Taylor was very thorough and really listened to everything I said. She had reviewed my chart before seeing me. I brought lab reports of extensive blood work that had been ordered by a different medical provider. Taylor went through the report & had recommendations for treatment based on the results of them. She knows what she is talking about & her knowledge surpassed what I have experienced in the past.

DR. Eric Donahue and PA Taylor, refused me medical care, based on a phone call from another organization!!!They .. Refused me medical care, due to a involuntary hospital stay. I made appointment, drove almost a hour for my appointment from Middleton, just to be told they refused me as a patient, they cancelled with a non relative, case manager at Intermountain Health care. NoT ME..although I, not the case worker made that appointment Myself. Just because a case worker from another medical Institution called to verify my appointment without my permission to discuss ME.. I ended up in ER after I was told this. If you need to establish new patient care, go elsewhere.. as they told me they could NOT care for me there..I would recommend St Alphonsus over these people that dont care about patient care whatsoever!

They were all so amazing, helpful, and not judgmental. made you feel like a person and not just another patient. answered questions kindly and did not have a rude interaction once.

Taylor is attentive and knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss options and concerns. I appreciate her patient, confident, caring demeanor.

Lori is great at her job! She has nice bedside manner easy to talk to.

Kristin Santana is a great NP. She has a holistic approach in suggesting potential solutions to health issues and is a good listener.

The nurse that checked me in was extremely kind and patient despite me having a stressful time. Even the front staff was fantastic. My new provider Mandy Renak in Meridian was incredibly understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. Very glad I picked Womens Health Associates to help handle my health, especially after having bad experiences elsewhere.

Everyone was great. All the way from labs to the annual. That is until I had my mammogram. The woman who did it was very rude. If I didnt understand her instruction, which happened a couple times, she would say no, look at me (condescendingly) and annunciated each word, opening her mouth as wide as she could while she spoke. And being topless in front of her while she treated my like an idiot was humiliating. She was pretty nasty and because of that, I will not be going there again.

Lori has taken great care of me for several years. She takes all the time needed to discuss concerns and findings. I trust her wholeheartedly and value her expertise, judgement, and friendship.

It was very nice meeting Mandy today. She was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable spot. See you next year and thank you for the advise!

I had a health scare and so I called. I was given an appointment right away, then an immediate referral. The staff treated me with kindness and respect, especially the provider, Taylor Ramos. This is my 16th year as a patient at WHA and I love the professionalism.

Cant say enough good about Dr. McGuire. She is brilliant and kind. Ive been able to address all my concerns the last couple of months and she offers me solutions and has so much knowledge. I just recently had a hysterectomy everything went very smooth. I only had a million questions for Dr. McGuire and her nurses. Thank you.

I had two appointments that were scheduled the same day but an hour apart. When the doctor heard I was waiting she had them call me back early, possibly cutting short her lunch. Very kind.

I went to Womens Health Associates to establish care and saw NP Mandy. Mandy was so kind and made me feel comfortable. You can definitely tell that she has been working in Womens health for a long time. She was thorough and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend her. I was also very impressed with the actual clinic itself. It was clean, nicely decorated, and everyone was kind.

Taylor Ramos REALLY listened to me today! She explained things to me and treated me with respect. I’m so thankful for her and I look forward to being her patient as long as she’ll have me!

Tricia Sloan is fantastic. Im just sorry that I she has decided to pursue another path that takes her away from WHA. She is so engaged with her patients and takes time to be thorough, compassionate and pragmatic in her approach to solutions. I will miss her greatly!

I love Kristen Santana! It was so refreshing to have a medical professional finally LISTEN to me and try to find answers to my various health issues instead of staring at a tablet the entire time. Been going to Womens Health Associates in Boise for over 30 years. Highly recommend.

Julie Stevens was great! Her and Amanda were very kind to me. I had to last minute schedule, so I was astounded by their adaptability and the quality of care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was charged for a wellness visit when I asked a simple question during the visit. Apparently you cannot address any health concerns or have a discussion or you will be charged. When I tried to talk to the office manager about it, and explained I am not understanding as there was no follow up and no additional steps taken within my appointment, I got an answer of thats just how it is and you cannot bring up any issues or you will be charged. Then the office manager hung up on me. Both the billing supervisor and office manager took the stance of thats just how it is and you have to deal with it. Instead of listening to a valid concern and helping to resolve an issue. I will never recommend anyone to this practice and will not have anything good to say in the future.

Dont go here if you are a plus size person, Ive tried several providers here and two have treated me like a fat body not a person and focused only on my weight as my only problem therefore losing it is my only solution, the third ignored that I was in pain and I was given no treatment (no pain management/mitigation). The most recent experience I had was the front desk and nurse questioning whether testing my doctor ordered was necessary just because I pushed out my appointment, I pushed it out because this place continually made me feel unheard and like I didnt matter.

The WHA are kind, respectful and knowledgeable; as well as empathetic! Prior to my current doctor, I saw another physician at woman’s health associates who currently doesn’t work there anymore but she was amazing too. This place has doctors who actually seem to care. I know each person can differ but so far, for me they have always worked hard to get to the bottom of your concerns and problem solve diligently to help you! It’s been nice to feel like my concerns about my body are valid and have someone listen.

My daughter saw Mandy Renak for some ongoing hormone related concerns. Mandy was down to earth and spoke directly to my daughter in a firm yet light-hearted demeanor. Her confidence in my daughters condition and symptoms was reassuring. We felt seen and heard by Mandy and the staff at Womens Health Associates. Excellent patient experience!!

The lobby of the Clinic looks like a used furniture store. The straight backed chairs are worn and shabby, they look like dining room chairs and are very uncomfortable. There are no magazines, nothing to even put a book or drinking cup on, and the place looks old and worn. I am not sure what is going on but I was very disappointed in the appearance of the waiting room, as well as the inside waiting room where I waited between my mammogram and my medical appointment. I have been a patient here since 1995 and have never seen this place so worn down and shabby looking. There is no excuse for shabby looking furniture in the waiting room. In addition, the front desk has a kiosk stand with nothing on it which looks like something left over from a prior checkin procedure that should be removed. In the patient rooms, there is no reading material at all in the magazine racks on the walls. There used to be magazines and literature for patients to read, now there is nothing, absolutely nothing. I do like my NEW NP. She was very attentive and thorough. Thank you.

Lori is a wonderful provider -- shes compassionate, empathetic and patient. I feel heard, understood and I know that we work together as a team in my best interest.

Doctor Fu was absolutely amazing. I had the same doctor for 30 years, he retired and I waited too long to get a check-up and was nervous about finding a new provider. She took the time to talk with me and asked me questions about my family and history, like a good 15-20 + minutes, which is unheard of these days. Thank you for being so kind to me today, I will definitely be recommending you.

Lori Ruman is incredible. She not only educates you but gives you options about treatment. She has excellent bedside manner and is incredibly sweet!

After five long years of struggling with the transition to menopause finally a provider that listened and treated me as a whole person. The entire staff at WHA are courteous and professional. I only wish I had established care here earlier.

GYN isn’t anyone’s favorite visit, but I always look forward to visiting Lori! She’s always thorough and professional, but kind and so easy to talk to and discuss any questions or concerns.

Dr. Fu is a fantastic provider! Takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions. Never feel rushed through your appointment! She’s empathetic, genuine, and caring. You can tell she loves what she does and shows compassion towards her patients. Excellent service!

Dr Jessica Fu was amazing! I was very worried about my procedure but she was so calm and knowledgeable and it wasn’t bad at all! She took the time to answer all of my questions and she really makes you feel like she has all the time in the world. I have never felt more cared for at the OBGYNs.All of the staff were so kind and caring. They could tell I was nervous in the waiting room and they kept checking in to make sure I was ok. I can’t recommend them enough!

Providers are great and super kind but the schedulers are not. I came in solely for one thing and was crystal clear as to why when making the apt. The provider I saw was unfortunately not able to do it and hadnt been trained to do so. No worries she was super nice. I went to the front desk to book another apt for the procedure due to the misbook and the lady attempting to schedule something appeared as if she could care less about the mix up or if I came in again. It took like 5 minutes to try to book an apt until I just gave up and left and once again the lady seemed like she could care less.Seems to me this is a pretty consistent concern based on other reviews

Dr.McGuire is amazing. She listens, is supportive, offers solutions and keeps going with you until you are satisfied! I would highly recommend her. I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy a year and a half ish ago and was struggling with my hormone levels and in general just did not feel like myself. She has stuck with me and I am pleased I believe we have found a good balance.

I love Dr Fu. Very kind. Great bedside manner. And also she knows what she’s doing and actually listens and takes time with her patients. I wish I could have her for my regular provider instead of just female needs.

Dr. Ramos is great. She is personable without trying hard and she is direct and honest. I really like that.

Velma Seabolt has been my physician for over 25+ years. Shes always thorough with her examination. Shes kind and gentle. She always goes the extra mile to make sure my health is up to being the best it can be. She gives great advice.

It’s my first visit so for now, four stars.. looking forward to making it a five star review, meaning I will be returning! I love that it’s a full woman stuff for the most part. It’s also very nice that their main focus isn’t on pregnancies and birth control alone but overall women’s health in general is awesome!! There’s more to a womans health, than just babies and birth control!I come from Nyssa OR, aaand it’s hard to find good OB/GYN‘s around these parts. Long story short. Thanks for hearing me!P S. Homie that took my blood does need a little bit more practice,..bruised my arm up pretty good, but other than that all is great.

Dr. McGuire was and has been amazing. After years of constantly seeking help with my pcos, extremely bad pmdd, and other things I got to an office that listened to me and didnt brush off what I was going through. Shes been thorough and helped me greatly. 100% recommended her and the clinic.

The ladies went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe throughout my procedure. They were I ncredibly kind and nurturing while performing calmly and precisely with no issues.

Today I had my first appointment with WHA. After years of being juggled around and not being listened to I feel Im finally in good hands and look forward to working towards finding health solutions.

I have been a patient of Womens Health Associates for several years but after my most recent experience, I will be going elsewhere. Huge delay in getting a refill called in for a medication that causes horrible withdrawal after missing even one dose. Multiple messages and phone calls starting on a Friday morning that went on through the long three day weekend and most of the next day, only to be told that the doctor was busy and couldnt get to it. Not okay when the medication is known to cause horrible withdrawal.

Dr.Fu was very gentle and listened to my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable.

Both door greeter, and girl behind the counter rude. When asked for wifi password since no service in building and so I can try and kill time while patient I brought was being seen greater told me there was no guest wifi even when I showed there that there was counter lady when I asked for guest password told me it was for kids only although this is a womans clinic it is for patients kids although no kids are allowed to come so I am unsure but either way it was just rude and just that extra no reason to not provide it other then just being rude and difficult. Just was weird they clearly have a guess wifi called WHAGuest but yet only kids can get password??? Although this is a womans clinic....I dont know you tell me ???
