Planned Parenthood - Littleton

This location is wonderful. I had been all over the state for months trying to get these tests done and had been unsuccessful until this visit for various reasons that weren’t my doing. The staff here is phenomenal and they truly listen. The person at the front desk was wonderful too. They even put me back on my birth control that my primary care doctor would not refill and that will help my mental health tremendously especially after recent events. I am very grateful for this location and the staff and I look forward to associating with them all again. I look forward to meeting with this staff again in the future. Thank you again

This is by far my favorite planned parenthood. They are so nice here, and I come here for several things, and they are always so helpful. I live about half an hour away from this location and have one closer to me, but I prefer to go here because of how kind everyone is

Several times i’ve had appointments cancelled on me day of. just today my appointment was cancelled due to “scheduling conflicts” even though i booked it over a month and a half ago. the staff is great but it’s just too inconsistent and i keep missing work for no reason.

They canceled my appointment the day of, less than two hours before my appt time and then they couldn’t get me rescheduled until six weeks later.

I scheduled an emergency contraceptive and got offered some options but I was not able to take a couple pills they offered due to me nursing. One option was the IUD instead. They squeezed me in last minute to get that inserted. The doctor who did it was very patient and made sure to answer all my questions ect. I’m bad with names so I can’t remember her name exactly but the staff in be back we’re great with me.

Amazing staff and I cant remember the name of my phlebotomist but she was FANTASTIC. Never had a better experience getting my blood drawn! Would definitely recommend making this location your main if youre looking for hrt.

I had to get my blood drawn today and I was very nervous about it, but Allison was wonderful when she did it. She made sure I was comfortable and walked me through everything she was doing. Very good experience

Just left after getting my depo shot. Had to renew my prescription again when I did that the last three times. The first girl I saw was surprisingly rude as well after I mentioned I renewed my prescription the time before last when it is usually once a year not every time I come in. The provider Kendal I believe is her name. Was very rude when I was trying ti explain what I wanted to do in the future and kept talking over me. I wouldn’t recommend coming here anymore unless this is your only option.

Phenomenal experience. It was actually the best experience I’ve had at any medical practice so I plan to come back for future needs. The nurse, Bonnie, was very kind/compassionate and knew what she was talking about. The midwife (noelle I believe) was compassionate, kind, personable, and intelligent. This was a bit of a tough day for me and they made it as positive and bright as possible. I hope these two people know that their work doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep doing what you do!

I was very happy with my visit. Was treated respectfully and they made sure I was comfortable with the procedures being done. The midwife who did my PAP was a great listener!! Answered all of my questions promptly and gave me great info on some concerns I had. I have never been to a Planned Parenthood before... So, to be predicted, I was very nervous. But, I felt welcomed and safe.Thank you!

I am so happy that I chose Planned Parenthood for my lady business. It turns out I have health issues that could be potentially cancerous.From the moment I walked into the building I was greeted with professionalism and kindness.The nurse was very thorough with the questions she was asking in order to determine what was needed for my treatment.The doctor was very professional as well with great bedside manners.The facility was clean and no matter what my results may be the staff never once made me feel as though I have a death sentence awaiting.They asked me about my mental health and the provided resources for me.I really do feel the staff cares about the treatment they provide to both men and women.They were able to provide me with education on my potential condition.

Ive come to this location several times for birth control refills and pap smears. Each time is easy and the providers are excellent. The last time I had an IUD insertion and the provider educated me on my options, and made a recommendation for the Mirena IUD. I highly recommend this location and their service.

I come to planned parenthood for routine screenings and health checks and have always been treated warmly and respectfully. They offer a “pay-what-you-can” option so you never have to go without healthcare if you don’t have money or insurance. Highly recommend this location. The staff make what can be an uncomfortable experience as pleasant as possible.

I have always had an excellent experience here and feel that everyone working here is graciously king, intelligent, and efficient. I haven’t had a better experience at much more cost preventative providers. Very grateful for the excellent care over the years!

I’m honestly glad I went to this location. I’m so grateful to have met Miranda and Chris who both were super friendly and helpful. I had such a positive experience during my visit. Came in on a Monday morning and I was helped right away by front desk. Miranda answered all of my questions and she’s honestly such a sweet person- I could tell that she really cares about the patients. She helped me from the beginning to the end. I also love the way they do a lot of patient teaching at this clinic. Overall everything was great.

Ive always loved Planned Parenthood and Im lucky to have access to this one. Everyone was very friendly and non-judgmental, from the front desk staff to the assistants and doctor. I showed up on time for my appointment and was seen on time as well - there was no wait at all. I had several issues to address and even though my appointment was one of the last before closing, every issue and question was discussed in depth, and without hurry. I felt so taken care of by the staff here; their level of compassion for their patients is impressive from start to finish.

These are the most kind and caring people ive ever met. I went in for a simple STD test and they made sure I was safe at home, was in a safe relationship (Single ladies ftw) and made sure I was safe and comfortable during my stay. Yes I had to wait a little longer then I expected but honestly, with how agressivly and underattack this wonderful service is by our country, im not surprised they are a little understaffed, nor do I blame them and I applaud the brave people still working here

I was scared of going in but this place is full of the nicest people, very professional. IWould definitely recommend it!

Still reeling over my experience here. Came in showered and tidy and my dr still treated me like she was grossed out by me and to this day I’m still so nervous to get what I was concerned with checked out again. Dr was dismissive of my worries, and reception was very judgmental when I couldn’t afford the full amount for my appointment. I’ve had great experiences at PP until I came here.

I came in incredibly anxious about an IUD removal/replacement. I showed up ~15 minutes early, checked in, and was taken back almost immediately after being checked in. The medical assistant that took me back and went over my medical history was so kind, I was even offered juice and snacks to help calm my nerves. The NP that did my removal and replacement insertion was also incredibly kind and made the experience so much less terrible then I was prepared for. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO PP LITTLETON SQUAD ❤️✨ I appreciate you all, and all the work you do.

Awful location! Awful management! Rude staff! I have made multiple appointments at this location, each time I have taken time off of work to be at my appointment and each time I have not been able to be seen. Either the providers call in sick or they are to under staffed to see patients whether they have an appointment or not. They give no notice that you will not be able to be seen which is so unprofessional and inconvenient to the patients. No regard for anyone else’s time and it is ridiculous. I spoke with Molly who is the clinic manager here today and asked for the information to call and make a complaint and she refused to give it to me which is also extremely unprofessional. I understand being under staffed but this is absolutely outrageous for a medical clinic. If you are in need of care I would definitely look into a different location or an entirely different company all together.

I went for a check up and had a Wonderful experience! Sarah & Mary were so welcoming and very knowledgeable. I’m in between cities and traveling, I got an appointment pretty quick. They offer some assistance (depending on if you qualify) for Pap testing. I have to say hands down this was my BEST check up experience EVER! Sad I don’t live in this city. Thank you ladies for making me feel so comfortable and making me feel at ease during my exam. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Was there a couple weeks ago, such incredible staff.I felt so comfortable and taken care of.My check up was so quick as well.

I have been to this location twice now, once for an annual and then to have an IUD insertion. The staff at the front desk are very polite and helpful. There was a bit of a wait time, but I cant recall ever going to a doctors appointment and not waiting. Both nurses at my two visits were very helpful, polite, and personable. The gynecologist took her time to explain to me what the process of my exam and insertion would entail and answered all of my questions. The office and exam rooms are clean and comfortable. I was hesitant about coming here because of the previous reviews, but Im glad I went. I felt acknowledged and was treated respectfully, which I never felt was the case when going to smaller OBGYN practices (who I feel prefer women who are trying or are pregnant, rather than younger women). I will be returning to this practice.

I arrived ten minutes early to my appointment and was only waiting five minutes before checking in. (Clear COVID-19 safety protocols and communication upon entry, which I appreciated!) From the front desk to the clinician (Jennifer), my experience was so great. I hadnt been in for a full wellness exam in six years, or a breast exam in five, and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. From asking preferred pronouns, preferred gender identity, offering additional resources and info, to taking their time with me, inviting me to ask as many questions as I needed, and even discussing health concerns that werent reproductively-specific - I felt so much more comfortable than I imagined I would. The staff were professional, kind, knowledgeable, observant, and serious all while still having appropriate humor thrown in. I walked out with an HPV vaccine, and additional tests I didnt know they could offer same-day. I felt very safe, heard, and prioritized. Sadly, Im moving soon, but I hope my next visit to a PP is as great as this one was.

Provider Kendall is not trauma informed in her practice. She was extremely rude and had no capacity to have a safe dialogue about my lived experience. I highly suggest finding another PP site to go to.

Such a long wait time! Even if you are 10 minutes early they still make you wait for half an hour. When I was finally called back, the nurse wanted me to take a urine test because she hadnt checked my chart and didnt know if they needed one. Why would you not check your patients chart before calling them back. The front desk was discourteous and very unprofessional. So dissapointed in the lack of empathy and respect shown at this office.

I chose to go to Planned Parenthood hoping for care that was trans inclusive. While the staff was kind, they failed to properly update my name in their system (my legal name on my drivers license, even!), and used the wrong pronouns in my health record. It made an already stressful situation worse. If youre trans, I would recommend a different location if you have that option.EDIT: I left them a message in their patient portal and the manager got back to me, was very nice and updated my info. So giving some star back for that.

I was nervous coming here for the first time due to some previous reviews, but my experience so far has been good. The front desk staff were pleasant, and the wait time was minimal. Before seeing a clinician, I was asked questions & went through a formal intake. The staff member was very friendly, took note of my concerns, and made me feel comfortable.

Ive been going here off and on since 2013 and Im really grateful for their services like PAP smears, STD screening, breast cancer screening, and support with my polycystic ovarian syndrome treatment. I have a lot of trauma in my background and the staff here was very understanding and supportive of the treatments Ive received.Its an affordable option for things like these and Im glad for it.

I like to support services I believe in, which is why I choose, whether or not I have health insurance, to be seen at Planned Parenthood. They have a very relaxed atmosphere and the judgment just isn’t there like at some traditional medical offices. I went here recently to get birth control and they always take their time, talk to you with respect and courtesy and answer all questions you may have. I was seen by Tegan who was so soft-spoken and kind, I was only there for birth control and was totally at peace, so I could only imagine her care with someone there seeking abortion services or reaching out from an abusive situation for help. Please seek your health services from not only Planned Parenthood, but this location specifically.

Literally the most unprofessional medical practice Ive ever seen in my life. Multiple times rescheduled simply because they couldnt be bothered to do a procedure. Nurses and doctors were gossiping about patients behind their backs. Staff was also rude and demeaning the entire time we were there. Completely dont recommend this place to get any form of birth control, go to someone who will be professional and treat you with respect.

I would highly agree with the 1 star reviews below. My appointment was at 12. I showed up 15 min early. They checked me in. I sat for a good hour before anyone came to get me. I won’t be returning. What is the point in an appointment if you can’t get the patient in on time? Save yourself the time and go to a different location.

Seemed OK at 1st I have been to a Planned Parenthood before and was comfortable after sitting and going through a bunch of questions and then explaining my situation it felt as if I wasnt taken seriously and then the assistant or nurse whatever they happened to be could not successfully draw my labs and I had given instruction on how my blood needs to be taken and again was disregarded and not taken seriously. The clinician when I spoke with her she seemed as if I was irrational for wanting some tests to be taken because its be years. When I asked to have the lab order printed so my MA at my clinic who is able to stick me on the first try everytime could do the order I was told no, but not given a real explanation as to why. Will not be returning ever. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

I have never personally been into the location, but on the few occasions I have called - their staff has been incredible! The ladies I have spoken with have been very polite and professional as well as being able to understand my ramblings about birth control.I highly recommend giving them a call if you have questions about different options that may work out better for you!

This place was amazing! The staff was sweet, my doctor Dolly did an amazing job. She was very educated and gentle. Planned parenthood was convient for me, the family practice I did go to would insult me and was very rude when I went to schedule an appointment. They wanted me to make a few appointments just so I can get my nexplanon taken out and with Planned Parenthood they took me in right away making sure the trip was convient and I was set. I hope they stay for a very long time, many women and girls need resources like planned parenthood.

Nondescript kinda ugly building from the outside in a good location. A few good services such as mammograms. Mostly really poor quality service directing patients to do things that will ultimately hurt them and not fix the problem that they went there to solve. Id give it zero stars if that were an option.

I went in to be put on prep. Normally they give you the meds until your blood tests come back. I even tested negative for the main blood test 3 weeks earlier, which is what they were needed. Anytime your being put on prep your scared of contracting thats why you take it. But because I had sex after the test they refused to give me the med until my tests came back. They said they would call me that week. Its been three with no call. I would NOT recommend this place. They have strayed from integrity on several levels

Showed up on time and still waited 20mins. Finally get back they had no idea that I called in to ask for additional tests the day before. The doctor pretty much made me feel dumb for not wanting to be on birth control. Waited another hour or so....for what I have no idea. This was my first experience with planned parenthood and if thats how they treat a new patient at every location I would say I am dissatisfied with the level of customer service. Girls at the front very cold and unwelcoming. Will not be going back.

Very unsatisfied with my experience here. Doctors are great, but the front desk staff highly unprofessional.I was over for simple bc refill, the girl upfront told me that this brand was discontinued and ordered another brand that she claimed was close in combination. I went along with it. Later I found out that this was a mistake, that she simply didnt know how to search outside of most popular brand names on their system and went with whats easy to order. Meanwhile I am having one of the worst cycles I can remembet, with numerous of side effects. When I called to have it changed back to my original recipe, the woman sounded impatient and didnt give me much explanation on their procedures. I am left with having to go back, sit and await for at least an hour even with apointment, then pay again for mistake that their employee made. I understand there is a protocol and one cant simply change prescription over the phone, but could have been nicer and more informative. Also planned Parenthood should really step it up on their employee orientation, so they can actually help women.

Tried calling the office to see if appointment was needed. So I walked in asked me what I needed. Told her that I would like to get a blood test for pregnancy. She then proceeds to tell me that they dont do that there or usually dont be a urine test us much more effective. Me as emotional that I have been, couldnt even talk bc what she had just told me made me really upset. I have been going through a lot these past months with what could be pregnancy symptoms and 6 pregnancy test done one was done at a primary doctor who also did not want to do a blood test for a MUCH more effect result. And the receptionist proceeds to tell me they dont do it. I thought PP was there to help. But I guess not.

I give negative 10 stars to this place (but unfortunately you are forced to give at least one star to post) HORRRRRRRRIBLE experience. Had complications with a medication. Was told Id have to go to Denver health...????? Denver health had no clue what planned parenthood was talking about. Then charged my daughter 130.00 to sit in the waiting room after they charged my insurance. Really!?!? I thought the whole point of this place was to help financially those who cant afford to go to a private practice. This place is a scam amongst other things. Please ladies..... never ever go to a planned parenthood. Dont support a company like this.

This place literally called me and left me a voicemail to return their call regarding my test results so I called them back within 5 minutes because I was extremely worrits extremely worried and nobody answered the phone. They left me a voicemail to call them and then walked out the door and didnt give me the opportunity To call them back immediately. I dont understand how you can get someone panicked and leave them a voicemail and then just leave for the day leaving them panicking having to wait until the next day. You might as well just call the next morning. They do this to me all the time where they call and then dont give me the opportunity to reach them until a business day or 2 later. Horrible customer service!!

I absolutely love the staff at this center. So what if you have to wait more time!!! All that means is someone else is getting help they need. If the tables were turned, you would want the same respect. Thank you Planned Parenthood!!!

Beyond disappointed in the doctors at this location & I would give negative stars if it was up to me! I most definitely wont be coming back to this location. UPDATE: took 3 days for my prescription to be submitted to the pharmacist... it wasn’t even billed right. My name was misspelled and the prescription was wrong.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Yes, as the other reviews said, there is a long wait however I have never been to an OBGYN especially a planned parenthood and NOT had to wait so I feel this is to be expected.

Waited an hour for a scheduled appointment before having to leave. Had an scheduled appointment that they cancelled no call no reason. Came asked for a call back never received one. Called waited on hold for over an hour no answer. What is going on here?!? Clearly they have many problems 0 or negative stars!!!

The authenticity here is beautiful. The genuine concern and celebration I feel about my health is so needed and necessary, it shows that you care about your patients. Really appreciate the people here. Made my day🌼

Ive been coming here for years but Im finally done. Theres always at least an hour wait no matter what service you need and apparently they will not let you know if there is an issue with your payment going through insurance, even though I was in there often enough that something could have been mentioned or mailed to me, but instead will send it to collections. Dont go here.

Waiting, waiting, MORE waiting. I made an appointment for 11am. Its now almost 1pm and I havent even seen the doctor yet!! It took over an hour for me to even leave the intake room. I asked about the wait and the guy was rude with his answer. Pick a different location if you need to get to work or want to do anything else with your day

I will admit, the wait was kind of long, but most of that is for paperwork, but overall, it was such a great easy time. The nurses and staff were friendly and gave me this non-judgement vibe. Which is exactly how I expected it to be :)

Service is kind. Not smart though. Filling out the same paperwork everytime you visit is normal here. They will make you WAIT for upwards of an hour. I am currently sitting at just over two hours. This is the third time Ive given them a chance and the last.

Ive been to this location a few times and never had any problems. I went this past Saturday for an appointment for something and everyone was wonderful. They made the experience a really great one. Thanks guys!

Poor service the second time I was in the nurse didnt sanitize my arm before taking blood an I also had two needle marks this time I cant watch as blood is being drawn or I freak out but it felt like I was also injected with something Like I said this all didnt happen my first visit makes me think they lost my sample on purpose so I would have to go back a second time you all that are involved deserve jail timeA follow up their explanation is the lab contaminated the sample an miss calibrated the machine so they would like me to go back for a third sample also the manager of this facility is supposed to be getting in contact with me so we can further discuss this issueBeen three weeks an I havent heard from anyone in this facility including the manager who called me an said she will do an investigation into what happenedBelow is the two needle marks on my arm an in the actual paperwork there was only one attempt In retrieving my blood
