Planned Parenthood - Milwaukee - Mitchell Street Health Center

Wrote me a prescription for 60 days instead of 90, now I cant get medicine for at least two weeks because of their neglect. if you use planned parenthood, do not trust them completely.

As for my experience I actually had done a walk in twice and they were pretty good at fitting me in,. The gyno was so helpful on questions I had I left there feeling treated very fairly and with no un answered questions.

Staff is so kind and helpful with all questions and concerns i had. im only 18 and still getting used to going to doctors alone and i have never felt more cared for in an appointment. they did my exam and even did extra tests and gave me my medication there without having to walk to a separate pharmacy which im grateful for since i dont have a car. they gave me my vaccine i was overdue for at the same appointment, mind you, this was all done within less than an hour vist. definitely recommend :) thanks so much

Staff was very kind and helpful. The NP even brought out a helpful diagram to show how to insert the Nuvaring I wanted to try out. I came in needing a birth control prescription and walked out with a 3 month supply and the family planning insurance making it free. The facility was clean. The wait time was a little long but understandable because many people were coming in and out! Really recommend this location for the knowledgeable staff and helpfulness.

The providers at this location are extremely personable and take the time to establish relationships with their patients to ensure they feel safe and comfortable during their visit. I am always listened to without judgement and have my questions answered while being informed about my personal healthcare. One time I mistakenly made my appointment for another location but this facility still made time to see me at this location. I will always recommend this location!! Thank you for providing me healthcare services over the years and being great providers who’ve made a difference in my life!

I have never been treated so horribly at a clinic. I waited in the waiting room and was not called for 30 minutes after my appointment time While i watched the staff stand around and talk. Numerous other Hispanic women were called in front of the appointment I was here for and they arrived just moments before. it was a very important question to distinguish If you were Hispanic or not. Clearly a case of racial discrimination going on at this clinic. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place, comfortable, and clean clinic. Nurses seem to genuinely care about their patients. On the Hispanic or Latino note; I do not agree. While on my visit, there was a few Caucasian individuals who were waiting just like everyone else, and called accordingly, like everyone else. Recommend this clinic to anyone who is sexually active and cares about their health.

Don’t go here! Because of COVID-19 they told me to schedule an appointment and then park near the building and they would call me when they were ready for me to come in. I waited past my appointment time with no phone call so I went in and they said they tried calling me twice and I did not answer. I confirmed which phone number they had for me and they had the correct one. They asked me if I have unknown numbers blocked and I don’t. Also I have full signal on my phone. So we rescheduled for the next day and once again I arrived early, waited for the phone call and it never came. So I was never seen and will never come back here again.

Scheduled appointment but yet still waiting after 20 mins for a shot! Whats the point! We also have things to do, as to why we schedule appointments!? I’m getting tired of the lack of passion at this location. Also it’s slow when I come in but yet ya busy… eating. Do better or find a different job.

Being the only one in the lobby Im really disappointed at the lack of communication between staff and patient. The nurses here need to learn how to communicate with anyone walking into the clinic. All they do is stand around and talk amongst each other

Been coming at this loction for years the nurse Mario is the best always has super nice and friendley the best employee there i give hime the 5 stars !! Even when i moved to the northside of milwaukee i still came to mitchell st. Location!

The best experience! Everyone was so friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend!!

Still waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment . but yet a girl just came in and they called her back right away !
