Didnt help for an uninsured person, had an UTI, I wasnt in the reproductive age requirement to receive financial assistance. No mammograms.They dont help with incontinence care as their sites say. With contraception available over the counter, STD diagnosis and treatment available free at resource centers, why go here?

Okay experience over all except the NP I had working with me was kinda rude and passive aggressive. Planned parenthood is supposed to be a safe space for people and I felt really judged and kinda uncomfortable. The nurse who led me into the room before the NP showed up was super nice though.

Got an IUD inserted. Staff was so nice and the insertion was super quick. She told me every step she was doing and it was done in under 10 min.

Great and Lovely experience the ladies at this planned parenthood were so kind to me and they explained everything well and thoroughly. they made me feel comfortable and welcomed

Went here for the first because I felt something was off my visit was quick and the entire staff made me feel comfortable. Everyone that works here is super friendly and I felt much better leaving know I was taken care of properly. The clinic is also very clean and sanitary.

They were ALL very very nice and caring. From the sweet woman when you first walked in, to the doctor at the end. Everyone did their best to answer any and all my questions. I appreciate the time and effort they gave me while I was there. Highly recommend.

Extremely nice staff when they dont cancel on you. Twice in a row they have called me the day of my apt saying they have to reschedule. I understand once, but twice in a row is just absolutely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Both Hel and Maggie made me feel safe and gave me all the information I needed to make choices for myself. They never rushed me and took great care of me.

Super easy to make an appointment for the variety of healthcare services they offer, no judgement environment, great informed care, clean clinic. The NP Andrea listens to your needs very carefully!

Im highly unsatisfied ! I called about 15x literally not even over exaggerating at this point I am mad and upset. Im just trying to make a appointment . When I called the first time the line was busy and the 2nd and 3rd time I called aswell . So I waited a few minute then I finally called back and It was finally ringing ! Finally! But it kept ringing and no one put me on hold or anything it just kept ringing for about a minute then I was getting irritated . So I did it again another 11 times and I did the same time . Thats no way to run a business I am highly upset . All I want to do is make a appointment for my little sister and I cant even do that .

Have been coming here for years for my birth control. I’ve never had a problem. I book my appointments online and I spend less than 30 minutes there.

I have been trying to get any appointments for birth services. Every time I try to make any appointment they say they will call back but they never do. I have a family member with no insurance with difficulty delivery

The staff here is phenomenal! I’ve never had an issue and they always help me no matter what questions i have! I will always prefer this PP over any other

Rosie was amazing today making me feel comfortable with an awkward 1st time visit. Highly recommend!

Everytime i call today it hangs up after the main message. They werent too friendly or informative when I came in but I did get what I needed. Its fine.

This facility has been a lifeline. They offer affordable services that my family doctor doesnt and the staff is always very kind
