I wish there were no stars instead of one I would give zero. We took my 5 year old son in this morning. We were happy to pay for the service, of course. We waited a long time for the Doctor to come. Then someone came, not sure if it was the Doctor or someone else, I am not sure, but she did not even introduce herself, nor did she smile or say good morning, she seemed very annoyed,, did not even touch my son, she asked about his condition and I answered. Of course a 5 year old will not sit still when she is in contact, but she did not even try and has absolutely no professionalism as a Doctor for children which my sons actual Doctor did a great job with him. We waited a long time to see her for only 3 minutes. The boy was not cooperating when she needed him to open his mouth wide, but she was completely impatient with children. She gave up very quickly, my husband asked if we should try again, she said definitely not, then I asked what should we do? She replied “what can i do, ? “ So what did we go there to pay to see a Doctor for???? She really does not deserve to be a Doctor and is sorry we were not satisfied with the money we spent. We even asked if she gave him any medicine? She replied just buy any kind for cold or allergies. What is going on???? If I got an answer from a Doctor like that I would have left my son at home and gone to any random pharmacy to buy his medicine without coming here. I am really disappointed and not sure she is a Doctor and we will never go back to this place. I paid $100 for another place I had gone to before instead of $75 here, but it was totally worth it because the Doctor there did a great job with my son. This was our first time here, as my sons Family Doctor was not available today.

I’ve visited Melrose Park location yesterday with my son to get his sport and school physicals. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful -starting with front desk lady and finishing with our PA Jasmine( I think it was her name- sorry if not). It was totally surprising considering the fact that we were there when they were almost closing the practice for the day and it would be totally understandable if they were tired and not feeling like doing special efforts to be nice.

Both the front desk associate and the nurse practitioner were fabulous at their jobs! Detailed, good listeners, thorough, friendly. In and out very quickly. And the topical prescription worked after my first dose!

I had an Amazing experience at Midwest clinic everyone was Professional and nice. I had a piece of glass in my finger right by my nail and the nurse practitioner their was Incredible she got it right out for me even though I was moving and had to help. Thank you all so much fantastic job.

Ive brought my son here a couple of times, once for a school physical and most recently for an ear infection he was suffering with. Both times were quick, efficient and very pleasant!! Jasmin was the most recent physician we saw and she was so friendly and explained everything to us thoroughly. The clinic itself was very clean and we didnt have to wait long at all. Online registration was very easy as well. I would highly recommend this location!!!

Cynthia did my ultrasound and she was absolutely incredible! She was very kind and understanding of my anxiety and went out of her way to make me comfortable. They are lucky to have her!😁

Midwest Express clinic has been good to me and my family... The front desk people have always been full of smiles in making us feel comfortable coming in. The staff behind the desk doctors and assistants both have been considerate paying attention to our needs concerns great bedside manner! The doctors have been patient, insightful making sure I understood everything I was having a issue about willing to go back over diagnosis and treatment to make sure I had clarity and piece of mind.

I scheduled a visit for my toddler the morning of. Was able to complete everything via my phone prior to my appointment. The appointment was timely. The nurse practitioner was so kind. It was a quick visit. I would highly recommend.

I had to get a sports physical last min and I was able to get it here. The ladies were amazing and very helpful! We will definitely be coming back here before any other clinic.

Just bad service from the minute I walked in with my daughter. From the receptionist to the nurse practitioners to the music being too loud! So unprofessional with all the staff members that we interacted with.

Ive been here twice and both experiences were awful. I went once for a visit and needed meds. I went on a Sunday. The front desk staff was very nice. I was seen by a nurse practitioner. She told me she was going to call the medication in, and verified the CVS pharmacy that we use. To my surprise, they sent my prescription in to Costco pharmacy which is closed on Sundays. I had the pharmacy call and they verified, so my prescription could not be filled because my benefit was used.2nd visit I went because my daughter was having an allergic reaction and her eye was swollen due to this. She needed a note to return to school and that is why we went in. We waited to be seen, and I had the same nurse practitioner see her. She walked in and immediately said, she has a lot of cavities. I said no she has a lot of dental work done. However we were there to have her eye looked at, not her dental work. She looked at her eye. I explained that I was doing warm compresses, and I bought her allergy relief eye drops (which I held up so she could see them). She immediately said, you cant share your prescription medication with her. I said, well I didnt I bought these over the counter at Target! She said, You also cant use one you used before. Again I said, this is a brand new one, never used before she used it Mind you I am a medical assistant and worked numerous years in the specialty departments. From beginning to end I was judged since we walked in till we walked out. The worse part was, we received a call 3 days later from the nurse practitioner herself upset and raising her voice at me because she said she had been trying to reach me and I wasnt answering the phone, to let me know my child had strep throat. I said, That is strange since you looked at her eye for an allergic reaction and my daughter was never swabbed for anything. She said are you sure, then her tone changed. I said yes and I hope I dont get billed for those cultures and swabs that were done to the other patient. Sure enough I was. My insurance was charged for the codes, for the other patient. They also charged for extensive lab work, including strep, flu, covid, rsv. I only found out when I received the EOB from my insurance. I called and spoke to a manager. I spoke to them 3 times and they assured me it would be taken care of and my insurance would be reimbursed for the amount billed. It wasnt, I had to call the insurance and have them speak to them to reimburse the amount. Then a few weeks later, I was sent to collections from their billing department for about $300. I had to call the billing department, who then contacted the office and corrected the codes and amount and I ended up paying the correct amount of $1.35 for the original visit. This could have been avoided if instead of judging a person when they walk in, they actually listened to the patient and parent. I requested notes from the visit and they were going to be emailed immediately! I have yet to receive them. I recommend going a bit further down the street to the WellNow! They are very compassionate and listen.

Wait time was very short..staff was very friendly and professional. Doctor took time to explain everything myself and my daughter. My daughter ended up having to go to another site for an xray and I like that they actually called to followup on whether or not she went for the xray. And doctor called right away with results.

I had a great experience, the staff were courteous and professional. Location was clean and tidy. I did not have a wait time due to registering online. I would definitely return.

Check in clerk was polite and efficient. I was seen quickly by the PA after check in. The PA was compassionate and explained what she was doing. Very clean and comfortable.

I had a very good experience at this clinic. I had an issue for which I needed care this past Sat morning and my regular doctors office was closed. I was able to register for an immediate appt at Midwest Express Clinic. The office and staff were very pleasant, the check-in process was extremely easy, I was seen very quickly and the nurse practitioner who saw me was very sympathetic and quick to address my needs/concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I was seen promptly by the wonderful Dr Wilson. The Doctor was able to communicate with me as a person and give me a fever reducer right away. She did great attending to me. I may still have a high fever and am sleeping quite often, but what had to be done in the moment was done.

Its so hard to make an appointment through the website. Youre better off going into the clinic. The nurses and the doctors and the receptionist there are very nice, friendly and professional. With a walking appointment the most ive ever waited has been about thirty minutes. I rather go to Midwest express clinic than a doctors office. At a doctors office never take walk-ins and they are always booked months in advance. In a emergency room will be there for hours. With Midwest depending on what you need you can be there from 30 minutes to one hour.I went Midwest express clinic, i was a walk-in I needed a B12 shot, it only took a few minutes and it is only $10.At a doctors office, they want to run you insurance and charge you money.I tried to make an appointment for my daughter at a doctors office They said they had no appointment. Next appointment will not be until September 26. I said I cannot wait that long. My daughter needed in the next couple of days, So I went to MidWest express clinic. The most we waited was 25 minutes was seen by a doctor and the physical form was filled out and we were on our way. I havent been to no other Mid West express clinic. Except the one in Melrose Park, Illinois. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the care from all doctors and nurses here will continue going back. Though I have noticed that the doctor is not the same doctor every time we come. Maybe they do rotations. Either way great job.

Yuli at the front desk and Tierra, lab technician, were extremely helpful and a pleasure to visit! I definitely recommend coming here. Service was super fast as well! Had me in and out for blood work in 10 minutes.

From the time I entered until I left the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My NP Jasmin was was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Andrew my x-ray tech was great.

My son had an ear infection this past week, unfortunately, to see our regular family doctor we have to wait weeks or even longer for a scheduled appointment. Normally, I take my kids to the ER if it’s urgent, but this time I decided to use Midwest Express Clinic. I was in and out within the hour, medicine prescribed, prescription sent directly to our pharmacy ,and it was available for pick up within 2 hrs. Highly recommend for someone in a similar scenario as mine! Website confirms insurance they take along with services provided!

Very nice doctor office and the staff were really professional and the doctor was very helpful and very knowledgeable over all I think I have found my new clinic.

Friendly staff. Came in on a Sunday right before noon and was in and out quick. Had to get stitches for a small wound. The stitch process was easy thanks to the Doc! All that was needed was ID & Insurance card. Don’t hesitate to stop by.

In there they attend me good and explain everything well what I have to do. They didnt make me wait long for then to call me.

Not sure how this location has a 4.8 stars, the girl at the front desk is super rude and unprofessional. People come in here not feeling well, least you could do is be nice.

This place was so awesome! As a worried mom, my mind was at ease from the minute we walked in. Our triage nurse was so polite and kind, and the doctor was great. Front desk lady real nice, but if staff short handed let patients know ahead of time, and advise them in the rooms they behind. I waited in a small room pushing 1 hour and half waiting for someone say anything. I did hear a other guy complain too about the time being also. This clinic has Great lay out but advice patients on time. I spent my whole afternoon almost waiting.

Every time I go to Midwest Clinic in Melrose Park I have a great experience the receptionists is always nice and professional and the doctor Wilson always listen to me and don’t rush making sure am comfortable and I feel she really care . I recommend Midwest Clinic in Melrose Park IL.

The front desk personal are very cordial. The Medical assistant was very nice and professional. The attending Nurse Practitioner or Doctor had great bed side manner and addressed all my concerns.

Had a good experience when I was there, but when it came to my prescription, it took two days before it was filled, sent to the wrong pharmacy. Everybody makes mistakes, but my issue was when I called the receptionist, said that she would tell the doctor to reissue the prescription. I called about 245pm. Then I called back at 545pm, and it was obvious that she forgot. So, I was on hold for at least 8 minutes. Still being patient. The thing that got me was when she came back to the phone, there wasnt any. Sorry for that, or thank you for your patience. Hello, the doctor sent it over, then heard a cliick. Just ruled. Again, it was a pleasant experience and very quick service when I was there.

Short staffed and getting a check up takes over an hour. All three of my visits in the past two weeks took over an hour for a doctor to attend me. Dont recommended coming here unless you are willing to wait 1-3 hours for a basic check up

I have 2 young boys and am a single Mom. We have been using Midwest Express for the last year! I couldn’t be happier with an express clinic. There is short wait about 95%. They clinicians have helped us with all of our needs from Strep throat, to sprains, even shots. I particularly love Jess… she helps me with all of my beauty needs. I will not go to anyone else, especially when our Primary Doctors are booked. You guys are life savers. Thank you for helping me trust the health and wellness industry. Keep up the great work. I was more than satisfied with my first visit to Midwest Express Melrose Park! I was actually sent to a different emergency care in the area. After looking at their terrible reviews I looked further and saw all the five star reviews for Melrose Park. My visit did not disappoint! I couldn’t be more pleased with the professional, courteous, quick service of staff and doctor.Doctor Y was most professional, encouraging me to ask questions. She was not at all stingy with spending time with me! I will definitely return if I need emergency service!

I visited this clinic because I saw good reviews and I was severe pain from neck coming up to the left side of my head. To make my statement short. The doctor came in to the room and she was like whats wrong , I told her about my pain and having these bumps in my head coming out. She touch part of my neck and right away said , oh it is an infeccion I asked her what cause the infection and why my head is in pain . She replied it can be many things. She went outside of the room and came up with a prescription for infection pills. Its already done I will send your prescription to your pharmacy. I went home took the medice for 2 days. Idiot me. The second day I rushed to ER and find out I was giving the wrong diagnostic. I found out, it wasnt an infection, there were shingles. If you have a degree to opened a clinic you may want to think you have profesionals dealing with human lives but in this case this clinic is one of the places that they dont give a rat about human life. It is better to go threat to the hospital to this places that only want to charged your medical insurance for a single visit. Be safe people.... oh if I would have the options to give cero start to this place , I would do so.

Very nice staff. Professional and personable. The wait was a little long but that was understandable as they only had one physician at the time. I checked in online and waited in the car. The staff was nice enough to let me go home with my son and keep our place in line. Once we got in everything was great. The doctor took the time to give us everything we needed. If needed we will definitely be going here.

Always a great experience at this location. Took by daughter twice and both times we had such a pleasant time. Both the doctors and front desk are always welcoming and kind. Very little wait time also which is a plus.

I brought my daughter in for a urgent visit. The provider was excellent. Not only was she knowledgeable but she made my 13 yr old feel super comfortable. Theyre not only an urgent care but they perform routine things as well.

Had to take my son in due to him having a fever and complaining his throat hurt. It was late afternoon so his pediatrician’s office was closed already. I was literally in and out in less than an hour. The young lady at the front desk was so nice, fast and professional! She registered me, roomed me, and took our vitals. She was very attentive with us. The Dr was also very nice and didn’t have to wait much for her to come in our room. I’d definitely come back.

I had a really bad experience with a dental office they did not take care of me did not give me anything for pain and they tore up my mouth with nowhere to go. My daughter found Midwest Xpress clinic and they were a lifesaver to me. They took the time to listen and to look and they seen what are others didn’t do. I had a bad infection and the doctor and the nurses there. Everybody in the clinic were so sweet and nice I would highly recommend anybody going. They do very great job with you and really. I would definitely recommend going to the clinic. They are kind and courteous and caring. Thank you so much Midwest Clinic.

Better than the E.R.. VERY GREAT STAFF... I wasnt in, theres long the doctor was great. She gave me information that I needed to know. I got my test results back within two days great STAFF

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The location is really clean and convenient to access. The gentleman that assisted in collected vitals and samples — also really kind. The “medical professional” if that’s what you want to call it was not so professional. I was experiencing symptoms of a sore throat which turned out to be strep throat. I let her know that I had been out a lot over the weekend but with this city weather, temps dropped at night and I assumed I was getting a cold. She sarcastically repeated back to me verbatim what I had just told her and giggled. And then followed up with “you know not wearing a jacket is not how you get strep throat, right?” Again with another laugh. Well aware of this as it can come from a world of things especially when you’re around kids all day. It was very condescending and suggestive in nature. I can’t believe you have someone like that working in this facility. I will certainly not be back. Very convenient service but the treatment received from her primarily was very distasteful. Especially considering I drove from the city because I just knew the service would be good here.

Pleasantly surprised! Excellent service and experience from start to finish. Everyone was professional, communicative, and willing to assist. Even with a full waiting room, the wait was not bad at all. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Am so grateful that this Midwest Express Clinic was open Christmas Eve. I had caught something that caused constant coughing. I was tested for COVID, the flu, RSV, and strep throat. All four were negative. Dr. Mainor examined me and prescribed medicine that has helped me tremendously. I no longer sound like a dog that cant stop barking. I appreciate her knowledge, competence, and caring manner. Thank you to her and the other staff who helped me while I was there.

I had a great experience! I did the online check in so I didn’t have to fill out paperwork and the wait time wasn’t too long. Everyone was so nice and my nurse was so informative he answered all my questions. I would definitely visit again! 10/10 reccommmend.

I went into Midwest Express Clinic first thing Sunday morning due to an ear ache and I must say, I had a pleasant experience. Everyone from the front desk lady to the Dr was so nice and I was in and out in no time. Kudos to the service you all provide.

Point blank, the receptionist was extremely rude and had absolutely no understanding of pain! I had to return to clinic from the following day to resolve administrative error. I couldn’t call because their phones were down. The receptionist says to me when I point out the phones are not responding “what do you think I am, a tech”. He then begins to smile uncontrollably and laugh. This must be the worst treatment I received from a health care provider. I will never visit a Midwest Express Clinic as I am still waiting for the correct medication to be prescribed- over 24 hours so far.

I brought my mom in because she was not feeling well. The staff was patient and kind with her (she’s 82 years old). They are ny go to for urgent care from now on.

I arrived at 9:53am and 8 people were ahead of me. The reception, nurse and doctor all get 5 stars. I was walking back to my car at 10:50am. I love clinic for urgent care.

I took my granddaughter to the Melrose Park location yesterday, and we had a wonderful experience. The woman at the front desk was so, so sweet and helpful. The MA was so sweet and so was the doctor. Clean bright wonderful facility. We will always use that location from now on.

I called to see if they take walk in. Lady say yes but to go online and register them as it will be quicker. I had them registered and got to the clinic in 10 min. Was seen very quickly and got everything needed done. Took care of my kids really well and was very nice to them. Ultimately a really great experience when needed urgent care.

I went there today on 7-17-23 and everyone from the receptionist Julie , nurse and the doctor. Made me feel at home . Excellent service very nice atmosphere and polite staff. Besides that the place was very clean and welcoming. 😃

I had a great experience, I had a walk in experience my daughter went in for a physical it did not take long to do. there was hardly any wait time everyone was joyful and very polite to us also they made us wear masks, they really do show they care about people. MidWest Clinics is a convenient clinic to go to for minor health issues, check ups, or physicals. If you dont want to wait months just to see your PCP this is the place. Their service is quick and you dont have to schedule an appointment, you can walk in. if you dont have insurance or they dont accept your current insurance carrier, their services are very affordable and we all like that☺ I recommend Midwest Clinics! 5 ⭐

This office offers amazing service from the front staff to their Doctors. This is something you like to receive when youre in pain. I reside in Florida and was vacationing Chicago and thanks to Midwest Express Clinic my vacation was not ruined. I was seen and discharge in 30 minute you cant definitely beat that. I recomend this clinic to anyone in Chicago. Once again thank you staff and Doctors for your amazing service and beautiful customer service. ❤️

The clinic was clean, they greeted me upon arrival. Waited no less than 5 minutes to be called in. All staff very professional and paid attention to details. Very friendly and patient staff members. I appreciated how quickly they help me with my medical issues including how accessible the appointment was. Will definitely refer others here.

I came in with my son Elijah and was seen in less then 45 mins maybe less then 30 mins he was weighted and had his vitals check asap and we were greeted very nicely which I loved my son is big on kind actions. Once we were in the room waiting for the doctor she came in no liner than 15 mins the whole experience was amazing I had to call our ride who left and had to come back in the same hour so couldn’t if asked for a better lil emergency check up thank you guys

The staff and assistants were very respectful and helpful. My doctor Dr Headley was very nice and listened to my concerns. She made sure to address everything that was wrong and even added ways to feel better. Will be coming back to Melrose Park Express clinic soon.

More than likely wont be back. I called ahead to see if the ultrasound person was in and was told yes. I got there and they werent so I had to wait. She finally arrives and I get my ultrasound done with pictures. But they were the crappiest pictures ever and werent even 3D/4D. Ive had a better view of child in the emergency room. Dont waist money on it. Friendly staff but I wasted time here.

The staff were all Excellent and very helpful. Thank you for everything, great experience, will recommend. The lady in the front desk was so polite and professional, plus great and the doctor was so professional and nice.

Took my daughter in last night and off course last minute. Thankfully we were able to see the Dr. Not only that Walgreens pharmacy hrs were not corrected and the team called me after hrs so my dauaghters prescription can be sent somewhere else, which of course team at Midwest suggested a 24hr pharmacy. Thank you so much for wonderful care. Thanks to you guys I was able to eliminate going to the ER. Beyond and greatful for you guys!

Concentra urgent care told me a 2.5 hour wait and I needed medical attention right away but wasn’t going to the ER. My wife found this place on google and I was seen in less than 20 minutes! Worked with my insurance and the nurse practitioner was very nice! If I need urgent care again I will be sure to come here again!

Needed to see MD for what I felt was a strep infection in 8 year old. ME in Norridge could not accept anymore patients. Referred me to ME in Northlake. Took us in at 7:45. Waited over 2 hours, they were so busy. MD came in, sweetest lady, took great care to examine him, wrote a Rx and we were on our way by 10! Except for the wait, she had a lot of patients, great visit.

The staff and service was amazing!!! However, it should DEFINITELY be policy that masks are required!!!! I took my granddaughter there for a school physical. There was a little girl there with her mother. The mother had a mask on but the sick little girl did not and she was coughing all over the place. My grand daughter was sitting at the childrens’ table and the little girl walked over there and was coughing uncontrollably. I told my granddaughter to come and sit next to me but unfortunately the damage was done. My daughter woke up the next day with a fever and has been coughing ever since. The fever has subsided but the coughing still remains 3 days later. A trip for a school physical turned into a weekend of misery for my grand baby. So, even though I give the staff and service 5 stars… they should really ensure that sick children wear mask while in their facility.

I had to wait forever for an appt with a PCP but Midwest has served my needs at much lower costs of a visit to the ER. Some of the clinics can do ultrasounds or X-rays too which is extremely helpful- it’s like going to the ER, not having to wait forever, and get the initial screening that you need, saving time and money

The two times that I came here for care, I was waited on in a timely, caring and friendly manner. The medical staff was genuine and thorough. Very comforting to receive care such as this at a time when there are concerning health issues.

They were quick and very helpful for our out of town emergency. They even called a few days later to check in on us. I really appreciate this group and believe youd be in good hands here.

This was my second visit to a Midwest Express Clinic, my first was to theirRiver Forest location, this time to Melrose Park. The staff are so efficient and professional. The wait time is literally nonexistent. I was seen, diagnosed, treated and on my way to the pharmacy in under an hour. The first time for an ear infection a few years ago and this time was for a severe cold and chest infection.

I had a visit at the clinic for a serious problem and I seen a very friendly and helpful Doctor there, she addressed my issues and did what she had to do. I was in and out of the clinic in 30 minutes.

Took my daughters today with some odd symptoms, we checked close to 5pm since they closed @6 everything was being done in a rush. The doctor that attended us, didn’t even do a good job she did not know why my daughter had red spots in her throat and face but since she came up positive for streptococcus she said she was going to treat it as such then she examined my daughter other daughter for a rash and she did not wear gloves as she touched her feet and hands and like that she touched my oldest daughter and everything else but yet, she was making a huge deal for my husband mot wearing a mask. Since I work with kids I told her I wanted to get tested since I’ve been feeling symptoms as a cold, she told me no because they closed at 6 I was like oh wow! And since she didn’t like my reaction she agreed from the nurse to the doctor i got nothing but faces and being rushed through the process then she said I have to examine you but I already know you have nothing. She checked my throat she said it red but probably you’re coming with a cold nothing important 😤 I can’t express how infuriated I feel with the treatment we received. The Dr didn’t even told us instructions on anything on how to proceed at home with her diagnosis. Horrible to say most humans only care about getting paid and clock out. First time in the urgent care and the last

Came in to get my daughter a Tuberculosis skin test. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Came back two days later for the reading of the test and was super fast too. Place is nice and clean.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is amazing and the staff is incredible. The facility is brand new and doesn’t necessarily feel like a dr office. It’s is by far the most affordable place I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

I brought my son in about 6 minutes before they took their last patient and I came in apologizing bc I know what it’s like to want to go home after a long day. I will say I was told not to be sorry, was greeted in a pleasant manner and not like I was a bother at all. I was not rushed and my baby was given great care by the nurse practitioner. He was diagnosed quickly and we were in and out. The next few days I caught my child’s illness and went back in. I saw the same nurse practitioner and she was again extremely kind and efficient. I had a horrible sinus infection and she gave me the winning combo with otc medicine and RX medicine. I’m saying this because I have suffered from sinus infections for years and no one has ever told me about ibuprofen, Flonase, Zyrtec, with the steroids she prescribed. I was feeling better by that evening. She also gave me a shot of Toradol which I also had never been given before. Some of the pressure was released off my face in hours.I will be coming back for my immediate needs!

Midwest Express Clinic is a fantastic ‘one-stop-shop’ for your health related concerns.I was able to make a last minute appointment on a Sunday and got tested for various cold/flu strains.The Melrose Park team was efficient—in less than 30 minutes they helped me figure out what I needed and sent it to my pharmacy.I get B12 shots at Midwest Express Clinics every winter as well, it’s about $15-20 (without insurance). I would recommend this location to anyone nearby looking for care!

The ladies at the Melrose Park location are so pleasant. Though there was a disgruntled patient there who had some issues with payment, the young lady up front handled it gracefully and apologized to me for me having to wait on here to help the patient with their issue. Also the provider I saw was knowledgeable and quick to pick up on what she needed to do to assist me.

Came here cause my son’s primary care doctor was backed up on schedule and he needed an urgent visit. Was in and out no waiting. Doctor was really nice . I’ll be coming here more often.

The doctor that saw my son said she would send a prescription for antibiotics to our pharmacy and its been almost a week and she hasnt sent it yet. I called the office location and I was told they would notify the doctor. Also, the doctor kept going back and in the room with the same gloves. As a healthcare provider myself, I know the risk for infection and it is unsanitary to use the same gloves or even leave the room with the gloves on. My son was going to have an abscess drained and I doubt the doctor knew what she was doing. I am very upset and plan not to return.

Checked in online for 430 but actually checked in at 420pm. Extremely long wait time and no communication. I just walked out at 6pm because I was waiting in the room for 30 mins to see a provider. I understand things happen but waiting that long to be seen is crazy. Wasted my time because I couldn’t stay for another hour waiting to be seen. Only go if you have time to wait.

Really bad experience- went in to see a doctor and NP had no idea what she was talking about. Took me 50 mins to be seen and no patients waiting as they had to verify my insurance and then charged me 100$ copay when I pay way less elsewhere and then sent me a bill. Front desk had no idea what they’re doing and when you go in the back they just treat you as a number. Won’t be back
