Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

I came to inova in Leesburg near my home on my third day of high temperature (103-104) and caught. It was walk in urgent visit. The stuff is polite and friendly. I already was in their inova system so no paperwork! Thanks!They treated me with care. Took analysis, excluded flu, Covid and strep. And after x ray they saw i have pneumonia (( Doctor gave me 2 antibiotics prescription. I’m glad my husband took me to the doctor because i just lying in the bed can’t do anything.

Mercy couldnt have been nicer and made my teen child feel so comfortable because they are not a fan of doctor visits! And same with Josh - he was very personable and we were glad to be taken care of by them both. We picked our prescriptions on the way home and theyre feeling so much better after a couple days of rest & medicine. The office was very clean and organized and welcoming as well.

The PA was able to treat my symptoms and answer all my questions in a manner I could understand. She showed genuine concern and was very professional. The whole experience was very positive. I will not hesitate to seek Inova Urgent Care for my next unexpected medical needs.

First time there and Ive already recommended to 2 families. We saw Dr Karen and I wish I could recall the intake nurse but both were so wonderful and informative. We had on the spot meds given to relieve symptoms and a such insightful information to move forward with. Wont go anywhere else

I don’t recommend you go here. If you need an urgent visit, go to the emergency room. I was charged $300 for a “visit” of which I was not examined and simply told I should schedule a visit with my own doctor because they couldn’t help. They even told me NOT to go the emergency room because they wouldn’t be able to help either. I ended up calling my doctor and they URGENTLY told me to go to the ER. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and the cherry on top was the bill. Please do not waste your money and go somewhere where you can actually get the medical attention you’re seeking.

While feeling terrible with illness, I was welcomed and assisted by a medical assistant named Mercy who did something very rare these days. She made an authentic connection by being completely attentive and not distracted, showing interest with kind words, and ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. She exemplified authentic care and concern. Most experiences at other doctor offices are indifferent, cold, and inattentive, almost as if they are bothered having to deal with patients. Mercy was the antithesis and a complete breath of fresh air. She made my day much brighter... even as I coughed in pain. Thank you Mercy! You were a blessing to me, reminding me there still are good people willing to serve others. May you be blessed, moreso.

Excellent staff and doctor. Went in because I was worry about my finger that was swollen. Very pleased with Dr McKinley who saw me and did indicated had a cuticle infection. Was very informative before giving me antibiotic. She looked in my Inova chart to see medications I was taking. I highly recommend this urgent care. Like my daughter told me its a place you dont wait for hours like in other places to be seen.

In and out very quickly which I appreciated since I didn’t feel well. Provided a work note and explained everything about my meds and illness in detail and repeated as many times as I needed them to without getting frustrated with me. Love that they already have all my info because they are in the Inova system.

Very good and efficient service. I appreciated being able to reserve a spot online. Everyone was so friendly! I’m grateful for such a quick way to get the treatment I needed while on vacation here.

Amazing staff and quick service. I was in and out of here within 30 minutes. Im used to Patient First and sitting there for 3 hours so Im astonished about this place. Erica at the front desk, the nurse Omid (I believe?) and Dr. Minhas all went above and beyond.

I was able to mame an appointment online for 30 mins later and was seen quickly and professionally at the desk. The PA on duty was pleasant and caring. She was very attentive and listened carefully. My entire visit took less than 30 mins. Very pleased!

Good experience! Seen at this facility before, short wait in waiting room and exam room. Caring, compassionate employees and provider (Dr. Mckinley). Being a retired nurse makes me more critical of patient care in free standing facilities like this. That being said, I would highly recommend GoHealth for urgent medical care.

Even though you were busy things moved quickly. Had to wait on the radiologist but not long and she was quick and efficient. I only wish I had asked for a copy of my x/rays

Dr. Karen McKinley listened to my concerns. She made suggestions, which I followed up on. She prescribed something helpful. She pointed out that telemedicine didn’t allow her to do everything that she could during an in-person visit, which alerted me to things I should be aware of as time passed.

My experience was pleasant from the moment I walked through your doors. They were kind, professional, and caring, and I was in and out with a prescription at Walgreens in under an hour. I’m so glad I decided to stop in!!

Im not usually impressed with urgent care facilities but this place has been great every time with multiple family members. Please dont sell out to a private equity firm like Blackrock.

I visited Inova-GoHealth twice in a week. First, I was able to make an appointment on-line....excellent! Second, I was greeted at both visits with care, kindness and warmth. All of the health care professionals were competent, professional and gave me top-notch information and care. I was reluctant to bring my 8 year old somewhere we hadn’t been before and now this urgent care will be our go-to. Every staff member we interacted with treated us like they had known us for years- patient, warm, laid back and knowledgeable. They worked as a team and made my daughter comfortable and really took their time with us. Karen diagnosed her in minutes and had a plan in place even quicker. I went for an acute sore throat to Urgent Care at Leesburg. I was treated right from the start until the end. I got prescribed the right medications. I would recommend this Urgent Care to my friends. The staff is friendly and amazing !!

I had to visit this facility twice in two days for different reasons and for two different people; one adult and one child. On both occasions the reception, initial processing of the visit, doctor and assistant care were optimal. The facility is well organized and super clean. The staff was friendly, caring and super efficient and fully met expectations. There was practically no wait time and the whole experience went smoothly. This will definitely be our new go to for urgent care needs. Kudos to Dr. McKinley and Dr. Osman. They were absolutely wonderful.

Very easy process to “save your spot” ahead of time online. Once we got there we got seen right away and the care was clinically excellent and very professional. The PA and the nurse both were very responsive. They showed me exactly what they were seeing on X-ray and the referrals in my chart made it super easy to schedule my follow up care.

Super efficient. Great communication. Patient focused. Beautiful facility. Felt listened to and welcomed by staff. Very easy to save place in line via online and easy to upload insurance info ahead of time.

I would give a zero if I could. This was the worst urgent care facility I have ever been to. Waited for hours. One receptionist was sitting at the front desk sniffling and coughing wearing not mask. There was only one PA there for the whole place. Not enough staffing. Gave me one lab at a time to drag the whole process out. I will never come here again. You’d be better off going to the emergency room. Which is clearly what several of the people who were being seen there should have been doing anyways as they were showing up to urgent care only for urgent care to immediately call 911. Poorly organized facility, understaffed, and just not good. I am going to another urgent care after leaving to get to pay more after already being charged for atrocious services at this place. Go anywhere else but here.

Tried calling this place multiple times. Every time I was sent to Voicemail. Very disappointed with the fact that they won’t even pick up the phone. That’s the kind of service they will provide.

Ordinarily I do not contribute or write reviews for anything however I feel that my experience with all of the staff was so superior that I wanted to take a moment to notify the hospital quality department.I found the level of service so unusually high that I even mentioned to my son(who accompanied me during my visit) that all the staff seemed oddly pleasant and happy to be there. It made me feel relaxed and less focused on my problem, while gaining my trust in their confidence.Kindest thanks to all the staff for the friendliest and most genuine care I have ever had.Only 1 small negative comment would be is that the washrooms in the waiting room might need a little more frequent attention - I did however consider that it is a hospital emergency waiting room and resources are understandably prioritized where they should be - that is - patient care and attention.Also, you might consider a multi language friendly reminder sign in the waiting room that mentions to fellow patie…

The first impression was good but the overall experience isn’t satisfying.Check in was fast and the staff is nice and friendly.I had an eye emergency, so the doctor took culture, prescribed me eye drops, and told me I’d receive a call from ophthalmologist to make an appointment.Eye drops didn’t help, I haven’t had the results from culture for more than 3 days now and no one called me from an ophthalmology hospital. When I called the next day and the day after to ask about culture and talk to the doctor, they told me they didn’t know about lab results and the doctor wasn’t in the office.On the third day I was able to speak directly to the doctor and asked for several ophthalmology clinics recommendations. Then I’d call ophthalmologists myself to ask if they specialize in my diagnose and if they accept my insurance.I’m still waiting for results from culture.

I have had to use Inova-GoHealth twice this summer. Both times the process was efficient and the doctor was able to resolve the health issue with the right diagnosis and treatment plan.

On 6/14/24 I saw Dr. Osmaan Minhas and I tell you Dr. Minhas should be cloned to see patients everywhere. We are the patients, we know our bodies, let us tell you what is going on and our reason to see a Doctor. EXACTLY what Dr. Minhas did, he LISTENED. Afterwards, everything went fast & smoothly. Dr. Minhas was extremely knowledgeable & gave me a thorough explanation. He then ordered lab & Xray. Dr. Minhas explained my lab work, showed me my Xray, then I was referred to a specialist. And, I cannot forget to mention how pleasant & kind Dr. Minhas was.Also, office looks nice & was very clean. Plus, front desk & other staff was kind.One complaint. This info is for patients to check all information on discharge papers b4 they leave the bldg. I gave my ID, plus my primary ins card, then my secondary ins card & said “this is my supplemental ins.” Two days later I noticed my complete last name from my ID & ins cards was NOT on the discharged/billing paperwork, and my secondary/supplement ins wasn’t there at all. The issue was easily resolved after billing finally answered phone in the evening. Billing person was very pleasant & made the corrections. They all still get a FIVE star rating for sure!

I am impressed by the staff that greeted and signed me in. The PA that took vital signs and the attending physician were excellent. Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is a 5-star medical unit. Thank you.

The doctor (McKinley) and rest of staff were great. Promptly seen, issue addressed, and I left feeling instantly better (cornea scratch/abrasion). In and out in 30 minutes and on with my day feeling infinitely better than when i arrived.

This was the cleanest facility/urgent care that Ive ever been into. The front receptionist was so kind, the nurse was exceptional with my baby and the physician (Dr. Minhas) was extremely thorough and warm natured. Going forward this will be my go to urgent care facility.

The experience was great. Came in for assessment of suspected strep throat, front desk staff / medical assistant Erica was great and so wonderful with a 3 year old, and Dr. Minhaus was clear and efficient with the plan. Check in was also seamless

Although the wait was long in the waiting area, there arent many rooms. Everyone was kind, friendly, and informative. They were getting people in and out as fast as possible while making sure their needs were properly met. I was extremely satisfied with my visit. This was my first time here and Ill definitely return but hoping I wont have to.

So happy I found this urgent care. Great staff. Quick and easy. In and out with the save my spot option. Will not be needing Patient First with there very long wait times. If you use inova doctors your visit is noted on MyChart! My PCP just called me to follow up. You do not get that with any other urgent care. I will be back and let family know about the great service there

New hire at the front desk was very pleasant and professional, and the practitioner was both knowledgeable and personable. The facility is also modern and well kept.

My teenager hates going to the doctor under any circumstance, but and we had a very sensitive and uncomfortable situation on top of that. Dr. McKinley put her right at ease—definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever interacted with my daughter. If I could make her our Primary, I would!

Really nice staff and SUPER short wait times. I had reserved a morning appointment on their website last night and I was literally the only patient in the waiting room when I had showed up. Going to Patients First just down the road can be very stressful due to the high volume and wait times especially if you’re in pain, but this urgent care seems to have a good system that could greatly reduce these issues that you encounter elsewhere. I hope the wait times stay like this in the future. It was a very positive experience.

Got in on time, left with solutions to two issues and a referral for the third. LOVE being able to make an appointment at a walk-in clinic. Easy parking too!

I wish I could give less than a one star!I walked in 20 minutes before closing because I had worked all day but had back pain, and the women nurses refused to see me claiming it was too late, they were unprofessional and very rude to me as they sent me away. They were sitting around and there were no patients. I didn’t understand why the clinic was still open but they weren’t accepting a patient. I felt like they were biased towards me. So uncalled for!!

Dr, Sean was great and very kind! The nurse at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. My daughter and I were both seen very quickly and we felt very comfortable! I definitely recommend this location to everyone!!

I went there last weekend for respiratory symptoms, after going into Patient First and leaving frustrated. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the doctor was very thorough and kind. He caught my bronchitis before it got worse. I will never go back to that other place again.

I walked in and was seen within 5 minutes. I was going downhill fast with a sinus infection. The diagnosis and treatment that was prescribed turned me around in 2-1/2 days. I am grateful.
