Super friendly staff! Made me feel quite welcome and listened to during my experience. The doctor was very empathetic to my condition and gave me a referral to a specialist.

I have visited this location a few times over the past couple of years for urgent care needs - each time the staff has been attentive, friendly and expedient (for an Urgent Care facility). The facilities are clean, and they have an x-ray technician on site which is helpful. I still prefer my primary care doctor for annual checkups, but I feel very comfortable going here for any urgent care needs.

So happy to have found this Office!! An Urgent care AND Primary care! The hours are great, the Office is efficient and the Staff is amazing. Wait time was minimal. Katie got me checked in quickly and was back to see my Provider Indu, in moments.

Katie and Indu were great! Katie got me checked in and took vitals within minutes. And my Provider was in just moments after. Very efficiently run Office. Staff is thorough and knowledgeable. Very impressive for an Urgent and Primary Office!

I went and got seen for multiple issues that I was having all in one and both Katie and Indu were beyond over the top super nice and very thorough. I couldnt have asked for anyone better at this location!

Just got back from a visit with my daughter. She hurt her foot and we needed an x ray. I called ahead to make sure they x ray tech was in and we were in luck that he was. Once we were there the whole team greeted us with kind words and warm smiles. Jared (x ray tech), Natayah (front desk) and Indu Sharma, NP took great care of us from start to finish. Everyone was very kind and professional, and they got us in and out super quickly. This was also at the end of the day, and they could’ve easily been tired and burned out for their last patient, but instead they rose to the next level of great patient and client care. I’ve been once before and everyone then was also equally great. Highly recommend! Very grateful for this team and their help.

Tru primary & urgent care took me with speed. The environment felt extremely comfortable and the staff were extremely kind! Jared was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his field of expertise. I would definitely recommend someone to come here.

Recently my mother and i visited this location as it is fairly new still, we were greeted by the friendly staff in the front. Natajah was really helpful and knowledgeable getting us settled in with the paperwork to get everything going making it a smooth process, the Np Indu Sharma is very nice as well as informative letting us know how and what to do in the next step we should take. Jared made sure my mother was comfortable and taken care of while getting her x ray while informing her what was going on. We will be visiting again and recommend friends and family to this location.

Very polite, quick, and caring. Got in and looked at pretty quickly and they were great at their care and making sure I had whatever I needed.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This is the first urgent care I’ve been to that actually dealt with my pain before having me get an x-ray. They were caring, kind and incredibly helpful while diagnosing me and dealing with my pain. I highly recommend tru primary and urgent care.

Nice facility but it’s the staff that really stand out in my mind. They were gentle and very knowledgeable! I went home with lots of great advice and my prescriptions were promptly sent to the pharmacy. Overall an excellent experience!

I brought my daughter to the Leesburg location for an X-ray on her elbow. We walked right in. The staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. The facility was clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this location.

The staff was great! Jerrod was waiting for me at the door and immediately moved me to the X-ray room. He was patient and kind with me in positioning of my foot and knee for the imaging. He took good care in wrapping my foot and even administered a shot for pain per the Dr’s direction. He consistently checked for the radiologist’s response in an attempt to get a quick diagnosis for me. Unfortunately it didn’t come before I left but he was prompt with a call the following morning with the results.All of the staff was responsive, kind and patient even though it was the end of their day. Jerrod was the most involved and helped to make the experience pleasant, even under the circumstances

This is probably the best clinic I have been to in Leesburg, VA. They have very friendly customer service and are very professional in their service. Also, the doctor is extremely easy to work with. The clinics facilities are modern and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. Additionally, the staff members are knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical services.

So my fiance was turned away due to her ID being expired (She had the paper from DMV saying it is valid until the new one comes).🤷

I have been seen by Jared multiple times. He has great bed side manor, is very caring, knowledgeable and left me with a smile on my face. I was seen by Dr. Indu Sharma as well, who was wonderful and helped me figure out the next steps to take for my injury. Natasha was very helpful over the phone. Overall, great service by everyone I would recommend coming here!

Saw them today. The staff is amazing. I for the life of me can’t remember his name but the gentleman that checked me in had a great bedside manner, was prompt, and the provider clearly explained what she was going to do and the treatment. I was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Would give more stars if I could

I burnt my hand yesterday and I never heard the tru primary care but they helped me a lot and jared wrap my hand and it’s felt really good and the whole staff is just amazing

Update - Added a star because they reached out after review.------------------------I wish I had a better experience but unfortunately after my visit it went downhill. The visit was great. The doctor was attentive and they got me checked right in with no wait when I arrived. The issue came when trying to get my results. I was told my results would be back within 3 days at the max. I received a follow up call 48 hours after my appointment to check on me but no results. In fact, as of now (over 3 weeks later), I still haven’t received my results. Because of this, I can’t recommend this practice with confidence.

People are nice, had my DOT physical but they did not give me my DOT card saying they do not give that out and had to get from DMV? DMV does not do this, for past 20years I have done this the Doctor gives you the card not DMV, DMV cant do it. if you want the DOT physical go someplace else, I now have to go to another Doc office and spend more money and take another day off work to get the card.

Came today friday 24,, what a breath of fresh air, seriously absolutely amazing experience they attended me extremely quickly. the nurse was very very kind, funny and sympathetic, also the provider was absolutely amazing unlike others in this town who talk over you, minimize your pain that they have never experienced, label anyone in any sort of genuine pain as drug seekerd and refuse to give you anything and just forcr you to take tylenol 24/7 which has messed up my stomach but they dont care,this provider actually listened and was completely sympathetifc to me for an injury kve been battling for a year and no doctor took it seriously but she did and wrote me a decent sized prescription of the medication i requested and it felt so amazing being treated like actual human, thank you too all staff there seriously

Brought my daughter in as a new patient in the evening at the peak of sick season, registration and all, in and out in 40 minutes - you cant beat this for urgent care! Friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommend.

The staff is so friendly and they have great energy. Everyone from the medical assistants to the provider and even the manager made me feel so comfortable my entire visit and that they truly care. I wasn’t there for hours like other typical urgent care and they offered me water, hot tea and coffee as soon as I came in! I will spread the word about this clinic :)

I highly recommend this urgent care location. As other reviewers have stated, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The check-in process was efficient and we were seen immediately. Dr. Sandhu quickly diagnosed my 15mo and we left with a clear treatment plan.

I went to this Urgent Care 2 times due to a continuous illness. I work locally and my employer requires me to fill out FMLA paperwork after being off for 3 days and they are refusing to fill out the paperwork required. Will follow up on this review.Update: 1/22/24I’ve visited three times now for an ongoing illness that I am having a hard time recovering from. I ended up having to take medical leave from my job. Initially, there was a misunderstanding regarding my medical leave paperwork and it caused some hiccups with my employer. However, this issue was corrected and the provider was very helpful in getting me on the right course of meds. She was friendly and listened to my concerns. Hoping this next round of meds does the trick and I can get back on my feet.

Hard to find good professional businesses. Not at Tru Urgent Care off of East Market Street in Leesburg. Phenomenal service and customer care from receptionist, to xray technician, to care provider. I felt like they knew everything about how to provide great health care. I was impressed. Processed me, took my vitals and information, x-rays, and onto providers assessment. Smooth...Everyone was sooooo nice which you dont find everywhere. Highly highly recommend this place for any urgent care. Outstanding!

Excellent doctors office super helpful staff very clean and modern appointment time was very short 30 minutes total on a walk-in. The price for care is less than that patient first or other urgent care locations absolutely would recommend.

The website seemed easy to book but the receptionist had a weird background noise and it just didn’t come off professional. I was actually questioning if I called the right place. I was trying to schedule a virtual appointment and then I was about to enter my insurance and notice they didn’t have all tricare insurances listed. I went to call back and cancel the appointment just to be sure. I did ask if they accept tricare East and the receptionist couldn’t confirm. I don’t know it seemed off due to the customer service skills on the phone.

I took my daughter here after an accident in DC and an abysmal ER experience at GWU. This group was fast, efficient, caring and competent. There was no time spent in a waiting room. I visited Tru HealthNow in Leesburg, VA for employment purpose health screening testings. The staff was very attentive and showed a genuine and caring side for the patient. The office appeared to be neat and clean. I had no weight time as I was provided attention immediately as I walked through the door. This was my first visit to this newly opened facility.

Five star treatment. Made an appointment with them, showed up, and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Superb Urgent Care Facility. Great job by all there.

Unfortunately, my 8 year old son and I had a horrific experience with a nurse practitioner at this location. My son had a object in his ear that needed to be removed and since it was on weekend I decided to take him this location. The NP practitioner tried to remove it with a tweezer which caused my son in so much pain, and even he pleaded to stop with scream and started bleeding from his ear, the NP did not stop until I told her to. She made the situation worse, and pushed the object back near his eardrum. After taking him to an ENT practice on Monday morning, the ENT doctor confirmed that he needed to be put on general anesthesia and get the object removed at a surgical center. Not only she damaged my son’s eardrum, she did not offer antibiotics or referral to another doctor to solve the issue. It was such a traumatic experience for us, I wish I never took my son here.

The staff was great and we didn’t have to wait to be seen by the doctor.

I last minute ended up coming here to get my kids treated. I usually never do that unless I do my research, but this was the BEST decision i’ve ever made. It is clean in there, the CMA’s are all amazing, they made testing less scary and quick for them, and their bedside manner’s were the best i’ve ever seen in healthcare. The NP I saw was also just as amazing as them, knowledgeable, caring, and comforting with my kids. 100% will be returning if needed for me or my family. Thank you all so much!

Update: I aded a few stars because they reached out right away, and communication has been good so far.They have a very poor communication system in place. They outsource their customers service, and it is impossible to talk to someone about lab results and follow-up referrals.Left several messages for Jennifer and no response.

First of all, it is very clean and friendly, the nurses are very helpful and fast, the doctor is a very friendly lady, it is the only place I can recommend.

Clean, Friendly, and Efficient. Staff welcomed to office, immediately brought back to a room where they registered me and took vitals. Dr. Came in immediately after, was very thorough, answered all questions.

I had the absolute best care I have ever received this afternoon from the ladies at Tru Health. After taking a spill and being neglected at a hospital out of town these ladies got me in and out and feeling so much better. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. I will be making this my healthcare stop from now on!

Came at 4pm on Sunday as a walk in after falling down the stairs and rolling my ankle. Doors locked and completely closed. Calling the number then said the office was closed with no explanation.

I did a blood test, and they said they will send me the result in maximum two days.. after seven days, I had to call to find out why they didn’t send me anything, they found out that the lab didn’t send my results, and they didn’t even notice until I called!
