Physicians Immediate Care

My ear had been hurting for few days and needed to see a doctor. I was able to schedule an appointment on my phone at Physicians Immediate Care and update my registration documents on mobile as well. I was skeptical at first, since some clinics have you register online, but then make you fill out paperwork again upon arrival, claiming they dont have access. That wasn’t the case here. When I arrived, everything was already in the system, and I didn’t have to fill out a thing.The entire staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, was kind and professional. I waited less than five minutes before being called in, and the whole appointment was quick, from seeing the physician assistant to the doctor. I paid my co-pay upfront, so I could leave immediately after my visit. The clinic was very clean, spacious, and not crowded.This was my second visit here—I previously came with one of my teens, and the experience was just as great.

I went on a Sunday early afternoon as a walk-in and not feeling well at all. I filled out the necessary forms and waited not very long at all maybe about a half an hour, and then I was seen by the PA And she was able to diagnose me right away and send my prescription in And then I was on my way so I could go home and feel better. I would recommend this place to anybody. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was very friendly. That’s very important when you don’t feel well. I would definitely go here again if I needed to go to an immediate care facility.

From the time I walked in, it was painless. Easy to check ✔ in and they vibrated my phone to alert me to return to the office when I was first in line( I was 2 doors away ordering food.)The whole staff in Mount Prospect was terrific. They even had a fun attitude among the co-workers.

Went on 9/1 Sunday at 8:30am. Not crowded. Was greeted professionally. Filled out info on tablet. Was clean area. Wait not long. Dr. Simi was nice and professional. Listened & explained in laymans terms to me. X-ray tech was also great too as well as nurse taking vitals. I felt very comfortable and in capable hands. Was first time there. Also had plenty of parking.

My first time visiting Physicians Immediate Care. I had some stomach issues. I walked in Laura, Alex, and Simi took care of me. Very positive experience. I left with a prescription after being g examined. Highly recommend this care.C.A.

Warm staff and Dr😭They took good care of my burned left hand. I’m not a native speaker so I couldn’t express very well. But they tried to let me understand all the situation and the following treatment with so much patience.This was the first time I got hurt in the foreign country. I felt hopeless and didn’t know how to handle it. My hotel can only provide me ice and water😂. I have nothing to do but just keep cooling my hand.So thankful that I found this place and this was exactly what I need__immediate care✨And the most important is that they are so kind even though I speak poor English 🥺Not sure if they can see my comment, but thank you thank you thank you🧚🏻‍♀️

Everyone at the clinic were pleasant, and friendly. Sarah Jacobs explained everything and was very reassuring. They took great care of me. Thank you!

We have had multiple positive experiences at this location when we have brought our kids in. They are kind, empathetic and caring. They go above and beyond to help and make themselves available when needed. We had to go back and forth with the NP about a medication my daughter needed and she spent time on the phone with us and with our pharmacy to ensure it was worked out so we could get the medication quickly. They are truly wonderful.

They were short staffed first thing in the morning, and they still got me in and out in a reasonable time. Maggie, an NP, was awesome. They have free snacks and water in the waiting room, which is nice. Would gladly come back here!!

I have been there twice in the past two months and always had really good experience. Stuff is super nice. One of the times they had to stay over hour and a half after their closing time on a Saturday and no one seemed to care about it. The doctor even called me two days after to check how am I doing. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff is so nice! They are friendly, efficient, and professional! This is my second visit to this site. The place is so clean!It is quite refreshing to go to an office and be treated kindly. I felt the nurses were genuinely concerned about me.Marcia and Quentin were wonderful!!!

Made an appointment at 7:30am for 9:00am. Went there and door was locked (I tried many times) another family came for appointment also could not get in either. NO ONE WAS THERE! Do not advertise and allow for booking of appointments when you are not willing to open at the correct time. Zero stars if I could!

I’m sure this urgent care is fine for something simple like a sinus infection, but DO NOT go here for an injury, especially a work place injury.In the beginning of April I had a workplace injury and injured my lower back. I was sent here and they did nothing. The first time I went in my pain was very significant, but not at its worst yet. The PA I saw was pleasant, but didn’t do anything. No diagnostics were done, I was just told I’m having back spasms and was given an at home stretch to do. I was told to go back to work with no restrictions, even though I am an admin assistant who spends most of my day sitting and sitting is when the pain is the worst. I was told to follow-up in a week & go from there. I was back for my second visit before that one week follow-up because the pain was excruciating.The second PA I saw requested an x-ray (I heard her & someone else in the back also question WHY I didn’t have an X-ray at the first appointment, so clearly they recognize they messed up in the first place) which came back with no fractures. I was told to continue working because they “can’t take someone out of work unless they’re in the hospital” per the PA. I was experiencing a severe burning sensation in my lower back and also shooting pains going down my leg, along with slight leg weakness when I had to sit. I continued working while in excruciating pain and my symptoms continued to get worse. She told me to come back for a follow-up in a week and we’ll go from there.One week later I’m back and seeing yet ANOTHER PA (don’t expect to ever see the same one, I saw a different PA every single visit) and I’m in tears from the pain. She was incredibly dismissive, told me it’s “just a bruised tailbone” and when I told her there’s really no way to know that for sure without other diagnostics such as an MRI because x-rays will ONLY show a fracture, she kept saying she wouldn’t order any further diagnostics because it’s “a tricky situation” (exact quote from her) which leads me to believe she wouldn’t order it because this is a workers comp case. She dismissed my pain & told me to continue working and that it’ll get better with time.The standard of care provided here was unacceptable, so I found a back & spine specialist who actually listened to me & said we absolutely need to run diagnostics. I just had an MRI, and surprisingly it ISN’T a bruised tailbone but it’s actually a herniated disc in my lower back. The doctor said I could not work during this time and that I need physical therapy multiple times a week for at least 6 weeks.If I did not go out of my way to find another provider, I would still be in incredible pain and making the injury worse by continuing to work and do no treatments. I’m finally on the right track to healing, and it’s no thanks Physicians Immediate Care.The ONLY positive experience I had there was with the receptionist and the medical assistant. The MA specifically was wonderful & incredibly caring. They are the one positive to Physicians Immediate Care, but the providers themself are a big negative and clearly do not have the best interest of the patient. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place for an injury.

The whole team here was so kind to me and responsive. Nurse Kayleigh took time to connect with me and understand my situation. She validated my feelings and genuinely looked for options that would meet my needs. The wait was longer than I expected, but Id absolutely do it again if I knew I would be so cared for.

They were thorough with my exam and listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to get all my questions answered. I left with a care plan and they called in my medications right away. I recommend this clinic for urgent care needs.

The staff was so nice and accomadating.The doctors’ recommendations and prescriptions helped me to feel better in a day!

Had to get a physical. Dr. drew my blood and left the tourniquet on when she withdrew the needle. I of course was bleeding bad and some got on my jeans. I used to be a phlebotomist. You never leave the tourniquet on when you take out the needle. My arm really hurts and is bruised.Flash forward. I asked for a copy of my TB lan and was told that they were unable to test my blood because it wasnt kept at the right temperature. You think working in Healthcare the staff woukd know how to store a blood test?Go somewhere else. This place is a mess.

THREE HOURS to get a simple x-ray and a cast for a broken finger. literally sitting out there alone in a room saying it hurts a lot - no pain meds offered. sure, let me just endure the pain for as long as you need guys, its not urgent or anything :/

UPDATE: I reached out at the email they provided below and now no one is responding. Absolutely the worst service ever...Terrible Service, and now they are not even reachable via phone - I have tried numerous times with no answer. Be warned that you will be seen by a PA (physicians assistant), not a real medical doctor (MD). Hoping the owner or supervisor can see this message and reach out to discuss my terrible experience.

Fast, easy and quick to be seen. Made appointment, was able to pre register so no wait before, and saw PA within 5 minutes.

Entire staff front desk, Doctor and X-ray technician are committed to serve patients. They promptly picked up the phone and made sure the rotating X-ray technician was on site by the time we were there.The whole visit was including initial diagnosis, X-ray, radiologist response was done in 1 hour.Compassionate staff members. Made us feel like we are in good hands.

I was trying to call this location 3 times and no answer. Got here 5:45 pm Saturday. Closed. Hope you guys will fix you phone lines and hours online.

One of the best immediate care experiences I have ever had. They suggested all the tests I wanted and gave me information and a prescription to help my issue. Just a wonderful experience even tho I was really sick.

Walking in the door, I was greeted by a happy, smiling, warm person that made me feel welcome. By being greeted like that it made by pain just a little bearable. My wait time was seasonable and once in the room I saw the Dr quickly. I went on a Saturday and the nurse receptionist made it all seem worth while going there!

The whole team made me feel really comfortable during my visit, everyone was really patient and kind. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and check in online so I didnt have to wait long at all! Everything was really smooth.They also put in my rx very quickly, so I was able to pick my meds up from the pharmacy shortly after the visit and Im feeling a lot better already!

This is our favorite urgent care clinic in Mount Prospect!!! The facility is always clean, the front desk staff is friendly and the nurses and docs in the back handle every case with so much care!

My experience at Physicians immediate care Mount Prospect was great. It was very easy to make a day of appointment. The front desk was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. I had a difficult paperwork situation that the front desk resolved and put me at ease. Their customer care was wonderful. I received great professional and knowledgeable care.

The people at this location seemed very knowledgeable & accommodating to my needs they took precautionary measures to ensure that I was safe. I came in for specific reasons & they in their opinion found something disturbing to them. Therefore I was transported to a local ER for further evaluation. It turned out to be unnecessary but better to be safe than sorry.

I was headed out of town for the holidays but had been sick with a sore throat the past two days and knew in my gut something was wrong so I decided to go to Immediate Family Physicians Care in Mount Prospect and was able to be seen right away. The staff members and doctor were extremely supportive friendly and comforting as I was just about to leave for the holidays. I was super happy that the doctor suggested not only having a strep test but also a Covid test just to be on the safe side for the health and wellness of anyone I would encounter with. I was a walk in patient and my overall visit took about 30 minutes, including the (15 minutes for test results). Luckily I only had strep throat and the doctor authorized and immediately called in the antibiotics to my local pharmacy and I was able to get my medication prior to leaving for the holidays. I definitely would recommend Mount Prospect Physicians Immediate Care. Amazing service staff and excellent care.

Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Wait time was fair and the Nurse actually took into consideration what I thought my problem was. The nurse sent the prescription to my pharmacy of choice. A few days later my test results came in and they said I was right and the meds I was on were correct and to continue until it was finished. Overall great experience!

Took my daughter in late sat night around 7pm. They close at 8.Took her got xrays walked out with a broken leg. The staff were so caring and so helpful. Couldnt ask for more. Such a great team and made my daughter feel so comfortable...

Easy, fast and courteous check in. Beautiful clean space. The Doctor was very pleasant. She listened to my complaints and made a diagnosis. She explained all very well and also gave good advice. I was pleased with the whole experience. I will return if needed. Also highly recommend to friends and family.

If I had to deal with miserably sick people all day, I think it would be reflected in my attitude. Not the staff at this PIC. All three staff members that I came into contact with were thoughtful, thorough and very kind. I had a laugh with all 3, even as the nurse was giving me a swab for strep we all had to take a second to regain composure after the noise I made. Being sick sucks. Going to see a provider that understands bedside manners does not suck. Thanks for all you do.

I’ve been to a few Physicians Immediate Care locations. Mt Prospect location has been the best! Tina, Apple, and Dr B Lopez were great, all were caring listened and didn’t make me feel like just another patient in a long busy day. Great care definitely recommend this location!

Great experience as a first visit to this facility. Getting an appointment done plus uploading documents was a breeze. Everyone I saw was really nice, professional and compassionate. Thanks Maggie and Mark!

My visit was great. The woman who checked me in was so so nice, the nurse who did my medical history and vitals run through was great and easy to talk with, and the PA who wrapped up my appointment was kind, funny, and understanding. Also, I was in and out of there with prescriptions sent to Walgreens in about 30 minutes. 10/10, 5 stars, would definitely recommend!

Finding care at the last minute is difficult when there aren’t many options. Before I found out about Physicians Immediate Care, I would have to go through the painful process of finding availability through my provider, whether it’d be for me or my child. It was always an issue because I had to deal with the long waiting periods over the phone to accommodate an appointment “if available”, and make the long drive to my destination. Or, having to wait days to be seen which was very inconvenient due to the nature of health or injuries. If that wasn’t an option, I had to make the decision of making a trip to the ER, which was another stressful outcome. (Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the care and am very satisfied with my provider an choice of hospital) But when you want and need quick care without the hassles, Physicians Immediate Care is a great place to entrust your health concerns. The first time I visited, my experience was not pleasant due to the waiting period I endured as a walk in with chronic asthma, and my child with flu. I couldn’t go to the hospital because we both needed to be seen and it just wasn’t going to work out in a timely manner. But it was my first time and I went because it was recommended and, I needed for both of us to be seen and it was convenient. I was not fully aware, yet, to the appointment set ups online.Here I am again in a situation where I needed to be seen asap. I browsed again for the Immediate care and was able to find several locations to my advantage and able to reserve a time convenient for me. The whole online process of reserving time and registering is quick and efficient. I made it out to my appointment and I only waited between 3-5 minutes before I was called in. I was immediately seen and taken care of. The whole visit was less than 20 minutes and very gratifying. The nurse and Doctor were very kind and pleasant in demeanor, voice and care. Little did I know that I had to make a second visit with my child the next day. This particular visit was a bit different as far as the waiting period, but I understood the circumstances. I would definitely continue to choose Physicians Immediate Care for non emergency services and definitely recommend their facilities to anyone.

The staff is caring and patient! ( No pun intended). They took the necessary test needed to find what was wrong with me. I highly recommend this center. Matty, my PA, has great bedside manners which is important to me. I need to know u heard me and she did!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even with an appointment, I had to wait 35 minutes, but the services I received were excellent Also, I felt that I was given enough time to ask all my questions.

Front staff, nurse and Dr. Alan were excellent and all professional!Maybe provide Dr. Alan some help? I arrived 15 min before my appointment and still waited 30 - 35 min after my appointment time. He provided an alternative treatment and as an Advanced Practice Nurse, I appreciated that!

Unfortunately experienced an at work situation that needed immediate care and, my regular primary was booked until Dec. With work that was unacceptable 😤 so, I called my insurance company and they advised me Physicians Immediate care was on my plan so, I head to closet one. My new go to favorite location and quality and bedside manners were awesome 👌 thank you

My 7 year old loved all of the staff members who patiently worked with her through various tests when she was not feeling well. We were called right at our appointment time with minimal waiting once we were called in. The facility was very clean and bright. The toy box definitely helped my little one make a fun memory of her experience when she was not feeling well. Thank you to all the staff!!

The doctor was great, took time with me, explained why diverticulitis occurs, he was great. I especially appreciate the after care instructions with my diet. The receptionist was also exceptional, pleasant and efficient. Thanks to both of them.

I came in 2 weeks after I threw out my back. My doctor was able to diagnose this immediately and prescribed medications that took care of my problem within a week. I would highly recommend Physicians Immediate Care and my doctor

Booking the appointment was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. They took care of my needs efficiently.Update: I was never contacted with my results of the strep test that was sent out. I left messages. Unfortunately, no one returned my calls.

Please, if you dont have the staff then dont take appointments.Here was my timeline at the Mount Prospect location today:6:45a - made my online appointment for 12:05p.11:24a - checked in, I was told there was a long wait time, but I figured I would wait since I was already in line, parked myself in lobby12:05p - scheduled time came and went1:35p - called to back, seen by nurse, test swabs take about 10 minutes for results, wait in room to be seen by provider2:35p - havent seen anyone for an hour, so I step out of the room to ask if I will be seen. Doctor says Ill be in shortly3:00p - stepped out of room again, no one to be found3:01p - walked to the front and told the receptionist I had to leave, I had been there 3.5 hours already.I have been to numerous other Physicians Immediate Care locations and had great experiences. My experience at this location was terrible. Whats the point of getting an appointment? I can understand if youre short staffed, it happens, but if thats the case then reschedule me for later or help me get an appointment at another location.

The staff was friendly. It took me hardly 25 min in and out. The doc listened all my concerns patiently. They clean my wound very professionally. The best thing you can make an appointment ahead of time so you don’t have to wait for hours and hours.

Front desk lady with an accent is so rude, she’ll raise her voice and speak over you. Dr. Bianca López is lazy. It took 5 hours for my appointment from 1 to get processed because they’re so unorganized.Only good thing that deserves at least a star is the african american woman at the front desk, she’s a sweet soul who is very patient and sympathetic.

From the minute I walked in the door I was treated very friendly with the receptionist who was also very helpful with signing me up. I went in for loss of hearing in my right ear. Katarzna Szerias treated me and was truly very friendly and nice. I ended up getting my ear wax flushed out and all worked out well. I would definitely refer this place to anyone.

My experience was very positive. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door asking how could she help. Received a text message including a link to complete paperwork, and was escorted to a treatment room within about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, listened patiently as I described my injury of a big dog bite, and began taking care of it immediately. I appreciate their sense of urgency in treating my injury and prescribing medication. Thank you!

I went to physicians immediate care in Mount Prospect with a cough. they diagnosed me virtually with pneumonia without even a chest x-ray. Several days later I had to go to a NCH Immediate care center for the correct treatment. When I responded to their survey with the lowest response, a 0 and a 1, the response was Unknown reply, were sorry. If you have questions please call us. Stay as far away from Physicians Immediate Care as you can

All the Hospitals were full yesterday..30 plus people and I was suffering from Chronic Bronchitis and could not breathe well and was seen almost Immediately..Given a breathing treatment, prescribed emergency meds and in my Bed in no time. Not to mention everyone was so Kind! Great bedside manner to my Tech.

When in on Sunday for a UTI test . Was put on antibiotics.Drs were nice but somehow my urine sample was lost by the lab and now after 6 days have no results of my test. Have to start procedure again . Certainly wont be here.

This place Does Not Care about your Health or Wellbeing. They’re there to Get Your Money, No Health Service was sufficiently offered or administered to me today. I am Extremely Sick with a Fever and clear spots on my throat indicating Strep and I never get sick. I would Never recommend this institution if your looking for Treatment and Care. Go find somewhere else that cares to help you.

Took my sick son to the office on a Monday and they said his throat looked suspicious so did a swab and told us wed be contacted in three days with results. I called on the third day and was told the results had not been reviewed, but they would be and Id be contacted. On the fifth day, I called again in the late afternoon. The receptionist pulled up the results and said, I cant read the words, but everything appears to be negative. I kindly expressed to her that this is unacceptable. I paid for additional testing because two different PAs came in and said his throat looked suspicious even though initial tests the day of the appointment were negative. I will not visit this office again.

Nurse practitioner was very helpful and got us out very quickly.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon suffering with strong pain from swimmers ear infection. I was seen very quickly, physician assistant and other staff were courteous and efficient. I was given an antibiotic order and was out on my way in no time. I appreciated the speedy service, since two other immediate care facilities in the area were either closed or no longer wished to see patients by 2pm.

Went to physicians care for a suspected bladder infection. Less then a 5 minute wait. They were friendly, kind and diagnosed my problem in less then 30 minutes. Sent a prescription request to my pharmacy and feeling much better.

Revising my original review from 5 stars to 1 star. Original visit was on 4/27/23, during which bloodwork was done. As of 5/30/23, no results were received. Couldn’t get through on phone and our e-mails went unanswered as well. We finally visited the clinic again on 5/30/23, to get some answers and was told they would check with Quest as to what was going on with the bloodwork results. Finally received a voice mail message back from Physician’s Immediate Care staff advising that we would not be receiving results because the blood sample could not be processed. Apparently it had hemolyzed, so was basically no good. How does this happen? This is unbelievable and unacceptable. Their complete lack of follow up to advise us of what has taken place leaves a lot to be desired. We will definitely be steering clear of this place.

My closest Physicians I.C. was booked for a.m. appointments. I decided to book an early online appt at this office since my sore throat pain was so severe. I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and nurse. A swab test indicated strep. Dr. Hughes answered my questions, prescribed antibiotic and I was in and out. This is a clean and pleasant office and I would definitely return.

I came to Physicians Immediate Care because another institution turned me away because they were capped! I came to Physicians Immediate Care, registered at about 5:30 pm and was seen and diagnosed by 6 pm. My prescription was ready when I got to the pharmacy a few minutes later. I really appreciate the care and service I received.

Took my son for Ankle injury - very fast service - also includes X-ray - so one spot for everything - we were out within an hour with everything and the PA and Doctor were both very attentive and good! This is definitely a much better option compared to going to the hospital.

Brand new offices near my home. Office staff was friendly courteous. I was taken on time and met with the Nurse and PA who checked me out and prescribed meds, thru my pharmacy. It would have been a five star report, but their IT Department needs to make their Web Site more user friendly. I’m only 72 and consider myself pretty savvy when it comes to IT. I fought it tooth and nail, and finally the nice lady in Reception was able to help. On the follow up end they sent me a code to use to access my reports . Still to this moment I’m unable to do that. All in all a very clean and orderly place, with a nice staff that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I had a severe pain and didn’t want to wait for an appointment at my primary doctors office. I went to the mount prospect location instead. Everyone was so pleasant and I was taken care of quickly. I was in and out in a flash! Will recommend them 100%.

Wasnt feeling well thought it was strep. All the Nurses and Doctors were great. No one pushed unnecessary tests and the Doctor let me be a part of the decision making for my care, he didnt just say this is what we are going to do.

Every person there was helpful and courteos- great staff, highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience, beautiful relaxing office, receptionist made me feel welcomed, RN Jessica was awesome and caring, Dr Hughes made me feel relaxed, explained entire procedure, was friendly, professional and caring. Would not hesitate to visit this office again

I was able to obtain an 11:30 a.m. appt earlier in the day, I pre-registered online. I arrived 10 or 15 minutes before my appt, signed in. When I pulled in the parking lot I saw there was two patients waiting in the waiting room, when I walked in, at that point there was one gentleman. My wait time was at least 20 minutes after my 11:30 A.M. appointment. When I was brought into the exam room a nurse took my vitals & talked to me a few minutes. It was a short while after P.A. Callie Geeslin came in talked with me & examined me. Both the nurse & P.A. Callie Geeslin were professional, clear to understand, & caring about my needs & my health. I had never heard in my almost 62 years previously when Ive been sick. The P.A. had mentioned after checking in my mouth & seeing my throat, that I had something called cobblestone throat, it was just a certain feature, it wasnt a serious thing, its not always easy to see that in some patients. I had to look that up, I had never heard of it before.

Tamika Hobson was exceptional. She assessed my son thoroughly and gave us a clear path to return to health.

The intake process was easy, front desk engaging, and the doctor was attentive and did not rush me. The office followed up the next day to check in on me. That was really nice.

Service was great! Got in on appointment time. Got examined and got my prescription and off I went. Very courteous staff.

Excellent facility! Friendly staff and physician. They responded my inquiry about COVID testing for travel purpose quickly and explained everything clearly. The facility is well organized and clean. Physician at the front desk, Ms.Fariha, is fantastic!

Waited 2 1/2 hrs to be seen then because my daughter had RSV it was assumed I did too. Dr spent about 5 minutes total with me and only listened to my lungs. Did not even ask about my medical history that would also effect what is going on.

Very friendly. I had a bad reaction to a pill that led to having an anxiety attack. did not let me leave until i was calm and made sure they did everything they could until I was better. first time going here and i even took one of their cards.

I’m a physician myself and was trying to find an urgent care for my daughter with a fever on a Sunday. PIC was the only place open and willing to see us. It was a very clean, friendly, competent, and efficient facility that I would definitely recommend

I was quickly seen, and they took care when I ultimately ended up needing stitches. The facility is super clean, and everyone that helped me out was super friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend!

Hours say open until 4 on Sundays, was closed at 2:45. They were still offering appointments online for today. For after 4. Dragged my sick child there for no reason.

Kate the Physician Assistant diagnosed and prescribed a medication that almost immediately took care of my problem. I can only compare it to finding a good mechanic. Job well done. Thanks

The best experience so far in my life, coming to this Immediate Care Location. I dont have health insurance which I thought my bill will be over a thousand dollars but very affordable Care Center and very professional.

Misdiagnosed for an ear infection when I came in stating I had an ear infection…Ended up having to go to the ER due to thinking it was something much more serious.

A very nice experience, because the lady who treated me was very nice. I called to see if they could help me since I dont have Asegunza nor did I have any money and also since they didnt want to see me at another clinic because I didnt have an appointment, but thank you for everything. their attention, although they could not attend to my case because I needed to go to the hospital in an emergency, but thank you very much for your attention to the Physicians immediate care team.
