Any Lab Test Now

My experience with the owner and front desk person was so rude and disrespectful. I called the day before just to clarify the test that I paid for through another company. When I arrived for my appointment they informed me that I would have to pay additional costs which should have been explained at my initial inquiry but it was not. The owner immediately explained with very dismissive tone that he doesn’t get paid to do these test and therefore I have to pay for blood draw fees of 50 plus dollars. I said I have paid for test he said “well I don’t know what you paid” like I am here to waste my time and theirs. It feels like a desperate company that is struggling and by meeting the owner and his gross energy I would never recommend you choose Any Test Now ever! The people make the business and from the lack of warmth in the receptionist greeting to being berated by the owner please find somewhere else to get your labs drawn. They could have definitely been a lot kinder in their explanation but today they chose rudeness and disrespect. If I could give them a 0 that would be my honest rating of this unkind and unprofessional human experience.

They were very quick and efficient and took care of mailing the sample out for me. Would definitely recommend. Great communication as far as scheduling as well.

It was quite busy the day I scheduled an appointment and it was my first time getting labs done here, but that didn’t stop the staff from providing great customer service. The staff was patient and thorough in going through all the options of labs I had to choose from, along with providing costs of each lab prior to beginning the blood draw. I do think prices were slightly on the high side, but the option to have panels/bundles done made it slightly more affordable. I would use Any Lab Test Now again because the convenience and great customer service outweighs the increased cost.

The whole team is so professional, the building is clean, and the staff are so kind and go the extra mile. Karen was especially amazing, and made the process smooth, going above and beyond!

Lab tech was great - got what was needed on 1st poke (which usually doesn’t happen). I was not greeted when I arrived, nor after standing at the desk for several minutes so I finally sat down. Others who came in after me were taken care of immediately. Yes, I had an appt and was on time. I was just getting ready to leave when a lab tech greeted me and then drew my blood. It was like I was invisible…and extremely rude with front desk person.

My doc requested a few tests so I went here for the necessary blood draws. It was fast, efficient, and I barely even felt the needle poke. Marleen was great!

I had my labs drawn this morning for a functional nutritionist. Alex came right to my home and was amazing. I was able to have my blood drawn roughly an hour after I called. Awesome service. Very professional and friendly. Hes honestly the first person who has taken my blood, and I didnt even feel the poke. Thank you!

I went here for a pre employment drug screening needed by my new employer. I walked in without an appointment and was able finish up everything needed in 15 mins. The place was very neatly maintained and the receptionist was very courteous.

Professional, affordable, and fast lab results. Each time Ive needed a rapid turn around on healthcare labs, Ive been able to book an appointment here the very next day. You walk in at your appointment time and they are ready for you. Clean office and friendly staff. Received various blood test results within 48 hours on their online portal.

I had a great experience here. I have small veins and drawing my blood can be a challenge. Alex was terrific- he got me on the first try with no pain. The space was clean and they had water available. Carin was kind and helpful and gave me my tracking info for the lab I had bloodwork drawn for. I highly recommend them for blood draws.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of care. The staff are amazing. If I ever need to be tested for anything I will use them. I most certainly would recommend this lab to my friends. Clean and efficient. Fast in and out. Customer service is impeccable.

Any Lab Test has been a create resource for me. They are fairly priced and make the process super simple. I was able to schedule for Alex to meet me at my place of work so I didnt even have to take time off to get my blood drawn. The service that Any Lab provides allows me to keep a pulse on my health and removes the obstacles I might otherwise face to do so.

One of the best experiences I have had. Phlebotomists was professional and able to get my blood on first try. Felt well taken care of.

Fantastic place! I do labs a few times a year, and I had to do some here and some with another company, who was always a nightmare to work with. They are friendly, helpful, organized and so speedy at Any Lab Test Now! I’m glad that my doctor ditched the other business.

I have been to the Any Lab Test site twice. The staff is friendly and competent. I usually receive complaints about my veins being hard to work with, but here, the techs were successful immediately. I received the results in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services.

Great experience! Alex was wonderful, first of all, in understanding and finding what I needed--a very precise version of a particular test--and getting back to me within hours of my inquiry, then making an appointment for me for the next morning, and doing a quick, easy, painless blood draw, with a cheerful and friendly demeanor. He also followed up afterward, to be sure Id received the results. The location is easy to get to, with free parking, and its bright and spotless when you walk in. Definite thumbs up.

I went in to do a tb and drug test early February 2023 and when my tb test came back it read positive which kept me from starting my job. I missed two days of work because I had to get a X-ray. The next two days I go to my doctor and when results came back it was negative! I contacted Access Med labs to let them know they test was incorrect. They was supposed to followed up with me but have yet to call or email. I’ve also contacted the state because this need to be looked into. As far as kits could be outdated who knows. I do know I miss out on my money and they didn’t have a care about it. I don’t recommend this site for testing at all.

My fiancé decided to come there for a DNA test with his “alleged Child”. . First the person there was nice and polite. However when the results came back we both noticed something shady. None of the numbers between the two tested matched or had missing numbers all together, but was signed and stamped as being his child. We both have been since trying to figure if we should go to the state attorney general’s offices and see if they’ll investigate this as some kind of fraud or if there is another agency that can investigate.

My kid wanted an iron test. called dr and scheduled. had to see dr first and then lab for test. 300 all in. found this place, super friendly no questions 1/5 of the price and results in a day. i love it and will use them again to retest after supplements. great place thank u. jay

Overall great experience - I recommend this lab and will use them again in the future. I needed a RT-PCR Covid test within 72 hours of an international flight in March 2021. I booked the 1st-available appointment within the 72-hour time frame. But because I needed results before a domestic flight connecting to my international flight, I was left with only 49 hours from the time I gave my sample to receive test results. I was grateful to receive the results 36 hours after giving the sample, with 13 hours to spare before my domestic flight. Thats an impressive turnaround time! And the man who took my sample at the Plymouth location was great.

Im visiting out of town for a somewhat medical emergency, and Alex was able to get me in instantly. I am historically a very hard blood draw and he was an absolute professional and got me on the first try! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Took 15 minutes to find and code the labs I requested, then would not or could not provide a receipt with medical codes to submit for reimbursement. Last time I was here, the employee at the front desk was knowledgeable and professional. This employee seemed brand new. Not at all professional. Olde blonde receptionist clearly had an attitude and as I walked in was told to wait which I did for 10 minutes just to immediately get skipped by 3 people who just walked in for the same thing then told to wait longer. Very upsetting as I was first and needed to get back to work

My blood draw was quick and painless. I was in-and-out in less than 15 minutes. Staff was professional and courteous.

I asked the father of my child to get a DNA test so he would never question her belonging to him. We went to the appointment together and the intake clerk was outright dismissive of my presence. When the father of my child addressed/greeted her she was more than happy to reply. She was cooing over my child and her father but I felt completely disrespected because he was the “alleged father” and she definitely treated me as such without knowing any part of the situation. Both the mothers and the fathers should be treated equally. She didn’t say a word when I said hello or have a good day. I was absolutely shocked. Customer service? Professionalism? Where’d you.4 Star becauseThe service was quick, the process in the office was a quick 20 min and my daughter was just a week so it was nice to be in and out. Filled out some paperwork, the alleged father took photos with child. Results were in within 5 days.I was impressed, business wise.

I was somewhat apprehensive but when I found out it was a saliva test, it was no problem. I was particularly pleased when the person on the phone walked me through registering via text. I had never done that before. It really was easy. Too many young people have said that to me and didnt realize my age. Personal computers came into my life in the mid-eighties. I was fifty years old w/ only punch card computer experience. I give this intake-process 5 stars. Now we will see how fast I get the results. She said 36 hours.

I was sent here for a drug test for a new job. I have severe chemical sensitivities. When I opened the door, the strong scent of perfume hit me in the face. Slapped my safety respirator on as quickly as possible. Luckily, the appointment didnt last long.When I tried to explain the problem to the attendant, rather than asking how she could help, she merely told me I could Go somewhere else.Wonderful customer service :(I will say they were quick, as long as you dont mind the FU attitude.Follow up:I had another blood test recently and the ONLY place that was on the list that could do the draw was Any Lab. This time, I had a completely positive experience. The attendant was completely professional and friendly. If my second experience is their normal, I would be happy to give them my business.

Ive been to Any Lab Test Now several times over the last few years. The person who always seems to be there recognized me from having been there before. He always puts me at ease and is unbelievable efficient at the procedure and super organized with a lobby filling up.

I’ve been going to Any Lab in Plymouth for the last three years to get my B 12 shots. Every single time I’ve gone, I’ve been done in less than 10 minutes. Everyone who works there is helpful and courteous. I’m so glad I found Any Lab. I don’t get sick anymore.

The person who did my draw was very kind. The office was busy and she was still in a great mood and very helpful.

My experience was terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars. Pre-employment drug screen. I reviewed the website and called the number for hours, directions, procedures. Arrived, sign taped to door:. Last appt for walk ins 12:15. Nothing on website or phone recording indicated 1. Need appt. 2. Cut off time of 45 minutes. I told the horrible receptionist I didnt know you needed appt. She turned away from me and mumbles what I he sign said. I told her thats not on the website and not on phone messages. She did not even look at me, just muttered, its where it needs to be. TERRIBLE SERVICE, INFO NOT POSTED ANYWHERE BUT THE DOOR, UNPROFESSIONAL, MESSING WITH PEOPLES EMPLOYMENT. I hope that receptionist experiences financial hardships in the near future. I hope she is treated as poorly as I was by someone, and I hope it affects her receiving much needed funds. I will never step into this business again. Choose a different lab, there are many that will be professional, not change hours/policy according to whim, and who will treat you great. ARCpoint labs in Golden Valley will treat you much better.

Fast and Flawless... Been using there services for a couple of years now. I have never found a flaw with anything. Everyone is nice and helpful and found them trying to save me money on 2 separate occasions. Update, took a heavy metal test to find I am high on dangerous heavy metals. Dangerous levels of Uranium, Mercury, Platinum, Barium, Aluminum, Cobalt. Thanks too Any Lab Test Now I found out in time before my hair started falling out. I recommend heavy metal test for all.

We needed to get a covid test quickly so we could get on with our life. This place was AWESOME and very convenient. We had the test results by the time we got home! All of the other tests were 48 hours or so....

Used this lab 7/17/17 very satisfied. Had an appointment at 11:00, I was early. I was done and walking out the door at 10:45. Staff was friendly. It was clean.

Not too bad, but in this health field business they should have HAND SANITIZER, wet wipes! Waiting area is filthy, front desk guy not friendly, trash overflow by the drinking water corners .

Took a standard pre-employment urine test on Friday, it has now been over a week later, My job offer has expired due to the extensive amount of time this has taken, and my test STILL has no results, as a matter of fact they cannot give me any information at all. I understand this is the site where the test is taken and not the actual lab but, if I can prevent anyone from going through what I did I will.

My experience with this lab was very good, I would say excellent. I will definitely choose this lab next time.
