Excellent place! I arrived to my appointment today several minutes early and was seen immediately. The check-in process is easy, and both employees on duty were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thanks to them I was done in under 10 minutes. The facility couldnt be cleaner, and theres ample space to wait if need be. Overall I highly recommend this lab!

Kristen checked me in when I got there was very on top of it and kept things running smooth. She was nothing but kind with a smile on her face! Jessica then was the one to draw my blood and as someone who that makes very nervous she did incredible! Got me in and out of there with ease and managed to keep me calm the whole time! This place is amazing!

I recently visited Any Lab Test Now in Memphis, TN, and had an excellent experience! It was my first time, and I wasnt sure what to expect, but the ladies there were incredibly helpful. I told them what I needed, and they made the process super simple. I was in and out within 10 minutes, and I got my results back within 48 hours! Great people and great service. Highly recommend!

This place is ridiculously convenient, and I’ve had excellent experiences each time (3) I’ve been to this location. The staff are kind, quick, and fantastic at drawing blood (and I’m a baby about it). I’m in and out of there in less than 10 minutes every time. Love being able to schedule the tests online - and on short notice, too!

Hello, first time ever hearing of ANYLAB TEST! I would recommend them because of great customer service, very efficient and very friendly! Chris and staff are amazing! Please continue to strive i can see more Labs in the near furture… But if you have a drug test or other test needed please check them out! You wont be disappointed.

Took my dad to do a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel test on Tuesday (06/04) and was informed that the result would be available within 24 hours. Its Friday (06/07) today and the result has not been sent. I tried calling Wednesday (06/05) and Thursday (06/06) but my call was never answered.

This is a wonderful concept for out patient labwork. This Employee I spoke with ion the phone and the Tech I saw at the time of my appointment were both very knowledgeable and professional and were very good at performing their duties. The Laboratory technician was a very good phlebotomist which is very important at this job!!! A+++

Would never recommend. Pay the extra $s and go somewhere else.I, as well as others, arrived at 8:00am on a Tuesday (after fasting). We remained in our cars because no one had arrived to open the facility. I called a service line which stated they were supposed to be open b/c the manager had not emailed them to let them know otherwise. After waiting an hour, I left at 9:00am. I chose to go online and schedule an appointment for the next day, Wednesday, and received confirmation of my appointment. I arrived at 8:00a, with others, and sat in my car until 8:30am before leaving again. I again called the service line and was told they had not been notified of any closing and would contact the manager and get back to me. I never heard back from any one!

Ms. Joppa gave incredible service and made me and girlfriend feel secure throughout the process.

This place it was awesome, JD was very helpful and polite and I’m getting my test results straight to my email which is great.

12/15/22 Made an appointment here because I needed titer tests done for nursing program, and was not able to get them done at my local Health Dept. I originally had been scheduled a day earlier, but their system was having problems and I asked if I could come back today.Joppa was very kind to get me in and out without a long wait, as Im sure there were other appointments ahead of me. She was very professional and courteous the whole time. Grateful to have her do my blood work at this location. Hope she goes far in her profession and in life!!

Do not go to this place for any reason! The people are rude. I was denied service for not having a mask yet neither of their employees had on masks. When I called customer service about it I was told that it was their policy for customers to wear masks (which I understand) but when I told her that neither of their employees had on masks I was told there was nothing they could do about that. If I have to wear a mask then you should have to wear a mask.So to update: manager calls me back and tells me that she was in the lab and both of her employees had masks on and basically calls me a liar. If she was on site then why did customer service tell me the manager was not on site?

I have never met someone so friendly in a professional setting until now. She represents the type of personality everyone should have when working with the public.

I had an EXCELLENT experience!!! The 1st time i went was good but the 2nd time was a blessing. The employees are so caring & are willing to work with you. Very nice, & straightforward. The place is very clean & the pamplets are knowledgeable as well. 10/10 BEST LAB TESTS EVER!!!

This place was nice and quick for what I needed done. However, I tried to inform the young lady who was doing my blood work about my small veins. Informed her she would have better luck in my hands. She insisted she had it. Well she didn’t. I ended up having to get poked twice, and two horrible bruises at the site of vein she attempted to draw from.

Worse experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs to get lab tests done. I asked for a full panel of labs and they did not do the exact tests that I requested for. The people who worked at this location lacks customer service skills and act like they do not know what they are doing. One woman that drew blood from me need to be fired. The woman stuck me in both my left and right arm and when she was in the process of drawing blood she kept moving the needle around in my vein. This caused me a lot of discomfort. I will never go back here again. I basically wasted $248 and I didn’t get all the tests that is required for my surgery. I want a refund!!!

Not a very good service. Promise a time frame and take no accountability for not delivering results by then. Pawn off the blame elsewhere and dont follow up very well. Will take your money and then they are done with you.

On two separate occasions, I scheduled early morning blood work and showed up to find the doors locked and no one inside. The first time, the employee was an hour late to work. The second time, the owner decided to close the business less than an hour before it was supposed to open.I spoke with the scheduling manager as well as the owner and no one offered any remedy to the situation. I have personally wasted a lot of time and gas money trying to get blood work done here. I would not recommend this business.

An very awesome and friendly place

Had to get covid testing here for my international flight. The lady at the front desk said results should be ready in two days, maximum of three. It’s noon on the third day and I still don’t have results or any update. I’ve been trying to call for 30 minutes now and no one will pick up the phone (there’s no option to even leave a message). I’m about to have to board a 16 hour flight not knowing what my results are and knowing very well I could have to turn around and fly 16 hours back if my results are positive. I don’t understand why Walgreen’s free testing could get me my PCR test results in less than a day, and this service that cost $129 can’t deliver on the timeline promised. I feel ripped off and I’m extremely unhappy with the service I received. I do not recommend anyone get tested here. This is a $1600 flight on the line, I am so frustrated by the lack of communication.

Fast and Friendly Service

I called in to set up the appointment for a legal paternity test. They got all my information and said the test would be ready for me to take upon finishing my paperwork. We got there and they loudly spoke to the who room telling my business. Made me, and the mother of my child very uncomfortable.I dont recommend going here if you want any test done discreetly.

Great service at A.L.T. It was quick the appointment was on point and CO was nice and professional.

Had an appointment for 8:45am. Showed up and there was only one person working with 4 waiting in the waiting area. At 9:30, 45 minutes after I showed up for my appointment, only 2 people had been seen. I got up and left because I had other appointments to be at. Whats the point in making appointments if you dont get seen anywhere near the time that you reserved?

Drove across town for scheduled appointment and they decided to tell me after I show up they have to reschedule because they do not have requisition forms. Save your time and go somewhere else with actual professional standards. On top of that they were yelling out what type of tests other customers were getting. Apparently HIPAA standards are not implemented here in the least. 0/5

My wife and I always have a great experience here. I dont understand the other post about Tina. She is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I sat in here and witnessed the employee here being incredibly rude and belligerent to a customer.The customer was told to pick up her results in 48 hours and the customer came back a week later for them.The employee did not let her know that that if she didnt return WITHIN 48 hours her test results would be discarded without refund. When the customer brought this to her attention, the employee became aggressive and attitudinal entirely unnecessarily. When a supervisor was alerted, the employee proceeded to be loud and insulting while on the phone with her. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Went to this location for an employee screening. Tina was the perfect mix of personable and professional. Ive been to other places when going through the employment hiring process and my experience here was by far the best.

On 09/10/21 who ever the woman is that worked around 12pm was very rude and had an attitude. She had short hair and gave me a hard time concerning my appointment. She needs a talk from management. Thanks!
