Shady Grove Fertility in Marietta, GA

The Marietta location is absolutely amazing! Not only is the location extremely clean and kept in excellent condition, the staff is friendly and caring. Wendy, Angeline and Glenda are all welcoming faces as you enter. They are sensitive and compassionate. Plus they keep the wait short! I highly recommend!! Dr McCarthy-Keith too! She was easy to communicate with and has great energy! Plus she got the job done! We are so grateful for this team!!

The Marietta office is hands down, the best location. It’s a small staff, and every single one of them are always the sweetest! I have never felt more comfortable than I do with them. I have rarely ever had to wait, they’re mindful of your time and get you in and out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

My experience with the staff at Shady Grove (Marietta) has always felt like a warm, tight hug after a hard day. From Glenda’s friendly welcome and check-in process, to Angie’s outgoing and helpful personality, to Wendy and Erika’s gentle yet thorough scans, you feel like you’re in the best hands for your fertility care. Dr. McCarthy-Keith is always responsive and invested in your treatment and outcome. She is what you want in a doctor. You want the facts, odds but also the compassion when receiving results. My nurse Kelly has held my hand for majority of my treatment and has always been quick to problem-solve, laugh and care for me in the way a close friend would but with years of nursing experience and professionalism. I’m thankful to have taken this journey with these incredible professionals. Can’t wait to meet my little one this year.

Each Shady Grove location is clean and everyone is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Kanter and Trisha were amazing!!!!! They both made this process very smooth. When we first started this process we didn’t know what to expect. They both reassure us and gave confidence to trust the process. I have recommended at least five people to Dr. Kanter and Trisha. I couldn’t have imagine going through this process without you!!!!!!

SGF got us in very quickly and from the first moment after stepping in I could feel good vibes. Dr. Kanter was kind and gracious, listened to everything we had to say and more. She did not rush our appointment and answered everything in detail. She has a very calming personality and gave us back hope we thought we lost due to false information given by a previous physician. We went in thinking we had almost no hope for children to after one visit with Dr. Kanter and one referral to a fellow physician she works with to us being pregnant within 2 months (03/2025💙🩷💙🩷). Never trust a physician who is not an expert in reproductive medicine and always seek a second opinion. Our hearts would still be shattered if we didn’t trust our gut and get a 2nd opinion. We are truly grateful to Dr.Kanter and her team, Whita her patient coordinator is with you every step of the way and even gives a direct number to call her, she was just as comforting and uplifting as the rest and checked on us weekly to make sure we were staying on track. Wonderful place to restore hope and create magic. 💙🩷💙🩷

I never leave reviews but for this experience I have to! I was so incredibly nervous for my SIS procedure, from the minute I walked in everyone was so welcoming, calming, friendly, kind and patient. Glenda, Wendy, Angie, Erika are absolutely amazing!! I felt at ease procedure went great!! They all made me feel so much better answered all my questions very detailed and spent as much time as I needed with me. I have been to several fertility clinics before and this has been by far the best experience.

Shady Grove in Marietta is the best office in my opinion. They are on top of it here, I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more then 5 minutes and even that’s uncommon, I usually just walk straight back. Angie, Wendy, and Erica are amazing and make everything as painless as possible.

My experience at Shady Grove was amazing. Each time I had an appointment, I was greeted by Mrs. Glenda who was always pleasant. The medical staff which included Dr. Kanter, Cara, and Angenie, were always kind and available to address any questions or concerns I had. I am so glad I had an opportunity to utilize Shady Grove for my fertility journey and my new baby boy is here because of their expertise.

Years of infertility and unanswered questions we took a risk and reached out to shady grove ! The entire staff was amazing and patient with me and my million questions. We lost 4 embryos with another clinic and our medical team at shady grove said nope we won’t risk losing any . They spent so much time testing me and doing a mock cycle so they could get everything right the first time ! Thank you for not looking at my husband and I as just money . We are so excited to announce our first transfer with shady grove was a success ! Carolyn grace born April 30 2022 . Healthy baby girl 8 pounds 10ounces ! Forever grateful

The ladies who work at this office are absolutely exceptional. I have never felt so supported and valued and encouraged at a doctor’s office. Every single person I came in contact with was just a joy to be around and work with. It was bittersweet graduating from the practice knowing I don’t get to see these sweet ladies every day! They were such a huge blessing along the way!

This clinic and staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, youre greeted by the wonderful receptionists, Glenda. The Ultrasound tech, Wendy is very experienced and so gentle. The Phlebotomists is always so positive & kind. This office has been such a source of strength throughout our journey. The whole team has given us hope! Here at SGF our experience with Dr. Libby and her staff we feel at peace and have the utmost trust and respect.

The SGF Kennestone location is amazing! They get patients in and out quickly, their sonographer Wendy is kind, personable, gentle, and excellent at what she does! Their lab staff, Angie, is also kind, personable, gentle, and is the best phlebotomist ever! As a nurse, myself, that says a lot! Love this office! They encouraged me when I was discouraged, and they became like family. I will forever be thankful for them!

Dr. Valerie Libby is truly heaven sent. I cant express enough gratitude for her and her awesome team. They all listened to every concern I had and made me 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Libby is extremely knowledgeable and surgically gifted. I knew I was in good hands from our initial consultation. I am so thankful that I chose her as my RE. Im a mom finally because of her.

Was considering continuing service here , however the scheduling line operators are so rude on the phone .This is the second time wanting to schedule an appointment and have been steered away from just that interaction . No thanks

Shady Grove Fertility is a terrible organization. I highly encourage you to check reviews of other offices before visiting.Also, be careful of tests and procedures being recommended that are not needed. This company is all about the $$ (youll see that when you check reviews) and from my experience with Shady Grove Fertility, the wonderful doctors lost power to do real care once SGF national bought the office - doctors that may have previously been wonderful are now forced to do what the big national company wants.My particular situation is especially terrible because they are actually fraudulently charging my insurance company for services not provided and even though I was finally able to speak to someone about it who acknowledged it and apologize - I was still charged even after they said I wouldnt be. I now want to make sure no one else has to go through this!

DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT TO STARTING TREATMENT.I couldnt believe how quickly Shady Grove Fertility turned us from excited to start the process of a family, to discouraged and frustrated. My wife and I had a new patient consultation 8 days ago after waiting a month for an appointment. ASK FOR DIRECTIONS if you choose the Marietta location because its not an easy find. Its at a Wellstar Hospital with no indicator of where its at. So after taking time trying to figure out where to park, it was truly a guess as to where we were going. After a couple minutes of walking aimlessly a physician was able to point us the right way. We werent even close to where we needed to go. We planned to be there 15 minutes early and were 2 minutes late.The girls at the front desk were SO KIND. They put us at ease about walking in late and seemed knowledgeable in the information they needed to provide.We met Dr. Natalie Stentz who was kind, however we felt for $175 consultation that our appointment would last longer than 15 minutes. (The confirmation appointment information says to plan for 1-1.5 hours from start to finish.) Because we already knew what process we wanted to start with, she just basically told us what steps we would take to start. We were under the assumption we would meet the financial adviser. We didnt. Also was stated that we would meet clinical staff. We didnt. The website states they are full service at this location but you have to go to Atlanta for the insemination.We were told we would get a call in a couple days from Nickoda Adams - Patient Care Coordinator with the process breakdown and pricing, and Michelle Jones - Patient Financial Services in 1-2 weeks about the Shared Help Program (following filling out necessary paperwork and providing tax returns). The main reason we chose Shady Grove Fertility over others is because they offer a discount program for families that make under a certain amount. It allows for up to 50% off treatment provided at the clinic. Nickoda did contact me in that 2 day mark. However, the ball was dropped apparently at that 15 minute appointment, in which I was supposed to receive a checklist of the necessary testing and paperwork to start the process. Nickoda sounded very rushed and irritated as I started asking questions. Well, if I dont know what Im supposed to do, then I cant. She said she would send me the checklist I needed and would call me back the next day at 11 AM to discuss it all. Eager to start the process, Nickoda DOESNT CALL and doesnt send a message to me on the portal stating she cant make the call. I made time available during my work day for this phone call. So, I take more of my time to try and call her back (at this point not knowing her direct line or last name) to no avail. I emailed on the portal asking for someone to call me back so we can go over the information. Im already very unimpressed with the facility as a whole at this point. She emails me back later saying she is sorry and would like to go over the checklist. We set up for ANOTHER time that day at 3 PM. 3:10 rolls around, and NO CALL. Once again I am working my work schedule around this. So, I again have to do legwork to follow up on this and I CALL HER. She picks up, clearly not ready as she is fumbling to get my folder in front of her. She apologized that its been a long day. Not excusable. She went over the checklist with me which wasnt even a 5 minute phone call and didnt provide costing. She said Michelle would take care of that. She also told me she would be sending paperwork to be filled out ASAP to my personal email. Guess what - didnt follow through. I never got the paperwork.

This place is so unprofessional!!!!!! They never told me the pricing on my consultant and now charging me $169 and I’m not even moving forward with the process. The doctor was 20 mins late to my meeting and didn’t even stay on line but for about 15 minutes. They still want to charge me full price and I was on time for a 15min meeting that didn’t even give much info. I asked the lady who set me up up the cost from the beginning and she told me don’t worry about it right now. They are bogus!!!!They never answer the phone to answer any of your questions. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They don’t have 2 stars for no reason. Please find a better fertility client that actually explains everything to you from the beginning on cost etc.

Best place i’ve ever donated

Okay so I started this process last year in June, 2019, not know what to do or how. As a single woman trying to have a baby research prepares you and also doesnt. At this facility at the time I got all my answers but doing procedure of doing labwork and all was a little off but they later gave me the 100% treatment. On January, 2020 I decided to go through with my procedure and became pregnant everyone was very supportive of a new mom. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I lost the baby in May and COVID-19 uproar. Im determined to try again and will use this facility.

Very friendly fast technicians I have been using this location for a year and have never had anything but A+++ experience
