I don’t even know where to begin! This team here is just truly fricken amazing! I needed local monitoring for out of state IVF and Christie was there and ready to be available for all my needs. I also got to experience working with Heidi, who was also just as amazing! These ladies are beyond kind, thoughtful, and understanding. They helped the long days feel better. Christie was so flexible with my needs and the times I was running late. I never felt out of place going here. I am forever grateful for this clinic and team. I am three months post partum following my fourth journey as a gestational carrier with Forward Fertility. I never thought Id help bring six babies into this world, but after experiencing the joy of my own two children after fairly easy pregnancies and births, I felt called to help others. And the fact that I did it four times is a testament to how amazing Forward Fertility is - they matched me with the most wonderful parents-to-be, guided and supported me in every conceivable way (yes, I had to include the pun ;) and it breaks my heart whenever I hear of a family or surrogate not having this level of care in their experiences.So I feel like I need to yell from the rooftops to choose this agency because everyone deserves to feel this treasured during the most important group project of your lives... infertility and IVF treatments can be a stressful, rocky roller coaster of ups and downs, but Christie and Amy use their extensive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and beautifully caring hearts to make this experience as smooth as possible for all involved.

Reviewing Forward Fertility after having worked with them as an intended parent (IP), now the mama of a 3-month old! The Forward Fertility team is amazing. I found them in the first place because of all the long and genuine rave reviews I found of them online. Christie and Amy emphasize ghat their priorities are matching people who are all there for the right reasons, who are kind and respectful of each other. They lead by example too — they don’t require any part of the agency fee until AFTER an official match agreement, even though they do so much work on your behalf leading to that moment.Christie and Amy were deeply involved in the process without micromanaging anything. Amy makes sure you understand the escrow process and payments and keeps track for you. Christie has deep knowledge of both the medical side of the IVF and transfer process (she started FF after working as a nurse at a fertility clinic) and provides nonjudgmental, thoughtful and patient guidance throughout the journey. We had an ideal relationship with our incredible gestational carrier (GC). That relationship was greatly facilitated by having Christie there; there were many times I had a question or wanted to know if a request was reasonable, but I worried that posing those questions or requests to our GC might rub her the wrong way. So instead I would talk to Christie first, who was always responsive and always respectful and took my questions seriously and without any judgment, and helped us navigate these questions respectfully.I just can’t say enough amazing things about Forward fertility. And honestly, I know GCs feel just as supported as IPs do (our GC was on her second journey, her first was also with Forward Fertility—which speaks volumes). After our baby was born, Christie even visited us in the hospital, and all of us (my husband and I, our GC, and Christie) got to spend some very happy time together reflecting a bit on the process and enjoying the beautiful new baby.Working with FF was honestly among the best decisions we have made in our lives. The journey was beautiful and infused with kindness, empathy, respect, and compassion. Christie and Amy deeply care about the individuals and families they work with, and are committed to ensuring that everyone involved has a positive experience. I am still so stunned by how drama-free, easygoing, and just all around beautiful this whole journey was, and I am filled with gratitude.

We looked into a number of different fertility agencies and ultimately chose Forward Fertility because Christie and her team were warm and welcoming. I felt we would get the focus and attention needed to have a successful outcome. Christie matched us quickly but was very realistic about the timeline. I think we were lucky since matching can take awhile. In the end we had a baby girl and keep in contact with our surrogate and her family. Our experience was wonderful and Christie always had good advice, supportive words and was professional from beginning to end. My twin sister is now using Forward Fertility for her surrogate journey. I would recommend Christie to anyone who is looking!

Absolutely amazing. I am so thankful that I stumbled across Forward Fertility when I started my journey to become a Gestational Carrier. Christie & Amy are so organized and professional and GENUINE. They care about every step of the process and handle each part with grace and gratitude to everyone involved.Christie is experienced and knows all of the ins and outs of this industry. It’s hard to put into the words the gratitude we have for Christie and Forward Fertility. We began our journey to find a gestational carrier in 2017 and after interviewing five agencies, one disappointment after another, we met Christie and immediately knew that Forward Fertility was what we were waiting for. Christie’s approach is thoughtful, sincere and thorough and she was with us every step of the way. Our gestational carrier match could not have been more perfect, thanks to Christie’s fantastic match-making skills coupled with her keen clinical eye. In 2019 we welcomed our little one and a year and a half later we remain in contact with Christie and consider her a dear friend. Working with Forward Fertility as a surrogate was an amazing experience. Both Christie (owner) and Amy were available for the good and bad times. I felt incredibly supported throughout the entire journey. Christie worked hard to match me with the perfect couple. She walked us all through every step of the way and was an ear when I needed to vent, share great news or just to talk to someone. Christie at Forward Fertility is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable about everything throughout the whole process. Any sort of questions you may have about the screening process, medications, birth plan or anything else, she either has an answer for you or will figure out the answer to your question at any time of the day/night/weekends.When I decided to become a gestational carrier, I researched a few agencies in the area, but Christie was the only one that seemed like a good fit. She takes the time to get to know you and your family and she genuinely cares. She also matches you with a family that fits well with you. She was there for me throughout the entire process, checking in on me often and even now, after I have delivered the baby, she still is checking on me postpartum. If I were to do it again, I would give Forward Fertility a call in a heartbeat!

My husband and I were so fortunate to work with Christie by recommendation of our RE clinic after researching many different agencies to grow our family. Christie and Amy are the absolute best. I can’t imagine going on that journey without their knowledge, support, and perfect amount of humor. When I started hormone injections, Christie came to our home at 6:00am to give my husband a lesson in how to give the injections. She checks in with you (even after the baby is born), and feels like the friend you never knew you needed during surrogacy. The best fit ever!

I first met Christie when she was a nurse practitioner at my REs office over 10 years ago. She will always be one of my favorite people that I met along the infertility journey and just a person that I am happy to know in life in general. I have the utmost respect for her. Her knowledge and understanding is invaluable. I have always found her to be professional while at the same time someone you can sit and have lunch with. We keep in touch with our gestational carrier and Christie, and our child is now over 2 yrs old. I know for a fact we would not have gone down the surrogacy route if it had not been for Forward Fertility. We are forever grateful. Infertility is difficult and was a very long road for us...we wish those struggling all the best. We leave the process with such a positive feeling and much of the credit for that goes to Christie.

Choosing to work with Forward Fertility was the best decision I made in my surrogacy journey. Christie was there every step of the way, providing a wealth of support and knowledge. My first journey was not easy, with a lot of bumps along the way, but my IP’s and I both chose to use Forward Fertility for a second journey because she is just invaluable and also provides a network of support with other surrogates in the agency. Since most of us have little, if any, experience with assisted reproduction, it is great to have an experienced professional like Christie to help organize the process and keep it on track. She carefully screens her surrogates then works hard to get to know them and the prospective parent(s) so she can make matches that all are happy with. She follows up to ensure the emotional and physical well being of all concerned in what can sometimes be a stressful process. It has been a great experience working with Christie through two pregnancies.

As intended parents, the process of surrogacy is a daunting one. We chose to go with a smaller agency in hopes that the experience would be more personal and attentive to our specific needs and wants as intended parents. I can say with certainty, that this has been our exact experience with Forward Fertility. From the beginning stages of matching with our gestational carrier all the way to the upcoming birth of our son this January, our experience has been positive. This includes some road bumps of a pregnancy loss and setbacks with COVID. In these challenging times, Christie and Amy were there for support and to council and advise on the best path forward. Christie & Amy literally are the most caring & kind women Ive ever met. Christie goes above & beyond in every way. Shes available at the drop of a hat. She answers texts even when she deserves to be off the clock. This is a long, stressful, emotional process. Prior to starting my journey I was oblivious to what it entailed. They explained it all so well & made it clear this does not happen fast. I was never left in the dark about what the next step was. While my journey is not yet complete, I know Christie will be right there with me the whole way to guide me through.

Intended parents, run away as fast as you can. Christie dragged us along for a year and ultimately failed us in every way. She first tried to force us into matching with 2 two gestational carriers that weren’t recommended or approved by our fertility center due to medical concerns. Then, on the third go around 11+ months into the process, she matched us with a surrogate and then without warning pulled the surrogate when we couldn’t meet Christie’s arbitrary deadlines for coming to WI during COVID. Worst of all, Christie is emotionally immature and unprofessional under stress. Her agency wasted a year of our life and made the surrogacy journey unbearable.

I am on my second journey as a gestational surrogate working with Christie. She is always available and makes the process efficient and the experience wonderful. She is a wealth of knowledge because of her experience. She takes the time to get to know you and makes sure you are matched with a couple that has the same visions as you do for the journey. I could not imagine doing this without her. You are not a number at Forward Fertility...you are a member of her family! Highly recommend! Oh...and she comes highly recommended from the top REs (Reproductive Endocrinologists) in the nation...and thats saying something!

Contacted the clinic to see if they did monitoring for out of town patients. Got a call back that same day. Christie was so nice and so flexible. So warm and friendly and made having to do out of town monitoring absolutely stress free. Christie even messaged when we got back to check in since we had some medicine mishap from traveling and she wanted to make sure everything worked out for us. Cannot say enough good things.

Getting care with Christie couldnt have been easier - she totally understood the time-sensitive labs and monitoring needed for fertility treatments and helped me coordinate with an out-of-state clinic. She was a competent, caring clinician and made our journey a little easier.
