Midwest Express Clinic

This is a very nice, clean professional place! I do recommend going there the doctor and the whole staff is very friendly. I will be returning with me and my daughter next time we get sick. You are in and out in no time, which is nice when you are not feeling well. I went in the morning. She prescribed me everything I need to get well. :-)

The receptionist greeted us warmly with a smile. The entire area was spotless. The staff was friendly, and the doctor provided excellent care. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Good experience in all. Everyones very polite nice and professional. I was there for some time but it was understandable because there were several other family member patients. I will be going back there when needed and I will be recommending them. Jennifer was better with me the most MDS are and I really appreciate it.

This was the first time visiting the Merrillville location and I have to say I was extremely happy with the service. Front desk was so kind to my son and me, I felt so welcome and comfortable. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes, we did not have any life threatening conditions or anything serious that merited a long visit, so we were in and out and I was extremely pleased with that. I love offices like this, where they get to the point straight away and get you on your way right away. Time is valuable and the day goes by too fast especially when you have a little one to care for. Thank you Merrillville Midwest for a wonderful experience, for your kindness and attention. I sincerely appreciate what you all do because I know working in the medical field is hard work especially when it is a walk in clinic! You all are amazing, I thank you again and God bless you all!

Great staff! Dr Jennifer was excellent and nice! Ladora (I hope I got that right) she was great! She drew my blood so great! I didnt even feel it! ^_^

I needed a convenient place to have my work physical done since I don’t really have a primary care physician. I noticed this clinic at my local Walgreens and decided to make an appointment. I am so so happy that I did! Not only was it spotless, and elegantly appointed, but the staff was warm and welcoming. I was made to feel most comfortable and at ease. There was literally no wait time whatsoever and I was in and out in under 35 minutes.I cannot recommend this location strongly enough!

Everyone and everything is amazing there. Usually the doctor gets the results back from your Labs tells you what He suggests for you to do or prescribe this doctor in particular showed me my my sheet my results and explained all of everything that was on the sheet to me that has never been done not even with a primary care doctor it was very much appreciated instead of him just telling me he showed me and walked me through how to understand what he was seeing listen to all of my concerns and took very good care of me I definitely appreciate the care I had there and of course I will be returning and yes it is very clean very nice very neat very friendly from the reception desk to the back everything is great thank you so much

Decided to try the new Midwest Express Clinic on 61st & Broadway in Merrillville. I was not disappointed. I was in and out in 30 minutes and my prescription was ready in 15 minutes at the Walgreen’s where the clinic is located. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely use them again.

The Midwest Clinic inside Walgreens on 61st /Broadway in Merrillville is awesome & so convenient! The staff is very friendly, the place is clean & the Dr. is very professional, friendly & efficient! My son & I were in & out in no time at all with our problem solved! Dont sleep on this wonderland establishment!

The provider on Staff was very good and attentive. But I had to leave the facility and not feeling good to go get money to pay my co-pay because the credit card/debit card machine was not working. Not good business.

I burned my hand with hot water. And cut my finger while washing dishes. Just wasnt a good day, walked into this midwest express clinic, they were professional, fast & caring.... There wasnt a whole bunch of people in the waiting room overall, just positive experience, given the circumstances I had to go in. The facilities did not smell like a clinic normally smell.You can tell that they constantly disinfect & clean. I went to the facilities located inside of the walgreens on 61st avenue, in Merrillville, but ive visited other sites and theyre all nice.

The people here are amazing and they are compassionate. I came here with some concerning pain that I thought was one thing that ended up being another and they told me to go to the Emergency Room and while there, they called me to make sure I was ok. Very good service and will definitely go back if I need to.

I am so happy I came here for my baby. I have a 6yo, the staff was so welcoming and definitely put my child at ease. I have anxiety about how my child reacts with new doctors and staff, they were simply amazing 🤩

The whole experience was great. The staff were really nice and attentive. The location was very clean and inviting.The doctor (PA) was very professional and explained each step. The doctor was knowledgeable and attentive to the issues I had. The doctor was attentive to my concerns and let me know how he would help.The doctor took his time on the exam, chose the correct medication, educated me on how they would help, and how I should feel after taking them.The doctor also did a follow up call to see how I was feeling and confirmed my pharmacy.The whole experience was awesome and needed due to how sick I was feeling at the time. I really appreciated the doctor for his knowledge, concern, and perfect bedside manner.

Nice, clean and friendly facility! My wait wasnt long either so thats a plus! I usually have to drive almost 15 minutes to the nearest Midwest express clinic so Im happy that theres one in my neighborhood now.

I literally had to leave without my son being seen because of the excessive wait time! I don’t know rather he has a virus or an ear infection because NO ONE came to check in. We sat in the room and waited for quite some time… for absolutely NOTHING #SMH . I’m so disappointed with this location.

Environment was nice and Dr. Jennifer was great and answered all my questions I had in regards to my daughter even though they getting ready for closure time. Process went smoothly and did not have to wait long.

Every Tuesday I go and get my lipo B-12 shot. Now I have my adult daughter going with me. And the service I get is always good and quick. Thanks Desiree...

Jen Kirk and Dawn were amazing! I came as a walk-in late in the day and was taken back immediately! Jen was so thorough and even drew my blood with ease! I was in and out in 15 minutes! I will definitely recommend this facility and I will be returning in the future if I need anything!

The staff is very friendly and professional. I was seen by the P. A. Who took the time to explain the treatment and options . The nurse was sweet even while giving me a shot.

The staff here is wonderful! The moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me and she was extremely polite. Physician J. Kirk was phenomenal. She has excellent bedside manner. She listened to all of my concerns and went the extra mile to help me with a concern that I didnt even come in for. Shes the perfect example of what a great physician should look like. I highly recommend this Midwest Express Clinic.

Love this clinic they are very patient and professional and courtesy they answer all my questions to the reception to practice nurse it big waiting and they are friend and give quick response and most all I feel better when prescriptions medicine I need and what the step not do or do. Thank you

Very welcoming and clean facility , the first thing I noticed was how good it smelled when I walked in . My child was called back very quickly little to no wait , Also the staff and doctor were great very friendly and compassionate towards my family . Wouldn’t visit any other Midwest except this one after the care I was given today . 10/10

Very pleasant! In and out and that included completing paperwork. My son was seen very quickly and we were out in like 20 minutes. Very clean and refreshingly new. Staff was very professional and helpful in what we needed. I definitely recommend if you’re needing a quick clinic visit.

The first thing I noticed once I got to the clinic, was how nice and clean everything was.All the staff was friendly and very efficient. Especially nurse Jennifer, who took her time with me, and was very thorough. She even followed up with me a few days after to see how I was doing.Normally when I go for medical attention, I feel rushed and unheard. That wasnt the case here.Finally, someone who cares!

The Midwest location inside Walgreens on 61st ave. Its beautiful the staff were friendly and professional. When you first walk in there was a pleasant smell (fresh and clean not that Raw Swear Smell thats at the location on Route 30.)I recommend everyone using this location on 61st and Broadway.( its inside of Walgreens but it has its on entrance)Even though Midwest reached out to me regarding the complaint they blew me off with saying Oh we are aware of the situation.Ok since you want to have that attitude ever chance I get Im going to bring it up. Midwest is a big enough company to make changes. Example close that location down.Since Midwest or the Landlord of that location thinks its not that serious for the patients and the Staff I will bring it up every time they ask me opinion regarding my visit..Midwest and the Landlord Shame On You.. Midwest you have to be held accountable because if your not Appling Pressure to the Landlord you are just as responsible.There are too many other location to continue to keep that location open. Its easy to have a Nonchalant Attitude when your not there physically working in that environment but working from home or in another building that you probably go to 1 a week.Again Shame On You. Next Im going to reach out to the Health Department.( It has to be a Health Violation 🤔)Again the location on 61st is Beautiful.Signed -Shame on You😠

I loved our visit my fiance came in for ear wax removal nasty Netta( MA) got us checked in fast and had us ready for Lenell (PA) who made the situation so great for my fiance and my self I felt comfortable and welcomed as a guest Lenell did an amazing job got all that wax out had us laughing so caring and he made light of a nasty situation i know where Ill be going if i need anything and I dont go to a doctor fast lol fast and friendly and professional but nice thank you Lanell and netta yall are Family now

Me and my son wasn’t feeling well we went here for testing and treatment, we were in and out, fast results, no wait, receptionist and Dr were helpful and nice treated are sickness now we are well and doing better. I like to make her me and my kids our primary doctor. I recommend going here it’s clean and you definitely get the help you need.
