Mary Spitler PA , xray technician and receptionist were all were a very professional team that took wonderful care of me on Thursday Sept 5th when I walked in very distressed with a hand injury . An excellent medical team that I highly recommend!

I brought my 6 year old in yesterday with a saved spot . We were brought right back with no wait . The nurse and Dr were both very nice and helpful in office . But the prescription that was sent we were sure it would be covered by insurance (which it wasnt) and I was told to write them on my charts and she would send over the other prescription. Its been almost 24 hrs now and I still havent gotten a reply and this prescription is important. Ive called the location a million times, Ive wrote twice on my charts & I left a voicemail. I still have yet to hear anything back . Now my 3 year old is showing the same symptoms and I cant get in touch with anyone .So we will be going to a different urgent care this time .Although the visit was smooth, the communicate after (which was made out to be quick and easy through my charts) is non existent. So I guess I have to go into the urgent care to ask the questions I should of been able to get over the phone or mycharts .

Used online registration to schedule appointment, I was seen promptly upon arrival. Dr was great, diagnosed my issue and called in prescription. Everyone was super friendly

I made an appointment last night when my grandson woke up with crusty swollen eyes. I canceled the appointment this morning and bringing in all three kids because of the same symptoms. My husband got to urgent care with all three kids, received attitude from the staff and they refused to see all three kids. Mind you, you are a walk in clinic as well. You are not a doctor’s office. The recoding when I called this morning stated you were taking walk in’s. So you should have taken all three kids. My husband left. We will not be back and we are definitely going to let the pediatrician know about this. I am also going to complain as far up as I can go.

I loved everyone! The nurse practitioner was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable and very friendly! The real of the. Staff was friendly, as well! There was no one in the clinic at the time we were there. It was a fantastic experience!! I will use this place from now on and recommend it highly!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. No one in line, no one waiting & zero urgency to help. Hour wait in room.Prescribed a $400 option for standard swimmers ear to my kiddo vs $1.75 option, requires us to wait for another script to be written..2 hour wait.Medicine is about serving people, this place is not that.

This urgent care was very kind and caring. These are the words from my 13 year old son who was sick. Great bedside manner, no wait, and expressed true concern for my son. They addressed our concerns, diagnosed him, and our meds were ready at the pharmacy before we arrived to pick them up. This will be my go to urgent care for my kiddos. Thank you to the staff at GoHealth Urgent Care.

Everyone there was so polite and friendly. I liked the open space in the facility.. no window barriers.

Exceptional service. Last minute reservation was no problem. I received more attention and genuine urgency to my medical needs here than I have ever received from my own Primary Care Provider. I was prescribe exactly what I needed to attack my ailments right away. They sent my prescriptions quickly via electronic to my pharmacy. I could not have asked for a smoother and effortless, quick and attentive experience than what I received from this team and facility.I am extremely grateful. I will tell everyone about this place. This urgent care center is without doubt 5 STARS.

I have had two bad visits. One was when I brought my son with multiple oozing infected blisters from poison ivy and they sent him home with no Rx. Saw his regular doc the next day who prescribed steroids and antibiotics. Second visit was today, sent my husband in with positive Covid test. Sent him away with no Rx even though they have access to his records proving him high risk. Fortunately when called out on it they gave the Rx. I will be going elsewhere for my familys urgent care needs in future.

This was our first experience here and it was a great one. Very friendly, attentive, helpful staff. Clean, nice facility. Overall great, quick, assertive care. Best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care. Thankful for them!

Easy to schedule a visit, no waiting, expert and personable staff. After being evaluated, I was referred to the ER (which turned out to be appropriate). The Go-Health staff contacted the ER with all my information so the ER was expecting me when I arrived. I was seen and treated immediately.

Brought my four year old daughter for ear pain. They tested for COVID and flu (eventhough I said we tested for COVID at home and she was negative). The doctor looked at her for about two minutes, said she didnt have an ear infection, probably just a cold. Sent us away.My daughter couldnt even sleep that night, was screaming in pain. So we brought her to another urgent care, who felt her lymph nodes and said how swollen they were and needed antibiotics. About a half hour after starting the antibiotics she was feeling better. Had the original urgent care taken the time to really diagnose her, they would have realized she needed antibiotics. This place should be ashamed of themselves.Edited to add: Following the response from the business I did reach out directly as asked, but still havent heard back.

Unethical. TLDR: lied to get me to cone in when the condition stated was not one they treated. They wasted my time and money and now I still havent seen medical attention. This should be illegal in medicine, it could kill a patient. Incredibly Incredibly unethical. Health is to be taken seriously, not treated like a used car lot, absolute wretched, vile, inhuman behavior. You should be ashamed for taking advantage of people in need of medicine.

Helpful & courteous office staff, was seen instantly, medical provider was thorough and engaged. Great experience.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The young lady at the front desk was so kind and talked to me like a real person not just a number. The Dr. that I saw was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and also talked to me like I was human and like she really cared. I would highly recommend this establishment. This is the first urgent care that offered me an appointment. Other ones that I went to that day just said they were too busy for me.

These people do not care about your health they care about your money. The dr’s (Mary) are rude and pretentious. Go somewhere else

Novant never did get back to me about my feedback like they said they would, so I guess I will put this here. I do not recommend this clinic whatsoever.I took my daughter in on a Saturday due to her being sick - fever, stomach pain, lethargy, a productive cough, and vomiting. The nurse did flu, COVID, and strep tests, then we waited for the doctor.When the NP came, it was obvious she had not read the nurses notes as she talked about symptoms my daughter did not have (sore throat, etc.) and did not want to listen to me explain them again. She said the strep test was positive, we called in the prescription, bye. Notably, SHE DID NOT LISTEN TO MY DAUGHTERS LUNGS, HEART, ETC. THAT SHOULD BE STANDARD IN EVERY VISIT. My daughter also did not have a sore throat, no redness, no splotches on her tonsils, etc.Unsatisfied with the standard of care my daughter received (and my daughter was worse on Sunday), I took her to our primary doctor on Monday. I explained the situation to her. She checked my daughter out and, surprise, her lungs sounded off. We did a chest x-ray, which revealed pneumonia in both lungs. So, because the NP her didnt even bother to listen, she missed pneumonia, which could have been very serious if I had not took her back to our primary.So, thats my story. If you actually want doctors / RN that care about you or your children, and actually perform the most basic standard medical procedures... You may want to look somewhere else.

I signed up for an appt the day of and was in and out extremely fast. Both the nurse and doctor were very nice and helpful.

Wait time was too long. I scheduled an appointment for 14:35 and when I arrived for the appointment, I had to wait more than an hour.

Being able to go online to hold a spot at a specific time is great. The staff, nurses and doctor were extremely attentive when I was there, but when my pharmacist and I needed assistance with a prescription after the appointment, I was very disappointed in the level of care and follow-through. The multiple phone calls to this facility, and messages left with staff and on voicemail by the pharmacist and myself, went unanswered. With a 9am appointment, the prescription necessary for my one year old suffering with RSV was not correctly sent in during the 8 hours they were open for business, resulting in the need to take my child to a 24 hour urgent care because he would have never made it through the night without his breathing treatments. Going through the entire testing process all over again, including copay, with a very sick and unhappy child, to finally receive the prescription my child required in the first place. I am very upset that an entire day passed without having the medication my child needed. It completely defeated the purpose of seeing the doctor the very first appointment of the day.

Very thorough and treated my son and his father very good and you guys were very fast! I love that because when youre sick you dont want to sit anywhere for hours! In and out is always the best and then y’all go the extra steps to make sure of a correct diagnosis! Thank you guys so much! Also I had to go back the next day and the RN up front was the sweetest and she went the extra mile to help me out with some paperwork. You guys are Awesome!! We need more places like this location.

I’ve been here numerous of time with my kids and family. They always have an appt available and are very quick getting you to be seen. The staff is always nice and friendly .

Staff was great and communicative. I recommend this urgent care however you need to schedule appointment online before you go.

2nd visit and again a very positive experience. Scheduling a time slot online on-line is great. No one wants to be stuck at urgent care for hours when you feel awful. They get you in and out . Caring, efficient staff. Follow-up in the app on test results was quick and thorough.

I was treated extremely well from the minute I walked in from the CNA that greeted me and put me in a room to the PA that treated me. Definitely would recommend this facility.

For me not being a complete emergency, they saw me right away & I felt very comfortable & safe & listened to. Very clean environment & qualty people.

We have been to this location twice with our 17 month old. From our experience, Mary Spitler, PA is excellent! She saw our daughter both times. Today she diagnosed my daughter with an ear infection and started antibiotics. She’s great with kids in my opinion and I would feel comfortable taking my daughter to her for any sick visit.

I scheduled online and was in the office 15 minutes later. I was seeing right away by very friendly stuff and had a diagnosis in minutes. You can’t ask for faster, friendlier care!

I ended up with Covid. I had never had it before and wasn’t sure what to do. I called the urgent care, to see if it was ok to come in. I called 3 times, and left 2 messages. NO ONE returned my call. I suffered terribly for 2 days until I was able to reach my own doctor, and finally got some medication to bring eventual relief. It’s called URGENT CARE, but there was no urgency or care.

Went in sick with one thing and left with another after my nurse was visibly ill and coughing everywhere with no mask. Another nurse kindly stepped in after hearing how bad the first nurse’s cough was but it was unfortunately too late. I felt sick the very next day and got worse during the following days. The experience made me realize that I should wear a mask to my doctor’s’ appointments in the future.

This office is lightening fast and efficient. The nurse practitioner was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, through and took her time to evaluate me. Although I felt unwell I had an exceptional experience.

Made appt in morning for a 3:20 timeslot - when you book you tell them what kind of visit it is, so I indicated it was an injury. When I arrived the medical assistant asked me if I thought Id need an xray, and when I said yes she was super apologetic and said they didnt have an xray tech on site that day, and that the Physicians Assistant wouldnt let her call me earlier to tell me this info. So I waited at home for 5 hours for an appointment that I ultimately ended up cancelling while I was sitting in the facility. If theyd called me I could have made an appointment for the Huntersville location, but by the time I found out I wasnt going to be able to get an xray in Mooresville there were no appointments left before closing anywhere else.As Im sitting there waiting for my husband to pick me up (broken ankle, hence the need for xray) a woman came in without an appointment, so I told the staff that I wasnt going to stay for the appointment if they couldnt xray me, so this woman could take my slot. Later when I logged into myChart to request an appointment with my Primary Care person, I see that this disastrous Urgent Care appointment was marked as a No Show.Apparently the PA on staff that day, June 25th, was a floater so isnt always on staff in Mooresville, which is a good thing as he isnt great at patient care.

Courtney, NP, is professional, personable, and thorough. She listens & is easy to talk with.Good quality testing for COVID, Flu A & B, and Strep.Clean, efficient office and friendly staff.Wait wasnt long at all and easy location to find.Easy on-line check-in and could even update my info, including medication list, on-line prior to visit (I decided to save my time spot on GoHealth on-line instead of walk-in).Would highly recommend!

Absolute 10! I loved the staff. Very respectful and customer oriented. Just real nice. My PA-C Erin Wagner was awesome. She was friendly, respectful, professional and very informative concerning the reason I came in to the clinic. She gave me some real good ways to reduce my pain which I was never told to do when I had this problem before. I did what she suggested and my pain was relieved. She was very nice and professional. Loved her.

My visit went smoothly, from the registration process to seeing the PA. The staff was friendly and considerate.

I came in with what was to be confirmed as a foot fracture. The people who work there are kind, compassionate, and friendly. Convenient location. Brief waiting times. Clear communication and received follow up messages and referral in a timely manner, as stated. Wonderful experience!

I always have a pleasant experience at this location whether I am being seen or my kids. It is greatly appreciated especially when you arent feeling the best.

Never left a review on Google before, but the people here were incredible. I needed stitches, they were so nice and did a fantastic job.

EVERYONE was so helpful and nice. They tried so hard to ensure my insurance was accepted and always too such great medical care of me. I wish they were my regular doctor.

Made appointment online for husband to be seen on Day 7 of sinus congestion after being miserable and getting worse not better. Office staff was rude from the start and PA refused to give him an antibiotic because it hadn’t been 14 days of symptoms!?! We know how long to treat with otc and try to recover before it’s infection, it should be 7-10 days which was why we were there! Mary Spitler was unprofessional and clearly needs more training/experience. Complete waste of time and money to still be suffering on Sudafed!

I previously went to an urgent car on 4/20 for eye infection they gave antibiotic and sent me on way. The issue came back and was extremely painful so went into this urgent care Novant and I can’t express enough i grateful I am for the nurse practitioner I saw. She went above and beyond she knew she couldn’t help me and instead tell me go to ER or see my eye dr she called her eye dr friend who in turn was worried enough about me to come in on Saturday to his office on the day they are closed and help me. I ended up having to have a cornea scrapping and super aggressive antibiotics. Luckily I’m not going to lose any vision. I’m very blessed to have had a N.P. Willing to go above her daily routine to help a patient

Courtney (NP) could not have been more dismissive and less compassionate to my son (3.5) and me. We saw her on Thursday morning for high fevers and dry cough. We ended up going back on the following Monday (4.5 days later/couldn’t get into peds at that time) because my son STILL had fevers >103 consistently, his cough was now “wet” and productive, and he was lethargic. As we checked him in, she turned her chair around, in front of everyone, and said, “didn’t I just see him?” Yes ma’am. You did 4 days ago and he’s 3.5 still with fevers up to 104.5 and now with a wet productive cough (meanwhile he’s basically asleep in my arms). She said, “so what’s wrong now?” (It was as rude as it sounds) She proceeded to let me know (from across the check-in desk about 15-20 ft away) that “we’re seeing kids with fevers for 5-7 days sooo” and just stared at me. She didn’t bother laying a stethoscope on him, she didn’t bother asking if he was peeing or drinking, she didn’t even bother assessing him. This was all done as we tried to check in basically discouraging me from even checking in. We left. She’s unprofessional and should really check her bedside manner. I wouldn’t trust her with a leaf.

When I need to go to an urgent care this is my number one pick. Always great customer service!!! You may have to wait but it’s always worth the wait

I had a pretty bad fall and came in as a walk in. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and 2 employees plus at least one patient. They said they could not see me because I had to make an appointment and they were too busy. I sat in my car looking for another urgent care because I could barely walk. All of their facilities required appointments, and they were all taken. So I went ahead and made an appointment for the next morning. As Im getting ready to leave, they text me to say they can examine me but they cant do an X-ray because they have no tech. Cancel that appointment and make another one at their Cornelius location the next day, all that was available. As Im getting ready to leave, they also text me to say they have no X-ray tech. They then proceeded to schedule me back at Mooresville because now the x-ray tech is available. When I get there, I found out that they are not actually a novant facility, so I have to pay upfront, which I wasnt expecting. Long story short, the employees were nice, they got me in and out quickly. Im not disappointed with my care. I am disappointed that it took me 3 days to be seen at an urgent care, but I would have had to wait the entire day to be seen at the ER. Ive pretty much been crying for days in frustration and pain with no relief. I think our medical system is an utter mess.

I was a walk in and was greeted by 2 very friendly receptionist. I was worked in to see the doctor who was very kind and caring. She even called me 2 days later to check on me.

Ease. Great parking, easy check in process, and easy visitation. Everyone was very friendly and I appreciate that they work in a field to care for others.

I brought my brother in at 6:30pm without an appointment for severe throat pain and trouble swallowing. We were greeted promptly, and though you could tell she was overwhelmed, the receptionist was friendly. She informed us it would be at least 90 minutes before he was seen.He was taken back less than 40 minutes later, assisted by a very friendly MA and immediately swabbed for strep and Covid. The nurse practitioner, Kindra, came back less than 10 minutes later, informed us all tests were negative, and offered reasonable treatment options for management of a likely viral syndrome.These ladies kept such a positive attitude despite clearly being understaffed and it was much appreciated. As a nurse myself, I know how hard healthcare is right now, and the smiles go a long way. From this experience, I would recommend this Novant GoHealth location!

One star is an overstatement. I was greeted with an attitude as soon as I walked in and I figured that maybe the receptionist had a rough morning..sure okay. I explained, in detail, what was wrong with my one year old and that he had been up all night screaming and I was worried he may have a UTI and/or an ear infection. I registered, sat down and waited for about ten minutes. The receptionist and a PA called me to the WINDOW and asked me if I was worried about a UTI. I said, “yes” and the PA proceeded to tell me that they can’t do catheters there so I should go somewhere else. I explained that I didn’t want to do a catheter and I was happy to have a collection bag and wait in the lobby or my car. She told me they only do 15 minute visits and once again said I should go somewhere else. I explained that that wasn’t the only thing going on and that they hadn’t even seen my son to examine him and she told me “if you’re unhappy you’re welcome to go somewhere else.” At this point I’m almost in tears because people in the waiting are are listening and I don’t want to go into the issues out loud. She tells me it’s “triage” to speak to someone through the window in the waiting room. I left and went to an Atrium Health urgent care where I was given a collection bag and treated like an actual human. I will forever tell people to stay away from this place.

The front office staff was wonderful and worked me into the schedule even though they were booked. The PA was Amazing and had impeccable bedside manner. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I received the best medical care. My injury could have ruined my vacation, but Novant saw to it that this did not happen.

The whole team and must over all my provider Michelle Billups went over and beyond to help ease my pain and discomfort. She truly was a breath of fresh air. Shes a keeper and anyone that comes to her office will be truly lucky to have been treated by her.

PA was absolutely great, as was the receptionist. They actually cared about my daughters issue, and immediately knew what was wrong. Fast and efficient, I cant say enough about them.

Awful service! Will never return and will never refer this location as well. Empty waiting room, and parking lot, 4 hours until close and was told they were totally booked and no longer taking patients. Refused service for my sick toddler and was referred to another company. Very disappointing. I couldn’t get into my pediatrician, thought it was not an ED situation, drove from Denver to be refused by an Urgent Care.

Nurse was very nice and helpful. PA listened and addressed each of my concerns. Very thorough and informative . Was able to get right in for an appointment.

The office had wide open space and is very clean. The online appointment reservation system is also very user-friendly and we are seen promptly at our scheduled time each time we’ve been there.

Amazing service! I needed a Covid test for travel. After scheduling my appointment online, they texted with me to make sure they provided the correct test I needed. They were so responsive and helpful. Upon arrival they quickly came to my car to perform the test and I was on my way. Results were available in MyChart within 20 minutes and exactly what was required for travel. Im very impressed! Thanks to that Team.

I received faster, better and more compassionate care here than I receive at my primary physicians office. I highly recommend this location.

My husband doesn’t complain about providers and he came home very disappointed in the time the provider spent with him. He is much more forgiving than me and he said, “I never plan on going there again.” That says a lot. He was unable to answer most of my questions because (in his words) the provider “seemed rushed” and he felt any question he tried to ask bothered her. He said, “she didn’t want to answer questions.” She did not say that but she acted that way. I had taken time to write questions for my husband to ask if his COVID test was positive or if it was negative. The majority of these 5-6 questions were yes/no or could easily be answered in a sentence or two. We have a pandemic going on and we want to make sure to keep people safe. Would have taken 5 minutes at the most to answer the questions. Considering he was directly exposed in a confined space, I feel they are valid questions to prevent the spread of a disease that put him in the hospital several months ago.Very disappointed. Educating patients is one of the best ways to decrease the spread of this horrible virus.

Injured myself, they only had 2 cars in the parking lot. I was bleeding profusely. They told me the first appointment was at 2:20pm, 3 hours later. That is not what an urgent care is all about. I can’t tell you how many times I was skipped in a rotation over the years because a medical emergency took precedence (and rightfully so). I will tell everyone I know how poor my experience was. Btw, I am one of their patients as well. (Correct that, was)

Very comfortable with the care and knowledge of my nurse and PA. Treated promptly and with professionalism. The PA explained the medical condition and plan of care very well. Both nurse and PA were very personable. Front staff very friendly and caring as well.

The appointment was on time and the doctor (Mary) was fantastic. Quickly identified my symptoms and provided a treatment plan that had me feeling better within a couple of days.

My daughter (16 months old) was having an aniflactic allergic reaction on Friday evening. Urgent care is half a mile from our house and the hospital is about 5 miles. She wasnt wheezing or having trouble breathing that i could tell. She was acting like her normal self other than the fact that her face was so swollen her eye was almost swollen shut. The doctor said they had nothing there to help her. No child epipen (I told her I had hers with me) and when I asked her to check her breathing she said she couldnt. I told her I had her epipen with me (it was in my hand I was waving it) and I was trying to ask if I needed to give it to her and if I did need to could she just be there when I did. She told me to just go to the hospital and I said what if she starts having trouble breathing on the way? She said Ill call ems. We drove 5 miles to the hospital and they helped her thank God. This office is a joke. It was near closing time and it was very clear they just wanted to go home. How could you call yourself a doctor and look at a baby who needs help like that and turn her away?? She has been to this office before so either you take care of kids this age or you dont. I wasnt asking for anything other than having her breathing checked and, if needed, to supervise me give her the epipen before heading to the hospital. Absolutely unbelievable.

Polite, pleasant people. I had an appointment and the wait was short. NP knew what she was doing and helped my with three problems.

Texted me and weeded us out of the schedule for a physical and tried to tell me to drive an hour to a different location to have a basic physical form filled out. No blood draw, nothing out of the ordinary. CVS was happy to take us. When you call you cannot speak to a person. Company policy even though on the website it says they do physicals, and travel related appointments. If they are busy, they will find a reason to turn you down even if you preschedule. Canceled me the day of and left me scrambling.

To be on Christmas Day they were hands down the NICEST people!! They were great with my 6 year old son, If I didn’t know better I would have thought I was at a pediatric place. We were in and out quick. IF I need an urgent care again I will be visiting here.

I needed x-rays but didnt want to wait in the ER on Christmas Eve. Was able to make an appointment, get x-rays and a diagnosis, and back home in about 2 hours. Amazing service!

Used this urgent care when I came down with what felt like Covid times ten. PA Spitler was caring, professional and thorough. I showed up expecting to be told to take ibuprophen and sleep it off, I left with a full course of action and am now feeling much better.

Horrible post visit experience. Dr did not make any notes for my son’s visit so the current provider can not send in a prescription. The original Dr has not responded to messages. When I called earlier today I was told the provider would call me back in a few minutes. When I didn’t receive the call, I called back to be told the Dr couldn’t help me out. Thanks you could of told me that 2 hours ago.

No wait time with the appointment I made, was able to get myself and my daughter seen at the same time and asked a lot of questions about timeliness and the sickness

I just wish someone would answer one of my calls. The online appointments don’t work and I’ve been calling for days. Worst medical facility I’ve ever dealt with. If they didn’t have information about my records that I need, I would have just gone somewhere else by now. I do not recommend this facility!

Arrived at ER and was taken in within minutes, was seen by hospital staff in minutes, everyone was very professional and helpful, treatment was quick and efficient.

They were on time and worked hard to resolve my mother’s issue. I even received a call from the doctor to provide more info after we left.

This place is a TOTAL JOKE.....it is NOT AN URGENT CARE CENTER. However, Atrium does offer an urgent care center, open until 8 pm even on Sundays!

Mooresville Location , First of all theirPA was very rude , I had madean appt online , she said I did not have an appt ! Also the PA , wants you to be sick ten days before giving you an antibiotic ( that is ridiculous ) , Do not waste your time nor your money going to the Novant Mooresville Urgent Care , you will get Zero help ! If I have to be sick ten days with a sinus infection to get treated per the PA says , I think this PA should go back to school , Go to any other urgent care or wait till your own Doctor is open !!! Very dissatisfied with their service and their care ! Terrible Service !I will share this experience with everyone I know which is a lot of people !! I think people need to know when you get Terrible Service !!!Cathy
