arrived, came the real shocker - they informed me that my urgent care copay would be $100! This was outrageous, as I have visited other urgent care facilities in the past, and my copay has never exceeded $20.When I questioned the exorbitant $100 fee, the staff member tried to justify it by saying they charge that amount upfront just in case the insurance doesnt cover the full cost. He assured me that if the insurance did cover it, they would refund the difference.This practice of overcharging patients upfront and then potentially refunding later is highly unethical and inconvenient. I have never encountered such a policy at any other urgent care clinic Ive visited.Not only did this leave a sour taste in my mouth, but it also made me question the integrity of this facility. Are they intentionally trying to profit from patients by overcharging, hoping some will forget to follow up on refunds?I strongly caution anyone considering 360 Immediate Care to be aware of their deceptive fee practices. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

I visited this care clinic tonight as I woke up yesterday with a giant red lump on my scalp. I thought I got bit my a big while sleeping then today I felt a lump in my neck , all very strange. I do not have any health insurance and it was going to be costly and when I was going to walk out Valerie at the front desk said hold on let me get the practitioner. It was such a nice thing to do! Then he looked at it for me quickly also amazingly kind! Thank you NP Hasnath Khan & Valerie for your kindness and care! I will be back if my issue does not remedy itself.

This place was odd. We came in for an evening appointment. We waited for someone to show since there was a sign saying they were out for lunch. Then some guy showed up and checked us in and he charged us a ridiculous $100 copay. Ridiculous! I’ve been to other quick cares and that’s never been the case. Anyways, he got on the phone and was talking to someone whom I thought was the doctor because he was discussing all the other patients in the waiting room. Suddenly he goes into a room and wraps a stethoscope around his neck and says that he is also the provider. I gave him a weird look and he said he would put on his white coat if it made me feel better. He didn’t take any vials, he took one glance at my sons finger and said he was fine. I’m talking like a far 1 second glance. He said he couldn’t do anything because he was a baby and would refer us out for an X-ray if we needed one. Then he googled finger splints on Amazon for babies & suggested we get those. The whole visit lasted a 2-3 minutes. He didn’t even clean it, the nail was broken too. He didn’t bother inspecting it more. I felt robbed. It was so odd & pointless to just pay $100 copay for this type of service & I can only imagine what they will charge my insurance.

Even though the website states that all insurance is accepted, Tricare is not. If youre a veteran or military member, dont bother. Youll be turned away.

This place is so strange. I will not go back. I left there feeling so strange. Came in and the guy in the front desk was friendly. He insisted on a payment and we don’t have a copay. I paid it figured it would balance. He gets up and takes us to the room. He is wearing a tshirt, shorts and beach sandals. The nurse practitioner comes in and asks what was wrong. My son had a fever and his face was swollen. I had him wear a mask as I thought that was the policy when sick at doctors offices. She checked his tummy and said he is fine. Just to hydrate. She never even removed the mask to look at his face. She was not wearing a mask or gloves. No one ever took his weight, temperature or blood pressure. I asked her if it could be influenza. Her response was I can test him if you want to. Do you want me to test him? I was in and out in 10 min including the paperwork completed at the front desk. Something is definitely off with this place. I felt so strange when I left. Like no guidance was given.

I made an appointment for 11:30 online and was told upon arrival that it would be twenty minutes. I assumed that was due to other patients, though the office was empty and quiet. About 10 minutes later my child asked how much longer, and the man at the front desk told her it would be another ten or so because the doctor was on break. When we were finally seen at 12:05, it was by someone who said they were a physician assistant, but who didn’t know what insulin resistance was. She asked about medication but not dosages, which also struck me as odd. This office only offers rapid tests; they do not send anything into a lab to confirm results. The whole experience was off putting and frustrating. I would not return.

Dr Bhatti is absolutely amazing. I had an embedded earring in my ear and I was in pain, couldnt find any urgent care that thought that they could do it & didnt want to wait hours at the ER. I originally called and the staff didnt think he could remove it but he personally called me back and waited for me to come AFTER they were already closed. He took his time and was patient and was able to remove the embedded earring carefully and virtually painless. Thank you Dr Bhatti for your amazing and professional service. I feel so much better and I appreciate the time and care you took. Things like this matter to me so thank you once again.

Probably the best immediate care experience I’ve had! Called to check if they took my insurance & spoke with Sunny, whom was very pleasant & professional. I was seen immediately which doesn’t happen much at “immediate care centers”. I saw one of the physicians, Dr. Umar and was very detailed and showed concern with what I was going through. Sent my prescription to my pharmacy & was out in less than an hour. Definitely recommend!

Great immediate care to come to. I have been here twice and seen Hiral the nurse practitioner, there was a short 10 minute wait. Hiral was professional, thorough, respectful, and really listened to my concerns. I really appreciated the time she took to listen to my concerns, instead of rushing me out. This place is open late, so comes in clutch when youre not feeling well.

The staff at this place has no concept of how insurance works. I went in and started to register. The front desk staff informed it would be $100 charge because my insurance copay is that much for emergency. I informed them I was already at out of pocket Max for this year. The individual informs me he will need to check with the manager. After 5 minutes the manager informs him that I will have to pay the $100 copay because they are an emergency place and that is what my insurance requires. I told them to shred my forms and I left. Insurance does NOT work like this. Out of pocket Max means exactly that... I have reached the maximum out of pocket required by my insurance for the year and my insurance is contractually obligated to cover all my costs for the remaining time of the contract. Avoid this place.

Great and welcoming staff. Was able to see someone right away. No long wait times. Attentive to my concerns. Hopefully I won’t ever have to come back but if I do I’ll be coming here.

Don’t waste your time. Will cause unnecessary concern. Told me my child has RSV but was unwilling to provide any sort of documentation (test result, after visit summary, etc). Staff was unknowledgeable (couldn’t calculate proper dosage of amoxicillin). Told me my child needed a strep test and then failed to even administer the test, the “PA” gave up after 2 pathetic attempts (if you’re going to work in healthcare, know how to work with patients of all ages). Lobby was also dirty. Should have never stepped foot inside. Mt. Prospect Commerce should know better, will be sharing with them. We need businesses in town that help residents.

Great location in town, reasonable wait times, and the people and doc are great. Highly recommend this as a first choice if you need immediate care. Had my finger stitched up within an hour and on my way for a well fed Thanksgiving. Doc goes above and beyond and I think he even missed a flight for me. :(. You will be treated well.

Highly recommend this immediate care. felt very comfortable and confident coming here. They took us in almost immediately. Recommend anyone to come here for any medical needs. They will take care of you.

Made an appointment for 9pm the day before. Showed up for my appointment and doors were locked with no one on site. Finally while I was calling someone showed up in there car that worked there. Was told on the phone the internet was out and thats why they left. Had me put them on speaker phone… told me internet was out. Went inside with staff and they were using the computer just fine to enter my info. Then was informed the info I got when I called was not true and that my results would not come back for a while, not next day. I will never be back. It was like an episode of Punk’d.

We stopped in to have them take a look at my son’s finger. He was very nervous. We saw nurse practitioner Hiral Patel, who was kind and calm, and helped my son feel at ease. She quickly and expertly determined that he had a common plantar wart, and guided me through the at-home treatment to help us beat it. So happy with our care!

Great Urgent Care! Took my insurance and the process was very quick! I was in and out very fast. The staff was super kind also!

Super happy to find a clinic so close by, and with little wait time! Staff was very helpful and thorough. Went in for a rapid strep test which took about 15 min, and doctor called to follow up the next day. Affordable for a quick visit if you dont currently have insurance!

I’ve been to 360 Immediate Care twice over the last month and was very satisfied with my experience. I was able to book an appointment online, was seen right away, and appreciated that the NP was thoughtful enough to give me a bottle of water following by strep test. I will be using their services for any immediate care needs in the future.

If I’m being honest, it has to be the best service I’ve received medically. The staff was amazing and nice, they were very supportive. They helped my dislocated finger a lot and it took a few minutes to do so. I recommend 100%

😬…This place is questionable. They insisted there was a copay even though my insurance card blatantly states that there isn’t.I have a chat with who I assume is the dr and the young man at the front desk. I try to insure that they can do something to actually help with my situation and I’m told repeatedly by the dr that he’s not sure if xyz will work, he can’t seem to think of possible solutions, he just seemed incredibly unsure about my treatment options and that was not a comforting feeling.If you have a choice, don’t choose this place, it doesn’t seem to be very professional.

If I could do a review without giving stars I would! People working there (lets call them doctors) so they do not get offended, need to re-question their working position and stop healing people using app (like 1st time they did when I was there) Thank you, and I will make sure I dont come ever again!!!

Came in for a TB screen for school. Amazing staff and Tia was the best! No long wait and everything was done in 20 minutes! Definitely a great Urgent Care center with fast service.

The girl from front door said she is a doctor and then she took my blood pressure and check everything. Then she asked what is happening I explained. After that she did go to another room and talk with the doctor and came back and explained like she is a doctor 😂. One more thing last time I visited here first time that time there was a man in front desk he took us in the room and check my goughters blood pressure in a wrong way🤣. Completely wrong way my daughter screamed because of that incorrect check. I did go to the nursing school and I know how to check blood pressure. 😑

Terrible, terrible service. In-person “telehealth.” Clinician told me nothing I couldn’t find Googling. Pharmacists doubted the authenticity of the prescription I was written. No pharmacy could fill it. 360 didn’t pick up their phone for me or two separate pharmacies looking for a solution. Do not trust these high reviews. Go somewhere credible like Northwestern.

This clinic is very hygienic and welcoming. There was accommodated water for costumers and welcoming service. The man at the front desk was very patient, nice, and friendly. It is also very effiecent.

Avoid this clinic! I have never had such a horrible experience! Tia Loftus(APRN, FNP) prescribed an antibiotic without even doing the necessary tests.After this visit, I had to go to another clinic, where I was given all the necessary tests and another antibiotic was prescribed.

Very strange experience. Nothing adds up. Be very careful. Sunny, the man at the front desk, told me he was a Nurse Practitioner with 4 years experience and he was on his own that day since the front desk employee didnt show up. After treating me, he told me I could come back and see an NP with 15 years experience if that would make me more comfortable. I returned per his offer and that NP, Tia, had 5 years experience (not 15) and said Sunny is not an NP but is the Business Manager who mans the front desk. Doesnt appear Sunny is licensed to treat patients. Someone named Brahma Bhatti called me since I was very upset and told me he is the physician on staff. Brahma said Sunnys real name is Umar Rasool Bhatti and that Sunny is an NP with 5 years experience. Umar Rasool Bhatti is actually the licensed physician on the business license with the village, although he is based in Kentucky. Dr. Umar Rasool Bhatti is not Sunny, the Business Manager, who treated me, perhaps without a license. And I cannot locate any physician named Brahma Bhatti licensed in IL. Nothing makes sense there!!! Be cautious.

Very kind and compassionate. The doctor was very thorough, he didn’t mind getting into the nitty gritty, or touching my feet as the job required.

The place was immaculate and I was in and out. The customer service is above and beyond! The physician was respectful and gentle. Very impressed.

The doctor gave enough time to diagnose the cause and talked about it. He answered all my questions in detail. Friendly staff and great service.
