Sargeant Health Center

Came to the Froedtert Sargeant Health Center for a scheduled surgery. All of the staff (schedulers, nursing assistants, nurses and doctors) that I interacted with were so kind and caring. The facility is great, and very clean, with easy parking and entry to the surgery center as well. Thank you for your wonderful care, it was so appreciated.

Scheduling and office operations have major issues. Tried to take family member to her doctor at Sargeant Health Center for a follow-up visit from an ER visit. While driving to appointment, she was called and told she could not be seen because of insurance reasons (stating, insurance would not cover visit) and they were cancelling her appointment.With insurance company on the phone, in a 3-way call with scheduling staff members, insurance company verified she could be seen - however, office remained adamant she would not be seen and they had already cancelled her appointment. Best they could offer was an appointment 2-weeks from today.Disappointing to say the least. These types of issues are what cause elderly individuals to distrust large medical systems and decrease their desire to continue seeking medical care.

My wife had a colonoscopy/endoscopy combo last week, we were both struck by all the remarkable staff members we came in contact with!This caring profession is a model of what we humans are capable of !Blessings on all of you 🙏

I thought my doctor was a good doctor up until my last couple of visits Ive been going here for about 2 yrs maybe but Ive always told her about my chest pains I feel like shes very cold hearted and dismissive and doesnt care about what Im going through so I will be finding me another primary doctor. Im TRYNING to figure out why at 33 yrs old Im having chest pain everyday for yrs now no one is giving me answers they think because Im young its nothing serious I broke down crying at my last visit because she was not listening to me. She was rude and she truly doesnt care about me as a person. It took forever for her to send me to a cardiologist for a CT scan. I was going to write more but this is enough. Hopefully I will find a great doctor who is going to help me figure out whats going on with me..

I want to thank all the wonderful people who took care of me today for my colonoscopy, They were an awesome group of doctors and nurses and anesthesiologist, especially the anesthesiologist, love her,❤️God Bless You All

Kind staff. Quick to get in to the doctor. Currently sitting here waiting to do labs- will update if the wait is unreasonably long but there were already quite a few people here before I checked in so, not surprised.Dr. Was polite, kind, empathetic, professional and helpful.Finally found a clinic in which I feel safe and comfortable to come to.

A waste of time. They charge you to set you onto a medication. Then they charge you when they realize the medication wasnt correct. Additionally they will charge you when you call and follow up with questions regarding your medication. Absolute crooks.

Staff here was great. Super nice and really concerned for the patient care and comfort.

Dr. Tobin is a caring and understanding Doctor and I wouldnt trade him in for any other period......

I love my Doctor which is Dr. Fickle. She is very kind and understanding.

I use to go 6 times a year for doctor visits here down to just once a year now.
