I want to give this place 20 stars if I can! This place is amazing! I have been struggling with infertility for many years, and we went to different places, and this is the only place who really cares about the patient, and they understand how difficult it is to have infertility!I had an appointment to have the scope, and i asked the doctor to bring my kid with me, he said yes of course, and that’s never happened before with other places, they usually refuse to bring children, and that was very hard for us because we don’t have anyone near us who can take care of our kid.All the nurses I met are very nice and kind, they are trying their best to make you feel comfortable and explain everything to me.I had the chance to meet Ms Vicky& Lauren and they both are amazing.Ms Lauren called us before the appointment and she spent almost an hour to make sure she gathered all the information she needs, she was very patient with me, she asked me almost everything to make sure she got enough information about my issues.Ms Vicky was so kind she tried her best to make me feel comfortable and she answered all our questions, she was smiling all the time, and that’s absolutely helped me to stay calm during the scope.Dr parry is very smart he did a thorough assessment for me, he told us everything in details and explained our options. The scope test was very simple and quick.I highly recommend this place, keep up the great work. Thank you for taking care of us. Absolutely we will come again and start our journey with you.

I have to say every one at the Madison clinic are by far the most sweetest people I have ever met! Including Dr Parry himself! You can tell that they genuinely want to do anything they can to help you on your TTC journey. I have finally had my first scope done and I was so scared but the sweet nurses/ staff made my experience so much better and made it go by like a breeze! Me and my husband have been experiencing infertility for over a year and a half now and I finally feel like me and my husband have a chance at conceiving and it is all because Dr Parry’s positivity in helping us! Me and my husband are choosing to do IUI and I feel like we are going to be in the very best care at the Madison clinic I’m truly thankful to be a patient at such a wonderful clinic!❤️.

We are so thankful for Dr. Parry and his AMAZING team! They were there for us every step of the way, and now we have our beautiful baby because of them. No one goes through their life, dreaming of having a family, expecting to find themselves walking through the doors of a fertility clinic for something that seems so biologically “natural”. But what may be easier for some, is certainly not for others. When we walked through the doors of Positive Steps for the first time, we were terrified, overwhelmed, and overall uncertain of what the future may hold for our family. Dr. Parry and his incredible staff met us with peace and comfort, from our very first visit (filled with sadness and confusion) until our very last (filled with the most joy we could imagine). After a long roller coaster of highs and lows, we are now proudly expecting our first child thanks to the wonderful team at Positive Steps. Along with Dr. Parry, it would not feel right without a special shout out to Vicki, Lauren, Brittany, and Mandy who made us feel like family from day 1. We will never forget the comfort these people have brought us and could not imagine getting through it without them!

My husband and I are so very grateful for PSF!! Dr. Parry is one of the kindest yet most knowledgeable doctors! From our very first visit to our last appointment today the entire staff has been nothing less than amazing! It’s not just another doctors office, the amount of compassion shown speaks volumes! Even when you call with a million questions, they always respond with kindness and patience. We have a very healthy happy 19 month old and currently 10 weeks pregnant with miracle #2 and it’s all thanks to this wonderful Doctor and his staff!

Dr Parry and the whole PSF team has completely changed my life for the best. Dr Parry takes such care with each patient and is so attentive to each person. He is very diligent to answer any questions my husband or I had during our treatments and was nothing short of professional while still being very personable. Brittany is the same. We can’t thank Dr. Parry and his entire team enough! He is doing such a great and wonderful job. At PSF you’re not a number, you’re being treated like family. This clinic genuinely cares and prays for you. The whole team feels like family to us. My husband and I have been working with the PSF Team for the past 2 years. On our journey we had a surgical procedure, 6 IUI’s and 1 round of IVF done. We are so unbelievably thankful for their help in giving us a chance to become parents. We would always recommend this clinic to anyone that is struggling in their journey. Everyone is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel very welcomed. You’re always greeted with a smile from the very welcoming front desk team when you check in. The nurses at PSF are also something you won’t find anywhere else. After 10 years of unexplained infertility, we were referred to Positive Steps Fertility. We had almost lost all hope until we had our first meeting with Dr. Parry and his amazing team. We were met with an enormous amount of faith, hope, support, and encouragement. We left our first meeting knowing this was exact where we needed to be to achieve our dream of becoming parents. Even though we became one of Dr. Parry’s longest running patients (3+ years), he and his team never wavered. Even when we thought we couldn’t keep going, they were always there to lift us up and help us move forward. I cannot express how much we love and appreciate Dr. Parry and his wonderful team. After 3 years, multiple IUIs, 1 miscarriage, and 4 FETs, they helped us conceive our rainbow baby! We now have a beautiful 7 month old baby girl! We cannot thank Dr. Parry and his team enough for helping make our dreams come true.

I cannot sing the praises of positive steps enough. Since starting treatment there in May 2022 Dr. Perry and his staff have become like family. I have never met a medical office that cares so deeply about their patients. You will never be treated like a number here- care is personalized and everyone will know you by your second visit. Dr. Perry has fit me in for emergency appointments (that turned out fine!) and his staff has talked me through some of the hardest moments of my life. As a single mom by choice I was treated with joy and respect as were all my friends and family that came to appointments with me. I must have brought over 10 different friends over my year here and every single person would leave an exclaim “Dr. Perry is the calmest person I’ve ever met. The staff knows you so well. I love this place I wish they did well person care!” I will never forget that I brought two friends to my embryo transfer and both were allowed back with me. What a joy! Thank you!I have recommended positive steps to so many friends and now I’m recommending them to you. You won’t be disappointed!I am already looking forward to bringing my little one to visit their first “home” at PS. ❤️

We had a 10% chance, 1 normal embryo and yet we are 10 weeks pregnant today. This has been the most incredible experience! Dr. Parry and his staff cried with us, laughed with us and was just excited as us! Family setting is an understatement. We would recommend him to anyone struggling with infertility.

I have nothing but great things to say about PSF!! We started going to them in 2019. We started with IUIs then switched to IVF in 2023. We are now pregnant with our sweet little boy! This could not have happened without the care and knowledge from Dr. Parry and his staff. When you leave PSF, you leave as family. Not as a patient. Me and my husband are so blessed to know and have these people in our lives. This clinic means the world to me!

We ABSOLUTELY love everyone at PSF!! We had our graduation appointment this week and it was truly a bitter sweet moment! We have been to other offices who didn’t seem to take us very seriously and would turn us away and tell us keep trying on our own. This was definitely not the case with Dr. Parry and his amazing team! They genuinely cared for us. We never left an appointment feeling unsettled or like we didn’t know enough. I recommend this office to anyone who is struggling, I promise they make a world of difference! The staff definitely becomes part of your family.

I wish I can give 10 stars, this place is amazing. Dr. Parry is so wonderful from day one, he made me and my husband feel like Im not alone in this struggle. Also ensured me he would find a solution for my problems. He gave me the right answers to put my mind at easy. The staff is nice and friendly when you walk through the door, youre greeted with a warm welcome. Brittany gave me wonderful support though my whole process. Im so grateful for PSF this place help expand my family :)

On February 27, 2023, I graduated from my fertility clinic (Postive Step Fertility Clinic) in Madison, Mississippi. There are so many wonderful and amazing things I can say about this clinic, including all the staff. After going through many years of infertility, Postive Steps Fertility was able to welcome my husband and me in and treated us as family with love. To Dr. Parry, Brittany, and the rest of the team, we want you all to know that we are so thankful for you all and we are blessed to have been a part of this great group of people. On graduation day, I was excited and sad all at the same time. Sad because I was leaving this amazing clinic and staff. My wife and I had a successful European IVF cycle a few years back and decided to go with a domestic clinic to try for another child. We did a lot of research on IVF review sites and decided to contact Positive Steps Fertility with Dr. Parry.In addition to the positive reviews and reasonable cost for IVF cycles, we loved that they have multiple offices to make it convenient for us, coming out of state.Everything from initial contact to our follow up visits has been wonderful. We are so blessed and overjoyed to have successfully retrieved and fertilized multiple eggs and are currently pregnant with a child from our first fresh transfer! Ms. Vicki and all the staff were wonderful to us, every member of the team is incredible.We never had to wait long for any visit, and everyone was in a good mood.During the egg retrieval process, the anesthesiologist took time to explain everything he was doing and that he’d be with my wife the entire time, making sure she was comfortable.We are so thrilled with this news and with the utmost care that we were shown in all of our visits and procedure with Positive Steps Fertility! They celebrated the pregnancy with us and sent such us a beautiful congratulatory gift after we transferred to our OB back home!I can fully and confidently recommend that those seeking fertility treatment should reach out to Dr. Parry and his team!

The whole team at Positive Steps have been AMAZING especially nurse Vicky & Dr Parry. My husband and I are so lucky to have found Positive Steps. They guided us through the whole fertility process. There were days I needed support and they were there for me. I am so happy to say I am 21 weeks pregnant!

Dr. Parry & his staff are amazing! They truly care about your journey & your story. You are treated like an individual and not just “another number”. They listen & answer all questions & are very prompt returning all calls. I highly recommend him & his team! I am currently 15 weeks along with our baby! (Two rounds of IUI.)

Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Positive Steps. Dr. Parry and his staff were all wonderful. They were very welcoming every time we were there. They were really patient with us and answered all our questions. They were also very accommodating to our schedule and the fact that we live quite a ways away from the clinic. We are finally pregnant after 5 years of secondary infertility thanks to PSF. If I were to write about my journey it would be super long but heres a bit about it. I went to PSF after visiting 5 doctors including one out of the country. I was desperate and also felt defeated. I didnt think they would be able to help me much but I gave it a try. By then, I had already done 12 medicated cycles and have had a miscarriage. With PSF I had personalized treatments and they were always very straightforward with me and told me the chances for everything. They were also very encouraging from the receptionists, nurses, Brittany and Dr. Parry. He was always asking if we had any questions and any concerns. After 6 failed IUIs there I was very discouraged but decided to try IVF anyway. The nurses were very through with explaining the process and everything went smoothly. To my surprise I responded very well and had excellent graded embryos. My first transfer took and we are currently pregnant . Entering the second trimester. I wish I could have an OB clinic like this fertility clinic. I will forever be great to this team effort in giving me a second opportunity to be a mother and for our 16 year old son to finally have a sibling . We are very happy and want to say thank you, to all from bottom of our hearts.

Dr. Parry and his staff were amazing throughout my experience with them. They truly care about you and your situation and that’s hard to find. Thanks to Positive Steps Fertility, we are expecting a new addition to our family this year. They have truly changed our lives.

I have visited many medical establishments and have never witnessed the level of care that my daughter and I received from PSFC. The team of professionals at PSFC is compassionate, sincere, and thorough. This clinic displays a quality level of excellence in human relations care that should set a gold standard for all other clinics to follow. See for yourself, the receptionists, nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Parry, when it comes to human care, you will not be disappointed.

Without a doubt, one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. Unfortunately in Mississippi, patients don’t have many options for reproductive care and it’s sad that some people may not have a choice but to rely on a local private practice like positive steps. This clinic operates on the premise of flashy aesthetics and impressive “statistics” and procedures. During our time with this clinic, I was dismissed, gaslit, inappropriately diagnosed and mismanaged with excessively high doses of medication that caused complications that had to be diagnosed by other physicians (roughly 10 months, 3 medicated cycles with ultrasounds and a “Parryscope”). The Parryscope is $1000 and nothing special, and you can likely obtain a Femvue or HSG elsewhere for cheaper (obtained an HSG for $300 at another REI practice in Jackson that showed a completely normal result which disproved the pathologic abnormality suggested by the Parryscope results). I can’t even begin to describe the mental and financial toll of this experience on my husband and I. Our frustration with the time, money and energy wasted with Dr. Parry was overwhelming while trying to advocate for proper care, understanding of our specific goals and values, and trying to obtain adequate communication from this clinic. The front desk staff lack any medical knowledge and trying to obtain records or schedule appointments is a massive headache. Dr. Parry‘s office staff can’t even be bothered to submit any of the expenses for bloodwork or imaging to insurance despite asking for this information when you register as a patient. Communication with nurses is difficult and follow up information and treatment plan details were never clearly outlined or provided in writing, except for a small hand written sheet with some medication dosages. There is no portal to easily access your records or message providers which is a common courtesy in most clinics. It is absurd that they charge you $25 for a copy of your personal medical records when this could easily be provided after each visit in an electronic medical record portal. The best thing we ever did was leave this clinic and pursue reproductive endocrinology care elsewhere. We were successful within 2 months of care with a new RE out of state. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my loved ones and I strongly advise couples to seek care at other RE clinics in the Jackson area. We’ve visited 3 other reproductive endocrinology practices and this was by far the most chaotic and stressful experience. As someone who works in healthcare, I am disgusted at the things I experienced here and I hope nobody else has to go through this experience. I hope for the sake of other patients at this clinic that the above areas are addressed.

We could not be more impressed with Dr. Parry and his entire staff!! They are incredibly warm and inviting and their attention to detail can not be beat. We could not possibly be more happy with them and very appreciative for how good they were to us!

The ladies on the phone are nice but the doctor charges upwards of 300 to talk about papers he’s written or you can google from Harvard lol doesn’t read your record and tries to pretend he respects women when he’s obviously a misogynist -but it’s Deep South so I guess that’s normal he did say my weight was fine since it was better than most people in the south lol I’m not sure my clogged arteries are relative to other people but thanks lol not how science works dude get a clue

Positive Steps fertility builds families. After years of disappointment and being told “no” and “never” by fertility specialists, Dr. Parry was a breath of fresh air who helped us get a miracle.

Dr. Parry and his nurses Brittany and Vicky are the best team and family any one can ask for when you have had a difficult journey and they always was there to listen to any concerns and problems that they were able to help my family and by being with the best fertility doctor in Mississippi to help my family grow and welcome us with open arms and always treated me like family and for that I thank you so so much Dr. Parry for everything you did for my family Brittany and Vicky we love you guys and will always keep you in our hearts and our family for the journey you guys took with us to get here today and we want to say thanks from Membreno Family.
