Midwest Express Clinic

This place is awesome. The entire patient care team is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. They make you feel like you are in the right hands to help you with your medical needs. I have been here multiple times for myself and with other family members who needed care. This team is great.

I took my kids to the Merrilville location for sports physicals. We were seen promptly and the PA was kind and very personable. She did a thorough job and took her time answering questions and talking TO the kids and not AT them. Our whole experience was phenomenal. Front office staff was also great. Highly recommend after this visit even though I have no other experience in this office.

I absolutely love this location! Dr. Jennifer is amazing and truly listens. She goes above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. I stopped going to my regular doctor because of connivence and always having the best of care when she and her staff are there. You don’t feel like a number and she truly cares.

We had searched for a while to find a doctors office that would do a physical that we needed done for our Fostering program. We had given them a call and they were able to get us in quickly and accomplished within a half hour. We love the service and we would definitely use them again.

Great office; friendly kind and supportive! Rapid response and helpful. The doctor or NP whichever her title, was nice and straight to the point; Even Jennifer, who drew my blood was amazingly supportive and helped me pass over my needle fear! Thank you Midwest EC for always being there

All I have to say is the staff is amazing , there is a young doctor her name starts with a K. Im so terrible with names, I do apologize. She so empathic and knowledgeable. I will never take my girls or to any other doctors office. When I just need to get in quickly and need a appt fast she is the best and she deserves a raise. Her care for her patients and the community is exceptional. Thank u doctor K.

Excellent service. This is by far my favorite location. Staff if great, beautiful office, and I have never had to wait extremely long even during busy hours. Thank you so much. Highly reccomend if you are in need of immediate care and in and out services!!

My experience at this Midwest Express location was phenomenal. I give special thanks to Pam at the front desk! She was extra kind to my children and I. She acknowledged that motherhood was a bit much for me that day. I truly appreciate that Midwest Express went above and beyond!

EDIT: I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME BREATHING! I’m just now finding out that the clinic billed the wrong insurance, the amount that they wanted me to pay was not even accurate. I WAS REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR AN ERROR ON THEIR END!Desperately needed an inhaler. Waited 35 minutes to be turned away due to a billing issue on their end. Very disappointed that they cared more about being paid than my ability to breathe.

Came here yesterday, and was told it would be a little bit of a wait they were short staffed. Wasn’t a bad wait at all. They were so so nice and knew exactly what my sickness was. The meds they prescribed helped me so much in the two days I’ve taken it. Thank you guys so much!

I walked and was see in 20 mins. Another 30 minutes with test and seeing the physician. I checked out and medicine had been sent right over to the pharmacyThe medical staff are very friendly. I was very pleased with my services.

I had shooting pain in my right eye on Mother’s Day. The clinic took me in right away. The doctor and nurses were very supportive and wanted to make sure they were diagnosing me correctly. I ended up going to my eye doctor the next day just to make sure, and he said the doctor at the clinic made the right choice! Also, on our way out of her clinic, the nurses gave my mom a rose for Mother’s Day- so thoughtful!

These guys are great! The service is fast and they spend the time with you that you need. They dont rush you out of there as experienced with otherdoctor appointments.

I love this place. You can make an appt or walk in. The PA we see is nearly always the same person, wish I remembered her name. She is excellent, reasonable, so, so knowledgeable, quick, to the point and always right on!Again, I LOVE this place!

I work with the public daily. Whenever I’m not feeling well, I can always go to Midwest clinic to get tested for the flu, Covid or strep so I won’t make my coworkers ill. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating and their prices are better than urgent care AND you get your results in a matter of minutes!!! Love Midwest clinic!!!

The staff was polite and professional. The visit was quick, professional, and the doctor was very knowledgeable at diagnosing and treating my symptoms.

I have always had good experiences with Midwest Express. Great care, in a timely manner. It beats the long wait times of going to the ER for things that can be handled in a non-emergent situation.

My daughter needed a drug test, physical, and YB test for her school elective requirement. They were fast paced friendly personable and cost effective.

I was very blessed to be seen by nurse practitioner, Keona Davis, who listened to my concerns and treated me with the most loving care possible. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent care from the doctor- she explained everything about my care and was very personable. There was a steady stream of people in the waiting room but the nursing staff was on top of it, and i didn’t have to wait long. i would definitely come back- i am from Washington DC and our urgent care wait is twice as long and. it half as good.

Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. The wait is never long and the service is always great. I highly recommend this facility.

Very pleasant experience, despite feeling so sick. All the staff were wonderful from receptionist to nurse practitioner! 🙌🏽They were quick and got me out of there with medicine prescribed to my pharmacy. The only time I had to wait was because I didn’t have my wallet with me. So it was nothing on them! Plus it’s a clean facility too! Definitely recommend!

I love this establishment. What I dont love is that now I have to track Jennifer down at another one if Kenyda isnt there. Ive never had such a wonderful experience as I do with them. You need her back at this location its not the same at all. Theyve known my kid for so long its heartbreaking and I dont want to find some other doctor I have to back track a history about my kid. I will follow her!

The service from the front desk is terrible ,extremely terrible. The service in the back is great. They need new people in the front. They are the first people you see and they should be welcoming but it’s not. I can honestly say I will never go there again. I will only go to the one in Portage.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and kind voice. Did not have to wait very long and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable.

From the time I arrived at the office the service was impeccable. The nurses assistant was superb and the doctor actually listened and examined me the way doctors should. Listening too the patients and not typing away. Looking at a patient eye to eye. The only downside was the waiting room was small and many 😷 sick patients. The wait was as least 2 hours. But otherwise top notch service.

Everyone was very pleasant and polite. We were greeted upon entry. Wait time was not longer than 5 minutes. I love the customer service. Even with exchanges of rooms because of what my grand baby needed. The wait time was amazing. I love that we were able to get in and out. The nurses were also pleasant and open to what we needed. What a great experience I had at a recent visit. I’m very pleased with the quality of care, and especially the Sunday hours. My condition had a window of time in which to start a related medication and being able to be seen on a Sunday was pivotal in my recovery. My PA, Kristen, was engaging, very knowledgeable, and communicated well. I highly recommend Midwest Express for any urgent care need.

Kristina PA-C at Midwest Express was kind and thorough, the woman (radiology tech) whom checked me in was also very kind. When the docs offices are closed and you need to be seen, Midwest express all day long. Thanks again to their team!

I love coming here for my whole family. The service is quick, but the visit with the doctor is not rushed. The office is always clean. All of the doctors are great, especially Dr. Jenn Sellers. She is amazing because of her thoroughness and warm demeanor. We appreciate her for taking care of us everytime.

Staff here very unprofessional! Wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my worst enemy!! I went yesterday 2/14&today 2/15 and both times was told I had no insurance coverage! So they wanted my debit or credit card for payment! I have Medicare and private insurance and had been here several times before and was treated with no problems! But they must have a lousy new staff because they both claimed they called my insurance and my insurance said no one called them! I explained over and over that Medicare pays and whatever they don’t they bill to ins but she said no so I left and wil NEVER EVER go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there!! I then went to Franciscan Wellness by St. Mary’s and had N0 PROBLEM!! Staff there knew exactly what to do and was treated with respect!

The service was very quick and the staff are all so friendly and make you feel valued.

Quick thorough exam only wish they had X-ray tech on site and didn’t need to go elsewhere. Crystal was aware of my needs and concerns .

I had a case of poison Ivy. The staff got me tbe right medicine and now Im feeling much better!

Every time I have came to Midwest Express Clinic the receptionist has been very kind ,helpful. The wait isn’t too bad either even when I was real sick.The t Doctors I’ve seen have been very gental, a kind. I will now make this place my place to when I’m sick hours are fantastic. If you use Midwest I hope your experience is enjoyable as mine have been .

Very clean and excellent staff!! My daughter cries every time we go to her pediatrician, and they all took the time to explain things and what they were doing so my daughter was comfortable. She HATES the blood pressure machine, and they took the time to show her what it does, and she actually let them do it. I was shocked. Thank you staff for caring so much! ❤️

NP Davis is phenomenal! She is so personal and takes the time out to listen. I have been here twice so far and I will never go to another Urgent Care. I found my office I will always come here when I cant get into my doctor or if I need Urgent Care. I will also say all the staff at the Merrillville/Hobart location are all very friendly. I highly recommend this office. I also want to say thank you to all of the staff in the office for your caring and friendly touches. Keep up the fantastic work.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Considering it was late on New Year’s Eve, it wouldn’t have surprised me if they were in a rush to close the clinic, but that wasn’t the case at all. They were warm and welcoming.

I pay out of pocket rather than going to my assigned provider. Informative, courteous, expedient and competent.

Everyone from start to finish was very friendly and helpful! From the receptionist (Jenna? I think her name was?), to medical assistant Emily, and nurse practitioner Keyona, I was in and out quickly and treated with care! Great job ladies!

I visited the Hobart location on 7-9-24 around 3pm.The medical provider and staff were wonderful. It was the smell that was in the building it Smelled like Raw Sewage. It was Horrible the staff or patients shouldnt have smell that and especially the staff who have to work in that environment. Shame on the Building Management for not addressing the issue. At least close the site down until you get the issue fixed.

The wait was not very long, check in process went smoothly for my first time visit. It helped being able to complete the check in online before your visit. Everyone was very pleasant. Doc. Shee took time to listen to my issues I was having and examine me before she diagnosed and treated me.

Never 👎🏼 will I ever see this Doctor again. They want you to pay $30 and up for a copay just to have me sit in there, and then send me on my way. I clearly have something wrong with me, that he can physically see, and he just sent me home. The most nonchalant most unhelpful doctor I’ve came across. If your in the Merrillville area, I advise you not to see him.

MEC always provides exceptional care and they did again. The receptionist was friendly, the Physician’s Assistant, Pamela was very professional and efficient. The Nurse Practitioner, Jen was very knowledgeable and thorough.I’m so thankful that MEC is there for my family when we need it.

I’m new to the area and my daughter needed a physical. My brother told me to try Midwest Clinic they’re Awesome (his exact words). From us walking in to leaving out was a Welcoming experience! The front desk person happily greeted us and professionally acknowledged us having everything organized on what we needed to do.I felt as if we were the first ppl she encountered that day and it was after 4pm. lol The consistency and professionalism didn’t stop their from the checking blood pressure etc. very nice and knowledgeable and moved right along to seeing the NPpersonable, knowledgeable, They all made us feel comfortable and Welcomed!I also enjoyed seeing the consistency on how others were treated coming through the door.Thank you, you don’t get Awesome service everywhere!

I really want to shoutout Kylie for her amazing customer service yesterday! Although I’ve been to other locations I decided to go to this one yesterday and she did not make me regret it. I commend her for being patient as my two small children ran around and wanted to play with everything. She was very accommodating and even let them pick out goodies at the end. The wait time wasn’t long considering there’s only one provider. The Nurse Practitioner was very nice.I also want to shout out Amanda in the crown point office. I called that location prior to arriving at the Merrillville one and she had great phone etiquette. Kylie said it was only her 3rd day. So thank you Amanda for being so nice over the phone!

Physician Keona Davis was great. With her being the only one in besides the nurse staff and front desk reps, she handled the many patients with ease. The whole staff worked together to get everyone seen. I was a walk in suffering with a cold and I say kudos to Physician Leona Davis

Greeted upon entry. Waiting area, restroom and exam room were clean. Staff was friendly and professional. I was seen by the physicians assistant and she listened and treated me accordingly while explaining the tx plan.

I took my daughter here and while the care we received was great, I DO NOT recommend this location!!! They did not bill our insurance. I was unaware thinking all was fine and then I got a letter from a collections agency. I contacted Midwest Express, my insurance and the collection agency. MWE put a hold on collections because a claim had never been made. So they falsely said it was denied.Again, months went by and I thought everything was resolved when I hear from the collections agency again saying it was denied and I have to pay the entire bill. It is not my fault their billing department had an employee who didnt do so their job. I would avoid the Merrillville/Hobart location!!

I was very grateful! Everyone was very nice and professional! I really appreciate Jennifer, the nurse practitioner. She was very informative and thoroughly explained what was going on with my child. Her entire team genuinely showed interest and compassion. It was greatly appreciated.

Whole staff was great! Got me checked in and seen pretty fast. I kind-of knew what I had, but they quickly ruled covid, and the flu out. Prescribed what I normally take for a sinus infection and got me out.

This was my first visit, and I loved the fact they are available on the weekends. Sicknesses does not care what day you get sick. My test results were in good, and they were fast with the patient intake.

Love this place. I have one closer to me but will drive to this one because I always have a great experience and I love the staff. Sometimes I feel like they care more then my regular doctor.

Great place to go for medical care. If you cant see your PCP, Midwest Express is the next best thing. They actually treat your situation and provide real care not just a Band-Aid approach. And nice people too!

The Nurse Practitioner that I was seen by was exceptional. She listened to my concerns, asked questions, and was genuinely concerned about me. She was very personable and made the visit memorable. Midwest Express is a great option when youre not feeling well and need to be seen quickly.

I needed to be seen for immediate care but did not need ER level care so I decided to try MEC. The man at the desk was so nice and the lobby was clean and decorated cute for Christmas/Holidays. I filled out forms, waited a little bit, they called me back took vitals and I waited again, I didnt mind the wait cuz I needed to be seen for my issue. I was seen by a PA, I love PAs! She was understanding and thorough and knew just what I needed, antibiotics. She sent the Rx promptly to my pharmacy. Im already feeling better and am so appreciative of MEC. I will use them again if need be.

Definitely will be returning!!!! I think I waited only three minutes before they called me back. The nurse that took me back for blood pressure reading and questions was friendly, engaging, and down to earth. I dont remember her name but she wore black glasses and had long black hair. NP Amanda was awesome. She too was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The building was clean and organized. It was like an assembly line and Im Not upset about that. Best clinic Ive been to in years.

Was out of town visiting family when I injured my finger. My sister in law brought me here because she had used them and was happy with her care. I’m very satisfied with the entire process, registration to checkout. My only suggestion is to give written discharge instructions or refer to somewhere online. Thank you!

Every time i come here i always get friendly staff and very informative doctors. They thoroughly explain to me anything that i dont understand. Its always a very quick process from beginning to end. Would recommend better than the merrillville location for sure.

The waiting room was pleasant to sit in and we were called in quickly. Every staff member we encountered was very kind and helpful. This is definitely a place I would recommend anybody to.

Always fast and efficient care!! Our wait time was a bit up due to a complex case on another patient- but compared to wait times from the past at competitors of 4 hours we were done in 90 minutes. The NP was so apologetic and terrific. MWE is our go to when pediatrician is booked!! They are truly as asset to our community!! Great care and compassion

This facility was a pleasant surprise. Went in expecting to wait at least an hour - I was out within 35 minutes!! I’M NOT KIDDING!! Class act from the front desk person to the doctors I was thoroughly happy. On my meds today recovering. It was the best accident I ever had - meaning it was an accident I stumbled on the online!! Everyone was very nice. They got me in right away, ran tests needed, checked out by doc, and sent home with scripts.

I was a walk in and had to wait awhile due to the volume of people there the day I went. I would say thats because they are in demand for being so good. The staff was friendly, courteous and caring. The Doctor was great and my prescriptions were phoned in very quickly so by the time I got home I got a call from the pharmacy that they were ready for pickup. It was a good experience and I will definitely go back there if I need their services again.

My 5 yo does not like going to the dr. He was kicking and screaming not wanting to go in. Yesterday they made him feel so comfortable. The triage nurse explained to him the bp cuff and how it works. The np let him touch the scope first that looks into his ears and it made him feel much better about her doing it. By the end of it he was all smiles and giggles and said the dr wasn’t so bad

The administrators at Midwest Express Clinic on East 81st Avenue in Merrillville are so very courteous and helpful… The administrators waited on me immediately and I was in and out in less than ten minutes…There was no playing around…they take care of their clients! Thank you so very much for being so attentive and helpful!

Crystal the nurse was amazing. Claimed me down. I was feeling awe full. She was great! Sharon, the Doctor was nice and and explained everything what was going on. She prescribed me some meds and 24hrs I am starting to feel better. All the staff was friendly and it he waiting room is extremely kid friendly. Very clean and very professional. Highly recommend vs going to the ER.

Dr. Davis is phenomenal! She listens carefully to your concerns and works closely with you to find a solution. As a patient, I really feel seen and heard and that is vital when seeking a healthcare provider. If you’re in her care, you know you’re in good hands!

Doctor McClellan was very professional, yet compassionate…the front desk personnel were also first class .. my best experience in going to an “emergency room” setting for an accident that I’ve ever received!! Thanks for asking!

I took my daughter in last night and the place was packed. We checked in online but so did everyone else so we waited longer than expected to be seen. However, the staff made it worth the wait. It was closing time before we even got into the back but all of the ladies were extremely helpful and in great spirits!! They didnt rush to get us out. It was definitely worth the wait. First, the place was immaculate, just as it should be. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner was professional and informative. It didn’t take long to get in and out. It was a pleasant experience.

This was my second visit to the clinic. My waiting time was less than 5 min. X-ray showed that I had a broken finger. I was out within 20 min. The nurses were great 👍. No wasting time. The doctor was on top of the problem. My 3rd visit was the same as above. I was released with no more visit was needed. Thank you Midwest Express for the great service.

This Midwest Express clinic was very clean and all staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The MA checking me is was great and Dr. Caleel was very easy to talk to and he took the time to ask me all the questions he needed to make a diagnosis. I was in and done in a short amount of time but was never rushed by any of the staff.

Jasmin was absolutely amazing! I received the best patient care Ive ever received anywhere else. I was absolutely amazed with not only the quality of care but also the compassion and empathy from her.The facility is clean welcoming, warm and very inviting.

From the minute I walked into the clinic, to the time I left, I received great customer service! Very easy to book online. Dr. Khalil was professional and caring, as well as all the staff. The few times that I have been there, the staff was always very nice and helpful. They get me in and out real quick without any hassle and seem to know what theyre doing. Also they laugh at my jokes occasionally lol

This was my first time at this clinic and I was impressed with how friendly and professional everyone was. The assistant who checked me in, the nurse who took my vitals, and the dr who took her time answering all my silly questions, were all so friendly, understanding, and patient. I showed up about 30 min before closing and most people would have been annoyed and rushing me out the door. I would definitely return to this location if needed. Staff was great! Im hearing impaired and rely on lip reading or my phone to translate. EVERYONE was great about it! I was in and out in less than an HR and got everything I needed. Will definitely come back!

My daughter needed to be seen and I couldn’t get her in to her normal doctor soon enough so we made a visit here. We were literally in and out in 30 mins! Everyone was friendly and attentive! This location is closer to home and will definitely be visiting again if we need too!

I had been experiencing a rather nasty runny nose for a couple of days. With the Corona virus on the upswing, I thought Id better get tested, just in case...The clinic was busy, which is understandable these days.I registered and waited my turn for treatment.When I was called in, I met a friendly staff and a clean, well - lit facility.The testing was straightforward and the staff was attentive to my concerns.My results, happily, were negative.I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic to anyone who has the need for fast and thorough medical care. 5 stars!

We went to Midwest Clinic twice this month. We were very pleased with our experience. The staff was very friendly. The first time we were seen by the doctor and the second time by the nurse practitioner. Both were very nice & professional. They answered all of our questions & took care of all of our needs. Great service. We will be returning although not very often I hope.

The staff here is exceptionally professional and quick! They get you in and out and despite all that Im that sure theyve experienced, they are in very good spirits. I have been tested twice for precautionary measures and they took very good care of me each time! The facility is clean and safe! Parking is plentiful and its in a great location. 👍🏽

My son was very sick and the Merrillville staff was so wonderful! The check in upon arrival was quick and the receptionist even helped locate his insurance info because I didn’t have the insurance card! The NP was excellent! I couldn’t have asked for more helpful pleasant people!!!

Nurse Practioner K. D. is a true treasure. We look forward to seeing her again. I have used the clinic several times since our pediatrician retired. We have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. The staff here in Merrillville is amazing.

What a great resource to have nearby for the minor medical nuisances that crop up in life. Ive been here several times, never had to wait, always had a good experience with their friendly and knowledgeable staffers.

I was impress with NP’s there. When answering the phone, new employees need to be more informed. First time I called, told work physical only $35. Second time told in detail two prices. It would be helpful to get correct information. New employee did not want put official stamp on physical form, said NP signature enough. The front desk person stamped form with no problems when I explained form too plain, not official looking!

Great experience!!! I had to take my 7 year old in for a scratched eye. (He was trying to cuddle one of our baby chicks, and it decided to give him a love peck right in the eye.)He couldn’t open his eye, and I had to help him miniver around the office. The office it’s self is very nicely furnished , open, and airy. Very clean. The front receptionist was welcoming, and kind. And verified everything was squared away before we were called back. The lady who roomed us was also very kind, and patient as we were moving slowly.The doctor we saw was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient with my son. I had explained to my son that he may need drops in his eye in order to have them look at it before we went in. So he sort of knew what he may need to do.The doctor talked directly to him and explained what she needed to do, and was very understanding when he got a bit freaked out due to the drops potentially burning a bit. (But I appreciated that she explained this to him ahead of time so he knew what to expect.) she worked with my son and I as we tried to figure out the best way to get the drops in, because he was so nervous about it.Ultimately we were both able to calm him enough for him to allow her to put them in with out having to hold him down. Which I really appreciated, as it was not a negative experience for him.But then she went above and beyond telling him what a good job he did and asked if he would like a snack. She brought back some snacks for him, and he was so happy about that he let her look into his eye (after the drops kicked in) with no issues.When you have something like this going on, it’s so nice to encounter such kind and understanding people. This office should be commended on the kindness and outstanding customer service they give! I would not hesitate to bring my son, or my family back.

Heading out of the country for vacation.. already vaccinated and boostered up, but I still needed a negative Covid-19 test and I went into Midwest Express Clinic and they got me in and out. Great hospitality from the staff.. I have used them every time I needed a test and it was always a great experience. 😁😁😁 nice to know also that they have urgent care. I have had to go in for those services as well.. same great service..

Flew in to IND from Augusta and somehow got COVID even had all my shots. I went in to this very clean and professional clinic. The people were very kind and attentive. They were efficient and in no time at they gave me my results. They didnt mind answering my questions and telling me how to care for myself when I go home. Nobody wants to be ill, but its comforting to know that when you are sick theres a place with people who really want to help

She was very patient with me and my questions, she explained everything clearly, was very conscious when doing the physical exam, and showed she was knowledgeable and confident in her management. It was my 1st time and Jennifer was AWESOME!!! Not only do she have THE BEST customer service and THE PERFECT attitude to check-in guests, she multi-tasked by giving us the Lipo-B shots, too. She wears many hats. I scheduled my next visit around her being there.

Was able to get seen right away.. The two young ladies working the front desk were so nice and welcoming and the Np I was seen by was super sweet and helpful.. No long wait at all.. Definitely recommend going if you dont have an established doctor on need to be seen same day....

Service was 10/10 done swiftly. The staff were very nice and it was very convenient to stay in the car. The swab was gentle for my kids. I said I would come again in the future and I ended up coming back a couple weeks later for another Covid test. Still very happy with everything!

My familys nerves were on edge they were late and everything was going haywire this morning that they arrived. The staff worked with us to fit us in and rearrange appointments. I for once in 8 months of caring for others had to rely on others handling things to test my family. The staff here shined brilliantly. Very Clean and all staff was very polite.. helpful and organized.. I have been a couple times now when I have not been able to see my physician and both times I was in and out with not a very long wait time at all.. I felt both times my visits were equal to my family doctor..

Every time I have been here they have been exceptional amazing staff Christina the doctor is so nice and down to earth hundred percent recommend I’ve taken six kids here multiple times. I actually prefer to go to them over my children’s doctor.

The only reason I didnt give 5 🌟 is because everyone including myself always has room for improvement and growth. The Midwest Clinic in southeast Merrillville is the best. I took my son there for his school physical and the staff was amazing. They were very warm and friendly, I will be going back. Sorry I cant remember names but the young lady at the front desk tried to feed everyone and she had a great sense of humor. The young lady who did the initial assessment and the nurse practitioner were very nice as well

I went to the clinic to test for Covid/Influenza/Strep....I did the online hold my place in line before I went - hoping that I wouldnt have to wait forever. I arrived about 10 min before my in line time; called from my car; a super SWEET nurse took some information from me and said to come on in... she did all 3 of my swabs, and then I was put into a room to see a provider. She came in with in seconds, confirmed all of my results, checked me out, discussed a prescription, and then I was on my way. I LITERALLY was in and out of there in 20 min! It was AMAZING!! Everyone I encountered there was SUPER kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I will not HESITATE to go there again, and will definitely recommend my friends & family to do so as well! THANK YOU for such great-FAST service when I was feeling SO POORLY!!! It was so very appreciated!!!!

Fast service not a lot set a round in the waiting. They test if needed. You get results in about 10minutes and consultations with the Np.

Receptionist was friendly and did very well with multi-tasking. I was in and out with a B-12 shot.

I heard about Midwest from my niece and I was in a situation where I thought I had Covid and wanted to be tested so I went there and Amanda saw me and everything was in a timely manner service was Great. Also I revisited Midwest yesterday the 29th of May due to feeling horrible and I had been exposed to Covid. The receptionist on the phone was very friendly and patient. I had to call several times because I was going the wrong way. However Ingot there and she knew it was me she was friendly. Crystal waited ony granddaughter and I and she was very proficient. She tested as I needed because I was sick. My visit was Great the doctor was very informative about my results so yes I would Definitely go there again
